I purchased a sleeper sofa on June 1, it was delivered damaged. They arranged for it to be exchanged, and the second sofa arrived 6/21 also damaged. I asked for a refund and was told I didn’t qualify for a refund because I allowed the driver to leave the sofa in My Home. Was I supposed to check for damage on the truck? And don’t fall for the 24 hours to go over your purchase because that doesn’t qualify for a refund either. Apparently, Ashley does not have a refund policy. At least that is what I was told by the customer care manager. After receiving the second damaged sofa, I made a point to say this is not what I purchased in store, which is damaged goods. I was told I did receive what I purchased, which was a sofa sleeper. Unreal! Needless to say, I now await my third sofa. INSPECT everything before the driver leaves!! Oh.. did I mention I paid for premium delivery. I received a call prior to my delivery, telling me that my furniture was being inspected before it was being brought to my home.

Jackie has been so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process of picking out a couch! She was so knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back for her help.

I wish I could say the same about the young man that delivered over couch, his truck marked all over our couch, also leaving their dirty hands mark on our light color couch. I would never use him again if I ever come back to this Ashley for anything. My rug they didn't even roll in up they just crush it up like it’s from the dumpster. I am very disappointed in the delivery guys. They were quick the collect my $200 for the delivery. When I asked him to position the couch how I want it and I was thinking of how I wanted it TJ told me he have to leave. So I just give him his $200 and let him get out of my home. The next day I had to call a cleaning company to come in and clean my couch because of how they marked it up and use their dirty hands on my couch. Our couch was clean and look so beautiful when we saw it in the store.

Alex Mosley is an incredible and resourceful advisor for our family and represents their store extremely well with the utmost professionalism combined with expert advice and care for our needs being at the forefront of our interactions. We've lived in Florida for over 5 years and have been coming back specifically to Alex for each purchase and improvement to our home, and he treats us like honored members of the Ashley family whether in-store or communicating updates to us via email. My family and I had a very, very bad experience at Ashely Furniture in the Wellington Mall. We went here to buy some new recliners for our living room. The sales representative, Risaira, sat us down and showed us several different chairs. Finally, she shows us a chair that we find to be very comfortable, she tells us the price is $700, writes an invoice, and we purchase the chairs. Turns out the price was actually $1,200 and she was looking at the completely wrong product when she told us the price. The wrong product was delivered to our house and we had to return it. The store manager, customer service reps, and sales reps were very rude and did nothing to make the situation better. We wasted 5 hours of our life with Ashley. We will never shop here again. UPDATE: Someone called me and tried to give me a small gift card to change/edit my review, but would not address the real issue. This company is incredibly unprofessional.

I was looking for the Ashley store and my maps took me to City furniture, I went in and was greeted very nicely by a lady named Hilbo, She took me upstairs to the Ashley area and found out what I was interested in and took her time with me and after an hour or so I walked out at the store after purchasing exactly what I wanted. First time ever I shopped at a big name furniture store and with service like that it will not be the last time.

They have deceptive pricing practices. We bought a couch last Saturday evening. We got home and looked at their website. The same couch we purchased is $200 cheaper on their website. I called the store the next day to have them honor the price. They said they will not price match - even though it’s their own website. This is very deceptive. Customer service is worthless, they don’t even want to hear anything the customer says. I’ve never heard of such a practice of not price matching their own website. This cannot be legal. I will never shop at Ashley or City Furniture again and I would discourage anyone else from shopping there. The salesperson pushes all the extras and even includes it when we say we don’t want it.

I needed a new couch and bed for myself for the house i just purchased. Dario helped me find a great reclining sofa for my living room. Do not recommend at all. No one was helpful. I walked the entire store without anyone coming up to me. I went up to 3 people all sitting in the front. The guy didn’t look or say anything to me. The girl who helped me didn’t seem like she wanted to & even asked me to pull up the model on my phone that I was asking if they had it on display. The other girl cussed when someone went over the walkie saying someone needed help.

