I like so much Ashley HomeStore because they have excelent prices and discounts, and very good furniture, modern and diverse. The custumer service also is so good too. Today, I went to the store in Tampa, Florida, and the Home Funishings Consultant Miriam Becerra helped me to find the perfect furniture for me. She is very nice, and very patient, both things very important in her work. Special thanks for Miriam Becerra. Thanks for her Manaher too. He changed my delivery date and told me that I had to make my beds, knowing she paid premium delivery where they had already charged me for assembly service. I had to go to the store personally so that a person in Spanish would assist me and translate the costumer service employees to make sure that my delivery was included in the assembly since I paid for that service. Thanks Myrian and Jaamal who solved this problem. Since I tried several times to solve my problem by phone and every time I called Maria in were house I hung up the phone. Very bad service in were house, because the warehouse are very professional people. (Original) Tuve una mala experiencia con una empleada que se llama Maria trabaja en el were house, por telefono una persona ruda y con muy poca etica para tratar con clientes. Me cambio mi fecha de mi delivery y me dijo que yo tenia que armar mis camas, sabiendo ella que yo pague premium delivery donde ya me habian cobrado el servicio de ensamble. Tuve que ir hasta la tienda personalmente para que una persona en español me atendiera y tradujera a los empleados de costumer service para que se aseguraran de que mi delivery estaba incluido el ensamble ya que yo pague por ese servicio. Gracias Myrian y a Jaamal que solucionaron este problema. Ya que intente varias veces d solucionar mi problema por telefono y cada vez que llamaba Maria en were house me colgaba el telefono. Muy mal servicio en were house, por que el almacen son personas muy profesionales.

I happen to come by the store just to browse for a couch and was so impressed at how beautiful the store was laid out and how beautiful the furniture was. Sergio greeted us and let us walk around on our own I felt no pressure from any of the sales people and they were actually all friendly and welcoming and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. When I found the couch that I did want Sergio explained all the processes to me about how you can purchase the couch and the delivery dates... The delivery guy Greg happened to be there and was nice enough to say that he could deliver it a day earlier for me. At no point did I feel rushed in making a decision or pressured into buying anything I was very impressed by the store and know that if I need anything in the future I will return and I like the fact that you have the option to apply for the Ashley furniture credit card where you can pay monthly within a year and there's no added fees. I found Sergio to be a great help, super friendly, helpful and just a likable person! I would definitely recommend the store to anyone looking. My couch was delivered today August 16 but unfortunately it would not fit through my door… I had Greg from one American deliver and his brother Quan and Bobby were some of the best delivery people I’ve ever dealt with in my life! They never seem bothered, annoyed, or rushed by the fact that the couch wouldn’t fit into my apartment… They easily took the couch away and told me to call Ashley furniture back so I could do a reselect and get a different couch. I went back to the store today and dealt with Elijah who is a great sales person… No pressure just a friendly, truthful, honest guy who wants to help and he was very patient with me and explained everything and when I went to leave the store to check out I dealt with Austin who was very patient and kind himself. The employees here seem to truly enjoy their job and have a great camaraderie together and I definitely am impressed my second time around at the store!

Sadly I am writing this review and only giving one star, if I could give negative stars I would. We furnished our ENTIRE house with the Ashley on N Dale Mabry. Our salesman Lawrence was excellent when we were in there. However, after having our dining room table for a year, it was defected out and the insurance plan covered for a new replacement. The delivery process is absolutely horrible TO SAY THE LEAST. The FIRST time they came to deliver our replacement table, they showed up at 930PM when they were supposed to be here between 3-7PM (we were already in bed). The SECOND time, they never showed up, management gave us the wrong day. The THIRD time they came, the REPLACEMENT table was DAMAGED. We contacted the store so many times trying to get in touch with the Manager, Brandon, and after several calls we were able to speak with him and he pretty much blew me off and acted like this wasn't an issue. I paid $1500 for this table and have been dealing with MESS for going on 3 months. It took the warranty company 2.5 months to just approve the replacement.This entire time we have been without a table. They told us they would not take the damaged table so we gave it to a less fortunate family, thinking ours would be here the next day. Here we are THREE WEEKS LATER and still NO table. The store has done absolutely NOTHING to help fix the problem. I tried to tell them to keep the table and refund me my money but I was told by the Manager, Brandon, that they cannot do refunds because I used the SYNCHRONY card through THEIR store. I WOULD RECOMMEND, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CASH ON HAND, DO NOT OPEN A STORE ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to KANES FURNITURE, ROOMS TO GO, IKEA... EVEN AMAZON before you shop here. They make everything seem so nice but are will to do NOTHING at all to keep customers happy. We will NEVER EVER EVER EVER return to Ashley furniture.

