Went into store and talked to sales man..keep in mind this is my 1st time actually buying furniture don't know what any of the names mean that's why I asked a sales rep and my sales rep was Benson... let me tell you when i asked Benson if that was the price for the item I wanted he CLEARLY SAID (YES, THAT IS THE PRICE.) And when i get my reciept over email it wasnt that price ... upon delivery they had a whole mix up.... they said half of my couch was being delivered I said okay sure so when I opened the couch it was my whole couch they delivered and forgot one piece which was the side chair I ordered so they said okay we will deliver the chair for you in 4 days I took work off that day because delivery was between 11-4 so they delivered another piece of the same couch before I could've opened it the guys had gotten in the truck and left so now I have two left sides and one right side.... I'm storing the couch for them at my home until they can deliver the other one this is my 1st time buying any type of furniture and I am very frustrated with it all I don't recommend buying from big furnature companies. It's always their word against yours and the communication sucks within customer service and the customers it's been about 3 weeks since I ordered my couches and still not all here... I'm very dissatisfied in my recent transaction with ashley furniture...NEVER AGAIN, VERY FRUSTRATING

As my wife and I walked in the store, we were greeted by Hibo with a big smile. I was looking for 3 items. A bedroom set, TV stand, and a Sleeper Sectional. Hibo was great! She helped us find exactly what we needed. The only negative experience I had was that when we were about to checkout, the system went down and had to come back the next day to checkout. Other than that everything was great. Definitely recommend Hibo.
Elsa was amazing, I looked around and made my decision in what I wanted and then I found Elsa, and we finished my transaction in less than 15 minutes and she was really nice the entire time! Thank you so much Elsa!

I went in July 4, 2024 and purchased six dining room chairs and three bar stools. I was informed they were in stock and could be delivered on July 6, 2024. Delivery day was the most outrageous event I have ever witness. The team showed up with three barstools one damaged and two bar stools not assembled properly (screws missing from the legs). The delivery guys took parts from the damaged chair to salvage the other two barstools. I was then told by customer service the six dining room chairs I ordered were on back order and that I should’ve been notified by the sales rep., to say I was outraged is an understatement. I had a Business dinner party planned for Sunday and no chairs for my guests, as I just moved into a newly constructed home. I called the store an requested to speak to a manager and the customer service rep told me the managers were all busy and would get back to me. Still waiting!! They scheduled the remaining items for delivery upon my return from my business travel. I have several issues with this company the sales rep states the items are in stock, the customer service department stated the chairs are back ordered and me as the customer do not have my chairs as agreed upon so it appears the customer service department is being honest and the sales team is out to make a sale. This is absolutely outrageous business behavior!! I don’t blame the delivery team, or the customer service department but I expect more from the District manager and cooperate ownership. I should’ve been given the opportunity to decide if I wanted to go elsewhere to purchase my furniture with it not being available as promised. This is the only location of Ashley y that I have ever had an issue. Again if my dining room chairs are in stock why don’t I have them, and why do I have to rent chairs for my dinner party?? Bottom line is I will never do business with them again nor will i recommend anyone to do business at this location of Ashley!! I will say the delivery team went above their normal duties to fix the two usable bar stools. Very Disappointed!!!

I’m very disappointed in Ashley’s for selling me 1 broken bar stool win my order of 4 barstools. I requested someone to come and repair it. When the repair man got there, he said the repair order indicated that the chair only needed to be painted and said the chair could not be fixed. Then I purchased $500+ in table arrangements and was promised delivery the next day. When the items were not delivered on time I called to inquire and was told the order indicated the items were picked up at the store which was error. The rep apologized for the error but they could not deliver the items until several days later which was too late as we were leaving town the next day, so I had to cancel the order and request a refund. The only good experience I’ve had with Ashley’s is the bedroom suit I purchased in Oct 2023. Everything after that has been one disappointment after another. Unfortunate for Ashley’s, we resorted to another furniture store to furnish the rest of our new home.
I used Ron Nottelus at City Furniture for furnishing my home and he was excellent to do business with. He was very knowledgeable about the stores inventory. He is the best .

5 starts for Nicolas for always being so helpful. I've had him assist me in 2 separate orders over the last year, he is very helpful and goes above and beyond. As for the company both locations i've been to they do not budge on things that I feel would be appropriate customer service. If I was being told the whole time I would get a $300 credit for accessories and then because I ended up getting approved for 60 month Financing, that's being taken away from me now I just think goes against all customer service values. This has happened to me and multiple locations multiple times with different scenarios. Also I got the warranty on a couch previously and called because the couch was falling apart under 6 months. They never showed app 2 times for warranty appointments. I ended up selling the couch as is on facebook marketplace, losing a lot of money and having to buy another couch. The company as a whole does not care about these issues.
My wife and I had a great experience shopping for a dining room table set, server and foyer table. We highly recommend this store.

Ashley Products really dpur my Creativity.💜I found a Beautiful Tall Glass Dome by Diamond Accessories . The price was so Good, I bought two! Wanted to try something different with the decorative balls. It'll be Perfect for Christmas Ornaments I want to Display. Still experimenting, but here they are:
Bought living room, dining room and two bedroom sets August of 2022, noticed the finish on one of the bedroom sets was starting to bubble so I contacted Ashley I was told because I hadn’t taken out extended coverage they could not do anything. Just seems to me if they are a quality furniture store their product should also be of good quality. A year and a half is not a long time for quality furniture to last. Received a call from City Furniture they could not resolve my problem, my recommendation is to be very cautious when buying from City Furniture. I received a call from City Furniture apparently because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty I have no recourse, my question is I didn’t damage the product this is a defect in their Quality Furniture. Beware!

Was trying to purchase furniture for my second home in Florida and since I am in NY, I thought I could just buy up in NY and have it delivered in Florida. That didn't work, since I was only going to be in Florida for less than a week and needed the furniture there while I was there. I called City Furniture since they were the local Ashley store to my house. I got Roger on the phone which worked out GREAT for me. Roger went above and beyond. Sending me pictures and collection names so I can look at it locally. We went back and forth a number of times. Roger was patient, listened to what I needed, gave me his personal number to ensure we got the order in so I can schedule the delivery. If you need furniture and want to deal with a patient, friendly. Knowledgeable sales person. Look up Roger. You won't be disappointed.

I came in today to do a re-select for a mattress with Robin at the Stuart, FL location. I wanted to get back into a memory foam mattress but couldn’t afford the price of Tempur-pedic. So Robin showed me the perfect mattress and I couldn’t be more happy. I can’t wait for the delivery so I can start sleeping like a baby again! 😴

I’ll wait for the delivery for my review. As the last time I purchased here I had an unpleasant experience with your delivery man. He was very rude and I promised at that time never to buy at your store ever again but since we received a $427 credit from a prior purchase made 3 years ago, an exception is being made. Time will tell the final story.

