Yesterday evening, My wife and I decided that we needed a bit of of an upgrade. So we chose to come to Ashley furniture hoping to find some quality built furniture. The goal was a sectional but I needed something sturdy kid and pet friendly and I knew I’d have too pay good money for it but I wanted quality so I dove right in. Once we came inside and met Jason. Within a few minutes, we knew we had arrived at the right place. Not only was he knowledgeable about his company and And Ashley furniture is all about. But he paid attention to our needs while remaining engaged with the task at hand. I wanted stellar quality with a bit of “kid friendly” things in mind. Jason I. Hit it right out of the park. Though we may have taken out at least half an hour of his time to get to that point. He remained patient attentive to any of those who would enter the store, of course. If you go to Ashley furniture looking for anything you talk to Jason he’s gonna have your best interest in mind while making sure that you Feeling confident and well informed about your new purchase!!! Once again Jason Irvin you talk too him and you WILL have the most mindful and professional experience I have yet too be delivered in Sebring Florida hands down.
I had gave a previous review wish i deleted as we walked in your store we had a friendly sales rep wish help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ana was very helpful and friendly but after we scheduled our delivery day they did not come thru by changing delivery day 3 times.farther from original date. We were very disappointed since we had family coming over from out of town and an empty living room had to go else , where where very happy and satisfied .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, bought sofa chase from the Sebring store, was supposed to get delivered in 2 weeks it’s been almost 2 months and still haven’t received it, it’s on back ordered is what they said, they keep rescheduling the delivery but they don’t even know when is coming to the warehouse if at all.
We had excellent assistant at the Ashley store in Sebring, Florida. The associates were incredible friendly and worked as a team to help us find a perfect couch for our home. They also had some great sales and promotions, too.
I cannot say enough about how Ashly Furniture has gone out of their way to help me. Trying to buy furniture for a house in another state has been a little frustrating but Ashley had everything we needed and was willing to hold it for 18 days before delivering it to us. I haven’t actually gotten my furniture yet but already they have made my life so much easier and given me one less thing to worry about.

Two men both excellent on floor at store. The waiting period involved a delay due to a hurricane for delivery, which was certainly understandable. Two men came to deliver, were both doing a great job, in our home. Cleaned up plastic and cardboard packaging and took away. Hoping to go back very soon for more new furniture.

We bought a bedroom set and after 3 delays the totality of the set was not there. They wanted us to receive the partial delivery but we did not . Ended up having to cancel the whole order. Very disappointed…

This is a tough one to review honestly, although everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, nice and awesome - my order was a disaster. They tried to help, and that was a disaster trying to fix it. They discounted me some for all the issues, but honestly would have just had a smoother transaction to begin with and pay full price. Delivery issues, parts missing, return issues, re-delivery issues. I am happy with end product, and interactions with the store itself were awesome, but Ashley corporate was a mess and some very rude people there. I don’t know if I would purchase again due to corporate. As long as you don’t have an issue and only deal with the people in store, you should be golden!

After visiting many stores and shopping for what felt like years, I came to Ashley furniture. Upon entering Jason Irvin greeted me with the biggest smile and the kindest words. It truly felt like he was trying to help me instead of just trying to make a sale like most places I've visited. Well I had been shopping for living room furniture. Rooms to go Haverty s turner Tampa wholesale Found that pricing was all pretty close . The difference was the quality of the furniture… the way they back there products…. Also I’m a tough customer I talk straight a little hard on salespeople but the young lady Anna was a great representative of Ashley’s she stayed in the game answered all questions spent over and hour with me and was honest real and polite I purchased from her and Ashley’s Anna and Ashley’s won my business. Side note the next day I changed my selection of furniture. I was amazed at how easy they changed my order with a smile (normally a store makes yo fight to get it done Theses people were amazing from the manager to Jason . We are more than satisfied! Jason was knowledgeable, polite, professional and pleasant. Most importantly, he listened. We were in the market for a new mattress to solve our sleep and back issues. Jason showed us an adjustable bed as a means of solving my Paratrooper back issues. We entertained the additional purchase because of his attentive nature. He was patient with us as we went through all of our interests. He had answers for every question. In the end we purchased a new mattress and the adjustable base. We picked them up. We assembled them inside our custom bed frame. Needless to say, Last night's sleep was relieving in so many ways. We are so thankful we took a chance on Ashley and found Jason. Thank you Jason. I bought an area rug at Ashley Furniture in Sebring FL. Did not receive the rug and ..after 2 months of waiting..I was told that FedEx was the one to call to solve the problem... because it was delivered at the wrong address.. showing on the picture that was taken by the delivery driver.and the picture taken at the delivery time did not show the street name on number.. Ashley Furniture did not want to refund the money...not good for business.
JASON IS FANTASTIC!!! He was so helpful, even calling around to other stores to get the correct item number for the item I was looking for. I had issues with an Ashley product in the past and swore I would never shop there again, but decided to give it a shot once more, and he made my experience so great that I am again an Ashley believer. In a world that is frequently apathetic, entitled and angry, it was refreshing to meet someone so engaged, selfless and compassionate.

Worst experience ever. We ordered our furniture on 3/8 and were told our furniture would be delivered on 3/28. 5 days prior to the delivery we received a call saying the furniture was on back order and it would now arrive on 4/16. We arranged to donate our old furniture to Habitat for Humanity based on our original delivery date so we were now sitting on lawn furniture. The day of delivery came and we received only 2 of the 5 pieces. The delivery team never checked out the condition of the product and were just in a hurry to move on. The driver told us to call the store to follow up on the remaining pieces. I called the store and they associate I spoke to verified the pieces were in stock and the store manager would give me a call back to find out what was happening with the remaining items. I still have not received a call from the manager. I did then receive a call from a 800 Ashley rep confirming that the delivery went well. I let her know we did not receive the entire order. She told me the other pieces were still on back order. When I shared the information I received from the store and what me email confirmation indicated, she said let me check into it and call you back. I finally received a call back at 1:30 and was told the driver did find the remaining pieces on the truck and they would be back with them in around an hour or so. During the time we were waiting for the truck to come back we discovered the accent chair was damaged. At 4:30 still no delivery truck so I call the customer service number back and they contacted the driver on a 3 way call and he said he was not coming back and he was 2 hours away. The agent had her supervisor call me back and she arranged for the delivery to be made the next morning and the accent chair to be replaced. When the delivery was made the next day we noticed a mark on the cushion of the wedge and the delivery team also noticed a blue stain on the cushion of the love seat that was delivered the day prior. They took pictures and sent them in. I was contacted later that day by a Rep. to verify that everything went ok with the delivery. I shared the information on the stains and was told she could only process a claim for the item that was delivered that day and I would have to call another 800 number for the piece that was delivered the day prior. She also requested that I send her pictures telling me she only received one picture of one stain. At this point I am over Ashley and I will deal with the stains on my own.
I would like to say what a pleasure it was buying furniture today .Jason Irvin was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked him and if he didn’t know the answer he found out the answer. He was very patient with us and helped us furnish two rooms in our house can’t thank him enough.

We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us with our purchase than Will Morales! He took his time with us, was very in tune to Jessica's needs and his care and treatment of her couldn't have been any better! From the time we came in the doors until we left and even following up after delivery, Will was everything we could have asked for and more. Thank you Will! Ashley of Sebring, you've got a special one there. In fact, I came back a couple days later to purchase the rest of the pieces to complete Jessica's dream bedroom.