Replacement of new damaged items is absolutely ridiculous. Waiting for Replacement since February and we still need to wait until the item arrives. They offered a credit to keep the damaged piece. Not good customer service at all. Last time will purchase anything at this store

I wish I could give 0 stars. We originally spent a LOT of money on 2 new powered couches, a powered chair, a coffee table and a side table. The side table was a floor model that we took home that day as it was in good shape and a great discount (50%). That experience was actually a 5 star experience but Ashley has destroyed all good-will I had for them. About two weeks after taking delivery of our new furniture we decided we needed another side table. I called up Ashley (I spoke to 2 stores) with the model number and ordered what turned out to be the last side table of that model available but they swore it was new in the warehouse. Upon delivery, the reality was quite different, see the photos attached. There is no way this wasn't a floor model they wrapped up and sold to me at full retail rate. My ask was simple, I would accept it at the floor model price - with a young child it won't stay perfect forever - but I shouldn't be paying full price for this item as delivered. Ashley refused but offered to come repair it. Fine. Well, their repair guy came today and was himself shocked at the shape the side table was in. He fixed the bigger issues but was unable to restore the side table to manufacturer specs. There are still numerous visible scratches on the side table. Ashley still won't match the floor model price on this side table. At the end of the day they are giving me a partial refund but they refuse to honor that floor model pricing. It's a shame because the additional $75 I'm asking for, as a matter of principle, that they refuse to honor, will guarantee we never spend another penny with Ashley, City, or any other affiliated furniture companies. So, if you choose to shop at Ashley or City, go in knowing how poorly you will be treated and that they will absolutely try to sell you damaged goods and smile to your face while doing it. Then offer you a small pittance in return knowing they've already lined their pockets with profits. Buyer beware.

Jermaine Jones was an excellent salesman that listened to what our needs were and found us exactly what we wanted. He was patient and has a wonderful personality. 10 out of 10 experience. We had gone to another store just prior to Ashley and did not have a great experience and left because of it. I’m glad we went to Ashley furniture and met Jermaine as he literally made our day. I highly recommend going to Ashley and ask for Jermaine.

Won't be coming back to the Ashley brand. Ordered a dining set paid in full. It's been 5 months and have yet to deliver. They claim supply chain issues but it's a TABLE not a complex piece of machinery or highly sought after electronics. We're in 2022. The supply chain issues by and large are over.

I purchased a couch and a chair back in September of 2020. The one recliner was not functioning properly, I did not complain cause it was still working. In December of 2021, the other recliner broke. I have the extended warranty (3 yrs). It is now the end of May and I am still waiting for my replacements. I was told end of March. I will not purchase from Ashley or City ever again.

Just wanted to take a few minutes give a shout out to Julian Fletcher and Ashley Furniture in Wellington. I stopped by the store yesterday afternoon looking for a comfortable couch to replace one that had gotten damaged during a stressful move from New Jersey to Florida. I knew what I wanted but I was working within a budget and wasn't sure that I was going to be able to find it. I had seen something online but it looked like it was on backorder and wouldn't be available for a month or two. I asked Julian to check, however, and he looked it up for me and it WAS in stock! Turns out it was in the warehouse but not on the showroom floor but something similar was so I could get an idea about the fabric's feel and texture. Julian was knowledgeable about most items in the store and was professional, thoughtful and patient as I coordinated things with my son who was purchasing the couch on my behalf for me. He truly was the epitome of what someone in a customer service sales position should be! The icing on the cake was learning that my couch was available to be delivered today, just 24 hours later! Even though I did not purchase a mattress from Ashley Furniture, Julian was kind enough to also show me several options while I was there. The couch delivery process was smooth. As promised, I got an email last night at 8:00 p.m. telling me what my delivery window was and was updated on where the delivery truck was and got a phone call and text message when they were nearby. The gentlemen who delivered were courteous and professional. I am delighted to once again have a couch! I am pleased with the style and color that I chose and it's oh, so comfy! Thank you Ashley Furniture and Julian Fletcher for making this whole experience a pleasure!

Horrible quality. Couch completely broke less than a month after buying. Customer service did not help at all. Left with a piece of trash that was expensive.

The experience was painless, The salesman Andreas was very nice. We picked out a table went through finance and bam we were done. He explained everything we needed to know and left us with no questions. 10 out of 10. Would go back.