After picking out furniture online, our extremely polite and knowledgeable salesman, Anthony Mango, explained that our choices were not in the store and showed us something similar. He patiently led me from one sofa to another until I found something I liked even better. Anthony also secured a wheelchair for my husband who was having difficulty walking around. We purchased a sofa, love seats and matching coffee and end tables. Anthony made the whole experience extremely pleasant. He was wonderful. We will be returning to Ashley's for other items as the service and displays were marvelous.

We went to rooms to go and city furniture and Ashley furniture. We mostly like Ashley furniture better due to the fact they have better quality furniture in my opinion. A lot of RTG and city seemed to be made cheap.

Ordered The couch and the recliner chair from Ashley Furniture. The people were nice at the store when we got the item delivered. There was an issue with the couch to start with and when you’re hitting the button to extend the leg, there are some making it hang up but they fixed it at the time so now, two years later, we’re having an issue with that same area on the couch when you hit the button to put the leg up it’s really jamming up we called for a service appointment. The person did a no-show and being we get a text later on somebody died in the family, so I had to follow up that following Monday with the service department to rebook the appointment again the person did come that week inspected it went to her manager that day and supposedly the manager is Marla had called me that the part was ordered and it’ll take 2 to 4 weeks for it to come four weeks later it never came. I had to call back. The person who looked in the system saw that Marla didn’t do her job right and the order never went through properly, so it never happened so now they had to put the order back in and the girl confirm that it did go through properly this time, very sad. The manager STEVE over saw the issue at hand and gets 110% in customer relations for helping me and my husband. He had the couch removed and replaced it with a new one just before we flew out to new jersey for my husbands left total hip replacement. Were back in florida Feb 1 and between the couch and matching recliner my husband is most comfortable since its high and firm for him to get out and reclines for his post op comfort. Many!!!! Many!!!! Thnaks to STEVE, manager of Ashley furniture for extending themselves to help their customers!!

I can only add to this review I can’t make a new one. I spoke to a customer service with my issue below and was told that I was going to get a phone call on February 12 to decide what we’re gonna do with the items that I purchased that are not final sales . Looking for a callback from .customer.. service On December 14, 2023 my husband and I bought a 24 inch three-piece countertop chairs as we got the delivery on that Saturday the 24th inch were too small and I explained that to the sales person that I would need a 30 inch chair. My husband and I on Sunday returned the chairs to Ashley furniture store in Jensen. They were told that I have to take the chairs back and send them to customer service When I called customer service customer service stated that they were final sales. I explained to customer service that they were not a final sales. I paid $321 for these chairs and I want a refund they said call the store when I called the store again on the Sunday , the sales person stated yes, their final sales and you signed a disclosure stating that it was a final sale as I went back to my receipts. I did sign for what I paid for and as I looked at the disclosure there was a zigzag ~signature. I said no one stated that they were final sales they’re not on the floor with final sales sign on them. I explained to him that I will be returning the chairs to Ashley furniture and he stated you can return the chairs and you’ll just be out of chairs and your money because you’re not getting it back. Thank God we paid with a credit card And this will be handled in dispute Ashley furniture store is fraud the disclosures on receipts for customers. Anyone want to see my disclosure receipt that does not have my signature on it. Please reach out to me. I’ll reach back with the copy of my receipt.
Just took delivery of a brand new sofa. They didn’t put holes for the legs to screw into. The soonest they can have someone look at it is next week. Even then, they may not fix it. They’ve offered no sort of recompense for the inconvenience. $1000 on a sofa that I can’t use. This company obviously does not emphasize Quality or Customer service. Beware. Edit: Company was quick to respond to complaint; although I still had to wait 4 days for repair. The repair person was skillful and restored sofa to manufacturer standards. Still only giving 3 stars because you shouldn’t need to have a brand new couch fixed before you ever sit on it. I’ve talked with some other folks who have had or experienced the same issue with this company.

Horrible experience. We bought 6 dinning room chair on November 28th , early for Thanksgiving. Upon arrival 3 of the 6 chairs had punctures in the seat cushions. We filed all the necessary paperwork plus pictures to customer service. They told us they would send a repair crew to fix them. ( I thought I was buying NEW chairs?) TWICE the repair crew canceled on us. The third time a day was scheduled without my approval. FINALLY on DECEMBER 23 the repair technician came out, took one look and said he cannot repair the cushions. He said they should have immediately replaced the chairs. So I called customer service and NICELY explained that I was totally frustrated with this whole situation and would like them to come pickup all the chairs and get a full refund. (Reasonable request?) they said It was against company protocol to give refunds and they would send three new chairs. SO, on DECEMBER 27th , TWO MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE we have six new chairs.( missing planned Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.) customer service takes a backseat over profit EVERY TIME! NEVER AGAIN. I’m sure I will get an apology but we are way past that.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this store you will be extremely sorry. This is by far the absolute worst furniture store I've ever delt with in my life. And sadly there is nobody to complain to . There are no real managers or anyone who can fix or correct anything . I purchased a bedroom set and after paying someone to move my existing furniture and taking time off work they called me the morning of the delivery to tell me the dresser was damaged and another one would have to be ordered . So here we are 3 weeks later, hiring another person to move my existing furniture, and taking another day off work. I phoned them yesterday to make sure all my pieces were in stock and in good order, I was assured they were . So here we are this morning as the truck is pulling up and my excitement is growing. 2 men walk in carrying pieces only to then inform me the dresser once again is damaged and was not being delivered. So I've now lost 2 days of wages and $200.00 hiring people to move furniture. I should also add that another person was taking my old furniture and they too hired someone to move the furniture to thier house. .PLEASE do not buy ANYTHING from this store. I just also found out how they get away with such terrible customer service. They are NOT an Ashly furniture store. . I spoke to the corporate offices of Ashly and they told me it is not owned by Ashly. They simply pay a license fee in order to use the name. And they are not a franchise either. . Do not use them

we had the most awful experience with our delivery. Very unprofessional from start to finish. Either in transit or moving into our how the leg of our couch was broken. They moved things without asking if it was okay, banged into doors and walls. But the absolute worst part was one of the delivery drivers had a band-aid on, while setting up our brand new couch their bloody band-aid came off and stuck to our new couch, sticky and bloody side down. No one fessed up to it being theirs to apologize. One of them quickly picked it up after my husband pointed it out and remarked how disgusting it was. I don't know their names because they never greeted us and told us. Then dealing with customer service after was a nightmare. We started with a call from a gentleman named Keith. He did not solve the issue. we moved up the ladder talking to the next higher up 3 separate times. Still currently waiting on a call back from someone. No one was helpful. We paid for what we were told was a white glove delivery and set up. It was far from that. The leg of the couch is not resolved as no one has called back to arrange set up or for the promised cleaning. Our salesman was great to work with but the delivery and customer service is atrocious.

My experience was far from pleasant. 1st. No call or text to give delivery time, randomly shows up. Says wrong number. 2nd table was chipped didn't notice until gone called my salesperson Edwin R. SIX messages to this day NO RETURN call. 3rd set up a repair visit no call or text shows up at 7pm. They exchange table next one, DAMAGED again no notice of arrival, randomly shows up. Three tables later FINALLY a damage free product. I tried to get my number changed to my actual number to no avail EVER time I called.

