Purchasing the furniture was relatively painless. The scheduled delivery date, had to take a day off of work. The delivery comes and no screws or legs to furniture came for them to assemble the furniture. So they had to take the furniture back and reschedule a delivery date. What’s the point to charging for delivery if you can’t even get the delivery correct !

Sale person was good. Answered my questions. Knew the prices and the different ways to buy.

Went in store to the Inverness location 12/13/24, customer service was great there and I purchased a couch, sales tech was great and he highly suggest I purchase the warrenty, which he said was amazing and if there's anything to be fixed they take care of it, the only thing they won't cover is from animals: scratching, biting or pecking at the furniture. Any repairs they take care of, if the service tech deems the couch cant be repaired, they will replace it; if that specific couch is no longer available they will give you credit towards a different couch of equal value. My husband did a warehouse pick up Saturday 12/14/25, we needed it that day; they dropped it on the trailer and he was scared it was broke & asked for a different "box" just in case it was damaged and of course its all boxed up; employees stated they didn't have another at the warehouse but if it's broke you have 72 hours to report the damage, so we reported it. First I called the warranty number which I got no where; so I went in store to the Wesley Chapel location and they created a case for me. I had to call weeks later about it because I never heard from them. I had to submit pictures via email to show the damages, they agreed a tech needed to come to the house. Service tech Jason was at the house Saturday January 25th, he was able to fix some things, but one part of the couch couldnt be fixed in home(picture 5) needed a whole new part of the sectional to be replaced. He went outside and made some phone calls, ordered parts for one side, said the sectional was ordered and set a date for today, also said to call when parts come in and a tech can come out & install them. I got the parts this week, but the funny part is I never called them when I received the parts, and I never heard anything all week; I called Friday and on their end they show another service tech to come out and fix the issues with the ordered parts, not a delivery. Nothing about the whole part of a sectional being replaced. Service tech Peter just left and he was going to try and repair it, we said no, the tech last weekend said the whole couch needed replaced and could not be repaired, but now this guy is saying yes it can be repaired? They need to get on the same page. This is a mess and the customer service & communication is terrible....I like the couch, but with paying so much for brand new furniture, I expected way better customer service & communication. Will update as events arise.

The store folks are really informative and awesome, but the delivery stuff it's coming from the furniture stinks smells of a must and mold!! Two times now.

I purchased a brand new sofa/bed early Dec, they delivered the product to a brand new home, I kept looking at it and realized I wanted the chase on the other side I have it covered because I've been waiting for a response from anyone I've called at least 4 times with no response they gave me a case # and that's it ,all I want to do is swap for the same just have chase on the other side, guess I was a bit confused when talking to saleswoman when making a decision,this couch is brand new even purchased 5 year protection plan ,please help me to see if this can be resolved I have purchased many of Ashley items from different stores through the years I would give Ashley 5stars for furniture but customer service I don't know been waiting for weeks , update sent e mail to Ashley solutions with no response sent information needed still waiting I've been patient for a honest response

I will not waste my time and money at Ashley Furniture stores because they are Horrible! Nothing but Problems that they can never help you with! Would give no stars if I Could.

Great selection. Unfortunately, I was not able to make a complete purchase through the store since some of the items I wanted were online purchases only. However, John gets five stars for customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.

Ashley carries above-average quality furniture, and I've always been pleased with my purchases. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Not sure why I thought I was going to have a different experience then when I purchased my couches from Ashley‘s 4.5 years ago and had the worst experience after being promised that my couches would be delivered for Thanksgiving (three weeks after purchase) Just to be told two days before Thanksgiving after I donated my furniture, that I would not have furniture for the holiday. Fast forward to this weekend I purchased a chair for my husband And as usual, the sales people and the managers will tell you anything to make the sale at the moment even if that is a lie. I was promised free delivery on a date while the associate was working on her iPad making the sale. When it came time to pay that she moved to her computer. She then said that that delivery date was not available and that it would be a later date, but that the warehouse had it in stock and I could pick it up the next day. Gave me their address told me I could be there at 10 AM when they open to pick up my chair. Took the day off of work because I wanted to give my husband his chair for his birthday, drove one hour and 30 minutes to the warehouse just to find out that the chair was on back order, and that I could not pick it up and should have never been told that the chair was in stock. After attempting to call the store numerous times for which you cannot get through unless you lie and say that you’re purchasing something, I drove back to the store as you could understand extremely frustrated just to deal with a snub manager that told me that he didn’t need to deal with my attitude and what did I wanna do in the most condescending non empathetic way possible. Needless to say, I requested my money back and will be going to a different furniture store and never returning to Ashley’s ever again. I tried to give them an opportunity because I wanted to be fair and not judge them on the experience I had during Covid, but if I’m being honest, as terrible as that was this experience was way worse and their managers need a significant amount of customer service training. So if you’re going to buy here, I wish you good luck and do not believe anything they say. Like I said, the sales person and the manager will tell you anything to make the sale and then once you are stuck waiting for your furniture they won’t even deal with you. I do want to give kudos to the customer service lady Danuta Zygmunt that helped me with my refund who was the only one that treated me with any type of empathy and understood my frustration and offered a sincere apology. Perhaps she should be promoted to manager and maybe there would still have a customer.

