Our sales lady, Jenny was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped direct us to the new bed frame we purchased with ease. Very knowledgeable of products, purchase process was smooth and comfortable.

Normally I don't post reviews but it has to be done for this particular location. Called on the phone several times but no answer, when I reached them they said my specific sales associate (Manuel Cuevas) was the only one who could help but no respond for 2 days. Then the next day, I called to complain to a manager about this so the person on the phone (Diego Rodriguez) was magically able to help me. But they made many mistakes on the invoice so they have to refund me for their mistake, said the refund cannot take place on that day. The next day, the refund is not shown on my card, so I called again and asked for a manager (which they do not give) and asked for the refund and magically everything was fixed. Everyone who works there seems to only care if you ask for the manager. Just, don't waste your money on expensive items when they only care about the commission.

Jenni was very knowledgeable about mattresses and patient as ai tried them all out. The selection between Ashley & City Furniture was large. The paperwork process took a little longer than optimal after spending a good deal of time looking at beds but I guess that is to be expected.

Great experience shopping at Ashley’s. Rosa, the sales person who took care of us had a lot of knowledge on the inventory of the furniture and quickly took us where we needed to go. They have financing and we left very happy. The delivery and set up men were very polite and personable, called to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time, had my dining table and chairs set up fast and cleaned up after themselves, will definitely be going back.

I only am giving it four stars because of my saleswoman Jenni!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I overheard a conversation by I believe the district manager or the store manager, but I’m pretty sure it was the district manager. This man was unbelievably disrespectful to my sales woman so much so that I began to shake an anger! I confronted him and explained to him how unappropriate he was and be quite frank. He should be terminated for harassment in my opinion, and I will testify if asked. Manage other than him wants to speak to me my number is on file

I was in the store for at least half an hour, no one asked me if I needed help, or why am I there. At last Francis approached me, and asked me if I needed help, even though she was taking care of some other customers. She was friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She is the only reason I am giving four stars. Ask for Francis she will help you.

Didn't find anything we liked during our first visit. Continued looking elsewhere and online. Found pieces we were interested in online the following weekend and sent Rosa Sandoval an email. She replied within 10 minutes and said we should complete to sale that day to receive the "Premium" incentive ending at the end of the day. We went back to the store and Rosa explained everything thoroughly in spite of her being very busy due to the promotion. Before finishing the order we met with her manager who again tried to push the extended warranty which we still declined. Our furniture is on back order so can't comment on the delivery but the in-store experience ended very positive.

I was assisted today at Ashley and City Furniture store in West Palm Beach by the Best Sales Associate in the showrooms, Miss Rosa Sandoval, she is very knowledgeable, very professional, very creative, and very helpful always assisting me with my home decoration. If you go to the West Palm Beach location ask for her.

Jennifer was great! She walked me around both Ashley and City Furniture showing me every piece of furniture that met my criteria. She was patient and listened to my likes and dislikes and tried to find something that I would enjoy.

poor customer service, bad management. this location over charged my credit card by $5,000. when asked about it they just said there trying to fix it and stated they even knew about it. Its been over a week and they still can’t figure out how to fix there mistake. Can’t get a ahold of anyone on the phone anymore. everyone here has 2 brain cells fighting over a thought. it’s disgusting how your corporate let’s this location run and do whatever they want.

We bought several pieces of furniture at City Furniture on Friday it was a very good experience. There was a representative along with us for the entire process and she was very informative and diligent. She answered many of questions and addressed our concerns. The rest of the start were all very friendly and the atmosphere felt warm. We enjoyed our experience so much that we brought our mother-in law and she purchased some chairs also. Not very happy with my visit

I would never shop at Ashley's Furniture. 2021 I purchased all my house furniture with Ashley from the sofa to the bedroom set. Long story short when my table arrived it was too big for the space, and they did not want to help me. On Sunday I went to Ashley Furniture to try to use my store credit gift card unfortunately, they were not willing to help since the store credit had expired. I would never get anything from this store. How can you place an expired date on a store credit certification ? thats stealing.

We were waiting for 15 minutes before we had to go find someone to help us. Finally Rosa was spotted and we bought a dining room set. Rosa was the BEST We will be coming back to her for our living room furniture very soon. Thanks.

We went today to buy a couch and dining table. Our sales representative was Raymond Kidd and he was very professional and patient with my daughter and I in finding the right furniture. What impressed us is that we were about to leave the store and give up since we didn't find a good dining table but Raymond encouraged to keep looking and we ended up finding the perfect dining table and we left highly satisfied with the service we received.

Very expensive and when u buys something of course they try to make the Commission, but it is very cheaper online as well as hidden fees everywhere once you choose an item to buy spent 700 extra dollars on protection and a bunch of other stuff before even buying the item came out to $3000 on an item that was 1500 They try to have you buy a bed for 36 months with no interest.

