Online video of my purchase touted “easily renewed reversible cushions”. This is totally false. Got a run around trying to resolve this false claim. Seems to be a scam akin to a bait and switch. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything at Ashley Furniture.

Wellington City Furniture Store - we had a great, young salesman assist us at your wellington store today. He was very helpful directing us on our purchases. His name is Christopher Clark. Initially this was a 5 star review. However the delivery process messed it up completely. I had six chairs delivered, 3 of which were wobbly. I submitted a claim right away. I had 4 scheduled appoinents because the technician was a no-show every time. The one time I spoke to the technician directly he told me that we were inconvenienceing him on Thursdays which is my only day off. I'm actually writing this review as i'm sitting on the phone trying to find out where my technician is, which yet again is not showing up. However when we initially purchased Matthew was very helpful and patient during the whole process.

I purchased a sleeper sofa on June 1, it was delivered damaged. They arranged for it to be exchanged, and the second sofa arrived 6/21 also damaged. I asked for a refund and was told I didn’t qualify for a refund because I allowed the driver to leave the sofa in My Home. Was I supposed to check for damage on the truck? And don’t fall for the 24 hours to go over your purchase because that doesn’t qualify for a refund either. Apparently, Ashley does not have a refund policy. At least that is what I was told by the customer care manager. After receiving the second damaged sofa, I made a point to say this is not what I purchased in store, which is damaged goods. I was told I did receive what I purchased, which was a sofa sleeper. Unreal! Needless to say, I now await my third sofa. INSPECT everything before the driver leaves!! Oh.. did I mention I paid for premium delivery. I received a call prior to my delivery, telling me that my furniture was being inspected before it was being brought to my home.

Jackie has been so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process of picking out a couch! She was so knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back for her help.

I wish I could say the same about the young man that delivered over couch, his truck marked all over our couch, also leaving their dirty hands mark on our light color couch. I would never use him again if I ever come back to this Ashley for anything. My rug they didn't even roll in up they just crush it up like it’s from the dumpster. I am very disappointed in the delivery guys. They were quick the collect my $200 for the delivery. When I asked him to position the couch how I want it and I was thinking of how I wanted it TJ told me he have to leave. So I just give him his $200 and let him get out of my home. The next day I had to call a cleaning company to come in and clean my couch because of how they marked it up and use their dirty hands on my couch. Our couch was clean and look so beautiful when we saw it in the store.

Alex Mosley is an incredible and resourceful advisor for our family and represents their store extremely well with the utmost professionalism combined with expert advice and care for our needs being at the forefront of our interactions. We've lived in Florida for over 5 years and have been coming back specifically to Alex for each purchase and improvement to our home, and he treats us like honored members of the Ashley family whether in-store or communicating updates to us via email. I can't say enough positive things about the quality of the items we've bought from Ashley with Alex's help, and we love everything about how much improved our kitchen, bedrooms, living room, and more are.

My family and I had a very, very bad experience at Ashely Furniture in the Wellington Mall. We went here to buy some new recliners for our living room. The sales representative, Risaira, sat us down and showed us several different chairs. Finally, she shows us a chair that we find to be very comfortable, she tells us the price is $700, writes an invoice, and we purchase the chairs. Turns out the price was actually $1,200 and she was looking at the completely wrong product when she told us the price. The wrong product was delivered to our house and we had to return it. The store manager, customer service reps, and sales reps were very rude and did nothing to make the situation better. We wasted 5 hours of our life with Ashley. We will never shop here again. UPDATE: Someone called me and tried to give me a small gift card to change/edit my review, but would not address the real issue. This company is incredibly unprofessional.

Terrible customer service.Awful delivery service.Was promised that my new dining table would be delivered on a Tuesday after purchasing it on the previous Saturday evening.Failed to arrive, although I sat and waited all day, only to discover that it was booked in to arrive in 2 weeks time.Also that the base would be already assembled just the top would need 4 screws to attach it to the base. Not at all the case. I have pieces of dining table that were left on my doorstep, with no assembly instructions.I will NEVER buy from Ashley/City furniture again.

I was looking for the Ashley store and my maps took me to City furniture, I went in and was greeted very nicely by a lady named Hilbo, She took me upstairs to the Ashley area and found out what I was interested in and took her time with me and after an hour or so I walked out at the store after purchasing exactly what I wanted. First time ever I shopped at a big name furniture store and with service like that it will not be the last time.

