Bought a bed frame, coffee tables, lamps & a couch. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery only to get a call a day prior to delivery to notify me that they didn't have the coffee table and they would call me "whenever" it would arrive. When I asked them for a delivery date on the coffee table, she said she didn't know. WTF, I paid for it 3 weeks ago and you don't know? on top of that they called me today on a Sunday at 6:59( they close at 7:00 pm on Sunday) on the dot... when I called the store to cancel my order and have my money refunded(which I paid cash)they were closed. there are kids out on lemonade stands with better business model then them. I'll get my money back and go somewhere else.
I went to Ashley HomeStore twice and each time, Chairmaine assisted me and she was Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, Professional and Patient... And today, I purchased A Lot... Thank You....
Stay away from this store. Poor customer service from sales person, Mason and from their customer service personnel, Brittney. They are not professional when dealing with you after the they have secured the sales - their after sales customer service over the phone really sucks. You would be much better off taking your business and your money elsewhere. Unfortunately you have to give them at least a star before you can post your review but this store truly deserve NO star at all!
Got broken parts for the delivery of bar stool and they are asking to take it back to their warehouse which is 45 miles away. They never informed me about the threshold delivery process. Worst ever experience with this Alpharetta location. They ask you to call corporate office where one has to wait for atleast 45 minutes to get someone respond.
The Furniture is nice but WOW do they have people that don't know anything about the business or customer service. I purchased a fair amount of stuff and got the 36 months interest free offer. We put some on my wife's Ashley Synchrony card and the other on a Synchrony Home card. First they say they don't accept the Home card, which was odd as I had purchased something their a few months before, then an associates says, yes we do, fast forward a month later I go to pay my bill and it is 6 months no interest not 36. I call Synchrony and they say call the store, I call the store they say call Synchrony. I even said lets move the whole order to my wifes Ashley account as that some how shows 36 month, they say they can't. Honestly just a poorly trained/educated staff including management.

Worst customer experience. They delivered damaged item and asked to keep it until they re-deliver. The replacement item was even more damaged. When I asked to replace it, the store managers response was so rude and said they already replaced once and they won’t again though it is clearly damaged. Stay away from this store!
I had the worst customer service experience at this store. Initially I was told my furniture would be delivered on a Monday after work hours during my purchase... only to receive a call stating it would be delivered on Tuesday between the hours of 230and 630. I clearly told the salesman I would not be available before 5 during the week and he assured me that would work. I spoke with a customer service rep on Monday who was supposed to put a request in for me to be the last delivery. However, she never did. The delivery showed up at 2pm, 30 minutes before the arrival time. I missed the call and they left. However, the driver told me he would come back if I could compensate him??? As if the delivery fee isn’t enough. I spoke with management on Monday who assured me my furniture would be delivered on the next Saturday after not hearing from Ashley in 2 days I called and never received a called back from the manager. Finally I got through to someone for her to say sorry we can only deliver on the next available day next week. The follow up and customer service of this company has me baffled. They over promise and under deliver. This has been the worst purchase I’ve made. However, I am happy to say I will be receiving a refund tomorrow. I would never spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn’t value customer service or their mission. The store needs to be revamped with management that value quality customer service
I am not one to write reviews but I feel the need to share how inappropriate my visit to Ashley was. First, I was not there to buy for myself-I was there with a friend, although, I have bought from Ashley before and was the one to recommend them to my friend. Our sales associate made the entire experience uncomfortable. My friend went with the intent to buy a new bed. While he takes us to the beds, he proceeds to ask us "what is your type in men?" We kind of shrug it off and ignore it. As my friend is laying on the mattress, trying it out, he stands behind her, looks down her shirt, and says "Oh this is nice, I get a free peep show." We pretend to not hear and just walk away. Him being the "Sales" person he is, he follows us. She decides to buy the bed (she REALLY needed it) and during the check out process(as he proceeds to screw up her order), he again asks what our type in men is. He also asks how old we are, he was literally 15 years older than us and tells us we look like we would be a good time. As we are leaving he gives both of us his card and tells us we can call/text him if we need anything-even if we're "drunk but not past 2AM" Ashley has beautiful furniture but I will NEVER buy from them again because of this experience. I'm so grateful I was there and my friend didn't have to go through that by herself. We would love the number to be able to report this employee so this doesn't have to happen to anyone else.
First, let me say, I absolutely LOVE the furniture I bought from the N Point Pkwy location. LOVE it. The delivery men were fantastic and very helpful. This is not about that. I give three stars because my experience was unique, and horrible. The sales associate that I had made inappropriate comments to me the entire time my friend and I were there. It didn’t seem as though it was about the sale at all. I felt uncomfortable pretty much the entire time. I would have left if I didn’t want the furniture as bad as I did or if a friend wasn’t there with me the entire time. I had heard great things about the furniture so I did not give up, and ultimately I bought what I went there for. Next, I understand that follow up calls exist, but when I got the call the next day, it yet again made me feel uncomfortable. It didn’t seem like a sales call at all, and I ended up being very uneasy about the fact that this man had my phone number. Lastly, when the sweet men came (early it was great) to deliver and set up my furniture, they informed me that one one twin XL box spring was on my order. I ordered a king bed for the first time so I was unaware that two twin XL box springs were required. My sales associate had only ordered one. Mind you, I did not have a bed at this point, so it was critical to have both box springs. I was encouraged to immediately call the store and make them aware of the situation. The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude to me, and did not care that it was their fault the sale was wrong. She was not ensuring me a speedy process at all. I am not one to expect discounts by any means, but I have worked in the customer service industry for a long time and know that when something goes wrong you do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. This was not the case. It was not a big deal to them, and I was not important. After this, I was encouraged to have them take the one box spring back and ask for a refund. So I did just that and went out that day and bought two for the same price the one was at Ashley. This was absolutely NOT the delivery men’s fault for they had no idea of my situation. The customer service and sales knowledge of this team was inappropriate and horrible. I am incredibly happy with my furniture, but will not be giving anymore of my business to this location.

They delivered the wrong furniture to our house. Said we were responsible for delivering the wrong furniture to their warehouse, on the other side of Atlanta, and then we had to transport the correct furniture back to our home. When we got to the warehouse, they tried to give us the wrong furniture again. We still don’t have our furniture. These guys suck. Unbelievable.
Sales Deal and Services is excellent they understand what is our budget and they help you correct way and they beat prices of other competitors good job Mark Hollis which is the retail sales associate out there please check him out he will help you the best thank you to make my dream home complete.
This is the lowest that Google lets me do. I would have loved to give a 0. I placed an order for a dining table and chairs and they still could not send chairs that dont wobble after two attempts. Pathetic ! I have to take time away from work a third time so that Ashley can get their delivery right.

Love our new couch and dining table! The installers were quick and efficient. Our salesperson Mason at the Alpharetta, GA location was absolutely superb and even has an eye for matching furniture, colors and fabrics!
Horrible horrible service. Took way longer than we were told, then they had more than one wrong delivery, then they tried to threaten to send me to collections bc I was paid in full and they wanted more money bc they hadn’t documented properly (I had all receipts showing I paid in full )