I went into the store with a general idea of what I was looking for. An associate approached me, and I kind of made it obvious that I didn’t want to be followed and just wanted to look around for a little bit. She didn’t hover over me and was very helpful when I asked her for a certain item that I was looking for. The rest of the experience involved finding an item that I really wanted, but the price was a little more than what I really wanted to pay and she was very nice and wasn’t pushy about trying to sell the item. Overall, a very good experience and I’ll be back.

We just bought a new home and needed many furniture items. Our salesperson Tosin “T” was patient and wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about all of our choices and had a great demeanor. The store is well stocked and the manager was extremely accommodating to all of our requests.

Horrible….told me that my furniture was in stock and found out three days later it wasn’t. Called at 10:30 and was told someone would call me back. I called at 3:00 and asked for a manager and never heard back from a manager. Went to the store at 6:00 and cancelled my order! They had the nerve to call me yesterday and asked me if there’s anything else I wanted to order. Never wanted to try to explain what happened. I’ll never buy from Ashly or City furniture again. Not worth the aggravation.

Nice selection, reasonable prices. Sales people were helpful and friendly. Be sure to ask about the difference between having items delivered versus shipped. If it’s something that does not require extensive set up, or that you can unpack and set up yourself, you can have it shipped and save money instead of paying for delivery. The same policies of 24 hours to report any defect or damage apply. They will also come and pick it up for free even if you have it shipped for free.

Personally, I wouldn’t even give them one star. I bought a mattress from there. It was delivered two days ago. No one explained that you have to buy their mattress cover protector in order to trade in your mattress. I’m not happy with the mattress I have my own protector on it And slept on it one night, but they will not do an exchange. Even though I explained that no one told me that I needed To buy their mattress cover if you’re looking for a mattress go to mattress firm, they have all namebrand and way better prices, and much better customer service

Wonderful experience shopping and using a credit that I had earned from an unused home service that I had purchased. I must have walked the store 3x looking for what I wanted and the sales associate Shakira (Kira) was such a delight. Her demeanor from the get go was so genuine and I can clearly tell she enjoys her job. I can’t recommend her enough as well as Ashley/City Furniture. I have never had an issue in all the years.

I purchased a dining room table set with matching server and entertainment center, etc. all pieces arrived built poorly drawers not able to open and damages on the furniture , like peeled/ chipped wood. Also, the wrong dining room chairs. It’s been almost a month for them to approve an exchange ( unbelievable) Ashley furniture customer service is extremely poor not only did they mess up my chairs they charged me additional to deliver the correct chairs. Ashely had me make a claim including pictures and details regarding why the furniture needs to be replaced or fixed. And Regarding a refund I had to call multiple times, just for my refund, which I paid in full . They are a bunch of scammers and will charge you for their mistakes and on top of it, have you email claims that they ignore and you still have to follow up yourself. customer service is nonexisting, and no one cares to make anything correct for the customers!! I’m exhausted from this experience that was supposed to be a happy occasion. It’s been 3 plus weeks and im still dealing with this!

Do not order online. Originally I was told my item would be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Now I am being told the item will be delivered in 2-4 weeks since this is a “special order”. Never was this mentioned and had I known I would’ve went into the store and picked something there. I had 2 of my emails ignored and had to reach out to the live chat to get an update. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Delivery is expected for December 13th (per my last email conversation). We will see if that is honest.

Love all the furniture I bought at Ashley/City Furniture three years ago. I bought the 3-year service plan and never needed to use it. I had been told, at the time, that the service plan cost would be refunded as a store credit after 3 years. And sure enough … I received a letter from Ashley last month with the store credit coupon. Now that’s excellent customer service! Thank you! I bought a beautiful Adirondack chair with the coupon and my sales woman, Jenni, could not have been kinder or more helpful.

This was my very first experience with a furniture store and so I was nervous as I had no idea what to expect. I was almost immediately put at ease and ended up having a wonderful experience. My sales rep, Jovonna, was incredibly sweet, kind, friendly and helpful from the moment my boyfriend and I walked through the door. She was one of, if not the, most pleasant sales people I've ever dealt with and I will definitely be back for all my future furniture needs. She was all smiles and I never felt rushed, pressured or pushed to buy anything. I even changed my mind several times and ended up purchasing something entirely different than what I had initially told her I was looking for and she was so pleasant and patient with me and never once tried to steer me towards anything. She helped me immensely by checking to see if the items I was interested in were in stock as I needed something quickly and never tried to push me into waiting on the ones that weren't. I will definitely be coming back in a few months for a new dining room set.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a bookshelf which was damaged upon receipt. I had to argue with the company in order to get a replacement shelf. They finally sent a replacement shelf and the repairman installed. After he was done, the shelf was over an inch too short. I asked him why he left when the shelf was clearly too short. He replied "I just installed what they sent me " nobody cares anymore.

