We bought several pieces of furniture at City Furniture on Friday it was a very good experience. There was a representative along with us for the entire process and she was very informative and diligent. She answered many of questions and addressed our concerns. The rest of the start were all very friendly and the atmosphere felt warm. We enjoyed our experience so much that we brought our mother-in law and she purchased some chairs also. We love expedited delivery and aftercare services available for 3 years after our purchase. Thank you. 🙏🏿♥️

Not very happy with my visit

I would never shop at Ashley's Furniture. 2021 I purchased all my house furniture with Ashley from the sofa to the bedroom set. Long story short when my table arrived it was too big for the space, and they did not want to help me. On Sunday I went to Ashley Furniture to try to use my store credit gift card unfortunately, they were not willing to help since the store credit had expired. I would never get anything from this store. How can you place an expired date on a store credit certification ? thats stealing.

We were waiting for 15 minutes before we had to go find someone to help us. Finally Rosa was spotted and we bought a dining room set. Rosa was the BEST We will be coming back to her for our living room furniture very soon. Thanks.

We went today to buy a couch and dining table. Our sales representative was Raymond Kidd and he was very professional and patient with my daughter and I in finding the right furniture. What impressed us is that we were about to leave the store and give up since we didn't find a good dining table but Raymond encouraged to keep looking and we ended up finding the perfect dining table and we left highly satisfied with the service we received.

Very expensive and when u buys something of course they try to make the Commission, but it is very cheaper online as well as hidden fees everywhere once you choose an item to buy spent 700 extra dollars on protection and a bunch of other stuff before even buying the item came out to $3000 on an item that was 1500 They try to have you buy a bed for 36 months with no interest.

I went into the store with a general idea of what I was looking for. An associate approached me, and I kind of made it obvious that I didn’t want to be followed and just wanted to look around for a little bit. She didn’t hover over me and was very helpful when I asked her for a certain item that I was looking for. The rest of the experience involved finding an item that I really wanted, but the price was a little more than what I really wanted to pay and she was very nice and wasn’t pushy about trying to sell the item. Horrible….told me that my furniture was in stock and found out three days later it wasn’t. Called at 10:30 and was told someone would call me back. I called at 3:00 and asked for a manager and never heard back from a manager. Went to the store at 6:00 and cancelled my order! They had the nerve to call me yesterday and asked me if there’s anything else I wanted to order. Never wanted to try to explain what happened. I’ll never buy from Ashly or City furniture again. Not worth the aggravation.

Nice selection, reasonable prices. Sales people were helpful and friendly. Be sure to ask about the difference between having items delivered versus shipped. If it’s something that does not require extensive set up, or that you can unpack and set up yourself, you can have it shipped and save money instead of paying for delivery. The same policies of 24 hours to report any defect or damage apply. They will also come and pick it up for free even if you have it shipped for free.

Personally, I wouldn’t even give them one star. I bought a mattress from there. It was delivered two days ago. No one explained that you have to buy their mattress cover protector in order to trade in your mattress. I’m not happy with the mattress I have my own protector on it And slept on it one night, but they will not do an exchange. Even though I explained that no one told me that I needed To buy their mattress cover if you’re looking for a mattress go to mattress firm, they have all namebrand and way better prices, and much better customer service

Wonderful experience shopping and using a credit that I had earned from an unused home service that I had purchased. I must have walked the store 3x looking for what I wanted and the sales associate Shakira (Kira) was such a delight. Her demeanor from the get go was so genuine and I can clearly tell she enjoys her job. I can’t recommend her enough as well as Ashley/City Furniture. I have never had an issue in all the years.

