If you are a person of color please choose another location to purchase from. Today, I walked in looking for some assistance and the sales reps there did not greet me as if I wasn’t there to purchase something. I walked out immediately and I will never go to this location again.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Ashley. Brian (with an i) provided excellent sales service, showing me the exact couch I was looking for and making both the pricing and ordering easy. this is one of my first real "adult purchases" and I was a little intimidated, but the process was painless. I did have to wait about a month for my couch, but that's because I ordered one on clearance. the pick-up process was super simple, although the Google maps location for the warehouse wasn't totally accurate. the warehouse associate, whose name I didn't get, was helpful and even wrapped a section of the couch in shrink wrap for us because the plastic wrap had gotten cut. the couch was fully intact, no issues, and it's my new favorite thing in the house. I'm a living room person now

The shopping experience was easy, mainly because we'd researched ahead of time and just walked in and pointed at the dining set we wanted. The disappointment was that despite a near three week wait for delivery, the delivery date finally came, and went. Nothing, no contact from the store until I called them near end of day. Two more days needed as some of the chairs apparently not available. Strange given the long wait time and frustrating that no-one had called to tell us!! When delivery date 2 arrived, the process was executed very well. Constant updates and driver arrival within the advised windows. The two guys were exceptional, respectful of our home, put everything together very thoroughly and we're professional throughout. So overall the experience was good but fell short of a 5th star because of the failure to proactively notify us of the two day delay after a three week wait!

Jacob was an excellent salesperson he knew his job well only downfall is I have to wait until January 17th to get my product otherwise awesome job

Just visited this store in Alpharetta today . Was looking for the living room furniture . Although we didn’t end up buying one but got few decor stuff. The associate Mosha was so rude from the beginning . She would make faces, no smile , showing attitude when asked about something. They took like literally an hour for billing the items and with so much arrogance. While we were waiting for our bill at the counter she right away went to attend another customer . We were standing patiently waiting and she was like you can sit as you are blocking the way.I was so much tempted to report her to the manager . The only best part was that both the managers were nice and they were the one scolding her . But I seriously believe if you can’t put a smile on your face or atleast be polite this job is not for you .Ashley will loose customer just because of such associates .

Mr Larry Carter was absolutely amazing. He greeted me with such care. He advised me on the best care for my selections and helped guide me through making sure I had the correct warranty and protection coverage.

Representative was extremely helpful in finding me exactly the piece of furniture that I needed… we were in and out of the store in 30 minutes!

Not sure why everyone was so frazzled and walking around saying " we don't have anything you're looking for"" it's online but it's not us. " We don't know anything about what it says online'. I would be surprised if they are still in business at this rate.... Some combative furniture floor associates that almost wanted us to get out instead of looking at the furniture!

Our rep Hunter Dixon was extremely patient and professional working with me and my fiancé. It felt like I was walking around with a friend not a pushy salesman with commission breath🤮 We’ll definitely be coming back when we want to furnish our office!!!

Absolutely worst service, rude manager, unproductive sales team. Worst place to buy furniture.

Kind staff but too many mistakes to let it slide . Lost a day of work and lots of time spent getting the big items delivered. Two delivery delay changes last minute (unfortunately that costs time and money) . And had the wrong delivery address on file, I caught that right away but had to drive 30 minutes to be in store to correct it. And a random “cancellation” of the final console pieces to a large couch. So now I have to reorder and get a refund . Spent $10,000, and did not receive information as promised on the credit card link to make payments. Just too many things to overlook. 😮‍💨 Will be furnishing our next move elsewhere in the future.

My experience at Ashley Furniture was extremely disappointing and hurtful. I was told that someone would come assist me, yet after waiting for 15 minutes, no one ever did. This was on a Wednesday—the store wasn’t busy at all. The lack of attention and respect felt personal and discriminatory. I left feeling completely ignored and unwelcome. No customer should ever be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I strongly do not recommend this store to anyone.

This store just lost a loyal customer… such a bad delivery service! The store personnel removed themself from the issue leaving me dealing with the problem… bought a mattress, it got delivered in my porch and despite my request to collect my old one which didn’t happen I ended up stuck with the old and new bc there is NO place to return the one I purchased…. Called 3 different numbers with no resolution. I can’t reply to the note the store sent me after my review…. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue… when I called them they said there was nothing the store could do for me… I already paid $150 for my old mattress to be removed. Never again!

Very Very difficult and upsetting to deal with regarding malfunctioning brand new reclining couch after only a couple of days since purchase. We will never go there ever again !

Furniture is nice but their customer service and warranty service leave a bit to be desired.

Absolute nightmare working with this store. Ordered a bed frame to be delivered and put together, but they were unable to put it together for who knows what reason. They left it sprawled out on my floor in pieces. They said it needed different screws... so 5 days go by before they can get someone out there to fix it. 5 days go by and they show up again, only to fail once again. I still have no where to put my bed and there's pieces everywhere. I bring this to their attention and they can sort nothing out for me whatsoever, not the slightest bit of urgency to fix their countless mistakes. They said i have to wait another day before i can even schedule someone to come out AGAIN. Should be 0 stars and i'll certainly never make this mistake again.

Mosha and Shunda are Absolutely the Best!!! I am a forever fan and appreciate this specific store because of the fantastic and superb care Mosha and Shunda provided to my mother and I recently. There were some unexpected issues that happened with our last order. What could have been a very frustrating and disappointing situation became one of the best customer experiences I have ever received because of their commitment and dedication to correct the issues with my order (due to someone else) and provide first class quality service nonetheless. Mosha and Shunda exemplify class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. My furniture came damaged and I tried to refuse it. The driver said I cannot refuse it. Put in a claim for an exchange. They denied it because I didn’t refuse the delivery. I told them the driver didn’t let me. They didn’t care. Now I have to go through warranty for a brand new damaged table and chair. My whole apartment smells like strong chemicals and paint. I usually get Ashley furniture but this will be the last time. The customer service is ridiculous. No discount offered and I’m wasting my Saturday on something that isn’t my fault.

