Left store with couches table and new mattress I paid 300 for installation but because they dropped shipped the table and end stands they would install. Waste of money disappointed. Was told I would receive call from corporate still waiting on call missed opportunity

Our experience at the Ashley furniture store in Wesley Chapel was amazing! Gisele was fantastic very knowledgeable, very professional, and answered all our questions. She picked up on exactly what we were looking for and took us to the items that we were looking for and explained all the benefits of each one. She was amazing. The whole process was so pleasant and she actually made it fun for us. Making the payment and setting up the delivery schedule was simple and easy and very efficient. We will definitely go back to Ashley furniture for any future needs. I would recommend the store highly to anyone looking for fine furniture.

Associate doesn't answer phone and doesn't respond, store number goes to an Indian call center or announces "application error", local store auto phone needs cell phone and can't use order number. Associated forgot to enter phone number. What a useless lot. Never again.

I rarely decide to post reviews, however I felt the need to express my gratitude on this visit. I have been managing sales for a very long time, and the level of detail the manager had with educating me on the quality of product was extremely impressive. Not only am I satisfied with the visit and item, but ill also more than likely only shopping at Ashley for furniture. The sales rep was very attentive as well. Her ability to follow up and find us on the sales floor was pretty impressive. Clearly, im aware of sales techniques, however she was patient and did build rapport in an organic manner. The conversation with my wife was genuine and both the manager and the sales rep made the experience worth the wait. The only opportunity is more towards the process. I had to call into Synchrony in order to update my billing address in order for them to ship to my correct location. However the manager did express during earlier conversation that corp does take security more important than other franchises.

The whole experience was great! Hind was our salesperson and she really was helpful. Is Ashley the cheapest? No, but the service we got from Hind was top notch and will go back for our next furniture purchase! 10/10

Anthony W. was our sales agent and he made the whole buying experience very pleasant. He walked us around the floor to show us different pieces of furniture and we bought a dining room set, TV stand with towers, and a stand alone rectangular table with storage. He worked with his store manager to provide us a discount as well. We couldn't be happier. We have been Ashley customers since 2009 and always go back.

She had the perfect balance of being helpful without being pushy. Ashley in Wesley Chapel was amazing. We went in as a family. They had a Customer Service representative to help me and my Wife, while another one helped my Son and Daughter-in-law. We both picked out multiple pieces of furniture. One was a floor item we came to pick up the next day and a great young man helped us load it. Couldn't' say enough about how great the service is and how they worked to discount both purchases since we were buying multiple items.

Ashley is my go-to to for all things home, affordable prices and great quality. I have been using there products for over 20 years. My home store is in Wesley Chapel. Hind assisted me and she is amazing and super helpful, she made my experience super smooth and easy. I recommend her 100%.

This company is horrible!! 6 December they delivered 800$ recliner into my house It was defected, I went to store and reported it. This was 2 hours after the delivery. They told me case is recorded and they will be in touch Since then i sent them the pictures and the explanation of the problem. It is lump sided. Arms doesn’t meet properly and it makes a sound when it reclines. I bought this recliner strictly for my husband, he just had a open heart surgery and came out of the hospital 6 th of December He was going to use the chair so he can sleep in upright position So far he hasn’t use the chair at all. I went to store again today Ask for the refund and return as it my right If you get a defected item, customer has a right to ask for repair or refund I did in a way waited for them to fix it, it is 12th of December today They have not fix the item neither I got a refund They denied the refund request! Please tell me If you buy an item with the sole purpose of using for after the surgery Item comes defective and not been fix after so many attempts done by me with email and filling a form, sending pictures Why would I not get a refund Manager says they will call but they never do!!! It's easy to feel overwhelmed but it wasnt when I worked with Viktoriya. I was looking for a new living room set with a couch and 2 accent chairs. She was able to find couches in the size I needed + a chair (we ordered 2 of the same). She even moved the chairs around to make sure the light reflected a complimentary color to the couch. While we were there we unintentionally found a chair for my daughters room and she was able to secure that for us until we could pick it up. Overall a great experience and I would go see her again. I like the no pressure response as we browsed around and she checked in periodically to answer questions or make suggestions.

Scotty was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and we didn't feel pressured into any decisions. We ended up purchasing more then we came in for which was really nice especially considering we came in to browse for future ideas. Will definitely be looking forward to having Scotty help up with future purchases. I included pictures of the sets we ended up purchasing.

The sales attendants are very helpful at this store m. They allow space to shop but are thee to answer any questions and help you get what you want. Good quality furniture that looks beautiful.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Ashley Home Furniture. I ordered a white couch that was delivered dirty — very noticeable and completely unacceptable for a new piece of furniture. Since the delivery, it has been a nightmare trying to get any real help or accountability. Every time I call customer service, I’m told something different. I’ve requested to speak with a manager multiple times and was repeatedly promised a call back that never happened. After calling a total of ten times, I finally reached a manager named Rob, who was rude, unaccommodating, and offered no apology or genuine assistance. His lack of concern for my experience made the situation even more frustrating. The only positive part of this entire experience was my sales associate, Giselle, who was kind and professional throughout. Unfortunately, the rest of the process has been disorganized, dismissive, and stressful. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Ashley Home Furniture — especially if you expect quality products or customer service that stands behind what they sell

BUYER BEWARE. All sales are final, after delivery. Our salesman Joe Hilts told us “the delivery crew would wait at our home, until we arranged the new furniture and confirmed it fit our space.” He said “if you want to make a change after it’s delivered and set-up, the delivery crew can load up the pieces you don’t want and we’ll exchange them.” Well, the delivery crew dropped the items on our doorstep and refused to wait!! And turns out, we don’t like the arrangement and want to exchange the corner arm chair and ottoman, for a chaise lounge. Corporate refused because “the items were already delivered.” We spent $5,000, including a $319 delivery fee, to now be stuck with a couple pieces we don’t like. I will never return to Ashley’s!!!!!!!!!! Choose elsewhere!! Order # 707J349510 Update: Corporate contacted us after I left a one star review. They did decline the exchange, but agreed to refund us the $319 delivery fee we paid and refund an additional $350. We were satisfied with that, as it should be close to what the chaise lounge costs, so we won’t be out of pocket much more. Thank you Ashley’s for stepping up and helping us. 1 star review changed to a 5 star review.

I recently had a great experience. The sales representatives, Jaxzira Rodriguez and John, were both professional, friendly, and very informative. Because of the positive experience, I’ll definitely be returning soon to buy other items I need.