I purchased a dining room table set with matching server and entertainment center, etc. all pieces arrived built poorly drawers not able to open and damages on the furniture , like peeled/ chipped wood. Also, the wrong dining room chairs. It’s been almost a month for them to approve an exchange ( unbelievable) Ashley furniture customer service is extremely poor not only did they mess up my chairs they charged me additional to deliver the correct chairs. Ashely had me make a claim including pictures and details regarding why the furniture needs to be replaced or fixed. And Regarding a refund I had to call multiple times, just for my refund, which I paid in full . They are a bunch of scammers and will charge you for their mistakes and on top of it, have you email claims that they ignore and you still have to follow up yourself. customer service is nonexisting, and no one cares to make anything correct for the customers!! I’m exhausted from this experience that was supposed to be a happy occasion. It’s been 3 plus weeks and im still dealing with this!

We walked past about 4 employees at the front desk who all ignored us. We looked around at the furniture until a sales lady informed us the store was closed. In our brief visit, we saw no sofas of interest and never went back. So...an average experience at best.

Do not order online. Originally I was told my item would be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Now I am being told the item will be delivered in 2-4 weeks since this is a “special order”. Never was this mentioned and had I known I would’ve went into the store and picked something there. I had 2 of my emails ignored and had to reach out to the live chat to get an update. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Delivery is expected for December 13th (per my last email conversation). We will see if that is honest.

I went in to purchase living room furniture today. Justin helped me and was extremely accommodating and helpful. He was trying to help me with online pricing and possible a price match from their website. He radioed for mana help. I female manager with long brown curly hair came up to the desk. I have to describe her because she never even acknowledged me. She came off as very irritated that Justin even called her. She continued to act bothersome, and talked as if I wasn't even there. Well, it turned out that I wasn't able to do the price match because of different Florida zip codes. I said " Ok! I'll go somewhere else." and thanked Justin and started walking away. The manager said real loud... " It's going to be the same anywhere you go!" in a really sarcastic voice. I kept walking. She's right, it will be the same price in Wellington, when I go purchase everything there tomorrow. Justin lost a $4000 sale today, with future purchases because of his manager's actions. Customer Service goes along way even when you have to tell the customer something that isn't in their favor! I do it daily, as I am too, a regional retail manager.

Recently purchased living room furniture from this locations and they have a great selection. The staff and management are super friendly and Carol (CT) was an absolute joy to work with. I was there for hours and she made me feel like family. Love this place and love that there are 2 show rooms. I was like a kid in a candy shop. This was my very first experience with a furniture store and so I was nervous as I had no idea what to expect. I was almost immediately put at ease and ended up having a wonderful experience. My sales rep, Jovonna, was incredibly sweet, kind, friendly and helpful from the moment my boyfriend and I walked through the door. She was one of, if not the, most pleasant sales people I've ever dealt with and I will definitely be back for all my future furniture needs. She was all smiles and I never felt rushed, pressured or pushed to buy anything. I even changed my mind several times and ended up purchasing something entirely different than what I had initially told her I was looking for and she was so pleasant and patient with me and never once tried to steer me towards anything. She helped me immensely by checking to see if the items I was interested in were in stock as I needed something quickly and never tried to push me into waiting on the ones that weren't. I will definitely be coming back in a few months for a new dining room set.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a bookshelf which was damaged upon receipt. I had to argue with the company in order to get a replacement shelf. They finally sent a replacement shelf and the repairman installed. After he was done, the shelf was over an inch too short. I asked him why he left when the shelf was clearly too short. He replied "I just installed what they sent me " nobody cares anymore.

I went into the West Palm Beach store three or four times to check out the furniture today I went in with the intent of getting the sofa with the sleeper, and Lisa was very helpful to me. Very good sales associate they did not have the proper rocker recliner that I wanted, so Eric online Ashley online showed me several rocker recliners, and Lisa helped me through my order very much and I will go to the Stewart store because they have one of the rocker recliners in stock up there that I can sit in and check out, so I can complete my order, but very happy with all the help that Eric and Lisa gave me a great experience for buying furniture

Have been an Ashley customer for years in Nanuet NY. Came here and went right to Ashley to furnish rooms in our condo. My husband and I bought a new bedroom set, mattress, mirror, etc. When purchased we were told the Veterans Day sales prices could not be applied until Saturday. Fine with us. There was also a manager called over to meet us who thanked my husband for his service with FDNY and said he was giving us another $100 dollars off of the mattress. When all was said and done the sales prices were not applied in full and our $100 did not get applied either. When I called the sales person she was curt and snarky and read off numbers that just didn't add up. I also called to ask about USB attachments on bed side tables which when the same tables were purchased up north had them. She did not return my call and inquiry. Bought the rest of my furniture elsewhere.They did come quickly to replace a mirror that had a faulty hanging attachment. Overall experience not good.