Everyone at this location is wonderful, when corporate was not able to fix an issue with my delivery for over a week, Ms. Fay went out of her way to rectify it immediately when nobody else would. Exceptional customer service. I cant recommend this location enough.

Great Service! Found exactly what I was looking for. The sales rep was extremely helpful making the whole process seamless.

I am a customer at this Ashley furniture store since 2016 and bought furniture over $25K from this store. With every purchase the sales team and the manager pushed us into buying additional warranty. We trusted them and thought Ashley being a reputed company will stand by the warranty and repair works for accidental damages. However we realized that Ashley used a third-party, GBS, and every time we called for warranty the representative s from GBS came up with all the reasons for not covering the repair work over the phone and then whenever they did they sent a third-party service technician who came to our house and turned down all repair works based on their instructions from GBS. Then during COVID times there was no support. Thereafter whenever we visited the store and raised the concerns on such run around and failed promises for repairs and warranty coverage we were asked to call different numbers at different times. We called those numbers and were again given false hopes and promises and finally declined of coverage. This afternoon I stopped by again at the store and the Sales Manager, David Guice, suggested that bring it up with the corporate store as apparently the corporate office realized and acknowledged all the wrongdoings by GBS and since changed the warranty coverage taking full responsibility of those in-house. While I was discussing with David and another lady at the front office, the store manager, Rashunda Williams, intercepted our conversation and suggested that it had been over nine years and so it’s past the timeline. She had no context of our challenges and started making abrupt and irrelevant comments. She was rude to the point that I told her that I don’t like to communicate with her. Ashley furniture must treat its customers fairly and respect the promises for the charges on the warranty of the furniture. We recently paid $760 for the repair of our living room leather sofa alone and the other furniture also needs repair from accidental damages which should legitimately covered. I am told that the corporate office of Ashely takes such complaints seriously and I hope they do.

And a shout out to her manager, Lahonda (I’m sure I butchered her name) Both were a pleasure to talk with, So if you’re looking for any furniture, I would check this place out first!!

We went there to get a nursing recliner and were asked to go to “rooms to go”, next door. Found the behavior condescending. Understood that they do not have that in the store but they sell online too. Not going to the store again.

The "sales guides" were near the entrance and greeted us as we walked in by Dan. He ascertained our needs and showed the various options. There were many to choose from. No hard sale just guidance. He has been doing this for years and knows how to treat potential customers. We chose Ashley as we bought living room and dining room furniture from the Buford store late in 2015.

Easy Process and quick delivery! Overall Great experience

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our couch from Ashley furniture. We saw the sale online and the staff was able to price match it and get us the price we wanted. The staff was super friendly and we can’t wait to get the couch delivered for a great low cost.

I had some issues with my order and some miscommunication between the delivery service and myself, however my in store salesman, Derrick, who helped me was very helpful. He did all he could to remedy the situation. He was very helpful and I will go to him in the future! Reach out to Derrick at this location if you need to buy some furniture! Very kind man and great communicator.

I had an excellent experience with an incredible salesman, Michael! Was planning on going to 1-2 other places to check out options, but felt happy and confident making my first big purchase.

We had a profoundly wonderful experience buying furniture late on a Friday night with sales associate Michael and his manager Shunda. The two of them combined were like an absolute DREAM TEAM to work with, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had to go back to sign some additional paperwork a couple days later and when I tell you the joy that washed over my face when I saw Michael and Shunda there again—it was like they were family. They are two of the most kind, patient and encouraging people you could ever ask for in a sales environment. We will definitely be back!

Absolute Garbage! They delivered furniture that was broken. We got a couch that was over 1500$ and it arrived with broken internal mechanisms. We addressed this problem day one, and have been told repeatedly that we would get a replacement. Well it's been months now! Nothing to show for it! Do NOT purchase from Ashley unless you want cheap products and poor customer service!

***UPDATE*** Part of my order was considered ship direct. I have gave Ashley Furniture my move in date to my new apt. They delivered 2weeks before I moved in. Someone took my order. I called numerous times and filed many complaints since June 2025. This was NEVER resolved. I came in with a few items in mind to purchase. When I arrived Derrick W. greeted/assisted me. He took his time to help me with my questions and concerns. I really appreciate his help.

I went in on 5/17/25 and purchased a beautiful bedroom suite. My sales rep, Mr Sherwood Green, was very knowledgeable of the quality of the merchandise. He did not try to persuade me in a hasty purchase. He allowed me time to look around without him hovering over me and to see things for myself. He displayed much patience during my decision making. We had a very unfortunate experience. My mother and I went shopping for four chairs we needed, and were looking for a model in particular. The man who "helped" us seemed to be annoyed at having to assist us and especially when I was translating what he was saying to my mom who does not speak English. After a while, we thought he was working on the order, so my mom and I stayed around waiting for him to be done. When we realized, he had just left. Then, when we saw him again, he told us we would have to wait because everyone in the store was very busy helping other people. Again, we waited around for a while. We saw several people walk in and get assisted immediately before we finally left. We can't help but think there was a racial motive behind this, but every person who got helped when we were waiting around was white, and the worker seemed unhappy helping my mom and me complete the order.

I hate furniture shopping with a passion…but I am taking the time to write a review about the amazing experience I had at this location! During my visit, Fay Olaiya assisted me in purchasing a bed, a sofa and a chair. Her wonderful knowledge of the products, professionalism, kind demeanor, and sense of humor made an otherwise odious task a great one! She should be teaching classes in how to relate to customers and meet their needs! She was amazing! I never felt pressured, only supported in my search for the items I needed. I will definitely be coming back to this location to work with Fay again. She was wonderful! Other representatives, including the manager, David were very friendly and helpful also. I went to Ashley in Cumming and the guys name Francisco made it really uncomfortable to even look around , then I went to Alpharetta location where Nabi help us out in very friendly manner, made it easy for us . Just got the delivery and one of the side table was defaced. The delivery guys showed me that the part was missing due to which the table was loose.

