Ashley Store | Alpharetta, GA 30022

I recently had a fantastic experience with Ashley Furniture in Alpharetta and my review is long overdue! We upgraded our bed from a queen to a split king. Charlie and Kisha made shopping a joy! Not only did they take all the time to show me all of my different options they had me laughing the whole time. They educated me on the different mattress choices and options I had in buying a split king. I didn't know that I could get two different mattresses. I've had trouble sleeping for years due to being a hot sleeper. Not any more!!!! I love my Sterns & Foster mattress and I've been sleeping through the night for two months since delivery. So happy!!! Thank you Charlie and Kisha, we found the right mattress and oh, my husband loves his Tempurpedic too! ;-)

Tries to sneak in charges and won't stop spamming email. Furniture quality terrible.

Update 2: They came to assemble the furniture 3 days later! And when they finished I noticed they scratched my floor! Filing a claim and will provide more updates but so far not looking good Terrible experience. Waited an extra 4 hours for a delivery (original time mentioned 12:30-4:30pm) but ended up coming at 8. I also ordered the full delivery option but when they came they said it was too late for them and will let me know when they wanted it to be assembled. Completely unprofessional. I am still awaiting a call for the team to assemble the furniture. Will update the review on the turnaround time of something that was to be done during the delivery.

I had a very difficult situation when moving from MA to Marietta. I purchased a bedroom set in MA being told they could deliver it here when I arrived. The day before I left for GA I got a call from them indicating they could only get it to Maryland. I purchased this on a great sale and was very disappointed when they said the only way to remedy the situation was to refund me. I loved the set and sought out an Ashley store here that would work with me on the pricing that I received when I originally purchased it. I had the invoice for proof of pricing. I originally had the district manager from MA reach out for me and he indicated the store in Kennesaw would help. However when I reached out to them providing them with the details and the invoice they refused to honor the pricing. I decided to drive a bit further from my Marietta home and went to the Alpharetta store. This store greeted us with a much different attitude and were both professional and accommodating. I received my bedroom set today and we cancelled our Casper mattress order and purchased a Tempurpedic from the Alpharetta store. They were superstars from the moment we stepped in the door and we will be visiting them again when rounding out our new home. Olga gets superstar status!

BUYER BEWARE!! I walked into the store to buy a table I was on the fence about it but thought it will be ok I can return it if I do not like it. Well lo and behold you cannot there are no signs posted anywhere! That says all signs are final. You sign it on your receipt in the fine print! I will never buy from Ashley again! They have horrible customer service. No one calls you back! I told the customer care call when they followed up right after delivery I do not want this table what do I do and she all but hung up on me. She stated I needed to go to the store. Well the store said we have a no return policy which you signed. I stated no one told me anything about this. Something like this should be posted in the store in bold as well as you should have to initial by this like any other company. The online stores will take returns and other Ashley stores take returns but just this one?!? In Alpharetta does not?? This is the last time I buy from Ashley

If i could give 0 stars i would. I order a couch over the phone and paid online through the email they sent me on Monday 05/27/2024. My order was ready for pick up on Wed May 29th. I drove 2 hours on Saturday June 1st to the warehouse to pick up my couch without any form of notification that my order had been canceled cause the order number was not pulling up. I had to call the store to find out what happened. Come to find out my order was canceled on Friday at 1:00pm because over the phone order can not do pick up and that if i want to pick my order up i have to drive to a store and pay in person. I was not sent a email, text or call that my order had been canceled and no form of proof that the money was being refunded. I had to tell them to send me proof cause i was not taking their word that the money had been refunded. They said they would deliver the couch to my location on June 24th cause they only deliver to my area once a month. The problem is i just moved into a brand new house with no couch. I am so mad that i wasted my time, gas money and energy on this Company. When i spoke to the sale associate that took my order and when i called to find out what happened to my order she replied oh i was about to call you and ask why you canceled your order only to find out that i didnt canceled it, corporate did and failed to notify me. I am now having to drive 2 hours back home stuck in horrible Atlanta traffic with no couch. Oh and also to add when my husband called Ashley's customer care the women he spoke to was very rude and could not answer simple questions he was asking. My house has all Ashley's furniture products in it but i will no longer be purchasing from this company ever again and i will be sure to let everyone know what they have done. Ashley Furniture do better at training you employees to know all rules and regulations so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Amazing customer service!! Brian Williams was the best at the Atlanta location, highly recommend him. He helped us with a 9-seater performance fabric sectional sofa, and was so patient and kind. Definitely recommend Ashley for the best in customer service, quality, and pricing!

