I went to this Ashley Furniture location with the intention of buying furniture and had a very disappointing experience. I called ahead and spoke to a salesperson named Seven (or something similar) and asked for his name specifically. When I arrived at the store and spoke to him, I let him know I needed to use the restroom. When I came back out, he had taken on another family and never came back to help me. I then started working with Meghan. At first, she was very kind and attentive, but the moment the sale was completed, her entire attitude changed. I repeatedly asked her to show me something similar to an item I wanted to purchase in the future so I could visualize how it would fit in my space at home. She kept avoiding the request and her only response was, “We don’t have that item in store,” even though I clearly asked to see something similar. On top of that, I later realized she made mistakes with my purchase. I asked for a specific financing timeframe, which she told me was possible. After I left the store and called back, I was told by another employee that it was not possible and that I would have to come back the next day to fix it. I live far from this location, so this was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, I contacted another Ashley location and spoke with a different representative who informed me that there was an active promotion Meghan could have applied—free delivery—which she never mentioned or offered. She also charged me $4 in cash when there was another promotion that could have saved me 5% on my purchase. She made absolutely no effort to help me or look out for my best interest. After reflecting on the experience and learning what could have been done, it became very clear that Meghan was only concerned with hitting her quota and making her numbers look good—not customer service. I felt like nothing more than a dollar sign. What ultimately saved this experience was Brittney Jackson. She was amazing—transparent, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to fix issues that should have never happened and made me feel valued as a customer. She is the main reason I didn’t cancel my purchase and go to IKEA. I also want to note that Brandon, the store manager, was very nice and professional. Without Brittney’s help, this location would have completely lost my business. I left a good review at first, but after realizing how many things were mishandled, I updated it to reflect the truth.

Our sales advisor Reid was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, and made our shopping experience fun. We were looking for a sectional, and he was so helpful. He even moved pieces around for us, removed pieces, etc, so that we could really see how it would look put together in our home. He went above and beyond with his customer service. The store itself was clean, and organized. We are excited for our new sectional, and look forward to purchasing more items from Ashley.

Terrible experience. My furniture came missing pieces and now 2 months later I still didn’t get the missing pieces. Now they are saying it will be delivered in March. That’s insane and we are beyond frustrated. After I did this purchase some friends told me that they also had bad experience. I advise you, don’t buy furniture from this company, it will give you headaches.

The delivery team is A+ amazing!!! That was the only 5-star experience of my Ashley furniture purchase. The sales associate falsely promised a delivery within 35-days which turned into 83- days of waiting for a full delivery of my order. The automated system exhibited faulty behavior ignoring autogenerated prompts for assistance. The customer service team on the phone was always polite but slow to action and left me on hold over multiple occasions during the 83-day delivery period that accounted for nearly 40 minutes of dead air. The lack of clear communication, consistent communication, and timely documented communication resulted in my tardiness to work. Our family cancelled not one, but two family vacations between thanksgiving and Christmas to make our schedules available for the $1k+ furniture purchase delivery because we were getting anxious and desperate for our spent funds to produce a final resolution of living room furniture. After all, no one wants to sit on the floor to watch football games for 11 weeks straight. I have no desire to purchase anything through Ashley ever again. Please give the delivery team headed by Ernesto a big 5-star rating and bonus for their performance and over quality of customer service and satisfaction!!

The salesperson was awesome, very professional, no problem. I mentioned that I had to return some items because my apartment was too small and I had purchased through a catalog. I didn't realize how big everything was, and I was informed of the no-return policy. This is very upsetting. I think your salespeople should tell you upfront what to expect if something doesn't fit. If I had known that they weren't going to take it back, I would not have let the driver leave, because now I have all this furniture in my apartment and I don't know what to do with it. It's not fair; my joyful experience turned out to be a nightmare.
