This is our second purchase from this store. This time Tiffany assisted us. She was so helpful when assisting us and picking out a couch for our new home. She was patient and answered all the questions that we had. She even helped us lock in a sale price even though we weren't closing until a few weeks after the sale ended. Jeffrey also helped us when we went to go finalize the sale and schedule the delivery when Tiffany wasn't available. Everyone at the store was very helpful. We would definitely come back and buy again from the team.

10 star service and product! We live in the Poconos PA and bought a condo in Vero. We went to our local Ashley and asked about purchasing there then delivery in Vero the sales lady said she can’t do it so I took pics of the tags of the living room set I wanted and called the Vero Beach Ashley’s and was lucky enough to get Tiffany on the other end as my saleswoman. Tiffany was not only able to get my furniture but went above and beyond to work with me to get it delivered the day we arrived. That was huge for us, at least we had something to sleep on in an otherwise empty unit. A few days later we went to Ashley’s not only to meet but to thank Tiffany in person. She was just as friendly and knowledgeable in person. We told here our budget and our needs and didn’t really find anything in the showroom we loved so she sat down with us and showed us this bedroom set on her tablet that checked all the boxes and was beautiful. Needless to say we went with her suggestion and absolutely love our bedroom set! I hope this review is seen by corporate Ashley executives so they are aware of the superstar saleswoman they have with Tiffany. Shop with confidence when Tiffany is your saleswoman she will work with you and not in the creepy salesman way but honest, straightforward and with great knowledge of the product she sells!

Will never do business with Ashley/City Furniture again. Horrible experience, no communication within the company whatsoever. Delivery drivers randomly showed up with no notice as promised due to not updating my phone number I mentioned twice during the purchasing process, once they showed up the entire process of checking the furniture for damage was rushed. Furniture was damaged, something quality control should have most certainly caught before delivery, spoke with customer service, pictures were sent, repair date made. No one called or showed up on said repair date, my wife spoke with the manager in person who assured us It would be resolved next appointment, made said appointment, no call and no showed for a second time. Dealt with customer service too many times only to disappointment. As a former longtime customer, I will not be returning to do business.

GARBAGE furniture with SCAM protection plans. I closed the door. Less than a year ago I purchased a sofa from here. The sales person really sold me on getting a protection plan because I have kids and dogs. Sure enough a stain appeared on my sofa. So I followed directions and clean the stain with the kit, they provided me at the store. When I made a claim against the protection plan they sold me, I was told it wouldn’t be covered because the stain originally occurred more than 5 days prior even though I followed they directions THEY gave me and cleaned it myself at first. TLDR; furniture is cheaply made, easily damaged stained and Ashley + City Furniture do not stand by their products.

What a shame. I found the couch we were looking for, no salesperson offered to help, said hello when we came in, or good bye when we left. There were plenty of sales people standing around. As a matter of fact one walked near me, looked at me sitting on the couch and turned around and walked away. I took a picture of the couch so I can buy it at an Ashley store somewhere else.

I bought a two unit recliner, left and right side. Paid $263 for rip, repair, replacement in the sales price. Units came, assembled, and right side unit has a depression, makes the recliner very uncomfortable, after “pulling teeth”, their social media department called and helped resolve the issue by replacing the recliner to our satisfaction.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. I was told my couch was under warranty when it fell apart 6 MONTHS LATER nobody ever showed up to appointment. Then went into the store and recieved the worst customer service. Ended up selling the couch. I also was told I can chose a special they had where there was no interest for my couch and guess what I'm getting charged interest and nobody cares to fix the lies they tell you. They also said I would get a free $250 credit to the store and when I went to use it they told me it was the no interest plan or the $250 credit not both so being that I am paying interest and never got the credit guess I got absolutely no deals I was promised. I wouldn't step foot in an Ashleys ever again.

My family and I just went in to Ashley Furniture in Vero Beach, Fl. to buy a couch. When we walked in the store not one person spoke to us. We walked around the store looking at couches and no one asked to help us. We'll they just lost a sale.

Excellent sales staff and let's you take your time to browse on your own. Much better than other furniture stores nearby.

