If you expect to actually receive your furniture you may need to either have the patience of a saint, the resilience of a shield wall, or the ability to take the floor model. I ordered a recliner in the first week of August. It was to be delivered mid month. They no call no showed. I called the day it was to be delivered and was told there was an issue and to pick a new date a week out. I took another day off work, and waited, nothing. Third time I called the day before it was to be delivered and was informed there was a back order and it could be delivered two days later. That would have been tomorrow. Having again heard nothing I called. They asked for an alternate phone number and moved the delivery day to Friday. The equivalent of 4 no call no shows over the course of a month and a half. If it's not at my house on Friday I'm just gonna see about taking the one off the floor until they get their act together.

I was greeted by Jonnathan the first time when I planned to purchase some furnitures because he looked super nice. Then I trusted him and placed the order with him with no doubt as he promised that the furnitures I paid full in cash in June can be delivered at specific week in August. Everything is good until the furnitures can not be delivered at the week he promised and he became less responsive, including I asked why my furnitures are not assembled while I paid white glove fee, and when I ask future potential ordering. What’s more, I purchased two furnitures with delivery and assemble service. But the delivery staff was unaware of their task which made me schedule for additional appointments for them. Also with one of the furniture assemble problems. It took finally 4 appointments to get 2 furnitures delivered and assembled. It’s so frustrating with their service. Although I like their furnitures, their service keeping away from future purchases

I recently made a purchase and even opened up an Ashley furniture store credit card because of how pleased I was with the service. I did not need to do this, I could have purchased my order by cash. I had a pickup scheduled for Wednesday, however, I could not make it. I called corporate the day of pickup because the store did not pickup after multiple attempts. Corporate said I would be allowed to pickup on Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I have my truck and a trailer at the store to pickup. The once kind salesmen that sold my couch and recliner to me was now dismissive, telling me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes before the store manager came at me with an attitude about not allowing weekend pickups due to them being busy. This store manager did not appreciate that has tone and attitude were matched when told that a) corporate said I could pickup Saturday and b) I was not asking for any help. I had brought a friend and was picking up. The store manager still did not allow me to pickup my order and doubled down on his attitude once I told him that I was either picking up or canceling. He stated some store policy that, to my knowledge, I did not sign and was certainly not told about prior to purchase. This was an embarrassing situation to be in considering this manager had now garnered an audience of both customers and employees. This store had 7 employees not doing anything. So the statement of being too busy was false. I am now left with another search for furniture and a line of credit I will never use. I highly suggest any and everyone do business elsewhere considering the leadership at this store has a bully mentality and does not like having that energy met.

Ordered furniture on 7/5 and was told a couple of weeks. It was scheduled for delivery on 8/5. It’s been rescheduled twice. Hopefully it will show up at some point in September. Never again - when I pay $4,000 for something I expect it to be delivered when promised.

Everything was a breeze as long as I’m spending money. Over the years I have spent 30k+ in this specific store. I placed an order in May of 2025, and as of August 13th, I’ve only received half of it. Excuse after excuse after excuse. This is completely unacceptable. The store gives me a run around, online gives me run around, and 1-800 gives me the run around. I gave up on the product months ago. All I want is a refund. Can’t even get my money back..I PAID CASH AND I HAVE MY RECEIPT!! The store confirmed that it was lost in shipping.Very frustrating when you work hard to pay for something and it’s obviously not a priority to them. B U Y E R S B E W A R E ! ! All they want is your money. Wont spend a dime here again. UPDATE: Calling the bluff..responded here as if they cared. A week later, still no response! They do not care about the customers at all. There is NO excuse for this type of behavior. Buyer beware

Store itself is fine, but delivery and warranty claims are incredibly bad and to a malicious degree. They also fight you at every step on fixing mistakes that are undeniable with strong photographic and video evidence. You basically have to sue them to force them to be semi-honest. It’s not the technicians. It’s not the delivery people. It’s not the store people. It’s Ashley corporate.

Extremely Disappointed – Broken Recliner Delivered, No Support We were so excited to receive our new furniture from Ashley after spending over $4,000. Unfortunately, that excitement turned to frustration on delivery day when our recliner arrived completely broken — bent and unusable. The delivery person acknowledged the issue immediately, set it up anyway, and said he was submitting a ticket for the damage. Since then, we’ve contacted customer service multiple times and reached out to our store-level sales rep, but we've received no help at all. No updates. No resolution. Just silence. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend this much money only to end up with damaged furniture and no support from Ashley. We expected much better from a company of this size and reputation. At this point, we just want what we paid for — furniture we can actually use. Update 8/23. Multiple emails to the one you see below. No tech has come. No repair been done. We just want them to take this stuff away and allow us to purchase stuff we can use. Again- stay away.
