Both salespeople and management were great and I’m pleased with the results.

when I ordered I was told my delivery would be 2/4 and it is written on the receipt delivery as 2/4. they didn’t deliver then they rescheduled it for 2/6 instead of just saying they had to reschedule they acted like I was confused about the date I was told and what was clearly wrote on the slip and on top of it my order was incorrect I ordered a left side chaise sofa, a right side was delivered. I informed them about it was told someone would reach out within 24-48 hours nobody did. even though its not the correct combination sofa I wanted it is comfortable

I came to this store originally just looking to see what was new in the furniture world, as I had seen many retro designs digitally but not in person. Marcus Kennedy, was the gentleman that greeted me on arrival and assured me I was at the right place. After brief conversation, he immediately showed designs that matched the look I was going for. Because of his knowledge, I then showed him another room I had in mind and walked out taking care of both rooms I thought I would have to wait till the fall to take care of. If you come here, ask for Marcus. He will shop for and with you.

Calvin did a great job of finding what we told him we had seen online (that wasn’t on floor). He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy. We will ask for him if we ever need anything else, & we will refer friends to him who are in the market for furniture.

Good experience with Calvin, Quay and Stillman

I will never purchase anything from Ashley. The customer service is extremely poor; representatives hung up on me during a call. The focus seems to be solely on making a sale rather than helping customers.

After weeks of visiting multiple furniture stores, I was finally able to find the perfect couch for me and my home thanks to Marcus Kennedy! During my visit I was hoping to test a couch that I saw online, but sadly it was not in store. However, with Marcus's keen knowledge of Ashley Furniture products, he was immediately able to suggest three different couch's off the top of his head that would have the same feel. With his knowledge, I was able to test couch's that would have the same feel as the one I initially wanted online, and if there was any differences he would let me know by informing me "The cushion on this couch would feel the same as the couch you are looking at, but it is a bit lower to the floor so keep that in mind." and so on. During our testing, he also informed me of three more couch's online that not only has a similar feel as the couch I wanted, but also a similar look. After looking over the options, I decided to purchase one of the couch's he presented because I liked the arm rest more and it was a better price. Afterwards, Marcus went even further to help me by making sure I am fully aware of the purchasing process, and the protection plan. So much so, that I could write a whole other review. If you visit this location, I can whole heatedly guarantee that Marcus Kennedy will provide the best furniture purchasing experience you have ever had. Thanks to Marcus, I no longer have to sit in a beach chair to eat my meals, and so far I have no regrets with my purchase! Would definitely do again!

At Ashley's Furniture, they have an amazing team from when you're experience begin looking for that special piece to when it's delivered. Mr. Allstillman was my first point of contact when I entered the building. After greeting me and a friend warmly and introduced himself, he gave me space and time to review their showroom. After selecting what I came in for. He kindly and detailed walk me through what the next steps would be to have my purchase delivered. That was tricky for my schedule with the only date at the time was my daughter birthday and during the week I work. To give the digest version. He and Jenny were wonderful with moving the delivery date sooner and my husband and daughter who were home to receive the purchase Did Not have their morning or day held up dealing with unreliable delivery people. To add sugar to their experience, they enjoy their time conversing with the delivery persons that provided a 5 star delivery experience. Thank you, Mr. Allstillman, Jenny and delivery team!! We are having a really bad experience about delivery. First it took them 7 days to deliver. On top of that they arrived 4 hours later than they said so we got stuck in the house. And when they arrived an essential piece was missing. They said it was back ordered. And they rescheduled for that part for today very early in the morning. I thought this is great, finally this will be done. But around 5:00am in the morning they sent an email saying they cancelled the delivery after confirming the delivery hour several times. Still don’t have that piece. Possibly a chatbot will answer this saying we are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience bla bla

Deven was a huge help and I could get the furniture delivered within days!

