Horrible and misleading! I bought a dining room suite CASH in May the day after Memorial Day. And I still don’t have my dining suite. I called to get an answer and the customer service rep said “it may come to the warehouse by September 24” nothing definitive. Then I requested to speak with the store. I got transferred to “customer service” I told them my dissatisfaction of how long it is taking for my table and that the rep did not tell me that the table was back ordered. SMH! Why would you have furniture on display if it is back ordered. That makes zero sense and it is kinda like false advertising! Had I known that the suite was back ordered I would have never purchased it. They use “Covid” as an excuse for furniture delay. “Covid” didn’t stop them from taking my money. AND when I called the store they had the audacity to say “for my inconvenience we will take 100 off of your delivery fee” after my dining room suite arrives mind you. I spent well over 30k CASH at that place! I also asked if there was another table similar to the table I don’t have. Of course no one got back to me. I will never ever eva eva recommend Ashley’s furniture!

Bought sofa and loveseat in 2020, was offered a deal to receive $500 Mastercard gift card post delivery . But never received it, had to check with elite rewards and store back and forth many months. When I went to store and asked the store manager he said they can’t do anything. Never buy furniture here they don’t follow what they promised.

Nice furniture gets clouded by poor customer service and damage to home during delivery, followed up by terrible customer service during the “in home damage claim,” process.

i was greeted by Amanda who told me where to look for what I wanted. she told me she would check back with me or if I had questions just let her know. wasn't sure which piece I wanted so I asked for her card. I was texted her contact info and the next day I went back to the store and Amanda helped me with my purchase. no pressure which I liked.

I bought furniture, paid cash, canceled two days later, and still no refund. We are going on 2.5 months. You aren’t allowed to speak with corporate. People in store are only allowed to speak to corporate through email. They give you a little piece of paper that says call the care center, and the care center sends you back to the local store. The last time we ordered, the dresser was broken. I would not do business with Ashley furniture ever. Update: Read the response from Ashley, sent the email, and have heard absolutely nothing. It has been yet another week.
