Beautiful store with beautiful furniture! So much pretty furniture that even if what you want isn’t in stock at the moment you should easily be able to find something comparable that is available sooner. Was assisted by a delightful young lady named Kayla who helped my wife (who was carting a fussy 2 year old around) and I at every turn. We went to many furniture stores and none compared to Ashely! They appear to be the best

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley's Home Store in Athens, Georgia. We were greeted as we walked in but allowed to walked around without being pressured or harassed by over enthusiastic sale associates. When I had a question it was easy to find someone (Jason) to help us. Jason was knowledgeable about the inventory and shipping/delivery and very helpful as we walked him all over the store asking questions. We were very impressed with Jason. We will ask for him for any future furniture needs and recommend you do as well. .

He was very knowledgeable about the different pieces and mattresses that we had questions about and took his time to help find the right match for us. Found the mattress and dining table that we wanted thanks to him!

Went to the Ashley HomeStore in Athens for the first time via an appointment. Kayla was the representative helping me find the perfect mattress. She did a fantastic job navigating my criteria until we finally settled on a great find. Kayla’s excellent customer service is then what propelled me to look for a couch and loveseat for our new home. Not wanting to decide until I came home and talked with the hubs, I was able to circle back with Kayla who then placed the phone order for me. Not only was the customer service great, but this is a beautiful store that artistically features furniture in ways that inspires my creative side! Give it a go - make an appointment online and ask for Kayla!

Very helpful staff and team. However, I ordered furniture 4 months in advance and was told “it will definitely be in by June 1.” I have since canceled my order of 12 pieces after the delivery date has been pushed back 6 times. I did receive a full refund.

So far our experience has not been very good. We made a purchase at the Athens store on 4/24. The sales rep was very helpful in setting everything up. Said 3-6 weeks for delivery and we would be notified when it was scheduled. All good. Four weeks goes by with no word. I called the store to find that they had a. Automated voice service. Following the prompts to speak with customer service a recording comes on that says “due to high call volume, we cannot take your call at this time” and hangs up. I get this same response on 4-5 calls over the next few days. I e-mail the sales rep twice and get no response. Call corporate and get a voice mail to which I get no return call. Two weeks ago I finally get an agent on their online text chat that tells me delivery will be 6/12. Today I get an e-mail say sing it is delayed to 6/24. That will be 9 weeks after purchase. I again get ahold of an agent who explains the delays and said I should have been notified by the store for all updates. I understand there are shortages and disruptions but there is zero excuse for poor customer service. Returning a call or responding to an e-mail takes little time and having your phone line set to hang up on a customer instead of taking their call is just plan sad. This will likely be the last time I purchase from this location solely based on the lack of communication and poor customer service after purchase.

Pretty much get one star due to the fact, our sales person said the items we wanted were back ordered but shouldn’t be more than 6 weeks. And when they did have it in stock, delivery date is a month out. Now out of stock again and Date keeps getting pushed back. Going on 4 months now.... no furniture. So buy here if you need furniture by the years end I guess. Update 06/14: just got another official notice of our delivery date put back until end of July. So really looking like until the end of the year. Buyers beware. Also no sign of a gift card or attempt from a Ashley home furniture employee to contact other than this Google review.

Terrible experience, constant lies from everyone and each other pointing fingers. Constant shipping delays, and excuses. No one stepping up to help resolve the situation. Bought a mattress, adjustable base, and recliner. Spent $5000. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware.

Earl was extremely rude and actually gave me a lecture about not caring about my health when I gave my budget for a mattress. He did not want to sell anything but the high end mattresses and was extremely unhelpful when it came to any questions about the cheaper mattresses. Will never return.

We ordered and paid for two recliners from the Athens, GA store on April 1, 2021. we were told by the salesman, Matt that the chairs would be delivered April 13th. Matt texted me a new delivery date of April 20th. We then started getting voicemails with new delivery dates of April 26th, May 11th, May 26th, and today we got a new date of June 15th. This has to be the WORST customer service ever. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase from Ashley to go any where else. If you do purchase there I hope you actually get your furniture sooner than the two and half months we will have to wait. We a have no guarantee we will get the recliners on June 15th. F rating and Zero stars.

I will never order from this company again! I was given my delivery date which worked well with my schedule and then I received my first email stating my furniture was available for a earlier delivery date so I checked their online delivery calendar and I notice my original delivery had been changed ( without me being notified) so I called the costumer service line and was told someone would call me back within 24-72 hours regarding why my delivery date was changed. I never received a call back so after 72 hours I called again and was given a 3rd delivery date ( still haven’t received a answer on why my order keeps getting pushed out when I was told my Furniture was available at the Atlanta warehouse) Then I received yet another email telling me I can move my delivery date up and guess what.... my delivery date was pushed out further. So I call costumer service yet again and was told the reason my date keeps changing is because they Only deliver in my area ONCE a month on the first Wednesday of the month. So my question was then WHY did you reschedule my delivery for the 2nd Wednesday of the month if you only deliver on the 1st Wednesday. The answer I received really made me Laugh out loud... “Well ma’am that’s the next date they have available” well if you only deliver once a month on the same day EVERY MONTH how in the heck will I get my furniture on the 2nd Wednesday. She answered my question with her original answer so I asked to speak with someone in the delivery department and was left on hold for 30 mins then hung up on.