We had to take time to make decisions and she didn’t make us feel rushed or put off one bit as we made our minds up even when I went through all of my thoughts out loud. She actually could insert herself in my mind to see my points and needs for our home dimensions and the needs of our child and other family members… in order to help me make the best decision. I’m not indecisive, but I do have many factors to consider (mobility around furniture, confined spaces, need for handicapped pathways to stay unobstructed, childproofing, cleaning options, comfort options, dimensions to accommodate tall people, etc)!!! They have deceptive pricing practices. We bought a couch last Saturday evening. We got home and looked at their website. The same couch we purchased is $200 cheaper on their website. I called the store the next day to have them honor the price. They said they will not price match - even though it’s their own website. This is very deceptive. Customer service is worthless, they don’t even want to hear anything the customer says. I’ve never heard of such a practice of not price matching their own website. This cannot be legal. I will never shop at Ashley or City Furniture again and I would discourage anyone else from shopping there. The salesperson pushes all the extras and even includes it when we say we don’t want it.

They had a great selection of dining room furniture, reasonably priced, and of excellent quality. Our sales lady, Maggie, was wonderful….helpful, professional, and accommodating. Our furniture was delivered the very next day, on time, and with a great crew, who completed the delivery in 15 min.

Do not recommend at all. No one was helpful. I walked the entire store without anyone coming up to me. I went up to 3 people all sitting in the front. The guy didn’t look or say anything to me. The girl who helped me didn’t seem like she wanted to & even asked me to pull up the model on my phone that I was asking if they had it on display. The other girl cussed when someone went over the walkie saying someone needed help.

Replacement of new damaged items is absolutely ridiculous. Waiting for Replacement since February and we still need to wait until the item arrives. They offered a credit to keep the damaged piece. Not good customer service at all. Last time will purchase anything at this store

I went to look for a bedroom set and found the best sales lady by the name of Adriana Aponte. She knew just what we needed and we made a purchase.

Lots of furniture to choose from

I wish I could give 0 stars. We originally spent a LOT of money on 2 new powered couches, a powered chair, a coffee table and a side table. The side table was a floor model that we took home that day as it was in good shape and a great discount (50%). That experience was actually a 5 star experience but Ashley has destroyed all good-will I had for them. About two weeks after taking delivery of our new furniture we decided we needed another side table. I called up Ashley (I spoke to 2 stores) with the model number and ordered what turned out to be the last side table of that model available but they swore it was new in the warehouse. Upon delivery, the reality was quite different, see the photos attached. There is no way this wasn't a floor model they wrapped up and sold to me at full retail rate. My ask was simple, I would accept it at the floor model price - with a young child it won't stay perfect forever - but I shouldn't be paying full price for this item as delivered. Ashley refused but offered to come repair it. Fine. Well, their repair guy came today and was himself shocked at the shape the side table was in. He fixed the bigger issues but was unable to restore the side table to manufacturer specs. There are still numerous visible scratches on the side table. Ashley still won't match the floor model price on this side table. At the end of the day they are giving me a partial refund but they refuse to honor that floor model pricing. It's a shame because the additional $75 I'm asking for, as a matter of principle, that they refuse to honor, will guarantee we never spend another penny with Ashley, City, or any other affiliated furniture companies. So, if you choose to shop at Ashley or City, go in knowing how poorly you will be treated and that they will absolutely try to sell you damaged goods and smile to your face while doing it. Then offer you a small pittance in return knowing they've already lined their pockets with profits. Buyer beware.

Well I hate to do this Please read the updated news below !!! This company has a lot to learn ! My family will not continue to use City Furniture/ Ashley Furniture I have spent lots of money with this company over the last 2 years I was hesitant to go back because their customer service is a challenge God forbid you call the store and try to reach a manager. I went a purchased a desk and asked if it was on sale. I was told no by the sales person and a manager. I purchased everything and when I got home it was over $100 less on their website! Then the fun begins. After trying for 45 minutes to call the store I finally got someone to answer and they told me they never check the online prices. LoL They did credit me but I still feel like this company needs to be a bit more customer centric ! And learn how to answer a phone

very bad experience. I ended it up canceling my order. Pierre was a terrible sales person. Kept pushing to buy the extended warranty and the $500 delivery. At the end he asked how are you paying cash, check or credit card and I asked him about financing he told me it was too late and he didn't think I'll qualify. Extremely disappointed.

Won't be coming back to the Ashley brand. Ordered a dining set paid in full. It's been 5 months and have yet to deliver. They claim supply chain issues but it's a TABLE not a complex piece of machinery or highly sought after electronics. We're in 2022. The supply chain issues by and large are over.

