My husband and I made the choice to blindly buy a Beautyrest Black brand mattress due to the reviews and price. Overall sales process was great. John Santiago is a personable professional. He was very down to Earth, yet honest and upfront. He constantly reminded us that he is a salesman. He felt like a close neighbor or family friend. He made good on all of his offers and made the purchase less painful. Only thing that keeps me from rating 5 is the fact that a blind purchase is not guaranteed for the 90 day trial period where all the other mattresses openly have the trial period. We're praying reviews hold true for us and our purchase meets our needs. I am physically disabled and need to lay on a comfy mattress.
Our experience today was 10/10. Naba was pleasant, very professional, and personable. We came in with a table in mind, it was advertised for 1k less at another store and was verified. They price matched it..but that table was not in stock till July!! So we had a second set in mind from Rooms to Go down the street. Naba said we don’t lose business and she meant it. We found another table we liked and they made the same offer. We will have our new table delivered in three days..very grateful. Thank you, Naba!! Thank you, Ashley team.
