What a wonderful experience it was shopping at Ashley today. We went to Rooms to Go first and were met with someone who clearly wasn’t interested in showing just a chair so he went to help someone else. Couldn’t find what we were looking for so went next door to Ashley . Met a wonderful salesman named Haneef. Such a warm and caring person. All salespeople should be like him. Went couch shopping today and had the opportunity to have Lance as our sales associate. Lance was extremely knowledgeable about Ashley’s couch selection, down to colors, fabric performance, and what they had in stock. He helped us find a configuration we were happy with and fit our measurements, and he discussed the pros and cons of the different payment options. We are extremely happy with our couch, and would 100% recommend anyone to this store, and specifically to Lance.

As my family and I entered the store we were greeted with the brightest smile from Carlos who made us feel very welcomed. We were also greeted by Jordan the manager who mirrored the greetings and made us feel like we were family. We will continue to get our home needs met at Ashley because of Carlos and Jordan.

Showed me a couple different options that I could get. I ended up purchasing one bedroom set then because of his sales pitch, I bought another set.

Didn’t get A real receipt, shows I still owe 280 lol they wanted to charge me $580 for delivery and set up then cut it down to 280 I paid it. but online it was always 175 pretended I was getting a deal but I didn’t. Good to see it in the showroom, I just ordered a bedroom set afterwards and did it online. Go to the store to check quality but order online.

I was having trouble deciding on first the style I wanted it didn’t really work in our room and I kept trying to make that style fit. When you're in the market for furniture I would suggest stoping by there, note their prices, and their quality and then go shopping, and I guarantee you will probably come back and buy from them. Make sure to ask for Lance! Oh oh and by the way, I live in the keys, The Mattress wasn't able to be delivered til a week after the sofa but they only charged me one delivery fee, for two different deliveries. They have an amazing policy when it comes to fabric protection too, customer service is on top of it, I can't say enough....!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Purchased entire house of furniture and the 3 year stain removal policy. Tried to use the policy and was denied. Waste of money! Terrible service.

Update: I bought the extended 3 year warranty and they found every way to deny the claim. Don’t waste your money on a warranty. I bought $11,000+ worth of furniture from the Sawgrass location. The salesperson Neuris Gonzalez Hernandez was so nice and helpful and told me I had 5 years no interest. I never bothered to check, as I trusted her. After a few months I noticed I was paying a high interest every month! I called everyone involved, including Synchrony, and was told repeatedly that it was too late and nothing could be done. I’m furious. I went into the store at Sawgrass and the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to me and I was the only one in the store! To top it off, my bedroom furniture will never be able to be moved because the quality is so poor. Do not shop at Ashley. I’m sorry I did. Update 5/3 - there is no one named Kate. I emailed them at the below address and someone named Francisco called but didn’t reach me and never called back. Apparently Kate is some overseas customer service warehouse because when I tried to call back I got, after many prompts, a different person who said they would email Francisco to call again. Yeah, right. What SCAMMERS. I stand by STAY FAR AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.

Despite scheduling the delivery of an item months in advance, I received a last-minute cancellation message for the second time this month , stating that the item was out of stock. Despite speaking with two supervisors, I was offered a measly $50 credit as compensation, which I found to be insulting given the inconvenience caused. What's more, I was provided with no guarantee or firm date of arrival for the item, and when I requested contact information to escalate my complaint via email, I was informed that the company does not provide such information. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Ashley Furniture], as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not prioritize resolving issues in a timely or satisfactory manner.

1,000/10 Lance did an amazing job helping us stay in budget and informing us of the quality of all the products. We went in there knowing exactly what we were going to leave with and we did just that. It was a quick in and out with no bumps along the way. Customer service was on point. Definitely recommend💅🏼

DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURES FROM ASHLEY we have had such bad experience with customers service and warranty claims,me and my wife purchased a sectional on 11/5/2023 costing us 4k, from the sawgrass location to 2 months later it started falling apart peeling it’s a factory defect, we open up a claim and all they did was send us new covers (same material) and once I replaced it started peeling again, no one in store, or claims are able to resolve my issue this 4k furniture it’s falling apart only 4 months old. You call the warranty dept and they say it’s not covered under the warranty ( factory defect) I’m going to contact distric attorney office to file a complaint as there’s no resolution!! We been dealing with this issue 3 months!!