I came into Ashley looking for some furniture for my new apartment. This is my first experience with Ashley and I couldn’t be happier - the sale through delivery was flawless. We had done a lot of research beforehand on what we wanted - three loveseats, one having a console in the middle. When we walked in the door we were greeted by Larry Carter. He’s one of those guys you just instantly like because he listens to what you want and focuses on getting what you need versus trying to upsell you into something more expensive. He literally took us to the set we bought - no wandering around needed. 😀 After we purchased the furniture it was delivered with two weeks. We could have gotten it sooner but that’s what worked best for us. Ashley has a cool tracking tool so you have a window that is narrowed down as the truck makes its way to you. I also got a call 30 minutes before the delivery. Bobby and his crew showed up to deliver the furniture got right to work. They made sure they understood where the pieces were going, unboxed, assembled and made sure everything was operational. All the boxes and trash were picked up and taken back on the truck. As I stated at the beginning of the review - this was an excellent experience.

Mason was great! His customer service and attention to detail, as well as, his unique way of anticipating customer questions was reassuring. This played a major role in our decision not to return to previously visited furniture stores, and move forward with our purchase with Ashley Furniture. Mason was busy helping multiple customers, but he never forgot about us. His knowledge about the various brands and products proves that the customer needs is his top priority. We will definitely buy furniture from him in the future. Thank you!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store and its representatives. Initially, the salesperson assured me of exceptional service upon placing my order, but when issues arose during and after delivery, they conveniently denied their promises. This is my experience - I ordered multiple items, including a 5 drawer chest and a 6-drawer dresser, and paid a hefty $199 for the premium delivery, expecting assembly for those 2 big items. I explicitly requested assembly, confirmed twice with both the salesperson and the store supervisor, yet on delivery day, the delivery personnel refused assembly, claiming it wasn't part of the order. Enraged, I contacted the store, which only led to a prolonged wait time of 3 days with no resolution. Subsequent attempts to follow up were met with indifference, exacerbating my frustration. This level of customer service is utterly unacceptable for a furniture retailer. I strongly advise seeking alternatives to this store for furniture needs.

I purchased $6,064 worth of merchandise from the Ashley store in Alpharetta. It was delivered to our house today. Everything was delivered without any problems. We just moved to the US and since I don't speak English, I went to the store to return the mattress protector they sold us because we didn't need it. The store manager said they couldn't accept the return. $190 worth of mattress protectors would have cost you nothing to take back. Not accepting these products that we have not even opened the package does not befit a brand of Ashley quality.

They third party their delivery so there is no accountability for what happens. We had a fairly large sum of money stolen by the delivery drivers. They were the only people who had been in the house since it was last seen. The extent of there investigation was “they said they didn’t do it, sorry” Scummy way to cut corners.

Mitra costumer service was great and help us with all our needs.

My husband and I had a headboard set delivered from this Ashely store on 2/22/24 - the delivery team of two men stole $400 cash from my bedside drawer emergency fund -this is kept in a small bag deep in a corner of my bedside table - under notebooks and books. A single dollar bill was left in its place. No one has access to my bedroom between my husband and I - besides these two men who set up my headboard. It is EXTREMELY unsettling to think they went through my drawers, stole my emergency cash, all while my husband was working in the room next to them. What an absolute disgrace to have employees like this who we are supposed to “trust” to come into our homes. The image of them going through my belongings and stealing from me makes me sick. Never ever trust anyone who works deliveries from here!