I purchased a couch and a chair back in September of 2020. The one recliner was not functioning properly, I did not complain cause it was still working. In December of 2021, the other recliner broke. I have the extended warranty (3 yrs). It is now the end of May and I am still waiting for my replacements. I was told end of March. I will not purchase from Ashley or City ever again.

Don't buy the protection plan or stain plan. DO NOT fall into the same scam I did. Paid for 3 years and every time something happens to my 9 months old furniture they don't want to cover it they come up w excuses! This was the last straw when I had a stain on my 3k sofa and wrote to them after having the protection and they said sorry I had a day to let them know about the stain! Biggest scam ever. DO NOT purchase the protection plan!

Just wanted to take a few minutes give a shout out to Julian Fletcher and Ashley Furniture in Wellington. I stopped by the store yesterday afternoon looking for a comfortable couch to replace one that had gotten damaged during a stressful move from New Jersey to Florida. I knew what I wanted but I was working within a budget and wasn't sure that I was going to be able to find it. I had seen something online but it looked like it was on backorder and wouldn't be available for a month or two. I asked Julian to check, however, and he looked it up for me and it WAS in stock! Turns out it was in the warehouse but not on the showroom floor but something similar was so I could get an idea about the fabric's feel and texture. Julian was knowledgeable about most items in the store and was professional, thoughtful and patient as I coordinated things with my son who was purchasing the couch on my behalf for me. He truly was the epitome of what someone in a customer service sales position should be! The icing on the cake was learning that my couch was available to be delivered today, just 24 hours later! Even though I did not purchase a mattress from Ashley Furniture, Julian was kind enough to also show me several options while I was there. The couch delivery process was smooth. As promised, I got an email last night at 8:00 p.m. telling me what my delivery window was and was updated on where the delivery truck was and got a phone call and text message when they were nearby. The gentlemen who delivered were courteous and professional. I am delighted to once again have a couch! I am pleased with the style and color that I chose and it's oh, so comfy! Thank you Ashley Furniture and Julian Fletcher for making this whole experience a pleasure!

Public beware! Their warranty is one lie after the next. I purchased an expensive sectional, the reason why we bought it, it was because they sell it as a special material that doesn't rip...They said that if stains or rips and it wasn't able to be removed with the product we were given, they will send a professional to clean and fix it and if they couldn't fix it, they will replace it. 100% a lie.They do not do that, they sent an extremely rude person that walk in and look at the couch and said it was in horrible conditions and that couldn't be fixed. And it wasn't going to be covered. It's is less than a year of purchasing the couch and it's almost paid off at this point because I've been making extra payments,!not only what it isn't required.After arguing over and over with them they said they will send me new covers. I only got some of the covers.Please do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else. They don't stick to their promise, completely unethical company.I will never buy there again.

Had a bed frame delivered and several pieces were damaged. They wanted to give 10% discount, $200 gift card or make me wait a month and a half for replacement pieces. Should get minimum 15 - 20%. So for $100 they will be losing a customer. I spent $4,500 with them. Also, they gave me two bags of the same hardware so I was missing one. Had to spend $30 at home depot on hardware to put the bed together. Unacceptable. I will be going back to El Dorado.

Pierre helped us find the perfect living room and dining room set. Took his time with us, we never felt rushed and he took our interest into consideration. Raymond helped in the end with financing. Overall great experience.

We ordered a buffet sideboard and came incomplete and in bad condition and they do not want us give us a refund when is totally their fault. They want us to wait for more than one month to do an exchange. That is unacceptable and bad customer service! If you can't fulfill an order you should give the money back! We never will buy from them again!

The inventory was limited due to container ships that are not able to unload at our coast, but SAM was able to help me find what I need. Buyers beware. We'd like to give a zero rating ! We purchased a sectional from Ashley and bought a 5 year service contract. Within a three year period we called to report that the couch did not wear well. We have no children or animals. The entire couch frayed. It was a beige linenType fabric. Customer service would not file a claim because of this. However if we lied or spilled wine over the entire couch maybe we'd be protected. Really?! Ashley uses inferior products. Do yourself a huge favor: save your money and go to another store that stands behind their products and isn't looking to rip off the little guy! We are truly disgusted !PS this furniture was purchased in Monkey Junction NC

The service received from the store was excellent. However, when the furniture was delivered my 75 yr old mother in law asked the men if they could take my daughters lightweight bed frame down to the garage and their answer to her was it was her responsibility to clear out the room. The room was cleared out except for the frame. Needless to say they missed out on a nice tip.