Disappointed! I've been an Ashley customer for many years and had nothing but great experiences in NY. Came down here and it was a bust! My husband and I bought a new bedroom set thinking we paid for everything in full. Salesman AND manager checked all of the SKU numbers and were sure we had everything we wanted. Paid in full (or so we thought) for the set. Delivery day comes and the driver calls to ask why we only purchased the rails to our bed, not headboard or footboard?! What?? My husband took the day off of work to be there and we spent the day making calls. Spoke to customer service and they were of no help. So, all in all, it cost us another $1,500 to complete the set. That was one costly mistake on their part and not much more than "sorry for the inconvenience ". In the end they did give us a small discount but I don't think they did enough to rectify their mistake. At one point we were going to return the set but apparently they "don't accept returns". So, be very careful when you purchase here. Review your invoice before you pay/leave the store!

She was so helpful without being pushy, a wonderful balance not often struck by people working in sales. Recently purchased a sectional from this store in August. The recliner part of the chair is lose and weak. Had two techs come by and say that it should be replaced. City furniture denies that and won't replace. Customer service refused to have me speak with a manager and lied about how many people that I spoke with. I have a young child that plays on the sectional and they refused to swap out even for a safety issue. I have the full service warranty and they still denied it. Customer service is useless and I will continue to escalate until matter is fixed.

I ordered a bedroom set that had to be exchanged 3 times 1st time damage to rails and bed slacks too small damage to nightstand 2nd time slacks still too small with damage to headboard 3rd time slacks came correct but footboard wasn’t put together 4 th time for footboard which wasn’t put together at all just put in place with the 3rd delivery people, I heard one driver ask the other if a screw gun was in truck and it went silent with no response from the other driver. The bed was attached to footboard with screws to bed to look like it’s correct but the footboard had 1 screw on each side with no other screws at all. 2 lamps delivered on 4th delivery in box 1 lamp where the neck of the lamp is secure it doesn’t stay put like the other lamp and it cause the shade to wobble. I called 10/11/22@ 3p To be told a technician will come out I asked if I can return lamp to store then order another one . A technician can’t fix the lamp error. This is s horrible experience

My experience at Ashley furniture was great overall. In the show room I was greeted and assisted very quickly. Attentive staff. The furniture pieces are amazing and beautiful. My sales rep Vesna at the WPB location was excellent and helpful with my decision making. Another rep Logan was friendly aswell. Definitely will be purchasing from here in the future again.

I swore never again and now here I am after giving them another chance. I purchased a sofa in June after asking to only see the sofas that were in shock and available for delivery now. I found one I loved and it was delivered in record time. Once it arrived I noticed a whole back cushion missing. I informed the delivery guys and they helped me put in a claim. Here it is end of September and no call, cushion or explanation. After being told it would be here in 2-4 weeks. If I wasn't 9 months pregnant at the time with nowhere to sit I would have refused the delivery. I guess I'll keep making payments for a sofa that I can't sit back on in the middle. Thanks a lot Ashley's for making my nesting phase so much easier! NOT!!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a couch and Tony Brown assisted us the whole time wonderfully. He was also extremely helpful after the fact when we needed to make some changes for the order. Over all a great experience thanks to his assistance.

Bad service bought a couch waited for delivery guys were bad looking around the house instead of their job. They broke the couch. Had to wait till they fix it two more weeks. Be careful the whole team is in the game. I won’t go into more detail.