I have seriously considered if i would write this review and decided to move forward just in case it may be helpful to someone else. My mother had purchased a bedroom set from Ashley's she spent about $3700 for a bedroom set that she loved. The first issue occurred when the furniture was delivered. There was some issues with the paint so we called customer service and they had someone come out to fix the issue twice. The second issue occurred when we were moving the furniture one the legs broke off, then there was a matter the paint chipping on multiple areas, and lastly some areas have discoloration on top of the dresser all of which is upsetting being that for the cost of the furniture we expected a better quality. The final issue is after all of this happened we decided to call customer serv to which we were told the insurance that was purchased on the furniture had expired 3 days prior therefore there is nothing they could do and in addition the set has been discontinued so we cannot replace the broken chest. I am frustrated that nothing could be done and disappointed that they did not care to make any real solutions to my problem. So in conclusion to this long review 1- if you purchase from this company expect the quality may not be up to the price point. 2- purchase the insurance and if there is any problems be sure to address the issue before it expires they make no exceptions. 3- do not expect the company to go the extra mile to ensure the customers return business.

Found everything I was looking for!
I couldn’t hate a store more. Worst experience ever. Had delivery drivers yell at me and then they run these fake promotions and they you try to apply the coupons and they’re like oh sorry those don’t work you’re going to have to call the company that issues the coupons. Like no i don’t have time to sit on 8 different phone calls to use a $25 gift card. Employees and managers do nothing to help. Just a ridiculous excuse for “management” and “customer service” Just go on marketplace, because the furniture they’re selling here isn’t worth the ridiculous prices as it is, and definitely definitely not worth the headache they cause. I’ve been more stressed out by City Furniture/Ashley Furniture during my pregnancy than any other part of being pregnant. If my baby comes out frowning I’m blaming city furniture because of how annoying they’ve been during my pregnancy. Customer is never right at City, spend $700 and get yelled at.
Donald was excellent to deal with. Donald was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy in any way.The store had many options. Looking forward to doing more business here. Highly recommend!
Great experience at Ashley Furniture today. Found the table I had been looking for with the help of my Salesman Garibaldy Valentin. Simple, easy and quick process. Great job. UPDATE!!!! Furniture had chips, rubs and chunked flaking paint. Submitted a claim same day as delivery and was promised a calm within 48hrs to discuss repairs. No one called OR emailed in a week, not was my email to my salesman returned. Finally I called 3 times a week later to both customer care and my salesman. I received a text from an automated system the next day about addressing repairs. I was overwhelmed with the lack of concern or priority. No one was accountable after the sale was finished. We will not be furnishing the rest of our home at Ashley Furniture for that reason alone.

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Ashley Furniture Store. My wife and I initially intended to buy an accessory for our tv media console. But while browsing the showroom, we were curious to learn more about the tempur-pedic mattress. We approached the sales representative that greeted us at the door and offered his assistance. Ed Martinez exemplified true professionalism and exceeded all of my expectations. I was very impressed with the mattress product that he was showing me. He was honest and able to answer all of my questions. I was so impressed that I purchased a new king size mattress and bed to replace my existing Queen size one at home. (Translated by Google) We purchased a dining room set in October 2022 and in early 2023 we noticed that the dining room table had a bubble. We immediately called customer service to inform them as we had also purchased the warranty. First the inspector agreed to come on a Thursday and showed up on Tuesday of the following week. He checked the dining room, he made some repairs to the chairs that had arrived loose, the inspector's colleague made a bad joke saying that Cancer had appeared on the table. We told him that we had used the dining room very rarely, about 4 times because we used the island counter. After several days I called customer service to find out what had happened to my case and they answered: unfortunately that was not covered by the warranty and that they were going to give me a 20% discount to buy another dining room. I thought it was disrespectful and mocking, I asked to speak to a supervisor, they didn't want to pass me on to anyone and after insisting they passed me on to another person and told me that according to the inspector the dining room had spilled a gallon of water and that's why the bubble. I don't know where he got that from and the dining room had never been used and liquid had never been spilled on it. Very sad because at only 4 months old he had a dining table that cost $2000 and it had broken. I take photos of the dining room from all angles and go to the store and am greeted by a very friendly manager, he tells me that it is over 20 years old for Ashley's furniture and that it is not wet because there is not a stain around it. the bubble. It appears completely dry, which may have been lifted by delamination of the veneer. I sent an email to those responsible for customer service and after more than a month they have not given me any type of response. It should be noted that in my call to customer service I asked for a qualified person to come look at the dining room and they told me they did not do a second inspection. A month after my complaint in the store we called customer service again and they told us that the only thing they can do is give us a 30% discount so that we can buy another dining room. It should be noted that the email from the store manager was of no use since they never paid attention to said email. Do not buy from Ashley or City, unless you want to constantly return ir exchange then return damaged items from lamps to media centers. No customer service representative will help you or delivery, no one returns calls. They contact thru texts after you file a claim .we walked into the store several times and just kept demanding our money back.

We were looking for some inexpensive furniture for our daughter’s new apartment. When you go to an Ashley Furniture store, prepare to be treated disrespectfully. They don’t honor their own email coupons or sales in Stuart, Florida and blame everything on ‘corporate’. I went in there with a complete list, figured I should be out in 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I left empty handed due to the arrogance and ineptitude of management. My only advice to their customers is to count your change and your fingers before leaving the store. They are worse than some bad car dealers. They attempt to tire you out so you’ll simply succumb to their scummy tactics. Shame on you, @Ashley.
Awful experience every time I order. Waited months for my delivery to arrive and it was delayed 2 more months.They said they would give me a partial refund and speed up my delivery but never did. So I canceled and ordered a bed in stock. I didn’t receive the rails for the bed in stock so I had to argue that I didn’t get them. Finally got the rails and 4 days later another headboard comes. Now they want it to sit in my living room until someone can come pick it up. Horrible customer service and the delivery people never show up to the door to alert you that they dropped something off.

I always find the associates welcoming and Friendly when I walk in. I love the Urbanology section of the store and the selection available is nice as well. There are no masks requirements which is always a huge plus for me!
My experience was very good. Ron was the representative helping me and my wife and he was a genuine guy. But I have to say, I went there last night to use my refund I had from not using protection products I purchased 3 years. And honestly, was very disappointed that I was lied to 3 years ago when I was told I would be refunded on all of my money. Apparently, you do get refunded but only for in house warranty not the stain removal warranty. 3 years ago when I went initially, my rep was Amit Sharma and another guy whom he was training (not a good idea) and they both told my wife and I that if we don’t use the warranty product we purchased, we can use the money not used for other furniture at the store. I worked with Amit Sharma in the passed and was very disappointed that he would lie to me and train a new hire to do the same. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of being lied to 3 years ago by Amit. Ron how ever was great and was a really nice guy. Thank you Ron.

When I initially visited the store to browse for a potential purchase. Not a single employee greeted me. They had conversations amongst themselves and were just disinterested, which made me feel the same about the store. They would look at me and walk past me. I only went back the next day to utilize the sale. This time, I was greeted by a sales representative named Elsa G. Elsa was so pleasant, calm and helpful. I was not stressed at all. We decided on a sectional that is perfect for our space! Thanks Elsa! The entire experience was great! Only because of her. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, ask for Elsa during your next furniture purchase!