I was in the market for a sectional couch and I decided to come to Ashley Furniture for their Cyber Week sale. Calvin assisted me and he was amazing. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and I was introduced to Calvin. He was very polite,friendly, patient with me. I found the couch I wanted. I placed the order,the couch was set to be delivered the next week,but there was an issue with manufacturing and my delivery date was pushed back three days. A few days later Ashley Furniture was running a Hot Now special and I saw an ottoman on line that I decided not to get with my couch because of the price. I saw online the ottoman was on sale so I stopped back by the store to see if it was in the store on sale. I asked for Calvin there was a really nice young lady at the front that helped me with locating the salesman I had a before. The ottoman wasn’t on sale in the store Calvin told me to keep an eye out in the ottoman, I agreed. The young lady at the door wrote down the name of the ottoman for me so I coullook it up online. The store manager overheard our conversation about the ottoman looked the item up on line,saw that the ottoman was on sale and gave me the ottoman for the online price(price matched). I was super excited. The only thing was the ottoman couldn’t be delivered the same day and the sectional. The young lady who was checking he out asked me if I wanted to pick up the sectional and the ottoman from the manufacturer. I told her absolutely,she also refunded me back the delivery fee of the delivery. I pick up my furniture the next morning. I had a really great experience. The staff was amazing. Calvin is a great salesman. He helped me with the measurements just from looking at a picture of the space I wanted the furniture for. I will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Stillman was absolutely amazing! Attentive and did not rush us along or pressure us into the purchase. Very knowledgeable about the products, quality and price. Will be back!!!

I’m giving a 1 star review for the delivery, or should I say non delivery, of my ottoman on the day I picked. It was pretty much 2 weeks from the day I pick and paid for my ottoman to the day I scheduled the delivery. Half my day wasted waiting for the delivery to be called up and told that my ottoman wasn’t on the delivery truck and I had reschedule for another day.

I was very pleased with my experience at Ashley Furniture. I walked out with a quality outdoor patio furniture set at a good price. I was particularly impressed with Sales Associate Derrick who definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was well taken care of. Job well done! I will be shopping at Ashley Furniture again!

Movers and warehouse dispatch lacked communication and professionalism. They did not assemble the bed either despite paying a set up fee. The movers were supposed to be here at 10am were sent the wrong address twice so I had to wait on the floor for until I couldn’t take it anymore around 5:45pm and went to complain in person at Ashely Furniture. Ashley furniture personnel tried their best to contact dispatch but left me with little assurances. Now being 6:30pm I get a call saying they were 4 minutes away when I finally made it back they said they were “too tired” to unpack it but would put it in the unit. Movers claimed that I was unable to speak to their boss. I would seriously consider paying a friend far less than 250$ delivery setup fee to put together a bed frame than relying on this joke of a moving/set up company Ashely uses. I also blame Ashley for having anything to do with this unprofessional behavior. 0/10 and have lodged a complaint for delivery fee refund.

Update: I did end up getting the couch. I was told Saturday which didn't happen, then told Monday between 9am and 12noon. Got calls Monday saying everything is on track, got calls all through the day saying running late and finally got Monday afternoon. Ashley you need to work on this as an internal issue. Just do what you say you are going to do rather than string the customer along and over promise under deliver. Sales rep Devin was great. Sold us two sectionals and very effective and efficient salesman. Once sale ended only downhill from there. Spent extra for white glove delivery service. Was told delivery was coming Friday from 10:45am to 1:45pm. Took off work to meet them. Got reminder text Thursday they were coming. Friday at 9:45am they call and say it is on the truck but they can’t locate my address. They confirm that the house has been here since 1958 and they have correct address. They say they will call me right back. I never hear anything rest of the day. Day goes by and I call and get out on hold for 44mins to finally speak to someone who says they just don’t know when it will be delivered. Be careful on your purchase.

I’m over here at the Lindberg Ashley having a great experience with Calvin fate. His level of professionalism was unbelievable. The comfort that he allowed me to shop with and his knowledge of the products was unbelievable. It has been a pleasure shopping here and I will tell everyone who listen about this young man and his great experience.