UPDATED REVIEW Once something is delivered to you, you're stuck with it. Don't buy anything from them unless you plan on keeping it the rest of your life. They apparently have a "no return policy". I recently bought 2 end tables for my living room to go with the couches I had. The very next day, I went in and bought a $4,000 sectional sofa from them and told them that the tables that were just delivered and still in boxes would not fit with the couch now and I needed to return just "one" of them. Only one would fit. I was told "call customer service, they'll probably work with you". Nope. Absolutely refused, even after spending all that money on a sectional, they refused to let me return a $250 end table, unused, still in the box. I was never told anything about the "no return policy" nor did I sign anything regarding this. I was told that if I called within 24 hours, there should be no issue. That is completely false. I will never purchase anything from them again. Update on my previous review of Ashley Furniture. I received a response from the “owner” to “resolve ASAP”. Didn’t happen. Emailed as instructed. No response. Emailed again. Finally received email to “schedule” phone call. Replied. No response. Replied again, still nothing. Stay away!!

Don't buy the protection plan or stain plan. DO NOT fall into the same scam I did. Paid for 3 years and every time something happens to my 9 months old furniture they don't want to cover it they come up w excuses! This was the last straw when I had a stain on my 3k sofa and wrote to them after having the protection and they said sorry I had a day to let them know about the stain! Biggest scam ever. DO NOT purchase the protection plan!

Wonderful experience. The sales person, Jenni Hepburn, was incredibly helpful and patient. She was able to help me find exactly was I was looking for and guided me through all the purchase documents explaining every detail. After the purchase she continued to be available to help me with scheduling the delivery. The entire process was pleasant and effortless. Great store and sales staff.

Will never use this company again. Bought two bedroom sets June 2021. I was told by the sales person that everything was available for immediate delivery except a headboard. Here we are, February 2022, and still have not received the full order. I was contacted a couple of weeks ago and told the last of my order was ready for delivery. I travel a lot, so I scheduled delivery, changed my work schedule to make sure I would be home, costing me money, and just received an email that my order again has been further delayed until April. The furniture is mediocre at best. Not worth the wait. I got my couch at Haverty's and although I had to wait, no one lied to me. And they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. It was worth the extra money. I wish I would have gotten my bedroom furniture through Haverty's as well. Ashley's Furniture doesn't care about their customers. And my sales person has no ethics to lie to me the way he did. Unless you want to wait a year for your furniture and get lied to, go somewhere else.

they did everything possible to kill the sale. When you asked how much it cost to ship oh, they tell you that you have to register all your information including email and phone numbers. then they give you a stock answer which is free sidewalk service or $180 for White Glove service. then when you ask for delivery date, particularly in times of covid they have to enter the entire sale before they can give you a delivery date. my original salesperson was Surly and unkind. her associate was appropriately professional. they also spend much time trying to sell you a bunch of expensive accessories like a warranty, like a cleaning service. Ridiculous. however, after shopping around oh, I did purchase a couch from these people in spite of the fact that they did everything to kill the sale.

We have spent 10,000.00 on furniture for our new Florida home. We have had to put claims on almost everything. damage items, poor quality items. some items on back order or wrong item delivered. We have been waiting for our complete bed room set we ordered on Nov 20th. have everything now except the side rails, so we can actually sleep on the mattress purchased at the same time. now after wasting a full day trying to get this latest mess fixed I am told that a temporary metal frame will be delivered on Friday. We spent almost 8000.00 there on Nov 20th and still have no bedroom just received the table I should have had before Thanksgiving. There customer service is awfully if there are problems. Return policy is the worst I have every seen. On the up side sales clerk was awesome and the Asst Manager at the store who finally was able to make a claim was kind. How ever I will never shop Ashley or City Furniture again. There has to be a better quality of furniture store in the Palm Beach County somewhere.

