My wife and I were very happy . We went to Ashley Homestore looking for a special piece of furniture and artificial fireplace. We were greated at the door by Dianna Hudson who understood what we were looking for and immediately showed us the perfect items we were looking for band gave us a good price in our budget so we bought the two items are very happy and intend on buying other furniture there in the near future.

The "customer service " is horrible! they don't stand by their products, if you purchase an extended warranty, the warranty company doesn't honor it, their whole delivery process is atrocious! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Especially, ironically, their is a girl named Ashley who sits at the customer service desk and she needs to find a job she would like better because she has horrible "customer service " skills.
Becca, our sales associate was very informative answered our questions that we had about the bed frame and dresser we purchased. She was very polite Ashley’s is lucky to have her.

Purchased two couches in January 2018. Three months after that they came out and replaced two cushions and covers. Three months after that they replaced 3 more cushions and covers. Now there is a history here. Also purchased the extended warranty. They same cushions are separating again. Call them and there response was sorry your out of warranty. Called the extended warranty co. Sorry we don’t cover manufacturers defects. I’m screwed. Poor business practices. Poor representative. Poor quality. Just POOR. Never purchase another thing from Ashley.

We bought over $5,000 worth of furniture from the store about two years ago Recently, we noticed some seams on our couch and chair opening up with staples showing. We also noticed one of the ottoman's cushions lopsided and completely out of shape. We had purchased a five year protection plan on these items. I was remiss in not reading the agreement and found out it did not cover manufacturing defects on our furniture. It was also never explained to us by our salesman, what the protection plan covered. When I reached out to our salesman, Christian, to inform him of our grievances we were told that the manufacturer's warranty was only for 12 months. We were not told this at time of purchase. The store and the salesman assumed no responsibility to remedy this sutuation. I was told by our salesman that we could come to the store and speak with him personally but there was no mention of any resolution to our problem. There are only two of us using this furniture so wear and tear is minimum. We just thought after spending a lot of money at this store some allowance could have been made to repair these items. This is not good customer service and we don't think furniture should start to fall apart in such a short period of time. The store should assume some responsibility for this situation. Obviously, we will not purchase any more furniture from Ashleys because of this incident. Maybe, you should think twice before shopping there....Tom & Myrt Grosso

Went in to find a power recliner that also lifts for my 89 year old father. Eli Gonzalez greeted me as I entered and was very courteous and helpful. After demonstrating several chairs I made my selection and got a great deal. I would highly recommend this store and particularly Eli for any of your furniture needs. Unfortunately I must edit my previous 5 star review. The above lift recliner that I purchased for my 89 year old fathers nursing home room broke. I know things break and no one can predict that. The chair has a 5 year warranty and no cost parts and labor for the first year. The chair is 7 months old so I should be good. I called the Sarasota store and was told a technician would be there in 3 days to fix or replace it. I was grateful since my dad was stuck in his wheelchair all day while it is broken. Well, the technician had an “emergency “ and I was told they would reschedule and call back with a date and time. I waited 5 days and no call so I called back and got another appointment which was also cancelled the day before it was supposed to be. My next alleged appointment is August 7 if it happens at all. This will be a month since my first call. I couldn’t leave my dad in his wheelchair any longer and purchased him a new lift chair from a local small business medical supply store which I should have done in the first place. If it breaks, the owner assured me he will be there within 24 hours to fix it. Anything can break or malfunction. As long as a business provides good service and honors their warranties in a timely manner you can’t really ask for more than that. Ashley HomeStores has not done that. I caution people that may be thinking about buying from them. Go find a locally owned small business and you’ll probably find the kind of customer service you are looking for.
Julie was great. Her experience and product knowledge proved her to be a true professional. I especially appreciated her obvious love of country and those who served.