My wife and I ordered from Ashley furniture in Melbourne fl. The furniture was supposed to arrive on the 7th of January between 11:30- 3. We received 2 updates in the morning and a third around 12:30 saying that the delivery truck is 5 mins away. After an hour had passed, I had to reach out to the store, only to be reconnected to a representative in another country. I did this four more times because no one could find our order and the website really is useless because non of the links work! I finally spoke to a representative who was able to contact the store in Melbourne and they told me that the furniture that we had purchased is not in stock. (Which I asked the person in the store if the item was in stock before I purchased it and he confirmed it was). I asked the associate in store why is it that no one contacted me to let me know that the furniture was not arriving to my house even when I kept getting up dates that it was! After some BS story about the furniture being made to order, I asked for them to refund me my delivery charge of $100 dollars only to be told that they would only offer me half back. Now I have to take another day off just because of their negligence and wait another week! Buyer be ware of this. I will not be going back here. I may even cancel my entire order!!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars. The person who sold me the furniture never even followed up with the order and he works on commission. Customer service from this store is really bad.

Terrible place. I paid cash for a couch the next day I canceled it because I found a much nicer sofa on Amazon. They have yet to give me my refund. They constantly give me a run around. I was told 5-7 business days for the check to show up and it's been over a month

Great service until delivery i get the email to have the room cleared out 2 days ago and delivery is in 2 days and they text me today saying that it will be another month of coarse i have cleared out all furniture called the store no help at all WOW happy holidays

this is been the worse experience of my life, is a place where u buy , 0 returns accepted as if you were buying staff from distribution sales places, I was told that I had 3 days for returns. nope. they don't do returns,, and after u paid is worse than car dealers no body wants to help every body transfers to someone else. and u only hear I'm sorry. is corporate that changed the Rules,, DON'T BUY FROM ASHLEY,, BAD PEOPLE DO DEAL WITH AFTER YOU PAID, LOTS OF LOVE TILL THEY GET YOUR MONEY....

We wanted to purchase a piece of furniture but weren't allowed because we wanted to pick it up ourselves instead of paying a delivery fee. We have always picked up our own furniture from local area furniture stores. ( over 30 yrs) Rooms to Go and Badcocks. We will never step foot in Ashley's again! Major disappointment!

We needed a new sofa and oversized chair for our family room. We had purchased a leather couch and loveseat from Rooms to Go four years ago and both were falling apart. We learned too late that the “genuine leather “ furniture we had paid an outrageous price for was, in actuality “ bonded leather.” No wonder it fell apart. So, aside from the decision not to ever buy anything else from RTG, we decided to try Ashley Furniture and again, buy locally. Upon arriving at the local Ashley Store, we were very impressed with the lack of “hovering “ used by our salesman, Daron Miller. He introduced himself and said he’d be happy to answer any questions we might have and then left us alone to shop. Big difference from Rooms to Go. Their salespeople descended upon us like locusts and never left our sides for the duration of our visit. Needless to say, we prefer to shop at Ashley Furniture. No hassle - really! We found three collections that we were interested in and asked Daron some questions about upkeep, durability, etc. We were looking for a microfiber material, due primarily to the fact that my daughter and son-in-law had purchased a microfiber sectional for Ashley in Ft Lauderdale and were very pleased with it. The exact collection we chose was not on the showroom floor in the color we preferred, but it would be available in a few days. That evening, Daron emailed me a message with photos of the three collections we had picked out with prices. Three days later he notified us that the collection we wanted in the color we picked out had been delivered to the store early. So, we decided to go back to the store and close the deal. This was one of the easiest furniture purchases I’ve ever made. This happened because Daron and his partner Desi both knew their product line and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Plus, they’re both genuinely good people who are more interested in making the customer happy than making a buck! We may not need more furniture in the near future, but when we do, Ashley Furniture will be our first choice.

Stackable beds were ordered and delivered, and all the screws were not screwed in one of the beds. The railing was also not installed on the other bed. I emailed the sales associate who handled the order almost 2 weeks ago about the issues and included pictures, but I still have not received a response. I and my mom have also tried the store with no answer. Don't tell people to contact you if you're having issues, and when they do, you don't respond.

Can't do returns if you purchase in store but you can if you purchase on line. I find that ridiculous. We will never purchase anything from Ashley furniture ever again. Very disappointed .

