We recentl, visited the Stuart location and had the pleasure of working with Brian Goldenberg. This was a repeat visit and purchase for us. Brian is very friendly, attentative and knowledgable about the furniture and services of the company. His professionslism and willingness to go above and beyond is appreciated. Both Brian G and Bryan Murohy made the shopping exoerience stress free and I have recomended the store and associates to several neighbors.

Today I went to Ashley with a specific recliner in mind that the web site said was in “stock” at my store. This does not mean it is in your specific store. I was helped by John through this dilemma and purchased to chairs I liked very much. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. My whole experience with John was perfect. I am very glad I went to Ashley Furniture. Thank-you John for a very pleasant experience.

My sales representative was very professional and patient about my numerous questions about my purchase. I didn't feel rushed at all; he helped me decide on the final item. Glad I listened to him finalizing my purchase. Love my new recliner.

I bought some bedroom furniture here a couple of years ago and bought an insurance plan on it. No issues with the bedroom set whatsoever so once the 2 years were up, they sent me an in-store credit to use on anything in the store. Went in today and bought $180 worth of home decor and walked out paying $0 out of pocket!

Loveseat has defect that they knew about and have been dealing with for year's and we have been waiting over 4 months for repair which is unacceptable and we took out extended warranty so they should have just brought us a new loveseat ASAP! We haven't even used new loveseat for 4 months now!!! Now loveseat is discontinued and we have to wait till October 29th for parts, that's 6 months! This is totally unacceptable!!!

We walked in and were welcomed by staff. Our experience was pleasant and they took there time with us and we are so excited and can't wait for our furniture to arrive. It was a wonderful experience all around.

Furniture is great. However, I was very disappointed in delivery service. Because of free delivery, delivery stops on the ground floor! I live on the 2nd floor! Delivery is delivery! I was not asking for white glove service. Just wanted it brought to my door. I should not have to pay extra for that.

In the market for a new mattress, my husband and I started our search at Ashley. After about 15 minutes of checking all the beds in the store, no one had acknowledged our existence, even avoiding eye contact. Clerks should be trained to greet customers and offer to help. I noticed the response to negative reviews is " give us 24 hours and we'll be right on it." Never mind; we bought a mattress set at the second store on our list.

He didn’t try to push me into a sale, just simply acknowledged my requests and showed me my options. I bought a new mattress and entire bedroom set and never felt pressured to make a decision. He was patient and informative and I appreciated him walking me through my options and answering all my questions. Easy process and would recommend.

Jennifer was such a big help last Saturday. We went in to find a mattress for my mom for her birthday, Jennifer showed us a few and we were going to come back with momma on wed but I received a text from Jennifer on Sunday that if I were to get a mattress that day that was $699 or over that we get a free adjustable base, so after work mom and I ran down there. Jennifer was with another customer but she introduced us to another sales lady by the name of Mary, which was one of the sweetest women I’ve ever met. Between the two young ladies, we found the perfect mattress and got a bonus adjustable base that will be here tomorrow. We are so excited thank you again. We will be back for more furniture when the time comes.

Absolutely can be an overwhelming experience with all the furniture to choose from. Mary was an absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable sales person. We could not have done it without her expertise.

Worst store horrible sales representatives the delivery service is a complete joke. I ordered a bed set dresser’s night stand and they showed up to my house with a headboard never even had any of the rest of the furniture that I paid for scheduled for any delivery when the delivery driver showed up, they told me that they’re not putting together my bed that that’s my problem. My husband and I own a moving company and he did not get home from work until 10 PM. Him and My Son were up until 1 o’clock in the morning, getting the bedroom ready for the furniture to be delivered today on Thursday and then they showed up with a headboard and a footboard and refused to even put it together. had no idea about the rest of the bedroom furniture because the sales representative Mark never scheduled a delivery. For any of the rest of the furniture that I was charged for do not use ashley Furniture in Stuart go anywhere but there rooms to go is definitely a better option! And I’m going and filing complaints with the US Attorney General’s office.

I was looking for a large ottoman for my living room. I found a floor model that worked perfectly. My sales person, Michael was friendly and proficient. He even helped me get my ottoman into my car. Which was no easy task. I actually, can afford to shop in more high-end furniture stores than City furniture and Ashley, but my experience has been so positive with them over the years that I always start with them first. I have never had a bad experience shopping there. From furniture selection, to purchase, to delivery and even warranty calls. Everything is taken care of professionally. I am always happy with my purchase. I highly recommend that they be your first stop when you are looking to buy furniture.