Would not recommend buying from Ashley and particularly this store!! Had a bitter experience with a recent purchase of a dining table set. The dining table got delivered with the server damaged. We rejected the server, a replacement for the same was scheduled for a later date. Soon we noticed that the dining table and a chair has issues which were brought to the notice of the stores within a couple days. Since the server had issues and so the dining table, we asked the stores if there is a chance for reselection of the dining table. The store manager mentioned that she will have to first raise a ticket and a technician will assess the issue. In addition to this, we learned from the stores (ONLY AFTER WE CALLED THEM ASKING THEM ABOUT THE STATUS OF SERVER DELIVERY) that the server replacement order was canceled, not sure why they did it!! So, we had to visit the store again to place an order for the server. Coming back to the technician visit, the Ashley technician showed up after a week and agreed that the dining table needs to be replaced!! At this point, we were already into the 3rd week since the initial payment was made for the dining set!! We again tried reaching out to Ashley store, customer service and on X, trying to explain the inconvenience we faced so far and also the multiple visits we had to make to the stores to speak to the manager, rebook the items that were canceled by Ashely in error, hoping that someone will understand our situation and will help us by extending the reselection option. However, Ashely doesn't seem to give any value to the inconvenience caused to the customer due to their own issue!! I am not going to buy fromm Ashley in future and will pass on this information to my friends and relatives!!

We really loved our sofa set and also dining table from Ashly. Manisha really help us lot, very informative and also worked with us and her manager to give us good deal and package. Delivery was good but only giving 4 start because of couple of dining table's chairs are wobbling. and we informed Ashly for this issue and someone from the store will come and look those chairs soon as a follow up visit. I recommending to visit this store because it has very good variety of items with good quality so far. And Can't forget to meet Manisha for getting good customer service.

There should be a provision to give negative stars. Fraud company. Not able to resolve my credit issue from last two years and now sending the letters. Right from the COO to customer care and store is known to this case, but without any resolution. Do not buy furniture from Ashley Furniture Store.

Never trust what they promise, they offered me a payment plan if I made a 30% down payment, but in the following two months they charged me the full rest, in two months I paid the rest. The first time I called the store they told me that everything was correct with the credit, then I spoke again and they never answered me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID ASHLEY AT ALL COSTS!!! ZERO STAR REVIEW!!! After dealing with a month long delivery date with false promises of earlier (~ 1 week) delivery, my ‘partial shipment’ finally arrived today.. only to find the key piece was damaged!! I ordered over $5,500 in furniture for three rooms in my home.. donation truck came and I was without any furniture for a week while Ashley worked to ‘expedite’ delivery to get somewhere even ’close’ to my salesperson’s (Wendy’s) promised delivery date. Now that the partial delivery came in today two weeks after I paid in full, luckily I am no longer having to sit on the floor in my living room.. but my desk was damaged in delivery. I have no workspace, and there was no mention of when the replacement might come in. Calling the store was useless, they blamed the damage on the warehouse. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND THE ASHLEY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Classic bait & switch only to make a major sale.. they do NOT care about their customers, and Frankie, the store manager, should be fired immediately!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! FALSE PROMISES OF DELIVERY DATES HAVE LITERALLY RUINED MY JANUARY!! Wendy from the Ashley store on Northpoint Parkway claimed furniture I bought & paid for on December 26th would be delivered by Jan 2nd. On the 2nd I called to check on it and now find the soonest my furniture can be delivered is Jan 17th!!! The donation truck came already to haul my old furniture away, and now I am literally sitting on the floor in my living room for the past 2 days expecting furniture that will never come.. I have no place to work without my home office desk.. I will be suffering like this until the 17th according to Asia from Ashley furniture. BEWARE OF FALSE PROMISES OF DELIVERY DATES THAT NEVER COME!! This place is ridiculous.. Argh.. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! SAVE YOURSELF!!