On the day of delivery everything was going well until they told us that one of the beds was missing some screws and they couldn't assemble it. They never sent me a message, email NOTHING! On Tuesday I called to find out what time they would come and it turned out that no one knew anything. The boy who helped me told me that he was going to do everything possible to resolve it since I told him that my son was sleeping on the floor on Tuesdays. Wednesday I called him again to see what had happened and still NOTHING. He told me that he had placed the order and we had to wait to see if it would be faster to send someone with the part or send it by mail. I went to the store that same day (Wednesday) in the afternoon and The girl who attended us verified that the order had been placed (according to her) but that the corresponding people had not yet reviewed it. We explained to her that we had a visitor next week and she told us that she sent an email to see if this could be resolved as soon as possible. Today, Thursday, my husband called the warehouse and TODAY they placed the order and we finally received an email that they had ordered the part, which is literally just a few screws. If it wasn't for the fact that we have literally called EVERY DAY they wouldn't have done anything yet. DO NOT SIGN DELIVERY SHEETS IF EVERYTHING DID NOT ARRIVE WELL!!!!! Lesson learned! I won't buy here again! (Original) Horrible experiencia la que estoy pasando. Ordene 2 juegos de cuarto para mis hijos y pague $600 de depósito. El día del delivery todo iba bien hasta que nos dijeron que una de las camas le faltaban unos tornillos y no podían montarla. Ya hoy jueves mi esposo llama al almacén y HOY fue que hicieron la orden y al fin recibimos un email de que habían ordenado la pieza que literalmente son unos tornillos solamente. Si no es por que literalmente hemos llamado TODOS LOS DÍAS no habrían hecho nada aún. NO FIRMEN HOJAS DE DELIVERY SI NO LES LLEGÓ TODO BIEN!!!!! Lección aprendida! No vuelvo a comprar aquí!

UPDATE - 01/22/2023Well Ashley agreed to a partial refund so we could pay someone else to fix our NEW furniture, however that refund never appeared. Tried to contact them about it and nobody ever returns emails or calls.We contacted the Florida Attorney General's office but they were ignored by Ashley as well.We called our bank and they are going to issues a refund and turn it over to Visa fraud investigation department.We have also been advised to files a small claims for damages.It's sad that I'm required to give even 1 star.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jason I. while purchasing a new living room set. He was so personable, professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw all of our options available and that we understood the details/functions with all of them. My husband and I went to the Ashley Store in Sebring 1/2 hr before they closed looking for 2 recliners. Jason Irvin greeted us and I apologized that we came in so late. He assured us not to worry at all and told us to take our time. He was so personable and helpful. Not pushy at all, but so helpful when we needed him. My husband and I couldn’t agree on two of the same recliners so Jason suggested we look at the reclining loveseats. He was so patient with us, allowing us to talk privately and we never felt rushed. One hour after closing time, we left with a purchase of a reclining love seat and we are so happy with our experience with Jason. I honestly thought he was the manager of the store because he was so knowledgeable and friendly! We will definitely ask for Jason next time we shop Ashley’s. Horrible. They lied to us . We bought a sofa sleeper and was told that the mattress would be good for anyone up to 250 lbs. My daughter, who weighs 125 lbs, couldn't sleep on it. When we called, they gave us the run around.

We purchased a bedroom set from another store before I found this Ashley store closer to our new home. I wish we had known beforehand because it’s been a nightmare with the other store. I went into the store looking for a queen bed frame. I went from the front , to back where frames were I scanned the entire store looking for an associate to help since I had questions. I noticed a young man on his cell phone talking walking everywhere. I tried to get his attention he walked on. Looking at desk lady busy with three other customers. Finally I noticed lady walking in. Finally someone to help. I was very patient, so ready to look at different store for purchase. She was of great help but someone needs to check on their employees more. I spent at least 1 hr 40 minutes in the store.
Purchased a bar stool from this store. The stool had wood mold. After multiple calls to a foreign call center, Ashley furniture refused to replace the rotting stool. Instead they wanted to replace the infested parts. After a month of calls, I took the stool back to the Sebring store and asked for a replacement or refund. They said it wood have to be handled by their corporate office and that I have to take the infested chair back to my home. The acting manager was afraid it would infest his warehouse. He was not concerned about an infestation of my home. I gave them a 1 star but they deserve a 0.

This was my first time visiting Ashley furniture. I went in to try out some recliners a couple days ago and was greeted at the door by Jason. This review could get very lengthy because I was in there a while but I’ll just say Jason stayed right with me the whole time helping me in and out of each recliner until I found the perfect one for me, letting me sit and recline for as long as I pleased. He did not rush me. He was a very personable young man who treated me like a son would treat his mom. He wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It didn’t matter if I chose a cheap recliner or an expensive one. He was just happy to help. He even gave me a hug when I left and I didn’t even purchase that day. My husband went back today and purchased the recliner I chose. Jason followed up with a text to my phone today wishing us both a Happy Anniverary as I had told him when I was in that we had an anniversary coming up next week. He didn’t have to do that because the sale was finalized so to me that was special. I will do a follow up review once the recliner is delivered and I have used it for a while.

I purchased two electrical leather couches and an electrical leather recliner with the warranty. Not even a year passed and they are tearing up on the arm rest cup holder area. I put in claim about warranty and nothing can be done about this because it’s not covered ? I paid well over $4,000.00 for these items. Not even a year has passed. Will not return to this place

My mom purchased a lift chair from Ashley's when my father fell ill and weak in late May 2023. On June 2, 2023, I went over to my mom's house to wait for the chair to be delivered. BEFORE the chair arrived my father needed medical assistance so I called an ambulance and he went to the hospital. LATER that day the chair was delivered. My father was in the hospital until he was transferred to a Hospice house on 6/5/2023. My father was unable to recover and passed away on 6/7/2023. I called Ashley's on 6/8/2023 to explain the situation and see if my mom could return the lift chair in EXCHANGE for other furniture that would be the same price. I was told no by the representative on the phone due to it being past the 72 hour return date. I tried to speak with the representative more and then the representative hung up on me. The very next day me and my mom go to the store located on Hwy 98 N, they said they would send our case to management. My mom received an email that asked for 7 pictures of the chair. I took the photos and responded back immediately. The chair is still brand new, never been used, still has the tags and warranty booklet attached. My mom was still denied. The chair is in perfect condition and we wanted to exchange due it being a reminder of how bad my father was right before he passed away. Ashley's Furniture is an inconsiderate, insensitive, heartless company. I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I am currently going through probably one of the most horrible customer service experiences in my adult life. I would love for this to be an exaggeration, but this is horrible. My husband and I purchased a bedroom set online. It was delivered in boxes because we did not opt for assembly. The next morning we opened one flap of the box with the large dresser and discovered that it was completely crushed into pieces. The box on the outside was damaged and taped up. We were not even able to pull it out of the box. My husband and I have called every other day since that day and have been promised every time, a follow up call with 24-48 hrs for pick up of damaged dresser and delivery of a new undamaged dresser. We provided photos of the damaged dresser as requested from the first inquiry and have dedicated more than eight hours over the last two weeks to try to resolve this issue with absolutely not one return phone call. I am at my wits end, we have no idea what the status is. Complete silence from your company. This massive damaged dresser is still sitting in my bedroom, impeding my pathway. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service. We understand that things may get damaged in transit. We also understand that it may take more than 24 to 48 hours to follow up sometimes. It has been two weeks now, and we have received no communication from Ashley furniture. My husband is ready to go dispute all charges since we have no guidance or direction from this company. We spent $2,000.00 on this purchase and it is literally sitting in my bedroom in pieces with no one follow up on the many phone calls, chats and emails regarding this purchase. We were even told on the 4th time we called, more than two days ago by a supervisor that we have a case number. Still no response from anyone. I feel like I have absolutely no rights as a customer. We are beyond disappointed. I don't know what else to do at this point. My husband is ready to drop this damaged furniture off at the front door of the nearest Ashley furniture retail store. Sales order 725007986147Update: since this post someone did contact us to schedule pick up of the damaged dresser and delivery of a new one. They stated that there was never a proper submission to show that we even had a damaged dresser for pick up., after at least 10 phone calls multiple emails and multiple chats. A few hours later, same day, we were told the entire set had been discontinued, and we could not get our dresser. So now we have a partial bedroom set. They stated that they would pick up the order for a full refund. It was picked up last week, still no refund.

