Shaun McGuire at the Albany location was absolutely AMAZING! He was very welcoming and once we got started looking at mattresses he gave us every detail needed to help us make the best choice for my husband and I. We ended up with a mattress that is PERFECT for what we needed. He spoke very confidently about the products he was selling. Customer service was well above 10 stars in my opinion!
