Be aware this place has bad service it’s really pricy for budget furniture it’s low quality it looks good but if you check under or behind it’ll be broken and material is built not good sales representatives oh 😮 in Armani sir. this sir. that one piece of furniture came broken and no one could help me in the store then they told me in store That it has to be by phone with corporate and that they had a no return policy trust me it’s Bad!!!!! God know’s this is 100% true
This is the bedframe I tried to get fixed for two months they denied my even exchange before the third technician came out because they said that no one had been out to look at it , after the third technician was sent out I had to call the store a week later even though they’re supposed to contact you within 72 hours and I was informed that they were denying my reselection (they don’t make the bed frame anymore) because it was “fine when they delivered it to me.” I’ve left voicemails and put in orders since the beginning of July for someone to call me and no one has worst company I’ve had to deal with ever. From the first day I bought the furniture I left the store with pillow I had purchased, they had the wrong pillows packaged in the wrong cases. The day that they were supposed to deliver my mattress and other furniture they showed up with everything except the mattress when I asked why they didn’t have the mattress nobody knew, found out it was because the trucks were taking too long to be loaded in the morning they said it would be 24 to 48 hours until they could come up with a solution. I ended up having to drive an hour and a half away to pick up the $3000 mattress that I had purchased, when I got to the location they said that they did not have the mattress even though I had called between the store in the warehouse a couple times to make sure they had it turned out they did shout out to rosa for helping me. Now I’m waiting on them to decide if they are going to fix my mattress which was ripped because of the broken wood on the bedframe
Elijah was a great resource in educating us on the different aspects in purchasing furniture for our house. He was able to provide us with prompt one on one service in regard to any questions that came up. Overall, I would recommend Elijah and Ashley’s furniture store for anyone looking to make the furniture buying process effortless.
I have made 3 purchases from this store from 06/2020 - 07/2020. All 3 purchases with the state staff where impecable as far as service and attention, until the delivery. All 3 premium deliveries, of which a premium is paid, have been horrible. To this date I have been on hold for over 29 hrs and stood in the store looking for answers 3 times, for a total of 3 hours. On my second to last visit I was informed I needed to wait 14 more days for a desk delivered and mis assembled, within 48 hrs of my visit, for a Tec to evaluate and decide whether I would be attended to - in other words with no promise of resolving my issues. Today 09/12/2020 I receive a phone call from a very junior staff member, since no one else had sufficient face to answer my issues, telling me I was unfortunately not going to get my issues resolved. Since my first purchase with this company, I have spent over $3,000 in furniture. -To this day my bed is falling apart -My desk was ruined and destroyed by assembly and premium delivery -AI have not been able to speak to a truthful staff member -have paid my balance in full: yes because the finance company has nothing to do with Ashley -have been lied to repeatedly -have had COVID-19 used as an excuse repeatedly ASHLEY FURNITURE IS A GARBAGE COMPANY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This post will be advertised as my personal account with the company as a way to make them understand, the American consumer is tiered of being taken advantage of.

This people we bought a sleep sofa cash they told me for the 1 then theb12 now the 15 and my wife duendate is in 5 days and because of you guys doing wrong order or whatever is affecting me and my family now none my family can’t stay at home because of u guys can you guys pps contact me asap
The Ashley team members were not a bunch of pushy salespeople. They were friendly, curious, made suggestions, plus gave us the time and space that we needed to discus, chose, and decide exactly what we wanted!
I would rate as negative 10 stars! Unprofessional staff, horrible customer service.. Bought a mattress, been waiting a week for delivery. Two days before delivery Ashley decided to contact and inform me that that the delivery has been scheduled for the specific time..what a blessing; Ashley let me shop at their store and allowed me to pay for the delivery, so I have to adjust my schedule to receive the item I paid for. Don't ever shop at this low-end furniture store. There are many other online stores with excellent customer support, who will deliver at customer's convenience with free returns.

Staff greeted us upon walking the store and seemed knowledgeable of the products. They have a greater selection of dining room tables very modern and neutral styles. Wasn't a fan of their living room sets just seemed blah..... But overall had great quality furniture.
I bought a very expensive hand carved mango wood king headboard that is completely bowing over and warped. They sent a tech out who also verified this yet no one will take responsibility for it. I used to buy a lot from them, I will NEVER buy anything else from Ashley Furniture! Customer service is terrible!
Ordered a couch August 3rd. Was scheduled to be delivered September 8th. Received notification on August 30th it would not be delivered until October 22nd. COVID or not, unacceptable.
Ashley Furniture on Dale Mabry was was the second Ashley’s I’ve been to over the past year and I LOVED Camila! (I hope that’s how you spell it). Anyway, she was GREAT. I was moving yesterday and went in there using my hustle muscles to get a bed & a frame! I was moving quick & talking fast and she kept up without being annoyed or frustrated that was being a lot lol I know I was. I was focused & in a hurry. But the entire time we laughed, and smiled, & it was a smooth deal. Thanks girlfriend!

I went in knowing what I wanted. Elijah was helpful and not pushy with unneeded things. He was able to give me options and suggestions which helped guide my purchase.
Beware beware!! Of this location they are a bunch of money hungry scam artist that want to get your money and deliver your furniture months later and they don’t care I will never do business again with this location they had me wait around all day for my delivery of my furniture and it came a month later!!!

I was looking at couches and I was shocked that the store was dirty and dingy at a time like this! Will not go back until you clean better.