It is now February and parts of the Lani chairs are missing screws and one chair is put together totally wrong. I’m told our claim is in corporate hands. I just want it fixed or replaced

I went to the Sebring store two days in a row because of recently just purchasing a new house. Each day John helped us and was amazing. Everyone was super friendly but both days John was super patient with us and making sure he knew all the correct information to tell us. He asked us what we liked so he could help us see more options that we might’ve missed. He also gave us the necessary space we needed to talk so we could make decisions and when we finally finished after sending him everywhere in the store to check things out he helped us get the 60 month financing. Since we’re moving he also told us that they could hold our order at the ware house for a couple of weeks until we get to our new place for delivery. I loved my experience here and I look forward to coming back.

I was purchasing a reclining lift chair for my elderly father that had just undergone neck & spine surgery. After being guaranteed a delivery date, I was called the day before delivery and informed the chair was on backorder. Since the chair was a necessity, I canceled the order and purchased somewhere else, available the same day. I had paid cash for the chair and informed that I would receive a refund check in 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 12 weeks, multiple phone calls, much valuable time, and a constant run around… but no refund. I have been told multiple times that the check will be sent out but I am still waiting. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! Corporate customer service states that the store has to handle the situation, the store says their billing/finance department has to handle it. I finally received a callback from the escalation department and they informed me that the check was being sent to the wrong address. I gave my driver’s license with my correct address when cancelling the order and requesting the refund. I have also provided the correct address each call I have made, and was told each time that they had the correct address notated. I would just like my $850 back.

was delivered a prebuilt and damaged item. they won't fix it because "you should've refused it" when i was told i have 3 days to report it. i reported on day one. it looks like the cabinet was used in their storefront. and the phone customer service is shit. they're rude and don't do anything but tell you they can have a tech out in another week (already took a week to get here which is fine and normal) to then see if they can replace it but it's out of stock. so why did i pay 800 for shitty furniture?

We were welcomed to the store by Alysa. She was wonderful showing us dining tables, chairs, and the options that we wanted in a dining set. We found the set we wanted to purchase and it was in our price range. There was a discount that gave us a final price that ending up being less and a better quality than previous stores we had visited. We will return to Ashley's when we need other furniture

To everyone and anyone looking to buy any item with this store please beware. Their employees either aren't trained correctly or they don't care about their customers. We purchased an item August 2021 financed through Synchrony bank. (Regret being offered to finance by our salesperson Alyssa) We did an exchange through our comfort guarantee warranty. They were giving us the run around on getting our mattress swapped out saying Synchrony had to give us a list of Mattresses we could choose from. Which was a lie they only finance, how would they know what is available at the store🙄 We finally got our mattress swapped out November 28, 2021 told them we wanted to switch our contract to the 60 month offer to which Alyssa is who helped us again said that Synchrony could switch it and I needed to call them (another lie or again not trained correctly) I asked her twice and she confirmed they would. Synchrony said it was an in store purchase and they the store needed to switch the contract. I had already signed thinking it would be fixed (believed Alyssa) and now going through this nightmare of them not upholding contract offered. Have spoken to so many representatives & mangers to no avail. Also saying its not 60 months & that it's not something they offer, which is a lie because we saw it sitting at the table we sat at signing our papers and Alyssa herself told us about it. And them not coming to get the item that I no longer want they say it needs to go through corporate (been through them a million times already as well and they confirmed it'san in storeproblem!) and payments just keep stacking up! We just wanted the contract offered to be upheld so we could keep our item. Now I will be letting family & friends know not do any business with them and if they do don't walk out of their store if its not the contract you agree with. Just ready for this nightmare to be over. Have a good day and thanks for reading my review if you get this far.
Ashley Furniture is selling junk furniture and making the consumer pay top dollar. This is a bed that they sold me. How can anyone advertise quality furniture when your furniture is mdf and held together with drywall screws? Shame on you

Was charged $100 more for a mattress that was listed on the price. They said there prices were the same as mattress stores, don't believe them . Paid for. Storage bed but on there work up sheet it stated regular bed no storage. Was lead to believe free delivery not true. When I called later they stated weren't able to pull up my purchase after wait 10 mins on hold plus they hung up on me.

I purchased a queen sofa sleeper 11/22/2021 at Lakeland Fl store. I was told that sofa not available until early March2022. We received our sofa on 4/12/22. For the record I am 5ft 6 inches and 160lbs. On evening of 4/30/22, I sat down on sofa & frame broke. We purchased this sofa for our vacation home. I went to Lakeland store morning of the 5/1/22. I was told that a technician will be coming to house on 5/5/22. Policy is repair or replace. We are returning to our home in Illinois on 5/14/22. I have medical testing & doctors appointment on 5/16 & 5/17/22. We do not return to Florida until 12/1/22. Obviously Ashley quality control is none existent!
The employees are awesome. Unfortunately, it took forever to get the items I ordered. They were supposed to put the furniture together, but they just left it boxed. Glass table was scratched, they were to send a rep but that never happen. If I can't buy it and take it with me, I'll go elsewhere.

We have been waiting over 5 months for our dining set. Every time we call no one goes above and beyond to help us and to see why it’s taking so long. We get the run around every time. Twice we were told the table can be delivered and twice we were told no it can’t. Come on Ashley furniture…. Where the customer service? And where is our dining set?