First and foremost, their customer service is amazing! In store and Customer service. Paul Pham from the Stuart store was able to help me with my couch, and he was patient, kind and considerate of what I wanted as a customer. Then I spoke with Shaneika Hanson and she was AMAZING! She helped me get a replacement ASAP, and get my order loaded up for delivery the next day. The two guys who delivered we also so kind, I was so insistent that my couch was going to fit, but they do this 24/7 and know their job. If you are looking for new furniture drive to Stuart! Phenomenal team, and GREAT Customer service. Also a few weeks ago as well I bought a dining room table with Justin Gelfond, and he made the process so easy, no extra hassle or trying to add on items that weren't needed. Again I can't rave enough about this team, and their service. I will 100% use them again in the future.
Terrible experience. Two living room sets. Two diiferent transactions. Two times delivery cancelled due to manufacturing issues and incomplete sets. Months later still no living room. Had to request a refund! I tried sending an email but got no response. Today is June 29....contacted them as they requested and nothing got resolved. They're still having manufacturing issues.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrendous customer service- I went in over 4 weeks ago- was told only 2 pieces of my 10 piece order would be back ordered. They were happy to swipe my card and then shocker more than 50% of my order is back ordered almost 2 months .then my delivery date changed 2 times after I already took off work to sit and wait for the few items that were told would be delivered. No one does anything about it , managers are useless! will never ever recommend or buy anything from here again.

Terrible place to shop. Sales people are dishonest. We purchased an outdoor set with an extended warranty. They covered nothing they said it would. Don’t add any warranties or purchase from them. You’re a sale to them that’s it.

Decent selection. Found what I wanted but was really annoyed with the "add ons" that weren't discussed with me until I was asked for payment. The additions totaled almost a third of the total bill. Had I not been with my mother she would have just paid it which feels deceptive and slimy.

Ordered furniture in September, never received. I tried to obtain store model and was told if they allowed that, there would be no furniture on the floor. They are not able to get furniture. I did get a refund

The worst customer service you can think of. Paid for my bedroom set in May also paid in full of it. Never followed up with or communicated with me. I moved into my home in October still have not gotten it. Thus also left 2 voicemails for my sales person nothing back. So I go in December to complain did not like anything they tell me March. I said need day bed but want something that will be ready. I ordered day bed 1/2 the orders came the other order is on back order. This is not how you do business. The biggest mistake is this place and City Furnuture.

Be forewarned, this store has a no return policy for furniture purchased in person. Per the website, each store makes their own policy for returns. This store's policy is no returns if you purchase something in person. The reasoning is, that you saw it in person. Well the piece that I purchased was not in person because they didn't have it to show me on the showroom floor. I was told by the salesman "this is exactly the same as the one right here except for the storage is different" even showed me a picture on his tablet that looks very similar. But the beds were completely different, the only thing was it was the same color theme. I've called Ashley corporate and spoken with staff in this specific store, they refuse to allow a return. So my suggestion is, if you're forced to shop at Ashley furniture or City furniture, go to the showroom and look only order online and you have a 3-day return window if you order online. On another note, I spent almost $1,000 on a bed frame that is particle/fiber board. Again, the bed in person was real wood because it was a different bed the one I purchased that I did not get to see was particle/fiber board for almost $1,000.

Jonathan has to be one of the best salesman around, he took his time with us and showing us different ideas with what we are looking for, and yes we did purchase a dining room table from him. And will likely be back to purchase bedroom set and credenza or coffee table for living room. Very helpful and polite. A1 in my book.
I have been waiting for 5 months for the other half of the bedroom set I bought. I was told today it will be another 3 months at least! They are not offering me any kind of discount or alternative. They are not even communicating with me. They know the furniture may never come but still took my money and were not up front about how long I would have to wait. Absolutely horrible way to treat your customers. I’ve always shopped here for furniture in the past and will absolutely never shop here again.
Parking was a chore but the people inside were friendly and helpful, and prices were about par with the market. Always clean and orderly too. I would recommend.
At the end of August we purchased a reclining sofa Thru Ashley home store/ City furniture. And purchased the extended warranty. It was delivered at the end of September. Within a month we saw that on one reclining side, the seat was drooping. We called our salesperson (who has been great and helpful) and advised us to go online and make a claim. We did and long story short, it took nearly another month for the 'tech' to come and investigate it. He stood there, agreed with us that it was faulty on that side, told us exactly what was wrong and what parts he'd recommend to repair it and he definitely could fix it. He said it would be up to the warranty dept to agree to the repair or to replace it & we should hear within 24-48 hrs. We got NO call from customer service and after patiently waiting 4 more weeks to hear something, we called, waited on hold for a very long time and when we finally got to speak to someone, we're told that they didn't reach out because the tech wrote in the report that it was 'normal wear and tear!!!' They finally reached the tech days later & he told them he was standing by his report!! We were basically lied to by the tech as to what would happen and still have a sofa that is sagging on one side. I asked that they send another tech and was told we'd have to submit a new claim and got Thru this whole process again. We are very upset and disappointed in the service given to us, especially we paid extra for the extended warranty and in reality this was an issue from the beginning. Also, as a note-- we are not heavy people with no children in the house and we didn't cause this issue. The other side looks perfectly normal. All we want is for this to be repaired or replaced. If this is the service given after the sale, we would say "buyers beware"! This is the only negative review I've ever written and hopefully the last!

I have been dealing with Rebecca Parenteau in the Stuart location and I couldn't be happier. Her design advice and the total commitment to customer service has been amazing. She handled all my purchases with amazing attention to detail. In a time when every company uses Covid as an excuse for poor customer care I feel she has exceeded all my pre Covid expectations. I'm only sorry that 5 stars is all I could give her.
Would highly recommend shopping here. We tried the Family furniture place down the street and at Family furniture we felt like they were crooked used car salesmen trying to sell us ovepriced furniture and expensive warranties. Not here at Ashley. In and out quick. We made a couple visits before making our buying decision, and the best part is when we finally did buy we got a better price than we were quoted down the street for similar furniture, and it was delivered in less than a month (which was our goal). Very happy with Ashley.
Extreme lack of coordination between the salesmen and warehouse. The people working at the store are friendly and helpful however their ability to deliver the furniture on the dates they outline is horrible. We went to the store and spent thousands on furniture they said was in stock and scheduled a delivery date for everything. Delivery day comes and they don’t have the slats for our bed frame nor do they have our mattress. We had to contact customer service to find out the mattress they said was in stock, was in fact not, and they wouldn’t have it in stock for over a month. We had to go back to the store to buy a different mattress and another delivery got scheduled. Delivery day comes and we find out the day of that they once again cannot deliver the mattress we bought. We received multiple emails pushing the delivery date back to different dates. The experience dealing with Ashley is extremely frustrating and not worth it. Absolutely would not recommend.
Ronnie was our sales person and was absolutely amazing. We came in a handful of times while deciding on several pieces of furniture, and he was always patient and willing to show us the best options for what we were looking for. Ronnie was very knowledgeable of both the City and Ashley selections of furniture when we described what we were looking for, he effortlessly took us around to see what was available. All in all I cannot say enough about how great the experience was, and we are very excited to receive our new furniture!