We had an issue with the online store order but the WPB store took care of it. The young sales lady and the manager were excelling to work with, went above and beyond. Will definitely buy from Ashley again!

My experience at Ashley furniture was great overall. In the show room I was greeted and assisted very quickly. Attentive staff. The furniture pieces are amazing and beautiful. My sales rep Vesna at the WPB location was excellent and helpful with my decision making. Another rep Logan was friendly aswell. Definitely will be purchasing from here in the future again.

I swore never again and now here I am after giving them another chance. I purchased a sofa in June after asking to only see the sofas that were in shock and available for delivery now. I found one I loved and it was delivered in record time. Once it arrived I noticed a whole back cushion missing. I informed the delivery guys and they helped me put in a claim. Here it is end of September and no call, cushion or explanation. After being told it would be here in 2-4 weeks. If I wasn't 9 months pregnant at the time with nowhere to sit I would have refused the delivery. I guess I'll keep making payments for a sofa that I can't sit back on in the middle. Thanks a lot Ashley's for making my nesting phase so much easier! NOT!!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a couch and Tony Brown assisted us the whole time wonderfully. He was also extremely helpful after the fact when we needed to make some changes for the order. Over all a great experience thanks to his assistance.

Bad service bought a couch waited for delivery guys were bad looking around the house instead of their job. They broke the couch. Had to wait till they fix it two more weeks. Be careful the whole team is in the game. I won’t go into more detail.

UPDATED REVIEW Once something is delivered to you, you're stuck with it. Don't buy anything from them unless you plan on keeping it the rest of your life. They apparently have a "no return policy". I recently bought 2 end tables for my living room to go with the couches I had. The very next day, I went in and bought a $4,000 sectional sofa from them and told them that the tables that were just delivered and still in boxes would not fit with the couch now and I needed to return just "one" of them. Only one would fit. I was told "call customer service, they'll probably work with you". Nope. Absolutely refused, even after spending all that money on a sectional, they refused to let me return a $250 end table, unused, still in the box. I was never told anything about the "no return policy" nor did I sign anything regarding this. I was told that if I called within 24 hours, there should be no issue. That is completely false. I will never purchase anything from them again. Update on my previous review of Ashley Furniture. I received a response from the “owner” to “resolve ASAP”. Didn’t happen. Emailed as instructed. No response. Emailed again. Finally received email to “schedule” phone call. Replied. No response. Replied again, still nothing. Stay away!!

Robert didn’t approach me right away, I actually ended up going to him. Which I appreciated, he also happen to live in the community in which I just moved so he knew which couch would be best for my home. I can’t say one negative thing about Ashley or Robert. I had a very pleasant experience and I definitely will be back again and will recommend it to my family and friends. I purchased a couch from city furniture three years ago the warranty in and of itself is amazing they replaced my old couch four times no question it’s an amazing company and I’m excited to get my new couch next week. My sales associate was absolutely incredible and I would recommend him to anyone. People still do work and do their job and do it right

gave Ashley 2 chances to make it right before leaving this review. The first delivery attempt they actually forgot my table outside while loading the truck & 4 of the 6 chairs they did have wobbled like a top. On top of that the young kid tried to blame my tiles as uneven & not their chairs. Okay fine I get it, stuff happens and kids are kids. The following delivery guess what... My table was forgot again but the driver says it was damaged anyways. So now I know the drivers fly by the seat of their pants with excuses. So now my table is on backorder and I can receive it in 3 months. NU-UH!! I will add that Jennifer from customer relations was very sweet and should teach some classes to her drivers. I picked this table as it was our second choice but available immediately. Actually March is 4 months away now that I'm saying it out loud. I'm now waiting on them to pick up the only 2 chairs I received so the return process can be initiated. So lesson learned - don't accept any part of an order in case this happens. It is unfortunate my credit took a hit but I will assure you I will not be using any of it on Ashley furniture

I bought some furniture there last year and it was my biggest MISTAKE. I wouldn't recommend them that's my opinion.

UPDATE ********* We finally got the last piece and the delivery guys put it together. We didn't notice they damaged it by mistake but Ashley gave us $107 back on our card. UPDATE ******** 8/2022 We ordered a beautiful bed and had problems with making sure all pieces would be delivered on the same day. We haven't gotten bed yet but I had to come on here and thank Elisa L for the awesome customer service. She answered emails while she was NOT at work. Thank you Elisa. ************* Vesna! Its Icing on the cake :) ******* UPDATE: 10/25/21 We got delivery of our mattress. Delivery time anywhere between 10 am to 1 pm. They got here at 9:50 am. Talk about saving my day. Usually at other businesses you have to wait hours to get things delivered and your day is lost.