Terrible quality on the chairs which were refused on the first delivery and rejected and sent back— only to receive a second delivery with the same chairs having one leg on each chair is a quarter inch smaller than the other three legs- causing the chair to rock back-and-forth on a level floor -still waiting to hear from a technician to look at the problem which at this point seems to be having to take a quarter inch off the other front leg so they are equal in length and won’t rock back-and-forth-Totally disappointed in the quality control and workmanship of these tears and Ashley furniture for allowing these to go out the door

Allysa was the only one working and I don't think she even had a break when we were there at 3pm. Me and my girlfriend purchased the Porter bedroom set. When we got it delivered it was delivered by a third-party delivery service and they we’re not Ashley employees but just moving people. They damaged my nightstand and installed my sleigh bed incorrectly causing the bed to fall in after only one night of having the bed. I then called Ashley to have them send out a technician to repair the bed and bring the pieces that were missing from the bed frame. Customer service was horrible they showed no empathy. I asked to speak to the supervisor because I was getting nowhere with the customer service representative. The supervisor then proceeded to tell me they can only send somebody in a week, that was unacceptable because i waited over a month for the furniture. The supervisor tatianna gave me her direct number to call back if the technician did not reach out to us in a few days and when i called the number it was a disconnected line. I wish the quality of the customer service matched the quality of the furniture.
We had the experience of been recieved by Sam, he took care of us pretty good, patience, show us according to our liking. We change of mind regarding the purchase of our sofa next day but we'll definitely go back for other kind of furniture. Beautiful things to see.

Very poor delivery service.My bedroom furniture was delivered and one of the workers dropped my night stand and thought no one didnt see him and continued on to bring it into my home and he was stopped and the night stand was checked and it had a big hole through the bottom.Also,my bedroom set wasnt assembled properly and my bed fell in.The screws wasnt tightened and parts are missing they didnt leave the pamphlet. I have to wait 5 days before anyone come to my home to fix my bed.This is upsetting being that I paid top quality to have my items delivered and I have insurance and have to wait until someone can fix this issue.

We purchased a whole house full of furniture from Ashley when we moved. We also purchased the warranty on it. Three years later we have a damaged leg on a dining room chair. We submitted a claim for repair almost two months ago and still have not been scheduled for the repair. After repeated phone calls to the warranty company with no results we complained to the local store manager. He was rude and said to just be patient but after almost two months my patience is wearing thin.

We were looking for a lift chair for my mom that is 5 ft tall. Ashley is the only place that had one that "fit" here. It is perfect! The sales person we spoke with over the phone (Sam) was unavailable so Aaron stepped up and took great care of my mom. He was very helpful and did not seem rushed to get to another sale. The store looks amazing and appears to have anything you need in home furnishings. We can't wait for the chair to arrive (only 3 days until delivery! Competitors were 3 months out for delivery!!!) I will definitely shop there again.
I was impressed that my furniture could be delivered within 3 days, even though online it said 6-12 weeks! livery was prompt. A few days later I ordered a duplicate chair because I love it! The sale was made via telephone, and again the delivery was within 3 days. The downside was that I wanted to add the new chair to my existing Ashley account, and that could not be done on the phone!! I had to use another credit card, which means I lost my 12-months interest free perk!! Bummer!!!
Alyssa at store #16 was very helpful and the only one in the store that greeted in the whole store. She was very helpful to in the store with the pricing and to what my concerns and needs was. I am give her 5 stars and not the store due to everyone else never said one word to me. I hope they give Alyssa a management role at the store so that she can train other employees on how to greet every customer that walks threw those doors. The furniture is very nice, now they just need to work on the employees at the store.
Made a purchase on 7/17/21 that included a tv stand and fireplace. The fireplace arrived with the sofas. The tv stand would arrive separately. After a week and no updates on the tv stand delivery, I called and was told by corporate that it was on back order and would arrive in Oct. That was never mentioned at the time of purchase. After calls with the sales associate , Alyssa who was great during the purchase, the tv stand arrived, without notification of delivery on 8/7. As we began to unpack and assemble the stand, we noticed a damage on part "A" and that part "J" was missing from the package, also part "H" was duplicated. I called the store and on 8/8/21 spoke with Daniele, and reported the missing and damaged items, to which she opened a case. All while receiving NO status updates from Ashley Store or Corporate. I called the Sebring store again and spoke with Daniel, who was very apologetic, this was on 8/12/21. Daniel was going to escalate the case again with Corporate, still no status updates from anyone after that. I called on 8/24/21 and spoke with Rikayla, who was able to provide an email update for the replacement part and case number. No further updates have been provided. After texting with Alyssa our sales associate on 9/7/21 one month after the stand was delivered, she escalated and had a store manager, Yesenia (the irony) call me today on 9/11/21, who has promised to provide an update again. I'm beyond displeased with the lack of followup and customer service we have received from Ashley Furniture. I just want my replacement piece or a new stand at this point and they can pickup what was delivered damaged, so I can put my livingroom back together!.Today is 9/23/21 and still no update on my missing part delivery!!!

My sales person Gwen, was kind, patient and quite knowledgeable about my recliner. As it happened, she took me straight to the chair that fit me perfectly and I bought it. It was a fun and joyful experience. Thanks! But unfortunately after waiting a week, they never delivered on their promises. When I tried twice to call to see why, their ‘local’ number just gave me a very annoying long series of robotron ads and they refused to pickup. Yet their website said they were not very busy. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I went into the store looking for some furniture and I come across the table it was nice but it was coming apart my seven-year-old could move it and it says solid wood when something is wood it's heavy it's solid this was plastic and vinyl and they have a sign saying solid wood and they want over two grand for this set that's false advertisement and they should be ashamed of themselves. And the evidence is right there I didn't have to do anything but take a picture because the tables coming apart

Went in to purchase a lift chair for a family member. Only 2 on the floor and they were junk. Of all the lift chairs Ashley makes this was dissatisfying. Then we had to make our way to the back of the store through what was a dangerous maze of furniture on smaller carpets the the handicapped family member tripped on several times to see the lack of choice. Real question is why a handicap piece of furniture be in this location clearly not very accessible? Salesperson person agree but said he had no voice in it. Sad place to shop for older people.

I purchased a TV console with a fireplace from the Sebring store. Alyssa Rivera greeted us at the door, She showed us all the units that were on display. Alyssa was very knowable about the products!!!! We went back the next day to purchase the item we picked out. Alyssa had all the paperwork ready and it was a wonderful experience!! If only car dealers could be like her!!!!

Loved my furniture until the table top was ruined, I paid for the protection plan, it took months and multiple calls to get someone to come out to “fix” it Then it was just discolored and a sticky mess for a while until it was cleaned off (they literally colored it with some crayon lookin things and sprayed something over it. They were here maybe 15 min). Now the ring that was there is still visible and parts of the color of the table is peeling off in other areas.

I waited for Orange Tuesday to get an additional 15% off. I was helped immediately, and was surprised that they were going to deliver the bed I purchased in just 3 days time. With the Covid 19 I have been experiencing waiting for months to get items that I have bought from all kinds of stores.. Of course I was lucky that I chose a headboard and bed that was available in the warehouse. Ashley has a nice selection and I have enjoyed shopping for furniture and decorative items here in Sebring and in Arizona as well.
Its a nice store with good supply of furniture. The staff on the other hand are horrible. I was in the store with my wife (there were atleast 4 employees) and not 1 single person approached us or asked if they could help us. We walked around (made eye contact with multiple employees) for 20 minutes before we finally just left. We took our business elsewhere and was extremely satisfied.

We purchased a love seat console from them. After it was delivered we noticed that the seats were pulling apart and it was damaged. We called them and a repairman came a month later and said he can't order the part that it needs to fix it. He will make a note for them to take the part off a junk love seat that they throw out. A month later and the loveseat is looking worse and we still haven't heard back from them. So we called and said we either want to exchange it or get a credit to get something else. She said someone will email us within 72 hours with an answer. 10 days later we still haven't heard anything. We did buy the product warranty plan as well. I would not recommend buying from them, they obviously don't care about their customers or standing behind their products.

