WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS buying several living room sets and dining room sets for each of my kids. TIME AND TIME AGAIN I HAVE OVERLOOKED THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONSISTENT PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERIES. A couple weeks ago I purchased a living room set as a gift for my son and I specifically told the sales woman (Paulette) that I needed delivery and assembly. So naturally when my son called me and told me they just dropped it off and left it at the front door and that he could not even exit his apartment without moving it, I right away called the delivery driver and he very rudely stated “WE DON’T ASSEMBLE ANYMORE” then proceeds to just up on me. I then called my salesperson and she acted as if that’s what I selected. Mind you she rung up the sale in store for me. She then proceeds to tell me doorstep delivery and delivery with assembly is not much of a price difference …. so again why would I not choose assembly???? This was the last straw, I had planned to go back this week and buy some more items for my daughters house but this was my last straw with ASHLEY, I will no longer give my money to a store (WESLEY CHAPEL LOCATION ONLY) with such horrible customer service. WE WILL GO ELSEWHERE. MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THE WESLEY CHAPEL LOCATION BUT IF YOU MUST GO IN THERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DON’T GO WITH THE SALESPERSON PAULETTE.

We have gotten products from Ashleys in the past and experienced some kinks but we decided to try again. BIG MISTAKE. Some of the items weren't delivered and others were incorrect. The delivery team didn't open any of the boxes and when my husband started opening them up roaches were crawling out of them. Can't get ahold of anyone to help with cancelling the rest of my order that wasn't delivered or returning the wrong item. Competiters nearby have similar items and have a much better customer service and delivery experience, so I would highly recomment going elsewhere. I'm not trying to endorsing one company over the other but the other company has similar items and we have had no issues anytime we have bought from them. I would highly recommend avoiding Ashleys if you don't want the headaches.

I cant stand ashleys...their all about broken promises but they have your money. I refuse to order from them ever again. When I first moved to this area, I went to this store...they made all the promises in the world to me...it was the worse experience ever. Ashley could not deliver products on time as promised and signed for...even after they cancel/reschedule several times they canceled that too..unbelievable..so I against my better judgement I tried them one more time. Guess what?? Same thing...I scheduled a month out. I confirmed several times. I rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. They cancel on me, the day prior. not again. They can only deliver half of the order...ridiculous.

Ridiculous disgusting customer service. How is it that they screw up the both online orders and then I'm stuck talking and jumping hoops with people who don't understand their own job or what it is to provide good customer service. In top of that they only provided a 5% discount to cover their butts for their mistake. I can understand an error but two errors on the same order and you have the consumer on the phone for multiple calls waisting my time. Do better as a company, never again will I shop at Ashley's.

My dresser came with black streaks all over. They replaced it but I also put in claims because my nightstand knob was broke. They never replaced or fixed it. The bottom of my bed was broken and it’s now been 6 weeks and they still have not come to replace it. My mattress was delivered and the moving guys left black hand stains on my new white mattress and they still have not come to replace it or clean it. For the amount of money I have spent on this set, you’d think it would not come damaged nor should I have this big of a headache to replace it. Most horrible customer service. I have called the store and since they got my money, Joe the sales guy, nor the manager seem to care. This will be my last purchase with Ashley. Harverty’s is right in front of it. Go there! I’m sure they will be a lot better. I will also be putting in a complaint with the BBB.

Painfully average fortunate sold like it’s high quality. Sales people incentivized to either fill out a credit card application (incorrectly) for you or place you with a “leasing” company that charges 50%+ interest. Even if you find furniture you like here, you’re better off going elsewhere. Highly recommended you avoid at all costs

The store was okay I come in it's a whole bunch of employees they're all on the phone now I couldn't find one that could help me then when I was walking out there was still on the phone then one got off the phone and said I could help you I said no thank you I'm just leaving and I walked away employees should not be using the phone while they're working it's gotten out of hand so I went to City Furniture