Ashley Home Store in Stuart Florida is one of the best furniture showrooms by far that I have seen in the south Florida. The management staff is attentive, especially Bryan Murphy, Jerry and make sure you ask for Donald Douze. He is honest, attentive, professional and will definitely take care of you. In Vero Beach they will tell you what you want to hear and their policies are not communicated. If you don't pick up your furniture within 2 weeks it's passed on to the next person in line. I ordered three rooms of furniture for delivery October 12th only to find out that most of the furniture was not available until end of January 2022. The sales person Christian did not follow up at all. I am scheduled for the remainder of my furniture tomorrow so I will post a follow-up on satisfaction. Go to Stuart Ashley/City Furniture tell them I sent you and to take care of you.

I love shopping at Ashley furniture but this location was not friendly at all. No greeting. We were there for at least half hour and no one helped us and we passed by a lot of workers. All we wanted is to all additional set for our bedroom . Unfortunately I won’t be coming to this location again.

Without boring you with all the details, understand that all sales are final, you will not get a refund no matter what. And trying to cancel an order is like pulling teeth. Don’t walk out of that store, run! It’s a shame, they have nice stuff, but their corporate policies stink. Don’t buy a thing from them. Update: I voiced concerns through social media and was contacted by corporate and they’ve adjusted the issues. I still don’t recommend them. Shouldn’t have to fight to cancel an order or have charges removed from your account

I purchased a leather recliner loveseat and a sofa from Ashley. My salesman convinced me to purchase an extra warranty on my furniture.within 2 months the seat on the rightside which I sit on the seat has so little stuffing. U can feel the wood going under the seat. The seat on the left side squeaks so loud when it is open and closed. We called customer service and they sent a man out to check and he said it was a manufacturer defect. He said he would report it. When I called customer service they said he said it was normal wear and tear. Please how much wear and tear should a leather recliner have in 2 months. I asked for a new person to come and check it and they refused. I then asked for a supervisor or manager to call me back. They refused. Noone has called. I woulldnt take a piece of furniture from them if they gave it to me

Nice but pricey
Purchased a couch from the store and was told a piece was on back order and delivery for whole couch would be middle of July. Checking on our status we found that now a second piece on backorder. Reached out and they told us they gave it to someone else because we did not have it delivered within 14 days, mind you we asked for complete delivery, and we now have to wait until end of September. What am I supposed to do with a partial couch. Cancelled order and now will go somewhere else to fill my rental properties. And this site will not let you post unless you give it at least one star and they don't deserve it.

We went to Ashley’s Furniture in Jensen Beach, Florida to look for a tv stand. Brian Goldenberg helped us immediately. He took us around the store to show us the stands I liked online. He price matched the online price. He was very personalable and didn’t give off the typical “sales” guy vibe. The quality of Ashley’s furniture has always been great and our other pieces have held up pretty good.

The sales people were ok. Basically sold me what I wanted. However the coffee table I ordered was damaged and I didn’t notice until after they left. I filled out the form online as directed and still no one has helped. I’ve called 4 times with promises to call back and no one ever did. I’m now on hold for over 20 minutes still waiting for someone to answer. I have spent over 15k in this store to be treated so disrespectfully is terrible. I will never buy anything from this store again and I will tell anyone who asks their customer service is the worst.
The best furniture buying experience I have ever had! My Sales Representative was Gabriel Cordero in Stuart, FL. He greeted my daughter and I very kindly and right away after I described what I was looking for he was very knowledgeable of where the products I wanted to see were located in the store and took me to them. He was very patient and even moved some furniture around so I could get different perspectives. He stayed with me but never pressured me. He only gave me many options and made great suggestions. He was very good at taking my vague ideas and bringing them to life helping me find the perfect pieces. I am very happy with the excellent service he provided from the moment I walked in until I left completely satisfied. I will definitely return when I need more home or office decor. They lied to me and convinced me to get the protection plan. My furniture broke in less than a week and they refuse to fix it after they said it will cover it. They are liar's.

A few months back we ordered 4 backless barstools on line from Ashley furniture and I can tell you that what a joke!! I got down to assembling the last one I was missing a leg. I called Ashley furniture and 3 months later it showed up.Wowcustomer service biggest joke ever. That was an online order which has nothing to do with the actual Ashley furniture store. Learned online purchase totally different company! Don't order anything online lesson learned. Go directly to the store it self!!

Great place to buy furniture. We have furnished our whole house with Ashley’s Furniture. No pressure. Great people. Our sales guy, Louis, made is fast and easy.
Experience at the store was fine. Edwin took his time and answered all my questions. The furniture (love seat and sofa) was delivered in less than 24 hours from purchase. What was not fine was receiving a damaged sofa (recliner not aligned) & having to wait 8 days to have the technician come out to fix my brand new sofa. Clearly completing the sale is not a priority. Emily (customer service rep.) was very helpful. Also paid $160 to have both pieces delivered and installed (power recliners). However, the headrest didn't work in the love seat because no one plug them in and for the sofa, nothing worked because everything was still wrapped and attached to the frame underneath the sofa.

Could not be happier with our experience with Kaijay Determann! Both he and Gen Mgr Jerry Sauver were extremely patient and knowledgeable. We had only intended to take a look at some small stuff but left with a couple of new rooms! Very low pressure and accommodating. Kaijay knew every single aspect of mattresses and base units. We will definitely be back for the remaining rooms we want. 10 out of 10 stars!!

I recommend never buy online.. I bought last week a tv stand 70 when was delivered i opened has a lot scratches and repairs. Horrible delivery service. Would avoid purchasing from Ashley Furniture. We exchange a defected table and instead received a table that was even more damaged. The Ashley furniture delivery would not let us look at the table they delivered. It would of taken me 4 minutes to open the box and see the damages.

Sunny day during. A pandemic. Upon entering i was greeted by 3 gracious consultants. I chose Lewis. He was so helpful i thought i'd won queen for a days. I was very specific about what i wanted and what i was willing to pay. He went right to work measuring sizes, fabric types. Structure of items colors . he explained lots of things to me. Chris was not like the typical sales person you run into at most furniture stores in the area. He gave us our space but was always available to answer questions checking in with us from time to time. We didn't make a large purchase dollars wise but it was important for us to get it right and at no time did I feel like he thought we were wasting his time.
We had an issue with delivery being delayed due to COVID which we 100% understood and were ok with. However, when it was pushed back for the fourth or fifth time we were inquiring to the status and asked to speak to a manager. They said we had dropped from number one on the list for delivery for the particular piece to number 20 with no explanation. The manager said he would call us shortly we waited three hours and called back he got on the phone and advised he needed to look into the issue and would call us back in 15 minutes and failed to call back at all. We called five hours later again and were told all the managers were in a meeting and they would call us back which did not happen. I then messaged a sales associate on the online chat who advised that “I’m just a sales associate I don’t know what you expect.” I explained I understood her role and was just asking who I should speak with to get my issue resolved and she gave me the number for customer service and said “they won’t do anything to help you.” We called them and they didn’t offer any additional information or assistance. We understand the difficulties presented by a pandemic but the rude treatment and lack of follow through on the part of the store was absolutely unacceptable. We cancelled our order and will never be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased a living room set. Last week I called and was told that delivery day is September 15. Now today is September 15 and I called customer service and they told me that I have to wait until the 22 because the rug didn't came in. So why last week I was told everything was ready. That everything came in and now I'm told something else. I purchased everything since last month. So I have to wait over a month for my living room set.