Had a bed frame delivered and several pieces were damaged. They wanted to give 10% discount, $200 gift card or make me wait a month and a half for replacement pieces. Should get minimum 15 - 20%. So for $100 they will be losing a customer. I spent $4,500 with them. Also, they gave me two bags of the same hardware so I was missing one. Had to spend $30 at home depot on hardware to put the bed together. Unacceptable. I will be going back to El Dorado.

We ordered a buffet sideboard and came incomplete and in bad condition and they do not want us give us a refund when is totally their fault. They want us to wait for more than one month to do an exchange. That is unacceptable and bad customer service! If you can't fulfill an order you should give the money back! We never will buy from them again!

Guys delivered scratched up dresser that took 5 months to be delivered. I didn’t notice the scratches until a few weeks later (I know that’s on me) but nevertheless, this is what I got.

Juan Morales at store #18 helped us and he was amazing. This handsome salesman helped us get the price we hoped for and helped us devise a plan for delivery despite our more complicated situation. He had us laughing and made the entire purchase smooth, fun, and pleasurable.

The service received from the store was excellent. However, when the furniture was delivered my 75 yr old mother in law asked the men if they could take my daughters lightweight bed frame down to the garage and their answer to her was it was her responsibility to clear out the room. The room was cleared out except for the frame. Needless to say they missed out on a nice tip.

I must say it took months and alot of aggrevation to get everything. Ordered a kitchen table and chairs. They kept giving me dates when it would arrive.No one answered the phones so I had to go in person quite a few times. Story ends when I canceled the order. Then I had ordered a new dinning room set. That took longer then said but finally came.Lastly I ordered a new couch.That actually came on time. After asking they even threw me a bone.Five of six promised pillows.Never got the sixth.I am not wealthy by any means. So if you buy really watch.They did give me my money back quickly for the canceled kitchen table.

I walked into the Ashley Show Room @ the Wellington Green Mall this morning knowing exactly what I wanted in a recliner that I had seen elsewhere & found on the Ashley website. As my luck would have it, they didn’t have the one I saw on the website on the floor of any of their show rooms, No, but they did have the next level up which I liked even better. It came in a very nice rich looking brown leather. The one I thought I wanted only comes in black or white so I was very happy to find an even nicer model in the exact color I really wanted to start with. The sales rep. who assisted me was great and very helpful. He was able to get me the internet price instead of the in store price and I feel I got a really good deal. My thanks & appreciation go out to Adrian Belen, Ashley sale rep.

When we first walked in to Ashley furniture we had no intention of buying anything. We were there only to look. After about seven or eight minutes somebody came over and acknowledged us and told us that they would get a sales person to help us. I didn’t mind that they weren’t there when we entered the store in fact I was quite grateful that we were able to look by ourselves for a while. After a minute into a gentleman by the name of Antony came over and offered to assist us. I can’t begin to tell you the amazing service he gave us. We told him what we needed and what we wanted and he found the perfect chair. I have back and neck issues and I needed something that would address those since I spend most of my time sitting in the chair. Anthony was not only fair but he was a true gentleman. He worked on the least expensive way for us to make the purchase based on our needs. By the time we left we had not only purchased the seating but we made a new friend. And as we got in the car I looked at my husband and said “You should hire Antony. He would be a great employee. That’s the kind of customer service I like

Had a great experience in showroom with salesperson - selecting items that were in stock, ready to be delivered. Day before delivery was told item (required to assemble bed) was backordered. They wanted to deliver without the ability to assemble. Manager was not helpful. Order was canceled. I did get the refund quickly (if that us a consolation)

I love Ashley furniture. Have purchased multiple times in the past and like the furniture. Our sales associate was incredibly helpful. I believe his name was Dario. He went above and beyond to get us the best savings. We are very grateful.

A few months ago my husband and I browsed the Wellinton Mall store and Pierre was so helpful although at the time we were not ready to make the purchase. I went back to the store solo today and of course I asked for Pierre who was once again so helpful. I made the selection and we completed the full transaction sitting on a couch in the showroom. Could not have been a more relaxing and easy purchase. This is my 3rd Ashley store purchase and I just love this place. Its always so beautiful and I find just what I love. Thank you!

I have previously visited this store a few months ago, walked around for 3 hours and not one associate greeted me. This time, as we walked in the door we were greeted! Krystal, was amazing and helped us with everything we needed.

