Very quick and efficient process!

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Quality I paid extra for the White Glove service expecting my furniture to be properly set up in my home. When the delivery arrived, the pieces were already assembled and shrink-wrapped. After the delivery team unwrapped it, I immediately noticed major issues: the door was hanging sideways on the right, and the top was not aligned correctly. I reported the damage to the representative on the phone while the delivery team was still here. Ashley sent someone out to “fix” it, but even after adjustments, it still looks like something I would buy damaged from a thrift store. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a $100 credit and told that I’m stuck with it. This is unacceptable. I paid for quality and service and received neither. I would like a manager to call me directly. Based on this experience, I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley again.

Jose was great to work with. He used his knowledge of the products that were available and what we were looking for to help us achieve our vision. We saw several managers stopping by to introduce themselves and offer any help. From start to finish it took us less than 2 hours to sign the paperwork and leave. Great customer service and he acted like he throughly enjoyed his job.

I didn't know that Ashley and City are both the same store, different styles but same parent company. So, this review includes my experience walking thru both. On one end is Ashley, with more traditional styles and slightly less priced furniture (but still nice) to the other end being City, with more contemporary sets and pieces, and slightly higher prices. I was helped by Jennie, a lovely and patient rep, who took me thru both sides of the store. After much looking around, and sitting and touching fabric of various sets, I settled in a nice one, and she helped me through the ordering process. It was easy and stress-free. Overall, it was an enjoyable purchase process. I'd recommend this store. And when the furniture is delivered, I'll update this review. I have the feeling it'll all go smoothly.

I walked the whole store and went to the couch I wanted (the lovely gray fuzzy sectional) Allen appeared asking if I had any questions. Which he answered all! Had fun picking out the furniture with Allen. Allen was nice and personable. I called the Ashley store number the next day regarding a question. Left a message, 48 hours later still no return call. Drove to Ashley's to answer the question. I should have not had to do that if someone would look at the messages left. You cannot tell me no sales associate or manager or anyone did not have time to return a call. Little disappointed but like the furniture, so I'm torn

I can’t say enough good things about Elisa at Ashley Furniture. She was welcoming, helpful, and patient from the start. What I appreciated most was her sense of humor, which made the whole experience enjoyable. She went above and beyond. I used to dread shopping for furniture and decor, now I know I have a place (and someone) I can turn to for an honest opinion. Bought a 6 thousand dollar bedroom set from them. In less then 3 years I have gone through three mattresses. On the third mattress delivery through warranty, one of the people said, whoever told you, the bunkie boards were wrong. There’s at least a foot and a half gap between the slats and it doesn’t support the bed. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley again.

I bought counter height stools online. They are unable to be assembled due to the holes not lining up. I called customer service 9 days after they were delivered and they told me I only had 3 days to request a refund despite having a 30 day return policy. Apparently if you don't call within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, then you are just stuck. Worst customer service ever and complete corruption. Very sad how they take advantage of a hard working customer.

A few months ago, I was searching for a bedroom set for our Florida House. Our store in New Jersey was not able to take our order And ship to Florida so I had to look for a store in Florida.. I came across City Furniture and reached out to them. One of their sales persons, ELISA, answered, and I began Working with her. She walked me through the process, checked to see if the furniture I wanted was in stock and I eventually put a deposit down on it. As we got closer to the delivery date. I noticed that City Furniture and Ashley are connected and they were having Memorial Day sales.. I reached out to her and she said yes the furniture that you wanted is on an even better sale and we will be able to do better with your price. We also needed a mattress And she and her manager were very patient while we made that decision. Elisa, went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, and then even worked on her day off to get us an early delivery date as we were only going to be in Florida for one week and were sleeping on an air mattress. We are genuinely appreciative of all she did for us and would not hesitate going back to them for any additional furniture.

My husband and I were so relieved to experience such an easy and pleasant experience with Ashley Furniture and especially Rosa who made the entire process so comfortable and easy. My husband is currently in a wheelchair and so he waited for me in the vehicle while I ran in to first see if they might have what we needed. Rosa met me at the front door, listened to my needs, brought me straight to two very good possibilities. I then brought my husband in and we quickly knew we were in the right place. This comes off of a very bad experience for the last 2 years with a sectional reclining couch from a reputable furniture store. We are so grateful for Ashley Furniture, Rosa and Bryan who all helped make this an easy experience and we know we have chosen some excellent pieces with their warranty backing them up. Looking forward to our beautiful living room, which also arrives this week in the time frame that we requested.