gave Ashley 2 chances to make it right before leaving this review. The first delivery attempt they actually forgot my table outside while loading the truck & 4 of the 6 chairs they did have wobbled like a top. On top of that the young kid tried to blame my tiles as uneven & not their chairs. Okay fine I get it, stuff happens and kids are kids. The following delivery guess what... My table was forgot again but the driver says it was damaged anyways. So now I know the drivers fly by the seat of their pants with excuses. So now my table is on backorder and I can receive it in 3 months. NU-UH!! I will add that Jennifer from customer relations was very sweet and should teach some classes to her drivers. I picked this table as it was our second choice but available immediately. Actually March is 4 months away now that I'm saying it out loud. I'm now waiting on them to pick up the only 2 chairs I received so the return process can be initiated. So lesson learned - don't accept any part of an order in case this happens. It is unfortunate my credit took a hit but I will assure you I will not be using any of it on Ashley furniture

BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst experience I've EVER had!!! Started at the sales man, Jerry Garcia...who lied incessantly about never receiving a text and a voice message. Spent lot's of money, did not receive ALL A WHOLE DRESSER from the bedroom set! The delivery guy said wasn't on the truck and left. Called the useless salesman Jerry Garcia....nothing... customer service sayed they delivered everything....it took a whole WEEK for them to sort it out! NEVER GO HERE!!!

I order a bedset since april 3rd , every two months they delivery one piece of the set , I'm still missing the bedframe up till now we are in September, they called me September 8th for the last piece for delivery on the 18th when I called them they told me they dont have it yet , they push it back all the way to November so since April I be sleeping on the floor waiting for the whole set to come. This is worst of the worst customer service ever. Why waiting for almost one year for a bedset, ridiculous.

I want to start by saying how amazing Jenni Hepburn was. We walked in, impulsively looking for a couch for our new apartment. We told Jenni what we were looking for and she lead us straight too it. We sended up just showing her our place, measurements and the rest was a walk through the park. She helped us imagine what certain couches would fit and look stylish. We were stuck on wanting a sectional and she helped us vision how the sofa and love seat would look and before we knew it we found the one, signed for it and we’re ready to walk out. The manager who went over everything with us was amazing as well. Can’t wait to come back whenever I need another product. I also can’t wait to get my off and love seat!!

Easy, fast and efficient…

Their installation service is horrible, after two months of having installed the bed badly and charging me a high amount of installation, they did it quite badly, I'm tired of calling and making a claim and nothing, they send me from one place to another on the phone , but yes, they send the invoice to be paid, I did not expect that bad service, they installed everything wrong.

I ordered a 6 piece dining room table. Every piece was delivered damaged. The second delivery/exchange there were multiple chairs damaged. They also didn’t have the table to exchange after telling me they did. The third delivery/exchange, multiple chairs were damaged again and the delivery guys refused to leave the table because they said they were supposed to be picking one up. I explained to them it was returned in the last exchange and no new table was left. After about an hour and a half they left the table after customer service cleared up their mistake. But first the delivery guys left without leaving the table and then came back later to delivery it. This was supposed to only be a five minute delivery. I went through 3 more chair exchanges because they came damaged. Every time I talked to customer service it took hours to get a call back and anywhere from 10-60 minutes to get a resolution. I told them I simply expected my brand new furniture to be delivered without damaged. They literally told me they “would do their best”! Multiple customer service associates were rude. It took almost two months (was supposed to take 1 week) to get my full dining table delivered without damage. And for every delivery I had to arrange my schedule to be home waiting for the delivery and they did not complete the delivery within the scheduled window multiple times. After all my inconvenience and TERRIBLE experience they offered to refund me $100 via check to my mail. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who told me she wouldn’t have even given me $100. I asked her what kind of customer service is that?! I asked to speak to her boss. She promised a call back. When I got a call back I told the women I was walking into an appointment and to please call me back after a certain time. She again promised she would. I never received a call back. I gave up trying to talk to a superior because I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this with a company that clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Weeks later when I called to ask the status of the check the customer service representative told me it was refunded to my credit card. I told him it was not. He placed me on hold to find out what was going on. He transferred me to the store without telling me and then after waiting on hold for the store for over 15 minutes it told me I could leave a voicemail or call back later. So I have no answer about my refund and now I’m left trying to get in touch with someone who can help me again. Always a very long hold time to speak to anyone. This is a summary of the highlights of the horrendous, horrific experience I’ve had with Ashley Home Store/ City Furniture. As I mentioned earlier I had given up trying to get a resolution from this company after spending hours of time and energy. I’m leaving this review after finding out about the refund they said they issued and did not issue because they text me asking if I would leave a review. Perhaps I will reach someone who actually cares about customer experience and will reach out to me to find a fair solution and at least give me the refunded I was told I was getting. But again, I won’t be surprised if I get a “sorry you had a negative experience” or no response at all. I certainly will not be a customer again and will not only never recommended anyone to shop with you, but I’ll also be sure anyone who I know is furniture shopping is aware of the risk they will be taking if they should chose to shop with you!