I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and products received from the Jensen Beach/ Stuart location. I paid 7k cash for a living set, I was mislead with the warranties I was lied to about the return policy and the material. I had to place a claim within 20 minutes of delivery, my wedge was torn, improperly assembled and missing pieces. I further noticed defects on my love seat. After spending 6 hours on the phone I was told that although I have had the furniture less than 10 hours I could not return for refund the set. Mind you, I want to keep the coffee table, entertainment center and pay for those as well as the $99.99 restocking fee , delivery and pick up but still no help. I was told that the fabric was leather and the backs were vinyl but this is a lie, the entire set is vinyl and will not withstand to three kinds and two dogs as promised. It barely survived delivery. I have a business and deal with customer service and corporate matters daily. I have never treated my client with such disrespect and lack of care. I have asked the the couch set is picked up and I am refunded. I have been forced to filed a complaint with the BBB and will be speaking with my buisness counsel on other methods for resolution. I will never shop at City/ Ashleys again and will advise anyone who asks of how horrible they treat they customers!

Well after 7k cash for a living room set it was damaged immediately upon delivery as well as missing parts. 2 hours on hold and a representative was able to tell me that they could replace the item but I had to wait 6 days. Less then 6 hours of having the set in my home and I discovered MORE issues. I again set on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to speak with a representative as I was told by the sales agent I had a 24 hour window for return. Having the product in my home for less the 10 hours I requested a return and refund. I was advised that I cannot receive a refund not return the product as there policy was prior to delivery. How I am suppose knew before I have the product that it is damaged and junk?!!!!! I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced and bring a business owner myself I could not be more displeased! AVOID AT ALL COST- they are scam artists and do not care for the satisfaction of their products nor the customers. They do not stand behind their WORD!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! Damaged furniture delivered that takes weeks to get anyone to answer and another 2 weeks for it to be replaced. Bed was finally scheduled for delivery over a month later and all they delivered was a side rail and no bed. When you finally get customer service after hours on the phone for a week. They push you around from person to person while each once explains that they are two companies. I tried to cancel my order and they gave me the run around and wouldn't even let me do that! Quality of the furniture that was delivered is super cheap especially for the price. I'm giving one star because it wouldn't let me give 0
Our salesman Jared was very attentive and knew his product. Daniel, the manager was equally adept in satisfying the customer. GREAT EXPERIENCE HOWEVER Having been to this store 3 times in the past 2 weeks, there are signs on the door explaining that employees and customers are asked to don masks. I know that a store cannot force customers to wear masks but you certainly can mandate that your employees do. In fact, all 3 times we were there, a portly elderly salesman NEVER WEARS A MASK!!!! Most of the times it is hanging from his ear or off completely. Another younger employee also NEVER WEARS IT AND IN FACT, WE’VE NEVER SEEN IT. SHAME ON CITY/ASHLEY for not enforcing your own rules!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The communication among the associates is OFF! I waited more then 20 minutes for the person I was asking for! I understand that people get tied up and busy but it was not busy when I went in there. Also, at first I was told I was not allowed to price match and use the $99 free delivery. To make a long story shorter, the person I originally asked for made the deal right. I almost lost out on savings! If it wasn’t for this mixup I would have given this a five star rating.

I had a not-so-good experience with Ashley in December, we got everything corrected and the team in Stuart took responsibility for all the errors inviting us back to try again last night we tried again and Jessica was vert helpful and so far a better experience all the way around. I went to Ashley's HomeStore to go buy some new furniture for my living room and from this beautiful couch that I fell in love with, Nick Decarlo was my salesman he was very professional and respectful he showed me around all of the showrooms and worked with the budget that was given I couldn't be any more happier than what I have he definitely did a very good job and I'm very pleased with my decision
How rude. Went to look at mattresses. Was told what I needed and wanted. After I said I was looking for something under $3000 I was told if I wanted something that would last just ONE year he would sell me one of those. I left and purchased one down the street. Not sure why Ashley sells a mattress that will only last a year!
-on 13 December 2019 we purchased 2 sofas, a protection plan, and 3 tables. -on 20 December 2019 a broken couch was delivered to our address -on 29 December 2019 the broken couch was removed and replaced with another broken couch and the rest of the order was delivered. The the main table in the three piece table set was delivered damaged as well. -upon departure the delivery man accepted a signature that was not mine on his phone (Made a line on the screen) so that he could leave without helping me rectify the situation. - I wrote a thorough and detailed email explaining to the store manager and district manager the situation and my discontent but recieved no call back or follow up. -on 31 December 2019 i finally recieved a call asking for one more chance to fix the situation by scheduling a 2nd exchange. -they scheduled a delivery for 4 January 2020 but called back 20 minutes later to reschedule for 3 January 2020. -on 3 January 2020, the day of delivery, we were informed that our delivery time would be between 9pm-11pm (an unacceptable time to deliver and build furniture inside a home housing 2 children and one toddler). We were then forced to reschedule our delivery for the 3rd time, and were given a date of 9 January 2020. -on 9 January 2020 and were informed in the morning that because of an invoice error that occurred internally, we will have to reschedule for a 4th time (16 January 2020). Ive ordered my furniture over a month ago, spent christmas and new years with no furniture and a home full if guests; and Ashley homestore will do nothing for us other than steal our money. I will NEVER shop here again and will make sure whoever i speak with knows about this organization's horrible customer service and poor quality of products. ...I still havent recieved a phone call from anyone at the store either for a follow up or anything. __________________________________________ -21 January 2020 This is a perfect example of how poor you all operate. Instead of reaching out to me and taking responsibility for your poor service, you provide for me some more contact info as if it is my job to satisfy my order. Ive already dealt with the in store customer service manager Vivian, the store manager Brian, and even wrote to the district mananger Stephen...so at this point i doubt that Kate can help. Thanks for the info but its useless. I am filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
Absolutely wonderful experience. We were met by Angelica one of the Sales Reps . She was patient and guided us as we made our request known, and tried out the recommendations. Angelica was very informed about the furniture, and was able to answer all our inquiries. We felt at home, relaxed, and unrushed. We most definitely will return and highly recommend visiting.

