Long story short. Ordered a bedroom set. The footboard of the bed came damaged. So that was issue 1. They send out a technician to inspect and he can’t fix so they set up delivery for replacement piece. Replacement Day comes -we’ve received a confirmation email, phone call and a photo of the footboard coming. We drive 45 minutes to get to the condo and proceed to wait for Ashley to arrive. 6 hours later (their 4 hr window plus 2 extra hours) we’ve called 2 times and we’re told we’re the next stop and still no show. Finally they tell us on call 3 that there is no delivery. No other explanation. For the last week we’ve been calling the Dale Mabry store to try to get an actual person to confirm the new delivery and to get a refund of the shipping charges for terrible service. Have yet to get a return phone call or any explanation for the non-delivery. No sorry here’s a refund for service you didn’t receive… sorry we sent you a damaged piece of furniture….nothing. Crickets I wonder why you don’t get repeat customers?

Shout out to Kendall! When my husband and I had an idea of what kind of new furniture we were looking for, we wanted to explore some options as well. Kendall was incredibly patient and informative and gave us some new ideas to consider for our new investment. It's a big store to explore, but the entire place was kept very clean and tidy.

Sadly, we had originally rated this store very high, but it turns out that they do not support disabled veterans, at least from a corporate standpoint. My husband who is 100% disabled had bought furniture here, and it turned out that he could not live on his own, we were asking for an exception to return the furniture for a credit, and the regional manager denied us. There was no consideration for him or his military status. Do not recommend. 😟

We purchased a display bed frame on January 29th, 2022. Barely a year later, our bed broke. Because we bought the bed from the display, we were told we HAD to take it home ourselves. The bed was in great shape until the frame broke into pieces. We paid $500 for a warranty and when we called to get a replacement piece, we were told that the warranty was voided because we did not have the frame delivered. They sold us the warranty knowing that we were not getting the piece delivered and then told us the warranty was voided because it wasn’t delivered. Makes ZERO sense and we were robbed $500.
