The in-store shopping experience is good. But the customer service is terrible. The sales person helped me purchase the wrong product. It took me two months and multiple phone calls/emails to get an answer "sorry we could not proceed your return request". They even sent a technician to verify the wrong product I purchased. If a great customer service is hassle free, Ashley is the opposite: full of hassle and not the results you want.
10 months still no delivery! My order is still not filled after about 5 missed deliveries. At this point, this store stole my money. I've taken off work several times and then they no show on me. Delivery drivers cannot get access to MacDill. They either have warrants for arrest or illegal. No answers, no communication! Purchase at your own risk. I had zero issues buying with Badcock Furniture. I got ripped off. I want my money back! Contacting BBB in the morning.

Do not buy any item not currently available! I purchased living room furniture in November paying in full. The ottoman was on back order but I was told it would be shipped to me at the of December. At no time has Ashley contacted me with any updates, I have to call them and wait on hold. Each time I call, I am told it will be another month. The current estimate is June. I will never buy furniture here again.
#1 company in avoiding actually talking to people. Never been on hold so long so many times and then being disconnected. I live in MN and have a home in FL and no one is there. I’m trying to coordinate getting my furniture delivered and these people do not get it. Too big too care
What a difference! Initially I attempted to visit and purchase from two franchise sites in Collier and Lee counties. What a disaster! So, I called a corporate store in Tampa. Kim was the manager and was absolutely fantastic. She fixed all the previous problems and very quickly took over and got everything done easily and quickly. Thank you Kim! You are a treasure.
Gary Christ is a beast! He is so helpful and genuinely passionate about interior design and helping people find something that goes great with your living space. He knows what he is talking about, will suggest things, and lead people instead of giving fake compliments about a certain choice they made. He’s a veteran. As much as I wanted a new sofa, I hate shopping for furniture because a lot of the time, the sales staff is just like the staff at a car lot. Have to admit though, the staff at this Ashley's was super duper nice and not pushy at all. MJ showed me around the showroom, explained that they were moving displays around; but he was knowledgeable about the inventory and could answer all my questions. I told him I was on my break so didn't have a lot of time so he started showing me exactly what I wanted, still without pressure. Needless to say, he made a sale and I walked out with my new sofa! This was a great (and successful) shopping experience.
