We went in a few weeks ago and was greeted by Eric G. He was very friendly and let us walk the showroom alone. Once we had questions he was available to discuss and was a wealth of knowledge. We went in to look at couches, Drew was our salesman, his knowledge of product and his willingness to answer all our questions made our experience great. We purchased two couches that were genuine leather, well made, the recliners have zero gravity, massage and heat.. love the big consoles on them, that offered wireless charging for phones and has lights integratedin them as well. Drew is definitely an asset to this company, he made us a priority and assisted us through the whole process .

Tall Dani was tremendous helping me through all of my needs!!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. After walking in, working with the team there, and offering to pay cash for a sectional couch that was priced at $1600, I got a final price of about $3000 for taxes, delivery and other fees, even after discounts. That is astronomically high. I did some digging and discovered this company was consistently overpricing customers. It is predatory to mark up items to this extent when the exact same product is available elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Here is how my experience broke down: I ended up doing more research and sourced the exact same Ashley couch directly from another store, online, and from New York. Not only did I save 30% off the store’s base selling price, but I also received: - Full white glove delivery and installation. - The identical warranty offered. -A total turnaround time of just three weeks from order to installation. It’s clear this business relies on customers not doing their homework. Save yourself thousands of dollars and the headache of being overcharged look elsewhere. This store is a middleman you don't need.

My husband and I visited the Ashley Store in Yulee this week. The store was beautiful and immaculate; the furniture was lovely and arranged in a manner that made shopping fun and enjoyable. The lady, Jenn Paiz, that greeted us when we arrived, was extremely helpful! She showed us all the console tables in the store and shared the color options and prices, including the mark down pieces. She went above and beyond by sharing all the console tables on her iPad with us! Jenn Paiz was friendly and not pushy; she deserves five stars, and I highly recommend that everyone reach out to her at the Ashley Store!

Went here on 2/23/26 to purchase a new couch and chair. Staff was great didn't hover, didn't pressure us, and answered all of our questions. They didn't have what we wanted on the floor, but there was one in another location close by. We went and looked at it and came back to this store to purchase it. We were helped by Alannah she was fantastic!

I recently purchased a new sectional sofa from this new Ashley location. Drew Burkett assisted me with the purchase and made the experience very simple and efficient. He was very friendly and professional and explained the pricing and delivery process in clear terms. I purchased the sofa on a Monday and it was delivered first thing in the morning on Thursday, ridiculously fast! Very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience, highly recommend!

The sales ladies and their boss are WAY TOO pushy. And other employees there acted like their space was being invaded and their time to talk on the phone was more important to them than actually 'working' in the store. While the prices were decent, I was able to get THE SAME EXACT items at Gibson McDonald in (Callahan, Florida) for about 60% of the cost.

Had a fabulous time with Alaina. She was super. Very informative and had our interests at the forefront of our purchase and decorating needs.

Me and my family stopped in at the Yulee store and was automatically greeted with great customer service. The store was very clean all employees were polite and professional and personable. We dealt with Eric all the way from New York 😂. He was the greatest ever. He deserves a raise and recognition. I was introduced to Khoury me and him had a common ground of being drummers. We ended up getting a beautiful sectional with all the components we wanted. The price was right and were highly satisfied. Once again big ups to Eric and the Yulee crew!

Came into Ashley’s looking for a sectional because apparently having only a folding lawn chair in front of the TV is not acceptable for a bachelor pad. I was dreading the process, expecting to spend hours here, but thanks to a wonderful associate named Tall Dani, it was smooth from start to finish. New store that I didn’t even know was open in YuIee. It’s kind of behind Home Depot. The store is big and beautiful. The store has so many displays. Drew was very helpful. They didn’t have the sectional on display that I was looking for so Drew showed me comparisons as far as the material and cushion softness. Very kind of Drew to take the time to look up the sectional and then find comparisons. Will be back to buy furniture.

Recently bought a new sectional here. We love our couch although it had a small tear in the top corner seam when initially delivered. Ashley worked to send a replacement as quickly as possible and the replacement was in great shape with no damage. Our sales rep Eric was great from the beginning and very easy to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to contact. Would recommend to others!

Black Friday sales experience was awesome. Our sales Associate Jenn Paiz was on point. Greeted us at the front door with a smile and introduction. Ask us if we were looking for specific space needs. Listened and stayed with us showing us things within our requested budget, style, material and more. Super attentive and went out of her way to get us the biggest qualifying discounts and promotions. We actually ended up getting an add on to our existing sectional we had prior purchased for but a 100$ over the budget we had for this project. Great experience all around. My husband & I just moved to a new home in Del Webb Wildlight. We were looking specifically for a new dining room set and counter stools. Having previously purchased Ashley furniture at another location, we thought we'd start shopping here in Yulee. I wasn't expecting a brand new store! We were greeted by Jenn Paiz. As our sales consultant, Jenn was very attentive to our requests, listened and took us around the showroom showing us many options. Ultimately we made an excellent choice and purchased a 7 piece dining set with 2 matching counter stools. Jenn's follow through and sincere interest in our satisfaction was exceptional.

I came into your store to pickup my niece's furniture that she had purchase. As I was about to leave, a table caught my attention as I was walking by. After loading my niece's purchase, I went back into the store to get a better look at the table. As I was looking, Jenn Palz came to assist. I was not looking to purchase at that moment. The typically aggressive, insincere, and annoying salespeople usually end up driving us right out the door. However, we recently visited the Yulee Ashley store and were pleasantly surprised with the salesperson, Lara Lauric. She was extremely helpful without being pushy or unintrusive, allowing us to shop and make a decision on our own. Wow, what a concept! Our loyalty for future furniture purchases will be to Lara; we highly recommend.

After shopping for close to a year for a new couch, I was directed to Eric at the Yulee location from several colleagues. I had previously worked with Drew at the Rivercity location and Josh at The St. John's Town Center. These men were attentive and never made me feel pressured into a sale. They wanted to ensure I had exactly what I was looking for and close to home. Josh directed me to Eric who was excellent! His professionalism, attention to detail, and follow up were unmatched. After receiving my first couch in poor condition due to delivery complications, Eric went above and beyond to ensure I received a new one in a timely manner without any imperfections. He even went ahead and included his manager Drew, who helped behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect. Each of these salesmen made my experience noteworthy and deserving of a 5-star review. I am so grateful for each of them and what they did to make sure I left feeling more than just "another customer" or sale. I felt valued and appreciate all they did for me to find my perfect 1st couch!

Crazy how all the reviews about great shopping experiences were made days before the store even opened! Almost as if employees wrote positive reviews for themselves and their place of work! 🤯 The store is not in a great location- heavy construction on the road and the parking lot is SMALL! They don't have as much selection as the other locations in NE FL and it's much more cramped. It was pretty and new and clean but I'll stick to the other locations.