He gave me his private number so we could add or takeaway as needed before delivery. He is even monitoring the delivery because it had to be delayed. I am very happy with all the service City provided.

I purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture Online along with a warranty, thinking it would provide peace of mind. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The bed broke after a short period of use, and while the warranty claim was approved for a replacement, I’ve been stuck with a broken bed for months now. Customer service has been frustrating at best—no one seems to know what’s going on or how to follow through. I’ve been bounced around between departments with no real answers or timeline for resolution. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of organization and accountability within this company. I expected much better quality and support for the money spent. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Store doesn't meet expectations - by a long shot. This store sold and delivered broken pieces and then takes an enormous time and confusing process to remedy the situation (which hasn't been remedied). In South Florida, Ashley is owned by City Furniture, who has had similar delivery issues in the past. They are confrontational, do things their own way with no consideration for the customer, and feel that if you don't live under their rules then you don't deserve to have the quality you paid for. Robert Falnanga was the salesman. If it's not bad enough that they won't deliver (using their automated system as an excuse), they can't (won't) locate the furniture that was supposed to be delivered to me as a replacement and have likely sold it to someone else. Ashley continues to call me, harrass me with excuses about their automated system (which they control) and offer me bait-and-switch exchanges, more delays, and hostility. Their employees feel that the customer should inherently 'just know' how Ashley works and accept it without complaint. Stay away from City Furniture and Ashley.

Normally I don't post reviews but it has to be done for this particular location. Called on the phone several times but no answer, when I reached them they said my specific sales associate (Manuel Cuevas) was the only one who could help but no respond for 2 days. Then the next day, I called to complain to a manager about this so the person on the phone (Diego Rodriguez) was magically able to help me. But they made many mistakes on the invoice so they have to refund me for their mistake, said the refund cannot take place on that day. The next day, the refund is not shown on my card, so I called again and asked for a manager (which they do not give) and asked for the refund and magically everything was fixed. Everyone who works there seems to only care if you ask for the manager. Just, don't waste your money on expensive items when they only care about the commission.

Great experience shopping at Ashley’s. Rosa, the sales person who took care of us had a lot of knowledge on the inventory of the furniture and quickly took us where we needed to go. They have financing and we left very happy. The delivery and set up men were very polite and personable, called to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time, had my dining table and chairs set up fast and cleaned up after themselves, will definitely be going back.

Unfortunately, I overheard a conversation by I believe the district manager or the store manager, but I’m pretty sure it was the district manager. This man was unbelievably disrespectful to my sales woman so much so that I began to shake an anger! I confronted him and explained to him how unappropriate he was and be quite frank. He should be terminated for harassment in my opinion, and I will testify if asked. Manage other than him wants to speak to me my number is on file

Didn't find anything we liked during our first visit. Continued looking elsewhere and online. Found pieces we were interested in online the following weekend and sent Rosa Sandoval an email. She replied within 10 minutes and said we should complete to sale that day to receive the "Premium" incentive ending at the end of the day. We went back to the store and Rosa explained everything thoroughly in spite of her being very busy due to the promotion. Before finishing the order we met with her manager who again tried to push the extended warranty which we still declined. Our furniture is on back order so can't comment on the delivery but the in-store experience ended very positive.

poor customer service, bad management. this location over charged my credit card by $5,000. when asked about it they just said there trying to fix it and stated they even knew about it. Its been over a week and they still can’t figure out how to fix there mistake. Can’t get a ahold of anyone on the phone anymore. everyone here has 2 brain cells fighting over a thought. it’s disgusting how your corporate let’s this location run and do whatever they want.

We bought several pieces of furniture at City Furniture on Friday it was a very good experience. There was a representative along with us for the entire process and she was very informative and diligent. She answered many of questions and addressed our concerns. The rest of the start were all very friendly and the atmosphere felt warm. We enjoyed our experience so much that we brought our mother-in law and she purchased some chairs also. Not very happy with my visit

I would never shop at Ashley's Furniture. 2021 I purchased all my house furniture with Ashley from the sofa to the bedroom set. Long story short when my table arrived it was too big for the space, and they did not want to help me. On Sunday I went to Ashley Furniture to try to use my store credit gift card unfortunately, they were not willing to help since the store credit had expired. I would never get anything from this store. How can you place an expired date on a store credit certification ? thats stealing.