Hind was our salesperson while shopping for and purchasing a couch set. I appreciate her approach: friendly and let's the customer know she's there, but allows you to shop independently with occasional check-ins. At no point was she pressuring and she answered all questions. In the end, my husband and I are happy with the set we chose as well as the price. It should be noted that we have purchase with Ashley before and have only had positive experiences.

The table came with a corner cracked right on the extension which can been seen very clearly, also the bottom part came with the loose screws and the delivery guys weren’t able to assemble. Waited a long time to receive the table and now I have to wait even more to have a technician come to my house to fix the issues or order new parts and wait even more. Not a cheap table!

I spent $4000 on new couches from Ashley Furniture in Wesley Chapel, and this has been an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience dealing with them. The first couch was delivered broken/out of box, and instead of replacing it, they wanted to send a repair tech. I didn’t spend thousands on a “new” couch that needs fixing on day one. After LOTS of push back, they finally agreed to replace it. On the second attempt, they delivered the WRONG COUCH and the delivery drivers were trying convince me I needed to keep it after I refused. After another round of arguing and dealing with their useless “Jenny AI Robot”, the delivery guys finally took it back. Now I’m sitting here, still waiting for the couch I purchased, getting mixed messages from their stupid AI Robot saying delivery is scheduled for the 31st, then a call from another robot asking me to schedule it again. I have already had to take two separate days off work for deliveries and now a THIRD and I don’t even know for which day. Ashley Furniture has completely failed on product quality, customer service, and basic communication. I will never shop here again and will make sure my friends and family don’t either. Save yourself and don’t shop here either.

The people at the WC store are great...... The service portion of the experience is terrible; numerous delays in delivery, the delays get delayed, the customer service group is useless (and very time consuming), and speaking to folks at the store itself is beyond difficult.......

I have literally called 3 times and no one answers a phone I even called a sales rep from the business card. Still no answer, obviously I'm not buying furniture here anymore. Ridiculous. How do they operate a business like this

Associate HIND and the store manager were very patient and helpful. They provided us with all the options for the furniture we wanted and also helped us with suggestions and color combinations and at the end they gave us a good deal on the price as well. Highly appreciated there care and attention to customer's needs. We weren't rushed through out the process. 👌👌👌

I went at the end of August to look at a dinette set i was looking at on line. They talked me into ordering at the store even though if I ordered on line I'll get free shipping. I was also concern about a better price with the labor day sale coming up. I was reassured that the sale price was already applied as a labor day sale. So they took off the charge for the delivery. And I placed my order To my surprised the price drop another $100. I immediately try to contact my sells person to no avail, and was directed to contact their main office. After telling them my concern they told me they understand and put in a request for my $100. To be applied to my credit purchased. After about 8 days I called back and they told me they already see the request was put in my account and it will take approximately 10 days. We'll it's been over a month and I never received anything. So, I would not recommend. And I'll never purchased from them again. I feel like they are used car sales people that will say anything to sell you whatever.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS buying several living room sets and dining room sets for each of my kids. TIME AND TIME AGAIN I HAVE OVERLOOKED THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONSISTENT PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERIES. A couple weeks ago I purchased a living room set as a gift for my son and I specifically told the sales woman (Paulette) that I needed delivery and assembly. So naturally when my son called me and told me they just dropped it off and left it at the front door and that he could not even exit his apartment without moving it, I right away called the delivery driver and he very rudely stated “WE DON’T ASSEMBLE ANYMORE” then proceeds to just up on me. I then called my salesperson and she acted as if that’s what I selected. Mind you she rung up the sale in store for me. She then proceeds to tell me doorstep delivery and delivery with assembly is not much of a price difference …. so again why would I not choose assembly???? This was the last straw, I had planned to go back this week and buy some more items for my daughters house but this was my last straw with ASHLEY, I will no longer give my money to a store (WESLEY CHAPEL LOCATION ONLY) with such horrible customer service. WE WILL GO ELSEWHERE. MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THE WESLEY CHAPEL LOCATION BUT IF YOU MUST GO IN THERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DON’T GO WITH THE SALESPERSON PAULETTE.

We have gotten products from Ashleys in the past and experienced some kinks but we decided to try again. BIG MISTAKE. Some of the items weren't delivered and others were incorrect. The delivery team didn't open any of the boxes and when my husband started opening them up roaches were crawling out of them. Can't get ahold of anyone to help with cancelling the rest of my order that wasn't delivered or returning the wrong item. Competiters nearby have similar items and have a much better customer service and delivery experience, so I would highly recomment going elsewhere. I'm not trying to endorsing one company over the other but the other company has similar items and we have had no issues anytime we have bought from them. I would highly recommend avoiding Ashleys if you don't want the headaches.

I cant stand ashleys...their all about broken promises but they have your money. I refuse to order from them ever again. When I first moved to this area, I went to this store...they made all the promises in the world to me...it was the worse experience ever. Ashley could not deliver products on time as promised and signed for...even after they cancel/reschedule several times they canceled that too..unbelievable..so I against my better judgement I tried them one more time. Guess what?? Same thing...I scheduled a month out. I confirmed several times. I rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. They cancel on me, the day prior. not again. They can only deliver half of the order...ridiculous.

Ridiculous disgusting customer service. How is it that they screw up the both online orders and then I'm stuck talking and jumping hoops with people who don't understand their own job or what it is to provide good customer service. In top of that they only provided a 5% discount to cover their butts for their mistake. I can understand an error but two errors on the same order and you have the consumer on the phone for multiple calls waisting my time. Do better as a company, never again will I shop at Ashley's.

My dresser came with black streaks all over. They replaced it but I also put in claims because my nightstand knob was broke. They never replaced or fixed it. The bottom of my bed was broken and it’s now been 6 weeks and they still have not come to replace it. My mattress was delivered and the moving guys left black hand stains on my new white mattress and they still have not come to replace it or clean it. For the amount of money I have spent on this set, you’d think it would not come damaged nor should I have this big of a headache to replace it. Most horrible customer service. I have called the store and since they got my money, Joe the sales guy, nor the manager seem to care. This will be my last purchase with Ashley. Harverty’s is right in front of it. Go there! I’m sure they will be a lot better. I will also be putting in a complaint with the BBB.

Painfully average fortunate sold like it’s high quality. Sales people incentivized to either fill out a credit card application (incorrectly) for you or place you with a “leasing” company that charges 50%+ interest. Even if you find furniture you like here, you’re better off going elsewhere. Highly recommended you avoid at all costs

This was my first time visiting this store and I had an amazing experience meeting Ms. Paulette, she was well informed about the mattresses, attentive to our needs and wants while recommending our options keeping us below budget.