This is the number 1 furniture selling retailer in the United States and Canada. You don’t get to be the top dog by being a slouch. Within minutes when my wife and I walked into the store, Millie Haskour eyed us and gave me a thumbs up from across the room. Millie came to be our emissary in a sea of choices and also our new best friend. Millie must be one of the top sales people at the facility in Stuart. She’s sweet. She smells good. She knows her stuff. She knows how to engage a customer and she knows how to close the deal. She was extremely helpful in picking out the right couch and all the accoutrements to go with it. When we had questions she had answers… and if she didn’t know the answer she readily admitted it and got the right guy or gal involved to get the answer. Now be aware, this is not a corporate owned shop… I don’t know the exact term of what it is relationship to the parent company, but the fact that it is “once removed” does not mean you will be extended the same deal that you receive in your e mail from the main corporate entity. Be that as it is, Millie got her manager involved in our negotiation and then the manager’s manager to structure a deal that worked for both sides. Be a smart shopper when buying anything. Ask questions. And if you get concise clear answers, they are the folks to go with. If you feel rushed or not appreciated, walk out the door and be on to the next. We got concise, clear answers. We did not feel rushed. We felt appreciated and heard. Actually, we were a little rushed at the end because Millie had a hot date that night and she had to get home to get all dolled up for it. Purchased a new dining room set and bedroom set from Ashley furniture in Stuart Michael our sales rep has changed my opinion of furniture salesman. He offered enough help but did not hover over us while we strolled through the store. He knew so much information off the top of his head about each piece of furniture we looked at. It was obvious he did his research on the products he sold. He had so much patience with us, especially because we changed our minds after he had processed the order on our way out of the store. He had to cancel the original order and redo everything. Not once did he make us feel bad about all the extra work and time. Thank you so much Michael!

We came to Ashley to simply browse bed frames and was helped by Jennifer. She walked along with me to look at the different styles. In the end we were able to easily purchase everything we needed: a bed frame, nightstand, mattress, cooling pillow, mattress protector & ottoman. With the special they were running we brought home, at no charge, a large area rug & decoration pillows. We had already purchased the sofa from Ashley in December. Jennifer assisted us in applying for interest fee credit and even calculated our monthly payments so that we can ensure to pay it off interest free. We had a very positive experience and we are super pleased with our purchases!

Giving the Sales person 5 stars however, overall a 4 star. The Delivery/shipping on the order took FOREVER to figure out and fix. Shipping was not offered on original order, only Delivery with fees. I do not need to pay movers to bring a chair into the home. Fees went from 496.00 down to 229.00 after going back and forth. We even had to get a manager involved. I feel the shipping (bring to your door only, free) vs. delivery (professional setup w/fee) should have been disclosed prior to typing up the offer and let the customer decide which route they wish to take. Heavy items, sure, definitely need the delivery men to bring into house and set up but dining chairs, pillows, cushions should not automatically be keyed in with delivery fees. Let the customer decide.

I also really enjoyed seeing your line of sparkly furniture as well as your children's section and the more modern furniture. My friend purchased a sofa and added the extra insurance for $400. Recently just moved, and the sofa has some wear and tear. Called the insurance, adjuster came out, reported my friend had pets. Insurance voided his claim due to him having pets, claiming the pets damaged the sofa. Prior to purchasing the sofa and offering the insurance, there is no question if pets are living in the home. This is insane and a rip off. If it was not a discretion before purchasing the furniture, how can it be used to void a claim for repair. I'll never shop here.

Just purchased a sectional from Brittany, at Ashley furniture. Everything went quick & smooth! Brittany was awesome she totally remembered us from the day before (black Friday) pretty impressive for any person in sales let alone on black Friday! At the end of the transaction she told us she was basically a new hire and had to grab a mgr to look over our invoice/transaction, I was in shock learning she was new! She's definitely a keeper and a great sales person!!! Thanks Brittany, ur awesome!

The worst experience. Customer service is unhelpful . Damaged my ceiling and blamed it on a new set up crew. Premium service delivery never apologized just took a picture and said call customer service which offered $100 store credit to fix a $600+ patch and repaint. They would not even let me return the furniture. Furniture has dents and dings throughout and they installed the slats wrong because they could not find the original hardware. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Better off with RTG or Amazon.

I went to the Jensen Beach location last night to make the final payment on an initial deposit for a sectional sofa...not sure if it was because of the time of day which was about 5:45pm, but the seeming reluctance to get help was such a turn off...noone asked if we needed help. We went to a counter where two employees were sitting one looks as if she was crunching numbers and they played a toss up of who would help us. She couldn't interrupt what she was doing. The man helped us finalize our transaction and we paid for the sofa. We wanted to look into purchasing a dining room table. We were not even asked if there was anything else that we could helped with. I am a bit disappointed and so my husband and I left the store, not sure if I would go back.

Robin helped us out so much! She even came in on her day off to make sure that we got the products that we wanted before they ran out of stock! Very friendly and fast service can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered!