They are by far the worst furniture store. I purchased a bed in early April it didn’t come in tell the beginning of May but to my surprise it came in with cracks. I called to get it exchanged and I got switch over from one person. To the next. And then they told me it would be in in another 3 weeks. And then I got an email two days before delivery telling me that one piece is missing. And now I’m still waiting on the rest of my bed. They don’t answer phones. They don’t respond to emails. It’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was expecting to get a call back. They called me back 3 days later at 7 AM and didn’t even bother to leave a direct phone number; they left the same number for customer service leaving me to jump into more hoops.

Things have been hard with the pandemic and despite associates spaced out, once a sales rep was directed my way it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with my sales rep Pierre. Made sure I got the best price and best time scheduled for delivery.

I went to the West Palm Beach store on an appointment this afternoon I was greeted nicely but then when I explained what I needed the lady proceeded to tell me that they do not carry that item any longer and they haven’t for months basically shut me down and have nothing else to say even though I told her I wanted to still look at something similar and that I was also looking for in tables and coffee tables. She did not offer to show me another couch or a table or in table she just said call them meaning ASHLY corporate to ask them information she just shut down completely. So I proceeded to call around Palm Beach County and I spoke with Gabby in the Wellington Ashley’s furniture who proceeded to tell me that they did not carry that item either but she would show me something similar she was very nice showed me a lot of love and she jumped through hoops to get my furniture and she was also able to get the couch that I wanted and the coffee table that I wanted even though it wasn’t in the store it was online and she was able to order it for me and she did everything I wanted. I’m giving four stars only because of the West Palm Beach store should get zero stars but the Wellington gets five

Wow, my family bought 2 love seats at this location. When they were installed they were extremely big for the space, they arrived late at night and were installed by the workers. By the next day after work we decided that it was better to try to return and maybe exchange for something smaller. We called the customer service they said 72 hours return policy, they directed us to the customer service for the store. This stores customer service was closed by that time. We called 8am as soon as they opened the next morning and they said they don't return anything after 24 hours of delivery. So we're stuck with them. Horrible experience. HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY.

This is the WORSE furniture company. My master bedroom support broke when we were sleeping ! We could get hurt. The support for the mattress came with only 3 tiny slats for a king size bed. Very upset with ASHLEY FURNITURE

Beware!!!!! Ashley HomeStore is owned by City Furniture. I noticed and I went to pick up my brand new desk. Upon opening the box it was severely damaged beyond repair and I was told they have a "No Return Policy" and that they are willing to send me a gift card for $100 or a repairman. I will never ever buy from this sorry, pathetic, organization again. I will lose my money, but I learned a lesson. Also, poor customer service and great sales people.

UPDATE: They called me 15 minutes from arrival time and said it was damaged on the truck and they have to reschedule. Third attempt to delivery a simple bed. I went on Black Friday and purchased a new bed set. They set the delivery up for Saturday. So I had to get rid of my old one as I didn't have room for them to set the new one up with the old one in the room. I waited three hours as I was one of the last stops. They deliver the new bed and it was the wrong one so they took it back. They said I would get a call in 10 minutes no call for over an hour so I called them. The driver didn't close out the ticket like they were suppose to so I had to wait for the rep to call back another hour later. Once she did the next available delivery time was Thursday. So now I am sleeping on the floor until then. They mess up the order so why do I have to wait. It should have been a priority to correct the problem. I called the store and it goes to voice mail and no one called back. Bad experience. Will not go back.

Do Not buy from the Wellington store! The sales people are great. They listen to your needs and give you great options to choose from. The Delivery guys....well thats a whole other story. Very unprofessional! They will literally argue with you about things that the sales people promised. And if you piss them off right out the gate they do everthing in their power to barely put together your furniture. We bought a entire bedroom suite for about $6500 and 4 months into it our bed has collapsed. Come to find out, after taking our bed apart, they did not screw in all the screws. We were so excited to purchase this furniture because we had never had a matching bedroom set before. They have completely ruined the experience for us. When they delivered the furniture, one of the guys who barely spoke any english was upset because we had left the old mattress in the room. We were told that they would be taking it with them. While putting together the bed that same gentlemen dropped the side rails on the ground and ruined the edges. The second & third drawers of the dresser were not put together correctly. The drawer rails fell right off into the drawers below and the night stands rock back and forth. We called and took pictures that day and sent them to customer service and still have not heard a word out of them. They left debris in our living and my wife stepped on a staple that went through her foot. Needless to say we will not be purchasing anymore furniture from Ashley. Very disappointed! Its ashame because we are getting ready to replace all the furniture in the house. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

