Love this store. Hareef was great, showed me exactly what I was looking for within my price range. Was a wonderful experience!

I purchased a rocker recliner and a sectional today. It was my second time going back to the store after feeling unsure and my awesome sales representative Edili took the time to sit with me and feel out the different couches/seats to make sure I was getting the best of the best. I feel pretty confident in my decision and I’m really looking forward to my new furniture. Thank you for your patience and genuine care, Edili!

My good experience in the store was altered by the delivery. The delivery guys were very nice and professional. They brought in the chairs and table, then came the problem they didn't have the hardware to assemble the table. They proceeded to start removing all items from my home. I couldn't understand why they (City Furniture) were unable to send someone with the hardware. I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and now have to wait till Tuesday to get my table. They eventually left all 6 chairs. This was what I got for your PREMIUM DELIVERY.

Warranty claim not paid. I did not use the warranty that I paid for they were supposed to send it back. I MOVED nobody contacted me to verify my address for the warranty gift card. Called 20 times to get a order number and to talk to warranty and nobody helped. Money wasted!!

Purchased a bed for our daughter at city furniture, it broke but was under warranty. Not much choice at city furniture so we were sent to Ashley furniture (first time). NEVER AGAIN! Guy (GM I believe ) horrible customer service and refused to hear anything I had to say. This has been the longest 3 weeks dealing with this ridiculous issue. I just decided to have them come get the bed. I'll go elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Kinne Alcime on March 2024. He asked specific questions and catered to our needs in a very efficient manner. The Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Firm 12 “ mattress with the 4.0 Ease Adjustable frame was the perfect choice for us. We’ve had back issues and have tried a few different mattresses but to no avail. Very happy with the purchase.

I walked into the Ashley store and was greeted by this big tall man who asked me what I needed and he showed me my options for a high top Kitchen table then he gave me time to find the chairs I needed then I got him to order me my 2 chairs. No pressure at all. He combined all items to arrive in 10-12 days and I chose option to assemble myself. i knew Ashley furniture had what I wanted but John was a great help.. we won’t hold it against him that he didn’t go to UM 😂…So you want a cool sales associate ask for tall John, he’s 6’8” you can’t miss him!

But walking into Ashley’s was a completely different story. I was greeted by Lance, who was friendly and respectful. When I told him I preferred to browse on my own, he didn’t hover or pressure me—he simply let me know he was available if I needed anything. After about 15 minutes, Lance let me know he was heading out and kindly introduced me to Edili, who picked up right where he left off with the same helpful and courteous attitude. Once I was ready to get serious about purchasing, Edili ran around the store with me—literally—checking stock, comparing prices, and making suggestions that actually aligned with what I needed. By the end, I had several thousand dollars’ worth of furniture in my cart. Even though I had already selected everything, both Edili and the General Manager took the time to look for ways to reduce my delivery costs and make sure I felt taken care of. When the GM left, he made sure Carla, another manager, would assist us through checkout—and she truly went above and beyond. My phone battery was dying, and without hesitation, they brought me a portable charger so I could finish my order without worry. From top to bottom, this team was incredible. We waited days and called again, were told again we'd get called back still never did. I called every other day for a week. Almost every time I called, the recording told me it was high call volume. When I finally did get through, all three of the workers I needed to talk to were out until 3 days away. When that day arrived I still never got called back. I waited a couple more days and called again, it was told I'd get called back in 20 minutes, waited a few hours, never did, called again & finally got through. Manager said he did not receive my text messages about another little matter he asked me to text about, so now we have to go back in the store in person to finish business and to be able to order the furniture.
