Ashely Furniture is very unreliable. We went in and found the furniture we wanted. Then were told it would be several weeks to get it. We were not happy but decided we would wait. Then they call 2 days before the delivery date to say they were pushing it back another 2 weeks. No compensation for us at all was offered. Not even an apology. We have already sold our other furniture but will be canceling the order with Ashley and going elsewhere. I do not recommend them to anyone! My grandmother had the same kind of experience 5 years ago...they delivered her furniture at 3 AM!! That’s ridiculous!!!
The worst experience I've had, I bought a dining room set, when it arrived, it was defective. I did not want to sign the receipt but the deliveryman convinced me to receive it because otherwise I could spend more than a month without a dining room. Then a claim was created to exchange it, that was on December 8, they sent a technician ten days later to repair the damage of the table in my house, the technician when he saw the table said that it could not be fixed that it was necessary to exchange it, Then I receive a text message that the change will be made on Sunday 29 between 3.00 and 7.00 pm, which never happened. I called and they told me there was no delivery scheduled for me that day. Call the next day December 30 and let me know that the dining room is in back order and that I will not receive the exchange until January 6th. I asked to speak with the store manager, they told me that she was busy and that she would call me, it's already 5.30pm and she still doesn't call. AS I TOLD YOU ..... THE WORST STORE WITH THE WORST MANAGEMENT
If y’all need some furniture, do NOT go to Ashley Furniture in Sebring. Hands down WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. But of course they were nice as pie when we were there spending thousands of dollars. From sending the wrong bed, to awful delivery people, to broken furniture and missing parts, it’s been fun. They might have beautiful stuff, but I’m telling y’all, DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DUMMIES.
I was so excited to get my sectional and tv stand fireplace order it over 3 weeks ago. Order was to be delivered on 12/21 went into the store in Sebring FL on 12/19 they told me everything was set to be delivered and would call me the next day to confirm the time. The next day they called me to confirm the TV stand and fireplace would be delivered so I called the store to ask them where was my sectional and they told me it was back order until the 26th need less to say I was very disappointed. Then came time for them to deliver the tv stand and fireplace they called me and said they couldn't find it on the truck and didn't know when it would be delivered. Called the store and for 4 days I called to cancel my order completely and was told every day the manager was the one who had to do it and the manager would call me and never did. Finally I called and I was told they would give me a refund I was never so disappointed at that they had my money for almost a month and I had nothing I lost all faith in Ashley furniture and will never order anything from them again . The customer service I got after I paid for the items was the worst I have ever had and I hope they don't treat people like they did with me.

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Now I have to echo the others who will never purchase from them again. Great salesperson, great price, great look. Delivery and customer service are the worst I've experienced in a long time. Delays, broken pieces, missed appointments, lots of finger pointing, and no attempts to make it right. Either these problems happen so often it's not a concern for them or they simply don't care about their customers after they get payment. Save yourself the aggravation and order from Wayfair, then hire a handyman to put it together.
Bought over $2200. in 2 pieces. A leather loveseat power recliner and a rocking, swivel leather recliner. 48 hours after receiving furniture, the plastic foot release pulled out of the chair, the two Chinese screws snapped in half. Had to wait 9 days for "TECH" to come from Tampa in repair truck to fix the chair. The Tech had no parts or GET THIS two screws to fix chair, gets on his phone and talks to Tampa about ordering parts, Hey it takes two screws, no parts I said. This is the way it"s done he said and left. Chair not fixed, don't know where or when the "PARTS" will get here or when it will be fixed. The local Ashley will not do anything to remedy this sad situation. Needless to say I've made my last purchase at the ASHLEY STORE IN SEBRING. POOR PRODUCT-POOR SERVICE-POOR ATTITUDE. Purchased the item pictured. This is what was delivered and their response when granddaughter made a complaint. She said delivery people were rude to the person that sat at her house waiting for delivery when they pointed out the item didn’t look right. Told floor manager she wants a refund because she doesn’t want to deal with them anymore. Refund was refused. They instructed her to readjust it and if she couldn’t call them for a technician to come out.
I am not surprised at all the negative reviews that I am reading after the experience I am currently going through with Ashley Furniture. I ordered a bedroom set and had it delivered to my home. The delivery team damaged my headboard and footboard and with knowing they did, they did not have the decency to point it out before leaving. I was not advised about inspecting the furniture with a fine comb prior to them leaving. That SAME DAY of the delivery I noticed the damage and contacted Ashley Furniture in Sebring, Florida (which is the location I made the purchase) and explained to them that I am NOT ok with the furniture that was delivered and asked for a new headboard and footboard. Their response was that they cannot send out new furniture because it has already been delivered. They said they would have to send out for a tech repair. First of all, it is upsetting that with the amount of money I have paid, the only option is a tech repair. I should not have a BRAND NEW piece of furniture REPAIRED because Ashley Furniture’s delivery team damaged the furniture. I should be receiving a brand new UNDAMAGED set. The next issue I am having is that I am STILL waiting for this scheduled tech repair (which I am NOT happy about but they claim that is the only way to handle it). Ashley Furniture was so quick to take my money for the sale, but not to follow up when there is an issue. 2-3 weeks is NOT ok to be sitting here waiting for a tech to come out and look at my furniture. Not once was their “No Refund” policy ever explained to me. With a policy that outrageous, that should be something that is discussed prior to purchase with EVERY customer. I tried explaining to the sales manager Scott in the Sebring location that I would dispute the credit card purchase and his unprofessional response was “Go ahead, we win 100% every time.” So again, here I am waiting for my damaged furniture to be looked at while in the mean time, I am inconvenienced with my clothes and belongings in my garage until this issue is resolved.
We had a lot of issues with an Ashley online order. Thanks to the manager of Ashley Home Store in Sebring, FL, the assembly and set up we paid for when placing the online order(not done) will be taken care of. We will never deal with Ashley online again. Many thanks to the manager, a beautiful young lady, for taking steps to help us.
We purchased a sofa l/s combo for over $2000. Shortly after the seats on the sofa began to collapse. Foam was replaced twice with the same results which was predicted by the technicians who did the work. We were promised a new sofa by the store manager and now she refuses to make good on her word. Words cannot express how dissatisfied we are with their furniture and total lack of concern for customer service. Please go elsewhere for your furniture needs.