Fabulously modern-glam & chic. Love it! City Furniture/Ashley always gives me the modern look I want. My parents have used them for years. Not only stunning but good quality and quality matters.

**Update 6/21/2023** After 7 months the love seat is fixed. Their warranty dept. said the manufacturer had trouble getting the parts. So when the part arrived, I googled it....Amazon has a ton available for $15. Just better off doing the repair myself next time. Updated to 3 stars because it didn't cost anything, and the couches are fairly comfortable. Warranty Service needs some TLC though** Be warned if you ever have to have something repaired! Been waiting for almost 7 months now for a power supply. Couch stopped working in Nov. 22, within the 1yr warranty period, called they came out and inspected it on 11/8, found the problem. Didn't place the 'repair' order until December, ETA of Feb'23.... called in Feb and I was told, nope it's 3 mo waiting period once order was placed (which was Dec), call back in March. Called back in March, oops, delayed until May. Eta May 24 for repair, we received a single part did not hear from them, and it seemed like the wrong part. Called May 25, find out that we need a second part....no ETA....on the phone with them right now and still no ETA. What a cluster. Do not recommend buying.

I bought a bunk bed and paid extra for the warranty. The bed was short 4 bolts I asked them to send them. Almost a year later no bolts I call the store. They send people to put the bolts in. They were supposed to switch out the bed. The guys left I came back in town after being gone to realize I have bolts sticking out of the stairs going to the 2nd bunk. And the stairs aren't even attached to the bed. I'm assuming Ashley is looking for a law suit because this is crazy how they left the bed. This is a hazard 100%. Bolts sticking out of the stairs haha.

Daron was very helpful in our search for our new bedroom set. He worked with us to build the set we wanted and the purchase went very smoothly.

Last night my husband and I came in looking to purchase a bedroom set. We had found the one we loved but wanted to look one other place before making our decision. However we were told there was a few of the one we loved in stock. We came back this morning to purchase the one we loved just to some how be told that there was none in stock. My husband was told from by a lady that "yeah some times they say that to try and make a sale" we will look else where and won't recommend this place to anyone we know.

My wife and I purchased a queen size bed over two months ago and recently discovered there's a serious issue with it. The circumstances are very unusual but Zach at Ashley Furniture got on it immediately and took care of everything for us while we waited in the store. He had to jump through some hoops to help us making phone calls etc but in about 20 minutes he had us on our way home as very happy customers. Much thanks to him and his support staff for taking care of us, we love our bed.

We recently purchased a bed and mattress from Ashley Homestore in Vero Beach we absolutely LOVE it. The bed is good quality and the mattress is so comfortable. Nick helped us with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and low key. We didn’t feel pressured at all and we were able to get a lot of information about the different choices and get our questions answered. Delivery was very easy and quick as well. The delivery people were careful and efficient when assembling the bed.They were very professional. We can’t wait to go back for our next purchase. Excellent experience!

The service at this store was above anything I’ve ever experienced. Moving can be incredibly stressful but this staff made it so easy. They knew exactly what to show me based on my descriptions of what I was looking for. After searching for over 8 hours online, I saw a sofa I liked. I decided to walk into the store since a sofa is something you absolutely have to sit on before you can decide if it is right for your needs. Thank goodness Jeannie Percoco was working when I entered the store. She was very friendly and helpful AND she found a sofa that worked for me.

While looking around for a few min I wasn’t expecting for her to remember us. She found us and wanted to see if we had any luck. Which we did and had a few questions. Which was answered and if she wasn’t sure she found out and came back with the answer. This was my second time in this location and the first time I was there I wasn’t happy with no one acknowledging me so I walked out.

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience with Ashley. We purchased a Casper mattress and went to Ashley specifically looking for a bed for the mattress. We were very clear about our expectations to buy a bed to use with the matresss. At one point, my Father told them a platform bed specifically. When the bed arrived, it needed a boxspring and was unable to use the Casper alone. When we went back into the store, the manager did not take any accountability. As a customer, I see it as a manager‘s to train their staff about specific requests. There was no remorse about purchasing the wrong bed. The solution was for us to spend another $500+ and purchase a box spring. Fail, Ashley.

