We just bought our first real mattress together. Nick Valencia was so helpful and encouraging. He let us look at options rather than trying to sell us something we didn't want. The realness was much appreciated!

Having issues with poorly built sofa. Good luck getting a manager on the phone or even in person. Its like they hide. I bought the warranty but you cant get in touch with customer care in order to make a claim and the store wont help facilitate that even. Once they sell you something, they are done with you. Beware of the quality and customer service.

Had the most amazing experience, was leaving another furniture store discouraged and wandered into Ashley and found everything we were looking for at great prices. Larry was very helpful and talked to my fiance and I like we were old friends instead of pushing us for a sale. I have been recommending to friends and family. Thank you.

Beware, one of the worst store i have ever been and the agent is sal-al rashid i have purchased almost 10 k worth of items but, these guys are rude and they don't have good customer satisfication what not..... please you will regret if you go in there....

Horrible customer service. Ordered couch and bar stools and the have cancelled or not shown up on at least three delivery attempts now. I have received pieces or my furniture in drips and drabs. Horrible delivery, broke one of my sofa feet by stripping the screw when attaching it. Compleatly unproffesional. Go somewhere else.

Very nice location and helpful staff. Michael is a perfect example of customer service. He came to me when no one else had, checked on stock for me, worked with my schedule and got everything else taken care of in a very timely manner. Perfect.

We had a bad experience at Rooms2Go next door with our living room furniture, so we decided to try Ashley on Northpoint last weekend. Our salesperson was Donna B. and she was so nice and informative about the family room furniture we were thinking of getting and ultimately did. She wasn't too "pushy" and only checked on us periodically as we did look at lot of family room furniture with our 5yrold son. We've also shopped at the Cumming location on Market Place Blvd. and had great experiences there too!

Updated: 3/25: I initially rated 3 due to the customer service. I am changing my review to 5 now for 2 reasons. When I visited this place again for a price match Alex (store manager) agreed to do it immdiately and Fay took time to walk to me and apologize for the inconvenience we had during our first visit. There are very few customer service representatives who does that. I am really impressed with how much importance they give to customer reviews. Thanks to Fay and Alex for making it an awesome experience. We defenetely will remember this sweet guesture and you will always be our first choice. We visited Ashley Home store in Alpharetta and were helped by Fay Olaiya. It was a great experience and she helped us find our Master bed furniture as well as mattress. The only reason I am giving a 3 is because I felt like she really did not give any value to our money. Ashley gives a free mattress protector with every mattress they sell and I was leaning towards taking the free one as any other customer. She forced me to pick an expensive one which is for $250 dollars (I do not remember the exact price). When I asked her to give me a reason why I need to take the expensive one she really did not have a valid answer and was kind of frustrated because I asked her a valid question. She did not show any frustration however her expressions changed. And she said because the doctor advised so.. I mean really???? thats how you ask someone to take a product???? Also at the time of billing she automatically added the protection plan for our furniture without taking our consent. My husband and I did not feel the numbers were right we asked her why it was more than what we expected and asked her if she added protection plan. Her answer was its including everything. We then told her we don't want protection plan. She then called a person who tried to convince us to take the plan. As a customer who spends more than 4-5 hours in your store I expect the things to be right at the time of billing. And please get a customers consent before you add protection plans to their bill. It is frustrating for us to ask you questions at the time of billing. After all that's what we do when we are selecting stuff!