Great store overall, in my experience the delivery time of the items we got was just too late but good prices for the quality and materials they offer.

Worst experience EVER buying furniture. The sales rep was good but once I walked out of the store after spending thousands of dollars it all went downhill. I was told everything was in stock and had a delivery date set-up. A few days before, I was told that a few pieces were not in stock which I was fine with. I was given another delivery date with the rest of the pieces so I took off from work again. I received the delivery email showing all my pieces and confirmed the delivery date. Delivery date came, driver showed up and only had 1 out of the 4 remaining pieces. I immediately called and was told there was a “financial hold” on my order so I called the store to find out what that meant because our order was paid in full prior to us leaving the store. Our course I got the run around and was told they sent an email to have the rest of the furniture delivered in 2-3 days. I called the corporate number which is a joke in itself and spoke to someone in the resolution department who only asked if I read my terms and conditions prior to signing my purchase agreement and stated they have the right at any time to change my delivery date. Not only was this lady rude but 100% didn’t care to try to make anything right. She was extremely nasty with me on the phone. At this point, I just cancelled the rest of my order and will be happy to spend my money in another furniture store that cares about their customers.

I just want to give a shoutout to the BEST sales rep at the Ashley North Point location! She has worked with my father and I off and on to furnish our entire house. And it has been nothing short of the best experience I've had at a furniture store! She has been thorough and patient through this ENTIRE process. Through the purchasing, getting approved, AND the delivery. Even did follow ups. If you are looking to purchase some furniture! Go ahead and ask for Charlie! Such an amazing person!

The worst place. Damaged furniture, irresponsible salesperson, no return policy, delivery dates rescheduled 4 times, and wait time for service is at least 2 weeks. Best of all, you will be treated like a thief when you say your furniture is damaged or you want replacement.

Had an unpleasant experience at the store, went in to look at some furniture, the store was not crowded at that time and there were a few sales reps. When we approached with a query, we were told to walk around and reach out to someone if we liked something. We narrowed down on an item and when approached one who was free. We were asked who was helping us and when we said none, the answers were very vague and the rep disappeared telling he will be back in a moment to help, only to find after a long wait that he was over the phone and had no intention to return back to help.. We were taken aback with all this and came out without waiting any further. We got a similar feedback from a few others and it does seem concerning, hence leaving a feedback out here. Very disappointed.

The worst store ever!! Never shop from any Ashley store. I bought a dining table from the store 1 month back when they told me "yes its in stock!". Well its been over a month now and no delivery. 6 delivery dates have been postponed and absolutely zero customer support. Every time I call they say its going to come to the warehouse and will be delivered. All lies! Its been a freaking month!! Its thanks giving and I don't have a dining table thanks to Ashley! Wish there was a way to give -ve stars!!

Dont even get close to this store! They sent me stinky, defective item, I paid for full price, I called them same day, they kept sayimg oh we will figure this out, its been a month! Now they say oh we can replace it but no refund?!?! Refunds are my RIGHTS! writing on my receipt call in 72 hours… I callef in 24 hours they refused the pay my money back and they sent me HORRIBLE $3000 couch, very very bad and disappointing customer service. Dont buy anything from them, I already opened a case to the better business bureau and I wont let this go just like this. I will also share this in facebook, instagram and linkedin because whats happening right now is not following their own terms and conditions, keeping my money and sending filthy stuff. So so bad.

We placed order for bedroom and patio furniture more than 2 months ago. Wendy the sales rep was very nice and helpful there but delivery, installation and quality of the parts changed our mind about this store and Ashley at this location. At first initial schedule were delayed. We decide to cancel it but they offered store credit to keep the orders. At delivery, the team missed some of the screws and part we received was ripped and look like used one. We have reported the issues, send pictures and opened ticket. Service team visited again and put a new order for replacements but since then we are following the case by visiting store and calling and still parts not sent yet. Hopefully they see this review and fix the issue ASAP! To Ashley: Plz don’t reply back by saying contact us to fix it, you can check with sales rep and store sales mgr(Frank) and all records are available on the account.