Was greeted by two guys at the desk one on the phone who passed us off to the other who asked what we were looking for, told the young man we were looking for a sectional as we are remodeling our home. He showed no interest in us and sent us off to one side of the show room to look, saying he'd catch up with us. Well we went through the whole store looking by ourselves. Finally, as we were heading out the store he found us. Number one I told you what I was looking for, the guy had absolutely no interest. We ended up at another store here in Vero got excellent service and bought the sectional I wanted. Don't recommend was a waste of time. Had questions on a couple sectionals, but no one was around or interested in helping us. They Lost a possible sale but, hey I can't complain to much I got a great deal at the other store. Thanks for saving me money!!! So it was a win for our family. So maybe I should thank them?.. Cause had I not went to the other store, I would have missed out on the 40% off deal on the sectional I did buy and like. Look elsewhere this is the absolute last place I'd check!!!

I have been waiting over six months for a kitchen table that was charged to my Ashley card that I am making payments on. I will never buy anything else from Ashley/city furniture. If you don’t want to have to wait for months a to get your furniture don’t buy from this company. By from a furniture company whose manufacture is in the U.S..

Sales Rep Daron Miller was the nicest, most patient man you could ask for. He let me do my own thing walking around until I found what I wanted. My problem was I was just moving to Fl from PA and needed to measure the space where I was putting the furniture. I came back a couple of times and each time he met me with a smile and patience. Needless to say, I bought it and absolutely happy that I did. I will be visiting Ashley a lot now.

Eveything started off great great customer service our sales person was awesome. The next day we wake up and the delivery driver calls us and says there is some damaged furniture and we will have to wait till may for a bed to sleep on that we paif over $4000s for. Than customer service calls us and told us something totally different. Saying it would be ready the next day. Than we spoke to someone in the store and they said everything was available to be delivered the next day. I got another call from a customer service agent telling me something else. Me and wife got so many mixed messages we just asked for a refund. 3 calls later they were trying their best to get us to change our minds . I informed them the trust was broken and I wanted my money back. Than they claimed we would get emails in regards to everything. Did not receive any emails including the receipt, shipment details, or cancelation notification. Now tomorrow I will be heading into the store and I pray everything goes well. I just want my money back. A bit of advice they need better communication between the store and the delivery warehouse

Visited store on Friday pick out loveseat to purchase then after giving all info we were told a delivery charge. Then we were told if we purchased it the next day it would be free delivery. We came back on Saturday to buy. After again giving all info we were told that a delivery charge of $150. Would be applied because we had to spend $1500. And that we should go and find some for $100. To makeup differences. Asked why we were not told this yesterday she said she was not aware and just found out. I was very upset at this point. Told her to forget it. She then went to her boss and told us they would take off delivery. Bought Loveseat and was told a receipt would be sent to me by email. That will be 2 WEEKS on Saturday and I have NOT received the receipt. I guess I will have to call or go back and request the receipt. My Credit Card was charged they didn’t forget that. Lack of communication between staff and Management. All and All a very unpleasant experience.

Do not buy from Ashley or City furniture!! After 5 months and 9 days off work for redeliveries of broken furniture, attempted repairs (three of the deliveries were a NO SHOW and no call to explain from the drivers!! Horrible experience! Ashley/city corporate is the worst company I have ever done business with!!

Was impressed with the salesman, took the time to show us the difference in everything we had to look at. Didn't pressure us into anything, told us what to expect for delivery time. Was very pleased.

WARNING!!! DO NOT shop at City Furniture. DO NOT fall victim to this Fraudulent business. We have received 4 of 5 damaged piece of furniture in the past couple months from them. The concerning factor is the packaging was not damaged at all. One piece in particular looked as if it was dropped on a corner and broken beyond repair although it was packaged very securely. Upon further inspection, the piece looks as if it was refinished with a much darker paint than it is supposed to be. When opening the drawer it is apparent there are two different colors from the face of the piece and the inside of the drawer. We reached out to City Furniture about this issue and they forwarded me to a customer service representative that informed me they do not have a return policy and they can only send a replacement that is not available for 3 months or we can select something else in stock. The next piece I unboxed was better structurally but the finish was much worse and interestingly had dust covering the legs. Again, the packaging was immaculate. There were parts that had previous damage that were attempted to repair. One side casing had some large bubbles. For this piece City Furniture initially wanted to send out a technician to repair the table but when you purchase new furniture, you expect to actually have new furniture and the eventually agree to send out a replacement. Upon unboxing the replacement it was the same story all over again and I refused to accept it from the delivery driver. This company is selling refurbished and damaged goods for the price of new and are trapping their customers by not allowing returns offering store credit or attempting to repair the damages. What kind of retail store does not have a return policy, especially on damaged goods? This is fraud. I know times are hard but after reading more of the previous reviews on Yelp, it seem that this has been going on for some time now. This is not an honest business. Someone will reply to this review from City by copying and pasting the same response from the other bad reviews attempting to resolve this but nothing will happen and it will continue to happen to others. Again, DO NOT fall victim to this Fraudulent business. Upon typing this review, we received a phone call from City Furniture specifically stating that a refund cannot be made. That is their way of handling this situation.