I actually walked in thinking, hmm not a big fan of Ashley furniture. However, I was surprised to find many choices of sofa’s to choose from. I found what I wanted with the assistance of Olga. She was great, very helpful and personable.

I visited Ashley Furniture as my first stop while hunting for a new couch, and I ended up finding the perfect one at a good price! The sales team was a bit pushy, but they were helpful. The white glove delivery service was fantastic and made the process super easy. Although the couch arrived with some scuff marks, the delivery crew quickly took care of it, leaving no issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the service.

Don't buy Ashleys Furniture. They will lie to you about product availability just to lock you into a sale, KNOWING the product isn't available. I bought a sofa April 2nd, & scheduled the delivery date for April 5th. The delivery window kept getting pushed back. The deadline for the delivery was 6:30pm. Ashleys Furniture, as unprofessional as could be, calls me at 6:31pm to tell me they could NOT MAKE THE DELIVERY, & would reschedule for Tuesday. Sunday morning, less than 24hrs, I recieved an email stating they had to reschedule the delivery for Wednesday. 1pm on Sunday Ashleys Furniture calls me to tell me the sofa is on BACKORDER and won't be available until April 11th and they can't make the delivery until April 15th. So basically Saturday April 5th the sofa was backordered, and was never on the truck to be delivered. The salesman Nabi misinformed of the product which is very bad business. Can't cancel the order bc Ashleys Furniture said THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER IT SATURDAY. BUT HOW DO YOU ATTEMPT TO DELIVER A SOFA THATS BACKORDERED FOR 2WEEKS?! Don't waste your time shopping here unless you can throw the sofa on your back and deliver it yourself. This whole experience at Ashleys Furniture is One Star. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and careless. Save your time and it will save you the headache DONT SHOP HERE!

Online service terrible! Which made me have to go into the store. Also bummed my delivery day is broken up into 2 days when it should be possible to only have to come once! Very inconvenient for me!

When I went to Ashley, I received help from Michael. He was very kind and friendly. My work was done in just about 15-20 mins. I have purchased from Ashley before and I would purchase again!

Everything went well with my shopping trip.

I purchased a dining table from Ashley Homestore on March 2nd, paying a $200 premium delivery fee for timely delivery and proper assembly. When the table finally arrived on March 5th, it was damaged with a visible crack, missing feet, and missing a stretcher. To make matters worse, the extension set wasn’t even installed. After numerous calls and complaints, they agreed to replace the table, but now it won’t even arrive until March 21st, with no confirmed delivery appointment. The lack of communication, constant delays, and unhelpful customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I am left with a damaged, incomplete table and a premium fee for nothing. Do not waste your time or money here.

Experience was great. Love the fact that we were weren't being hassled the whole time when looking. Came out with dining room table, love seat and recliner and a bed room suit. The furniture is wonderful and there are so many different options.

It's a pity, but I had negative experience with this store. This is my story. We appeared at the store in the late evening of Sunday. Sales manager immediately told us that they had 10% discount ending this evening. We've chosen the sofa and bought it there. While buying sales manager proposed us paid delivery with assembly (cost 200$). I asked her, whether they have other delivery options. She told that there's delivery without assembly, but she doesn't know the price for sure, but probably it's not far less expensive than 200$, maybe 150$. Based on that information, I made a choice to the side of delivery with assembly. The same evening, I checked the price on the Ashley's internet store, and, it is appeared, that actually, delivery without assembly is free for the sofa I bought! I drove next day to the store to figure out whether I can change the delivery to the non-assembly option (for free, as it is on the web site), but they said they couldn't do that as they gave me discount previous evening. So, I feel scammed, as nobody said me during the buying process that delivery could be for free, nobody showed me official documents proving the price of delivery (~150$) if I'm taking discount. I'm disappointed.

Disappointing Experience at Ashley Furniture Zero not an option… I recently accompanied my friend to Ashley Furniture in search of new furniture, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into an absolute nightmare. After waiting weeks for her delivery, she finally received her furniture—only to find it was damaged. She immediately tried calling the store, but as expected, no one answered. Left with no other option, she had to drive all the way from Atlanta to Alpharetta—while sick—just to get some answers. Unfortunately, the in-store experience was just as frustrating. The managers continuously gave her the runaround, pointing fingers at different departments instead of actually resolving the issue. A furniture purchase should be stress-free, but Ashley Furniture made it anything but. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made this a truly horrible experience. If you're considering shopping here, be prepared for delays, damaged items, and a frustrating battle to get help.

I ordered items on 1/12 here it’s is 1/30 and I have yet to receive my items. I was guaranteed delivery on the 21st which the driver lied and said they had arrived then I was guaranteed delivery on the 28th all for them to show up and it’s not my order then on the 30th the driver to show up and not have my order at all. The only way to communicate with someone is to go into the store since they ignore the phone calls I should not have to drive all the way there just for an update or some form of communication

Called for a repair service, set up an appointment date and time and nobody showed up.

I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a sofa, and not only did they deliver the wrong one, but it was also missing parts. When I called their customer service, they were no help at all. They claimed the missing part was ordered, but they couldn’t give me a delivery date. Then, they said we never ordered the sofa we received, insisting it’s the same as the one in the store. This is unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and accountability. I do not recommend this store.

The store and staff were fine. The corporate part of Ashley is horrible and no body in the store can help me. The table that I bought from this location was delivered completely damaged to the point where someone tried to sharpie over the damage and one chair wobbled. I told the delivery driver that I did not accept this order but they wouldn’t take it back. You can’t return anything to Ashley even if damaged. It’s been a long process of getting someone to come look at the table to see if they could repair it and they could not and now they have to replace it, but I’m nervous the next one will start peeling the veneer off just like that one. They also called me and said that there was no note about the chair so they don’t know what they’re going to do with the chair. Its just the absolute worst costumer service and I have spent hours on the phone with no one that is doing anything to help me.