The store was okay I come in it's a whole bunch of employees they're all on the phone now I couldn't find one that could help me then when I was walking out there was still on the phone then one got off the phone and said I could help you I said no thank you I'm just leaving and I walked away employees should not be using the phone while they're working it's gotten out of hand so I went to City Furniture

BEWARE!! The saleswoman, Hind, is as slimy as they come. I’m sure there are others there too that would be just as terrible. Myself and my partner were under the impression that I would be applying for pre-qualification for financing, to receive 1 year of zero interest financing. After getting pre-approved, Hind then took it upon herself to completely sign me up for a credit card, and then DENIED that she had applied for the credit card for me. Sure enough, after calling the bank, I have a brand new account open. Now I have to wait up to 60 days to find out if this is going to put a stain on my credit Report. Incredibly unprofessional, this is absolutely not ok on so many levels. I have no problem with never buying a piece of Ashley furniture in my life! UPDATE: After they responded to my review, asking me to email them to “address my concerns” to which I promptly replied, they haven’t replied after 5 days. What a joke!

I felt very comfortable with my decision because Hind was so helpful matching me with what I needed for my piriformis and scoliosis, while staying in budget. Next time I need furniture I will be requesting Hind Bouyadi. Right now Tuesdays and Wednesdays are her days off so go any other day to receive her great service.

The store itself and the sales person I dealt were all good, it’s how they handled the other part. At the time that I purchased the mattress they had a promotion for a yeti cooler with purchase of a certain brand mattress. I purchased that brand. Asked the sales person about it and was told that I’d get an email about that when order was delivered. Delivery came and went two weeks after purchase, no email about the yeti. Did get an email inquiring about the delivery. Asked about the yeti when answering those questions, told it would be a separate email. No email. Called the 800 number, was told I need to contact the store. Called the store, told I need to call the 800 number. Called the 800 number again, transferred me to the store only to be transferred back to the 800 number again. Someone then created a case and said someone would be contacting me. No one did. Went to the store yesterday, at this point it has been a month since the mattress was delivered over a month since I purchased the mattress, the representative was helpful in finding out what happened; seems there was an email sent to the wrong store? Someone should be contacting me in the next couple days and we’ll see if this matter will be resolved. The problem isn’t about the yeti, though I’d really like to get that, the problem is they advertise something and do not follow the through. When I went into the store yesterday, asked to speak to the manager, he wouldn’t come out to speak with me. What kind of crap is that?

If you're in the market to drop over $8,000 on furniture and then experience the thrill of being completely ignored, look no further! This place has perfected the art of the vanishing act after a sale. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a bedroom set, a dining room table with eight chairs, and two pieces of "art." On delivery day, the entertainment began when a worker treated my carpet like a construction site floor, casually tossing his drill before blankly staring at the ground as I tried to ask about the parts for our bedroom set. The service, as you might guess, ended there. We've been playing a fun game of phone tag with them ever since, though it's more like we tag ourselves and they're always "it." We had to call Ashley to track down our large clock, a masterpiece that was delayed. When it finally arrived, it performed its single job—telling time—with all the accuracy of a broken sundial. We even tried replacing the battery, but to no avail. Our salesperson, a true master of suspense, was incredibly prompt in getting back to me—five whole days later. I've now submitted pictures and have a case number, which I'm told is a very important thing to have. Since then, I've heard nothing. Not a peep from Ashley, not a text, not a carrier pigeon. Nothing. I assumed Ashley was a higher-tier furniture store, but it seems their prices are the only thing that's "higher tier." Their customer service is what I'd generously call "Walmart-level," though that might be insulting to Walmart. To summarize, if you want to be treated like a treasured customer up until your credit card clears, this is your place. If you're a glutton for punishment and want to repeatedly call a company with issues, this is also your place. As for me, I'll be taking my business to Haverty's next door, and I'll be leaving this broken clock on my floor as a tribute to their stellar service.

Shoppers - be aware that this store does not accept any returns or exchanges. I spent nearly $6K at this store, but was never told that all of their products are final-sale or clearance. Ashley has a no-return policy for final-sale/clearance. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere as there are other area stores at similar price levels. I am very unhappy with my experience and would never return to Ashley Furniture.

We had an amazing experience at Ashley’s Furniture thanks to Keith! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what we was looking for. He didn’t pressure us at all, but instead guided us through different options that fit my style and budget. I would give a 0 if I could!!! Honesty and integrity means nothing to these people.They have been lying to me for 7 weeks. BUYER BE WARE!!! THERE SEEMS TO BE NO RECOURSE AFTER THE PURCHASE IS MADE. I received what I am sure is a used sofa, perhaps a display item. These are my issues (1) the sofa wasn't in the box. I was told that the box was damaged so he needed to inspect it. Apparently he didn't because (2) one of the cup holders has a circular water stain and none of them were wrapped in plastic (3) the flip piece shown in the picture malfunctions (4) there is a tear in the leather. These findings were reported in less than 15 mins. after the delivery. When purchased, I was told that I had 72 hrs to return the purchases if I wasn't satisfied. Initially their solution was to send a technician out. Why is a repair needed on a piece of furniture that I hadn't used? Does that sound fair? Finally I was told that the piece would be replaced; however, I was informed YESTERDAY that the replacement was denied. I had no idea. This is one of many times they have failed to communicate. The relationship and rapport built with the sales rep. in the store is null and void after the purchase is made. The rep or the manager(s). of the store are of no value. You are only able to speak with a customer service rep who has been trained to lie. How insulting. Come to find out, 3 out of 3 people I've talked to about this who have also made purchases from Ashley has similar experiences. In fact, I spoke with a friend today about my frustrations and she stated, " I could have told you that. I wish you had talked to me first". Now it's 4 out of 4. Statistically, every person that I spoke to who has dealt with Ashley had a negative experience. PLEASE take these reviews seriously. FOLLOW-UP: Just as I thought. It's been 4 weeks since the owner/AI responded to this post with instructions about how to possibly get this issue resolved. I haven't heard from anyone.

