Good store and good service
Ty was amazing! I love my new furniture and can't wait to get it into my new home!
They had a large selection, and they were able to deliver pretty quickly. Mason was very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait for my new furniture to arrive.
Sherwood was very knowledgeable about mattresses and took his time with us while we tried different mattresses. We did not feel rushed and liked that he encouraged us to take our time. He is a great salesman and we will definitely give him our business again in the event we need to make another purchase.
Awesome loved the customer service from Sherwood excellent sales person
Sherwood was very helpful and helped us find what we were looking for.Excellent customer service
Shopping at the Alpharetta store, we found Mark very personable and knowledgable which helped us find exactly what I wanted for my new dining room furniture. He explained what choices were there to complete the room and the details of the purchase as we went threw the process. To my delight, delivery of most of the furniture is scheduled with in a few days.
Poor execution. Ordered furniture over 4th of July, received the bedroom set August 11 with broken pieces, took another week for the parts to be delivered and installed so we could sleep in our bed. Ordered a bench at the same time (4th of July weekend) - still waiting and today is 09/13/21. We’re promised $300 gift card during the promotion, only received $100. No ich can explain what is going on. Horrible communication as in non! Still waiting on the promised “we will make it up to you” and the missing $200 gift card. Never again will I use Ashley Home Store in Alpharetta.
I will never buy furniture from here again! Damaged bed, but want to give me half a credit for the money I spent! WTH! Never again. Store customer service is horrible. Never. Taking this to corporate. Continually getting the run around.
Customer service is frustrating. Delivery date changed and they never let me know. So I called them to ask, waited on the line for over an hour, then they picked up and hung up.
Do you enjoy poor communication, lies and lack of consideration ? Then shop at Ashley Furniture. This place led us in circles from the first missed delivery date to the last (6 months after the 1st scheduled delivery date). Needless to say we had to cancel our order because of the constant excuses . From having a projected delivery in April, moved to a projected delivery in July, moved to a projected partial delivery by the end of August, moved to a basic “who knows when your furniture will be in,” we finally met the end of our rope. Also , don’t try to call the store manager because he will promise to call back, but not make good on the promise. This is a TERRIBLE business and I would advise anyone to go elsewhere.
Disappointed my couch was poorly made. Ordered a couch in August and the shipment got delayed twice. I didn’t receive it until mid October. The couch had multiple staples sticking out of it, which injury my daughter’s foot. It took a month for a technician to get to me and “resolve the issue”. That was not the last time it happened either. My young daughter was injured twice by the mistake of this lousy furniture maker.
My husband and I visited Ashley HomeStore Alpharetta today, 8/29/21, and received no service. We are in the market for furniture and moving in the coming weeks. As soon as we walked in multiple employees were standing/chatting in eye view of us with another gentleman close enough to speak and introduce himself. He did not speak but spoke to the couple behind us who were not POC. I cannot say he was discriminating but I watched as other customers came in after us and were acknowledged and given assistance, all were not POC. We walked the whole store still with no acknowledgement. We left and will not return to this location. Poor service.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a sectional about 3 weeks ago. Delivery was scheduled for 8/20/21. On 8/18, I received a call stating that my delivery was delayed until 8/25 due to one part not being available. This was not a big deal, and I recognize that there have been some supply chain issues related to COVID. On 8/19, I receive a call stating that my delivery was further delayed until 9/5 because they had released all of the other parts from my order and did not have new ones in stock. This was unacceptable. After trying to call and receive some resolution to the situation, I was directed to go into the store and speak with the manager. I went to customer service, who paged the manager on duty to come speak with me and find some resolution to the issue. The manager attempted to sneak past the desk without helping us, and would have done so if the customer service rep hadn't called his name out. The manager emailed the warehouse to figure out what was going on with my order, and promised a call back to my personal number within 48 hours of that email with an update. No call was ever received, and I'm currently stuck in the run-around to figure out what is going on and why I was charged $300 to have my delivery perpetually delayed. The management at this location is the literal definition of incompetence, and refuses to connect me with their superiors to get some resolution. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Truly a bad experience. Bed frame delivered damaged. Replacement bed frame delivered damaged. Unbelievably poor phone customer service. No return confirmations. No re-shipment confirmation. Scheduled delivery was rescheduled for over a month from original date, and that was after we received a call asking us a week before if we wanted it delivered earlier than the original date! Then the $2K mattress itself. Two week in and there's a sinkhole where I sleep. According to the fine print of their return policy, in order to get their 90-day sleep satisfaction guarantee, you had to buy a mattress protector and fitted pillow and sleep on it for 30 days so "your body and the mattress" bond". If there's a big hole where I sleep after two weeks, how is another two weeks going to make it better? Now the mattress protector purchase I get, but sales people need to make that abundantly clear at the time of purchase. But a fitted pillow? What the hell does that have to do with protecting the mattress so it stays clean in case the customer wants to return the mattress? Never again.
Today I just received a dining room, both the table and the chairs with a defect, the service store was called immediately and they did not give any answer, they only said that they would send a technician for 15 days I do not recommend buying any product here it has been a waste of time and money I went in person to claim the store and I have been very badly attended by the person called erick Soto bad attention in all aspects
Very bad experience , never shop in this store again, the couch was torn and dirty when delivered , and bed drawer was broken.. They promised premium delivery for a computer desk purchased which when delivered was mentioned customer assembly, finally after walking into the store multiple times and multiple calls with customer service nothing is been fixed so far.. Multiple answers from customer service each day, not sure even if somebody is looking into the claims submitted..and of all none of the claims is been fixed so far, everytime you walk into the store the manager is not available to even look into customer complaints.. False promises made at the store during the time of purchase ,Very bad experience, never shop in this store again..
Friendly when it's time to sell. Totally indifferent, to the extent of lying, when it's time to address an issue. First AND last time with this chain. Furniture delivery is a total mess. 2 delivery attempts and both times, parts to assemble the bed were missing. The first time, their major "accomplishment" was to bring 1 nightstand with all the parts. The other one was missing legs, the dresser was missing legs, the bed had 2 legs for the same side. Store staff at the Customer Service is so "busy helping customers all day" that they don't really help the customers who need the actual help to resolve issues. "Give us a call" but we never answer the phone. "Here's my email address" that the assistant store manager, Eric, doesn't bother to check 'cause, of course, he must get several emails he doesn't bother checking. "We'll refund the money but our systems are down right now" and 5 days later, you actually have to go to the store to get it done! Wonder how many of the store staff worked as a Used Car salesperson. That likely was their sterling qualification for this job! 2 THUMBS WAYYYYY DOWN! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE 😡😡😡😡 YEP, DEFINITELY THE WORST! Delivery "attempt" 3 was a NO SHOW! Called Cust Srv after the delivery window had passed, only to hear a recording that they moved the date on their own without bothering to ask or even notify us. Left the house to take care of something urgent and got a text message saying they'll reach in 10minutes. Rushed back to find NO TRUCK.
