Price was good service was horrible. My salesman in the middle of my purchase he left. I won't ever shop there again You have to secure what u purchased to your car no help or a delivery company that's not affiliated with Ashley furniture.

I made a purchase online, it was broken and damaged, I called and received a replacement which it was great and the lady told me that I was going to receive a return label with my replacement, there was no return label. I still have the broken one, I need to return it, I’ve called their customer service department OVER AND OVER AND OVER, no one answers the phone, the hold time is ridiculous, very bad customer service!!! Never again!
I ordered a couch online. They cancelled my delivery without notice. I waited all day for them to come, finally I decided to call. They told me it was now on back order. It would of been nice to know that earlier. I called and had a new delivery date scheduled. The next day they send me an email saying my order was now cancelled. Customer service hold times average 1 hour. Their employees are either poorly trained or just don’t care. I sense the latter. They don’t want my business so I took it elsewhere. Avoid.
Don't waste your time shopping here, customer service is missing. First we walked around trying to find a customer service representative to take our order, that should have been the first red flag. Stood besides at least 3 salespeople who were ironically watching a customer service video on their tablets. Finally, find someone to take our order and accidentally order bar height stools instead of counter height stools. As soon as I realized our error I called the store to have them adjust the order. I was told by the customer service line I had to contact the store so I did. I had to call 4 times just for someone to answer the phone. Finally, I spoke to Jenny who informed me the manager couldn't come to the phone because he was busy with corporate BUT that he wanted me to know that it was my mistake and that Ashley furniture wasn't in the business of selling used furniture. I reminded Jenny that we placed the order on Friday evening I was calling Saturday morning and that their warehouse was closed until TUESDAY so the order had not even been pulled from the warehouse yet. She told me the manager would call me back. I waited all day Saturday no return phone call, followed up again on Sunday I was told again the manager would return my call. Finally, after calling DAILY on March 10 (Tuesday) Jenny agreed to adjust the order for me; she again reminded me that the original error was mine. She told me that the correct stools would be delivered on 3/12/2020 which I thought wow that is awesome ... but the truck NEVER came so I called the store again on Friday the 13th I was told that I must have done something wrong because the stools were returned to the warehouse. But they could reschedule delivery. I was given a date of 3/16/2020 this time the truck came right on time with really great delivery people ~ however they have the wrong stools not even the stools I first ordered in error but completely different stools. These gentlemen packed the stools back up and apologized for the error. I was told I would be contacted for redeliver. A new date is set up and again great delivery people BUT THE WRONG STOOLS AGAIN. This time I receive a call and was asked to speak to someone who sounded to be a young teenager. I had to tell him the order number and the correct item number from ashley website of the stools we wanted again. Finally the correct stools were delivered. I will never recommend anyone shop at this store; furthermore Ashley furniture your lack of customer service is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.
Never again! If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a couch from Ashley. It was delivered and after a few weeks when we finally started to use it we realized it sank much deeper than the model we sat on in the stores. When we called customer service they told us there was only a 72 hour return policy and that we had no other options. A few more weeks went by and we tried customer service again. They sent someone out to look at the couch. This tech said it was unrepairable. Then a box arrived and a different tech came out and didn’t even use the part they sent but took the couch apart and repaired the broken trampoline. (So it was in fact broken when we received it) He then said he was ordering us new cushions because they seemed faulty. Ashley sent us cushion covers not cushions. From the beginning we just wanted to return the couch and were even ok with just receiving a store credit. Over 6 hours total on hold with customer service and still no resolution...They want to send another tech out ha! You sent us a broken couch and when we tried to return it you said we had no options. Unacceptable customer service.
I purchased a sofa and the first time it was delivered I did not even let the delivery guy take it out of the truck because it was out of the box and looked used. They delivered a second sofa and it came with damages, I let it take it out of the truck because they said a technician can come and fix it. I scheduled a technician for March 14th and the technician never showed up. I contacted the customer service and requested a refund since I reported the imperfections within the 3 business days stated on the policy and they referred me to the store. Well, the store referred me back to customer service because they said only corporate can do it. I called customer service back on March 17 and spoke to Tatiana who was not able to help me and denied my request to speak to a supervisor. This is the first time I buy at Ashley and will certainly be the last one. This is too much for a product that in the first place, was supposed to be new, not used, not damaged, NEW.
Would not recommend this store to anyone , please don’t buy from here .

I regretted to get some furnitures from Ashley so much and Very Unhappy. They are kind before you purchase only. After service is incredibly horrible. I got damaged furniture delivered and It took almost 2 months to get replaced. Very very difficult to make a phone call or make a. Conversation with them when I needed. And the furnitures are actually expensive for the quality. Never ever will get anything from them again! And never recommend you go.
Sales person ordered the wrong office desk for us and when I tried to call to remedy the error, I was told I would receive a call back. After a day going by without hearing from anyone, I called back and reached an operator who put me on hold for several minutes and then hung up. I called again and reached a sales associate who couldn’t help me and put me old for a manager. Then manager then picked up the phone and hung up. I called back yet again only to have the phone ring and ring and ring until disconnecting...this occurred 7 more times. I used to love this store but this experience has me second guessing ever returning.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Harry, the General Manager is fantastic and truly embodies what great customer service is all about. I highly recommend this location.
I recently purchased a bed frame, dresser, 5 piece table and chair set from Ashley Furniture. After purchasing the items in the store, I elected to use a third party delivery service due to an urgent need to have the furniture next day. The delivery service came 4 hours after the specified time and certain pieces arrived damaged from the warehouse (in the box). We discovered the damages during the assembly process. I then called the store and notified them of the damages however they refused to replace the pieces. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with the store manager and customer disputes trying to resolve the issue however the customer service was absolutely awful. I'll never do business with Ashley Furniture again.
The customer service is non existent. A horribly organized system set up to take people's money and do half the job we paid them to do. We have had the most frustrating experience so far, and no end is in sight yet. I usually buy things from Ashleys, but never again. We bought a bedroom set, paid for it in full, and had it delivered. They stripped the screws on the bed and installed half the pieces incorrectly, then left with a most of the furniture uninstalled, never to be seen or heard from again. They did not assemble the mirror, dresser, handles, or the bed. We have spent at least two hours of our time on hold with customer service. We even spent another hour travelling to the original store of purchase to speak with someone in person, only to get referred back to the nearly non-existent customer service department. The result is, we now have a case number. Impressive. Very disappointing. All I can do is complain on every forum and warn people to save their time and money. If you ever think of buying something from Ashelys, you're better off going to IKEA because you'll be putting your furniture together yourself anyways.
Damm pricey! Similar collection you can get from rooms to go/ kane's furniture/american siganture for hundred of bucks less.