We were waiting for 15 minutes before we had to go find someone to help us. Finally Rosa was spotted and we bought a dining room set. Rosa was the BEST We will be coming back to her for our living room furniture very soon. Thanks.

We went today to buy a couch and dining table. Our sales representative was Raymond Kidd and he was very professional and patient with my daughter and I in finding the right furniture. What impressed us is that we were about to leave the store and give up since we didn't find a good dining table but Raymond encouraged to keep looking and we ended up finding the perfect dining table and we left highly satisfied with the service we received.

Very expensive and when u buys something of course they try to make the Commission, but it is very cheaper online as well as hidden fees everywhere once you choose an item to buy spent 700 extra dollars on protection and a bunch of other stuff before even buying the item came out to $3000 on an item that was 1500 They try to have you buy a bed for 36 months with no interest.

Rooms to go and Ashley were always the only place we have bought our furniture since we moved from NJ to WPB FL back in 1994 always received excellent quality furniture and this week was no different as Kristina was top- notch throughout our process in picking out a bedroom set for our granddaughter and even managed to get us into a much needed mattress for my acing back. Even though the store was very busy I was greeted almost immediately by the manager. He said that he would have a salesperson assist me shortly. Tosin arrived quickly and helped me with my purchase. He was friendly, efficient, and explained the process for the delivery of the furniture. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Hoping that delivery and set up goes just to smooth.

I went into the store with a general idea of what I was looking for. An associate approached me, and I kind of made it obvious that I didn’t want to be followed and just wanted to look around for a little bit. She didn’t hover over me and was very helpful when I asked her for a certain item that I was looking for. The rest of the experience involved finding an item that I really wanted, but the price was a little more than what I really wanted to pay and she was very nice and wasn’t pushy about trying to sell the item. Overall, a very good experience and I’ll be back.

We just bought a new home and needed many furniture items. Our salesperson Tosin “T” was patient and wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about all of our choices and had a great demeanor. The store is well stocked and the manager was extremely accommodating to all of our requests.

Horrible….told me that my furniture was in stock and found out three days later it wasn’t. Called at 10:30 and was told someone would call me back. I called at 3:00 and asked for a manager and never heard back from a manager. Went to the store at 6:00 and cancelled my order! They had the nerve to call me yesterday and asked me if there’s anything else I wanted to order. Never wanted to try to explain what happened. I’ll never buy from Ashly or City furniture again. Not worth the aggravation.

Nice selection, reasonable prices. Sales people were helpful and friendly. Be sure to ask about the difference between having items delivered versus shipped. If it’s something that does not require extensive set up, or that you can unpack and set up yourself, you can have it shipped and save money instead of paying for delivery. The same policies of 24 hours to report any defect or damage apply. They will also come and pick it up for free even if you have it shipped for free.

Personally, I wouldn’t even give them one star. I bought a mattress from there. It was delivered two days ago. No one explained that you have to buy their mattress cover protector in order to trade in your mattress. I’m not happy with the mattress I have my own protector on it And slept on it one night, but they will not do an exchange. Even though I explained that no one told me that I needed To buy their mattress cover if you’re looking for a mattress go to mattress firm, they have all namebrand and way better prices, and much better customer service

Wonderful experience shopping and using a credit that I had earned from an unused home service that I had purchased. I must have walked the store 3x looking for what I wanted and the sales associate Shakira (Kira) was such a delight. Her demeanor from the get go was so genuine and I can clearly tell she enjoys her job. I can’t recommend her enough as well as Ashley/City Furniture. I have never had an issue in all the years.

I purchased a dining room table set with matching server and entertainment center, etc. all pieces arrived built poorly drawers not able to open and damages on the furniture , like peeled/ chipped wood. Also, the wrong dining room chairs. It’s been almost a month for them to approve an exchange ( unbelievable) Ashley furniture customer service is extremely poor not only did they mess up my chairs they charged me additional to deliver the correct chairs. Ashely had me make a claim including pictures and details regarding why the furniture needs to be replaced or fixed. And Regarding a refund I had to call multiple times, just for my refund, which I paid in full . They are a bunch of scammers and will charge you for their mistakes and on top of it, have you email claims that they ignore and you still have to follow up yourself. customer service is nonexisting, and no one cares to make anything correct for the customers!! I’m exhausted from this experience that was supposed to be a happy occasion. It’s been 3 plus weeks and im still dealing with this!
