If you're in the market to drop over $8,000 on furniture and then experience the thrill of being completely ignored, look no further! This place has perfected the art of the vanishing act after a sale. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a bedroom set, a dining room table with eight chairs, and two pieces of "art." On delivery day, the entertainment began when a worker treated my carpet like a construction site floor, casually tossing his drill before blankly staring at the ground as I tried to ask about the parts for our bedroom set. The service, as you might guess, ended there. We've been playing a fun game of phone tag with them ever since, though it's more like we tag ourselves and they're always "it." We had to call Ashley to track down our large clock, a masterpiece that was delayed. When it finally arrived, it performed its single job—telling time—with all the accuracy of a broken sundial. We even tried replacing the battery, but to no avail. Our salesperson, a true master of suspense, was incredibly prompt in getting back to me—five whole days later. I've now submitted pictures and have a case number, which I'm told is a very important thing to have. Since then, I've heard nothing. Not a peep from Ashley, not a text, not a carrier pigeon. Nothing. I assumed Ashley was a higher-tier furniture store, but it seems their prices are the only thing that's "higher tier." Their customer service is what I'd generously call "Walmart-level," though that might be insulting to Walmart. To summarize, if you want to be treated like a treasured customer up until your credit card clears, this is your place. If you're a glutton for punishment and want to repeatedly call a company with issues, this is also your place. As for me, I'll be taking my business to Haverty's next door, and I'll be leaving this broken clock on my floor as a tribute to their stellar service.

Shoppers - be aware that this store does not accept any returns or exchanges. I spent nearly $6K at this store, but was never told that all of their products are final-sale or clearance. Ashley has a no-return policy for final-sale/clearance. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere as there are other area stores at similar price levels. I am very unhappy with my experience and would never return to Ashley Furniture.

We had an amazing experience at Ashley’s Furniture thanks to Keith! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what we was looking for. He didn’t pressure us at all, but instead guided us through different options that fit my style and budget. Keith made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and his professionalism stood out the entire time. If you’re shopping for furniture, definitely ask for Keith — you’ll be in great hands!

I would give a 0 if I could!!! Honesty and integrity means nothing to these people.They have been lying to me for 7 weeks. BUYER BE WARE!!! THERE SEEMS TO BE NO RECOURSE AFTER THE PURCHASE IS MADE. I received what I am sure is a used sofa, perhaps a display item. These are my issues (1) the sofa wasn't in the box. I was told that the box was damaged so he needed to inspect it. Apparently he didn't because (2) one of the cup holders has a circular water stain and none of them were wrapped in plastic (3) the flip piece shown in the picture malfunctions (4) there is a tear in the leather. These findings were reported in less than 15 mins. after the delivery. When purchased, I was told that I had 72 hrs to return the purchases if I wasn't satisfied. Initially their solution was to send a technician out. Why is a repair needed on a piece of furniture that I hadn't used? Does that sound fair? Finally I was told that the piece would be replaced; however, I was informed YESTERDAY that the replacement was denied. I had no idea. This is one of many times they have failed to communicate. The relationship and rapport built with the sales rep. in the store is null and void after the purchase is made. The rep or the manager(s). of the store are of no value. You are only able to speak with a customer service rep who has been trained to lie. How insulting. Come to find out, 3 out of 3 people I've talked to about this who have also made purchases from Ashley has similar experiences. In fact, I spoke with a friend today about my frustrations and she stated, " I could have told you that. I wish you had talked to me first". Now it's 4 out of 4. Statistically, every person that I spoke to who has dealt with Ashley had a negative experience. PLEASE take these reviews seriously.

The store is beautiful and has a solid selection, but I walked away from a $10,000+ purchase due to their baffling financing policies. Choosing to finance through their own store credit card actually removes perks like free delivery and additional discounts which makes no sense. Penalizing customers for using the store’s own financing option is a backward strategy that cost them a major sale.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to share our recent experience with Ashley Furniture, which unfortunately has been extremely disappointing — not because of the product, but because of the lack of communication and follow-through. To start on a positive note, the salesperson we worked with in-store was excellent. However, after the sale, everything seemed to fall apart. We never received a copy of our invoice, and when we called the store to request one, we were directed to customer service — where you’re required to leave a voicemail and wait for someone to return your call. It has now been four days, and we still haven’t heard back from anyone. Additionally, the chair we received was delivered with a cut in the leather, and no one has offered a resolution. When we placed the order, we were told everything was in stock, but the loveseat did not arrive with the rest of the furniture. Again, no one informed us it was on backorder — which would’ve been fine if someone had communicated with us. To make matters worse, we received multiple, conflicting delivery notifications for the loveseat. First, it was scheduled for Thursday, then changed to Friday, and finally to Saturday between 4:30 and 7:00 PM. Yet, the delivery team showed up at 10:30 AM while we were at work. When we told them we could be there in 15–20 minutes, they left — even though we caught them exiting the neighborhood and asked them to return. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. We are extremely busy and expect a company of your size to follow through on what it promises. Communication has been non-existent, and service after the sale has been abysmal. We’re currently building another home and were planning to purchase $30,000–$35,000 worth of furniture from Ashley. After this experience, we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. Sincerely,

I visited this location hoping to buy a new dining set and sofa. I spent over 20 minutes walking around and not one associate greeted me or asked if I had questions or needed assistance. I finally stopped one of them for assistance and he was extremely short with me and unfriendly. It was shocking to see the lack of customer service.

Giving this store one star is far too generous. From the warranty scam at checkout to the double-billing attempts to the different excuses to why delivery was not made to the unprofessional, incompetent customer service. A horrible furniture-buying experience from start to finish. I think the BBB, the district attorney of Florida and or FTC would be interested in Ashley's business practices.

Have spent plenty of money here. Came in to look for a C table I need two for 120 a piece and everyone blew me off and wouldn’t help me find it. Said if I know what it is to order it online. But I’m in here now ready to buy it. One woman walked away from me to greet the next person. I’m sorry that your income is so dependent on the purchase price of the your clients orders.