From the moment we walked in until the furniture was delivered, we were treated great! I've never had such a great furniture buying experience. Our salesman was awesome too. Never pushy and great with my kids. The whole family absolutely loves the sectional we purchased. The delivery guys were amazing too. Offered to move the sectional to a different spot, etc. All around great experience. I would definitely recommend. :)

Terrible experience. After many years of satisfaction with Ashley furniture it was the first place we went to purchase a new couch. Everything went great until they delivered the wrong couch configuration twice over the course of a week. Everyone we spoke with blamed someone else in another department and ultimately nobody could figure it out. After a full week of delivery errors and frustration we decided to take our business somewhere else. To top it all off Wes (not Weston) hung up on my wife when she finally had enough and cancelled the order. Oh, and I paid with a credit card but instead of reversing the charge or issuing a credit they decided to mail me a check 10 days later that was $60 short. Classy. We went somewhere else and bought a better quality couch that was delivered on a weekend within 24 hours. Maybe it is just the Wellington mall location but we’ll never be back again. YMMV.

Salesman was very patient and seemed knowledgeable, however he did not explain that when I purchased 3 year in service plan, that the mechanism for the lift would not be covered. I would like a refund for the policy because I assumed it would be covered. Upon going back to store, I was told by assistant manager thst the motor was covered. Had delivery today and everything went smoothly with deliverymen explaining how to use controls. Everything seems good so far.

What are the best customer service experiences I can remember. They were extremely helpful and patient with me and my daughter. Comfortable atmosphere and help was available when needed but we weren’t pressured like many other similar stores do.

I don’t know how they can get 4star,last week we bought all house’s furniture from then ,one of the bed the quality so terrible,between footboard and matter had 10cm empty space.and store customer services so bad .don’t go there expensive bad quality.

This is the worst place , I was going to buy furniture here but our friends just brought from here and they had the worst experience ever.They brought a sleeper and it broke on the first using it and before that even happen. When they deliver the furniture they scratched their wall and stairs. The coffee table came broken.It has barely been over a month and they are trying to get it replace and the company is tell them they HAVE to pay $50 in CASH which is so shady, to get someone to check it out .This is a company that you should never spend your hard earned money on.

The service provided by Wes and Omar was great in helping me decided what new sectional would make the best gift for my mother. The experience all felt very natural and personal and at no point did I ever feel pressured into making a purchase. They worked with me on payments and got me great delivery that was fast and convenient. Can’t wait to shop with this store again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ashley Homestore in Wellington. The Assistant Manager, Junior, helped me find what I needed, and helped me get financing. I went into the store just to look around and get idea of prices, but to my surprise I left with a new sectional and dining room furniture all within my price range. I highly recommend them!!

We have been buying furniture from Ashley for years successfully - our latest experience is a nightmare that hasn’t ended We bought a motorized love seat recliner and when it was delivered the workmanship we evidently terrible - because of no refund policy we were forced to try another one. The replacement that was delivered had a broken back. We were given the choice of keeping the broken shoddy love seat or selecting something else as there was no other love seat in that price point It took hours of waiting on the phone to reach supervisors who were indifferent to the dilemma we confronted in being forced to accept an obviously shoddy product or choose another piece of furniture we didn’t want or need because of a no refund policy even when the product was rejected the moment it was delivered. Ashley used to be a quality scrupulous retail establishment - it has become a buyer beware scam Selling high priced badly made products.

I had a fairly decent experience in the store with the salesperson. His name was Todd. I’d asked about a reclining black or dark gray models. Unfortunately most of the models that they had were brown. But Todd was great! Attentive, patient and helpful. I ultimately bought a sectional that was not exactly what I wanted but was as close as they offered. Now I get a text that addresses me as “customer name” thanks me for choosing “location name” just as I’ve written. It doesn’t know my name or where I shipped which comes off a lazy or dysfunctional.