No plan to shop here again. Decided to purchase furniture from the Wesley Chapel location based on product availability per the sales person that assisted us. I was told all the items I ordered would be available in a couple days. I received zero communication regarding any back log or product issues until I reached out via phone call when 1/3 of my order arrived at my house. When I called and asked for an update on the rest of my order they told me 2 months and there was nothing they could do to help. I decided to request a refund on the call and for the future to be returned ASAP. Reactive company that won’t be receiving my money.

I will never shop this company again. Had a couch delivered, 1st one came broken. They did send out a new one. When they did deliver the 2nd one they scratched my floor because they didn’t take it apart to move it. They just kept trying to get it on their 4 wheeler, which it kept falling off. Then they tried a 2 wheeler, then both. Falling off multiple times. When the driver wanted my signature, I showed him the scratches. And he started yelling in his language, throwing his arms up and walked out. I made a claim with Ashley Furniture and it’s been weeks and I have heard nothing. I’m completely being blown off by this company. Never again Ashley Furniture, never again. I will repost this every day until I get a response from someone. Don’t like it? Have your manager get involved. Call corporate and find out why I’ve had no communication on this matter…do something

Not able to return the furniture

I chose a sectional and was given delivery date of 12/28. When drivers arrived corner piece had a slice in the fabric. They did not leave. Someone called from service asking about delivery I told them I didn’t get anything and I needed before 12/31 as my previous dogs was given away and I had a New Year’s party. Needless to say she couldn’t access availability in computer and said she would call back. I haven’t heard a word and it’s New Years Eve. I am very disappointed and if delivery isn’t made in heat few days I will request a refund and ho elsewhere!

Horrible, purchased two sofas, delivery promised, and confirmed, then on day of delivery notice out of stock. Phone tree is Horrible to reach a person.

Paulette at Ashley furniture store was soo helpful during my visit at Ashley furniture today. I had difficulty figuring out best furniture to fit my living room and she personally sat down and gave me the greatest consultation to help me make an informed decision. I highly recommend her!

I’ve had great experience with this particular store. I haven’t had the greatest experience with Ashley furniture though.

There is no return policy. I bought a couch, and when I opened it, it was a different color than it was supposed to be. I made a claim through customer service, they sent a technician to inspect, and he agreed the color was blue instead of grey, reassured me it can be returned for defect in the dye, and then he filed his report. Shortly after, I got a DENIED request email. The inspector's boss found no issue with the picture, apparently. They have a HARD no return policy. Oh, and their in store customer service was terrible too. Avoid buying from Ashley furniture.

Three separate purchases within one month, over $6000 spent. When in the showroom, I have learned to ask if ALL items I purchased are in stock for delivery on the agreed upon delivery date. After being told yes, I find out the day prior to delivery that the answer was NO. Not only was I told yes by my sales rep, but " oh yes, we have many in our warehouse, this is a new line we just started carrying". That was a line, alright, a line of BS. So I asked for some courtesy/discount; was told I would receive a call back, three days later no call...NO ONE CARES, it seems. People have to miss a day of work/half a day etc. to be home for the delivery window, well now I missed TWO. Does anyone at Ashley care? We will see but not holding my breath...

Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere than Ashley in Wesley Chapel, FL. We ordered $6k worth of furniture and were promised a delivery 2 weeks out. At 3:45 pm the day before delivery we received an email stating we had to respond by 4 PM to let them know someone 18 or older would be home to accept the order or our delivery would be postponed from 6 Dec to 18 Dec. We did not see the email until several hours later. The people in the warehouse were despicable, and the store mgmt would not even call us back. Avoid this store at all costs. We canceled our order and went to a small business in Zephyrhills who treated us much better. If you already have an order with Ashley, so sorry for you!

