Mason was great, very informative and helpful. The whole process was quick and easy.
Samantha and Brad were very helpful in getting us what we wanted. We enjoyed dealing with them.
I had the pleasure of working with Sherwood Green. He was a delight to work with and was quite knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely return to Ashley to work with Mr. Green.
Awesome experience! Sherwood is FANTASTIC...definitely ask for him. The store manager is SUPER nice and helpful as well. Great deals and excellent furniture. A++
Have bought from Ashley Furniture before and it has never disappointed. Sherwood is the best associate on the job, he greeted my family with such respect, nothing less. He showed us couches that were friendly for our 5 cats and would not smell or have hair on it forever! I am a difficult person to even shop with and he worked with us to find the perfect couch. Also has great input, which led us to buy a rug, coffee table, and two side tables (we had already been wanting them) but he made the decision so much better! Such a welcoming environment, definitely recommend and if you get the chance, PLEASE ask for Sherwood! Will not disappoint.
Good store and good service
Ty was amazing! I love my new furniture and can't wait to get it into my new home!
They had a large selection, and they were able to deliver pretty quickly. Mason was very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait for my new furniture to arrive.
Never ever buy anything from Ashley Furniture. We've been needing a new loveseat for a while. Last April, being retired and on Social Security, we took our stimulus money and purchased, what we thought, was a nice reclining loveseat. It took over a month for delivery. I did think that was too long, but we dealt with it. When they delivered the guys dropped it off the back of the truck. No visible damage. Everything appeared to be okay. Then Mary noticed her side was listing to port (leaning to the left). So I contacted customer service (LOL). Ashley sent a tech. He claimed it was the reclining mechanism and it was ordered. It came in in a reasonable time, about 2 weeks, and I called to have it installed. The second tech came out and said, "that's not what is wrong". We found the frame warped. Now this was early Summer (June). Supposedly a part was ordered. After contacting customer service again, they were convinced that a replacement loveseat was in order. This was July. YEA!!! NOT!!! After several more customer service contacts, I was promised delivery within 2 weeks on September 26. No word from them since. So today I contacted customer service again. Now they are saying it's scheduled to be in their warehouse on December 21. OMG!!! Plus the rep was about as rude as you can get. When I told her I what I was promised and when her reply was "9/13 is gone" WTF does that mean? I'm going to try my best to get my money back. I've worked very very hard over a long number of years to not get angry and stay in control. Today I almost failed. But I didn't. Just please don't waste your time and money with Ashley Furniture. 🤬
Just don't spend your time and money like I did...the worst business in the furniture industry. No customer services and no call backs. They never showed up with my order after 1 month of waiting and took me 1 week just to cancel this order I never received
!!!!!!!!!!CAUTION!!!!!!!!!! If you are in the market for furniture and want to have something nice and a good experience. DO NOT buy from Ashley Furniture in Alpharetta Georgia. They have delivered us a broken piece of furniture and are giving us the runaround on getting this item fixed. The store manager is totally worthless. The customer no service is worse than he is and the sales person who we had the unfortunate experience to buy from has taken the money from us and ran! This truly has been an unfortunate experience. I can only hope that no one else has the misfortune to deal with Ashley Furniture in Alpharetta Georgia. I truly hope that I can save my friends from the dissatisfaction and disappointment that my wife and I have had to go through. Worst part is we have something on back order that we probably won’t ever see.
Do not buy furniture from these people. Had a reclining sofa delivered on Friday. Had to wait around all day until 8 pm, reclined it twice, and now it’s stuck in the reclined position. Been waiting 3 days for a tech to be scheduled and now being told it will take 2-3 weeks for them to pick it up and give me my money back.
Poor execution. Ordered furniture over 4th of July, received the bedroom set August 11 with broken pieces, took another week for the parts to be delivered and installed so we could sleep in our bed. Ordered a bench at the same time (4th of July weekend) - still waiting and today is 09/13/21. We’re promised $300 gift card during the promotion, only received $100. No ich can explain what is going on. Horrible communication as in non! Still waiting on the promised “we will make it up to you” and the missing $200 gift card. Never again will I use Ashley Home Store in Alpharetta.
I will never buy furniture from here again! Damaged bed, but want to give me half a credit for the money I spent! WTH! Never again. Store customer service is horrible. Never. Taking this to corporate. Continually getting the run around.
Customer service is frustrating. Delivery date changed and they never let me know. So I called them to ask, waited on the line for over an hour, then they picked up and hung up.
Do you enjoy poor communication, lies and lack of consideration ? Then shop at Ashley Furniture. This place led us in circles from the first missed delivery date to the last (6 months after the 1st scheduled delivery date). Needless to say we had to cancel our order because of the constant excuses . From having a projected delivery in April, moved to a projected delivery in July, moved to a projected partial delivery by the end of August, moved to a basic “who knows when your furniture will be in,” we finally met the end of our rope. Also , don’t try to call the store manager because he will promise to call back, but not make good on the promise. This is a TERRIBLE business and I would advise anyone to go elsewhere.
Disappointed my couch was poorly made. Ordered a couch in August and the shipment got delayed twice. I didn’t receive it until mid October. The couch had multiple staples sticking out of it, which injury my daughter’s foot. It took a month for a technician to get to me and “resolve the issue”. That was not the last time it happened either. My young daughter was injured twice by the mistake of this lousy furniture maker.
My husband and I visited Ashley HomeStore Alpharetta today, 8/29/21, and received no service. We are in the market for furniture and moving in the coming weeks. As soon as we walked in multiple employees were standing/chatting in eye view of us with another gentleman close enough to speak and introduce himself. He did not speak but spoke to the couple behind us who were not POC. I cannot say he was discriminating but I watched as other customers came in after us and were acknowledged and given assistance, all were not POC. We walked the whole store still with no acknowledgement. We left and will not return to this location. Poor service.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a sectional about 3 weeks ago. Delivery was scheduled for 8/20/21. On 8/18, I received a call stating that my delivery was delayed until 8/25 due to one part not being available. This was not a big deal, and I recognize that there have been some supply chain issues related to COVID. On 8/19, I receive a call stating that my delivery was further delayed until 9/5 because they had released all of the other parts from my order and did not have new ones in stock. This was unacceptable. After trying to call and receive some resolution to the situation, I was directed to go into the store and speak with the manager. I went to customer service, who paged the manager on duty to come speak with me and find some resolution to the issue. The manager attempted to sneak past the desk without helping us, and would have done so if the customer service rep hadn't called his name out. The manager emailed the warehouse to figure out what was going on with my order, and promised a call back to my personal number within 48 hours of that email with an update. No call was ever received, and I'm currently stuck in the run-around to figure out what is going on and why I was charged $300 to have my delivery perpetually delayed. The management at this location is the literal definition of incompetence, and refuses to connect me with their superiors to get some resolution. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