Came in to buy new living room couches, Wes Sainvil, our salesman, was perfectly knowledgeable & helped us work out the financials to keep our payments as little as possible. Great service & cant wait to get them delivered tmw! Will be back next time we need home furnishings!

All of the guys I spoke to at the Wellington, Fl location that helped me out with making a decision (over the multiple days I ventured in to the store) on which furniture to buy for my 16 year old were great! Fred was really helpful in getting info so I could speak to my husband later that day since he was out of town. No one was ever pushy like some sales people are since they get commission and I really appreciate that! Michael helped me to complete my order since Fred wasn’t available, and was more than happy to still give Fred credit. Not all people would do that. Michael went over all of the different options to make sure I understood the warranties. The furniture was delivered within the timeframe which was nice. I like that Ashley/City Furniture has a tracker to see which stop the delivery guys were at so you weren’t waiting for hours wondering when your order would arrive. The furniture arrived and it was placed exactly where I wanted it. I look forward to future (I hope, lol) furniture!

On 05/27/2019 I went to Ashley Furniture and met Mr Wesner Sainvil. I just came from another Ashley but decided to stop by that one just in case they might have something more interesting. Mr Wesner Sainvil presented himself and made me feel welcome. He was very attentive and find a way to provide me a better deal on the same furniture I saw 30 minutes ago in a different Ashley location. He was creative by making balloons for my sons in their favorite color. I had a great experience, he was patience and very professional. I ended buying more than I intended too. Everything was done in less then a hour. That is what I call good customer service.

I was greeted by Mya when I walked in, a very nice and knowledgeable sales associate. Told her what I wanted, a new recliner, no leather or power. We began going around the store to test out the various recliners they had on display. I settled on the Nimmons recliner the last one I looked at. Mya was very patient and knowledgeable about all the products she showed me. I financed for 6 months so I could get 35% off the price as that was the special they were running. Mya was also quick getting me financed and setting up delivery for the next day. I was very satisfied with my experience at Ashley as this was the first time shopping in one of their stores and I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes for me to get a new living room set for my house.

Update: Just found out he opened a second Ashley credit card when I already had one open and active. After I advised I had a credit card already, he said it would’ve closed with 6 months of no activity. So I now have two different Ashely credit cards....watch out & make sure you actually give permission to have your credit ran! Wes made this the best furniture shopping experience! He laid out all my options and clear prices. There was no pressure to make a decision, he took his time with my mom and I. Very respectful! Also, got an amazing deal!!

I just purchased $10,000 worth of furniture at the store in Wellington Florida. I am 53 and through all those years Mr. Wesner Sainvil provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have a Quality Engineering degree so I know quality customer service when I see it! This gentleman seems to have what it takes to be considered for management positions. FRED GUEVARA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL

Very good service. Came within a 3 hour window which was texted on delivery day. Driver called 1/2 hour ahead. Delivery men set up bed and frame in a very efficient manor. Area was clean and neat when they finished. Very professional.

if i can give this zero stars i would.I have never waited over a month and 10 days for a bed set which as of today i still do not have. The delivery guys came and dropped off the mattress and when we asked them are you putting the bed together they looked at each other and said what bed. I called customer service in which they advised me there is a few parts that are on back order were going to have to reschedule, first off your company never bothered calling me to even tell me the parts were on back ordered i had to find out the day they came and only dropped off the mattress. The 2nd thing that got me even more upset was we reschedule for this sunday coming up cause they assured me all the parts would be there, i again got a phone call saying we can deliver half the bed on sunday and when the other part is available well ship that to your home not only did i have to pay delivery for a product that didnt show up when it was supposed to now i have to wait even longer almost a month and 3 weeks with out a bed. i have lost faith in this company.

Overall my experience was okay. I dealt with a few lovely sales associates/ managers ; Fred,Wes, & Shelby. I placed an special order item which I knew would take time to recieve but when the order could not be delivered because it was discontinued I got no feedback pertaining to that issue so I ended up waiting almost 2 months. I had to call the store and check on my order and when I did I was updated and given a few options. In the end my old order was canceled and I ended up recording something else and it was delivered within 3 days. The return process was smooth and pain free which I greatly appreciated.