Great follow through, great guys delivering the furniture

Some of the cheapest crap out there. Might as well use Amazon or ikea

Sales person , delivery staff were excellent. As for the scheduling it was terrible. There were 16 drop offs I was number 16. They started at 7:30am and did arrive until at my house until 8:45pm. We were told delivery between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Ashley’s set the delivery team up to fail.

From the purchase to the delivery, Ashley Furniture has a team that will go the extra mile for its customers. Not to mention the quality furniture they have as well. Awesome experience

The sales rep I spoke with told me he didn’t have a photo of the bed frame I wanted in a certain color because he was so eager to get outside and rip a cigarette in front of the store the second I left.

Loved the furniture I got here (Hennington bedroom set) and delivery was VERY quick and smooth.

Sales person was really nice However the couch I received has several issues. I have requested a new couch but keep getting the run around about replacing the couch. Have called several times and sent several different photos and talked to several different people at Ashley. They want to fix a part instead of replacing the couch. If not replaced soon I will stop payment on the purchase as I Will Not buy a defective product!!!

Buying process and the delivery were both very smooth

I was out looking for office furniture and had a great experience at Ashly Furniture. They had a great selection to choose from and I am happy with my furniture. Andre answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely shop here again!

My experience ordering from Ashley has been awful for multiple reasons. I purchased a bedframe in store on 10/9/25. The initial delivery was scheduled for 10/15. The first delivery attempt, the wrong feet were sent with the bed so they could not assemble anything yet, so I just had a headboard, footboard, and the storage drawers sitting on my floor. The second delivery was scheduled for 10/22, the time window for which was something like 11:30-2:30pm. The truck arrived at about 3:30pm. The correct feet were then installed, only to find out there was a whole other portion of parts that were never delivered at all, aka all the fillings and rails that attach the main outer portions together. So again I’m left with a pile of bedframe parts that cannot be put together. I called the store to rectify the situation and have the other parts sent. When I spoke to the salesman who originally made the sale on 10/9 and I informed him that there were parts missing I was told “that’s not possible” and given another number to call. About 3 transfers and holds later I finally got a nice lady named Tonya on the phone. This poor woman took the time to pull up the parts sheet on the phone with me and individually order every peg, screw, slat, and rail that was not initially included in my order. 47 minutes later we had ordered what we thought was everything missing. Shout out to Tonya, at least she put some real effort in to try to help me. Then today on 10/30 the final delivery was scheduled. Most everything was in order, except there are STILL pieces missing. There are feet that support the middle portion of the (very heavy) bedframe that were STILL not delivered. And today I was told they would ship the final feet at an undetermined later date. Which leaves me with a partially assembled bedframe that can’t support any weight. I am a single woman working regular daytime hours during the week with extremely limited time off. I have also been sleeping on the floor in my living room for 3 weeks and still have no final product and no definitive delivery date for (what I hope are) the final parts. Also no efforts were made to refund the hefty “white glove” delivery fee despite this being a fantastically unsatisfactory delivery process. Overall, I am incredibly frustrated and unhappy with my experience. I would not order from Ashley furniture again if they were giving it away for free.

Easy to work with, understood value, and were willing to make a deal. One lamp missing a shade knob up top, they discounted both lamps. Will shop again. Ask for Derrick!

The message I sent the rep who sold the furniture to me in Buckhead… stay clear. The customer service is below sub standard. While I appreciate your professionalism and attempt help with my situation, I’ve never encountered such inefficient customer service than I have with Ashley. I’m so sorry I used Synchrony when I should have used AMEX because I would be disputing payment in a second. I spent almost $7000 in your store and was going to purchase a dining room suite next but I absolutely will not do that after what I’m going thru to be made whole by your company. The protection plan I purchased is worthless. I’m out here begging for a non defective piece of furniture and your company could care less. I thought you should know because believe me.. there will be a review and it will not be flattering. I’m so tired of the ridiculous chat bot feature and no one, and I mean no one helping.

