Terrible, absolutely terrible. I wouldnt for the life of god recommend this place. HORRENDOUS customer service, both on the agents side and on their dispatcher outsourced delivery team. I wont go on a tangent like everyone else, but lets just say their delivery does not have the highest reputation.

The selection at this store is great and Brett was the best! Brett was super attentive but didn’t hover and pressure us like the typical salesman. If you’re looking for high quality service and someone who knows the ins and outs of the product, go see Brett at the Dale Mabry store!
Horrible customer service. They never contacted me back with the issue I was having . Will never use Ashley furniture again seeing the other reviews I highly recommend you don't go here . All they care about is the sale after that you're on your own .
Two sales reps fought over our order right in front of us (Emily was one of them and she cornered us saying as customer we have to influence the other rep to share her sales credits with her). We found this very amateur but with our orders placed, and scheduled for delivery anytime we thought of forgiving this incident. We had paid for delivery and installation. The delivery guys came at 7 pm on a schedule clock of 1 pm to 7 pm and searched for missing hardware and made phone calls for next one hour from our drive way and based on the instructions they received, dumped the incomplete set in our garage saying someone from Ashely will get in touch with us. It has been two days and no one called from Ashley Dale Mabry checking how the delivery went or to discuss about the missing pieces or installation that was not done. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY DALE MABRY. We ordered furniture from ROOMS TO GO, Westley Chapel on that same day and their delivery was in time, installation as expected and they even did a courtesy phone call from the store an hour after the delivery completed to make sure we are happy. I am taking my future business to ROOMS TO GO.
***BUYERS BEWARE Where do I begin? The absolute worst furniture buying experience ever. Mainly due to the empty promises that your furniture will arrive "much faster than our competitors." Customer service has been a nightmare and I will never spend a dime more on this sad excuse of a company. You will be on hold with customer service for 30+ mins and more than likely they will unsurprisingly not resolve your issue. Had my furniture delivery delayed nearly 2 months. Had I known that this would be the experience buying with Ashley would be like, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Also, the employee delivering a separate order of furniture was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Overall just bad.
Ashley furniture really could care less about making things right with their customers or even calling them back! Both my wife and myself have reached out numerous times to have our mattress inspected. They refuse to even send an inspector because we moved!!! We furnished our whole house with everything from this store and to not even get a call back and basically told to kick rocks is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Ever. I will never shop at this or any other Ashley Furniture store and I will be sure to let anyone I come into contact with to do the same! What a waste of time and money!!! I would give zero stars if it would let me!!!
Worst experience ever! At the time of purchase, sales reps were rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers instead stood around and engaged in personal conversations. The same scenario occurred when I visited a second time to pick up a piece of furniture. I was told at the outset that deliveries were delayed due to COVID, this I understood. However, I have had what initially would be two deliveries turn into what has now been five deliveries with still not all of the pieces being delivered. I suspect there will be yet another delay or missing piece at the time of the next delivery. Calling to reschedule is a problematic and time consuming process. It takes a long time to finally get someone on the phone and when you do, the rep is always confused, has a bad tone, or has no idea what is going on with my order. During one of the deliveries, I was told a table was "damaged at the warehouse" and I would have to reschedule the delivery. On the second occasion, the delivery people damaged the table while putting together, again leaving me to have to reschedule delivery. Overall, employees have been rude, unhelpful, and seem to have very little interest in their jobs or in customer satisfaction. I will never purchase furniture through Ashley again. I expected a lot more from a company of this size and reputation.
Had a legendary experience, from the sales perspective to the upper management. I was approached and introduced to the store manager and later was gifted with a $25 gift card for Ashley. My wife and I bought a super comfy rocking chair. The store manager deserves an extra Kudo for helping my wife to her forgotten phone after hours. Thanks again and I hope you can see this!

Worst customer service I have received in my entire life. 15 week delay deliver and multiple delivery days missed while I took off of work. The staff on the phone just transfers you around but no one can do anything. It would be quicker and higher quality to cut down a tree and build furniture yourself.
**PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING** This place is an absolute joke. We have had so many issues with everything that we’ve purchased. We purchased a king size mattress, box spring and headboard. The mattress is not even 2 years old yet and the pillow top part of it has started to come apart, bulk up, sink in and it’s extremely uncomfortable. The salesman told us that the warranty that we bought wouldn’t be honored if we didn’t buy one of their mattress protectors.... which was another couple of hundred dollars. I filed a claim and the warranty dept told me that my warranty has been VOIDED because we moved a hour away from the original address we were at. I highly recommend if you RENT a house, an apartment and do not plan on living at your current address for a very long time, then do NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place. Not one person told us about this “fine print”. Go to a different furniture store and save yourself the money and headache. They do not care about their customers and only care about $$$$$$.
***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE*** I don’t say that lightly, especially in today’s Covid environment, but they are just terrible. Their customer service is the worst of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I bought and paid for in full a complete sectional with deliver and protection package, $2,700, 8/7/20. Delivery was scheduled for 9/3/20. It was pushed back that far bc the chaise was on backorder until that date. When they delivered the couch they waited until everything was set up before telling me the chaise wasn’t in yet, but promised it would be in Tampa that day. After a call with their customer service, I reluctantly signed for the pieces I’d received. They assured me the chaise would be delivered within 3 days. A week later, nothing. When you try and call that place it’s like a black hole of high blood pressure causing disregard for their customers. Go ahead, I invite anyone to try calling Ashley. You will get nowhere. After hours of trying different angles I finally got to a live person. However, once I stated my issue, found out the chaise wouldn’t be in until the end of October, I asked them to come pick up the pieces they’d delivered until the chaise came in, I was put on hold and hung up on. This happened multiple times with multiple reps over the next few days, as if it were company policy or in their handbooks on how to handle potential issues. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get what I thought was a resolution, but NOPE! I told them to refund my money and get the incomplete sectional out of my house. They submitted to corporate, and after emailing the contact they gave me I was forwarded to a different department. I resorted to email bc I couldn’t get the person on the phone. I was finally told they’d refund the portion of the couch I’d received ($1500) and I’d need to go up to the store to get the rest refunded. NO REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED, and they came and picked up the couch last week when they tried delivering the chaise. Needless to say, I can’t get a response to m email, not can I get anyone on the phone. I warn you, don’t think your experience will be any better. Read others reviews. I’ve lost way more in time that the cost of 10 couches, and still NOTHING!!!
I bought a very expensive hand carved mango wood king headboard that is completely bowing over and warped. They sent a tech out who also verified this yet no one will take responsibility for it. I used to buy a lot from them, I will NEVER buy anything else from Ashley Furniture! Customer service is terrible!
Walked in for an entry table ended up getting it plus a new living room set and outdoor furniture. Brett was patient and very helpful.😁
Where do I begin... My fiancé and I ordered a couch and swivel chair on July 3rd. We were told about 4-6 weeks for delivery, which was not ideal but we understand with everything going on. After 6 weeks I called customer service (which is a nightmare) and they told me the couch would come in two separate pieces???? So I told them just wait until it’s all there because what’s the point of half a couch. Finally 2 months later we get the couch delivered but there was no swivel chair. We ended up waiting another month for the chair. This delivery is where I was fed up. The morning of, I called the number they gave me to tell them gives me a heads up on time so I can get the service elevator open. A very rude man answered and told me there’s nothing he can do they are borrowing his truck and hung up. Ok. Well, the two delivery guys show up with no mask to my building or apartment, when there are signs everywhere. They are calling me rushing to get the elevator open since they have another delivery. We finally get it up to our floor, and it is not fitting in the door. So what do they do? Force it in scratching up the entire front door and entry hallway into our apt. Slamming the chair against the walls and throw it down. When I told them I needed it in a certain room that’s the last thing they wanted to do. Totally unprofessional to send your delivery drivers out in wife beater tank tops and no mask during a world wide pandemic. There’s no where to file a complaint and I will now have to pay to fix our front door and hallway. Never buying from Ashley furniture again.
Ordered my sofa in August and still have not received yet. They texted me and scheduled the delivery date 4 times and the day before the delivery they called and said my furniture is delayed. Already discussed this with the sale so don’t reply to ask me discuss again. I’ll remove this once i get my furniture.
Purchase back in August 8th, and still waiting for my sofa, if they can't deliver in less than two weeks I will cancel and ask for my refund. Ridiculous and the freaking Pandemia excuse for there lack of customer service and surge of urgency! 😡🤬