After going to 2 other stores because they were close, we drove out to Wesley Chapel. John was very helpful and we found the perfect piece in 15 minutes!!! Very Happy!!

Scotty was great. Super easy to work with, knowledgeable and just the right amount of space as he let us look ourselves before catching up with us to help us finalize. No one wants to be hounded as they browse and he understood this - it was appreciated. When you head to the store you should ask for Scotty, he’ll take care of you.

It was a pleasure walking into Ashley home store. I did not feel pressured in any way. The Salesperson listened to me and did not try to sell me what I didn't want.

Had problems in the very beginning now Management is helping me out after a huge hassle with the warehouse dealing with a warped table top they originally told me was acceptable we will see where this goes. Update as of December 17, 2024 Ashley Store went above and beyond to make sure that I got a better table top for our Bolenburg set that we ordered originally. There has been a lot of bad hype about Ashley stores and there’s a lot of information out there that is derogatory. When dealing with them, I would recommend communicating with your sales person and with the store directly and you will have a much better experience. I’m pretty happy now to say the least thank you Ashley Store!

On 11/16/24, my 70-year-old mother purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture in Wesley Chapel. Delivery was scheduled for 11/30, so we cleared her entire bedroom in preparation. However, when the delivery arrived, we were shocked to learn that the bed rails were missing and out of stock—without any prior notice. Customer service offered no solution beyond a vague apology, and even after visiting the store, we were left with no firm delivery date, no option for expedited shipping, and no clear resolution. My mother has been forced to sleep on a couch indefinitely, and despite filing a complaint, we’ve received no meaningful response. Buying furniture should be a positive experience, not a source of stress. Unfortunately, Ashley Furniture’s lack of communication and accountability has been deeply disappointing. We’ll continue to share this experience until we receive a resolution. #CustomerServiceFail #AshleyFurniture #WesleyChapel #Unacceptable

Impossible to get anyone on the phone, automated messaging system refuses to put you in touch with an agent. What a joke

Purchased this sectional in October. I love the color and the comfort. The only thing lacking with it is I wish it had some type of clips to hold the pieces together. They come apart frequently. My reason for 3 stars was the sales experience. The salesperson sold the furniture with the pros of a warranty program of wear and stains etc. However, it was never expressed that is was an additional $400 . When she went over the cost for the additional ottoman and the pieces of the sectional never once did she bring up $400 for a warranty. I paid with my debit card and assumed the extra cost was taxes as I was supposed to get a percentage off if I paid cash and during that weekend of some promotion. Once I got home and went over the receipt I saw this $400 warranty charge. No problem I will call and let them know I didn’t want that before the delivery happens. It took 3 calls and almost a month of being sent to the call center to get my refund. The calls never went to the store , yet a third party call center. So buyer beware that the warranty protection is at a big additional price.

Ashely store is our fevourt now.the quality of the furniture the outstanding service by the employee Amazing. First we arrived early morning to purchase new sofa and mattress. They greeting us .then we met the sales person by the name Michael. He make us comfortable as first time customer to shop at Ashley. He listened to us and showed us everything taking time after a couple furniture looking we decided we will be back. We come back a gain Michael assisted us the service was excellent a gain.we did purchase sectional sofa and best strun and foster pillow top mattress. We loved it they delivered it very fast we definitely shop at ashely because they have everything for home great quality excellent service. Thank you so much Michael pretty soon we will be back to get our remaining stuff.I recommend Ashley for your home need furniture simply the best.

I originally only went to the store to purchase a mattress and adjustable base because the price at every other furniture store I checked was higher, and ended up purchasing $10,000 worth of merchandise because the sales associate that helped me ( Hind ) was extremely pleasant, patient, kind, and got me amazing prices ! Awful experience. Most of the furniture delivered was damaged and one dresser was so damaged they left it on the truck. They want us to wait a whole month for a replacement!

We recently called Ashley Furniture in Wesley Chapel while searching for a new couch, and Tony was extremely helpful over the phone. His knowledge and friendly demeanor convinced us to visit the store in person. When we arrived, Tony exceeded our expectations. He was super personable, very knowledgeable about all things furniture, and helped us find a beautiful set for our family and home. Tony is a rockstar! If you shop at this location, definitely make sure to ask for him. Highly recommended!

