Jeff at Ashley furniture in Vero has been amazing from start to finish on my purchase. I cannot say enough, what a pleasant experience.. even with the hiccup of not matching sofa legs, he contacted customer service. They reached out to me within 15 minutes. My order is on its way. Ashley/City Furniture,Ordered 2 outdoor chairs in July 2023, was informed they were on back order and was ok with that. Chairs were delivered on August 29th and one was missing all the hardware for assembly so I submitted a claim as instructed and was originally told the parts would be delivered 10/31/23, then delayed until 11/30/23 and now it's January 2024 and still no hardware.
Purchased over $8000 of furnishing for a new home in June. As of this date, November, we are still sleeping with our mattress on the floor. We have waited for the slats for our bed to be delivered 3 times each time the service person said they were there to install the slats but came with no slats. We are not available to receive the slats all the time but they are unwilling to meet our schedule now. Don't do business here.After this review I was contacted by the business manager. He got the problem solved in one day It shouldn't take a bad review to get good service but I thank you Bryce.
Ashley's was the third store that I want to for a Lazy Boy. I should have started with them and saved the running! No pressure while looking around and all questions were answered. Thank you Ms Gardiner for taking care of me. Sitting in my new chair to write this review.
this is been the worse experience of my life, is a place where u buy , 0 returns accepted as if you were buying staff from distribution sales places, I was told that I had 3 days for returns. nope. they don't do returns,, and after u paid is worse than car dealers no body wants to help every body transfers to someone else. and u only hear I'm sorry. is corporate that changed the Rules,, DON'T BUY FROM ASHLEY,, BAD PEOPLE DO DEAL WITH AFTER YOU PAID, LOTS OF LOVE TILL THEY GET YOUR MONEY....
We wanted to purchase a piece of furniture but weren't allowed because we wanted to pick it up ourselves instead of paying a delivery fee. We have always picked up our own furniture from local area furniture stores. ( over 30 yrs) Rooms to Go and Badcocks. We will never step foot in Ashley's again! Major disappointment!