I must say it took months and alot of aggrevation to get everything. Ordered a kitchen table and chairs. They kept giving me dates when it would arrive.No one answered the phones so I had to go in person quite a few times. Story ends when I canceled the order. Then I had ordered a new dinning room set. That took longer then said but finally came.Lastly I ordered a new couch.That actually came on time. After asking they even threw me a bone.Five of six promised pillows.Never got the sixth.I am not wealthy by any means. So if you buy really watch.They did give me my money back quickly for the canceled kitchen table.

I walked into the Ashley Show Room @ the Wellington Green Mall this morning knowing exactly what I wanted in a recliner that I had seen elsewhere & found on the Ashley website. As my luck would have it, they didn’t have the one I saw on the website on the floor of any of their show rooms, No, but they did have the next level up which I liked even better. It came in a very nice rich looking brown leather. The one I thought I wanted only comes in black or white so I was very happy to find an even nicer model in the exact color I really wanted to start with. The sales rep. who assisted me was great and very helpful. He was able to get me the internet price instead of the in store price and I feel I got a really good deal. My thanks & appreciation go out to Adrian Belen, Ashley sale rep.

Hello I went to Ashley Home Store in Wellington Florida today looking for a Sectional and my friend for a dining set. The sales man Ramon and Michael were great but the manager Sascha was horrible. A lot of misunderstanding with the discount. I would not recommend my family to go there..

Nothing like having the salesman tell you a protection plan covers any accidents or damage only to find out you need to know the exact moment and cause of the stain. If you answer the questions wrong from the TECH then you are screwed. You are also(via text) told read the fine print so you're more educated. Didn't know I had to read fine print prior to entering the store to make sure my Salesperson isn't lying to me. DO NOT pay for protection plan and if you do just say you spilled a known substance and the exact time and day you did it.

When we first walked in to Ashley furniture we had no intention of buying anything. We were there only to look. After about seven or eight minutes somebody came over and acknowledged us and told us that they would get a sales person to help us. I didn’t mind that they weren’t there when we entered the store in fact I was quite grateful that we were able to look by ourselves for a while. After a minute into a gentleman by the name of Antony came over and offered to assist us. I can’t begin to tell you the amazing service he gave us. Had a great experience in showroom with salesperson - selecting items that were in stock, ready to be delivered. Day before delivery was told item (required to assemble bed) was backordered. They wanted to deliver without the ability to assemble. Manager was not helpful. Order was canceled. I did get the refund quickly (if that us a consolation)

A few months ago my husband and I browsed the Wellinton Mall store and Pierre was so helpful although at the time we were not ready to make the purchase. Pierre was my sales advisor. He was very educated and I enjoyed my experience. Will definitely recommend Ashley to my family and friends. The only disappointment I had was that they advertised 20% off all furniture for the Labor Day Weekend, but of course the one I chose was not discounted. They reel you in but then use the excuse that they already discounted the piece.

Because I have nothing better to do with my life but call them over and over again until someone gets back to me.

Things have been hard with the pandemic and despite associates spaced out, once a sales rep was directed my way it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with my sales rep Pierre. Made sure I got the best price and best time scheduled for delivery.

I went to the West Palm Beach store on an appointment this afternoon I was greeted nicely but then when I explained what I needed the lady proceeded to tell me that they do not carry that item any longer and they haven’t for months basically shut me down and have nothing else to say even though I told her I wanted to still look at something similar and that I was also looking for in tables and coffee tables. She did not offer to show me another couch or a table or in table she just said call them meaning ASHLY corporate to ask them information she just shut down completely. So I proceeded to call around Palm Beach County and I spoke with Gabby in the Wellington Ashley’s furniture who proceeded to tell me that they did not carry that item either but she would show me something similar she was very nice showed me a lot of love and she jumped through hoops to get my furniture and she was also able to get the couch that I wanted and the coffee table that I wanted even though it wasn’t in the store it was online and she was able to order it for me and she did everything I wanted. I’m giving four stars only because of the West Palm Beach store should get zero stars but the Wellington gets five

Wow, my family bought 2 love seats at this location. When they were installed they were extremely big for the space, they arrived late at night and were installed by the workers. By the next day after work we decided that it was better to try to return and maybe exchange for something smaller. We called the customer service they said 72 hours return policy, they directed us to the customer service for the store. This stores customer service was closed by that time. We called 8am as soon as they opened the next morning and they said they don't return anything after 24 hours of delivery. So we're stuck with them. Horrible experience. HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY.

