I purchased my furniture from here and it was a terrible experience. They delivered the items at a completely different time than what I requested — they are absolutely not accurate with timing. They also didn’t send all the items together. They delivered them in multiple shipments, and some pieces are still missing even after a long wait. Worse, no one can help you — they just take your money and leave you with no solution. Honestly, I will never buy from here again.

Shopping for a new move and went to 5 different furniture stores but this one was by far the best! Steve was a fantastic help and got me all set up with a new couch. Would recommend.

Been buying from Ashley for many years, and only them. Was very happy with service/equipment... until now. Have the WORST experience in 'customer service' ever. After placing order, we noticed color ordered was wrong. Needed to change color. Called next morning to change, but WESLEY CHAPEL STORE NEVER NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. We then called main customer service number. Got given a case number, was told change is no problem, should be done. Reminded that delivery date was just a couple days away, was told no problem. Would change date if needed. Called 2 days later to confirm, was told change was done. Confirmed delivery date did not change and correct color would be delivered. Called following day again morning of delivery, got confirmation again color was changed and all good. Got delivery, it was wrong color. Called Store, never an answer as usual. Called Customer service and asked for supervisor. Many times was told none were availble. Until several hours later at 11:30am eastern, was a supervisor finally available. Was then told exchange period was too late. Not checking that we had a case file already, to have colored changed. Supervisor said to go to the store. We now have to drive 1 hour to the store to get our refund back. ASHLEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE NOW. THE STORE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. If ordering anything, make sure the correct equipment is shown on the order. If incorrect or need anything changed, good luck as they may tell you want you want to hear...but do nothing. Then say too late to do anything. Our whole house is funished with Ashley, been loyal customer for many years, and gave many recommendations. Now, complete opposite! They do not care about you now, even if a loyal customer for years. NOTE: Ashley management or headquarters, if you care please reference Case# 10517413

Hind was absolutely AMAZING. She gave us space to figure out what we wanted and kept checking up on us. We found a sectional we loved, and she helped us get it. She made the whole process easy and affordable. I can’t thank her enough!

My wife and I came in to look for a dining table. My wife had her sunglasses on top of her head and was rudely criticized by an employee after asking for help and told she would help after taking her sunglasses off of her head and that she looks ridiculous. Not sure why, because she also just wear prescription glasses? Pretty odd. Not a great way to get sales. Being kind is very easy. Hope this helps upper management know what their floor hospitality is like. Thank you!
