We were promptly greeted upon entering. As it was our first time in an Ashley store, We received a brief explanation of how they operate, delivery dates, etc. We were free to roam and when we stopped to seriously contemplate a piece, our greeter - Jim - noticed and approached. From there, he answered all of my questions, began working up an exact estimate, but never did I feel pressured. I ended up purchasing a similar set but was given lots of time to consider my options. I was impressed with the professionalism and class - when I was half expecting pushy and obnoxious. Definitely will be buying from them again!
Jim Hinchliffe ourDesign consultant was extremely helpful professional and we couldn’t of wish for anybody to help us pick out the furniture and be so patient with us. He is without that one of the best sales persons we’ve ever encountered dealing with furniture shopping. He is knowledgeable not pushy, and well-intentioned. I would recommend him to anybody who visits the store.
If you decide to go to Ashley home store and ask for John, you will not be disappointed! He loves his job and gives great advice. We are very happy with our choices and love our new couch. Can't wait for the coffee and end tables to be delivered in another week!
The salesman named Damian at the Ashley Homestore in Sarasota, Florida was very helpful and polite. He knows his business and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with him. We are also impressed with the store being very clean with a lot to choose from. It is our hometown store!

Must ask for Rebecca when you go in. My wife and I walked around for about 20 minutes, past multiple sales"men", with out a word. Than Rebecca asked if we had been helped yet. She was apologetic for her co workers and help us find the perfect living room set to fit our floor plan. Very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
I have had the worst experience possible with Ashely Furniture. We purchased a sofa and love seat in store, and had it delivered. The sofa come with all 4 legs and hardware, but the love seat was missing them. No big deal, a quick phone call and Ashely said they’d send the feet for the love seat. WRONG. That was month’s ago, and both me and my fiancée have been on the phone with Ashley 4-5x for HOURS now, each person saying they’ll fix the situation. 3x now they said they ‘shipped’ something and it never arrives and they can’t provide tracking info. And now twice, a SINGLE leg has showed up with no hardware. How clear do I have to be, WE NEED 4 LEGS AND 8 BOLTS. Not a single leg. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever received. I guess it will be another 2 months and 3 phone calls until we finally received two more legs. DO NOT purchase anything from Ashely.
I purchased a sectional I've been wanting for a very long time. I ordered it one line, paid for item in full to be delivered and set up on July 31 between 1:45pm and 5:45pm. I verified the delivery time and date TWICE NOTHING CAME! I took the day off to receive my sectional, I understand things happen however the customer should be notified in a timely fashion. I had to contact them to find out the team will be here by 7:45pm! That's definitely not acceptable, this will be my last purchase from Ashley unless Jesus himself tells me to shop there again.
If I have a choice to give 0 star I would. I purchased a dinning set and some other furniture July 2020. I also talked into buying the warranties. After a few months, the chairs sank as much as 2 inches when I sat down. I went to the store and spoke to a woman. Someone came to take pictures and I never heard fr anyone. When I called the store today, I was told that the case is closed because the ‘2” sank” was normal wear and tear. They will not replace or repair the damaged chairs. If the normal wear and tear is so extensive with my 125lbs-weight, then Ashley furniture are really not up to standard as they claim. How could Ashley sell such low quality furniture? How good are the warranties if I can’t use them when my furniture are damaged. I would never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley ever again. I won’t recommend anyone to go there either.
I WOULD NEVER DO business with them. again. I did order bedroom set with White Glove delivery service. Furniture were delivered, but nobody was able to put all the pieces together, neither delivery people or technicians that came next day. After 2 days of multiple phone calls ( terrible Customer Service!!!!) I am sending it back. I just hope that someone will come to pick it up. NEVER AGAIN.
Please take time to fully read this review!! So we are 1st time clients with Ashley. Went to the store 6/28 and purchased full size bed mattress and nightstand. Got the bed and mattress delivered to my home 7/4 and the nightstand was supposed to be direct shipped to my home 7/17. I called their customer care about a week after placing order in the store to confirm the nightstand deliver and they told me the delivery had been pushed for 8/26 because someone who had their name in line before me had already gotten theirs. Made no sense as we were not made aware of that issue. So I canceled the delivery . Called them the next day and I was told the delivery had not been pushed back and it was scheduled to arrive on time and my delivery had not been canceled. It’s 7/18 today and no nightstand. The store where I made the purchase never picks up when I call and their customer care is horrible. They keep transferring me back and forth even hanging up. I’ve called more times Than I can count and they don’t even apologize but tell me to get in touch with the store. This is my 1st and last time purchasing with Ashley. I recommend taking your money to a furniture store who doesn’t only care about getting the sale but also provides the customer service you deserve as a paying customer.
Would give this organization zero stars if I could. Ed, the sales representative was a pleasure to purchase from. We purchased months ago to ensure our furniture would be in stock when delivered. Weeks ago we pushed the delivery out due to a delay in closing, when changing the delivery date I explicitly asked whether we would still receive all our furniture. Three days prior to delivery I receive a call stating that I lost my place when the delivery date was moved and therefore would not be receiving my server but would receive a partial to which though I was mislead and upset still accepted. Well delivery day arrives and I sat waiting for the delivery and surprise! No one showed up. I have called the 1-800 number and have been hung up on and put on hold for hours at a time. Finally some one gave me a date- July 3rd and that I would receive all my items. Then it was pushed to the 7th and received a delivery message stating all 11 of my items would be delivered; which was then canceled due to the storm and moved to the 15th. Finally was given the option to up my delivery date to the 9th which I did. To ensure the date was accurate along with that all my pieces were in stock I went into the store to verify. I spoke to Angelo which pulled up my account and indeed verified that all 11 pieces including my server were set for July 9th. Well this morning we receive yet another call to confirm delivery and yet my server is yet again on back order and won't be delivered... when just yesterday I was told differently. Point is, we have received so much contradicting and misleading information. All promises of delivery have not been fulfilled and no one takes accountability. We just want the furniture we paid for. Never again would I purchase from here or recommend them.