Easily one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I honestly do not know how a company as large as Ashley Furniture can make it this hard to spend money with them. I started working with a sales rep who sent me a “Pay Now” link to complete my order. Despite American Express being clearly listed as an accepted payment method, it declined my card over 15 times on two different Amex cards. When I called the store for help, they said there was nothing they could do. Out of frustration, I went directly to Ashley’s own website and found the exact same couch listed $500 cheaper than what the rep quoted. I purchased it online, and my payment went through immediately. But when I checked my account the next day, the order was missing. I called customer service twice and both times they said they could not find it. Then I got an email saying my order had been declined, even though my credit card had been charged. I tried again and paid online a second time, and the same thing happened. Order declined, no explanation. Out of desperation, I even tried using a Visa card as a third attempt, and that was declined too. To make matters worse, the store told me they could not match the price on their own website. They also refused to apply a $50 promotional coupon that clearly says it can be used in-store or online, claiming the discount was already too high. Let me be clear, there was no discount. It was simply the regular online price. It has been over a week of trying to buy a couch, including an in-store visit, multiple calls, failed payment links, declined orders, and endless back and forth with no resolution. I literally cannot give this organization my money if I tried. If you value your time or sanity, shop anywhere else.

Stillman and JR delivered a premium shopping experience for my girlfriend and I. We had to at least cross reference the options at the dump. When they said we’d be back in 5 minutes, they were wrong. We were back in 3 minutes. Just bought our dream couch that our future children will play on. Don’t go anywhere else for a couch. Ashley Furniture 4 lyfe!!!!

Their financing team ACIMA is horrible. I got a couch that was on sale for 399 . After taxes ans fees was over 500, the acima representative wasn't clear and never told me or showed me on paper that by me financing the couch with them I was signing to a contract for a whole year and that I was already owing them 1200 for that damn couch . He just said that if i payed in the first 90 days I wasn't gonna be charged interest . So 3 months later and 3 payments of 122 my remaining balance is over 800 dollars. I feel played and stupid for making business with them and not knowing that they are making me sign a contract and leasing a couch for thw total of 1200 dollars when the stupid couch was on sale for 399. So now im stuck owing all this money and everyone i have called can't help and they all said thats how the leasing agreement works by me signing it .! How can you try to help people to lease a couch by stating that it will cost 1200 dollars to finance it with them and not showing that on paper and in person .! I will never go back to ashley store and will never do business with ACIMA again and I dont recommend it all it to any one .! 😤 👎

This has been the worst experience ever. In the store I was told the products would take three weeks. Now I'm being told it will take eight weeks. That's a huge difference. It's almost as if these salespeople will tell you anything to get the sale. Since I learned that it would take eight weeks I've been trying to call to cancel the order. One person after another keeps transferring me. Nobody can make a decision. It's always someone else who needs to do the cancellation. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again. I'm still waiting from someone to return my call so that I can cancel it. Avoid them for your own sanity. They lie with straight faces.

Customer service is dishonest and there is no accountability when it comes to purchase errors. Management does not try to correct errors they should take responsibility for. Instead their end results put additional costs on the consumer. Just shop somewhere else.

Great experience. Louis was very helpfully, pleasant and no pressure to buy. We left to look at other options and we ended up coming back. Louis helped us quickly and we were able to pick up our dresser the next day like he said. The people at the warehouse were just as nice and helpful. Great job.

I just moved here the past weekend and I came here for mattresses. I went the first time and spoke with Marz and had a great experience. I decided on wanting to purchase a mattress so I went back the next day. Unfortunately, Emma the store manager didn’t help the sale. I provided all the information needed for user for Ashley credit card and she stated she couldn’t assist me because I wasn’t the account holder. She didn’t do anything to help the $3000 sale go out the door. Instead she had an attitude and even called someone else to make sure her made up policy is still in place. And guess what, it wasn’t, I should be able to purchase items as an authorized user. It got so negative, she even got upset with the other salesman, Micheal, who reached out to OPs and stated I should be able to purchase the mattress. I had to end up driving to Cobb store and purchase it there with NO ISSUES. Basically this store needs a new store manager that cares about her employees and clients. Because the salesperson Marz lost a big sale because of Emma negative approach of the situation.