Went in today looking to purchase outdoor furniture. Not one employee asked me if I needed help. A lot of them were just talking to each other or just seating down. I was in the store for an hour and Walked the entire store without anyone asking me if I needed help. I could of east walk up to them and ask them to help me. But if they’re in sales that’s their job. I ended up processing everything online myself.

I went in here last week . It took a long time to be greeted. I had to ask for aomeone , and when a lady finally came to me, she was not friendly. I felt like I was a burden being there. Granted it was a busy Sunday , but still was disappointing.

It was awesome experience. Sandra Avendano was great with explaining everything and went above and beyond with her assistance.

Let me start of by saying I have furnished my whole house from Ashley and City Furniture. I went in last week to simply add a coffee table to my living room set. I walked in and it took a little bit to be greeted. Then we had a sales associate who I will not name on here who clearly needs more training. Well today was the day my coffee table was getting delivered. When the delivery men got here, it was the sofa table not a coffee table as I had ordered. The delivery man showed me the order and that the sales associate had ordered the wrong piece. So not only did I not have a great experience in the store, but I got the wrong piece of furniture. The delivery man told me someone from Ashley’s would reach out to be within a half hour. I had to call the store who sent me right over to customer service without even asking what had happened. The customer service representative said he can’t fix it since he doesn’t have the SKU # of the item I want. So I had to call back the store. They once again didn’t apologize for all the inconvenience. I asked to speak to the store manager who supposedly was not in the store today. So I spoke to the assistant store manager who was very helpful at first. He said after talking to the “higher ups” that he couldn’t offer me 12 months financing which I had previously signed for and instead it would be 6 months. They also said I would have to pay a $30 difference since they charged me for the wrong piece. And then told me they won’t have my item until the end of July. After being inconvenienced multiple times I asked for a call back from the regional or cooperate manager. Which at this rate I highly doubt will happen. So sad that after spending $6,000 plus in this company’s store that this is how costumers are treated.

I am not the type write reviews but my experience has been nothing but terrible. First when I originally placed an order for my bed set I called to set -up a pick-up date in which I was then informed the warehouse accidentally cancelled by whole order. I was told that I would have to contact my leasing company to cancel the order on file so I can re-order the item. This process took all day to do with back and forth between the lease and Ashley. Once my order was placed I arranged my delivery date for June 26th which was confirmed by the company and I also received a confirmation email of delivery date. I receive a call today setting up a drop off time in which I was informed the date that I had ALREADY scheduled with Ashley is filled and nothing can be done but to schedule even farther out. Now my family is moving in with no bed to sleep on for over a week and my spouse is an army vet with chronic back problems. This whole ordeal has been a terribly inconvenient experience If you value your time I would suggest not using this company. What a headache! I also received a call after this review with basically no solution to my inconvenience from this company error. So despite having email confirmation of the delivery date there was nothing that could be done. The only solution that I was offered was to have the bed itself shipped and the rest of the set will go to another customer and will not be available til Mid-August!! So essentially the solution was no solution for my spouse who has chronic back pain and needs a bed. The response I was given by "quality control" was, "It's not that bad of a wait".. I was just mentally done at this point; my spouse will likely have to make a doctors appointment due to not having a proper bed for their chronic condition. I wanted to cancel but at this point I'm sure the company will mess that up as well. It's sad because I was actually going to furnish the rest of my house with them but after this, I simply cannot and will not go through the headache again.