Very informative staff. They let me know of Ashley's quality standards, the fact that cheaper is almost never better, and that I can't expect 100% solid wood furniture for pennies. Compared to other places in highlands county they are still the least expensive and have 0% financing - for like 5 or 6 years! That's crazy! Who does that? Anyway, I won't shop anywhere else. I love my Raylene bedroom. Solid and not too expensive!
This page will not let me post about the warranty that Ashley Furniture did not honor! This is not a company anyone should trust. I was sold a bed that’s adjustable with a frame that is not compatible with the mattress! Ashley Furniture sent a warranty tech out & I was told they won’t do anything about the bed frame that comes apart when you adjust the mattress! I waited years to buy “nice” furniture! This is not nice furniture, it scratches, it literally falls apart & the company will not do anything about it! Their sales people will lie to you! I trusted the sales people to sell me the appropriate mattress & bed frame & furniture...I spent $10,000 at this store to be treated like nobody when I needed help!

Quality of the furniture is good, but other than that everything else about Ashley furniture is abysmal. Ordered about 5 pieces of furniture, which were delayed without me ever being told. After 3 separate deliveries over a span of 2 months after the original delivery date I got what I paid for. Avoiding shopping here next time I need furniture in a decent manner of time.

Extremely deceitful sales staff . They put 730 of delivery fees and five year protection plan on my amount. I specifically asked for the threshold free delivery and no protection plan!! Thank god my daughter was looking over the paper work as we were walking to the door, she said whoa this is not the amount he told us, so we turned around and went right back to the cashier desk. They just blew it off as a accounting error. Be very careful!!The one star is for the furniture itself, not grade a stuff but decent enough.
Ashley has a terrific selection, but after sale service is nearly non-existent. My delivery has been rescheduled, and now that it is delivery day there is no way to track the shipment (in spite of what their broken text link says). We are now sitting at 2 1/2 hours past the 4 hour delivery window that they gave me and there is no way to get hold of anyone to provide any clarity. Their internet customer service puts you on endless hold, and the telephone help line does the same. Frustrating. Maddening. The store is currently closed so we'll have to go there tomorrow to see if the in store customer service can do anything for us.

We spent $1400 in furniture and they talked us into buying the extended warranty and normally I don&'t buy it but what ever reason we did .Now come a few years later when is Recliner that we bought broke. we went to Ashley to submit a claim they told us we need to go through the third-party company they use.After a month waiting sit in on a broken sofa( i&'m also a disabled veteran in need of my recliner )we got approved for replacement I asked the companies what next they never replied . so I went to Ashley In Lakeland where I bought the furniture and the Replacement warranty I showed them the email that said it was approved to replace their response was they cannot find it on their computer yet I asked to speak to a manager they told me he was on vacation I asked him can they call corporate and find out what happened to my order they said noI&'m sorry me as a salesman would&'ve taken a few minutes to make a phone call keep the customer happy hopefully they&'ll be looking around and purchase another piece of furniture instead of telling me no I can&'t help me. All we are asking is for customer service after the sale don&'t just take my money and say you&'re on your own7/6/2020so I called their corporate office at 1-800-477-0097 last Thursday they said they&'ll get back to me within 24 to 48 hours here we are Tuesday with no call back left him another message see if they will call back For whatever reason this company does not understand customer service and service after the sale7/28/2020Once again I called corporate office at 800 477 0097 and left a message of my problem. recording says they&'ll get back to me within 24 to 48 hours they never even bother reaching out it&'s obviously this customer service is just as bad in corporate office as it is in the store in lake land Fl. I purchased a coffee table along with a sectional for your Thanksgiving Sale and the table has broken 2x now. The first time I went to get it fixed, I called 2x and got nowhere, I stopped in 2x before an appointment was set. I want a new table because I do not want to jump through hoops everytime the table breaks. Will never buy anything from here not only does their furniture break so easily, you have to jumpThrough hoops to even get an appointment. Their customer service is non existent, I would rather spend more money somewhere with quality stuff and wait like Rooms to go. They have a waiting for their products but they have better quality and way better service. Heck so does Kane&'s furniture. We only went to Ashley&'s because they were faster. We even purchased the stupid extended warranty. lots of good it did us. Every 3 days we go there and nothing is done, it&'s always wait and see wait and hope they call you back.My husband went to the store 2 days in a row and the lady in the front desk was rude and didn&'t give a rats butt about his situation. She looked at her computer the entire time and dismissed him 2 days in a row. She clearly needs a new job if she can&'t even act like she cares for 3 minutes! Good thing he went in and not me.Very disappointed someone called and said we would be taken care of. 3 days later nothing so we called and they said, someone would call us... no time, no date, just a blank. &"We willCall you.&" That tells me they won&'t call me and I&'llBe bothering them everyday until I get my table. So until I have a date of when I&'ll receive my table. I willBe giving a bad review. They don&'t even deserve the stupid 1 star... forced to give. Customer service is out the door after you give them your money!
I placed an order in April. I was told that I could get a partial order delivered, and I agreed. What I didn't realize was that they would call me every month to delay my order. The second half of my order was to be delivered at the end of May. Then they changed it to June, and then July. Today they call to tell me that I have to wait till September! I understand that things are being postponed and delayed, and I was willing to wait a while, but it's a ridiculous amount of time to wait for my item. I've been trying to cancel my order, but the woman I spoke to in customer service was rude. She left me on hold and never took me off hold. Now I have to call again to cancel this order.

BEWARE! DO NOT WALK INTO THIS STORE! The day after purchasing an expensive Sterns & Foster mattress and two expensive pillows we were horrified the mattress was too firm and not for us. We called Customer Service and directly to the Lakeland, FL store. We were given a case number (that is a gimmick) and reassured by a store manager through the office (I was never allowed to speak directly on phone to manager) as I heard him in the background say &"tell her they qualify&"for a 90-day exchange; because we bought the pillows and had purchased a new mattress pad (not theirs but had receipt of purchase which they said was fine, as long as we had bought expensive pillows). It was emphasized several times to us we were good but had to sleep 30 days on mattress then on 3/26/2020, and not before, exchange could begin. We followed exact instructions and called 3/26 only to be told by office worker, Eliza, we did not qualify and basically called us liars that no one would have told us that. Why would they have told us to sleep on the mattress for 30 days if we didn&'t qualify for the 90-day return? We took the manager&'s word the day after we purchased this mattress we would be able to exchange it. We were even going to spend $300 more for a more comfortable one. Eliza said she would call us back after talking to store manager. She never called and we believe was not intending to. After 3 hours we called again and Eliza said she talked to a manager and there was nothing they would do. We asked Eliza for the managers names, phone numbers, to check the date we called to see which manager was on duty who told us this information. She only gave us first names, John & Scott, and would not let us talk to the manager. Because we are elderly (65-70) we are locked down to avoid COVID virus. It has been very stressful and encourage everyone who takes the time to read this to AVOID ASHLEY HOME STORE Lakeland. They are dishonest and rude.
We ordered a living room set. The day it was delivered, it was completely wrong. Wrong color, no cupholders, and damaged. After speaking to customer care who was useless, we went to the store to figure it out with them. They were horrible! I do not reccomend this store. It will be our last time, we will find elsewhere to purchase furniture.
You can&'t actually pay for furniture and take it with you. They want you to pay for delivery and finance it. Avoid this experience.