The store is beautiful and has a solid selection, but I walked away from a $10,000+ purchase due to their baffling financing policies. Choosing to finance through their own store credit card actually removes perks like free delivery and additional discounts which makes no sense. Penalizing customers for using the store’s own financing option is a backward strategy that cost them a major sale.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to share our recent experience with Ashley Furniture, which unfortunately has been extremely disappointing — not because of the product, but because of the lack of communication and follow-through. To start on a positive note, the salesperson we worked with in-store was excellent. However, after the sale, everything seemed to fall apart. We never received a copy of our invoice, and when we called the store to request one, we were directed to customer service — where you’re required to leave a voicemail and wait for someone to return your call. It has now been four days, and we still haven’t heard back from anyone. Additionally, the chair we received was delivered with a cut in the leather, and no one has offered a resolution. When we placed the order, we were told everything was in stock, but the loveseat did not arrive with the rest of the furniture. Again, no one informed us it was on backorder — which would’ve been fine if someone had communicated with us. To make matters worse, we received multiple, conflicting delivery notifications for the loveseat. First, it was scheduled for Thursday, then changed to Friday, and finally to Saturday between 4:30 and 7:00 PM. Yet, the delivery team showed up at 10:30 AM while we were at work. When we told them we could be there in 15–20 minutes, they left — even though we caught them exiting the neighborhood and asked them to return. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. We are extremely busy and expect a company of your size to follow through on what it promises. Communication has been non-existent, and service after the sale has been abysmal. We’re currently building another home and were planning to purchase $30,000–$35,000 worth of furniture from Ashley. After this experience, we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. Sincerely,

I visited this location hoping to buy a new dining set and sofa. I spent over 20 minutes walking around and not one associate greeted me or asked if I had questions or needed assistance. I finally stopped one of them for assistance and he was extremely short with me and unfriendly. It was shocking to see the lack of customer service.

Giving this store one star is far too generous. From the warranty scam at checkout to the double-billing attempts to the different excuses to why delivery was not made to the unprofessional, incompetent customer service. A horrible furniture-buying experience from start to finish. I think the BBB, the district attorney of Florida and or FTC would be interested in Ashley's business practices.

Have spent plenty of money here. Came in to look for a C table I need two for 120 a piece and everyone blew me off and wouldn’t help me find it. Said if I know what it is to order it online. But I’m in here now ready to buy it. One woman walked away from me to greet the next person. I’m sorry that your income is so dependent on the purchase price of the your clients orders.

I purchased my furniture from here and it was a terrible experience. They delivered the items at a completely different time than what I requested — they are absolutely not accurate with timing. They also didn’t send all the items together. They delivered them in multiple shipments, and some pieces are still missing even after a long wait. Worse, no one can help you — they just take your money and leave you with no solution. Honestly, I will never buy from here again.

Been buying from Ashley for many years, and only them. Was very happy with service/equipment... until now. Have the WORST experience in 'customer service' ever. After placing order, we noticed color ordered was wrong. Needed to change color. Called next morning to change, but WESLEY CHAPEL STORE NEVER NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. We then called main customer service number. Got given a case number, was told change is no problem, should be done. Reminded that delivery date was just a couple days away, was told no problem. Would change date if needed. Called 2 days later to confirm, was told change was done. Confirmed delivery date did not change and correct color would be delivered. Called following day again morning of delivery, got confirmation again color was changed and all good. Got delivery, it was wrong color. Called Store, never an answer as usual. Called Customer service and asked for supervisor. Many times was told none were availble. Until several hours later at 11:30am eastern, was a supervisor finally available. Was then told exchange period was too late. Not checking that we had a case file already, to have colored changed. Supervisor said to go to the store. We now have to drive 1 hour to the store to get our refund back. ASHLEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE NOW. THE STORE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. If ordering anything, make sure the correct equipment is shown on the order. If incorrect or need anything changed, good luck as they may tell you want you want to hear...but do nothing. Then say too late to do anything. Our whole house is funished with Ashley, been loyal customer for many years, and gave many recommendations. Now, complete opposite! My wife and I came in to look for a dining table. My wife had her sunglasses on top of her head and was rudely criticized by an employee after asking for help and told she would help after taking her sunglasses off of her head and that she looks ridiculous. Not sure why, because she also just wear prescription glasses? Pretty odd. Not a great way to get sales. Being kind is very easy. Purchased $6,000+ in brand new furniture between a couch, dresser, and nightstands. Upon delivery none of it was even inside boxes or looking "new" in anyway shape or form, the couch had huge black scuffs on it and the delivery guys themselves told us these exact pieces of furniture were already rejected by someone else and the warehouse was trying to see if "someone else would accept it and that this had happened multiple times that day along their route." You'd think when you purchase "BRAND NEW" furniture from a furniture brand of this size you'd simply get the NEW furniture you paid for and not some damaged product that has already been opened/rejected by someone else. Now we get to go even longer with no furniture in our new home because we naively trusting Ashley furniture would simply give us the product we paid for and not try to "pull a fast one" by giving us previously rejected product. Absolute joke.

This company does not stand by any level Of customer service in any way. We purchased a couch from Ashley. It was delivered with stains and wrong back pillows that did not fit. There customer care service phones are answered in another country which makes it even harder to get this problem resolved. Stains were fixed, however the pillow problem still is still not resolved. They said they would send out new pillows. We received the covers only. I called again to try to resolve. They said they will send new pillows. We received a seat pillow !!! Called again. Sent tech not fixed looks awful was told a return within 48th no call. I called again and they read the service reps write up saying we needed a new couch. Is notes were changed for their benefit. You can’t get help from the store. They pass the buck ! If I ran my business like this with false hope after false hope I would have been out of business !!!

Stayyyy Awayyyy!! We booked a sectional sofa on 21st May and paid it in full. The agent was very helpful. Our expected delivery was on 27th may when the horror began. The delivery guy was smoking throughout the time he was taking out parts of my sofa from the truck. The cushions and seats were out in open and even the part of sectional was not packed as expected. I repeated called customer services/the sales agent was trying to get this delivery accepted conditionally to get a replacement later in the week (I had company coming over the next day And I had thrown out my old sofa a day before!) The delivery guy was only speaking Spanish (probably cursing me too) and could not understand what the sales agent was trying to say to him. Despite asking the delivery guy to keep the sofa and pick it up back when exchange is available he left with the good. So in nutshell I paid about 2400 in full on may 21st and still do not have my sofa and no one trying to help me! Angry and Disappointed! Will be cancelling my order if do not hear from them today!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I originally ordered online. They only sent me 2 items and said my order was on hold because of funds. They took the money out of my account as soon as I placed the order and they sent me some of the order. They even sent me a delivery confirmation for the furniture delivery. On the date I was expecting the delivery, I had to call them and ask when I could expect my delivery. That’s when they said there was a hold because of funds. But the money is still showing they took it out of my account. I canceled the order. They had the nerve to say it’ll be 3-7 business days before my funds would be returned. It made absolutely no sense. You’re saying my order is on hold because of funds but when I cancel the order, you’re saying you’re going to refund me my money. After that, I had to go to the store and place my order. That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven’t received that order and I got the same delivery confirmation. I will NEVER buy anything else from this company.

