This review and the 5-star rating is solely with respect to Mr Ben Maratta at the Sarasota, FL location. We ordered from the store over the phone with one of the store sales folks a complete bed (headboard, foot board, side rails, foundation/box spring & mattress). It arrived and once assembled for us we notice that the headboard & side rails were one shade of grey (very dark) and the foot board was the correct light shade. We contacted Ashley and worked with their customer service and escalation departments. We sent pictures as requested with a detailed explanation. Time went by and nothing. I called the person I originally spoke with and who took the claim but she did not return my call. A few days later I called back and spoke to another person who said he understood and would take car of it but for some reason it still showed in their system as an open order and for which it was not paid. A few days later still nothing and no call back as he promised. I then drove over to the store and met Mr Maratta, the (Assistant?) store manager. He right away addressed my issue. He looks dup the matter on the computer, saw all the notes and my pictures and sent e-mails to those involved to help resolve things. This was on a Saturday. He then called me on Monday to advise that he had not herd back from the last person I spoke to and to whom he e-mailed and advised that he e-mailed another person to try to shake the matter lose and have it addressed as unfortunately, he could not handle the problem and exchange at the local level. A day or so later I received an e-mail from Ashly advising that we would receive an exchange on a specific date. We did in fact received and exchange and now have a matching headboard and foot board (they forgot the rails but we have decided to live with them rather than go through more aggravation in dealing with Ashley's customer service (a true oxymoron if ever there is one!). There is no question in my mind that without Mr Maratta's efforts and follow through, we would not have a matching headboard and foot board. He is a standout.
Sam Siegel was completely amazing!!! No pressure, offered so much helpful information and guidance for decorating our new home!! Will always go back to Sam!!

Great customer service from Becka/Becca (not sure how to spell her name)! I was so indecisive and she helped me measure, choose colors, ponder sizes and configurations, and was EXTREMELY patient, kind, professional, and beyond helpful. THANK YOU! Update: the couch and chair are perfect 😍 I desperately needed a chair for my mother who has started coming down to help with my kids and has a bad back, but my old sectional was too big to add a chair to the room. Becka came up with the shape of this couch, and then found a smaller electric recliner with colors that complement each other well in addition to matching the theme of my home. It looks so good!!