I found a desk set that I loved and was told there was one left and it would be delivered in 2 days. The salesperson indicated the printer stand was on back order which I was ok with but I needed the desk and chair. He emailed me my paperwork instead of providing a printed copy. When I saw the documents it also stated the desk was on back order. I was very disappointed and felt a bit duped. I immediately emailed the salesperson and then called the next day. I was rushed off the phone and was told he needed to talk with his manager and would call back. He didn’t call back even though I told him that I would want to cancel the order because I can’t wait three weeks. I emailed him again this morning and plan to speak to a manager if I do not hear back from him.

I recently visited city furniture/ashley furniture with my family to shop for a couch set and dining room set, and we were assisted by Rich Adam. While Rich was unable to offer any deals, what really left a bad impression was the behavior towards the end of our visit. After mentioning how another store was helping us out with great service, Rich and his manager, whose name I didn’t catch, responded by saying that store is going out of business, followed by a laugh. While I understand business competition, this response felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. At the end of the interaction, Rich still offered his card with a smile, but it came across as petty and insincere. Overall, the experience could have been handled with more professionalism and respect, especially when we were considering making significant purchases.

When walking into Ashley’s Furniture we were immediately greeted by a very nice lady named Elsa. She asked if she could help with anything and when I explained what I was looking for she asked if she could show me a few pieces that come to mind. We purchased a new kitchen table and bar stools with the help of Elsa and met the manager Art who was just as friendly and kind. There is no where else we’d rather shop for our furniture! There’s no one to help and they don’t tell you can’t return an item once it gets delivered even if the box is unopened I was assured the buffet was together that was a lie I was even willing to pay for someone to come out but no one responded then to call customer service to be told that it would outsourced and now I open the box and the buffet is damaged in so many areas so this whole experience has been awful I wish I would’ve known earlier. Word to the wise don’t buy anything here!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Hibo who was prepared to fulfill all my home furnishing needs. Throughout the process she was prompt and informative with offering more options based on my taste and feedback and was patient throughout - all the while not making me feel at all pressured. I even received a “wish list” of items I liked while shopping and could remember when I follow up in the future. Just a top-class experience from beginning to end.

I went to Ashley Furniture today just to browse, however I was greeted at the door by Chris who listened to my laundry list of specifics and showed me great selections at affordable prices, so my search was over. I purchased a sofa that fit all my needs and wants. I really appreciated the time spent and the advice I received from Chris. He was knowledgeable about each piece and took the time to answer any questions. He made sure I was comfortable with my selection, and I never felt rushed into making a decision. I will definitely put shopping at Ashley at the top of my list when shopping for furniture.

My daughter and I recently went to Ashley’s Furniture Store in Stuart. It is jammed packed with the latest styles in furnishings and everything is priced just right. Our sales representatives, Christopher was so very helpful, allowing us to walk around while he remained close by to answer any questions we had. We purchased a dining room set along with a coffee table and it matches the rest of her furniture perfectly!!

I made a purchase online after calling customer service I was told that the items are out of stock and they can’t do anything else to further assist me. I opened up a store card to do so. I’m very disappointed with Ashley Furniture customer service. I was misled with an online purchase and the reps did not try to help me. I really wish I went elsewhere. Run with your money elsewhere guys. Not worth the misleading information. I’m going close out that store card ASAP.

Kristina did a great job as she was able to assist in answering my questions. She left my wife and I alone as we looked at products all around the store. I have been in showrooms before where the salesperson was right there and I felt pressured. I purchased a high quality work desk for my home office and I will be back in the future to see Kristina for more furniture for our home.

Went into store and talked to sales man..keep in mind this is my 1st time actually buying furniture don't know what any of the names mean that's why I asked a sales rep and my sales rep was Benson... let me tell you when i asked Benson if that was the price for the item I wanted he CLEARLY SAID (YES, THAT IS THE PRICE.) And when i get my reciept over email it wasnt that price ... upon delivery they had a whole mix up.... they said half of my couch was being delivered I said okay sure so when I opened the couch it was my whole couch they delivered and forgot one piece which was the side chair I ordered so they said okay we will deliver the chair for you in 4 days I took work off that day because delivery was between 11-4 so they delivered another piece of the same couch before I could've opened it the guys had gotten in the truck and left so now I have two left sides and one right side.... I'm storing the couch for them at my home until they can deliver the other one this is my 1st time buying any type of furniture and I am very frustrated with it all I don't recommend buying from big furnature companies. It's always their word against yours and the communication sucks within customer service and the customers it's been about 3 weeks since I ordered my couches and still not all here... I'm very dissatisfied in my recent transaction with ashley furniture...NEVER AGAIN, VERY FRUSTRATING
