After my new new leather power reclining cough and over sized chair were delivered I noticed a small tear in the leather. I contacted Sara ( my sales rep ) and sent a picture Showing the damage. She told me she would start a claim and it would be taken care of. After over a week later I still have not heard anything. Sara is not answering my text messages any longer. I would never recommend this store to any one I know. This is terrible customer service. All they want is to make a sale. After they are paid they don't care about their customers!
UPDATE: Outdoor furniture cushions have started to mildew, even though the set is covered and brought in during big storms. Your warranty won’t cover this. Per the company, mildew stains after a year are perfectly normal. However; if you happen to spill juice all over or burn all the cushions on accident- that’s covered. This place is the worst. Our sales rep Brian was fine, we purchased a bedroom set as well as an outdoor living set. Just a few hours before the scheduled delivery we were informed the bed we order was on back order. We needed a bed right away for my daughter as we have just moved from out of state. In addition the outdoor set that was delivered at 8:30pm (1.5 hours later than their 4 hour time slot) was broken. We tried the store several times regarding both issues, each time the manager Michelle was too busy to talk to us, we tried corporate and was told we need to deal with the store. This went on for days. Finally several days later we were told the bed would be delivered and the outdoor set replaced. Customer service beyond the sales floor is a joke. I would not suggest to use them - which is disappointing because both sets we purchased we love.

Beautiful furniture and store. However, don’t bother to try and reach them by phone. It’s faster to drive all the way to the store and deal with them in person before somebody actually answers the phone between the store or their customer service line.
I placed a furniture order on April 8th, three items damaged, can't get anyone to call me back and every time I call I get hung up on now. Have spent about 7 hours on the phone holding only to get hung up on. Worst furniture purchase of my life!
Horrible place! Ordered furniture.. no call to set up delivery so I called on the day they had given me at time of purchase and was told I would get a call back... 45 mins later call back and was told half my stuff is on back order and not available until next month.. no courtesy call to inform me of this delay and had taken off work to be home for delivery. Asked for a refund and was told I would get a call back in 10 mins to process it.. hour goes by and I have to call back again. Worst customer service I have had in years from a retailer.
Awful experience. They delivered the furniture damaged, they would not replace - they would only “repair”. With included a series of tech visits where they literally tore drawers apart leaving them I worse condition. Customer service was horrific. It took a months of calls, visits and arguments. Never buy from them
They need better quality control. The customer service is nonexistent and the sales dept needs better training.
DO NOT buy from Ashley Furniture, and help us stand against companies like this scamming and taking advantage of consumers. We purchased a furniture set on 11/8/19 for $1,445.55 from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Pinellas Park that was sold to us as their “top of the line” furniture. That was a very large mistake and we have now been battling with Ashley Furniture for over 6 months in attempt to receive the proper undamaged furniture that we purchased and to be compensated for our time and extremely poor customer service. We received 5 deliveries of furniture that either arrived damaged or we refused upon delivery on 11/12/19, 11/20/19, 11/29/19, 12/18/19, and 1/23/19 (see photos). There were also 4 Ashley Furniture repair technicians sent to our home in November, and on 12/7/19, 12/26/19, and 1/18/20. In every tech visit, the technician was either unable to repair the damage, refused to touch certain parts of the furniture that “were not on the repair report,” or damaged the furniture even worse in addition to spraying paint on our wall with the paint and chemicals that they brought in. The Ashley Furniture employees that we dealt with during these 6 months provided absolutely no resolution to our problems and provided the worst customer service we have ever received in our lives. We have spent countless hours (easily over 24 hours with at least 25 calls) on the phone (and email) attempting to get someone in management to help us resolve this since this was completely out of hand, and they still remain unresolved. We had been transferred to countless supervisors that have forwarded us on to another supervisors because it was out of their abilities to rectify the situation or compensate us and never received calls back or solutions. Our extremely long and trying journey with Ashley Furniture has consisted of 5 delivery days, 4 technician appointments, 14 delivery drivers inside our home, 14 attempted pieces of furniture delivered (the majority taken back from us and marked as "damaged- do not use as home store stock"), and 9 wasted days/missed work time. We have probably sent over 100 emails of what has happened and pictures of damaged furniture. It is also outrageous that we ever even needed one let alone 4 technician visits to repair BRAND NEW FURNITURE. After spending this amount of time, and realizing how much this company was taking advantage of us, we reached out to our bank to try and help us with a dispute. After looking over documentation provided by each party our bank ruled in our favor, and we were happy to think this was finally all over after 6 months. Ashley furniture has decided they are not happy and have been harassing us DAILY through phone calls and letters. What we find frustrating is we tried contacting this company daily for hours on end to help us, and now that they had money taken from them in a dispute ruling in our favor they want to try and come after us. Sales people are great....and were a big help...we bought a mattress and the salesman knew we had a bad mattress in our camper....when they delivered the mattress...the delivery driver did not take the old one...and they stated because we did not tell them we had to get rid of the mattress we had...First of all we didnt know we had to say anything. It should be assumed or asked to the customer....for this reason we gave only 2 stars....now i am stuck with a mattress and will probably have to pay for it myself....Ashley's is being real neaky with this....