Doreen was very kind, helpful and extremely patient throughout the entire process. From my initial call to the store to coming in with our almost 2 year old (shopping with a toddler is not easy!!!) our experience was great. She worked hard to make sure I was happy with the final order and made it happen. I hope the delivery and final product is just as great.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I purchased a couch from this store and was told my delivery would be at my house by the 28th the latest. After paying for it I get a call 2 days later saying that they can’t deliver until may 2nd. Which we won’t be home that day. So I cancel the order. It has been 14 days after cancelling the order. I have not got an email. I never got my refund. I have called the store 10 times nobody answers. I called customer service over 5 times and they keep telling me they have not issues a refund yet now today they told me after 2 weeks they are going to try and escalate the refund but my money still has not been sent yet. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I gave them 4000$ and now I can’t get my money back. Horrible service and I still have no answer off when I’m getting the money back. DO NOT GO HERE

After a bad experience at El Dorado furniture, we immediately canceled our order there and went to Ashley furniture and found what appears to be a better quality couch, oversized chair, and ottoman. The sales associate was kind, completely transparent and set appropriate expectations on delivery fees, and options. Even though we need to wait about a week longer for our furniture, the sheer fact that the transparency was there and the customer service level was far superior is what let us to purchase from Ashley yet again. To top it off, our order was about $700 less and our sales associate Luna absolutely great to work with, and we highly recommend working with her After the furniture shows up if we have any issues or concerns, I will update this review This will be the second purchase I’ve made from this furniture store in a month due to not being able to find service level we look for. We really believe in transparency and setting the proper expectations. It makes a world of difference.

This place is a joke. I bought a couch over 2 months ago and I still have no couch. The first time they attempted delivery they brought a ripped couch. The second time they brought the wrong configuration and the 3rd time today, they are 2 hrs past the delivery time and I'm not able to get a hold of anyone at the store and their customer service delivery line stated they have no information besides the delivery window time which already passed. This is my 3rd wasted Saturday. No one at the store when I went in to rectify the configuration problem seemed to even care, I had to chase around the manager who stated that she would call me back but never did. They didn't even try to compensate me by dropping the delivery charge or giving me some money back for my wasted time and trouble. Over 2 months with an empty living room and no couch. Buy at your own risk because one they get your money, they don't care about the customer experience at all.

It’s now two months and no response from Ashley on a broken bed they sold me everyone should go to Rooms to Go great customer service not the Philippines when you call Ashely.

My overall experience was disappointing due to the price discrepancies and poor customer service. While I appreciated the ability to browse the store without pressure from sales associates, I was overcharged for both delivery and the warranty when purchasing in-store. Despite initially being told that online prices could be honored, I was charged an additional $50 for doorstep delivery and $110 more for the five-year warranty—resulting in a total overcharge of more than $150 compared to the online price. Because of this, I ended up canceling my in-store purchase and reordering online to get the correct pricing. It’s frustrating that the in-store associate couldn’t match the online deal, which created an unnecessary hassle. To make matters worse, canceling my original order was far from smooth. It was difficult to reach the store directly, so I had to go through customer service. After they confirmed my cancellation, I later received an email stating that if I didn’t respond, my order would not actually be canceled—something customer service never mentioned. This caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Ultimately, I was able to purchase the product at the best price, but the entire experience was far more complicated than it should have been. I highly recommend checking online prices before making an in-store purchase to avoid similar issues.

The store has many choices of mattresses. Sales rep Robin knows mattresses and gets to know the buyer well enough to decide on the perfect match. It made the experience with my 97 year old Mom much easier to navigate.

Im was honestly so excited to make my mattress purchase when I stopped by with my wife last week, ended up very upset. My sales person who helped me Hind Bouyadi , and let me say for the first time in a long time I felt profiled because of how I looked. I did my research before hand and knew what mattress I was interested in however, I really wanted to see all the other options available to my wife and I. It started off great with her showing us Nectar beds but then when I wanted to other options similar or comparable to what we tried, she immediately shut us down saying that unfortunately this is the cheapest memory foam bed we can get , because all the other beds they have are much more expensive. I explained to her I honestly don’t care about the price I just wanted to find the best mattress for my wife and I, she then showed us cheap box spring mattresss because they were close in price. That was really upsetting to me instead of showing me the mattresses that would’ve best fit. The needs for my wife and I she instead assumed that a Latin man who came in there, dressed down, clearly couldn’t afford a higher end mattress after signing up for different credit programs that she suggested which I did not realize it was going to Pull on my credit. I then decided to explain to her we would think about it and come back during that weekend to finalize the purchase however, due to that experience, I ended up making the purchase elsewhere. I pray that this issue gets resolved within your store and that nobody else has to feel like this. And the only reason I gave two stars is because the store was very nice very clean and very large

What a pathetic operation at this place. I ordered a brand new couch in full just weeks ago; they sent me 3/4 of the pieces in a box, with one being clearly used as a display somewhere as it's delivered half-assed, wrapped in a moving blanket, and tape. Call to sort it out; they then sent a rude "tech" to "evaluate" it, only for him to cut me off as I said it's obviously not new like the rest and that they would never send that, then threatened to leave as I'm telling him I won't be distracted in my home. Fast-forward weeks and there has been no resolution, no communication, and the store phone just rings. I will never purchase from here again, nor would I recommend it. UPDATE**: Was messaged to email them as you see in this review, and escalated another case to Customer Service, and STILL ZERO COMMUNICATION.

Purchase too longer than expected because associate distracted by other associates for possibly non business related issues. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture and their so-called “warranty service.” When I purchased my furniture two years ago, the salesperson aggressively promoted the extended warranty, making it seem like a great investment. However, when my couch’s zippers broke a year later, I quickly learned that the warranty was practically useless. I called multiple times to file a claim, and while my case was “opened,” there was never any follow-through. After months of frustration, I visited the store and spoke with a manager who assured me the issue would be resolved—yet nothing happened. Today, I went back and spoke with Jessica, who informed me that nothing could be done. I contacted the warranty company again, only to find out my case had been closed due to Ashley’s failure to follow up. Worse, I was told I couldn’t open a new claim. This company is quick to take your money but completely absent when it comes to customer service and honoring warranties. If you’re considering buying from Ashley Furniture, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. A warranty is only valuable if the company stands behind it—Ashley Furniture does not.

They had a very large selection of what I was looking for and an attentive saleswoman that assisted me throughout my buying process. I believe her name was Debbie. Everything that I wanted was in stock and is set to deliver in just a few days. Very pleased with the experience and would recommend to others.

