Products are great, customer service and corporate service leave a lot to be desired. I spent several thousand with this company in May, they said I will take delivery in early June. They call me the day before my delivery date tell me my date is being pushed over a month to end of July. Can't reach anyone via phone and their chat system is broken. Spent alot of money over the years with this company and poor customer service is slowly becoming the only thing I can remember them for.
WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Everything is ok until after you make the purchase. Took 4 weeks to get ahold of someone. Then 2 additional weeks to get someone to come out to look at defective zippers on furniture. They are going to replace 2 out of 13 cushions. My set from Home Depot was a third of the cost and lasted longer.
The store looks great, but good luck looking around with a bunch of sharks for sales people constantly coming up to you. The man that helped us buy our entertainment stand kept weirdly rubbing his hands together. The set I bought in early May wasn't in stock, and was told it will come in mid June. It doesn't come in mid June, so I call to find out that half the items in the set were still on backorder, but it will be ready at the end of June. It's the end of June now and of course I call again....after holding for half an hour I get their survey which automatically hangs up on me! I finally get a hold of somebody and they tell me they have even less items from the set since I last called and that it won't be ready for delivery until mid July!
I have been an Ashley Furniture customer for 25 years but this location has completely turned me away from the brand. In a time when business is slow and the economy is slow they act like their busy and don't respond to customer issues and just ignore them like it will dissapear. The manager Juan was completely useless and did not address our complaints at all. The technicians showed up with no masks or shoe booties. Their negligence allowed the furniture to fall and cause personal injury. Its been 6 days since reporting the incident with no response or apology. The company needs a serious overhaul of sales and customer service or they will fail and lose to online retailers.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Home Store in Tampa yesterday! The store has plenty of parking and is beautiful inside. Brett helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He is very helpful and Is a laid back-no pressure kind of guy which is great! Brett happened to also help us about a year and a half ago and he actually remembered us!! Great salesman, great guy and great store!!

I went to Ashley with my mom to find bedroom sets for my room. Our saleswoman was Myrian Becerra who help us. she is an amazing and wonderful person. she help me find the bedroom set I brought. We had a lot of questions and she was on point with all of the questions. She knew exactly what we wanted and she made the process fast and painless. She is friendly and kind.
Apparently Ashley Furniture feels black people dont have any money. I walk into there no one said hello. No one ask if they could help me. Stood by a desk for 20 minutes no one say nothing. Walk around the store another 20 minutes nobody said anything. When I did get acknowledge is when I was leaving. Black people have money too
My Fiancé just moved to Tampa and were in need of new furniture. We came to AFS and Sam immediately greeted us at the door and gave us info about the showroom layout! Sam had other clients to deal with and kindly switched us over to one of her other colleagues to work with. We were in and out within an hour and found everything we needed! (We got an awesome deal on everything) Also Sams manager (can’t remember his name) were very friendly and helpful! Thank you! We’ll be back again!
Order delivered with damage and can't get a hold of anyone to get the pieces replaced. Have left 3 voicemails with 48-96 hour call back time frames every 96 hours. Need someone to make this right. Has nothing to do with this specific store, ordered online, but will be posting this to every store until I get a response.
I would like to Recognize Yvonne Henderson. I believe she is a customer service representative. She is extremely kind, helpful and all around gem. My husband and I where having issues with our local Ashley’s furniture store. So I decided to call the corporate office. Yvonne listened to me and assisted me with excellent customer service. Yvonne from customer service gets FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to make it clear this is not a review for the store on N Dale Mabry Tampa FL. Unfortunately the customer service with certain individuals at this location do not exceed great customer service.
Rude and disrespectful delivery man, not to mention table was smashed and was returned right on the spot.
Hunter is always a wonderful joy to work with when selecting and ordering my furnishings. He's a delightful addition to Ashley's family. As well as all that greet you from entrance to exit of the store. My son was very impressed with his first visit and will return to get what he saw.
Miriam was amazing. I told her everything I needed and she knew exactly what to show me. I had my two kiddos with me so she knew I didn’t have a lot of time to browse a lot of options. Her knowledge of the furniture made the process fast and painless. She was very friendly and kind. I will only buy from Ashley’s furniture if she is there : )
Although the store is nicely laid out, I'm disappointed with the communication. I've been trying to call and reschedule delivery and on hold for 30 minutes, no matter what number I dial. I also had concerns about the warranty, the sales person confirmed all my questions about tears, tips, electrical issues and assured me that this would be covered, I heard that is not true?! I'm also disappointed that if I find out my furniture does not fit, I cannot simply have the delivery guys take it back. All of furniture stores support this.