I just purchased a bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture in Alpharetta. This was my first time shopping at Ashley Homestore after passing this building for many years. I am very glad I decided to stop in. The customer service was exceptional. Fay was my advisor and she succeeded in finding the Queen upholstered bed I wanted. I would highly recommend Ashely and make sure to ask for Fay!

I went in with the intention of just seeing whats out there as my mattress had gotten pretty old. I planned to purchase a new mattress eventually. Was greeted by Sherwood at the door. He provided a refreshing sales experience. He was quite knowledgeable on all products on the floor. I was not sure what mattress I wanted as it was the first time I had gone out to buy one. He provided many different options from the most economic to best quality mattresses they had. He was also very charismatic person when it came to conversation. So I ended up making an order and I'm quite satisfied it was a smooth experience.

Do not buy from here! they do not hold up to their promises. They lie about their return policy on their mattress's. Their customer service is NO customer service. You can not get a hold of the actual store by phone. The number routes you to place in India and they lie as well. The salesperson told me I have 90 days to try out the Tempurpedic mattress and if i don't like it, I can return it. They are now saying that I can't, and that after delivery that's it no returns. Not only that the adjustable base did not work after 3 times I used it ... 3 days after delivery. Their repair service didn't have an appointment till 30 days out. The repair man today was a joke. He couldn't help me and told me the manufacturer had to fix it. I got in touch with them and they said they are not the manufacturer and that ASHLEY does this ALL THE TIME. Gives the wrong information. Now, I'm trying to return the base and mattress and They will not return it. Additionally, when I purchased it they charged my card twice. I could not get it straightened out over the phone as i could not get a hold of the store as their calls are routed to INDIA. I had to go in person to resolve that issue and it took 5 days for my double payment to get refunded.

Update: don’t buy their extended warranty for like $500. They tell you they will fix it like new, but all they did was mail me a $10 self cleaning kit you could find on Amazon and a microfiber cloth. Awful I have no problem with this store, but you should know the customer service if you have a defective product is terrible. The location has no control over customer service and is at the mercy of their call center. I had a defective couch delivered under warranty and have spent months working with the store and call center. They won’t replace your product but only “repair” them when they are delivered defective. So they are no rebuilding 75% of my sofa in the living room. So if you have the patience to buy overpriced particle board sofas, and want to deal with a flimsy “warranty” this is the place for you. I drive past them on the way home from work and they try to help but again they can’t do anything unless you call their call center. Shame all companies are going to this model

Probably the least satisfying experience I’ve had with the sales person in years. I walked out when he said why can’t tell you if you can get it or pick it up at the warehouse until you’ve purchased it. He was unwilling to check inventory or too stupid to achieve that end.

Placed order with two complete bed sets on 24th November. Still Ashley not able to deliver the products. Pathetic customer service. They keep rescheduling the delivery. The couch is great but customer service is so bad it completely ruined my experience. When my couch comes broken on arrival it takes 3 weeks to send someone to fix it. Completely unacceptable.

If there was a zero rating, I would definetley score this situation a 0. Worst expereince ever. Included is a picture of a delivery made by Ashley Furniture from the North Point Store. I paid for premium/preferred delivery and the item was left at my front door. I recieved no prior notification that the delivery was on it's way. I was 5 minutes away from home when the driver called to say he was at my front door. I asked him to allow 5 minutes for me to get there and he refused. Said he would leave at the front door. I cannot move this inside by myself or even get it up the stairs. Went in to the store, the Manager has been unable to assist. She said they could pick up on Dec. 26th ???? After Christmas. This has been on my porch since Saturday. I am not taking responsibility if it gets damaged. This will definetly ruin my holiday as I am expecting guests for Christmas dinner. No one seems to have any sense of urgency. I will not be shopping there again or referring anyone to Ashley.

Salesperson, Fay, was fantastic! Customer service after that (delivery) was horrible!!! They told me they’d deliver on a certain date, sent a confirmation email the day prior, and no-showed. When I called, they said that 1 of the 2 items was back-ordered so they couldn’t deliver for another week. I fussed about not having any notification of this and that we had already moved our current furniture to make room for the new. They then made arrangements to do a partial delivery - 1 item that day, 1 item the next week. They no-showed again, so when I called back they informed me that now BOTH items were back ordered. I had to proceed with arranging delivery a week later than expected. We will see if they show up this time! Just frustrating.

I WAS Mislead AND Misinformed by a Sales associate who was more eager to make a sale than CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION !! When the furniture was delivered the movers were fighting outside... If you like Ashley products, DONT VISIT THIS STORE. I had the worst retail experience at the Ashley Store in Alpharetta. I purchased a dresser that had an issue, which I expected to be resolved since it was clearly a manufacturer defect. Instead of addressing the problem or providing any reasonable explanation, the General Manager (Pretending as General Manger her Name: Kisha hardwick) displayed an unprofessional and hostile attitude. When I inquired about a solution, I was told outright, “We can’t fix any issue, even if it’s a manufacturer issue.” This dismissive response was shocking, but it got worse. The General Manager not only refused to help but also resorted to yelling, “Get out of my store,” and even threatened to call the police. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Rather than assisting a customer in resolving a legitimate concern, they chose to escalate the situation unnecessarily. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value good customer service and professionalism. Ashley Furniture, this experience reflects poorly on your brand. Training your staff—especially management—in basic customer service and conflict resolution is critical.

I purchased a new leather recliner from Ashley recently and was very pleased with the salesman as well as the quality of my chair. There were a lot of options to choose from and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Needed a recliner, great options, quick service, delivery date was good but delivery service was very late and gave incorrect updates for delivery. But once they arrived, they were quick with setup and professional.

Ashley furniture does not guarantee anything. I had a damaged item delivered and they still haven’t fixed it. It’s been 3 months. I’ve contacted store, customer service and still waiting on pieces. I thought they were better than this.