Not only did she show us plenty of options, she also gave us time alone to think it over and then mapped out how the furniture could be arranged in our house to build the “wow factor” as she put it. She also worked with us to figure how we could get the furniture, so we’d have it before guests arrive for Thanksgiving…. And how we could get help putting it together! Ashley will likely be our go to place for furniture in the future!

Zero follow through with store manager Sammy. He committed to returning our call to confirm a delivery date but never called. Our delivery dates have been changed four times even though we were told the items were in stock the day of purchase 10/19. We have been waiting a month for in stock items.

This was my first time to order from Ashley and it will be my last time. Hind was great. The issue I had was the deliveries. On my first delivery I was told by the driver my dresser was on back order. Never received a call that it was not coming. I had received several calls on that delivery that another item would be coming later; the dresser was never mentioned. During the first delivery of the furniture I did receive, my wall was damaged by the team. It took 2 weeks to resolve. My dresser was to be delivered a total of 3 times. On the 3rd time, I was called the day it was to be delivered only to be told it was still back ordered. I finally received it today on the 4th confirmed delivery.

Great service at Ashley! Naba, our sales associate, was so patient and kind with us during our furniture buying process. She was quite knowledgeable about the products sold at the store, which eased our minds with the pieces we selected. The movers assembled our furniture so quickly and thoroughly; they were very nice to work with, as well.

Store experience was ok, but part of our order was on back order and when it was delivered some of it was defective and it is requiring correction.

The table and chairs were not in stock. I was never told this and it was taking so long, I ended up canceling the order and getting a refund. The salesmen stand around like vultures attacking the dead! Will never go there again.

Saleperson was not pushy. We spent a lot of money on the sofa and loveseat that we purchased. Defects with loveseat found upon delivery. Before the delivery people left we already had scheduled a techinican to come out to inspect and fix the loveseat. Tried to return. Ashley Furniture does not allow returns. Basically, there is NO return policy... something that they do not disclose when they are selling you the furniture . So, unless you have money to throw to the wind... find another furniture store with the desire to make certain that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. They do NOT care. All they care about is selling you the pieces - and you get what you get. Go to a better company - don't be fooled by their marketing and sales techniques.

Very unhappy with everything that I purchased. Poor quality and their return/exchange policy is virtually non existent. There is/was a ticket on one item that has never been resolved. Another item was delivered by a different source. The item was left on the porch & to keep it safe from the Florida climate & potential theft I drug the box inside. At no point in time did they tell me that I was responsible to assemble the item and move an item weighing 58 lbs up a flight of stairs. They charged $499.00 for 5 year warranty on the furniture without mentioning anything to me. When I noticed it (after I got home) I was told that it was discussed in “detail “ with me which was totally untrue. It was mentioned to a family member that was helping me. At that point I had not taken delivery of the merchandise the warranty company still tried to charge me for a portion of the policy. The last insult was they (Ashley) sent the amount financed to Synchrony Bank for $1300.00 more than the actual amount due. The warranty issue & the overcharge was eventually resolved but not without a lot of hassle. Their customer service is only available by someone in a foreign country, they will not transfer you to the store. Buyer awareness is key. I will never shop at Ashley again nor will I recommend them to anyone

We had an excellent experience with Mavic! From the moment we walked in the door she was welcoming, informative, and gave us space to look around. She was never pushy and helped us to get the best price on the sectional we purchased. I highly recommend Mavic and will be going back to her for any furniture we upgrade in the future!

When you walk in you're bombarded with niceties. After the sale, they could care less. They refused to take our old mattress even though it was in good shape. Second, the installers installed the adjustable base crooked (pics attached). Store manager doesn't get on the phone. Assistant managers could care less and say to call customer service. Customer service email in a roundabout way says tough. We've spent thousands there over the years for ourselves and family members but it appears Ashleys customer service has gone by the wayside. We've always been returning customers but that will now change. Fortunately, many other furniture stores within a 1 mile radius of Ashley.

Mike was great !

Initially walking in the store there was a swarm of salesman which felt slightly annoying as they swarmed around. However, Kristian was assigned to us for our salesman and he was amazing!!! There was no pressure, we told him we wanted to look around without the pressure and that's exactly what he let happen. He gave us a quick run down of price flyers and let us go around, but still made himself available for questions. We seriously went from walking in and immediately contemplating buying elsewhere to purchasing a full living room set, which I can honestly say that Kristian was the one able to turn us around on our opinion. Would for sure recommend going to Ashely and asking for Kristian and we will definitely return.