She was very knowledgeable about every mattress we asked about, plus she got pillows and patiently let my husband and I check out the comfort level of every single mattress we showed an interest in until we made our decision. Because our purchase was from the sales floor, delivery was not available…so Tiffany made a phone call and helped us schedule delivery through one of the private moving companies they know and use. Can’t wait to receive the awesome purchase we made and I’m so very thankful that we had Tiffany as our sales associate!!

Purchased outdoor furniture in January and sales person stated that all items were available for the delivery due date. 2 days prior to delivery (3 weeks later) an item was reported delayed and re scheduled to deliver 3 days after. Unfortunately a day prior to new delivery date for missing item, Ashley reported that won’t be available till the end of February, beginning of March. We initially decided to purchase at Ashley due to availability which was a lie and now order being delayed further. Called customer service at the store and terrible response with no resolutions. This will be the last purchase from us to this company. Fake promises just to make a sale.

Disappointed. I purchased an accent cabinet. After a few days of delivery, the price of the same item dropped. I called the customer service and requested for a price match, but they refused to do the adjustment. I read the policy and understand that Ashely honors the price match within 30 days of delivery. I expect a brand like Ashley should honor their commitment and ensure customer satisfaction.

Felt like I did not get a good deal.

We bought a couch almost 4 years ago and bought a warranty with it to have it replaced with normal wear and tear, rips or if anything happens to it within 5 years. Well called today and that was a lie. Then they had the nerve to tell us we can call a number to have it repaired but WE have to pay for it...No, MY WARRANTY I bought is supposed to cover everything! I will NOT be shopping with Ashley Furniture EVER AGAIN!! LYING POS!!

We called the number provided by the store to let the warehouse know we were coming to pick up our purchase an hour before we got there. Instead, the phone number took us to customer service and actually did nothing to enhance our experience at your warehouse. We got to the warehouse, had to wait in line to talk to the warehouse customer representative and still had to wait 25 min for our purchase to be picked. Quddos to the workerbees. They were very accommodating once the purchase was picked and I wanted to verify I had the right product. Your company can definately cut out the middle man (customer service) and do a lot better job at making the warehouse experience more expeditious when customers choose to pick up their own purchases instead of paying the ridiculous price of $199.00 for your company to provide a delivery service. Your current process left a bad impression on me.

Purchasing the furniture was relatively painless. The scheduled delivery date, had to take a day off of work. The delivery comes and no screws or legs to furniture came for them to assemble the furniture. So they had to take the furniture back and reschedule a delivery date. What’s the point to charging for delivery if you can’t even get the delivery correct !

UPDATE March 2025: After emailing the address they responded with below, we were to have a delivery February 8th, which never happened. They were to delivery new section of couch and pick up broken one. Last call I placed about 10 days ago, they were trying to say we need to pick it up again, I said no due to the bad experience and that's how the couch was originally damaged. Their response is they have to get approval and will reach back out, still haven't heard anything.....this is a joke. I'm extremely disappointed and will NOT spend any additional money with Ashley Furniture; I will try a different furniture store and would highly encourage you to do the same if your reading this. If you do decide to purchase, do not let them talk you into the protection plan because it's useless and they really do not care; also to note eveytime I called the service line you can tell it's dispatched to another country, maybe Philippines or something, so there's also a communication barrier. Went in store to the Inverness location 12/13/24, customer service was great there and I purchased a couch, sales tech was great and he highly suggest I purchase the warrenty, which he said was amazing and if there's anything to be fixed they take care of it, the only thing they won't cover is from animals: scratching, biting or pecking at the furniture. Any repairs they take care of, if the service tech deems the couch cant be repaired, they will replace it; if that specific couch is no longer available they will give you credit towards a different couch of equal value. My husband did a warehouse pick up Saturday 12/14/25, we needed it that day; they dropped it on the trailer and he was scared it was broke & asked for a different "box" just in case it was damaged and of course its all boxed up; employees stated they didn't have another at the warehouse but if it's broke you have 72 hours to report the damage, so we reported it. First I called the warranty number which I got no where; so I went in store to the Wesley Chapel location and they created a case for me. I had to call weeks later about it because I never heard from them. I had to submit pictures via email to show the damages, they agreed a tech needed to come to the house. Service tech Jason was at the house Saturday January 25th, he was able to fix some things, but one part of the couch couldnt be fixed in home(picture 5) needed a whole new part of the sectional to be replaced. He went outside and made some phone calls, ordered parts for one side, said the sectional was ordered and set a date for today, also said to call when parts come in and a tech can come out & install them. I got the parts this week, but the funny part is I never called them when I received the parts, and I never heard anything all week; I called Friday and on their end they show another service tech to come out and fix the issues with the ordered parts, not a delivery. Nothing about the whole part of a sectional being replaced. Service tech Peter just left and he was going to try and repair it, we said no, the tech last weekend said the whole couch needed replaced and could not be repaired, but now this guy is saying yes it can be repaired? They need to get on the same page. This is a mess and the customer service & communication is terrible....I like the couch, but with paying so much for brand new furniture, I expected way better customer service & communication. Will update as events arise.

Not sure why I thought I was going to have a different experience then when I purchased my couches from Ashley‘s 4.5 years ago and had the worst experience after being promised that my couches would be delivered for Thanksgiving (three weeks after purchase) Just to be told two days before Thanksgiving after I donated my furniture, that I would not have furniture for the holiday. Fast forward to this weekend I purchased a chair for my husband And as usual, the sales people and the managers will tell you anything to make the sale at the moment even if that is a lie. I was promised free delivery on a date while the associate was working on her iPad making the sale. When it came time to pay that she moved to her computer. She then said that that delivery date was not available and that it would be a later date, but that the warehouse had it in stock and I could pick it up the next day. Gave me their address told me I could be there at 10 AM when they open to pick up my chair. Took the day off of work because I wanted to give my husband his chair for his birthday, drove one hour and 30 minutes to the warehouse just to find out that the chair was on back order, and that I could not pick it up and should have never been told that the chair was in stock. After attempting to call the store numerous times for which you cannot get through unless you lie and say that you’re purchasing something, I drove back to the store as you could understand extremely frustrated just to deal with a snub manager that told me that he didn’t need to deal with my attitude and what did I wanna do in the most condescending non empathetic way possible. Needless to say, I requested my money back and will be going to a different furniture store and never returning to Ashley’s ever again. I tried to give them an opportunity because I wanted to be fair and not judge them on the experience I had during Covid, but if I’m being honest, as terrible as that was this experience was way worse and their managers need a significant amount of customer service training. So if you’re going to buy here, I wish you good luck and do not believe anything they say. Like I said, the sales person and the manager will tell you anything to make the sale and then once you are stuck waiting for your furniture they won’t even deal with you. I do want to give kudos to the customer service lady Danuta Zygmunt that helped me with my refund who was the only one that treated me with any type of empathy and understood my frustration and offered a sincere apology. Perhaps she should be promoted to manager and maybe there would still have a customer.