The shopping was fine and the sales clerk very knowledgeable and pleasant. Their delivery stinks. The City Furniture drivers that delivered a $1200.00 sofa actually through off the truck onto the parking lot. One of them was very arrogant and accused me of being disrespectful because I hollered at them. They put it back on the truck and left. I will follow with an update.

Our sales person Chelsea was very helpful without hovering or being pushy. She explained our options clearly and we felt comfortable making our purchase now, even though we don't need the items until our house is completed. Hopefully the follow up will be as good as our initial experience.

I am not too impressed with Ashley Furniture. I realize that due to COVID production stopped. However, production should have picked back up by now. I ordered sofa back in March 2021 and I'm still waiting for it. First they said May 25th. Then July, now Aug. They are charging me monthly for my payments on an item that I still do not have.

Today I purchased a bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture in Vero Beach and was very impressed with the quality of the furniture. To make it even a better experience I had a very sweet and knowledgeable young sales lady named Kristen McCall. Excited about my purchase and definitely appreciated the excellent sales experience, with no pressure, just great customer service.

Went in there because I needed a livingroom and bedroom. No one bothered to help me. The furniture looked dirty and unmaintained. Bought next door at Room to Go. I bought there before.. They have better service and friendly staff.

Great selection and service. Our salesman, Chris Donohue, was fantastic. He was helpful and fun. We would definitely recommend shopping at Ashley and ask for Chris!

Appreciate the staff and customer service in the store.I was told they will pick up your old mattress that you are replacing, clean and donate.Except the two guys who brought me my new mattress didn't want to pick up my old matress. They told me they will take my old mattress only if it was in good condition. But if my old mattress is in good condition then why would I buy a new one? Anyway I wouldn't take no for an answer!

Just like my wife posted earlier this is our entire order that was delivered to us. We declined the order and they insisted we keep the furniture or we wouldn't have another delivery for at least a month. Come to find out the delivery guys THE ONES WHO WORK FOR THE CITY FURNITURE/ASHLEY HOMESTORE told us they would have someone here on Monday. We have called and emailed and started claims and called more to get nothing more than maybe 6-8 weeks someone will possibly come and at least put the table together and see if they can fix/repair the other damaged items. You have caused our family so much grief and stress with no reguards to how much of an impact this makes on a family. Even better though. Even though all this has happened I still have to pay my credit card bill even though I can't use anything I actually purchased.

I have called for DAYs, I have sent emails I have comment and contacted through Facebook and I haven’t heard a single word back from anyone. My husband and I took out a large credit card line with them on Friday. Wanted to redo a lot of furniture in the house and started off with our dinning room. We ordered a dinning table, chairs, bench and a server. All items were delivered that Sunday but many items are damaged and our kitchen table isn’t even put together! We refused the items at delivery but the guys wouldn’t allow us to send it back. Kept saying if we sent it back it’ll take up to a month to get this fixed he took pictures of the damages and told me someone would be with us on Monday to fix/replace items. 2 chairs came in with 1 leg noticeably shorter than the other 3. 2 chairs had dirty stains on the seats, the bench has a chunk of wood missing on the leg and another dirt smudge on the top, my dining room table is SITTING IN PIECES in my dining room. My kids currently eat on the floor or standing up in the kitchen. Homework is done on the floor or standing up in the kitchen. We just got this house so we don’t have desks and stuff yet so our kitchen table was the hub for all of this. The server that was delivered is a beautiful dark dark dark espresso color but had a large smudge on the top where you see the pale wood showing through. No one is returning our calls or emails or our claim we made. The delivery guys literally lied to us because they didn’t want to reload the furniture. Once they get their money they don’t care. They don’t care about my kids, they don’t care how much money we paid. All they care about is the fact they got their $$ to be so excited about ordering something to being heartbroken and in tears over it for days and stressed out. I just don’t get how a company can care so little about the families that purchase from them.