I like that way Kristian allowed us to freely roam and find the pieces we were looking for without feeling pressured! A great experience!

I recently visited this location to purchase the Elissa Court Couch set for my new home! I was assisted by Matthew and Mavic who were both terrific in guiding me through my purchase!

The Ashley Furniture Outlet Store in New Port Richey was damaged in the Milton hurricane, and was closed. Much appreciation for the kindness & superior customer service provided by Doreen Brown.

Scotty was very helpful in showing us how the table we were looking at would look in our room. He took a lot of time with us & was not pushy in his delivery. Appreciated the time he took to work with us.

Love this store! Ashley in Wesley Chapel is awesome. I went in looking for King mattresses and to purchase just a new king bed only. Ashley’s was having such an awesome sale, I ended up purchasing king mattresses AND a whole new king bedroom set! The staff at this location were so helpful and Sammy the store manager was super nice. If you’re looking for furniture please come by, you won’t be disappointed. Make sure to come see my sales person Mavic, she is the best! Mavic is patient, listens to your needs and is extremely knowledgeable about their products and services. Edit: I emailed Ashley Store and provided the order information and already followed up two times. So far, no one has contacted me via phone and/or has responded to my email. It is frustrating but I still have hope that this store will solve my problem. I will keep editing this post until my problem is resolved. Thanks! I am so disappointed with this store. They don't tell you the truth about their return policy during the purchase and you just find out when you need to return or replace an item. I bought a very expensive leather sofa with nice features; the main idea was having my 84 years old mother enjoying a nice sofa when she is watching TV. Sadly, the sofa is uncomfortable and my mom could not seat on it for a long time because it hurts her back. Since I cannot afford to buy another sofa until I pay off this one, I reached out the store and explained my situation. They said it is a final sale and they could not assist me. I tried the warranty and they also could not assist me. I just wanted to re-select another sofa (same price or higher) and i will be the happiest customer. Yes, I take fully responsibility that I made a bad choice and did not read the back of the invoice; however, I expected the store to be more flexible based on my mother's situation. The sofa is brand new, no tears and stain. I had to put away in the storage until I find someone to buy it. Currently I have an old sofa that someone gave me. Unfortunately, this store doesn't care if the customer is satisfied with the furniture or not. All they want is to sell and then you are screwed. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

We were greeted by John Santiago, and my husband, and I were very impressed and pleased with how courteous he was with us and his knowledge of all of the furniture. John was very patient and did not rush us into any quick decisions and made some wonderful suggestions that helped us so much with our purchases. We had a very disappointing experience recently and as a result we will never buy anything else from them again. We purchased 4 chairs for our home. When they were delivered we weren't sure they would fit but when we asked the deliver drivers if we could return them, they confidently said, "yes no problem, just get in touch with the store within 48 hours if they don't work out". Within 2 hours of them being delivered I went down to the store and was told they could not be delivered once they are in our home. I explained never did anyone explain their 'no return' policy of any kind. She said our salesperson should have gone through all of that. Well he didn't. Our request to return 4 brand new, 2 hours old chairs with tags still on them, was denied. Thank you Ashley furniture for not training your staff to explain the return process, or lack their of. We will never buy another item from you. I know you don't care but hopefully this helps others since they will likely to receive the correct information unit it's too late.

The Ashley, Whesley Chapel location is a must stop in. First we were warmly greeted by Sammy. We toured and had questions all of which he was happy to answer. Found out later in our visit that he was the store manager. Awesome example of great leadership. We then met Hind. Hind was kind, knowledgeable and very patient. After waffling back and forth, Hind helped us find the final accompanying pieces. In all we bought a bedroom, living room, dining and chairs for our kitchen island. Our experience was 10stars easy!

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The store never answers their phone and staff is unfriendly. Sale associate “Jax” lied during our purchase transaction. No one takes ownership for their mistakes instead they blame corporate. Stay away!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent online order I placed for counter bar stools. Upon receiving the stools, I discovered that one of them had incorrect legs. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed to learn that a replacement part would take 7 to 10 business days to arrive, especially after waiting a week for the initial delivery of the stools. I inquired about the possibility of expediting the replacement part, but unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke with informed me that there were no options for faster delivery. Given this experience, I am quite disappointed with the overall service I received. This will likely influence my decision-making for future furniture purchases.

