Great store big sales
We bought a great sectional sofa- loveseat set and our salesman Larry was very helpful and worked with us on multiple visits to get the set that best suited our space and needs.
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were helpful but not pushy. Great experience!
Julia at the Northpoint location helped exactly what we were looking for for a third time.
Went to Ashley furniture looking for furniture going up to college. Employee Justin W was exceptional with his customer service! Highly recommend this store and him for any of your furniture needs!!!
I don’t know too much about furniture, but I do know that Ashley Furniture at Northpoint does it right. Very relaxed, professional atmosphere. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and educated about the product. We were fortunate enough to work with Damaris! She was relaxed and made us feel comfortable both physically for the loveseat we were purchasing for my mother. And in terms of peace of mind. Did I mention speed? Seemingly everywhere else we looked it’s taking forever and a half to get anything! Ashley has the stock. They have the reputation. They have the customer service. They have good people. And the prices for the product you get? #WalletWow ! Thank you, Ashley and THANK YOU, SAMARIS! - you were TRULY AMAZING! in making what could have been a hassle an extremely pleasant experience. We’ll be back. And so will you!
The staff member who worked with us, Chris, was amazing! He was so patient and really helped us while we decided what we wanted! Would definitely go back and request to work with him again!
Thank you, Keegan and Elvi, for your help while shopping for a new bedroom set. You were both awesome to work with. Our furniture was delivered today and we love it!
Salesman was knowledgeable & efficient in completing our order. Great Experience!

Absolutely terrible customer service at this store!! Bought tempurpedic pillows and trusted that our salesperson gave us the pillows that we wanted since they weren’t on display and he had to get them from their storage. Not only did he give us the wrong pillows but he never once told us that there are no refunds or exchanges on these pillows! After bringing the pillows home and opening the box we realized it was not the same pillow. We talked to the store manager and he basically told us to go pound sand. He actually suggested we put the pillows under our sofa cushions and sit on them to “soften” the pillows! These pillows come in a box so you can’t see what you’re getting until you open them and they were $200. All we wanted was to exchange the pillows for the ones that we should’ve gotten and they wouldn’t budge! We were going to buy a tempurpedic mattress but now after this ordeal I’ll be buying elsewhere!
We had never purchased from Ashley Furniture and all I can say is buyer beware!! We purchased a leather recliner from the Alpharetta store. It was delivered damaged. There is black magic marker on the arm rest and the lumbar portion of the chair does not work. Customer care refused to replace the chair. They want to send a technician out to fix it. How in the world will you get the marker off of the chair without damaging it more???? Their customer care center puts you on hold and leaves you there. My first call was 32 minutes, the second call was 37 minutes and I am holding right now as I write this review I have been on hold 58 minutes. It is a big circle. No matter what number you call you are looped back to their customer service, which isn't customer service. Every single person you speak with at Ashley is rude and could careless about your problem.. RUN RUN RUN from this furniture store. If you have not received your furniture cancel as soon as possible. On hold now for 58 minutes... WORST experience EVER!!!!!! We bought the rest of our furniture from Woodstock Furniture. Please Please do yourself a favor and buy your furniture at Woodstock furniture!!!
Tried giving Ashley furniture another chance, but un-surprisingly company's service delivery fails again. 1) Ordered a piece of furniture at the beginning of June; however, earliest "available" delivery date was mid July. 2) Fast-forward to delivery date, my family and I waited through the entire delivery window before discovering ourselves that delivery couldn't be completed with no explanation. Called delivery point of contact - no answer. 3) Call store to cancel order - no response after multiple 15 minute calls. 4) Drive to store to cancel order. Customer service team chit-chatting with no one manning or watching phone lines. CS rep's response was that they couldn't cancel order until day after proposed delivery. So I'll having to return to the store again just to cancel an order. I would stay away from any Ashley furniture store. This company can not perform either basic service delivery or customer service at all.
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They have cancelled my delivery 6 DAYS IN A ROW for a different excuse everyday. When trying to call and talk to customer service I have been hung up 3 different times. It’s apparent they don’t care about their customers and that they need to hire new employees that ACTUALLY WORK ASAP.
I had the worst experience ever. The delivery driver was aggressive and rude. I called the police because he refused to leave my home. He also refused to wear a mask and was aggressive upon arrival.