We had a fabulous experience! Nathaniel St. Juste helped my daughter and I find the perfect bedroom set, kitchen table and chairs. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, he made my autistic daughter (he had no idea) and me feel right at home. He actually made my daughter feel comfortable and had us both laughing and enjoying our experience. Well done to this young man and the amazing customer service he provided. I’ve shopped Ashley Furniture before so I know it’s good quality stuff. I couldn’t be more pleased. A++

I order a bedset since april 3rd , every two months they delivery one piece of the set , I'm still missing the bedframe up till now we are in September, they called me September 8th for the last piece for delivery on the 18th when I called them they told me they dont have it yet , they push it back all the way to November so since April I be sleeping on the floor waiting for the whole set to come. This is worst of the worst customer service ever. Why waiting for almost one year for a bedset, ridiculous.

Great shopping experience and I got what I wanted.. Benson helped me by showing me different recliners in the store, helping me make a decision. Even though it wasn't an expensive sale he was very professional and courteous. Also a shout out to manager Anthony for his help as well.

Their installation service is horrible, after two months of having installed the bed badly and charging me a high amount of installation, they did it quite badly, I'm tired of calling and making a claim and nothing, they send me from one place to another on the phone , but yes, they send the invoice to be paid, I did not expect that bad service, they installed everything wrong.

Went in today looking to purchase outdoor furniture. Not one employee asked me if I needed help. A lot of them were just talking to each other or just seating down. I was in the store for an hour and Walked the entire store without anyone asking me if I needed help. I could of east walk up to them and ask them to help me. But if they’re in sales that’s their job. I ended up processing everything online myself.

I went in here last week . It took a long time to be greeted. I had to ask for aomeone , and when a lady finally came to me, she was not friendly. I felt like I was a burden being there. Granted it was a busy Sunday , but still was disappointing.

I am not the type write reviews but my experience has been nothing but terrible. First when I originally placed an order for my bed set I called to set -up a pick-up date in which I was then informed the warehouse accidentally cancelled by whole order. I was told that I would have to contact my leasing company to cancel the order on file so I can re-order the item. This process took all day to do with back and forth between the lease and Ashley. Once my order was placed I arranged my delivery date for June 26th which was confirmed by the company and I also received a confirmation email of delivery date. I receive a call today setting up a drop off time in which I was informed the date that I had ALREADY scheduled with Ashley is filled and nothing can be done but to schedule even farther out. Now my family is moving in with no bed to sleep on for over a week and my spouse is an army vet with chronic back problems. This whole ordeal has been a terribly inconvenient experience If you value your time I would suggest not using this company. What a headache! I also received a call after this review with basically no solution to my inconvenience from this company error. So despite having email confirmation of the delivery date there was nothing that could be done. The only solution that I was offered was to have the bed itself shipped and the rest of the set will go to another customer and will not be available til Mid-August!! So essentially the solution was no solution for my spouse who has chronic back pain and needs a bed. The response I was given by "quality control" was, "It's not that bad of a wait".. I was just mentally done at this point; my spouse will likely have to make a doctors appointment due to not having a proper bed for their chronic condition. I wanted to cancel but at this point I'm sure the company will mess that up as well. It's sad because I was actually going to furnish the rest of my house with them but after this, I simply cannot and will not go through the headache again.

This was my first time purchasing furniture from Ashley homestore. Sales rep Daniel Pitruzzelka at the Palm Beach Lakes location was very knowledgeable and professional he answered every question that I had. He took his time to explain all the details and instructions regarding my purchase. My first time at Ashley homestore was worth the stop, and i will purchase more furniture in the future. Highly recommend

Let me start off by saying I am not one to complain. I am very understanding person but Ashley Furniture has disappointed and let me down. I Purchased a sectional in the beginning of March was advised the first part of the couch will be available for delivery right away but the second part of the couch will not be available for delivery until the end of March. I agreed this was okay due to the fact that the couch was a great price but then when the end of March came they told me it would be out for delivery towards the middle of April, Again I was okay with it because at this point I had already waited but then I received another delay that it wouldn't be in till the end of JULY!! At this point they had already taken my money and didn't want to wait until the end of July to then get another message that it was going to be delayed again. So I went back to the store same day I received the email of the delay now being in July and did a swap for couches that were in stock that would be delivered by June 18th I stressed and made sure that these new couches I had swapped for were going to be delivered June 18th. It is now June 16th and I went to confirm for delivery and they told me it was OUT OF STOCK!!! The delivery was not going to be for this Friday for June 18th!!!! I called to speak with a manager and demanded my money back as they gave their word that I would have couches delivered this Friday June 18th!!!! DO NOT (AND I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE!

This place was so great! I loved all the furniture that was on display, Ashley’s furniture was the best place to get my kids their bunk bed and the workers were so respectful and nice thank you Ashley furniture!