Beware of bait and switch scam. The store had many sign that said 25% off in store purchase. The fine print on back says with minimum purchase, but does not say how much minimum purchase is. I found something I like costing $1550 before 25% off. Then right before paying I am told that I only get 10% off, but if I buy the protection plan for $370 the I can get the 25%. Classic bait and switch scam. Very disappointed that a national chain cannot be honest with customers and display actual price without trying to trick people into buying worthless protection plan. Shame on you Ashley

I locked into the 7 piece Elissa Court sectional, and I can’t wait to get it!! Stillmen is truly outstanding!! I originally made a good review before we assembled the furniture and saw the damages. We bought furniture from Ashley store and picked it up. When we were picking up the furniture I asked the guy to open them so that we could look at them but he said if he opened them he wasn’t able to tape them back up because he had no tape. We said ok because we couldn’t drive with open boxes on our trailer to fall off. When we got home and eventually opened the boxes to assemble them we saw several of our furniture chipped and scratched. I reached out to Ashley and they said they cannot replace them but I am still checking to see if they can send someone to repair them. Ashley furniture is not the same. quality has gone down in my opinion.

Customer service was great at the Piedmont Rd location. UPDATE: My furniture was to arrive within days. I stayed home all day Saturday and I didn't get any updates. Suffice it to say my friend should never arrive. I went to the store that I purchased it from on Sunday and they assured me that I will get it today. Got an email saying that it will be here today. Rushed home from work to meet them got another email when I got home and it says it'll be June 6th don't shop here because the communication is bad I'm going to get my money back.

I had a great shopping experience at this Ashley Furniture location. The salesman, Mr.Stillman, was professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. My particular sofa was not in stock in the color I selected, but he placed an order for me. I was told upfront that the wait time would be a couple of months, so I wasn’t caught off guard. When my sofa finally came in, I received more than one message about the estimated arrival time. It arrived wrapped up and protected from dirt and dust. The 2-man delivery team worked quickly to place it where I wanted it and took all of the packing materials. If ever I need furniture in the future, this Ashley location is my preferred go to place to make my purchase.

Edit: I’m still dealing with this process. My parents took multiple trips to the car to load the furniture after being told by customer service that our cancellation got approved and that we were responsible for returning it to the store, even though we paid for delivery of our product. Once they arrived, the store workers were not apologetic and said the cancellation was not approved. There was also no manager. They said if we paid for delivery for the original order and got our cancellation approved, THEY would pick it up for us. Customer service said otherwise. Then, after requesting to cancel and getting a confirmation email, I get an email a few days after saying my COMPLETE EXCHANGE is coming the following Tuesday. Not only was this supposed to be cancelled, but I was also going to be out of town. After probably about 15 more customer service calls and no answers from the store phone number, the last agent we spoke to said all sales are final for purchases in store. What a waste of time. How does each agent claim something different? So I gave up and just went with the complete exchange, rescheduling it to Thursday instead. However I kept getting emails and messages to confirm my Tuesday delivery which I literally canceled. I called two more agents. The first one said he rescheduled it and could not provide a confirmation email. The second one said he rescheduled it and sent me a confirmation email. But big surprise, the delivery still was scheduled for Tuesday, and I get an email the day of (today) to track my order. I had to call the delivery driver, who then had to tell customer service. It takes skill to provide this much misinformation and not take any accountability for it. I have to shorten my original review to stay under the word limit, but I really hope no one else has to go through this. But from the reviews, it looks like many people have. Also, I emailed the email that the owner responded to this review with AGAIN, and big surprise again, no response. I usually don’t write reviews, but I strongly advise against buying furniture here, especially if you need delivery. Our table arrived damaged, and the exchange process was a nightmare. Customer service was unhelpful and gave misleading instructions—first telling us to assemble the chairs, then later requiring a full return, meaning we had to disassemble everything ourselves. Scheduling was a mess, with multiple reschedules and no clear communication. The store ignored seven calls, and even after escalating via email, we received no response. My mom eventually got through to someone, but they offered no real help, only vague promises of possible compensation that never materialized. Frustrated, we’ve decided to return everything, even if it means delivering it back ourselves. Save your time and money—shop elsewhere.