Avoid purchasing anything from this company. While the showroom may look nice and the people seem friendly, once you have to deal with customer service, it all goes bad. Extremely unprofessional, damaged my floor during installation and as of today I still don’t have my furniture. There are other places to purchase mediocre dining room tables.
My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture in Jensen to look at a couch with no intention of buying anything that day, and not wanting to deal with pushy sales guys. We met Ron who I can honestly say is the only reason we left that day with a sofa we really liked. He was super knowledgeable and helpful, answered all our questions patiently, and helped walk us through the concerns we had. We got more for the money than we thought we could get based on recommendations from Ron. I work in sales and hate dealing with obnoxious sales guys more than I hate getting a root canal, and we will only buy our furniture at Ashley from Ron going forward. He was competent knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and even laughed at my wife’s jokes (she’s not that funny but thinks she is.) I will be back and be pointing all my friends to Ron and Ashley Furniture.

The service was good, I did like, that Jessica (assistant) brought personality into the sales conversation, so it was not just a strict sales encounter. She was able to connect with us in a professional way with a personal touch. The shop appeared a bit messy, which is sad because they have nice products. Room separation with “stand-up walls” could help solve the problem. I am not impressed that we have to wait more than half a month for our purchase. However that does not mean all deliveries have to take that long.

Communication skills are awful. We purchase a lift top coffee table. Salesperson gave us the the option for warranty, we got it for 50 bucks. Ok, so happens that we have a stain on top of table. Back and forth on the phone with Ashley's and the service company. So here I am, super irritated and upset because this is EXTREMELY time consuming, and then I hear the words "There's a stain warranty" which you did not get; now the warranty that we purchased basically would give us the opportunity to even get a new table IF let's say the lift top mechanism breaks, and other damages which sounds great doesn't it? you know what else sounds great? The warranty we were presented to at the time of purchase in which we were told basically everything would be covered, INCLUDING stains made by whatever milk, water, whatever spills. Ashley's is like "did you receive the information with the warranty and stuff at the time of purchase?' Yes I did; the person who I spoke with on the phone said that everything that they are saying right now about what is covered and what isn't is on the pamphlet that I received at the time of purchase. Now why in the world would I get a wood/veneer coffee table and NOT get "the stain warranty". Maybe because it was not offered and what was offered was this other in home 3 year warranty which supposedly includes stains ? So therefore my review of lack of communication. My husband was on the way to the store, I had to hang up on the store, call my husband to basically say "this person is saying if you go to the store it's just gonna make him/her mad(VERBATIM) -"MAD"-and the max they can do is transfer you to customer service to see if you can get a refund, our sales are final"...we don't want a refund on the table, we want a refund on the warranty. My husband turns around and is like "what do you mean transfer me to customer service, I am on the phone with them right now, they say they have to call the specific store and speak to the manager.." I am not gonna say any names, it is pointless, and this is not about who's fault it is, this is about there's a problem with the customer, they are hearing your side of the story however there is NO RESOLUTION TO IT WHATSOEVER, all there is is this back and forth and it just gets exhausting, and because of that I am here like a teenage girl writing a whole essay due to my frustration. I am not saying they were rude, they weren't, and I understand frustration runs both ways, the customer's and also the associates. However, they need to retrain on how to handle these sorts of issues, I am not happy, I am leaving this issue right here and losing 50 dollars, cause at the end of the day, if I ever do need the "covered" warranty I am MORE than sure they are come back around and say "oh, lift top is not working now? yeah but you also have a stain, so its not covered" This is what I EXPECT it will happen due to my experience with them this time, so yeah i consider a loss of money for me. I'm not saying don't shop at Ashley's, each customer has their own experience, mine was beyond awful and dissapointing, and yours might be just exceptional, but I am saying to ask questions and clarifications, don't be too trusty when they are trying to sell their warranties and make sure there is specifications and explanations of everything.

I bought a sleeper sofa from Ashley furniture two months ago it has a very bad creaking noise in the couch itself the technician came out and said there’s nothing they can do about it. Talking to the warranty department they said there is nothing they can do to me that’s a manufactures problem and the warranty should be honored especially for the amount of money that I paid for this couch it’s very embarrassing when people come over and sit on it and starts creaking like the couch is 20 years old I do not recommend Ashley furniture to anybody they don’t back up their products and as a result I gave them a zero very dishonest Company to deal with

This company is the absolute WORST. We had our furniture delivered on 12/23/18 and I filed a warranty issue the very first week of January. They FINALLY came to our house in July, only to not have the parts needed to fix the issue we had filed for, as “it wasn’t on the ticket”. It is now November of 2019 and it STILL IS NOT FIXED. No one will call us back. I stay on eternal hold with customer service and the store basically says there is nothing they can do. Don’t waste your money here!

Our sales rep Catalina was fantastic. No pushy sales tactics, just let us look around and answered our questions. The delivery went off without a hitch. Was told between 12:30 and 3:30 and they called us at 12:20 and said they were on the way. Installation was clean and quick and they took all the trash and wrapping with them. Would highly recommend Ashley to others.

I give it Zero stars!! I researched bedroom furniture and found the set that I absolutely loved a country setting look that took a wild to fine was heartbroken when I found out that it Would take 4 to 6 weeks because it was a special order to come in paid $1300 for a dresser, chest of dresser and two nightstands. The order wound up coming in before four weeks but was scheduled to come in and three different deliveries the dresser was delivered first and was damaged had scratches all in it and chunks of the Wood look missing from it. I placed a report the following day with the customer service and they were originally going to send a service technician to come repair it the more I thought about it I paid $1300 for a brand new set therefore I felt that it should’ve been delivered top quality brand new called them back and requested that a replacement be sent not for them to fix it I wanted brand new that is what I paid for they placed a new order and a new dresser would be available and delivered a month later in the meantime the two nightstands in chest of dresser became available once those items I thoroughly inspected them before the delivery guys left and they were damaged as well poor quality of what I had bought put together so I did not keep it customer service department called me immediately to discuss our next arrangements if I wanted to have the furniture re-delivered and it would take another 4 to 6 weeks after thorough thought two different deliveries three items were already delivered defective I decided no I did not want that sad just was a bad omen at that point they would not give me my money back because they offered me a solution to have it re-delivered in 4 to 6 weeks however they did offer me a re-selection that I was allowed to go back into their store and re-select a different set of furniture but however any deals or sales that they were running I was not entitled to because it was a reselect I went back to the store and found something that was OK I didn’t love it but it was OK it was doable it cost me an extra thousand dollars so $2300 out the door put on my credit card was not able to finance through store credit with 0% interest yada yada yada furniture was delivered and they picked up the old damage dresser still here everything was good except the nightstand which I did not notice until I went to put stuff into it that the screw in the bracket had pierce through the wood and had broken through it had to place a claim on it immediately within the first 24 hours that the product was damaged customer service called me today to offer me one of two solutions in the beginning a service department feels that it’s repairable that they would come out and repair the shelf that the wood was broken and had a nail screwed through or bees they would give me $75 off if I kept the furniture as is needless to say I was highly upset and very frustrated especially considering the fact that three years ago I bought a brand new bedroom set from Havertys $2800 with the warranty and with the bed set to go with it and not one piece was damaged now with Ashley‘s furniture this is my second set picked out from them in less than a six week period that has been damaged they have not offered me any money back for my inconvenience I would not recommend buying any furniture from them as you can see from my customer service experience what they will offer you . Very dissatisfied and really sucks that I had to put $2300 on my credit card to pay all that interest on every month now I knew in my heart I should’ve gone back to Havertys now I regret not doing that .

