Found what I wanted online, contacted my local Ashley Store, spoke to a sales person (Steve) who sent me an email invoice...paid for my new sideboard...waiting for a delivery email...fast, simple, excellent!! Too easy!!

We purchased some furniture and three hybrid mattresses. Delivery was on 9/18/22. With the exception of one mattress, all was fine. The defective mattress’ top layer has been filled unevenly - there are bumps and valleys where there shouldn’t be (which is quite easy to tell because I have its twin that looks like it’s supposed to look.). However, getting the defective mattress replaced has been quite the frustrating experience. Customer service is quite unresponsive; after sending in photos, per their request, there was no further communication. I called back the next day. A rep said a technician will have to look at the mattress and gave me the first available date: 10/12/22. (Another three weeks without a mattress that you can sleep on!). On 9/20/22, I went to the store, hoping that a customer service rep there could help me expedite the replacement. I was told that in the computer system, there was a note that there would be an even exchange and they’d call me to let me know when that would be. There still has been no call and I have a sinking feeling that they just said that to get rid of me. (The mattress in question -Ashley’s own brand - is in stock; if I ordered a new one today, I could have it on Tuesday.) I dread reaching out to customer service again which is probably what they want. This has soured us quite a bit on Ashley.

On May 13, 2022, we received our 2-seat power reclining sofa from Ashley store, Sarasota, after waiting over four months. That same week, after the delivery, we moved from Florida to Georgia not knowing that our one-year warranty would be cancelled for doing so.- We did mention it to the sales person, but he did not offer any advise regarding their process. We did buy a protection plan from GBS Enterprises, through Ashley... 2.5 months afterward, the leg lift began to act up by going sideways instead of straight up as it was supposed to. Ashley refused to help because we "moved" the sofa from FL to GA., so the warranty had been cancelled. I called the Protection Plan and explained in details with pictures, and the refused to help, first because Ashley was supposed to help, and then because the mechanical issue "was not covered", even when their document does nention that they would cover "mechanism".. We are in the process to contact BBB and Federal Trade Commission regarding this matter, as this sofa seems to be a lemon.

So, I dropped into Ashley in Sarasota, paid cash for a table and 4 chairs tall. They delivered a low table and high chairs so obviously I would need the correct table of very skinny legs. So, here we are now with 2 deliveries that never delivered, and still no table. Per my request I wanted to return it. Took 4 hours to return my call, with no updated information, just plainly did not care, or apologize. Stay away and save yourself some heartache. I noticed also the automated responses on all these complaints, which tells me they don't care. Sad there are businesses like this still operating.

See Trent or Brittany at Ashley in Sarasota. They both spend the time that you need to be sure that your selections are perfect. I bought 3 bedroom sets at once & they were delivered in a few days. Mattresses are amazing- have had the best nights sleep ever thanks to these two!