My fiancé and I recently moved to Vero Beach from the Midwest and brought nothing but our clothes. We purchased living room, dining room, and office furniture from Ashley totaling well over $5,000. When we purchased the items in-store mid July we were not told that most were on back order. Since then, we have had 8 separate delivery dates schedule because no one shows up for the appointment. Beyond being angry that we had no where to sit, eat, or work in our home, I took off work to be available for the deliveries and was never notified by anyone at Ashley that no one would be coming. Had we known that we would be without furniture for 3+ months we never would have purchased the items we did from Ashley. We are still missing furniture. Additionally, a bench that we ordered ripped the first time we used it. For what we paid in that store I really expected better quality and MUCH better customer service. No communication. The sales rep was very “helpful” when we were racking up a bill for his commission but we have been left feeling robbed. EDIT 2/5/2021 I wanted to follow up my review above that I posted 4 months ago and say that we have still not received a replacement for the ripped bench which we reported to the customer care in October. We had a delivery scheduled for November, that no one showed up for. I rescheduled for December and no one showed up. I understand that Covid has made deliveries unpredictable, what I cannot understand is why no one at the Ashley store is able to communicate to me what is going on. They have my money yet I have never been informed about when I will receive my order and it has now been 7 months. When something doesn’t get delivered I call the store to ask why and reschedule. No one has followed up with me since the day they swiped my card. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. LOW QUALITY FURNITURE AND BOTTOM OF THE BARREL SERVICE. Take some responsibility for your mess of a company here in Vero Beach. Do better.

No big selections

We ordered our furniture at Ashley in September and we would get calls that there had been a delay in the shipment. Mid January was the final delay and we cancelled the order, and went next door to RoomsToGo where we ordered and got the furniture in 3 weeks.

WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! Purchased a sofa and paid extra for in home service. Purchased sofa July 2020. Reported problem with recliner zin August and inspector came out. Ordered parts. Six months later February 2021 and we are sitting lopsided. Have made 6 pone calls trip to store 2 inspections lots of promises And no results. Please come get broken down sofa and return my money. After 6 months you would think I could get some results. Don’t tell me to call anyone else it is useless.

Buyer Beware - Please do not trust this Vero Beach, FL - Ashley HomeStore with your Credit Card, unless you want to have additional and unauthorized items fraudulently added to your bill/charge and artfully hidden from you on their sales (MV) associates' iPad. We fell victims to this scam near close of business on Saturday night November 14, 2020. They even had forged signatures on the documents. (Sales invoice #641071). Just hours later the fraud perpetrated on us was discovered by us, so early the following morning we cancelled the Order in writing, and requested a full refund in writing. However even today, five (5) weeks later December 21, 2020, the refund of one thousand eight hundred eighty-two dollars and seventy-two cents ($1,882.74), has not been credited back to our Credit Card. Please beware of the scammers in this Store. You will be ripped off and have to pay your credit card, and also the interest charges on the funds looted from you.

Kristin was so helpful. It’s been so difficult getting furniture delivered because of Covid. After getting news I would have to wait until mid January for a sectional I purchased at Rooms to Go, I ran next door to Ashley’s and got an even better sectional to be delivered in a week. And the price was great! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and prices and availability here.

Several telephone calls and messages to Ashley HomeStore all for naught. Spent several thousand dollars on furniture just to have this bed frame break after a few short months. I had the pleasure of dealing with saleswoman, Sarah, in the Vero Beach, FL store. She was very personable and, although new to the job, she gave me a tour through the showroom, and provided me with all the information I needed to make a purchase. The delivery and set up went perfectly. And, the lounge chair I bought for my mom, who is 90 years old, fir her like a glove and has made her very happy. Couldn't have asked for more, and will definitely shop there again.