Ashely Furniture is very unreliable. We went in and found the furniture we wanted. Then were told it would be several weeks to get it. We were not happy but decided we would wait. Then they call 2 days before the delivery date to say they were pushing it back another 2 weeks. No compensation for us at all was offered. Not even an apology. We have already sold our other furniture but will be canceling the order with Ashley and going elsewhere. I do not recommend them to anyone! My grandmother had the same kind of experience 5 years ago...they delivered her furniture at 3 AM!! That’s ridiculous!!!

The worst experience I've had, I bought a dining room set, when it arrived, it was defective. I did not want to sign the receipt but the deliveryman convinced me to receive it because otherwise I could spend more than a month without a dining room. Then a claim was created to exchange it, that was on December 8, they sent a technician ten days later to repair the damage of the table in my house, the technician when he saw the table said that it could not be fixed that it was necessary to exchange it, Then I receive a text message that the change will be made on Sunday 29 between 3.00 and 7.00 pm, which never happened. I called and they told me there was no delivery scheduled for me that day. Call the next day December 30 and let me know that the dining room is in back order and that I will not receive the exchange until January 6th. I asked to speak with the store manager, they told me that she was busy and that she would call me, it's already 5.30pm and she still doesn't call. AS I TOLD YOU ..... THE WORST STORE WITH THE WORST MANAGEMENT
If y’all need some furniture, do NOT go to Ashley Furniture in Sebring. Hands down WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. But of course they were nice as pie when we were there spending thousands of dollars. From sending the wrong bed, to awful delivery people, to broken furniture and missing parts, it’s been fun. They might have beautiful stuff, but I’m telling y’all, DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DUMMIES.
I was so excited to get my sectional and tv stand fireplace order it over 3 weeks ago. Order was to be delivered on 12/21 went into the store in Sebring FL on 12/19 they told me everything was set to be delivered and would call me the next day to confirm the time. The next day they called me to confirm the TV stand and fireplace would be delivered so I called the store to ask them where was my sectional and they told me it was back order until the 26th need less to say I was very disappointed. Then came time for them to deliver the tv stand and fireplace they called me and said they couldn't find it on the truck and didn't know when it would be delivered. Called the store and for 4 days I called to cancel my order completely and was told every day the manager was the one who had to do it and the manager would call me and never did. Finally I called and I was told they would give me a refund I was never so disappointed at that they had my money for almost a month and I had nothing I lost all faith in Ashley furniture and will never order anything from them again . The customer service I got after I paid for the items was the worst I have ever had and I hope they don't treat people like they did with me.

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Now I have to echo the others who will never purchase from them again. Great salesperson, great price, great look. Delivery and customer service are the worst I've experienced in a long time. Delays, broken pieces, missed appointments, lots of finger pointing, and no attempts to make it right. Either these problems happen so often it's not a concern for them or they simply don't care about their customers after they get payment. Save yourself the aggravation and order from Wayfair, then hire a handyman to put it together.
Bought over $2200. in 2 pieces. A leather loveseat power recliner and a rocking, swivel leather recliner. 48 hours after receiving furniture, the plastic foot release pulled out of the chair, the two Chinese screws snapped in half. Had to wait 9 days for "TECH" to come from Tampa in repair truck to fix the chair. The Tech had no parts or GET THIS two screws to fix chair, gets on his phone and talks to Tampa about ordering parts, Hey it takes two screws, no parts I said. This is the way it"s done he said and left. Chair not fixed, don't know where or when the "PARTS" will get here or when it will be fixed. The local Ashley will not do anything to remedy this sad situation. Needless to say I've made my last purchase at the ASHLEY STORE IN SEBRING. POOR PRODUCT-POOR SERVICE-POOR ATTITUDE. I am not surprised at all the negative reviews that I am reading after the experience I am currently going through with Ashley Furniture. I ordered a bedroom set and had it delivered to my home. The delivery team damaged my headboard and footboard and with knowing they did, they did not have the decency to point it out before leaving. I was not advised about inspecting the furniture with a fine comb prior to them leaving. That SAME DAY of the delivery I noticed the damage and contacted Ashley Furniture in Sebring, Florida (which is the location I made the purchase) and explained to them that I am NOT ok with the furniture that was delivered and asked for a new headboard and footboard. Their response was that they cannot send out new furniture because it has already been delivered. They said they would have to send out for a tech repair. First of all, it is upsetting that with the amount of money I have paid, the only option is a tech repair. I should not have a BRAND NEW piece of furniture REPAIRED because Ashley Furniture’s delivery team damaged the furniture. I should be receiving a brand new UNDAMAGED set. The next issue I am having is that I am STILL waiting for this scheduled tech repair (which I am NOT happy about but they claim that is the only way to handle it). Ashley Furniture was so quick to take my money for the sale, but not to follow up when there is an issue. 2-3 weeks is NOT ok to be sitting here waiting for a tech to come out and look at my furniture. Not once was their “No Refund” policy ever explained to me. With a policy that outrageous, that should be something that is discussed prior to purchase with EVERY customer. I tried explaining to the sales manager Scott in the Sebring location that I would dispute the credit card purchase and his unprofessional response was “Go ahead, we win 100% every time.” So again, here I am waiting for my damaged furniture to be looked at while in the mean time, I am inconvenienced with my clothes and belongings in my garage until this issue is resolved.
We had a lot of issues with an Ashley online order. Thanks to the manager of Ashley Home Store in Sebring, FL, the assembly and set up we paid for when placing the online order(not done) will be taken care of. We will never deal with Ashley online again. Many thanks to the manager, a beautiful young lady, for taking steps to help us.
Never buying furniture from this place again. I went here to buy a sectional, that I thought was the price. I come to find out they add a &"warranty&" fee of $149 and a delivery fee of $139. When I asked if I could get the delivery fee for free, it was a no unless I wanted to put the sectional together, which after receiving the furniture would&'ve probably been the better route. we got our sectional delivered 3 weeks from purchase and when they put the sofa together they left out screws, purposely it looked like. My 120 pound wife sat on the sectional and all the legs of the sectional bent, that&'s how we found out there were only 1 screw per leg. I called the warranty and no responses called a 2nd time and they still haven&'t fixed my legs from the sectional! I am so pissed I got the sectional delivered on the 23rd of September and still don&'t have a date as to when it will be fix. Next step is asking for both my delivery fee and warranty fee back at least! Horrible way to do business. Employees taking short cuts and its just unbelievable, save your money! DO NOT BUY HERE
We purchased a sofa l/s combo for over $2000. Shortly after the seats on the sofa began to collapse. Foam was replaced twice with the same results which was predicted by the technicians who did the work. We were promised a new sofa by the store manager and now she refuses to make good on her word. Words cannot express how dissatisfied we are with their furniture and total lack of concern for customer service. Please go elsewhere for your furniture needs.
We were invited to a 2 day 30% off sale yesterday and today. In addition, we bought some discontinued tables (floor models) at 40% off. We shopped at both Lee’s Furniture and Turner Furniture and found Ashley most competitive and way less money for our taste. What we paid $3,000 for cost $7,000 at Turner. Ask for Gwen, if you come here, she is the best!!

