My wife and I had an excellent experience with John Fleming at this location. He was a true professional and knew the products he was selling very well. John quickly identified our design taste and made some great recommendations on pieces we may like. John answered his phone every time I called and was ever ready to answer our questions, even on his day off. We were purchasing a large amount of furniture and from day one John was able to keep it all straight, even when we made changes throughout the process. Thank you John, we will definitely be back to see you when we need to purchase more furniture in the future!

Purchased dinette set arrived damaged cannot get a hold of anyone to come out to fix the damage also purchased the warranty but that would not apply due to the furniture was already delivered damaged I’ve called the store left messages Website left messages no one returns your call . this furniture was purchased in May and it is already October I would not recommend purchasing anything from them ..I will be contacting the finance company to let them know they can come get their furniture...

Don’t ever buy from this place. They deliver damaged furniture to you. When you call to report it they take days to return your calls. When you explain to them what’s wrong they ask you to send pictures and will get back to you. The pictures were sent three different times. We didn’t need the entire set replaced only legs on two chairs. They still decided to send someone out because they didn’t believe us. The technician comes out to TAKE the exact pictures I sent to the company. Wasn’t there five minutes and said he would have to get back to us.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a couch cushion cover for a couch I purchased, only to receive a whole section of my couch. Delivery guy was told he “had to leave it” and couldn’t take it back. This left me without the cushion I ordered and half of a couch left sitting in my living room. I called to talk to someone about this and they couldn’t even find my name, phone number, order number, NOTHING. This voided my warranty that I paid $150 for. I eventually (after calling and talking to MULTIPLE people) got this sorted out. Very stressful and frustrating and needless to say I will never purchase through Ashley Furniture in the future.

The worst company! We made our order 3 months ago and still didn’t receive it. Please think wise before you go there. Customer service is super bad I wish we didn’t go there! I feel bad that I bought from them if I can cancel the deal I will do that

I ordered a love seat and couch on July 5th. I was told it would arrive 30 days after purchase. Well it didn’t. They called two days prior to delivery and told me it would be another 35 days. I went down and complained. Ended up getting a good discount and purchased a $4k temperpedic. Then on delivery day for the couch. They never called or showed. I called back in and found out they needed until November for the love seat and the sofa would arrive August 26th. Upon delivery it was dropped and the frame broke. When I called in (1 hour on the phone) they said they would have a tech out there in 2-3 weeks. Tech pulled a no call no show because the Customer care lady never filed the couch was DOD! Now I have to go back in again to handle what should’ve been taken care of months ago. Honestly I’m a retail manager myself so I know what Order of Ops is like. This has been the most atrocious process in my life. I will be request the district managers contact info. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Disputing charges with synchrony. I have been as patient and kind as humanly possible because of the external circumstances. When I told them my wife was pregnant and we had no couch to sit on.. they suggested I get milk cartons... please let that sink in. They told my pregnant wife who purchased 7k worth of product from them to sit on milk cartons.

Customer service is abusive and non-existent, spent over $2,000 for a defective couch. Once they have your money, you're worthless. Then, they called me and my mother at 7:30am just to remind us of it (no, we don't sleep in the same house).

I haven't even got all of my furniture that I ordered forever ago and the customer service is the worst. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. The sales person was far too aggressive, took off her mask when she talked (as I kept mine on per store requirements) and then entered in all my information wrong. I've been on the phone multiple times trying to sort things out. It's like NO ONE is listening. If you want good attentive customer service, don't go here.

After almost 2 months from my order I finally receive the call and they schedule my delivery for the day after. I wait until the end of the day but there is no delivery. I call Ashley and they tell me that the item that I ordered is discontinued and I have to choose another sofa. There is something really wrong with that! You wait 2 months to call me for scheduling a delivery for something that you don't really have to deliver? The communication with the customer care is really bad.

Maybe try to avoid this store. The sales associates make it seem like their customer service is top of the line should you have issues however my experience does not exemplify that in any way. After experiencing issues with the piece I purchased, the store manager made it very clear that there was nothing she could do to help and to call corporate and play a monkey in the middle type of game. This isn’t a piece of furniture off wish.com y’all - you can do better.

This was the easiest shopping experience we've ever had. We were looking for theatre seating due to our significant height difference, it is hard to find recliners to fit us both. Our salesman Michael Lynch was awesome. He made the whole experience great. We will be back when we redecorate our outdoor space.

The tables we bought today appear to be a good value and will be delivered in a timely fashion. We bought recliners a couple weeks ago they had a delivery date of Oct 25. We were goi to have the tables and chairs deceivers at same time but found out today chairs won’t be in till Feb 2021. Needs less to say we may cancel chair order.

One must know that once it is delivered to your door and you find defects, you can not return it! You have to go through “their” procedure that takes weeks and once they do determine it is defected they will try to send you parts ( yea wait for another 2-3 weeks). If parts is not an option it is their discretion to give you refund or exchange. Even ikea policy is better.
