Purchased a bed & 2 nightstands in June, got the bed & one nightstand after a month and a half. Not sure if I will ever get the other nightstand, customer service doesn't exist (called at least 10 times). The bed quality is below average, will never go to Ashley again.

Ordered a couch in May. The wrong couch was delivered in June. Then they attempted to deliver a damaged couch in July. Then they attempted to deliver the wrong couch again in August. The right pieces were delivered today, but they smashed up one of my lights and left without even unwrapping or assembling the couch (part of their delivery terms states they will assemble the unit). I can't use my living room and their customer service has assured me they would have someone out to assemble the couch tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. Till then if you are looking to buy furniture I recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a sectional sofa from this store in mid August, and had an expected delivery date about 2 weeks later. The day before it was supposed to arrive, I received a call saying that it would not arrive until mid September. This was frustrating, but I thought it might be expected with current events. I had to call today (2 ahead of the supplied date) to be told it wont be in stock until October. I understand the sales person wants to make their commission, but this is unacceptable. I have tried calling the store now 6 times and have been unable to get anyone on the phone to resolve a cancellation/ refund. I will NEVER shop at Ashley again after this experience, and I will e sure to suggest that my family and friends do likewise.

We absolutely love buying a furniture from Ashley HomeStore. Every sales associate we have worked with has been kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. We have furnished most of our house with items from Ashley due to the wide variety of items we can find to match our style. I had a previous purchase from them that went easy and pleasant but this last one has been horrible. From the original set up being schedule between 2-4 and them arriving at 1, while I wasn't there and then saying they'd be back before 8pm and didn't show until 8:15. To the bed's hardware not being installed AT ALL. I also had bought an adjustable bed base from them with a warranty. The legs have gotten wobbly so I called for a tech and they scheduled one for Sept 1st and I would receive a call the day before giving me my "window." Not only didn't I receive a call, they didn't show up on the 1st and called me on the 2nd to tell me they don't do those repairs and I had to call Simmons....Whom I've now called and can't get anyone on the line. I mean I press the appropriate numbers and goes back to the same greetings loop over and over. YES it is your responsibility to fulfill these obligations because you sure as heck take your money!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! We purchased a sofa by the end of July and they promise to us will be delivered in 4 weeks, the agent wants to close the sale quickly! THE TRUE IS you will have to wait more than 2 months and when you request the refund they hang up the phone or the store doesn’t answer ! Pls don’t get anything from here! BE CAREFUL

If you actually want to RECIEVE your order, then go somewhere else. We ordered our furniture in July, delivery date was SUPPOSED to be August, but they pushed it to END of October without bothering to tell us. Sure, going to the store is fun. Everyone is nice but after placing your order EVERYTHING GOES DOWNHILL and you no longer matter. I am beyond IRRITATED with Ashley this was our first and will be our LAST time ever ordering with this company. We are having the same experience as another reviewer named Parker Hollander - constant push back of delivery and terrible service. Customer Service is absolutely terrible . A couple of weeks ago, they called us to confirm 17 out of 21 of our items were in stock for delivery. Then, on the day of delivery, we had to call them to ask where our delivery was, and they told us we now need to wait TWO MORE MONTHS and that nothing was scheduled to be delivered on that day. I asked about our 17 items that they said were in stock 2 weeks ago.. they said they now only had 3 items in! I asked if they had notes from when they called 2 weeks ago to confirm delivery for our 17 items and they said that unless the full order is ready they -they will push back the entire order! So apparently they gave 17 of our "in stock item" to someone else because the remaining 3 items of our order weren't in.. We have already waited a month and a half for this order. Now we have to wait until the end of 2 months from now! I asked why didn't they call me sooner, and they said they left me a voice mail- I checked my phone and I never had a voicemail from them. Now the suggested that we do a partial delivery so we can actually get our furniture as it comes in. The woman said she'd need to call me back after she sets up the partial delivery, and that it would take a few minutes to do that... 1 hr later, I still didn't get a call back. So I call them again and circle through the annoying phone tree 2 times and end up with their call back service and am told that they'll have someone call me in 24 hr. UNBELIEVABLE. We should have just got everything from rooms to go rather than trying Ashley. We already got the items we ordered from Rooms to go. So if Ashley tells you everything is delayed bc of the pandemic then just go to rooms to go because apparently rooms to go has a magic wand considering we have already received our order from them on time with excellent delivery updates. We will be canceling a lot of order order and will be going through rooms to go