Sales person was nice enough- I came in tried 3 or 4 mattresses and made a purchase for about $1200 for a mattress and base. I also paid for mattress removal. The first delivery people came and dumped my mattress and ran out of my house leaving the front door open at which time my toddler ran into the street. They didn&'t even announce they were leaving! Would absolutely fire those people. What&'s more was that they refused to haul away my old mattress saying they don&'t have a cover for it. Umm what?? It&'s in my order- you haul away. Never had this much of a problem w any other delivery service. Furthermore my base was not available until a month and a half later. When those delivery people got there they sighed bc the bed was already up and we had a mattress on. Yea we do- I&'ve been waiting on the base for over 6 weeks. Where were we suppose to sleep? They took the mattress off, put the base on and placed the mattress back on top and fled out of the house. Didn&'t take the base downstairs, didn&'t haul away the base or the old mattress. I ran after them asking why they didn&'t take my mattress - I&'m suppose to get haul away. They shouted that there&'s no room on their truck and someone else should have taken it away.

The first delivery people came and dumped my mattress and ran out of my house leaving the front door open at which time my toddler ran into the street. They didn't even announce they were leaving! Would absolutely fire those people. What's more was that they refused to haul away my old mattress saying they don't have a cover for it. Umm what?? It's in my order- you haul away. Never had this much of a problem w any other delivery service. Furthermore my base was not available until a month and a half later. When those delivery people got there they sighed bc the bed was already up and we had a mattress on. Yea we do- I've been waiting on the base for over 6 weeks. Where were we suppose to sleep? They took the mattress off, put the base on and placed the mattress back on top and fled out of the house. Didn't take the base downstairs, didn't haul away the base or the old mattress. I ran after them asking why they didn't take my mattress - I'm suppose to get haul away. They shouted that there's no room on their truck and someone else should have taken it away.

UPDATE: They called me 15 minutes from arrival time and said it was damaged on the truck and they have to reschedule. Third attempt to delivery a simple bed. I went on Black Friday and purchased a new bed set. They set the delivery up for Saturday. So I had to get rid of my old one as I didn't have room for them to set the new one up with the old one in the room. I waited three hours as I was one of the last stops. They deliver the new bed and it was the wrong one so they took it back. They said I would get a call in 10 minutes no call for over an hour so I called them. The driver didn't close out the ticket like they were suppose to so I had to wait for the rep to call back another hour later. Once she did the next available delivery time was Thursday. So now I am sleeping on the floor until then. They mess up the order so why do I have to wait. It should have been a priority to correct the problem. I called the store and it goes to voice mail and no one called back. Bad experience. Will not go back.

We are furnishing a new home. Ashley has helped keep price point fairly reasonable and delivery the people did a nice job. Still working on getting some minor damages sorted out. However they are professional to deal with.

Do Not buy from the Wellington store! The sales people are great. They listen to your needs and give you great options to choose from. The Delivery guys....well thats a whole other story. Very unprofessional! They will literally argue with you about things that the sales people promised. And if you piss them off right out the gate they do everthing in their power to barely put together your furniture. We bought a entire bedroom suite for about $6500 and 4 months into it our bed has collapsed. Come to find out, after taking our bed apart, they did not screw in all the screws. We were so excited to purchase this furniture because we had never had a matching bedroom set before. They have completely ruined the experience for us. When they delivered the furniture, one of the guys who barely spoke any english was upset because we had left the old mattress in the room. We were told that they would be taking it with them. While putting together the bed that same gentlemen dropped the side rails on the ground and ruined the edges. The second & third drawers of the dresser were not put together correctly. The drawer rails fell right off into the drawers below and the night stands rock back and forth. We called and took pictures that day and sent them to customer service and still have not heard a word out of them. They left debris in our living and my wife stepped on a staple that went through her foot. Needless to say we will not be purchasing anymore furniture from Ashley. Very disappointed! Its ashame because we are getting ready to replace all the furniture in the house. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

From the moment we walked in until the furniture was delivered, we were treated great! I've never had such a great furniture buying experience. Our salesman was awesome too. Never pushy and great with my kids. The whole family absolutely loves the sectional we purchased. The delivery guys were amazing too. Offered to move the sectional to a different spot, etc. All around great experience. I would definitely recommend. :)

Terrible experience. After many years of satisfaction with Ashley furniture it was the first place we went to purchase a new couch. Everything went great until they delivered the wrong couch configuration twice over the course of a week. Everyone we spoke with blamed someone else in another department and ultimately nobody could figure it out. After a full week of delivery errors and frustration we decided to take our business somewhere else. To top it all off Wes (not Weston) hung up on my wife when she finally had enough and cancelled the order. Oh, and I paid with a credit card but instead of reversing the charge or issuing a credit they decided to mail me a check 10 days later that was $60 short. Classy. We went somewhere else and bought a better quality couch that was delivered on a weekend within 24 hours. Maybe it is just the Wellington mall location but we’ll never be back again. YMMV.

