WESTLY CHAPEL STORE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR 2 RUGS! NOW HAVE TO PUT IN A CLAIM TO CANCEL THEM! RIDICULOUS

My salesperson, Hind, was so amazing. Showed me great mattress options and provided lots of info about each one to educate me. Not pushy to make a sale at all. I felt very comfortable with my decision because Hind was so helpful matching me with what I needed for my piriformis and scoliosis, while staying in budget. Next time I need furniture I will be requesting Hind Bouyadi. Right now Tuesdays and Wednesdays are her days off so go any other day to receive her great service.

We had another great experience at Ashley's! Brigitte was wonderful - so knowledgeable and provided great service! She went above and beyond to help us be creative and imaginative about how to buy for our home! This was just one stop - we'll be back because of her! And Fernando went even farther to get us an exceptional check out experience! Wish we could give more stars! Very excited for all our new furniture and my next shopping experience!

The store itself and the sales person I dealt were all good, it’s how they handled the other part. At the time that I purchased the mattress they had a promotion for a yeti cooler with purchase of a certain brand mattress. I purchased that brand. Asked the sales person about it and was told that I’d get an email about that when order was delivered. Delivery came and went two weeks after purchase, no email about the yeti. Did get an email inquiring about the delivery. Asked about the yeti when answering those questions, told it would be a separate email. No email. Called the 800 number, was told I need to contact the store. Called the store, told I need to call the 800 number. Called the 800 number again, transferred me to the store only to be transferred back to the 800 number again. Someone then created a case and said someone would be contacting me. No one did. Went to the store yesterday, at this point it has been a month since the mattress was delivered over a month since I purchased the mattress, the representative was helpful in finding out what happened; seems there was an email sent to the wrong store? Someone should be contacting me in the next couple days and we’ll see if this matter will be resolved. The problem isn’t about the yeti, though I’d really like to get that, the problem is they advertise something and do not follow the through. When I went into the store yesterday, asked to speak to the manager, he wouldn’t come out to speak with me. What kind of crap is that?

If you're in the market to drop over $8,000 on furniture and then experience the thrill of being completely ignored, look no further! This place has perfected the art of the vanishing act after a sale. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a bedroom set, a dining room table with eight chairs, and two pieces of "art." On delivery day, the entertainment began when a worker treated my carpet like a construction site floor, casually tossing his drill before blankly staring at the ground as I tried to ask about the parts for our bedroom set. The service, as you might guess, ended there. We've been playing a fun game of phone tag with them ever since, though it's more like we tag ourselves and they're always "it." We had to call Ashley to track down our large clock, a masterpiece that was delayed. When it finally arrived, it performed its single job—telling time—with all the accuracy of a broken sundial. We even tried replacing the battery, but to no avail. Our salesperson, a true master of suspense, was incredibly prompt in getting back to me—five whole days later. I've now submitted pictures and have a case number, which I'm told is a very important thing to have. Since then, I've heard nothing. Not a peep from Ashley, not a text, not a carrier pigeon. Nothing. I assumed Ashley was a higher-tier furniture store, but it seems their prices are the only thing that's "higher tier." Their customer service is what I'd generously call "Walmart-level," though that might be insulting to Walmart. To summarize, if you want to be treated like a treasured customer up until your credit card clears, this is your place. If you're a glutton for punishment and want to repeatedly call a company with issues, this is also your place. As for me, I'll be taking my business to Haverty's next door, and I'll be leaving this broken clock on my floor as a tribute to their stellar service.

Shoppers - be aware that this store does not accept any returns or exchanges. I spent nearly $6K at this store, but was never told that all of their products are final-sale or clearance. Ashley has a no-return policy for final-sale/clearance. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere as there are other area stores at similar price levels. I am very unhappy with my experience and would never return to Ashley Furniture.