No plan to shop here again. Decided to purchase furniture from the Wesley Chapel location based on product availability per the sales person that assisted us. I was told all the items I ordered would be available in a couple days. I received zero communication regarding any back log or product issues until I reached out via phone call when 1/3 of my order arrived at my house. When I called and asked for an update on the rest of my order they told me 2 months and there was nothing they could do to help. I decided to request a refund on the call and for the future to be returned ASAP. Reactive company that won’t be receiving my money.

I will never shop this company again. Had a couch delivered, 1st one came broken. They did send out a new one. When they did deliver the 2nd one they scratched my floor because they didn’t take it apart to move it. They just kept trying to get it on their 4 wheeler, which it kept falling off. Then they tried a 2 wheeler, then both. Falling off multiple times. When the driver wanted my signature, I showed him the scratches. And he started yelling in his language, throwing his arms up and walked out. I made a claim with Ashley Furniture and it’s been weeks and I have heard nothing. I’m completely being blown off by this company. Never again Ashley Furniture, never again. I will repost this every day until I get a response from someone. Don’t like it? Have your manager get involved. Call corporate and find out why I’ve had no communication on this matter…do something

Not able to return the furniture

I chose a sectional and was given delivery date of 12/28. When drivers arrived corner piece had a slice in the fabric. They did not leave. Someone called from service asking about delivery I told them I didn’t get anything and I needed before 12/31 as my previous dogs was given away and I had a New Year’s party. Needless to say she couldn’t access availability in computer and said she would call back. I haven’t heard a word and it’s New Years Eve. I am very disappointed and if delivery isn’t made in heat few days I will request a refund and ho elsewhere!

There is no return policy. I bought a couch, and when I opened it, it was a different color than it was supposed to be. I made a claim through customer service, they sent a technician to inspect, and he agreed the color was blue instead of grey, reassured me it can be returned for defect in the dye, and then he filed his report. Shortly after, I got a DENIED request email. The inspector's boss found no issue with the picture, apparently. They have a HARD no return policy. Oh, and their in store customer service was terrible too. Avoid buying from Ashley furniture.

Three separate purchases within one month, over $6000 spent. When in the showroom, I have learned to ask if ALL items I purchased are in stock for delivery on the agreed upon delivery date. After being told yes, I find out the day prior to delivery that the answer was NO. Not only was I told yes by my sales rep, but " oh yes, we have many in our warehouse, this is a new line we just started carrying". That was a line, alright, a line of BS. So I asked for some courtesy/discount; was told I would receive a call back, three days later no call...NO ONE CARES, it seems. People have to miss a day of work/half a day etc. to be home for the delivery window, well now I missed TWO. Does anyone at Ashley care? We will see but not holding my breath...

Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere than Ashley in Wesley Chapel, FL. We ordered $6k worth of furniture and were promised a delivery 2 weeks out. At 3:45 pm the day before delivery we received an email stating we had to respond by 4 PM to let them know someone 18 or older would be home to accept the order or our delivery would be postponed from 6 Dec to 18 Dec. We did not see the email until several hours later. The people in the warehouse were despicable, and the store mgmt would not even call us back. Avoid this store at all costs. We canceled our order and went to a small business in Zephyrhills who treated us much better. If you already have an order with Ashley, so sorry for you!

No one wants to be hounded as they browse and he understood this - it was appreciated. When you head to the store you should ask for Scotty, he’ll take care of you.

Had problems in the very beginning now Management is helping me out after a huge hassle with the warehouse dealing with a warped table top they originally told me was acceptable we will see where this goes. Update as of December 17, 2024 Ashley Store went above and beyond to make sure that I got a better table top for our Bolenburg set that we ordered originally. There has been a lot of bad hype about Ashley stores and there’s a lot of information out there that is derogatory. When dealing with them, I would recommend communicating with your sales person and with the store directly and you will have a much better experience. I’m pretty happy now to say the least thank you Ashley Store!

On 11/16/24, my 70-year-old mother purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture in Wesley Chapel. Delivery was scheduled for 11/30, so we cleared her entire bedroom in preparation. However, when the delivery arrived, we were shocked to learn that the bed rails were missing and out of stock—without any prior notice. Customer service offered no solution beyond a vague apology, and even after visiting the store, we were left with no firm delivery date, no option for expedited shipping, and no clear resolution. My mother has been forced to sleep on a couch indefinitely, and despite filing a complaint, we’ve received no meaningful response. Buying furniture should be a positive experience, not a source of stress. Unfortunately, Ashley Furniture’s lack of communication and accountability has been deeply disappointing. Purchased this sectional in October. I love the color and the comfort. The only thing lacking with it is I wish it had some type of clips to hold the pieces together. They come apart frequently. My reason for 3 stars was the sales experience. The salesperson sold the furniture with the pros of a warranty program of wear and stains etc. However, it was never expressed that is was an additional $400 . When she went over the cost for the additional ottoman and the pieces of the sectional never once did she bring up $400 for a warranty. I paid with my debit card and assumed the extra cost was taxes as I was supposed to get a percentage off if I paid cash and during that weekend of some promotion. Once I got home and went over the receipt I saw this $400 warranty charge. No problem I will call and let them know I didn’t want that before the delivery happens. It took 3 calls and almost a month of being sent to the call center to get my refund. The calls never went to the store , yet a third party call center. So buyer beware that the warranty protection is at a big additional price.

Ashely store is our fevourt now.the quality of the furniture the outstanding service by the employee Amazing. First we arrived early morning to purchase new sofa and mattress. They greeting us .then we met the sales person by the name Michael. He make us comfortable as first time customer to shop at Ashley. He listened to us and showed us everything taking time after a couple furniture looking we decided we will be back. We come back a gain Michael assisted us the service was excellent a gain.we did purchase sectional sofa and best strun and foster pillow top mattress. We loved it they delivered it very fast we definitely shop at ashely because they have everything for home great quality excellent service. I originally only went to the store to purchase a mattress and adjustable base because the price at every other furniture store I checked was higher, and ended up purchasing $10,000 worth of merchandise because the sales associate that helped me ( Hind ) was extremely pleasant, patient, kind, and got me amazing prices ! Awful experience. Most of the furniture delivered was damaged and one dresser was so damaged they left it on the truck. They want us to wait a whole month for a replacement!

Zero follow through with store manager Sammy. He committed to returning our call to confirm a delivery date but never called. Our delivery dates have been changed four times even though we were told the items were in stock the day of purchase 10/19. We have been waiting a month for in stock items.