Store staff were nice, but that was completely offset by the HORRIBLE delivery experience. We had a large order they delivered it in two deliveries. FIRST ORDER:1. The first delivery had 6 items - 1 item was damaged so badly it had to be sent back, 2 more items required a technician to come out and fix them. 2. The first delivery my delivery guys fought amongst themselves. They argued in my front yard like a bunch of middle school boys.3. They left TRASH all over my driveway and yard. I was glad to see them leave my house...I was actually glad to pick up their sloppy work.4. On the first delivery they also scratched my bamboo floors. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 7 WEEKS TO GET A HAPPY RESOLUTION TO THIS. I HAVE A CLAIM NUMBER AND NUMBER THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK. Feel free to call 240-988-5755 and see if they answer. Money says...they won't!5. Ohhh yeah.....the delivery mess is NOT Ashley's problem as I have been told multiple times. This is because Ashley contracts with a 3rd party logistics company (and each truck of the about 60 in the Tampa area are individually owned). This delivery company is a mess and makes buying from Ashely a horrible experience!6. I forgot one of the most annoying things about this first order. The first time they were supposed to come they came to our community gate called 2x within one minute. I called the company back in less than 2 minutes they were gone and I had to start the delivery process all over again! The drivers simply lied to their bosses about what happened and I had the screen shots of their calls to prove it. This cost me another day at home waiting for them to show up.7. In total I spent close to 6 hours on the phone dealing with issues, took 3 days off work (2 for deliveries and 1 for a technician). SECOND ORDER: 1. This took almost 7 weeks to be delivered. To say that differently, I spent THOUSANDS of dollars and waited 7 weeks for my furniture to be delivered. Frustrating.2. 8 pieces were delivered on this order. 3 pieces require a technician. 1 sofa had a huge hole in the back of it and it could not be fixed. So now I have to have another sofa sent to my house. 3. In total this second order will cost me 3 days off work - 1 for delivery, 1 for a technician and 1 for a new sofa to be delivered. So what has Ashely done to make this right? Not much. They sent me $100 of gift cards...which I probably won't use. And that is it. My floors are still scratched. This issue has not been resolved...7 weeks and counting.... I have probably made 50 phone calls on the above matters. Probably spent 10 hours on the phone. It literally takes an hour every time you call their corporate office....I am on minute 68 as I sit on hold as I write this. I have made 4 trips to the store (roundtrip about an hour). I have had to take 6 days off work. Never again will I buy from this company. Never. This was my first Yelp review in probably 6 years....but I am passionate about this one.

Prices too high
The customer service here at the Lakeland Fl location is beyond bad to say the least. The delivery date was completely butchered and when we called the store asking if they could help they showed it delivered already when we never received and the manager would not even speak to us. Stay clear of this store its a real sleazeball operation
I wish I had read the reviews before buying here. I used to love Ashley and was looking forward to shopping here for years to come. Miguel our sales guy was pronominal. Great shopping experience. Then, the problems started. We purchased a sleeper sofa that was to be delivered 7/5. Waited around all day, we were delivery 15/15. The driver showed up, took one look at the standard 2&'6&" door it needed to go through, and told me it wouldn&'t fit. Didn&'t even try. I explained there was bigger furniture in that room before, nothing. Was super condescending with his &"listen lady&" responses and tone. So, he said I could refuse it, which I did. I immediately called the store to talk about how to secure a refund. They said nothing needed to be done, and once it was back in inventory, the refund would come automatically. I asked specifically if I needed to do anything, they assured me no. Awesome. Fast forward to 7/18, still no refund. Called the store to speak with Mikaela. She was confrontational from the beginning, stating it was my fault I didn&'t give them the card info for the refund. I explained that it was on their Ashley CC. She called over to them and came back on the line, ensuring it was handled. I asked for something in writing, she said I would have to call the credit card myself. I shared that I thought that was a lot of work for something that was a customer service issue, to which she replied &"This is not a Customer Service Issue&". I asked for her manager, she hung up. I called back twice, and she mysteriously couldn&'t hear me. Finally, she assured me that she would take a message for the manager. 7/20 rolls around, and I call ONCE AGAIN t other store for the manager. I left a message for John to return my call. 7/21 comes around and STILL no call. No refund. Nothing. I call once again, and the employee told me John specifically told her to take down my info for him to call back. I am now six calls into this, and three messages to a manager. It seems that this place is fine unless there is an issue. To me, this is very telling of their customer service and they have absolutely failed me as a customer. It&'s so disheartening that I get this type of treatment, especially after filling over half of our home with Ashley furniture and was planning on buying much more. It&'s a shame that awesome staff like Miguel don&'t get the support they need, because this will cost him our future sales.
we had a bad experience with lakeland, on the delivery. We tried getting something a second time, waited and waited, called the salesman, oh the order hadnt been placed! Canceled that and will never do business with them again. Besides that, the furniture we did get is not worth the money we spent.
Stopped here for a new head board. Happened to be my birthday and we were pleasantly surprised by no hard core sales. Spent an hour just talking and the staff help when we had questions. Will be back when looking for our chairs.
Love their furniture i love how they work with you with the price to get the furniture you want to have and the have good patience with you until you decide your decision.
The most horrible Ashley Store ever! The sales associate literally stalked us the entire time we were in the store. We would be bending to sit down on a sofa and she would be there asking if it was comfortable. She never even allowed us to talk amongst ourselves. She pushed her way into our conversations. She was pushy, rude and DOES not know how to read her customers. Poor poor salesperson. She needs some major training. We left and will never return. Too bad she lost out on a potential large sale.
I ordered furniture for both my mother and myself. The delivery gives a window of 12 hours so you are expected to wait around all day. Delivery shows up with no tools to assemble furniture. After several minutes of trying to figure out what the delivery people (no English speaking) were saying I got them a drill. Then they never connected the pieces together. When it came time to deliver my furniture. I received a call on Friday for Mondays scheduled delivery and confirmed it. I then get an email on Saturday that gave me a whole whooping five hours to respond to. I didn't open the email until 6 but did send conformation and come Monday no furniture. I was told since I didn't respond fast enough the delivery was rescheduled. I had already made arrangements to be off on Monday and now they say they can't deliver tommorow and will be delivering on Wednesday. I will not be here Wednesday. Bottom line if you don't care how or when they deliver and are flexible to wait around for when ever they want go for it. If you want poor servive this store is for you.
We purchased our dream bedroom set last month (North Shore). It was over 5k and well worth it!Ashley Furniture Store Manager John Kimbrough and his sales staff did an excellent job making sure that we got the best deal possible for the bedroom set we purchased. In addition, John interceded on our behalf in helping overcome the numerous obstacles presented by this company&'s delivery team headed by Nicole Levalley. If it were not for John and his team we would be giving this purchase 2 stars.Ms. Levalley&'s delivery team did a horrible job delivering our bedroom set. This delivery path from hell lasted almost a month. When they initially delivered the set, Ms. Levalley&'s delivery team was entirely composed of two non-English speaking movers. Once in our bedroom, one of the movers stated to me &"no puede&" while pointing to one of the bed pillars (canopy bed) and my ceiling. I disagreed with the worker even standing one of the pillars up to show that there was plenty of clearance between the pillar and ceiling.The worker then called someone at the Ashley Delivery Division on his phone and sent pictures of the pillar and my ceiling. The worker then handed me the phone. The female, whom I spoke to had a condescending tone. She proceeded to tell me that &"clearly I could see that the bed pillar was too tall for my ceiling.&" I informed her that I disagreed with her and that I would be calling Sales Manager Kimbrough.Mr. Kimbrough apologized profusely for my treatment by the Ashley Delivery Team. He further promised to address this issue. A few days later another deliver team arrived and successfully assembled our canopy bed without incident.Unfortunately, the dresser the company delivered along with the rest of the bedroom set, had an imperfection in the stone counter portion. They sent over two more which were equally unimpressive.We then negotiated with the Ashley Delivery Team to have a V.I.P. delivery. The V.I.P. treatment involves the the Ashley Delivery Team un-boxing the dresser and inspecting it for defects prior to delivering it to the customer. I met the V.I.P movers at their truck Not only did I find pock marks on the counter surface of the dresser, but also the movers found an additional one.I was then informed that due to the Ashley Delivery Team attempting to deliver the dresser 3 times, they could no longer make future attempts. That is laughable! If you deliver quality furniture, free of defects we would not have refused delivery. What was particularly unnerving was that fact that the Ashley Delivery Team, specifically, Ms. Levalley framed this as a customer preference issue rather than a manufacturer defect, especially the V.I.P. dresser delivery. Luckily, Mr. Kimbrough came to the rescue, offering up his showroom dresser in exchange for the defective one in our bedroom. I would highly recommend buying furniture else where! It is very unfortunate the way this place treats people at times in terms of customer service. They are very polite pre sale, but myself and others have experienced terrible customer service post sale. That is the true sign of a business is how one is treated when they need assistance for problems or in order to return an item. They will make it as difficult as possible for you if you have an issue that needs to be addressed. Do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere.
I Purchased two barstools with Ashley furniture in Lakeland. I then went to the warehouse and Brandon and pick them up one of them came from North Carolina and the second one came from Mississippi. I did not notice upon picking them up. I put them together and one of them is about an inch and a half taller than the other one and the finishes are different. I called the next day to the corporate office to make a complaint and to get them fixed. It&'s been two weeks I&'ve been going round and round and there&'s no contact from the store unless I call corporate who try&'s to put me in contact with the actual store. This only happens after corporate calls the store 4 -5 times because they don&'t answer the phone. I&'ve put in a complaint with corporate which is been well documented and still nothing happened. At this point I&'m told that before 2 o&'clock tomorrow I will receive a phone call from the store manager to resolve this issue but I was also told that on Wednesday as well, but no one called me Thursday. It&'s now 5:11 pm on Friday afternoon. I am no way ever going shop there again and advise against anybody shopping there. It seems as they don&'t back up their furniture which is very sad because I bought a bed with nightstand, a large dining room table, and two barstools all with warranties. I am hoping that I have no further issues and this gets resolved. If you gets resolved I will update my recommendation. At this point I give them 0 stars!