I ordered over $16,000 in furniture from this store including a dining set we say online while at the store. The day of delivery I was at work and my husband accepted the furniture. So, when I arrived home, I noticed the furniture had all types of damages and was not working properly. I also, realized I was unhappy with the smaller dining set that I viewed online while in the store. Sales rep stated they would have someone to come out to fix the furniture and sent me an email. I contacted the store directly and asked to exchange the dining set I was unhappy with. The store stated they don't do refund, and I should have sent it back on the truck. I explained to her that I was at work when they delivered the furniture, and it is still the way the left it as shown below. She still stated I would more than likely have to just keep the furniture. I informed her that I spent over $16,000 and they should take this in consideration. She stated she would inform them, but I have not heard anything from them. Also, the day of delivery the mattress did not have any plastic. So, I asked my husband did you tell them to remove the plastic, and he stated NO because we literally ordered an entire house of furniture, and he was trying to keep an eye on everyone. I told him I didn't believe the mattress was new. So, we made the bed with new sheets and comforter. That same night I begin to itch. I shared this with my husband. So, I noticed it wasn't getting any better. On Saturday, my day off, we got up at 6am and immediately begin steaming the mattress and vacuum. After my husband steamed box spring, I began examining the bed and found bed bugs in all 4 corners. I was livid because this is a brand-new home and this is the first piece of furniture, we ordered from a high brand store, and they bring bed bugs into our home. We begin treating everything and vacuum and steaming and spraying. This is a nightmare. I am so disappointed with Ashley Furniture. They will not receive any more of my business. I contacted customer service but no response as of yet. Take your chances elsewhere not here. UPDATE!!! Ashley furniture finally responded to my email and clearly stated per their terms and conditions, they do not cover bed bugs or bed bugs damage. Stated not to contact anymore about this issue and the case is closed. I tried to email them again and they have blocked my email address. I reached out to BBB as well. FYI!!! Please don't waste your money with this people. It should be a law that protects consumers against businesses. Since this happen, I have communicated with people in the Community, and they all have had issues with Ashley Furniture as well. My furniture is still not repaired or working properly and I have spent hundreds of dollars treated the infested furniture and my house and car since they delivered all the items.

My good friend and I were shopping around for a couch as we recently moved, we came to Ashley as our last stop of the day and no one greeted us at the door, yet I saw them greet every other person who walked in almost immediately ok no problem. The whole time we were browsing not a single person walked up to us and asked if we needed assistance which we also brushed off. Once we had decided on a couch we really loved we went up to the customer service desk since we still hadn’t gotten any help and asked if we could get assistance as we were interested in making a purchase. The manager (I asked the sales associate who he was before assuming) proceeded to tell my friend “he looked like he was only going to spend $5” and then got us help. I did not hear this at the time if not I would have NEVER bought anything from them! Profiling someone based on their LOOKS is CRAZY. My friend is the sweetest person so he didn’t say anything about it but i’m not sure how you are in a management position judging potential clients. Disappointing first and last purchase we will make here I guess if you are a younger latino person they deem you automatically not worth helping.

Wish I read more of these reviews before I bought a couch from here. Had our couch for a little over a year and it sheds very badly. I hope we can get at least 5 years of this couch set.