This was my first time to order from Ashley and it will be my last time. Hind was great. The issue I had was the deliveries. On my first delivery I was told by the driver my dresser was on back order. Never received a call that it was not coming. I had received several calls on that delivery that another item would be coming later; the dresser was never mentioned. During the first delivery of the furniture I did receive, my wall was damaged by the team. It took 2 weeks to resolve. My dresser was to be delivered a total of 3 times. On the 3rd time, I was called the day it was to be delivered only to be told it was still back ordered. I finally received it today on the 4th confirmed delivery.

Great service at Ashley! Naba, our sales associate, was so patient and kind with us during our furniture buying process. She was quite knowledgeable about the products sold at the store, which eased our minds with the pieces we selected. The movers assembled our furniture so quickly and thoroughly; they were very nice to work with, as well.

The table and chairs were not in stock. I was never told this and it was taking so long, I ended up canceling the order and getting a refund. The salesmen stand around like vultures attacking the dead! Will never go there again.

Saleperson was not pushy. We spent a lot of money on the sofa and loveseat that we purchased. Defects with loveseat found upon delivery. Before the delivery people left we already had scheduled a techinican to come out to inspect and fix the loveseat. Tried to return. Ashley Furniture does not allow returns. Basically, there is NO return policy... something that they do not disclose when they are selling you the furniture . So, unless you have money to throw to the wind... find another furniture store with the desire to make certain that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. They do NOT care. All they care about is selling you the pieces - and you get what you get. Go to a better company - don't be fooled by their marketing and sales techniques.

Very unhappy with everything that I purchased. Poor quality and their return/exchange policy is virtually non existent. There is/was a ticket on one item that has never been resolved. Another item was delivered by a different source. The item was left on the porch & to keep it safe from the Florida climate & potential theft I drug the box inside. At no point in time did they tell me that I was responsible to assemble the item and move an item weighing 58 lbs up a flight of stairs. They charged $499.00 for 5 year warranty on the furniture without mentioning anything to me. When I noticed it (after I got home) I was told that it was discussed in “detail “ with me which was totally untrue. It was mentioned to a family member that was helping me. At that point I had not taken delivery of the merchandise the warranty company still tried to charge me for a portion of the policy. The last insult was they (Ashley) sent the amount financed to Synchrony Bank for $1300.00 more than the actual amount due. The warranty issue & the overcharge was eventually resolved but not without a lot of hassle. Their customer service is only available by someone in a foreign country, they will not transfer you to the store. Buyer awareness is key. I will never shop at Ashley again nor will I recommend them to anyone

When you walk in you're bombarded with niceties. After the sale, they could care less. They refused to take our old mattress even though it was in good shape. Second, the installers installed the adjustable base crooked (pics attached). Store manager doesn't get on the phone. Assistant managers could care less and say to call customer service. Customer service email in a roundabout way says tough. We've spent thousands there over the years for ourselves and family members but it appears Ashleys customer service has gone by the wayside. We've always been returning customers but that will now change. Fortunately, many other furniture stores within a 1 mile radius of Ashley.

Mike was great !

Initially walking in the store there was a swarm of salesman which felt slightly annoying as they swarmed around. However, Kristian was assigned to us for our salesman and he was amazing!!! There was no pressure, we told him we wanted to look around without the pressure and that's exactly what he let happen. He gave us a quick run down of price flyers and let us go around, but still made himself available for questions. We seriously went from walking in and immediately contemplating buying elsewhere to purchasing a full living room set, which I can honestly say that Kristian was the one able to turn us around on our opinion. Would for sure recommend going to Ashely and asking for Kristian and we will definitely return.

I like that way Kristian allowed us to freely roam and find the pieces we were looking for without feeling pressured! A great experience!

Love this store! Ashley in Wesley Chapel is awesome. I went in looking for King mattresses and to purchase just a new king bed only. Ashley’s was having such an awesome sale, I ended up purchasing king mattresses AND a whole new king bedroom set! The staff at this location were so helpful and Sammy the store manager was super nice. If you’re looking for furniture please come by, you won’t be disappointed. Edit: I emailed Ashley Store and provided the order information and already followed up two times. So far, no one has contacted me via phone and/or has responded to my email. It is frustrating but I still have hope that this store will solve my problem. I will keep editing this post until my problem is resolved. Thanks! I am so disappointed with this store. They don't tell you the truth about their return policy during the purchase and you just find out when you need to return or replace an item. I bought a very expensive leather sofa with nice features; the main idea was having my 84 years old mother enjoying a nice sofa when she is watching TV. Sadly, the sofa is uncomfortable and my mom could not seat on it for a long time because it hurts her back. Since I cannot afford to buy another sofa until I pay off this one, I reached out the store and explained my situation. They said it is a final sale and they could not assist me. I tried the warranty and they also could not assist me. I just wanted to re-select another sofa (same price or higher) and i will be the happiest customer. Yes, I take fully responsibility that I made a bad choice and did not read the back of the invoice; however, I expected the store to be more flexible based on my mother's situation. The sofa is brand new, no tears and stain. I had to put away in the storage until I find someone to buy it. Currently I have an old sofa that someone gave me. Unfortunately, this store doesn't care if the customer is satisfied with the furniture or not. All they want is to sell and then you are screwed. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

John was very patient and did not rush us into any quick decisions and made some wonderful suggestions that helped us so much with our purchases. Scott helped us with some beautiful furniture at Ashley furniture store in Wesley Chapel. He paid attention to detail, recommending features we might prefer such as a wood look artificial fireplace. There are some awesome pieces with a great furniture protection package available.

We had a very disappointing experience recently and as a result we will never buy anything else from them again. We purchased 4 chairs for our home. When they were delivered we weren't sure they would fit but when we asked the deliver drivers if we could return them, they confidently said, "yes no problem, just get in touch with the store within 48 hours if they don't work out". Within 2 hours of them being delivered I went down to the store and was told they could not be delivered once they are in our home. I explained never did anyone explain their 'no return' policy of any kind. She said our salesperson should have gone through all of that. Well he didn't. Our request to return 4 brand new, 2 hours old chairs with tags still on them, was denied. Thank you Ashley furniture for not training your staff to explain the return process, or lack their of. We will never buy another item from you. I know you don't care but hopefully this helps others since they will likely to receive the correct information unit it's too late.

Not happy with the product, purchased it at store, was fine when we tested it in store and in real usage not that comfortable, not able to sit more than 30mins. Ashley has a worst return policy, they don't even exchange and not considerate about the customers, whereas the other competitive furniture companies have far better return and exchange policies. . Would not recommend.