Update: our exchange dresser got delivered today. Delivery staff were great and the exchange dresser was assembled correctly and without any damage. Too bad this all didn't happen the first time. Someone needs to inspect the assembled before its shipped out. Sales staff is pleasant; it’s when your furniture gets delivered that’s the problem. Past year-two years have ordered four pieces of furniture and a mattress and box spring. We always have everything delivered and pay $79.99 for premium delivery. 2 out of 5 were delivered damaged. We call customer care within minutes as they only give you 24 hours to report any damage. Pack your patience-this is an extremely long and tedious process. The dresser we had delivered this week was clearly damaged. Assembled carelessly.? Or the way it was transported to us and taken off the truck? Either way, if this happens to you, take pictures and call to demand an exchange aka new one. They will offer you $100 refund if you want to keep the damaged item. Or a $200 gift certificate to their store. So aggravating when you view and research items you want, go to the store, pay, sign up for delivery and have to look at something you cannot use for a week until your exchange gets delivered. Lesson learned-won’t be shopping here again.

I purchased a lot of furniture from the Jensen beach location and my husband and I took time off work and our delivery keeps getting delayed by days. I spoke with Brian the manager and he could care less and told me it was too much work to right a new invoice to have the truck come during late night hours. So now we have to take another whole day off in hopes that it comes. I am so disappointed with the customer service. It’s not our fault they keep having issues with the trucks. I will never order from them again!

Edwin was absolutely wonderful! He help complete my order making sure I had everything we needed. Was able to help pick out a mattress for our spare bedroom which seems to be quite comfortable. We bought it yesterday morning it was delivered the next morning! I totally recommend Ashley furniture store! And if you want a sales person who cares, please ask for Edwin! He’s a 5 star salesman!

We went in to Ashley’s with a smile and left with a great deal and smile! I usually do not bother with reviews but Donald Douze was exceptional, he greeted us at the door with a smile and let us know if we needed any help let him know. We searched for a bed set for my daughter. When we found it he was very helpful with figuring out the package and the mattress. We decided to leave and try other store before buying he was understanding and still friendly. We left and then came back because of Donald we wanted him to have a sale because we enjoyed his style and friendliness. And his overall concern for the customer to get what they want . Donald is a true asset to Ashley furniture we will be back for more purchases in the future and hope that Donald is the one that helps us. A class service.
Great choices
Hi all. Do not buy mattresses in Ashley stores. I bought supposedly a good quality and expensive king mattress. It dented within a year and company would not exchange it as it was not damaged. Dents are not part of the warrantee. My prior mattress lasted a long time and never dented. What a wasted of money and I ended up with a terrible mattress. Never going back to this store. Grrrrrrrrrr!!!

Last month I ordered a bed set and a sectional couch. The bed set was gorgeous and looks amazing in our home. The couch wasn’t what we were expecting with our order. However, after talking to Sharon the general manager of the store we were able to work out the issue very effectively and made our experience that much better. She really took care of us and was fair. I will most definitely be buying from this store again just for that reason. We are very happy and satisfied and grateful for the amazing customer service! Furniture shopping can be a very stressful process but they make it much easier than any other place I have dealt with.
Had my sons furniture delivered today. I was able to track the truck and I still recieved a text message and a personal phone call to let me know they are on their way.
Sales people are friendly not pushy, not to aggressive. They let you pick what you want, not try to push you into something they want to sell. They explain everything very thoroughly, the warranties, the delivery process, delivery fees, etc. When buying furniture and once it gets delivered you'll be thrilled. The delivery service is exceptional. Very professional individuals come to deliver your furniture with great care. My total shopping experience all the way through delivery was excellent.

Staff in the store are all wonderful but you pay good money for furniture and the quality is very poor (have a real leather living room set and the back frame broke. I have no kids, the dogs are not allowed to go on the furniture and we barely use it unless its movie night) and their customer support to put a claim in to the warranty you paid for will give you the round around for 4 months. I will NEVER buy a piece of furniture from them every again

NEVER EVER EVER SHOPPING WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN! I shopped at the Ashley in Stuart, Fl and bought a brand new sofa and paid over $500 for the in-home warranty and this company will not honor their own warranty policy. I bought a couch that did not hold up well. The seats have begun to rip and it’s clearly a defect of the product. Ashley furniture refuses to hold up to their own policies - this “in-home warranty” service is NOT a service, it is a BLATANT LIE. I had a cushion on a couch from Rooms-To-Go tear and ROOMS TO GO EVEN REPLACED THE PIECE HASSEL FREE! For as much money as you spend at this place, you should expect better customer service when you call, but NOPE. They never ever return your calls. You’re on hold for what seems like hours. It appears to me this company will take tons of money from its customers and clearly doesn’t pay their customer service reps enough money to care about the customer calls when we spend thousands each time shopping here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Absolutely no pressure at this store to purchase, but extremely helpful associates!!! We took about a week to make a decision and then went in to find the salesperson who helped us and she was once again more than willing to sit with us and review everything we were thinking of purchasing. Our salesperson is the only reason even one star out of five is being given here. After our pleasant sales experience everything went downhill from there. Several of the items ordered arrived broken and defective. The ottoman is broken. The dresser contains a paint chip/surface flaw. One of the dining chairs legs is too short. The back of the loveseat is coming apart. Customer "care" was contacted and they offered a pitiful fifty dollar store credit after we spent thousands of dollars. Between the poor product craftsmanship and the lack of customer service, we are absolutely disappointed and completely unmotivated to ever shop with Ashley Furniture again.

I had an excellent experience working with Donald and Jessica at the Jensen Beach location of Ashley home furniture. The service was excellent, and the sales environment felt very natural without strong pressure to buy or attempts to up sell on products. Our sales associate Jessica gave us plenty of air to walk around and decide on what we wanted, and she was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction when we had questions. One day after our purchase, we discovered a big sale on the items we had just bought, we called back to the store and Donald the manager credited us back the difference without a Hassel making the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable.
My husband and I went shopping for a couch and two recliner chairs, so we stopped into Ashley's Furniture. Upon entering we were greeted by Donald Douze the showroom manager. We explained what we were looking for and Donald help us by showing us the perfect couch and the recliner chairs. With that being said the recliner and couch are on the opposite side the store. We had some concerns in regards to the colors not working well together. Donald went above and beyond to clear our minds about the colors. He went to the back and got a dolly to bring the recliner to the couch. They went great together and we decide to purchase them. We are so happy and can't wait to have them in our home I recommend Ashley's Furniture and Donald Douze. Thank you so much for all you have done to make furniture shopping a pleasure.

Even when some issues occurred with my delivery not being scheduled properly they were helpful and did everything they could to make it right.