Salesman was very patient and seemed knowledgeable, however he did not explain that when I purchased 3 year in service plan, that the mechanism for the lift would not be covered. I would like a refund for the policy because I assumed it would be covered. Upon going back to store, I was told by assistant manager thst the motor was covered. What are the best customer service experiences I can remember. They were extremely helpful and patient with me and my daughter. Comfortable atmosphere and help was available when needed but we weren’t pressured like many other similar stores do.

This is the worst place , I was going to buy furniture here but our friends just brought from here and they had the worst experience ever.They brought a sleeper and it broke on the first using it and before that even happen. When they deliver the furniture they scratched their wall and stairs. The coffee table came broken.It has barely been over a month and they are trying to get it replace and the company is tell them they HAVE to pay $50 in CASH which is so shady, to get someone to check it out .This is a company that you should never spend your hard earned money on.

The service provided by Wes and Omar was great in helping me decided what new sectional would make the best gift for my mother. The experience all felt very natural and personal and at no point did I ever feel pressured into making a purchase. After looking locally for furniture, we decided to try Ashley Furniture in Wellington. Our experience with our salesman, Jerry was excellent. He was knowledgeable and allowed us to look around without hovering. We found furniture we liked and spent 10 minutes or so dickering with Jerry to finalize a price. We paid immediately and arranged to have the furniture delivered the day after. Furniture arrived as stated, it was unwrapped and prepped by their movers. Within 1-day we noted a strange noise coming from the couch when sitting down. The frame of the couch actually creaked when anyone sat down, and no one in the family is in any way obese. Over the course of a coupe weeks, we noted that the back of the couch was unstable. We noted that the vertical frame supports that are in the back of the couch had come free from the frame and were pushing the fabric on the back of the couch out. An ottoman we purchased also had issues. The upholstery was loose and the foam top of the ottoman was crooked. A phone call to customer service revealed very quickly that once the sale is done, Ashley couldn't care less about their customers. two phone calls to get someone on the phone. The wait times are incredibly long, more than 30 minutes the first call, second was even longer. When I described the problem to the very bored-sounding customer service rep, I was told they would put a work order in. Nothing else. I was told to wait for a call. A third call was made to the store where I spoke to Jerry, our salesman. He stated he saw that a work order had been completed, I just had to wait for a rep to come out to the house. After almost two weeks from the initial call, a repairman came out. He stated the frame was coming apart on the couch and, "it is unsafe for your family to sit on. It can collapse". He said the ottoman needed all new upholstery. The repairman stated that he would order the upholstery, though could not tell us where it would be delivered to. A phone call later in the day from Ashley and we were told that our replacement couch would be delivered a week later. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, stayed home all day waiting. At 5pm I called customer service. After an hour wait to speak to someone and several times being placed on hold I was told the couch was never scheduled to be delivered. Was apologized to 12 times and no one could tell me how this happened. I was then told that they would deliver the couch the next day "Sometime after 5pm". At 11pm the next day. Yes, I said ELEVEN AT NIGHT, the. Couch showed up. Hoping that this ridiculousness is over. Ashley furniture has horrible customer service. They don't care about you once they get paid. There is no investment from the company or its employees to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner. I even called the Wellington store manager to get this addressed. I got more apologies and an empty promise to call me back. Be very wary of this company. I will not be using Ashley or City Furniture for any future furniture needs. I will also NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone I know. I've seen better customer service at a Taco Bell at 3 Update Still waiting for the ottoman to be repaired. The parts needed were not correct and now that the correct cushion and upholstery are here, no one seems to want to return calls or messages. The couch that was delivered lasted a week before it began creaking. Just like last time. Once again, the frame itself is the issue. It is loose and there's play in it. Waiting for email from "Kate". I will keep everyone updated.

