The 2nd time the lady was less accomodating spending more time looking at her iPad then educating us on the furniture we were interested in. She didnt seem to be too excited about her job.

I'm happy with my Ashley twin low-rise bed and two matching side tables. I purchased them quickly, during the President's sale, on a Sunday. Daniel was prompt in showing me what I was seeking, and I ended up purchasing the very first bed he showed me. The delivery was excellent. I requested a couple more plugs to cover up screw holes and received many more than needed, thanks to Denise at the main store, whom Daniel referred me to. My only unease WAS the discovery of multiple open screw holes inside a low-rise bed. You can't really see them when the bedspread is on, but I was very vocal about Ashley providing what I needed to cover them. What I received, only two worked, but I can cut the other screws down (somehow, as I don't own a saw of any kind, and I doubt a gourmet knife will cut it, HA HA HA)...so I think, honestly? I'm happy with the look and very pleased with my purchase and with Daniel for quickly finding what I needed. I was barely there for 90 minutes. Done. I don't like shopping - Daniel knew what he was doing. Thanks.

There should be a 0 star… went to Ashley furniture home store on Tree Boulevard in Saint Augustine, on Feb 12 2026 look at n bought Beauty Rest black mattress. Tony was the salesman I feel he just took advantage of a person/ senior citizen and not discussing the delivery fee charge of $379.99 had no idea and he said nothing.. when we saw the charges, we called n we spoke with cs about this fee. They were no help.. mattress and a memory foam pillow and a mattress protector for delivery for all three items only received the mattress they charge $379.99 to deliver these three items.. I have never ever been charged any delivery fee from a furniture store ever.. that is not right to charge when you spent $4200 at their store.. as of today, 3/11/26 I spoke with them about the pillow and the mattress Protector CS saying it’s another five days or so .. I’m very unhappy with them n I will never use them again.. I suggest you research and make sure you get free delivery on your furniture..! I would definitely go to a different furniture store Who actually cares about their customers!!

Ordered a full Cali king bedroom set, dresser came without feet, so they had to schedule re delivery. The delivery never came. The first delivery was trash too, the furniture mover rushed into my home to use the bathroom, then proceeded back to the truck for 15 minutes. My house isn’t a rest stop. They also forgot to install one bolt in the bedframe drawer resulting in a drawer being slanted. Complete amateur hour

Horrible horrible experience. Went to their grand opening and bought new pillows, a mattress and new bed frame. First we never got a call to schedule a delivery so I called and it’s because they “couldn’t find the pillows” I said that was fine and that we can pick the pillows up ourselves and to schedule the bed and frame, day before delivery we get a call that our mattress is ripped, things happen let’s just deliver the frame for now to get our old mattress off the floor. We take off work and get the room ready for delivery only for the frame to be missing all of the hardware. So they take it back and we have to reschedule another delivery. Second delivery comes and the mattress is finally here, we prep the room again, they unload the frame and the bars are broken, at least we get the bed this time but still no frame. Time to schedule a third delivery and take off work AGAIN, the day of the third delivery and it’s supposed to be here 2:30-5:30 pm, 7:30 rolls around and I call and they say they’ll deliver around 9pm??? At that point I just cancel the bedframe, worst customer service ever and when we bought the bed we were told it would come with a $300 gift card for a promotion they were running and now they “can’t find it in our notes” will absolutely never be shopping here again

We met with Beck who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We left with some wonderful new pieces

Our initial in store experience was good. Had them price match a specific piece of furniture and had a verbal agreement after the purchase was made over the phone. Turns out two weeks after the purchase and a week after the couch was delivered via drop shipping (not the white glove delivery we were expecting) the price match was denied. Unfortunately the communication was terrible across the board, it took multiple calls to their customer service center and 4 follow up trips to the store just to learn they weren’t honoring the agreement. As soon as I mentioned disputing the transaction for the amount that was not honored and referred to their recorded lines and in store verbal agreements for points of reference, they decided to refund me. Still waiting on the refund at this time and have it in writing. A less than ideal level of service for a $5k couch.

We came out looking for a new dining table set. Daniel Martinez was above and beyond helpful. Even helping my husband measure the our dining area off in the store so I can get a visual. We’ve been on the hunt for a couch but didn’t plan on buying one today, we had actually been looking at another brand store. We walked into Ashley, met with Michael, who was SO knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Gave us the info we needed and we left. Then we came back an hour later and purchased our beautiful couch all because of Michael! We will definitely be back to buy other pieces with Michael - thank you!

The sales experience was good, however, the chaise lounge makes a popping noise when you lean on the arm rest. Wheb calling in to make a warranty claim, I was advised there will be a service charge for the repair. I had asked what the warranty covers and was advised the warranty is a PARTS only warranty unless you paid to have them bring your furniture inside your house for delivery. I opted origionally to have a drop ship at my door step as putting a section together is a no brainer. When I called the store to speak to a manager, they stated it was on the reciept stating the warranty only covers parts unless they install the couch. I proceeded to let the manager know we were not told that when we were discussing the shipping. Had I been told that, my answer wouldve been different. So I have to pay a $150 service fee on a couch that I have had less than a month. Hindsight is 20-20, so I will take my licks and not purchase from Ashley furniture.

Sale went good. They cannot figure out shipping. Double confirmed delivery never happened. Could not get support from Ashley on delivery, just say they will call back, and never do. Called main support told them we need delivery support or cancelation, no attempt to support at all, went straight to cancelation complete. Quite the cluster, but hey, they cost me for lost work opprotunity (after twice confirming delivery date) so I'll keep my money.

We ordered furniture and were told 3-4 weeks for it to arrive. Got a text saying it was in and ready to be delivered. We immediately confirmed and received a confirmation email. Next day another text came thru saying our furniture is in and to schedule pickup. We called the customer service number and got no help. We contacted Gabriel at the store who confirmed delivery was as originally scheduled. Delivery day comes and we receive yet another text saying our furniture is in and ready to set up delivery. We once again called customer service and were told we are not on the route for delivery as we originally had a confirmation for. The run around is absolutely unacceptable. If your system doesn’t work, then fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying furniture from here.