Old to new recliner - so far worth worth every $1230 dime!

I bought a 5 yr warranty on a desk. In year 3, the outlet on the desk with 2 USB ports and 2 outlets failed. Went through something short of providing my life story to file the claim (on an extremely non-user-friendly website), sent pictures, hours of phone time with the warranty company to be told they would send someone because this WAS covered under warranty. A repairman came when they said they would and said I needed a part & they would call me when the part came in and come to install in a few days. I called back since heard nothing by the time the repairman said I should hear back only to be told this now WAS NOT covered under warranty. SCAM warranty company they work with for extra money that covers nothing.

Ashley is not the furniture store you remember it to be. Go somewhere else and read the reviews before you do! 4 stars for in-store experience, the process takes too long to complete a transaction but I had both Sherwood and Olga support my family and I and they were both great! Unfortunately, it doesn't matter b/c they work for a company that is disorganized and lacks any level of service. Where everything went wrong is what matters most to customers which is getting the products you paid thousands of dollars for. I bought three bedroom sets which was close to $12K in spend. Every bedroom set had an issue so like any customer service issue, you call to see how they can support you. Ashley furniture outsources everything (customer service and delivery) so none of those responsible for supporting post transactions are accountable to the company because they're both 3rd party companies partnered with Ashley. You will have to file a case for EVERY SINGLE QUESTION OR STATUS and then must wait 48-72 hours for EVERY SINGLE ANSWER. Depending on the agent you get, their English is rough and some due to cultural differences are very abrupt and short with you which wouldn't irk a customer if they're getting a result but you never walk away with a result, definitely not a good result. Bedroom #1: the headboard got lost and we've been waiting almost a month to hear what happened to the headboard and when it will be replaced. 30 days later I'm still waiting through a case system to find out where it is at. In the meantime, I've gotten charged for the bedroom set and you better believe Ashley wants their money via their CC. Bedroom #2: this bedroom set had 3 delivery fiascos. 1) the truck broke down. 2) there was a medical emergency 3) the guy showed up and realized he was missing pieces. I threatened to cancel the order and they showed up with the order 2 days later. Bedroom #3: I got a call 2 weeks after purchasing it saying that it would be delayed weeks maybe even a month. I cancelled bedroom #3 and plan to go to a more reliable company, Pottery Barn where I've never had an issue with product or delivery or service. I am still calling daily to get all of these other issues resolved. Oh and by the way, I went into the store and they also, guess....file a case and have no way of assisting you on site.

Good morning, A dresser, night stand and a recliner from Alpharetta store And the lady working there „olga“ i guess her name told me it’s going to be delivered 16/17th of September and i purchased it on the 11th of August And i told her at that time im going to be in labor any second so please try to make it as early as possible And today is the 16th no email no nothing no update from you guys, i order from shein 20$ order and every second i get an update from them and a big company like you no email no nothing! You cannot stress a pregnant woman like that !!!! I literally have my husband empty his schedule these two days because i don’t want to handle the stuff coming being by myself and i don’t have anyone here in the US and the lady on the phone tells me now that the stuff is not in the store anymore and i guess it will be delivered in the 25th of September!!!!!!! And every item has a date!! WHAT A SERVICE! What should i do now !!! Not even the lady in the store told me the wrong kind of wood the dresser and the night stand is made from and she didn’t know what is she talking about and she just want to sell and i went looking for pine wood and a specific brown wood color everytime i show her the color on my phone and compare it with an item she tells me yes this is same color and every item has a different color Somehow all brown wood there was same as the color on my phone 😂my husband and i thought we are going crazy ! Or we are color blind!! and not just it didn’t came earlier as i asked for and they put a note on my order or it didn’t even come ON TIME or the delay that is happening also a very bad communication .. I purchased a tv stand and arrived broken had to wait a week to see an available technician to check the piece and was told by the technician that I had to wait 1-2 weeks more to get that broken piece delivered. What a waste of time, I should have chosen Amazon instead. I do not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. Instead of replacing the whole thing or sending with the technician the broken piece that I provided ( because they asked) specific proof of, that even said the piece #, no he only confirmed that indeed it was broken and needed a replacement or I could choose for him to glue it together?”” Are you serious, a new tv stand and the piece goes on the front smh !??? A completely waste of my time. Moreover, after the 2 weeks I never heard back from the shipping and I had to call and they said that they were out of that piece and it would probably arrive at the end of October (mind me I bough it on 08/15/24). I had to call costumer service again and they told me to wait 72 hours to see if I qualified for a replacement, the 72 hours passed and I had to call again today 09/06/24 for them to tell me that I had to wait some more, for how long … I don’t know. Do not get anything from this store, they do not care for their costumers. Update : On 09/07/2024 they call me because of my review to offer me to do a refund if I deleted my comment, to which I agreed. Today is 09/15/24, a week has passed and the haven’t contacted me yet, so … make it make sense lol

I ordered and paid for a good bit of furniture on 6/29 with delivery on 7/5. I was told by my sales person that they had everything in stock. Upon delivery (and a phone call ahead of time), they were missing 3 of the 4 kitchen table chairs. They were on backorder until the end of August. Since the end of August, there have been no less than 2 dozen phone calls to arrange the delivery of these 3 chairs. My wife and I are educators at public schools and can't/won't take a day off of school to wait during our 4-hour window at home for 3 kitchen table chairs, especially since we were told we would be getting them on 7/5 (when we were home). They only delivery on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in my area. I asked if I could sign off on a document to allow them to drop the chairs off at our front porch or I would open the garage door remotely and let them put the chairs in the garage. They said no. I offered to have them delivered to my school (which is closer for them) and they said no. I offered to have them delivered to the Ashley store where I bought them from. They said no. I paid for "premium delivery" yet this is my experience. They keep calling me to confirm new delivery dates that I never agreed to nor was asked about. I have tried calling the store directly several times over several days. Nobody answers the phone and the automated service person hangs up on me. We purchased 3 kitchen table chairs almost 2.5 months ago and we still don't have them, even though I have offered several solutions. On top of that, they also want to deliver a sleeper sofa. We ordered one back on 6/29 but upon delivery, it would not fit in our house. They took it back and already gave us our money back. Yet, they still want to deliver it...every time they call about the 3 kitchen chairs. I have canceled the sofa every time they call me, but yet it still remains on their record.

