Not a good experience trying to contact people on the phone. We had wanted to order some furniture & I was told we'd get called back and we never were. We waited days and called again, were told again we'd get called back still never did. I called every other day for a week. Almost every time I called, the recording told me it was high call volume. When I finally did get through, all three of the workers I needed to talk to were out until 3 days away. When that day arrived I still never got called back. I waited a couple more days and called again, it was told I'd get called back in 20 minutes, waited a few hours, never did, called again & finally got through. Manager said he did not receive my text messages about another little matter he asked me to text about, so now we have to go back in the store in person to finish business and to be able to order the furniture.

Kudos to the entire team! We even went back the following day after delivery to order one more nightstand. This time we picked it up ourselves at the warehouse. Again, a super seamless process all the way through, from Lance's help in the showroom to the warehouse loading dock where the gentleman loaded the nightstand in the vehicle for us. Fantastic all around!

Went couch shopping today and had the opportunity to have Lance as our sales associate. Lance was extremely knowledgeable about Ashley’s couch selection, down to colors, fabric performance, and what they had in stock. He helped us find a configuration we were happy with and fit our measurements, and he discussed the pros and cons of the different payment options. We are extremely happy with our couch, and would 100% recommend anyone to this store, and specifically to Lance.

As my family and I entered the store we were greeted with the brightest smile from Carlos who made us feel very welcomed. Hello, I went to Ashley* on Sunday to get something really simple a small table I needed. The sales rep was nice but he kind of messed up. We had to pick it up at city furniture today but the scheduling for today was closed so he put it for Tuesday and said that when he comes in work Monday morning, he will Change his schedule from Tuesday to Monday and he did not. That just shows me he truly did not care at all

The process was seamless from start to finish. The sales representative, Lance Detotto was very knowledgeable about the company’s products and services and provided excellent customer service. My beautiful wall mirror was delivered in good condition on the date and during the time frame advised with no defects. John Levitz was our sales associate he was so helpful, considerate, accommodating and personable. I was having trouble deciding on first the style I wanted it didn’t really work in our room and I kept trying to make that style fit. John made several suggestions and tried very hard to make it happen but it just wasn’t going to work out. Secondly I found a fabric & color I really loved but it only came in style couch that didn’t fit my room. Looking thru whole store I finally found a style couch with large rectangular separate ottoman in the material and color I was happy with. John was so patient with me changing my mind over my 2 visits to Ashley’s. We feel he is a great asset to your sales team. Thank you John for helping me find a couch and ottoman I really like, you’re a very good sales associate.

Great shopping experience!!! I went to Ashley Furniture to pick up a love seat for my son. With the help of the best sales rep I’ve met in a long time, I was in and out with the perfect selection in under 30 minutes. My sales rep Haneef really knew the store and the products. He helped me get just the right love seat to match the room. While I was there, the manager on duty Miguel stopped by to see how things were going. Super nice guy. Purchaed a sofa. Within 2 hours of it being delivered I discovered it would not fit in the door of the bedroom where I planned to use it. I call to remedy the situation (return, store credit) and was denied. The customer service supervisor hung up on me. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The experience was seamless. I am so happy with my choice of sofa. To top it off the service was excellent!

I honestly feel like I was sent to Lance at Ashley from heaven. I was about to give up sofa sleeper shopping, the prices were outrageous. And when I did fund good prices, the sofa was in a box with no way to try it out. I never go West but again, somehow ended up at Ashely and what a difference. The prices, their 'Green' Initiatives, selection and sales! Lance took his time with me, helped me save on a bed frame Buy suggesting this great platform thingy which was only $119. Ended up buying my mattress there as well. $1000 discount and best mattress EVER! When you're in the market for furniture I would suggest stoping by there, note their prices, and their quality and then go shopping, and I guarantee you will probably come back and buy from them. Make sure to ask for Lance! Oh oh and by the way, I live in the keys, The Mattress wasn't able to be delivered til a week after the sofa but they only charged me one delivery fee, for two different deliveries. They have an amazing policy when it comes to fabric protection too, customer service is on top of it, I can't say enough....!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Horrible customer service, we visited 3 Ashley stores, Ft Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Sawgrass locations, looks like this company has the same dynamics.! We experienced bad really bad customer service, Rose at Ft Lauderdale needs to be retrained, and Nicholas at Boca Raton the same, he left us alone in the store because he claimed he had another customer to take care of, WE WERE CUSTOMERS TOO, so the only thing we have a sorry from the store manager a the store, Sawgrass store was a mess, we purchased a love seat and a sofa, this happened on Labor day weekend, our saleswoman Lily, imposible to get in touch with her after numerous phone call and voice mail we left, never a return call. Our merchandise was used to put stuff on top of it, unacceptable, I let her know about this and her reply was I can’t watch you purchase it 24/7.!!

We needed a sofa, and Maxine showed the place around. We went to a couple of other places to look, but returned to Ashley Store. Maxine was busy with other customers but quickly came to us to say that she was with the others and would be back with us as soon as possible. It was very professional and nice.