The female associate was very rude, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional. I didn't get her name, but she looked to be of Asian descent. I gave three stars because the guy who helped us was very kind and knowledgeable.

The worst purchasing experience I ever had was at this store! I bought a chair on 8/21/2023 from the Alpharetta store in GA, which was overpriced to start with, but I liked it, and it was comfortable enough. I was promised it would be delivered on 9/7, which I thought was too long a time. Added to that was the fact that they were charging me almost 100 dollars for delivery! That should have warned me off, but sadly, it didn't! No self-respecting store ever charges for delivery, certainly not for purchases over 50 dollars! A message was sent to me on 9/4 telling me that the chair would be delivered on 9/7 between 3:00-7:00 pm. I waited for it to arrive, and was tracking it the whole time. At 6:45 pm, I called the driver since I felt the chair was really running too late, and he informed me that I was not getting my chair that day because it wasn't at the warehouse! When I asked him why no one informed me, he said that someone at the store wasn't doing his job. I called the store, and they had no knowledge of any of this. The man who I talked to said he would get back to me, and the next day, he said that my chair was damaged, and it was the driver's fault for not letting them know (two different stories). I was very upset, and asked him how I could be compensated for my wasted time, and for the fact that I was planning a gathering at my house based on the fact that I thought my living room would be ready by 9/7. He said that they could offer me 50% off the delivery cost, which I thought was definitely not enough, and I told him so. He asked "corporate" and supposedly was told that this was the best they could do. I am extremely upset about this very poor customer service. I have never had such a horrible experience when purchasing anything, and I have lived in many different places around the world. I will definitely make sure that no one I know ever makes my mistake and purchases anything at this furniture store that has absolutely no respect for its customers.

Bought a few items at this store and had a good experience. Mason is a great sales person, very knowledgeable, patient and passionate. I bought a few furniture items and a mattress from this store. And everything came on time and in good condition. The store can improve on paperwork process and matching online prices (apparently the same item online might have an additional discount that store will match, but it is a cumbersome process) and it took long time to complete the sale both times I was there.

In customer service and knew that wasn’t professional nor great customer service.

I showed up in store today to get bar stools. They stated it would be over $70 to deliver them. I asked if I could pick them up anywhere for free as their delivery drivers have ruined previous furniture that I’ve ordered in the past (not easy to get damaged furniture replaced with this company), to which they replied that I could drive below Atlanta to get them for free from the warehouse. I pulled it up online to compare & I told them when I pull it up online there is an option for free shipping. The sales manager told me that it would charge me $40 shipping once I got to the end. That was a lie because I ended up ordering online and it truly was free shipping (it was cheaper online as well). I know it’s out of their control if they can’t waive delivery fees in store, but the one star is because I was lied to by the sales manager so that he could still make the sale.

I want to update my review with the kind of worst experience I am having after the ordering. Ordering was smooth and great with Fay and store manager Brad providing me the assurance that they will take care of the everything for the delivery of order in time. Purchased a Bedroom set to be delivered on 12th Sep. With no prior communication, only partial delivery was done that date and was told the remaining order was back dated. After a couple of weeks, provided 3rd October as the delivery date for the remaining. And Surprise… even on that day another partial delivery was done and had to follow-up to get the full delivery by 5th Oct. Now the delivered Bed had a big chip out and a Bad dent. To have someone come and check they are saying a date of 28th Oct. When called their customer service to have the person come early and they gave a date as 13th Oct and when no comms happened, called them and they say that they don’t see a date of 13th Oct in their notes. @Ashley , Is this what is called a great customer service you advertise? I had the worst experience with Ashley first time and I thought it was one-off experience and went with them again and made this mistake a second time. Never again!!!

