If I could give this store 10 stars, I absolutely would. Coming from a sales background myself, I tend to ask a lot of questions — and everything I threw their way was handled with complete confidence and ease. My sales rep, Trevor, may be new to the world of sales, but you would never know it. He was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find what worked best. He answered every question quickly, never once felt pushy, and showed real professionalism. And when he didn’t have an immediate answer, he worked seamlessly with management to get it. Truly an impressive new addition to the team. Garrett, the assistant manager, was also extremely helpful. He and Trevor together made a powerhouse team — the kind of experience you hope for when walking into any store. Their general manager, Cole, was the perfect example of leadership in action. He supported his new sales rep, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail of our deal was handled correctly. He even honored everything he promised over the phone when we returned the next day — something you don’t always see, and truly appreciated. We will absolutely be bringing all of our future business back here. I highly recommend working with any of these three incredible guys. You won’t be disappointed. Great customer service and selection of products

Our salesperson was Jamie during our visit. She was incredibly patient with us, and very helpful. She understood what we were looking for, and suggested multiple choices, but also told us which option she would go with being that she also has cats. We will be back in a few months and will definitely be asking for her again. Thanks Jamie!

Great staff, great furniture, and price

I was taught early on to always go to the source of the issue. My problem is the insurance company that Ashley's furniture does business with and promotes to its unsuspecting customers. I have been dealing with guardian protection products for almost 3 months now. They are the worst furniture insurance company on the market, as their BBB reviews reflect a bunch of complaints and 1 star reviews. Yet I purchased this insurance as an Ashley's sales rep said it was worth it---it was almost $500. I know many other customers have had similar issues with this insurance company. So I invite others to leave a review on Ashley's Yelp page and Google page as well...since they've left customers to fend for themselves with this predatory insurance company. And in case you want to know what this insurance company does---it uses battle of attrition tactics. For example, it delays answering you via their portal, they send out kind technicians but it's done repeatedly, as they rewrite their reports (my technician who was an honest worker, stated the wine stain on my couch was unremovable---yet GPP rewrote his report as him being successful in cleaning...which is exactly what the technician warned me they would do as he is a third party in all of this). They wear you down in the hopes that you just give up on getting store credit or a replacement furniture piece...which is what their insurance promised. To conclude, Ashley's furniture please stop doing business with an insurance company like this, or at least address the issue with GPP...otherwise you're going to continue to get complaints.

Great prices and selection

Bought a bedroom set with the "white glove" delivery and assembly treatment, except when they came they did not have all of the pieces to the bed, nor could they go get the pieces, so here I am with my old bed down by the curb and my new bed not-built but taking up all the space in my bedroom, and I guess I have to take a day off work next week for them to come finish installation. 1 star, only becuz half a star was not an option. never again. edit: they came 3 days later with a take-it-or-leave-it delivery window during the middle of the day on a weekday... with the wrong size parts... so they will have to come back a third time (at least).

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Faith. She was extremely personable and showed us many different options for what we were looking for. She let us browse around and checked back in every so often to see if we had questions or needed anything. The furniture is great, Faith was amazing and purchasing the items was super simple. Definitely recommend!

Good selection for cheap, easy furniture. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, except for one. I almost got a reclining sectional and dining set, but the sales associate got impatient when I wanted to check other options first. You could smell her commission breath from a mile away, this poor old lady REALLY needed her cut. Luckily Tallahassee Discount Furniture (another Ashley authorized dealer) off Woodville had the same exact pieces in-store and it was even a little cheaper, check there first if you're looking for Ashley-branded furniture

Let me start by saying our salesperson, Megan, was great.....I was so excited to purchase the Maggie sofa and ottoman and another rocker/recliner. The items were delivered to our condo on a Thursday and the two delivery guys absolutely refused to even attempt to get them up the outer stairway. They stood the sofa up on it's END and said, "See, it won't fit". My husband even tried to tell them if they turn it on the side, it would fit and he even offered to help. They got agitated and again said, "It won't fit". We were furious and told them to just put them back on the truck and return to the store. The next morning, we went to the Clearwater Florida store to complain. All they offered was a replacement sofa and to try again. We were upset at that point and just asked for a refund of the total amount. They told us we'd have to call customer service which I did. And guess what....they said we'd have to wait 7-1o days for a refund. UNNACCEPTABLE!!!!! We are still without living room furniture as we wait for a refund so we can go somewhere else to purchase. Never again!!!!

We needed new bedroom and living room furniture and found great choices at Ashley. Faith was our salesperson and she has excellent customer service, knowledgeable about the products and gave us enough space to look around and talk. When we needed her for questions she was there. I'll be looking for Faith next time we need more furniture.