Mike was incredible to my family and I to round out our experience. My family and I were being served by another team member , Paulette, we found pieces we loved for our new home and advised that we will be back within 2-3 hours to finalize our order. Upon coming back we were blown off by Paulette to “complete a bigger order”. It was very clear that she was trying to make commission on a sale and discussed her personal life matters on the sales floor. Mike was happily able and willing to finalize our order and turned what was becoming a sour experience into one that will make me return to be assisted by no one but him. Provide him with raises and growth opportunities!! I was advised by him he is new to the team and provided us with more stellar service than that of a seasoned associate.

I bought some furniture at the store and apparently the company has a very old computer system not updated enough to communicate with the warehouse and the sales person lied about the availability of the items. They were not at warehouse ready to be picked up. They should update the computer system.

I went in to buy two small end tables, they told me I couldn’t pick it up at the store that I had to pay $99 to have it delivered (which was more than the table) or free shipping by June 16 which was about two weeks away - fine. I did this all in store. I called after a week passed from June 16 with no end tables, I received no emails or updates, they told me my new deliver date was September 1st!! Save yourself the headache and go to El Dorado

Paid 16K for furniture and the order was delivered on time a month ago but pieces were missing. First mistake, I should have refused the furniture with missing pieces. Scheduled for installation of one of the pieces and had to take a day off from work. When the installer arrived, he didn't have an parts to install!!!! He literally showed up with nothing!!!! He said he was hoping the parts were delivered directly to me. I wasted a day off for Ashley furniture to send someone to install parts but didn't give him anything to install. It's been a month now and some parts have been delivered but were the wrong parts.... The Ashley furniture salesman was absolutely NO help and full of excuses. This is just part of the nightmare we've experienced..... Do not accept furniture that is not complete!!!

Don't buy from this store. We bought furniture that the salesperson assured us was perfect for homes with kids and pets, claiming it was super easy to clean. These were all lies just to make a sale. We paid for delivery, but the furniture arrived in deplorable condition: ripped, crooked, and stained. We called customer service, who sent a technician to fix the brand-new furniture. The technician agreed that the material was not stain-resistant. Despite multiple calls to customer service and the store, no solution has been offered. We paid over $4600 and all we ask is to be able to reselect furniture that is actually stain-resistant, but all we get is rude responses .

April 15th, we walked in to buy a bedroom set and walked out with 3-bedroom sets, adjustable electric bed frame and some décor pieces. Upmost attention when it comes to selling. Salesman Genaro did his “job” however later in the process failed to follow up on two different occasions. April 26th the day of the delivery, main bedroom set dresser bottom drawers are not shutting all the way, so we created a ticket before the delivery crew left. Once all the mess got cleaned up and settling in, we noticed a) we ordered the wrong size bed frame (and this is completely on us), b)there is a crack on one of the nightstands with the main bedroom sets, c)the other nightstand’s light is not working and d)there is a scratch on one of the drawers of the secondary bedroom sets dresser. Called the very next day trying to reach the location MULTIPLE TIMES and the sales rep. had no luck what-so-ever. The following day took time off to make it in the location to report the issues. Tickets were created. 09223253, 09223282, 09223313, 09218929. We were told there is an approval process for setting up an exchange of the bed frame but once the approval is received either the location or the customer service will call. All kosher, up to here. Well, we started to receive picture request emails for tickets where ASHLEY completely fails to attach a ticket number to each request. So, we are receiving picture request emails (multiple of these emails) not knowing which of the issues to address. I mean there is absolutely no indication of what ticket or product is being referred to. After getting off of the phone with a rep, we uploaded everything into one ticket and set up the technician date. Tech comes in, absolutely has no idea of any other issues yet he is only there for the "drawers not shutting". He kindly addresses the scratch on the shelf by ordering a replacement shelf (which we still have not received), states nightstand crack is not fixable, and “fixes” the drawers that were not shutting. Well fix is probably not the word I would use… Yes, the drawers are now “closing” but the whole thing is crooked and not soft closing at all and when mentioned to him that the drawers are all crooked… Listen to this carefully, we were suggested to put the HEAVIER CLOTHES ON LEFT SIDE of the drawer to fix the drawers crookedness *I KID YOU NOT* this is what we were told by the technician. He also said, while attempting to fix it “whoever put this together did not put it together correctly”. After we mentioned our dissatisfaction with the repair. He said he will put it in the notes, and someone will be in touch with us. We received confirmation of the drawer replacement order being processed shortly after. But no calls regarding the crack on the nightstand, and/or the crooked drawers. Well, a week passes by, I call in to check on the repairs just to find out the tickets were closed and that if anything they can send another technician. I have asked for the replacement of both products, the nightstand and the dresser so tickets were reopened. A week later, STILL NO RESPONSE. And there is STILL NO RESPONSE ON THE BED FRAME REPLACEMENT since April 28th! Today is May 13th.