Worst experience ever. So unprofessional and don’t make timely delivery. When finally get a delivery scheduled for much later than original delivery date, half the order is missing!!! I want to add that the sales consultant, Stephone Clemons, said the max it would take is 2-3 weeks because we told him upfront we don’t want the furniture unless it can be delivered within the month. They just promise you anything to get you to buy but no where to be found to answer us. The store manager and whoever works at the store aren’t much better either, no one answers the phone calls. Not to mention taking off from work to stay home not once but twice!!! Our bed is still not delivered!

My husband and I purchased a new couch and loveseat from Sherwood. He was an awesome, fun, and knowledgeable salesman. Our couches were delivered in less than a week. I received updates and reminders about the delivery throughout the week, received my delivery window the day before, and the delivery team was friendly, fast, and respectful of my property. Buyers beware if your purchase requires customer service attention!! I purchased a bedroom set on July 9, 2023 and was excited to learn that it would be delivered the following Saturday, July 15. My experience with the salesman was great, he even wrote down his cell so that I could reach out should there be any questions or issues (thank God because attempting to have a dedicated point of contact beyond that is impossible!). The delivery drivers actually showed up early that Saturday, which I viewed as another positive, but here is where things took a turn. Let me preface this review with this: I fully understand that Ashley Furniture could not control the actions of their delivery team that day, but what they could control was how they chose to rectify the situation that ensued, and here is where they have failed. The sheer lack of communication and disorganization has been appalling to me. The delivery team brought to my attention that they were unable to assemble the bed, showed me how there were 2 of the same panels, when there should have been opposites for each side of the bed. Made sense, out of their control, right? I was bummed, but he advised that he had taken pictures and made a phone call to his supervisor and that a service technician would be coming out to fix the issue. He said, "it could possibly even be as soon as today if you call customer service." So they went on their way, leaving incomplete furniture and the included tool kit for assembly strewn about the room. I tried the Customer Service number only to learn that they operate Mon-Fri. So then I called my sales rep, and he told me that the notes on my order won't be added until the next day, so there's nothing to be done. 3:30pm that same day, I receive a standard customer service follow up call to confirm that I had received my delivery. When I shared with her that actually, no, my delivery was incomplete, she was shocked and proceeded to tell me that there was no note of this on my file, she would need to reach out to the delivery driver to understand what happened and would call me back. Never received a call back. Fast forward to Monday, I call Customer Service and am told that because there are no notes, they do not know which parts were incorrect, so now they need to send a service technician out to identify what is missing. The delivery driver knew what parts were missing! It's a simple fix with COMMUNICATION! So frustrating! And, by the way, for some reason, the delivery team decided to take the incorrect parts with them on the truck. So now it's 9 more days until the service technician can come, nobody communicated with me on day or time when it was scheduled so of course he shows up while I'm in work meetings. He tells me what I already know: the incorrect parts aren't here so he to make his best guess on what parts were needed. He also couldn't believe the state that the delivery team left the room in. He said he had spoken with a supervisor and someone would be contacting me within 24 hours. Never received a phone call. Now I call Customer Service again and demand to speak to a supervisor. I hold for 25 minutes and am connected with Coralee. She advises that the best option is to issue an exchange so that they can bring an entire new bed with the correct components. FANTASTIC! Better yet, she follows up with me as promised the next day and confirms that the delivery will happen that weekend, Aug 5. By Aug 4, I hadn't received my automated call letting me know delivery window time, so I call and learn that my delivery is now scheduled for Aug 26. What?! Again, never received a phone all or any communication. So here we are, I had reached out to my sales rep on Aug 4 as again, he is the only person I can speak to live consistently, and he assures me that he's sent my info to the GM of the store, Brad Pitts, and that he will reach out to me that day. If I don't hear from him, I should call the store. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HUNT DOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Call me back and talk to me about how you're going to fix this issue!

We had a great shopping experience at this Ashley furniture store. We went in to look for new bed, and luckily we ran into Larry Carter. Larry was very knowledgeable and was able to ask the right questions to determine how best to help us; based on our feedback, he gave us the information we needed to make the perfect choice for a mattress. We’re very happy with the sleep set that we chose, and look forward to working with Larry on future purchases.