I was allowed to exchange a firm (hard as a table) proadapt for medium firmness thinking that it would be just right. Now my lower back sinks in while the rest of my body is on rigid foam. How can such an expensive mattress be SO HORRIBLE?? This store has a NO RETURN policy. This is really unfair as now I have a useless mattress and lost $2,400. Stay away from any store that sells TEMPUR-PEDIC. They know these mattresses are bad and continue to sell them. WHAT A SCAM! So much for COMFORT GUARANTEE. . After my first review above I contacted "Kate" and after back and forth emails and still they are adamant that the mattress is ok, so still no refund. . . so they gave me the option to do a return with fees (new delivery, exchange and/ or restocking fees). After emailing them yesterday that I will go ahead and do a return and try to buy something with my credit, I am still waiting for a response as to what to do. I had done a charge dispute ( I paid most of it with credit carwhich I am not ending unless they give me an adequate response. I can't trust this company anymore. A no return policy is not customer friendly at all. Please, someone from Ashley HOMESTORE- let me know what is going on. Do I need to call? I like things in writing. I want this over already. Mattress buying should not be such a nightmare. Update- 8/18/19- I have reconsidered my decision to return as the terms don't seem fair and I really don't want to take a chance on selecting furniture that looks and feels great in the showroom but then what is delivered looks or feels different. I had a fantastic experience at the Ashley Homestore in Wellington. The Assistant Manager, Junior, helped me find what I needed, and helped me get financing. I went into the store just to look around and get idea of prices, but to my surprise I left with a new sectional and dining room furniture all within my price range. I highly recommend them!!

We have been buying furniture from Ashley for years successfully - our latest experience is a nightmare that hasn’t ended We bought a motorized love seat recliner and when it was delivered the workmanship we evidently terrible - because of no refund policy we were forced to try another one. The replacement that was delivered had a broken back. We were given the choice of keeping the broken shoddy love seat or selecting something else as there was no other love seat in that price point It took hours of waiting on the phone to reach supervisors who were indifferent to the dilemma we confronted in being forced to accept an obviously shoddy product or choose another piece of furniture we didn’t want or need because of a no refund policy even when the product was rejected the moment it was delivered. First - No issue with sales staff. Jerry was great. Second - Customer service and quality of furniture is horrific. Couch falling apart within days of delivery. Frame within the couch was falling apart. Upholstery on ottoman was falling apart. It took weeks to get someone to come out to evaluate the issues. Another week to arrange for replacement. Home all day, no delivery. On the phone waiting for customer service for over an hour. Was told either "I apologize" or "I'm sorry" no less than 12 times. They never scheduled the delivery. Made multiple calls to voice my concern and got the same excuses. Spoke with the GM at the Wellington store. He took my number and promised to call me. Never did. At 10:43 pm the delivery men arrived to deliver the couch. Almost ELEVEN AT NIGHT. Ive had better service from Taco Bell at 3am on a weekend. They don't stand behind their products nor do they provide customer service. Don't expect ANYTHING other than empty apologies and they continue to tell you they will look into the issue. Never ever will I recommend your store or your products.

I had a fairly decent experience in the store with the salesperson. His name was Todd. I’d asked about a reclining black or dark gray models. Unfortunately most of the models that they had were brown. But Todd was great! Attentive, patient and helpful. I ultimately bought a sectional that was not exactly what I wanted but was as close as they offered. Now I get a text that addresses me as “customer name” thanks me for choosing “location name” just as I’ve written. It doesn’t know my name or where I shipped which comes off a lazy or dysfunctional.

Fred was really helpful in getting info so I could speak to my husband later that day since he was out of town. No one was ever pushy like some sales people are since they get commission and I really appreciate that! Michael helped me to complete my order since Fred wasn’t available, and was more than happy to still give Fred credit. Not all people would do that. Michael went over all of the different options to make sure I understood the warranties. The furniture was delivered within the timeframe which was nice. I like that Ashley/City Furniture has a tracker to see which stop the delivery guys were at so you weren’t waiting for hours wondering when your order would arrive. The furniture arrived and it was placed exactly where I wanted it. I look forward to future (I hope, lol) furniture!

I had such a wonderful experience dealing with Fred from the Wellington store. Fred assisted me with filing a claim with the warranty department on my broken/ripped couch.

On 05/27/2019 I went to Ashley Furniture and met Mr Wesner Sainvil. I just came from another Ashley but decided to stop by that one just in case they might have something more interesting. Mr Wesner Sainvil presented himself and made me feel welcome. He was very attentive and find a way to provide me a better deal on the same furniture I saw 30 minutes ago in a different Ashley location. He was creative by making balloons for my sons in their favorite color. I had a great experience, he was patience and very professional. I ended buying more than I intended too. Everything was done in less then a hour. That is what I call good customer service.

I was greeted by Mya when I walked in, a very nice and knowledgeable sales associate. Told her what I wanted, a new recliner, no leather or power. We began going around the store to test out the various recliners they had on display. I settled on the Nimmons recliner the last one I looked at. Mya was very patient and knowledgeable about all the products she showed me. I financed for 6 months so I could get 35% off the price as that was the special they were running. Mya was also quick getting me financed and setting up delivery for the next day. I was very satisfied with my experience at Ashley as this was the first time shopping in one of their stores and I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes for me to get a new living room set for my house.