Good luck getting your furniture. I never usually write reviews but people need to know. Communication and customer service are the worst here. This is a nightmare. I scheduled my furniture for an specific day because I had scheduled people to help set up, even though I received multiple notifications that my furniture was ready to be delivered for an earlier day I specific requested for two weeks out. I confirmed delivery with Ashley 2 times through text. Finally, the day arrived. The time scheduled was between 11 and 3 PM. I waited and waited and when I tracked my order, it said that it was delivered. I called the driver and he told me that he was advised to skip my address because they didn’t load my furniture in his truck. No follow up from Ashley furniture whatsoever. I called the customer service and after an hour I finally was able to get someone on the line to tell me that they don’t have it and the earliest they can deliver is 3 more weeks! No sympathy, no apologies!!! Very frustrated with not getting no where, I asked the sales person to cancel my order. Magically, they were able to locate my furniture and arranged to be delivered between 6p and 8p. At 8:30p after a long wait I called to check if they are still delivering and I was advised that it will not be until 10p. I was determined to get my furniture so I told them that I will wait. At 10p tired of all day moving and waiting I called the driver to only hear that it will be another 1hr or so and then he abruptly hang up on me. This is a nightmare!! I will never buy from Ashley again. Get your sh$& together as the customer, I shouldn’t be behind you reminding you how to do your job right. Still waiting for furniture…
Beware before purchasing the WARRANTY FROM ASHLEY We bought a table from Ashley and the sales person sold us the 5 year warranty plan. She said that if ANYTHING happened to the table, then the warranty would cover it and you even get one full replacement during the 5 year time period if the table is completely broken. Fast forward 2 years, we put a claim in because the top of the table was flaking off. A man from the warranty company came to the house and said he has seen this multiple times from the same table and that the table was not built properly. He said the table wasn’t made with enough primer before they put on the colored paint. This is causing it to flake and come up. He said they would have to replace the entire table top. 2 weeks go by and I still didn’t hear anything since the visit from the warranty company. I called the Ashley furniture claims department and asked for an update. The lady on the phone said the claim had been denied. I was shocked. She said that since it was a manufacture defect, it wasn’t covered in the warranty. I asked what was covered and she said if we had a stain or a scratch, then they could cover it under warranty. That is not what we were sold in store. Typical car salesmen mentality. I would highly advise against buying furniture from the company. Almost all furniture we have bought from Ashley has had problems when we have put it together or wear and tear. For example, drawers with mild use coming loose. Fortunately, we have always been able to fix it ourselves. This is the first time we have utilized the 5 year warranty package and have been shocked at the scam we have been sold. You would get the same quality and better service if you bought from Ikea and even pay less. I’ve purchased a full kitchen table set, complete bedroom set, 3 piece couch set, and bar stools. The barstools screws they sent were the wrong size. Drawers on the bedroom set are falling apart already. (Pictures attached) Everything has had little defects but I figured well the warranty will cover it. I was wrong. I feel scammed. And we have been sold the same scam multiple times for different products we have bought from Ashley over the past couple of year. If this is the few salesmen I have had, or their company policy to teach them these filthy sales tactics, something needs to change. I will warn those reading this, the furniture looks great when you buy it, but does not stand up to time. Spend more on better quality furniture elsewhere or go to ikea and know exactly what your getting. And most importantly find a company that stands behind their product LOL… As for us, Ashley has lost a customer. What would have cost Ashley less than 100 dollars to replace/repair has now cost them the thousands we would have spent throughout the years.
Wasn’t given an order confirmation to my email or in hand and was told my delivery would for the 26th… it’s the 26th. I haven’t heard from a delivery person or from the store but they managed to send me an email for a survey. Hopefully I hear something back today.
The Worst Customer service ever in store and over the phone.
Such a nice shopping experience in the store. Salesperson was very helpful and thorough helping us pick out furniture….Only problem is we just haven’t seen any of the furniture. We just moved from out of state so we purchased some furniture for our home the first week of May. The sales rep told us everything we ordered was in stock and they would call to setup a delivery date within the next 2-3 weeks. At the VERY latest it might come the first week of June. After the first week of June passed and we were still using boxes for furniture I waited on hold for almost TWO HOURS for them to tell me not everything was in stock and it would probably be 2-3 more weeks until they had a date for me. We finally get a call that our furniture can be delivered at the earliest on June 28th. Just got another call today that they’re warehouse will now be closed the week of June 28th and our new delivery date is July 19th. I’m about to wait on hold for a probably another couple hours so we can get this order cancelled and go elsewhere for furniture. They over promise and under deliver. I would not be this frustrated had they given me the information upfront and knew I’d be living without furniture for 3 months. If you want furniture anytime soon please look elsewhere. (Thank heavens we atleast switched and ordered our couch from Macy’s it was delivered within 3 days of purchasing)