I purchase nearly $7000 worth of furniture from the Alpharetta store and in less than a year my leather reclining couch’s motor went out. I have been trying to get it repaired or replaced for the last two months. They said they would bring a replacement, but sent to repairman out instead, who made it even worse because now the headrest is reclined forward and will not go down at all. No one is able to sit in this chair now. Delivery is awful. They do not even tell you when they are coming until the day before and did not show up, even after I confirmed!! We changed all our plans to be home for this furniture that never came and driver lied and said I cancelled delivery. I have called over and over and over begging to speak to a manager. multiple times a day I have had to give my phone number, address, name, and every other bit of information, and still have not spoken to a manager no matter how many times I ask. I love Ashley. They have some of the most beautiful furniture. I will never purchase from Ashley again and I will not stop calling until I speak to a manager. I am beyond angry and frustrated!!!! NO ONE WILL HELP ME!!!!!!!

Came in to buy college furniture for two of our boys. Sherwood was amazingly kind and knowledgeable about how to get us what we needed and how to get it to the college campus. Huge stress off to have everything done in one place! His manager was very helpful as well to ensure we could purchase some discontinued items.

Worst quality and worst service, no timely delivery and no updates about delivery delays, bad quality and high price

WORST DELIVERY/SERVICE EVER!! I am still wondering as to who delivers items at 11.30 PM in the night..our delivery was originally scheduled for 7/27 and they delivered partial items, like the mattress frame but no mattress, sectional for which the center piece was missing and then a broken night stand(it was broken in their truck). I called them multiple times and my husband went in-person to check the status as the customer care was still not clear about the status of the missing items, the office folks said they were sorry and mentioned that they will surely deliver on 8/1. Inspite of them confirming the delivery window from.1.45 - 5.45 PM over multiple calls and messages, they were not able to redeliver, the delivery drivers mentioned that they are overwhelmed and will be able to deliver only at midnight if I still needed them to. I asked them if they could deliver in the morning and they mentioned that I would have to reschedule it with the office ....totally unacceptably as this is a redelivery.....I will not recommend Ashley to anyone until they prove that their delivery service is fixed....WORST SERVICE/EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Would have given 0 stars if there was an option!!! 8/2: Reply to your comment I already mailed you my contact number(which you can use to lookup the order), please don't give false promises.

Mason was patient. He qualified us for all our rooms in terms of color and composition and best visual impression and layout with the best functionality of those items. Our experience was wonderful ! We moved to Georgia from Florida and this was our first apartment. We were super overwhelmed on all the furniture we had to buy. But Sherwood (and his boss, but mostly Sherwood) helped make the whole process as simple as possible. Larry, the sales rep was awesome to deal with. On the day of delivery no one called to say they were not coming. I waited all day at home and no one showed up with my furniture. This is my first time purchasing from Ashley and I’m just not happy.. I came close to canceling the order because I’ve never had a delivery service not show up

We're on our fifth delivery appointment in four days and they still can't figure this out. If there's anything wrong with your delivery on the first attempt, send it all back, get a refund and start over because these people are completely unable to make it right after the fact.

Worst customer experience ever. They delivered furnitures so late and product directly shipped even though I paid for the premium delivery service. The store also offered a lease which has put me to pay more than I should have. I am waiting to get a partial refund because of the inconvenience I had to go through due to their fault for two months. I bought the furnitures in May and I still haven’t received a partial refund they said I will give. Absolutely no recommendation to purchase anything from this store.

Julia was great in helping us to buy furniture for our bedroom I need to update the review. Delivery was initially scheduled on June 10. Today they called and informed that the delivery had to be rescheduled for June 14 because some part of furniture is missing. This day is not acceptable. I can accept delivery only at weekends, so I had to reschedule for June 17. Let us see what happens next.