I had been searching online for 2 weeks not finding what I wanted in my price range. Decided to go in the store with my 2 yr old twins and mother. Scotty was absolutely amazing. He ran all over the store while we made up our mind. He worked his magic and we ended up with a living room set and a dining room set. He ensured it was as quick as possible and interacted with my boys as they were getting antsy. I'll continue to be an Ashley lifer.

If you want good customer service and not feel discriminated against when you go to Ashley Furniture Wesley Chapel, don’t go to the salewoman, Hind Bouyadi. Had the most horrible experience yesterday, 4/29/24. After spending about 7 grand earlier in the month. My wife and I went back to buy another chair to go with our living room set we bought two weeks prior from the same store. Upon arrival we were greeted by Hind. We told her what we were looking for, she immediately became very “short” with us, then stepped away and told us she would be back, moments later i observed with another couple, and after 25 minutes, she never returned to us. As a man of color, I have to admit, I was very offended by this, however Linda Fox, another saleswoman, saw my frustration and began to help us and was very professional and polite with us. Ashley furniture is a great place to shop for quality furniture however I’m sure Ms. Bouyadi’s behavior isn’t the standard for employees at Ashley, nevertheless it should be noted that every customer should be treated equally, regardless of the amount of money a person spends, the color of their skin, or whatever culture you come from. There’s no place for that type behavior in business, especially in 2024. Very disappointed by this!

Cheap overprice and it's not truly made in turtle Island

This is a long story. On APRIL 3, we ordered new bedroom furniture, including independent adjustable (head & foot) mattresses for each of us from #Ashleyfurniture in Wesley Chapel Florida. The bedframe and mattresses were delivered on APRIL 5. Immediately the delivery/assembly guy advised us the storage footboard would not work with the adjustable mattresses. We called the store and the sales manager insisted it would. The delivery guy stood there shaking his head and said something would break. We trusted the delivery guy who told us a standard footboard, not the one with drawers, would work. They had to take the headboard, footboard and side rails back to the warehouse and order a new set with standard footboard. On APRIL6, we went to the store to make certain the standard footboard, headboard & side rails were ordered. There was no manager in the store. The woman in Customer Service at #ashleyfurniture advised us the warehouse had not yet returned the items delivered to us on the system so she would be unable to place the order until the warehouse returned the others. She promised she would reorder immediately after she saw the return on the system. A FEW DAYS BEFORE APRIL 16, We received a call from #ashleyfurniture telling us there was a discussion between the store and the warehouse and it was agreed the storage footboard would work with the adjustable mattresses. We agreed to take delivery of the storage footboard. On APRIL 16, the bed, with storage footboard was delivered and assembled. Also delivered was our lanai furniture. As they were assembling the lanai furniture, we tried to open the footboard drawers. They wouldn't budge. So, for the second time, the headboard, footboard & side rails were returned. On APRIL 19 the third #ashleyfurniture delivery was made. HOWEVER, this time, some of the pieces had two hooks and others only had one slot for the hooks so, GUESS WHAT??? For the 3rd time, the parts were returned. DURING THIS ENTIRE FIASCO, NOT ONE PERSON FROM #ashleyfurniture in Wesley Chapel Florida proactively reached out to apologize. On APRIL 20, we went to #ashleyfurniture and finally were able to speak to a manager who apologized and offered gift cards so we could purchase "accent pillows or something". Whoop-di-freaking-do. We had already tipped 6 delivery guys $20.00 each. She personally placed the order. Today, the 4th delivery was made (and another $40.00 tip made- all of the delivery guys were careful, respectful and knowledgeable). The parts appear to be correct but we are, rightfully so, i believe, skeptical. LET US PRAY. "Would not recommend #Ashleyfurniture Wesley Chapel Florida."