Sales rep Daniel Pitruzzelka at the Palm Beach Lakes location was very knowledgeable and professional he answered every question that I had. Let me start off by saying I am not one to complain. I am very understanding person but Ashley Furniture has disappointed and let me down. I Purchased a sectional in the beginning of March was advised the first part of the couch will be available for delivery right away but the second part of the couch will not be available for delivery until the end of March. I agreed this was okay due to the fact that the couch was a great price but then when the end of March came they told me it would be out for delivery towards the middle of April, Again I was okay with it because at this point I had already waited but then I received another delay that it wouldn't be in till the end of JULY!! At this point they had already taken my money and didn't want to wait until the end of July to then get another message that it was going to be delayed again. So I went back to the store same day I received the email of the delay now being in July and did a swap for couches that were in stock that would be delivered by June 18th I stressed and made sure that these new couches I had swapped for were going to be delivered June 18th. It is now June 16th and I went to confirm for delivery and they told me it was OUT OF STOCK!!! The delivery was not going to be for this Friday for June 18th!!!! I called to speak with a manager and demanded my money back as they gave their word that I would have couches delivered this Friday June 18th!!!! DO NOT (AND I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE!

I made three visits to make sure what I wanted. On my first visit the salesman (Garcia) was horrible. When I told him that I was not looking for something that was blue gray or white he said so you’re looking for something old fashion. Very insulting. He walked me through the showroom while I followed behind him, never slowing down to allow we to look at other items I might be interested in. I lost him three times. And the third time someone stopped and asked if I needed help and I stated very loudly I lost my salesman again. Second visit I just walked around looking at everything by myself, not wanting anyone to assist me. The third visit a young lady named Maria assisted me. She was patient, and very accommodating. I purchased a couch and a rug. I will also be back to speak with Maria to purchase the Ottoman that goes with the couch and a pair of lamps that I liked. My first experience was horrendous and had it happened again I would have never walked into City Furniture ever again. .

Don’t come here. Horrible customer service, they say they will call you back & never do. Was told I would get my items one day & it was actually scheduled for another. My bed arrived with no base after I was told I would get a “free one” . When my bed was installed I guess they were missing a nail so they put a very small nail that does not belong with the bed & was not even attached. My drawer from my dresser falls just by even looking at it. Horrible!!

We ordered two pieces of furniture but only received one, and we won’t get the other one for 20days. We even called the day before to make sure it would all be delivered on time and they told us it would be. When I called to ask when the rest would be delivered all they offered was for us to pick out new furniture.we don’t want new furniture we want the furniture we ordered. We understand covid is slowing shipments down but they should of told me that on the phone the day before instead of delivering half our furniture. If they would of communicated it with us it would of been fine but they didn’t so we’ll probably shop somewhere else next time .

My roommate ordered over 3,0000 worth of bedroom furniture the bed came with no siderails. Someone told us that the manager will call us right back nobody ever did. I told her if it was me I would tell them to take it all back with them and go somewhere else and buy what I needed especially when you charge somebody $225 delivery fee

I purchased a $3200.00 sectional from Ashley furniture in West Palm Beach. At the time of purchase Both myself and my husband stressed to our salesman the importance this fabric be durable and would hide stains from our two poodles. He said if we purchased the service plan for $264.00 everything from rips stains or tears from my poodles are covered. So here we are two years later, and we have our first stain from my dog. I called service department and told, no, I had not purchased the “stain” plan. I was shocked. I then called the local store where I purchased the sofa and lucky for me got to speak with a manager. She proceeded to say, oh no you never purchased the stain plan. You would have receiveD a stain removal kit. Now how would I know that? I purchased a plan believing in what my sales person told me and my husband. Oh, by the way, my salesman is no longer with them. This manger was less than customer focused and said “well, you should have read your purchase agreement.” Well, I guess I was duped. Don’t you be fooled by Ashley or City furniture. Stay clear

Absolutely terrible delivery service. they charged me $65 for assembly and the piece was fully assembled...even the delivery guys told me I got ripped off. I called the store and told them it comes at one piece and she told me that she has no way of knowing the amount of assembly and there is nothing she can do. Avoid Vesna she is clearly comfortable ripping you off.