I had a very sad experience with this furniture store. The customer service is really lacking in trying to make the problem right. They have a no return or exchange policy and thats at the corporate level. I will not shop this chain of furniture store ever again and would suggest others to avoid it like covid 19. They could have done way more for us but chose not to.

UPDATE: They worked with me and replaced my broken chest of drawers with a brand new one. I added stars to this review and thank you very much for making it right! I am a first time customer and unfortunately a last time customer, as well. I dealt with Amit Sharma at this location who gave me his card with an incorrect phone extension on it, so I couldn't contact him directly when my chest of drawers arrived damaged. I then called the main line that same day of delivery - Saturday (luckily, because you only have 48 hours to submit a claim and the main number is closed on Sundays) to tell them what was wrong within their short timeframe. I spoke to a very nice gentleman named, Tafari who told me that I should be hearing from their partner repair shop "reliable furniture services" but it has been 5 weeks with no word still. I went to this Ashley's location because I was recommended there by my mother who I had been visiting at the time. I will not be returning to ANY Ashley furniture store now. I feel ripped off and ignored. Poor customer service once they get your money, in my opinion. Don't get screwed over like I did (even though I followed their own rules)!

Went to the store looking for a accent bench , was a little disappointed I couldn't get it today . Sarah was very helpful and ordered for us to be delivered to my house , also matched the online price . We are building a new house and found a couch which we will get at a later date , closer to the completion of the house.

Sales person met us with a smile. The well dressed young gentleman helped w our purchase of a recliner. Very professional.

Just bought a set a month ago, it's sagging on one side. Called them, they send a person out for inspection. He agreed that at least they should change the cushions but the company called and recanted the offer. We have to get cushios or blankets to fill the sagging area. Even the inspector said it's defective. We were hoping for a fair solution but I guess they're just like all other furniture companies, over promise and under deliver.

We worked with Sean O'Brien at the Vero Beach store on Nov 30th. He was so incredibly helpful! From answering our initial questions over the phone to the informative one-on-one attention in person, we got all of the information we needed. That same day, we bought a bedroom set and a mattress and it was delivered perfectly a week later! The staff at the store and the delivery and assembly guys were all great. We will definitely consider returning any time we need more furniture!

We placed an order 8/4/2019 All pieces will not be available till December/ has been rescheduled 2 times. I have been ask for a downpayment and the GM changed the story after the complaint stated that he ask for delivery and taxes paid at front.

My husband Richard and I decided to redo our bedroom this past weekend and stopped at Ashley Furniture in Vero Beach to look at various options. Our sales representative, Jeanette Suaza, spent hours showing us a number of styles and we decided on a lovely Queen set that included a bed with a storage frame, a dresser, and two night tables. Jeanette was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and easy to work with. She guided us through the available financing choices and also showed us many mattresses. We decided to buy the bed set, but wanted to explore other stores until we made a mattress decision. We left the store and stopped for a soda and a bite to eat. While there, we decided that rather than going to a number of Mattress outlets we would put out faith in Jeanette and return to Ashley to buy the Beautyrest model that I had selected with Jeanette's help. We went back and added the mattress and a bunky board to our bed set order. We are so happy that we stopped at Ashley and found the perfect solution to our bedroom do-over. Susan Esteves

I was in Florida for the 4th of July and decided to visit Ashley because I needed a couch for my apartment in NYC. I was able to test out some couchs before ordering one online. The salesman, also the store manager, was very patient and took me around the store. He wasn't able to order the couch from his store in Vero and ship it to Fresh Meadows, so I ordered it online. I ordered it online and chose a delivery date for Friday the 12th of July. I scheduled my day off to receive the delivery and stupid me slept through the delivery time so the delivery truck left. I had to reschedule a second delivery which cost my another $79.99. I take the blame on this one.

Update 1: I contacted Kate per the response from owner below. They have promised to replace 2 of the 3 sections of the sectional with premium delivery. Once completed this will resolve my issue and at that time I will update my review again and increase the "stars" Original Review: My sales person is the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars... she was awesome... as was the value for what i bought. However, the delivery guys sucked... they damaged 2 of the 3 pieces of the sectional "shoving them through my door" and when they left they left my door and my patio door open forcing me to chase my 4 huskies all over the neighborhood. I called customer service upon discovery of the damage done to the new couch on delivery and now 5 days later i still haven't heard from anyone on a way to remedy the situation. i'm on the verge of disputing the charge for the purchase

Jeanette Sauza was so helpful with my sectional purchase. She helped create a one of a kind sofa for my space after showing me every option in store. I would recommend her and Ashley Home Store for any furniture needs and I will be seeing her in the future when I outgrow this space!