****BUYER BEWARE **** How are the Google ratings so high for this awful business? The BBB ratings are horrible.They don't stand behind the products they sell. When you expect to get what you picked out from the store and paid big money for but you get less than par product they don't care. Soft and comfy -vs- stiff and hard as a rock. I cant believe I have to come here to express how stressed and frustrated i am. I have been shopping at Ashley store for almost 9yrs now and never been so disappointed until today. I had an accident with the coffee table and it broke off but luckily my minor’s who were playing closeby were safe and not hurt. I somehow managed to drag the broken pieces to garage so no kids can get more hurt. Later I called customer service and they confirmed for an exchange but never had I ever experienced to return the broken piece to get a new piece. Since the nails were coming off the table, I disposed the table and to my utmost nightmare I had been put through so much anxiety for $200 worth of coffee broken table to be returned in order to have a new delivery. Please be mindful it was only 2 months I brought $10,000 worth of furniture from the store for my new house. And this what I get in return!! Not just u guys have lost 10 yr old customer but also a dignity. Being pregnant this is so much on me and i am done with this store!! Plsss dont buy any stuff from Ashley store..

The only issue I had was they charged my daughter way more for her delivery and protection plan then they did me.

Great service on the first purchase, completely opposite on the second. Customer service after the sale leaves much to be desired. I was double charged (On a 2K purchase) and still have not been made whole. The manager at the store along with the sales people have all been polite and tried to resolve the situation, but the corporate policies prevent them from being able to make things right. Just one issue that should never happen, if the corporate office provides a "chat" space to answer customer problems or complaints, maybe you should hire someone to answer those questions. Three and a half hours with no response is unacceptable under any circumstances. Just shut it off- you piss people off when you offer a service and then don't follow up. I won't be purchasing from your company again because I don't trust you to correct your own mistakes.

*** BUYER BEWARE*** I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture at their Wesley Chapel location. Not only did they provide false information about their products, but their customer service was abysmal. It's a shame to see military service members wasting their hard-earned money here. Buyers beware, as you're likely to encounter deceptive practices and subpar quality. Avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs. Adding insult to injury, Ashley Furniture's insurance is an absolute rip-off. Don't fall for it! Their claims department is utterly useless, reverting back to the store instead of actually assisting customers with their issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid purchasing their insurance altogether. It's just another way they take advantage of unsuspecting customers. It's no wonder Ashley Furniture has faced class-action lawsuits. With their deceitful practices, poor customer service, and substandard products, it's clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. My experience with them only confirms why so many customers have taken legal action against them. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Ashley Furniture. Update -nothing resolved

Associates at the store are incredibly aggressive sales people. Don’t give you enough space to browse and follow you around the store. Store purposefully doesn’t provide WIFI which made pulling up information needed to complete the order impossible as cell service is non existent. When we did need service Luna was quick to help and deliver great service. Because of the lack of WiFi we needed to complete the order on the phone and Luna was not available but was able to have her leader call and complete the order. All of which was completed friendly and efficiently. However while talking to Luna in store we were not advised that the corner piece was on back order which meant the order could not be sent out for over a month. Information that would have been useful during the aggressive sales pitch.

Ordered a couch from Linda a month ago, was told it was in stock. Confirmed delivery with dispatch and two back to back days the couch was not delivered despite having verbal confirmation via phone and emailed confirmation. A woman who was allegedly a dispatch supervisor named Jay was horrendous and should consider a new profession. At this point our sales rep is unresponsive, as is the store, and we have no resolution from dispatch. Don’t shop here. Plenty of other locations and/or furniture options that care. Complete insanity to pay for an item that you do not have and the company not to make it a priority to fix it.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience here! Luna was a tremendous help and assisted us in getting a new sofa (as well as other furniture too). I seriously cannot thank her enough for making the process as seamless and easy as possible!

Very disappointed on how they handled my most recent purchase ! I purchased a 2000 dollar small sectional that is displayed in the entrance of their store, just a few weeks later the cushion sinks significantly ! Very cheap material… all what they did was send me a a replacement of the inside without the case while their tech told me it will happen again ! One of the sales people in the store got very defensive when I told her what the tech told me and said “ he doesn’t know what he’s talking about “ Very inconsistent and neglectful while spending this much of a price tag !

Customer service is stellar. Our salesman, John Santiago, is extremely knowledgeable of complimentary pieces, sales (most importantly, the end date) and finance options. Even better, his timely response to inquiries and even notifying us of upcoming vacation time so that we’d know his availability. Our new construction home was considerably delayed and frustrating, but his pleasant demeanor and willingness to continue to work with us, shows his commitment to providing superior service.