Very dissapointed and will never buy again at this store. We purchased a huge ottoman along a full 4 piece sectional, a full bedroom furniture set, and a coffee table - The ottoman was huge and the store refused to accept the return even when we offered to buy a smaller ottoman, plus more items: a box spring and a set of rocking chairs. We were sold protection plans and all the bells and whistles but were NEVER told all sales were final. We were only told to reject an item if it was broken upon delivery. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE policy. Would've never spent so much money on furniture at that store if I would've known this was their policy.

Izabel met with my grandmother multiple times to provide guidance and recommendations on new furniture items before my grandma was even ready to buy. She was incredibly patient and knowledgable and she made the experience as easy as it could be. She provided exceptional customer service and we couldn’t be happier!

We purchased two bedrooms sets with a 5-year warranty from plan with our furniture from Ashley, hoping it would cover any potential issues. Unfortunately, we’ve had ongoing problems with our 2 BR set, as shown in the attached photos, and despite our efforts, the issues remain unresolved. We left a review on Google, and the store owner provided an email for us to address our concerns. We’ve sent multiple complaints through that email with no response. We also tried reporting the issue via chat, but they directed us to fill out an application with a third-party company, which isn’t acceptable since we bought the insurance from the store, not a third party. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Ashley to anyone looking for quality furniture and reliable service.

Good place to buy furniture at discounted price, with lots of variety. They also offer online option to explore all their inventory. I recommend to consider this place if you’re planning to buy good furniture at better price.

I am very disappointed with the Ashley store's commitment to delivering the dining table I ordered. I placed an order at the Ashley store located at Ashley Store (North Point Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA) on 15th June and was told that the furniture would be delivered on 25th July. It was rescheduled to 6th Aug due to backorders and even on 6th Aug I received a partial order only the chairs and Tabletop are still not delivered. Now the new Expected data is 7th or 15 September. This is highly disappointing and sad that a store like Ashley is unable to keep up with the committed time frame. During sales, it's told will be delivered on a set date or time frame but no commitment is fulfilled . Update 2- on 4th September After multiple follow-ups and emails. They gave me a date for initially End of Aug then moved it to 5th Sept. Today received a call again and new date is 11th Sept. I doubt Ashley can commit to any timeline . Very sad and disappointed with your store and services. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ASHLEY to any friend.

I purchased 2 bedroom sets from Ashley Furniture, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and service. The wood used in the furniture is of very poor quality, and it started showing signs of wear and tear within a few months. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive to maintenance requests. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, I have received low quality help. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for durable and reliable bedroom furniture. Follow up on the review: I wanted to inform you that we sent multiple emails with the attached information, but we have not yet received a response.

Bad experience to return an item. Everything is good until you try returning an item. So, writing this review to inform others whom it may be useful. I bought accent chair in Ashley store and it was not delivered on the date it was mentioned. After I called, they said there is a miscommunication and scheduled delivery which was already 8 days delayed. They delivered it at outside as box , I could assemble only in the following weekend as I need to spend time. I felt back pain after started using it, so wanted to return. I called store and they said I have to bring the item to store. I took it to the store and they refused to accept the return saying I have to return within 72 hrs of delivery which no one can do for the item that needs assembling msg use it. 72 hrs window was never told till that time, really upset with Ashley will never buy anything there and never recommend to anyone .

Although my wife and I were looking to make a small purchase, Stephon enthusiastically helped us select a piece of furniture and worked with us to finalize our purchase. Throughout the process Stephon was courteous, efficient, and helpful. We look forward to working with him again.

10-14-2024: Buyer beware. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The store’s manager would only assist me in a damaged product they destroyed upon delivery if I “modified” my review. Please save yourself from these fraudulent people and their company. Avoid this place at all costs. They are very pushy in opening a credit card account with them. They will destroy your furniture once it’s delivered and tell you to escalate to claims because it’s out of their hands. The store only gives three days for return after purchase therefore, you’re stuck with broken and ugly furniture they destroyed. Please avoid this place and look elsewhere. All their products are cheap engineered wood and not worth the 200% mark up.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Ashley Furniture in Alpharetta and my review is long overdue! We upgraded our bed from a queen to a split king. Charlie and Kisha made shopping a joy! Not only did they take all the time to show me all of my different options they had me laughing the whole time. They educated me on the different mattress choices and options I had in buying a split king. I didn't know that I could get two different mattresses. I've had trouble sleeping for years due to being a hot sleeper. Not any more!!!! I love my Sterns & Foster mattress and I've been sleeping through the night for two months since delivery. So happy!!! Thank you Charlie and Kisha, we found the right mattress and oh, my husband loves his Tempurpedic too! ;-)

Update 2: They came to assemble the furniture 3 days later! And when they finished I noticed they scratched my floor! Filing a claim and will provide more updates but so far not looking good Terrible experience. Waited an extra 4 hours for a delivery (original time mentioned 12:30-4:30pm) but ended up coming at 8. I also ordered the full delivery option but when they came they said it was too late for them and will let me know when they wanted it to be assembled. Completely unprofessional. I am still awaiting a call for the team to assemble the furniture. Will update the review on the turnaround time of something that was to be done during the delivery.