My experience was great until it was time for delivery. The day before delivery I was notified that my piece of furniture was damaged and shipped with no hardware. I have already waited for this delivery now it will be a couple more weeks. We had planned to use the table this weekend. Really disappointing! Do not buy from here unless they have the furniture already in stock. Otherwise you will be waiting months to receive your furniture.

I purchased a bed and two night stands from Ashley Furniture on a Monday. I was told that Ashley Furniture only delivers in the area where I live on Thursday. I received a call from Ashley Delivery the next day letting me know that I'm scheduled for delivery the following Thursday. I asked them if they could deliver after 2:30pm and they said that they didn't know the delivery time. I have cameras around my home and I can open/close my garage while I'm away from home. I've open my garage for other companies but Ashley said someone needed to be there to sign. I took off on the scheduled delivery date and I called Ashley delivery that afternoon to see if my delivery was on the way. I was told that my delivery was scheduled for the upcoming Tuesday. I told them that couldn't be right because they told me they only deliver in my area on Thursdays. The lady put me on hold and when she came back, she said, you're right. She looked at the notes (recorded line) and she apologized. I spoke with a supervisor because I took off to have my furniture delivered and I was not going to take off another day if if was not my fault. The supervisor apologized, rescheduled my deliver for after 2:30pm the following Thursday, and offered me a $50 gift card. Today, I get an email and a call saying my delivery will be this Thursday between 10:30am - 1:30pm. The call was an automated system but it transferred me to someone when I cancelled the delivery. I told the person my issue and told them to cancel my order and refund my deposit. I wasted 2 weeks trying to purchase furniture from Ashley Furniture. I know everybody's experience is different, but I will not recommend purchasing furniture from Ashley Furniture! May 6, 2025 Update: My rating has not changed but I wanted to add that the sales person (Christine) did an excellent job helping me and my wife pick out what we wanted and answered our questions. I hate that she lost out on her commission to no fault of hers. My deposit was refunded and the finance cost was removed.

I had a wonderful experience with my sales person, Ms. Faith. She was very patient, knowledgeable and I trusted her with helping me in my affairs.

Bought a dual recliner sofa here last week and it’s already falling apart. What they did not tell me I had three days to return it. When I asked about the return when I bought the sofa, they told me I had 30 days. When the foam padding started to flatten in less than two weeks, I was furious. We bought this furniture for my husband to be comfortable while he fights cancer. The foam padding already giving out is mind boggling. So is it supposed to last 10 to 15 years according to Google They won’t let me return it. They won’t send someone out to fix it though honestly, I don’t know how they could unless they were gonna rebuild it. I’m so disappointed. I was so excited to get the new couch and now all my money is gone and this sofa is for crap Don’t buy from Ashley. It’s a con.

I had been on the Ashley website and had my sights on a particular piece so I stopped by my local store to see in person- just went to look. I was greeted and showed similar oversize chaise they had on the floor, I instantly spotted out the one I saw on web. The consultant Garret, was very knowledgeable about all the other similar versions and answered any questions about color and size as I was concerned about it fitting in my apartment. Just say Garret took great care of me and I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything. Great guy and straight to the point! I did ask him about veterans discounts in which the store doesn't honor but that's not his fault but I think that all stores should provide our veterans some honor and appreciation in doing so. I think his response was "we think our prices are set to be affordable for anyone". Although that maybe true for marketing, honoring the veterans are about the appreciation and because of them we get to enjoy the comforts our nation has to offer so they're not just "anyone". And no I'm not a veteran but I am a veteran advocate' we all should be doing more. Oh and we did vibe on comics, which was pretty cool. I did end up purchasing, no more looking- so job well done! Cool guy and takes care of his customers!

We were here yesterday searching for a new sectional. We were greeted once by the lady at the front door and not helped after that. A tall blonde salesman came up to us after being there for a long time and was visibly displeased that my family (my husband, myself, and my toddler daughter) were sitting on sectionals and trying them out for comfortability. It was made apparent by the difference we were treated between here and Havertys across the street that the associates here are displeased if you bring a toddler into the store to try to experience how the furniture may work for the entire family. We won’t be back, such a shame as we are Ashley card holders and have spent a lot of money here over the years. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Worst Experience! Although you have a two-hour delivery window, they keep stretching on the delivery date then missing an item and requesting once again to have a following week rescheduling. Ashley not even 1% of equivalent service comparable with Havertys or Turners.