Bought my king size electric bed the head and feet rise perfect for people with bad backs and the service was bar none
The shop was nice. We went in with the intent to buy a new bed frame for my daughter. She wanted something close to the floor to keep her cat out from under her bed. We found one we liked and asked a guy over to help us. Spike with him about the situation she was trying to avoid. Instead of helping . He told her to just put her bed on the floor. She said she was an adult and didnt want her bed on the floor. He said well then it is time to grow up. And followed that with how he was trying to help her. He then told us he had to go help someone and walked away. Needless to say we did NOT get the bed we walked out. And I am sure we will not go back again.

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, we were greeted with a kind and friendly welcome. The manager introduced us to an associate named Noel who would be helping us. Noel was FREAKING AMAZING! He wanted to help us get what we wanted without being pushy or seeming like he just wanted a sale. He let my boyfriend and I walk around with ease to really get a feel for what we were looking for. He was VERY HELPFUL and friendly. We are a younger couple and Noel was really looking out for us. He knew we were slightly skeptical making a big purchase, but he reassured us that we were making a great decision and he was even super excited for us! I wish he could get a raise or some kind of reward because I've never had someone be so helpful ever. Thank you Noel for helping us get our dream couches! You are a great person, with or without that nametag!

My experience with Ashley HomeStore definitely opened my eyes to just how bad a business can be.On Dec. 29, 2018, my wife and I purchased a headboard from the Ashley Home Store in Lakeland, Florida. It was to our understanding that this product would be delivered to our residence within several weeks. There was also a VERY clear understanding between the store staff and us that the headboard would be installed, as in &"installed&". It was also our understanding that the headboard would be the correct size and would take three weeks to be delivered.On January 24, 2019, (nearly four weeks later), the headboard was delivered. The delivery folks claimed that we needed a rail and frame--something we were never asked, advised or even recommended. In a photograph that my wife took, anyone can clearly discern that the headboard is for a king-sized bed, which is about six inches wider than a California King sized bed which we made very clear that we had.And, contrary to the well-intentioned assurances of the Ashley salesperson, the delivery folks told my wife that they &"don&'t drill holes&". Uhh, let&'s see. There are holes for a bolt in the bed frame and there were holes in the bed board. But they didn&'t line up. Why? IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE. Hello, Mcfly!Based on the fact that it took a month to receive this product and it was clearly not the product as ordered, I requested and was granted a refund. Since I paid for the product by credit card, the $496 charge was to be refunded to my credit card. The driver of a delivery truck (not an Ashley Truck), advised it would be refunded within &"48 to 72 hours&". As of today (Feb. 2, 2019), it is a lot longer than 72 hours.IMPORTANT: The delivery truck was not a store delivery truck but a &"third party&". The driver and the three young men tasked with delivering and installing the headboard were not Ashley employees. This condition was never disclosed to us. The aforementioned driver and delivery personnel arrived in an unmarked truck. There are obvious legal implications for this alone, not to mention the failure to provide me with a refund in a timely manner.The store staff are useless. They offered to provide me with a receipt of refund, yet my credit card has not received any such refund. The staff was also hesitant to provide me with contact information for their chain of command--something that should be a red flag. Of all the reviews I have written since I first went on Yelp, I would say this experience was not only the worst but should serve as a warning--enter the Ashley Home Store waters at your own risk.LESSONS LEARNED: Read Yelp, not Google reviews, which are often &"seeded&" with friends and family members or some very rare happy customers. We had furniture schedule to be delivered come to find out it was not schedule. So I called the Lakeland store to find out what was going on and just got the runaround. Sometimes it's nice to just look without being hounded by sales peopleand this was one of those days. Good thing I wasn't planning to buy because no one asked to help me although on clerk did get me as she flew across the floor. It was an empty store which allowed me to try the beds anda sofas without being assaulted to buy. They have a nice showroom with mediocre quality furniture.

We were there today and found the whole experience very frustrating. We were within minutes of a $5,000 furniture sale when we were told that they refused to deliver half of our purchase. Instead they would deliver only some of our purchase and the other, rather large bedroom suite, we only had 48 hours to come from Lake Placid in our standard size pickup and retrieve it. It probably would have taken us several trips too. Sorry, bad call Ashley's. RIDICULOUS that you would be so petty over delivery and wouldn't even budge. Royals, Lee's, Turner's, Badcock? We will take our business elsewhere! I'm sure one of these guys would like our money!