0 stars is my rating not 1. It’s very unfortunate that I have to go this far but my family purchased a sectional couch from this location about 4 months ago and the material is already deteriorating. With just 4 months…. We have reached out to corporate and they are not wanting to accommodate after we’ve spent thousands of dollars here. We’re very displeased with the service. If I can report to the BBB I will.

We had just bought our sectional about 4 months in now and it’s already peeling. Called customer service, even went all the way up the chain to management and no one has helped with my issue. We spent a lot of money on this couch, needless to say our experience with this company is poor! I would say Before making a purchase make sure your seller knows a lot about your purchase and that they aren’t just selling it to you to make their commission so you don’t end up like we did with a couch we constantly have to put blankets over so it doesn’t peel even more then what it already has done!

Don’t buy from here!! If I can give no stars I would!!! My family purchased a sectional 11/23 and it’s been 4 months and the material is peeling. No one is helping and I’ve reached out to corporate and the store and they are not fixing the issue. Poor management and everyone is rude.

Dont purchase anything from this store ,I Purchase a 6 seater Tanavi2 beige sectional I paid almost over 4k for them to after a few months they all started peeling (lint all over the couch) I called spoke to Janel who open a claim for me and supposedly offer me as courtesy 6 cushion replacements to fix the issue , only received 4 of cushion replacement only that by the way it’s the same material and this will continue (peeling)again Same fabric .,I called again spoke to escalation customer service department names who I Erica, aura, tasaría, Marla ,Juan palacios who by the way was so rude and sarcastic ,no empathy as I complaint and explained my situation !! the worst customer service they would say they call you and they WOULD NOT !!I had to call them back periodically to check on Status I asked to speak to someone higher in the escalation department a manager and aDanielle of customer service called an offer me an electric peeler so I can use on my couch to remove peeling every-time costing $12.00 from Amazon to solve my issue from When I am requesting a furniture exchange !!I was informed that my issue was resolved by them sending me the replacement of cushions and they said that they are. A different material this time when they are not!!ITS THE SAME cheap material That in a few months the peeling will come back (lint ) , I’m very disappointed with CITY furniture/Ashley in the past few weeks I had such bad experience !!with claims customer service To the point of my blood pressure went up!! I still didn’t get nothing resolved, don’t buy anything from this store!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them !!! I can give city furniture or Ashley furniture a 0 I would for all the inconvenience and stress I been put through on buying such an expensive couch I,purchased an Sectional 11/2023 not knowing that the furniture is made with poor material and not to mention very uncomfortable , it’s been a nightmare with customer service they keep sending me the covers and cushions inserts to replace them and it keeps doing the same peeling , and flattening it sinks in and separates in between each sectional where things fall in between they don’t hold together , I’m disabled with a spine hernia disc and cannot sit on them!!. I have called numerous of time and explained all of this to different department's,escalated and it’s going to be 1 year 11/24 and still no resolution!!! Don’t buy from both these company they ripped you off and no solution!!!!

Perceived savings at Ashley Furniture are not worth it. However, if you like to deal with incompetent and dishonest sales staff then Ashley is your store. They do not only misrepresent their merchandise to make a sale, they do not stand behind the subpar product they sold you. Buyer beware!

I was looking for a mattress / boxspring set. We were working with a salesman but he as called away to help another customer and said he’d be back, but he never did. We helped ourselves alone. I felt that was kind of rude. He could have asked a different rep to help us. After 20 mins we left. I did buy a click and the salesman did ring it up. That was it.