If you are looking for furniture, fireplace inserts, accessories, check out Ashley and ask for Catrina. She helped me think through some configurations I couldn't figure out, suggested solutions, helped me with measurements and knows the stock and the ordering process. Friendly and professional, she knows when to engage and when to leave you alone to shop and get your thoughts together. Lucky to have her help, everything was easier.

Would avoid it. We walked in ready to buy a bed that day, which we did. That is to say, we were motivated buyers. During the sale the salesperson said it would be no problem to "swap the old mattress", ie: we dont have to handle disposal. Well when the mattress arrived we were told thats not a thing, and the sales folks regularly tell customers this to close a sale knowing full well it wont be their problem. The delivery truck ran off my driveway to turn around, despite there being plenty of room to do it on the driveway, and cut the corners doing so causing damage. The stores phone has been busy now for 2 weeks. Corporate answered, told us its standard policy NOT to swap mattresses adn they would follow up about the damage. None of that was done. Mistakes happen, I get it. But I do take issue with lack of follow through and sales folks purposefully misleading a customer to close a sale. Especially when it was clear we werent there to haggle or play games in the first place.

We had a very wonderful experience beginning to end with Ashley. The biggest praise I have is for the two young men that delivered our furniture at 8273 Hunters Ridge Trail. They were incredibly nice and easy to speak with. They started by preparing our home for the delivery. This included putting wraps on our doors and floors to make sure there were no dings or scratches. I watched as they took great care in took great care and unloading and unpackaging our sofas. Once they were inside our home they took even greater care, making sure they did not damage or scratch anything. The two gentlemen also had great personalities they were easy to speak with. They put the furniture right where we needed it. They also evaluated everything to make sure it worked. What makes this so special is this was their last delivery. Normally by now, people just want to unload and go home. These two gentlemen did not show that at all. They took all the time they needed to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy. They also took the time to wish us a great evening. These two men alone makes me want to buy more furniture knowing this is how it will be delivered. Excellent job Ashley for hiring these two. The shopping experience was great but I was told the sofa I was buying was made out of real wood. It broke just after the year warranty from Ashley expired and I discovered looking at the damage that it’s not real wood but a compressed material. I bought warranty under Guardian but it’s been a month of frustrating run around and poor service leaving me with a damaged $2400.00 item. Do not take anyone’s word and definitely do not get warranty from Guardian

Bought my furniture in 2021. I bought insurance and warranty. Well now furniture is completely falling apart, metal frame is snapped in half. Worse furniture ever for 12k!!! Sent pics, emails, etc. Everything they want. Then they send a message saying they will send a technician. Hope this technician is a welder, framer, and upholstery. Better yet, if a technician comes to my property, they will be escorted off the property, not deal8ng with corporate antics. I'm pretty sure the pic says it all. This company is 2 star furniture selling at 4 star prices and lies. Customers can't put pics on here. But the owner can. Lol. Can't wait for this to see my lawyer.

I have never left a negative review for anything but I don't want anyone else to go through this experience. While the buying process at Ashley was wonderful and my saleswoman, Janice was fantastic to work with, I will never shop at Ashley again. My furniture was delivered eight days ago. The delivery team left multiple deep scratches in the drywall of my stairwell, put a hole through the drywall, scratched the wood floors on the stairs, and damaged the dresser and nightstand. I understand mistakes happen but the driver never addressed the damage with me and left without me signing anything or telling me he was done. I was told Ashley would fix the situation to my satisfaction but that is not true. Eight days later and no one has addressed the damaged furniture. I sent the quote for the wall damage and they said it's over the amount they are allowed to repair. Stay away from Ashley. Their prices are lower than other stores in town but you get what you pay for.

Found a sofa we really wanted here, but the employees made us feel as though we were intruding on their day. Lots of particle board pieces too when you look at much of their “wood” furniture. We ended up at a competitor across the state line and were treated with respect and found another sofa that works excellent for our space; their selection is overwhelmingly better than this store’s offerings. Don’t let this store be your last stop as this is an independently ran location which doesn’t participate in Ashley’s advertised sales, plus they just don’t care to earn your business.

I had been looking for a sectional for my living room for months. I walked into Ashley today (3/21/24), and met Ben. After looking around the store, I thought I had found the perfect sectional, but it was a little pricey and ultimately, it was too large for my space, but Ben found the sectional I didn’t know I was looking for! It was the right size/price. He was so patient and helpful. I’ll look for Ben when I’m ready to make another purchase. Ben is great!