Do not buy anything from these people. I recently purchased a sectional "on sale" from the Wellington store. They were more than willing to sell me the couch, but getting them to deliver it is a different story. They didn't have the common courtesy to tell me that half of the couch is on backorder until I was within the three hour delivery window. Sorry doesn't cut it, as I had already gotten rid of my old couch. I am typing this as I stare at my empty living room. Still waiting. . . . . . Their salesman have the morality of car salesmen. I would rate them below zero stars if I could. By the way, this is the first negative review I have ever posted of a business. And they earned it.

Update: Just found out he opened a second Ashley credit card when I already had one open and active. After I advised I had a credit card already, he said it would’ve closed with 6 months of no activity. So I now have two different Ashely credit cards....watch out & make sure you actually give permission to have your credit ran! Wes made this the best furniture shopping experience! He laid out all my options and clear prices. There was no pressure to make a decision, he took his time with my mom and I. Very respectful! Also, got an amazing deal!!

We purchased a new couch over Mother’s Day weekend, and the entire experience was great. Jerry answered every question and was honest and up front with every answer. I just purchased $10,000 worth of furniture at the store in Wellington Florida. I am 53 and through all those years Mr. Wesner Sainvil provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have a Quality Engineering degree so I know quality customer service when I see it! This gentleman seems to have what it takes to be considered for management positions. FRED GUEVARA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL

Very good service. Came within a 3 hour window which was texted on delivery day. Driver called 1/2 hour ahead. Delivery men set up bed and frame in a very efficient manor. Area was clean and neat when they finished. Very professional.

I bought two bed frames including head board and foot board. I like the quality and the look. It’s just what I wanted and the price was right. The delivery gentlemen were on time, quick, efficient and made sure I was happy with the set up before they left.

if i can give this zero stars i would.I have never waited over a month and 10 days for a bed set which as of today i still do not have. The delivery guys came and dropped off the mattress and when we asked them are you putting the bed together they looked at each other and said what bed. I called customer service in which they advised me there is a few parts that are on back order were going to have to reschedule, first off your company never bothered calling me to even tell me the parts were on back ordered i had to find out the day they came and only dropped off the mattress. The 2nd thing that got me even more upset was we reschedule for this sunday coming up cause they assured me all the parts would be there, i again got a phone call saying we can deliver half the bed on sunday and when the other part is available well ship that to your home not only did i have to pay delivery for a product that didnt show up when it was supposed to now i have to wait even longer almost a month and 3 weeks with out a bed. i have lost faith in this company.

I ordered a sofa, love seat, and a coffee table back in January. We were told it would take about 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. Which we were completely fine with. However I received my bill a month later but nothing to show for it. The sofa and love seat were backordered with no new ETA. I'm in the customer service business and I was fine with it. Things happen. Until, I received no update and I had to call myself to find a date. Here it is March 19th. The day my love seat only is supposed to be delivered because my sofa is still backordered. I have a time frame between 12:30-3:30. I get a call at 12:41pm that the driver is 30 minutes out. As it's reached an hour and I finally get a call that the driver is IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!! Remind you I was outside for about 15 minutes in the rain and there was no one in front of my home. I let the driver know he was at the wrong house, he hung up and that's the last I heard from anyone. I finally called the store to find out that my product has been backordered yet again. I received a phone call the night prior to confirm, I received a tracking email the night prior, as I tracked the guy today his truck randomly disappeared from the screen. The only thing this company was able to tell me is "I'm sorry" and would give me a $50 gift card which wouldn't buy anything in that store. The ONLY product I have to show for this bill I'm paying on is a coffee table! I have called this company numerous amounts of times. For a delivery date, for a back order date, for another delivery date, and now again to find out my stuff will not be delivererd today. I "supposedly" will have my love seat and sofa on the 31st. However I was also supposed to have it on March 2nd and now March 19th. After this, I will NOT be shopping back at this store! Horrible!

Overall my experience was okay. I dealt with a few lovely sales associates/ managers ; Fred,Wes, & Shelby. I placed an special order item which I knew would take time to recieve but when the order could not be delivered because it was discontinued I got no feedback pertaining to that issue so I ended up waiting almost 2 months. I had to call the store and check on my order and when I did I was updated and given a few options. In the end my old order was canceled and I ended up recording something else and it was delivered within 3 days. The return process was smooth and pain free which I greatly appreciated.
