Anna was excellent to work with for our bedroom purchase. She answered us at a moments notice by text. She worked hard to price match and find us the best price offered for the bedroom set. Would come back here and work with her again.

Ashley has a huge selection. Something for everyone two three things for some. Lol. The customer service was outstanding. A lot of things are on back order. But with everything that’s going on in our world, that’s to be expected. But just knowing in a few weeks I will have a beautiful new living room set.
My overall experience with Johnny was very pleasant. He was knowledgeable and very helpful!! I would definitely recommend him as a salesperson! We are very excited to get our new furniture!
I have been trying for three days to place an order with Ashley. I was at my wits end and about to take my $4000 furniture order somewhere else. I made one final attempt to contact the Sarasota store instead of the customer service number. To my surprise a friendly voice answered and transferred me over to Damien in sales. What took three days of pure frustration, took Damien a half an hour to get my order, everything I needed, matched the price I had already been quoted and put a huge smile on my face. I cannot wait to visit and personally thank Damien!!
My husband and I worked with Damien at the Sarasota location. He was fantastic!
The store was out of stock of items we were looking for & the items we found on their website couldn't even be pulled up by their sales reps so we couldn't even order them
Looking for a new couch found 2, the sales person was very helpful. I had my finances in order went and brought my fiancé back to show him and that’s where it shifted end of the day and we only had time to look as we had a prior engagement an hour later. She did not know what finance companies Ashley uses and blew me off saying I’ve never heard of that. And what I had in place I did it on line on the Ashley website. So she focused totally on my fiancé tried to get him to apply for credit. All at the same time she’s working with another couple. We ended up paying cash, rushed out the door. I’ve got a line of credit I’ll never use and the acct won’t close for 12 months. Beware who you work with, don’t let a salesman rush or manipulate you into buying. It’s a couch ppl not a car. Definitely had the rug pulled out from under my feet on this one. Delivery was great no problems. The manager did call me to let me know that this was not acceptable and more training was required.
Paid $3000 for a Tempur-pedic mattress that I layed on in the store I’ve bought many and I knew this was like the one that I had before what I got was some thing that says it’s the mattress I bought but feels like plywood store refuses to take back the mattress or trade me for what I need … Bad business practice. Buyer beware !!!!!!
I also wish I could leave zero stars. Service is beyond pathetic. They ruin your floors when delivering. Leave your furniture dirty after delivery.. Items not delivered for months and months and months. Lies after lies as where your order is. I'm so disappointed. I will never purchase from this store again. Still waiting for missing items since May. Now told end of December. Disgraceful.
This table has been a nitemare!!! We first ordered in late July. We received the chairs, to our house, in early august. The table top was delivered to my moms house, not exactly sure why! When we finally got it from her we found there was no base! I had to call to check on the status of the table base. Early September we still hadn’t received the base but they said it was delivered. They issued a new one. 2 weeks later I still didn’t have the base and had to call again! When we finally received the table base, which was close to 2 months after the order was placed, we went to put the table together and the top was damaged! So for the 4th time I had to call them back! They issued a new top but instructed us to send back the damaged one. When we finally got that it had scratches and dings all over it- see picture below!! I reached out to customer care and asked if I could receive a credit. All they could offer was a 20% for next time! I question- why would I purchase from u again when this was such a debacle to get and then kept arriving damaged? I could have purchased a table, similar to this one, at Home Depot and finished it myself and saved a few hundred dollars!!! What an issue- I will do everything to NEVER shop here again!!!
I rarely write reviews, I wanted to warn anyone from buying from Ashley Sarasota. We ordered furniture in July that was suppose to deliver on September 6th 2021, we never received a call let us know this was on back order. So I called to find out what happened to our order. When you call the local store number you are routed to a national number which 3 times I tried and gave up all 3 times after over a 1/2 hour of hold time. I was able to get a hold of the local store by choosing new sale option on the phone tree. I spoke to Dalton twice and asked for a manager to call me back, I never received a call back. I called a third time and finally got a hold of Michael the manager he committed to get a hold of me the next day with an update good or bad. I never received a call from him, my wife and I just drove down to the store and cancelled our order. Do not buy from these people, everyone understands Covid has made everything tough to get, but the lack of communication is unforgivable. Ashley if off our list of stores, we received much better service at American Signature.
Called to confirm they had the mattresses we wanted but couldn't get through for an hour. Tried chatting online but couldn't get answers. Arrived at the store only to find out they don't carry Casper at this store even though the website says they do.
Terrible customer service. In store went great, but table came damaged. That happens sometimes, but I called their “customer support” and had to speak to 5 people over the span of 3 days. A couple said they have a replacement at the warehouse, but are unable to schedule a delivery? Two of them said I would receive a phone call to schedule delivery..never got a call. So I had to end up going online and scheduling a delivery. They only have one day available, 3 weeks out. So we have to wait a month past our delivery date for something that was damaged and is currently in the warehouse. I’ll probably never shop here again, just in case I have to use the customer service again.
The poorest customer service anywhere. Spent over $11,000 on furniture 18 months ago. One piece has become defective after only 18 months and they won’t replace it. The piece only cost $160 and I reasoned with them till I was blue in the face; had to talk to three different people and the ultimate answer was “screw you”. You have lost a customer forever Ashley Furniture over $160!!!! I will spread the word to everyone I know. PS, I’m a FB influencer!!
Bought leather couch and loveseat. Didn’t know it wasn’t all leather. Had to pay twice to get it fixed. Then bought two bedrooms complete with mattresses. Paid over $11,000. 18 months later the face of a drawer from a nightstand that has never been used because it’s in a guest room delaminates. We take the drawer back to store to get it replaced and the manager says she can’t do anything. We were ready to buy new living room furniture but not at Ashley’s! You just lost a good customer over a nightstand drawer that you wouldn’t replace!
So far very disappointing experience. First placed order online got conformation but when I inquired about order something went wrong. So missed that sale price. Went into store placed order on 7/25 with delivery between 8/8-8/11. Got a call yesterday 8/7 saying would not arrive till at least 8/22. Needless to say very dissappointed. UPDATE...9/05 Would like to add received my sofa. Was very pleased with the care and courtesy of the delivery people. Love my new sofa will shop Ashley again. Was dissappointed in the wait time, but in the end satisfied. 4 stars 🌟 would be 5 if not for the wait time.
