I like the styles, the comfort and that they pay a lot of attention to detail with their showroom displays. Our sales associate, Miriam was very polite and professional. I also like that they have greatly improved the checkout process. Very smooth. I would highly recommend shopping at the Tampa store.

I am extremely unhappy with this company. There furniture is inexpensive and their customer service lacks assistance. I recently purchased a sectional for my living room and it is too big. I asked if I could return one piece and was told NO they do not accept returns. I explained that it was just delivered and they gave me the run around and still would not allow me to return the piece. I would never recommend them to anyone Very unhappy
We (newly wed wife and husband, new to the Tampa area) had a great experience with Hunter. He didn't harass us - he understood that we wanted to just look around, and he checked in when we looked confused and came by when we had questions. He was extremely informative and helped us to feel clued in on things we didn't know yet were able to validate online given the information he gave us. He is absolutely exemplary of what I want in a salesperson. We will definitely be back as we look to fill our home.
A bunch of crooks without any morality. You are better off with Ikea: same quality at 1/4 of the price and far better professionalism.

We’ve had our furniture (head board, foot board, night stand and dresser) for less than a week and they’re already damaged. I’ll attach pictures. But all we did was move it forward to plug it into the wall and it cracked on the front. I can only imagine the wear and tear on this furniture after a couple of years.. beware. It is advertised as durable real wood, but it is not! Plus the delivery was horrible. At first in the show room we were told to expect a call to schedule the delivery date. So I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. Then I called ashley and after 30 mins on the phone (mostly on hold) I was told I didn’t need to wait for a phone call. The delivery was already scheduled for a certain date and that 2 days before we could get a call to verify. Well I got a text 2 days before and confirmed the arrival window. Then the day before and again confirmed the arrival window. Then I got an automated call the morning of and again confirmed the arrival window. This window was confirmed THREE times for 3 pm to 7 pm. We were also told they would call before they arrived to us as a heads up. We already had plans that day for 11 to 2 to go do something which cost us 100$ and was non refundable. It’s 12:00 in the afternoon and they call and say they’re waiting our house for us....... no call saying hey... we’re THREE HOURS early and will be there shortly or anything. So what happened.. we had to leave where we were and go home and let them in. So we lost that 100$ and then they didn’t set anything up. They just through it in our room and took a picture and left. That was it. How am I supposed to know if anything is damaged if when you leave it’s still in boxes... for the amount of money spent, you’d think they’d at least go over the prices to make sure everything is good to go. And now this... so highly annoyed and really regret going with Ashley in the end. We were going to buy a second end table to go with what we have to balance the room. But at 350$ a piece I am NOT shelling that out for something that’s already not holding up to being moved once to be plugged into the wall. RIDICULOUS. Oh and I’ve called our local store (the one we bought from) 4 times today (it’s 1pm now) and have not had them answer a single time.
I never write reviews but these people asked for it. I’ll try to be brief. Order was coming in 2 waves. Paid for assembly upon delivery. 1st delivery- one thing damaged and none of the items finished being assembled. I would have no problem finishing assembly except they didn’t actually leave the parts to do it. Store says “call customer care”. Customer care sends a text asking for “360 degree photos of damaged property”. Send photos back and they say “thank you, we’ll let you know how the investigation goes”. We never hear anything, call back, and they send another text asking for 360 photos. They also can’t tell us when our missing parts will arrive. I drive to the store and “they will follow up on investigation” but I should call customer care. 2nd delivery was scheduled for January 9th, on the morning of the 6th I get a text that says “reply yes to confirm January 9th delivery”. I reply “yes” and get a response of “thank you, delivery can no longer be changed without calling”. I get home on the 6th, guess what, the rest of my furniture is sitting by my front door. Do I even need to tell you that it was damaged and no one signed for it? Not to mention the “premium delivery” which says it should be assembled upon delivery. I called the store and asked to be connected to customer service, sat on hold for a good 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Called customer care, they will send a technician but can’t tell me when. They’ll get back to me. Called the store for the last hour, can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I wrote this fast and I’m sure I’m missing more to this story but this should be enough to let you be warned that if you have these problems you can’t say you weren’t warned. Sadly, I was warned and didn’t listen either
If I could out negative stars, I would. Very bad customer service. I was told I couldn't return something in which it clearly says on my contract that I can! Do not shop here.

I spent $6600 on furniture 12/09/19. The salesman, Bob Wadsworth and Store Manager Harry Serrano diligently worked with me to find in stock items since I was furnishing an rental unit I needed to turn around quickly. This was to be the first of 5 units I was furnishing. Delivery was scheduled for 12/29. The first problem was an automated call 2 days before delivery at 1:30 telling me to call back and confirm delivery by 3 or delivery would be cancelled. After 3 calls and 80 minutes on hold I had to contact the store to confirm. They initially sent me a link to the same number before I asked them to personally confirm the date for me. On 12/29 the delivery crew arrived without the sleeper sofa, night stand or rails to the bed. They said the rails were not in stock. I was put in touch with the warehouse whose explanation was maybe someone came in after me and my rails were provided to them for an earlier delivery. So, basically they sold the same item twice? The delivery crew wasn’t aware the sofa and nightstand weren’t on the truck until they emptied. Again, the warehouse said the sofa was out of stock. We discovered the nightstand was available but not loaded. Delivery was rescheduled for 1/2. On 12/31 they called to tell me they were rescheduling to 1/4. After getting manager intervention they agreed to deliver 1/2. On 1/2, the crew arrived with the sofa, no nightstand and the hardware for the bed rails was missing. The warehouse argued I didn’t purchase a nightstand. After research it was discovered they were looking at the wrong order. The nightstand and hardware were finally delivered at 7 PM after manager intervention. No way to run a business.

DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!! I never write reviews, but I don’t want anyone to spend their hard-earned money on terrible furniture from a company who does not care about its customers. My husband and I bought a couch from Ashley Furniture and the salesperson at Ashley talked us into buying an extra warranty on the couch selling it as a warranty that would cover anything that could happen to it. After only having our couch for a short period of time three of our cushions have begun to rip. We take great care of our furniture and we are absolutely shocked that the couch would start falling apart like it has. We have filed a warranty claim and it was denied. We were told the warranty doesn’t cover non-accidental rips. We then asked management at Ashley Furniture what they could do to help fix our couch and management very coldly said that there was nothing they could do and to call corporate. We then called corporate and waited on hold for so long that we eventually had to hang up. Think twice before giving this company your business. Terrible quality of furniture with no warranty to at least make up for the lack of quality.