I had a very difficult situation when moving from MA to Marietta. I purchased a bedroom set in MA being told they could deliver it here when I arrived. The day before I left for GA I got a call from them indicating they could only get it to Maryland. I purchased this on a great sale and was very disappointed when they said the only way to remedy the situation was to refund me. I loved the set and sought out an Ashley store here that would work with me on the pricing that I received when I originally purchased it. I had the invoice for proof of pricing. I originally had the district manager from MA reach out for me and he indicated the store in Kennesaw would help. However when I reached out to them providing them with the details and the invoice they refused to honor the pricing. I decided to drive a bit further from my Marietta home and went to the Alpharetta store. This store greeted us with a much different attitude and were both professional and accommodating. I received my bedroom set today and we cancelled our Casper mattress order and purchased a Tempurpedic from the Alpharetta store. They were superstars from the moment we stepped in the door and we will be visiting them again when rounding out our new home. Olga gets superstar status!

BUYER BEWARE!! I walked into the store to buy a table I was on the fence about it but thought it will be ok I can return it if I do not like it. Well lo and behold you cannot there are no signs posted anywhere! That says all signs are final. You sign it on your receipt in the fine print! I will never buy from Ashley again! They have horrible customer service. No one calls you back! I told the customer care call when they followed up right after delivery I do not want this table what do I do and she all but hung up on me. She stated I needed to go to the store. Well the store said we have a no return policy which you signed. I stated no one told me anything about this. Something like this should be posted in the store in bold as well as you should have to initial by this like any other company. The online stores will take returns and other Ashley stores take returns but just this one?!? In Alpharetta does not?? This is the last time I buy from Ashley

If i could give 0 stars i would. I order a couch over the phone and paid online through the email they sent me on Monday 05/27/2024. My order was ready for pick up on Wed May 29th. I drove 2 hours on Saturday June 1st to the warehouse to pick up my couch without any form of notification that my order had been canceled cause the order number was not pulling up. I had to call the store to find out what happened. Come to find out my order was canceled on Friday at 1:00pm because over the phone order can not do pick up and that if i want to pick my order up i have to drive to a store and pay in person. I was not sent a email, text or call that my order had been canceled and no form of proof that the money was being refunded. I had to tell them to send me proof cause i was not taking their word that the money had been refunded. They said they would deliver the couch to my location on June 24th cause they only deliver to my area once a month. The problem is i just moved into a brand new house with no couch. I am so mad that i wasted my time, gas money and energy on this Company. When i spoke to the sale associate that took my order and when i called to find out what happened to my order she replied oh i was about to call you and ask why you canceled your order only to find out that i didnt canceled it, corporate did and failed to notify me. I am now having to drive 2 hours back home stuck in horrible Atlanta traffic with no couch. Oh and also to add when my husband called Ashley's customer care the women he spoke to was very rude and could not answer simple questions he was asking. My house has all Ashley's furniture products in it but i will no longer be purchasing from this company ever again and i will be sure to let everyone know what they have done. Ashley Furniture do better at training you employees to know all rules and regulations so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

This is my first experience with Ashley and I couldn’t be happier - the sale through delivery was flawless. We had done a lot of research beforehand on what we wanted - three loveseats, one having a console in the middle. When we walked in the door we were greeted by Larry Carter. He’s one of those guys you just instantly like because he listens to what you want and focuses on getting what you need versus trying to upsell you into something more expensive. He literally took us to the set we bought - no wandering around needed. 😀 After we purchased the furniture it was delivered with two weeks. We could have gotten it sooner but that’s what worked best for us. Ashley has a cool tracking tool so you have a window that is narrowed down as the truck makes its way to you. I also got a call 30 minutes before the delivery. Bobby and his crew showed up to deliver the furniture got right to work. They made sure they understood where the pieces were going, unboxed, assembled and made sure everything was operational. All the boxes and trash were picked up and taken back on the truck. As I stated at the beginning of the review - this was an excellent experience.

Mason was great! His customer service and attention to detail, as well as, his unique way of anticipating customer questions was reassuring. This played a major role in our decision not to return to previously visited furniture stores, and move forward with our purchase with Ashley Furniture. Mason was busy helping multiple customers, but he never forgot about us. His knowledge about the various brands and products proves that the customer needs is his top priority. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store and its representatives. Initially, the salesperson assured me of exceptional service upon placing my order, but when issues arose during and after delivery, they conveniently denied their promises. This is my experience - I ordered multiple items, including a 5 drawer chest and a 6-drawer dresser, and paid a hefty $199 for the premium delivery, expecting assembly for those 2 big items. I explicitly requested assembly, confirmed twice with both the salesperson and the store supervisor, yet on delivery day, the delivery personnel refused assembly, claiming it wasn't part of the order. Enraged, I contacted the store, which only led to a prolonged wait time of 3 days with no resolution. Subsequent attempts to follow up were met with indifference, exacerbating my frustration. This level of customer service is utterly unacceptable for a furniture retailer. I strongly advise seeking alternatives to this store for furniture needs.

I purchased $6,064 worth of merchandise from the Ashley store in Alpharetta. It was delivered to our house today. Everything was delivered without any problems. We just moved to the US and since I don't speak English, I went to the store to return the mattress protector they sold us because we didn't need it. The store manager said they couldn't accept the return. $190 worth of mattress protectors would have cost you nothing to take back. Not accepting these products that we have not even opened the package does not befit a brand of Ashley quality.

They third party their delivery so there is no accountability for what happens. We had a fairly large sum of money stolen by the delivery drivers. They were the only people who had been in the house since it was last seen. The extent of there investigation was “they said they didn’t do it, sorry” Scummy way to cut corners.

My husband and I had a headboard set delivered from this Ashely store on 2/22/24 - the delivery team of two men stole $400 cash from my bedside drawer emergency fund -this is kept in a small bag deep in a corner of my bedside table - under notebooks and books. A single dollar bill was left in its place. No one has access to my bedroom between my husband and I - besides these two men who set up my headboard. It is EXTREMELY unsettling to think they went through my drawers, stole my emergency cash, all while my husband was working in the room next to them. What an absolute disgrace to have employees like this who we are supposed to “trust” to come into our homes. The image of them going through my belongings and stealing from me makes me sick. Never ever trust anyone who works deliveries from here!