We purchased a new bed set here for our new home over a year ago or so and love the furniture! The material is solid and we have had zero issues with it. The delivery team installed in minutes and it was a very simple process. The only reason it is not getting 5 stars is because when we financed the furniture, we were told there is no interest being charged so we gladly accepted. A year later, they are telling us we must pay it off now or they are adding interest to it. We never missed a payment and always paid a few dollars over the payment amount. We ended up paying it off instead of the payments, but they should have been more clear when offering zero interest on payments.

Ordered furniture from this company only to be called 10 days later to be told a piece was on back order! Long story short they offered a $50 refund for the wait! After over a month of waiting we were forced to cancel the order and select new items for delivery and were refused the $50 because we did not wait for a back ordered piece that when we initially purchased were not made aware! Never again! Gave another star because they did reach out to rectify the situation! All though it was supposed to be a $50 refund but they gave me a $50 store credit!

**UPDATE 2: I was very surprised to receive a response to my review. I followed up with an email and received great customer service. I was able to replace my furniture since I had purchased the warranty. Unfortunately, they did not have the same set I had originally purchased, but I was able to choose something else and had a credit to purchase additional patio furniture. I have to say that while all of this has been very frustrating, the customer service that I received throughout the process was exceptional. **UPDATE: While we had a pleasant shopping experience, that is where the pleasant part of this experience ends. We bought a leather sofa, loveseat and recliner. The loveseat had to be replaced 5 times due to defects. Twice they brought a loveseat with no tags. One of those was the original one we had sent back! Now, less than a year later, the loveseat already has a noticeable place where the "leather" has peeled off. The leather is so extremely thin it has peeled back. So disappointing. We did purchase the furniture protection, so we will see if they honor it. We are so disappointed. We will never shop here again, and we warn others not to shop there as well. The furniture is way overpriced for the low quality. **Robert was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful shopping experience and would definitely recommend this store.

I would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. My family recently purchased a new home and bought a new living room set and beds from this Ashley location. My parents spoke to several store associates who promised delivery multiple times throughout the week, and the furniture has yet to show up. We had family coming in from out of town, with no beds to sleep on. We even had to book a hotel room. We are on yet another promised time window for delivery, supposedly from 2-5pm, and again we get a call and say it will actually be 6:45pm. Which is ruining our family dinner (the third time this week), not too mention we've been sitting around for hours waiting for them (again, for the third time this week). Every call we're met with clueless, apathetic store associates who tell us different things every time. As someone who is about to purchase a home herself (and has a lot of friends in the house-buying stage), I would never recommend any Ashley location in the U.S.

I purchased a entertainment sent which has been delivered now 8 times and they still keep sending damaged furniture and when you speak to supervisors or customer service all they want to give you is 75 dollars although they already have the 3400 I paid there customer service and delivery guys are a joke there rude and very disrespectful how this company is still in business is beyond me and yet I am still fighting to get the correct hutch with no damage I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this store! Take your money and run!

Let me start by saying, I was just curious about City Furniture/ Ashley Furniture combined, so I was browsing, not buying. The staff was welcoming, friendly and by no means pushy. Nice to go in and say, "just looking " and have your space! Not feeling watched or rushed for a commission, I actually walked the entire showroom, tested out a few pieces and even tried a mattress or two. I have to say, all were quite comfortable and reasonably priced. And not being interrupted while chatting about it with your shopping companion?? Awesome! I only had one stop midway just to let me know they were happy to answer any questions. Nice selection and variety of styles. The pieces appear to be well made & sturdy. Worth the stop if you're in the market to buy. The only items seeming to be overpriced were the lamps and decor, but who really wants to buy those items there anyway? I like my own taste when it comes to the little stuff .😊 So, 4 stars for the visit and staff. I can't give it 5 without a purchase experience to complete the visit... I'll update when I do that.