Horrible experience. Delivery never showed up, manager could not care less, and then they started forwarding their phone calls to this location to my personal cell phone. No, this is not a joke... Absolute disaster of a store

I'd like to share my experience with Ashley Furniture, and the Tampa location on N. Dale Mabry in particular, as I believe it to be one of the most bizarre and infuriating encounters I have ever had. We went in to the Tampa location on Saturday to purchase a new bed. We found the bed we wanted, purchased it through a salesman named Frank (with whom I have no issue, he was kind and quick with his service). Our delivery was scheduled for 3:30pm on Monday. I called the delivery driver at 4pm to ask what his estimated arrival time is and he said 20 minutes and hung up the phone. I called him back 2 hours later at 6pm and the same driver would only speak Spanish to me, of which I understand very little, and without answering any questions hung up on me again. It took over 10 calls for the store to pick up the phone so I could try to figure out what was going on. The associate on the phone (Ivan, who I also have no issue with and frankly feel sorry for having to deal with this whole situation) informed me the delivery would arrive at 8pm. Already at this point the delivery is 4.5 hours late. I told him that I would like to speak to a manager about the situation and he told me the manager is currently assiting other customers and is unable to pick up the phone, but he would call me back shortly. 8pm comes and I called the store once again to find that the status of the delivery had been changed to arrive at 9:55pm. At this point I was livid. My pregnant fiance recently came home from the hospital after having an appendectomy, and we are waiting on a bed to be delivered so we have something to sleep on. I informed him that if I hadn't received a call by 8:30pm from the manager that I would be calling back as I wanted some resolution before the store closed for the night at 9pm. 8:30 comes and goes with no call from the manager, so after another 10+ calls to no answer, I decided to drive to the store to speak to the manager in person. Ivan called me back on my way and I told him I was on my way in to the store where it may be easier to speak to the overworked manager that didn't have the time to make a phone call. I arrived at the store at 8:50, 10 minutes before closing time, to find that the doors were already locked. Fortunately a salesman was leaving the store and I flagged him down and he was kind enough to help me get into the building to try to rectify the situation. An employee unlocked the door from the inside and walked with me to the front desk where Ivan was on the phone with another upset customer who was obviously waiting on his delivery as well. After Ivan got off the phone, I explained to him that I intended to get a refund for my purchase and had absolutely no intention of continuing my business with this location. I explained to him that I never heard anything from the manager and that was completely unacceptable, which is when the employee who unlocked the door and let me in informed me that he was the store manager. You would think a competent manager would introduce himself right off the bat to a disgruntled customer to try to make things right. After a discussion about getting my refund and refusing the delivery, and after a dozen excuses why he never returned my call (was busy with other customers, was on the phone with the warehouse, etc.), he never once apologized about the situation. I've never encountered a manager that was so nonchalant about a customer complaint. At no point in time did he every introduce himself by name. I left the store feeling comfortable with taking my business elsewhere. This is when it got bizarre. On my drive home, I began receiving phone calls from the same phone number over and over. I picked it up after sending it to voicemail a few times and spoke with a lady that had called the Ashley Furniture store in Tampa. She was calling the store number and it was being forwarded to my personal cell phone. After we sorted through the confusion of what was happening, we realized we were having the same experience. No communication from the store, warehouse, or drivers whatsoever. This poor lady had been waiting at her new home for 5 hours for a delivery and had been unable to get ahold of anyone at Ashley Furniture to let her know what was going on. We hung up, and more calls kept coming to my cell phone. I spoke to another elderly, disabled man who was in the same situation and had no idea what was going on with his delivery. I am now receiving phone calls from upset customers waiting on deliveries from a company I just cancelled my order with because of poor customer service. What do you do if you are waiting on a delivery from a company and the only number you can reach them at is being sent to another customer? I then received a phone call from the Ashley Furniture warehouse informing me that the delivery would not be arriving tonight (what a shocker). I asked the lady on the phone if she could do me a favor and call the Tampa location. She was hesitant at first but obliged and was shocked when I answered the phone. Not only can customers not get ahold of the store, their own company can't reach it. So here I sit at almost 11pm receiving calls to my cell phone from customers trying to reach the store. I am in awe of the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism I've experienced with this store. My pregnant fiance and I will be sleeping on our pullout couch for the next few night while we search for a furniture store that isn't a nightmare to deal with. The greatest thing about this store is an employee named Austin. He went above and beyond to genuinely help me with issues on my order. He resolved it almost immediately. He was very friendly and even with all the other tasks he was managing he still made me feel like a priority. I probably won’t be coming back here because of the negative experience I had with the sales rep that only care to make the sale instead of follow through with their promises. However just because of Austin I MIGHT be willing to give it a second chance. Thank you SO much.

Myrian graciously greeted my boyfriend and I as we walked in and was more than willing to help us and show us anything we may be interested in. We were still figuring out what we needed for our move and needed additional time. She provided us with her number to text with any questions. We came in the next day and she was beyond patient and went above and beyond in making sure we received the best pricing for all options and ensuring we got the delivery date we needed, and providing us with her information if we have any questions after delivery. We look forward to to our new home additions and can’t thank Myrian enough for her time and patience.