HORRIBLE!!! Purchased couches on March 21st they charged my card once and went to pending the $618 was taken out of my account never seen again. We got the couches delivered April 2nd and one of the couches is broken, I called that day to let them know. I was told April 9th someone would be at my house...nobody showed up. Then had to call them and figure it out, they rescheduled for April 23rd got the text and email. Again nobody showed up. They texted me again apologizing to then schedule it for May 5th guess what...yup never showed up! Woke up May 4th to see they took out $618 again making me negative. I called customer service and questioned why I was charged twice she then proceeded to tell me it was declined twice BUT as it states on the confirmation email and as she stated they charge your account again the day of delivery. I questioned why nobody called me and told me it declined she told me “I don’t know” I said bad communication on your end she said yes guess so. Again April 2nd was delivery, I’ve had my couches over a month. I asked her how did they deliver my couches if it wasn’t paid for...again “I don’t know.” She then said they charged it May 1st and was approved I asked how was it approved with no money in the account and declined every other time with no money in it? Again she said “I don’t know.” I told her I would be disputing this with my bank as I already paid she said to me “you won’t win.” What kind of agent says that for one, I told her sure I will I have all the proof. I was then transferred to another lady in regards to the times nobody showed up she put me on hold for 20 min to then hang up! So not only did they steal from me, they sold me broken furniture won’t fix it and will not take responsibility for charging me multiple times even tho I have proof. Should have known something was up when the delivery guy stopped us from opening it up before he left. I will get my lawyers involved if that is what it takes...
Mal servicio al entregar los muebles se tardan casi un mes y cuando llegan tienen que devolver la mercancia por que te la entregan rayada y para colmo hay que esperar otro mes para la entrega y otra cosa nunca contestan cuando llamas al servicio al cliente y las citas te las dan para cuando a ellos les da la gana y no como el cliente les pide por la necesidad que uno como trabajador les pide por ser cliente....para mi no sirven con ese pesimo servicio no la recomiendo si yo pudiera devolver lo que compre los devuelvo.
Edit: It has been 1 year since my delivery and I am still extremely happy with my purchase! I have no issues with any pieces of furniture (bed, 2 dressers and 2 night stands). All are in perfect condition. Delivery was fast and professional! Original Review: Julie August was very helpful and informative during my bedroom set purchase. Having been let down by a different seller, this experience was much more pleasant. Julie was patient, thoughtful and personable. She took her time to price out numerous different sets for me and did not pressure me into purchasing the most expensive set; which is very appreciated. I am in sales myself and can easily spot deceptive practices. I did not get the typical “sales jerk” vibes I’ve gotten in the past. I am set up for delivery and will update my review once that happens! I am very pleased with the purchase experience in the showroom and would recommend Julie to both friends and family.
Bought a dining set from the Sarasota store in January. Not expensive, $1,250. The first surprise was the $100 delivery / set-up charge that they don't tell you about until it is time to pay. When delivered the first thing I saw was they left the little round alphabetical assembly identifying stickers on the legs of the chairs.No big deal, (I thought) Turned out to be very difficult to remove without harming the finish. While removing them. I now noticed that the support on the bench was assembled upside down, (the screws are supposed to be on the bottom, so they don't show), Then I noticed that one of the bottom support for one of the chairs was assembled in the wrong position too. I can fix these items. My grand daughters were coming for a visit, so I thought I better test the fabric protection that we purchased. I poured a little water on one of the cushions, and guess what, it soaked right in. I got some Scotch Guard at Lowes and did it myself. Water beads right up and wipes off now. One of the chairs developed a loose leg, so I took the bottom cover off and tightened two of the legs back up. While doing this, I noticed that two screws for the other legs were put in on an angle and were cross threaded. I hope this never becomes a problem. I have made my first and last purchase from Ashly Furniture.
While looking for a sofa, I stopped in and Boswell, B was my design consultant. Very informative and helpful. The last star is missing because I did not buy (sofa was to big for my 1 bedroom apartment) and I did not go through the full purchasing phase. So I don't know the full experience.

Wow!!! We had an amazing experience today with Johnny Leon! He helped us furnish our brand new home!! He was patient while we switched between different bed sets, and couches and priced everything out!! 10/10 recommend this store!
If I could give 0 starts I would. I had a delivery on my bedroom set on 03/01 and a handle was missing on my dresser. It is now 03/21 and I have not received that and a missing candle holder. I have called this store 3 times and told me they would ship it. Asked today and they don’t even have a tracking number and send me to call another number. Don’t waste your time and shop Rooms to go. They called me 30 minutes later to tell me of everything was ok. That’s customer service. Oh and the lady that answers the phone saids there was no store manager. She is useless. Shop somewhere else
Having grown up an hour from Arcadia, it's been sad for me to see my opinion of this company go from one of respect to absolute disgust.
Good experience however have not received our receipt via email for our purchase