Would not recommend buying from Ashley and particularly this store!! Had a bitter experience with a recent purchase of a dining table set. The dining table got delivered with the server damaged. We rejected the server, a replacement for the same was scheduled for a later date. Soon we noticed that the dining table and a chair has issues which were brought to the notice of the stores within a couple days. Since the server had issues and so the dining table, we asked the stores if there is a chance for reselection of the dining table. The store manager mentioned that she will have to first raise a ticket and a technician will assess the issue. In addition to this, we learned from the stores (ONLY AFTER WE CALLED THEM ASKING THEM ABOUT THE STATUS OF SERVER DELIVERY) that the server replacement order was canceled, not sure why they did it!! So, we had to visit the store again to place an order for the server. Coming back to the technician visit, the Ashley technician showed up after a week and agreed that the dining table needs to be replaced!! At this point, we were already into the 3rd week since the initial payment was made for the dining set!! We again tried reaching out to Ashley store, customer service and on X, trying to explain the inconvenience we faced so far and also the multiple visits we had to make to the stores to speak to the manager, rebook the items that were canceled by Ashely in error, hoping that someone will understand our situation and will help us by extending the reselection option. However, Ashely doesn't seem to give any value to the inconvenience caused to the customer due to their own issue!! I am not going to buy fromm Ashley in future and will pass on this information to my friends and relatives!!

Never trust what they promise, they offered me a payment plan if I made a 30% down payment, but in the following two months they charged me the full rest, in two months I paid the rest. The first time I called the store they told me that everything was correct with the credit, then I spoke again and they never answered me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID ASHLEY AT ALL COSTS!!! ZERO STAR REVIEW!!! After dealing with a month long delivery date with false promises of earlier (~ 1 week) delivery, my ‘partial shipment’ finally arrived today.. only to find the key piece was damaged!! I ordered over $5,500 in furniture for three rooms in my home.. donation truck came and I was without any furniture for a week while Ashley worked to ‘expedite’ delivery to get somewhere even ’close’ to my salesperson’s (Wendy’s) promised delivery date. Now that the partial delivery came in today two weeks after I paid in full, luckily I am no longer having to sit on the floor in my living room.. but my desk was damaged in delivery. I have no workspace, and there was no mention of when the replacement might come in. Calling the store was useless, they blamed the damage on the warehouse. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND THE ASHLEY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Classic bait & switch only to make a major sale.. they do NOT care about their customers, and Frankie, the store manager, should be fired immediately!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! FALSE PROMISES OF DELIVERY DATES HAVE LITERALLY RUINED MY JANUARY!! Wendy from the Ashley store on Northpoint Parkway claimed furniture I bought & paid for on December 26th would be delivered by Jan 2nd. On the 2nd I called to check on it and now find the soonest my furniture can be delivered is Jan 17th!!! The donation truck came already to haul my old furniture away, and now I am literally sitting on the floor in my living room for the past 2 days expecting furniture that will never come.. I have no place to work without my home office desk.. I will be suffering like this until the 17th according to Asia from Ashley furniture. BEWARE OF FALSE PROMISES OF DELIVERY DATES THAT NEVER COME!! This place is ridiculous.. Argh.. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! SAVE YOURSELF!!

Worst experience EVER buying furniture. The sales rep was good but once I walked out of the store after spending thousands of dollars it all went downhill. I was told everything was in stock and had a delivery date set-up. A few days before, I was told that a few pieces were not in stock which I was fine with. I was given another delivery date with the rest of the pieces so I took off from work again. I received the delivery email showing all my pieces and confirmed the delivery date. Delivery date came, driver showed up and only had 1 out of the 4 remaining pieces. I immediately called and was told there was a “financial hold” on my order so I called the store to find out what that meant because our order was paid in full prior to us leaving the store. Our course I got the run around and was told they sent an email to have the rest of the furniture delivered in 2-3 days. I called the corporate number which is a joke in itself and spoke to someone in the resolution department who only asked if I read my terms and conditions prior to signing my purchase agreement and stated they have the right at any time to change my delivery date. Not only was this lady rude but 100% didn’t care to try to make anything right. She was extremely nasty with me on the phone. At this point, I just cancelled the rest of my order and will be happy to spend my money in another furniture store that cares about their customers.

I just want to give a shoutout to the BEST sales rep at the Ashley North Point location! She has worked with my father and I off and on to furnish our entire house. And it has been nothing short of the best experience I've had at a furniture store! She has been thorough and patient through this ENTIRE process. Through the purchasing, getting approved, AND the delivery. Even did follow ups. If you are looking to purchase some furniture! Go ahead and ask for Charlie! Such an amazing person!

The worst place. Damaged furniture, irresponsible salesperson, no return policy, delivery dates rescheduled 4 times, and wait time for service is at least 2 weeks. Best of all, you will be treated like a thief when you say your furniture is damaged or you want replacement.

Nabi is the absolute best! Please ask for him because he will deliver the best service, with no pressure whatsoever and do everything he can to help you. Had an unpleasant experience at the store, went in to look at some furniture, the store was not crowded at that time and there were a few sales reps. When we approached with a query, we were told to walk around and reach out to someone if we liked something. We narrowed down on an item and when approached one who was free. We were asked who was helping us and when we said none, the answers were very vague and the rep disappeared telling he will be back in a moment to help, only to find after a long wait that he was over the phone and had no intention to return back to help.. We were taken aback with all this and came out without waiting any further. We got a similar feedback from a few others and it does seem concerning, hence leaving a feedback out here. Very disappointed.

The worst store ever!! Never shop from any Ashley store. I bought a dining table from the store 1 month back when they told me "yes its in stock!". Well its been over a month now and no delivery. 6 delivery dates have been postponed and absolutely zero customer support. Every time I call they say its going to come to the warehouse and will be delivered. All lies! Its been a freaking month!! Its thanks giving and I don't have a dining table thanks to Ashley! Wish there was a way to give -ve stars!!