They rip you off with the assembly fees. Apparently my tv stand came as one unit fully assembled and they charged me $65 to assemble. Even the delivery drivers told me I got ripped off. I called them to tell them and they told me that there was no way of knowing how much assembly is needed. Avoid Vesna she is cold and not willing to help you at all once the sale is done.

This is maybe my 3rd time here and Ty was my BEST expert here to date!!! Ty was very patient, knowledgeable, honest and kind. SUPER FUNNY GUY! I would definitely recommend City Furniture to others!

This was a very nice visit! Most other stores did not have much in stock, but Ashley Homestore/city furniture has a great selection. Rosa Sandoval in the west palm beach store was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and knew the massive store like her own house. No high pressured sales at all. Very happy to have purchased a new dining room table and sectional from her.

I went in on Saturday to the store to shop around for beds. I found one and was happy with Sandra, my sales rep. She made me more happy when I found out they could deliver on Monday, which was Labor Day. Monday comes and the delivery people called and they came to the house earlier than anticipated which I thought was great because I had lots to do that day. They were very quick and efficient in setting up my bed. They did a great job and I'm happy with my purchase. The delivery people asked me if I was happy the way they set up the bed and I was! I am looking for living room furniture and will be happy to use Ashely HomeStore in the future. Thank you very much for a great experience, Sandra! And thank you to the Delivery People!

Came in to find a small sofa & sectional and Steven was a great help. We ended up finding a sectional we weren’t expecting to love and learning about a temperpedic bed I’m sure we’ll be back for soon.

Omg I had an issue with city furniture regarding a home service I got and never used and they supposed to send me a gift certificate which I never got mine and it took over a year and finally i called the west palm beach location with zero hope Robert picked up the phone and listened to me for good 10 mins without saying no he assured me he escalate my issues I talked to Bryan the general store manager and he told me he took care of it for me I told him I just need a drawer and because of his great customer service we end up buying dresser and crib thanks for finally took care of the ongoing issue for over a year the team was great big shout out especially to Bryan and Robert

Original order was delayed by months . I had to call to find out when scheduled delivery did not show up. Salesman said he would call me back within one hour about buying floor model. I called him 3 hours later he still did not know. Despite advertising next day delivery MY next choice was scheduled 6 days later and I had to beg to get my original 10 percent discount. Then delivery day changed again. God as my witness, ya can't make this stuff up. Oh he said he was sorry. Really disappointed. Will let you know when and if actual product shows up.

Gene was absolutely amazing I came in looking for a bedroom set he took his time and showed me all the best options and recommended styles that flowed great with the colors in my bedroom. He told me about this in home service Policy which I highly recommend everybody get! It covers defects and incidental damages for 3 years and if nothing happens I get my money back as a store credit. Gene is the best sales rep I’ve ever met. Definitely buy from Gene the Furniture selling machine!!!

During this economic hardship City Furniture had a chance to show mercy and neglected to do so. The showroom mgr(Bryan)was heartless and lacked good customer service. I made several purchases from City Furniture one which included a $139 warranty that I paid but expired. I asked them if they could still honor the warranty in which he gave me half of what I paid. My mother is a stroke victim that is confined to a wheelchair. Recently she lost the abilty to transfer herself without help and the Physical Therapist recommended she get a lift recliner. I chose City furniture. My husband recently lost his job as a result of the current pandemic and Ryan on Okeechobee was very insensitive as if I was asking him for his money. It was MY money that I had not use. I got ripped off with their in store warranty. This is definitely my last puchase here along with my friends and family which I will tell every person I come into contact with😞