Staff were very helpful, but not pushy. Vinny greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything specific and pointed us in the right direction. He checked in with us a few times and provided additional guidance on pieces that fit our needs. He didn't try to pressure us into purchases, in fact he steered us away from things that didn't meet our needs. In the end he and Clay (manager) ensured we were happy with our final purchases. Grateful for their friendly and honest approach to what can be a stressful process!

The bed was delivered and installed by Ashley furniture. The people who assembled the bed stripped the Allen bolts and did not install the middle supports correctly. I can’t even use the bed since the supports are sagging under their own weight. Technician came out and had to order all new hardware. We were instructed that we could Lay the support where it’s supposed to go and try it that way till we can fix it. This didn’t seem like a good solution to us. It took weeks to get the bed anyway and another week and a half to get a technician out. My wife and I are having to she a room with our 20 month old who USE to sleep by herself. We have gotten text that the new hardware was shipped and then told it wasn’t. We finally asked about a return but we’re informed that even though the furniture had not been used we were unable to return it. Apparently the return policy is only good for three days. Nowhere does it state this in our paperWork that I have. I would leave a half of a star but that was not a option. While everyone has been nice, I feel like we’ve just gotten screwed. We just keep getting a call back later for more information or sorry.

Our experience here was horrible. We visited intending to buy a sleeper sofa and found a blue one at this location. The salesman who assisted us ordered the couch in the wrong color, despite my pointing out that he had done so in the ordering process. He insisted that he was correct and rushed us to the payment section. I had to ask another salesperson for help undoing the original salesman's mistake before we left the store. Ashley then botched the couch delivery 3 times - they were either incredibly late or brought a vehicle too big for delivery each time. I missed at least 10 hours of cumulative work time waiting for delivery. I contacted customer service who said I couldn't receive even a partial refund on the expensive delivery fee. They offered a gift card instead which never arrived.

Went in the store to buy alot of furniture, I walked around for 45 minutes, not one sales person acknowledged me, I finally asked one associate where the men's room was, she took one second awy from shopping on her cell phone to point to the direction of the men's room and then went back to her shopping on her phone. I went to another store. I spent $25000 on furniture and decorations. Terrible experience, I won't be shopping at Ashley's ever again

I came into the store (very clean store). I was greeted by Nellie Wilkerson. I told her what I was looking for and the size of my living room. She showed me a lot of different sofas. She did not rush me she was very patient and extremely friendly. When I found the sofa I liked. she also told me the set was on special on the set and even gave me the ottoman for the online price (which was a steal and couldn’t turn down). She even helped me pick out colors that would match my rug. She went out of her way to help me furnish my apartment. Thank you Nellie for everything. We had a great experience looking at furniture with sales rep Corey! Cory was very laid back, down to earth, and not at all pushy at all. He let us look around at our pace and only came by at the end to ask if we had any questions. We had to wait a couple weeks for our furniture to get delivered from the manufacturer and Corey was keeping us in the loop the whole time. When our furniture arrived to the store, of course I had to work 3 days straight and was unable to pick it up. Corey was able to work out a Saturday morning pick up for us! He a.d another guy even helped us load the couch and table into our trailer! The reason we chose Ashley furniture is because we understand that quality matters. Not only in the furniture, but the staff as well. Thanks again Corey!

The delivery drivers blocked the road for everyone in my culdisac. Not only did they refuse to move. They laughed when it was brought to there attention to move.

This is garbage furniture. I regret spending money on poorly manufactured trash.

This was a very nice layout, but we didn't find as many smaller couch options for our narrow room. We'd love to see more options that aren't super wide but not love seats either. Very helpful with any questions we had, though.

Staff was accommodating and helpful in resolving a packaging error quickly.

Quality products and quality service. I only had one issue and the sales representative (Lauren) went out of her way to resolve the situation. She was very patient with me and even responded to my questions and concerns on her day off. We pretty much bought a whole new living room and Lauren Braswell at the Tallahassee location made it her personal mission to make sure we were happy.

It was clean with lots of inventory. Didn't see the models I saw online, where the prices were better. Didn't have free delivery, unless you spend a specific amount of money.

Her knowledge and experience helped me pick wonderful pieces for my new home. When I presented thoughts, she guided a me to things that allowed the purchase to be perfect. I bought a set of couches. This was my first experience with Ashley Furniture and it was great. The store is beautiful and they have a wonderful selection of furniture and accessories. Our salesperson was Nellie W. She was amazing, very friendly and took her time explaining everything to us. I would definitely come back for future purchases. I recommend Ashley and ask for Nellie when you go!

She answered all of my questions on the phone so the rest of the process was extremely simple when I was able to visit the store in person the following day.