I went over to this store and bought 2 accent chairs one of them was incorrect . I would have refused the incorrect chair but my husband was unaware that one was incorrect so he accepted the chairs. I called the store and a member of management called me back. He was very professional and did everything he could to correct the error. I called back to the store and spoke with another member of management her name was Emma. She told me that the chair would be delivered on Wednesday. I got another call from the store on Monday and this person which sounded like Emma told me the chair will be delivered on Saturday which was not possible my husband and I would be out of town. Instead of correcting the problem she scheduled it for Saturday anyway after I told her we were going to be out of town! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This action has caused the store a customer. I will never shop at that store again.. I wish there was a way to be able to give zero stars…

BEWARE of Taylor. I came into the store recently. I tried to avoid anyone helping me as I’m a shopper that likes to shop alone as I walked by the employee kiosk. I witnessed a young lady who worked here screaming at a customer on the phone, It was very inappropriate in my personal opinion. Later that same employee, Taylor came up to me and tried to help me, behavior that I witnessed when I came in continued when she came to help me, I’m not gonna go into detail, but I was less than impressed with this young lady or the store staff. Shop at rooms To Go The furniture is just as Quality, And the staff that’s working there is much kinder.

It was quick and easy. I was asked about financing and declined and the sales rep was not pushy, which I appreciate. She helped me get my dining room table after I told her what I wanted. I maybe spent 10 minutes in the store.

Here's a rundown of our terrible experience. 10/14: Bought a bedroom set and a couch from this place the Sales rep was great (Stillman) We were told that we would get the couch, bed, and dresser on 11/1 and then the nightstands on 11/20. We agreed that was fine and waited for our order. 11/1: our order arrived and to our surprise, they brought one of our two nightstands but no bed. When we asked about it our delivery driver said "No one called you? It was broken while loading this morning so we couldn't deliver it." that was frustrating but obviously, I don't want a broken bed delivered so we said okay. That night we called Ashley's customer support to find out when our bed would be delivered and we were told they would call us back. 11/3: We still had not gotten a call back so I called our sales rep who calls the warehouse on our behalf (Stillman for MVP), and got the bed rescheduled for delivery the following Friday. They deliver it no harm no fowl. 11/20: We hadn't received any sort of confirmation email so I called Ashley customer support to find out that the item had been delayed till December 20th but no one had called to tell us. 12/19: Same thing no confirmation email so I once again called customer support to find out that it was delayed again and someone in their system had rescheduled the delivery for 12/27 without contacting us. Due to the holidays, we could not make that work so the next available date was January 2nd. 12/30: We got a call (at least we got a call this time) saying your item is once again delayed and it will now be delivered on January 8th. I told the customer care rep that I was upset and would like some sort of compensation to make up for all the time they had wasted. They put me on hold while they called the store but no one answered. I'm told that they will send the store an email as well as file a complaint for me and someone will get back to me in 48 hours (no one ever did ). 1/8: the item is on the truck (yay!) it's supposed to be here around 4 pm and I wait and wait and wait. At 6 pm a Customer care rep calls me to say they will be 2 hours late. 9 pm rolls around the dispatcher for the delivery driver calls me and says they are 30 minutes. 10 pm rolls around the delivery driver calls me and says he can be there in 30 minutes is it still okay to deliver? I say yes. 10:45 pm still no sign of the driver so I called him back, he said "oh my dispatch didn't call you he called me 25 minutes ago saying everything would be rescheduled let me call him and he can call you" (no one ever called). 1/9: 8 am I got a call from an Ashley customer care representative apologizing for not being able to come yesterday can they deliver it today between 10 am and 2pm? I say yes. Okay someone will call you back with details (no one ever called). At 1 pm I called the customer sales line again and asked where my order was and was told "I'm sorry sir it looks like the driver never confirmed that they could deliver your order today." I asked about why I hadn't heard back from anyone, they said they did not know but would have someone call to reschedule the delivery. I immediately got off the phone and drove over to the store to speak with a manager. The manager (I believe her name was Emma) listened and did that fun thing any of us who had been in customer service roles do of uh huh and oh yeah through everything. Then told me the best she could do is mark it as VIP so it's delivered ASAP. I asked about compensation for all my wasted time and was told they would have to send that to there supervisors, I asked if it could be delivered the next day, no it has to wait two days after being on a truck before they can send it out again. I asked if I could take a floor model and the one from the warehouse could be delivered to their store and was told no. She told me she would send some emails and would call me by the next morning at the latest (she never called) 11/10: I got the call saying that it would be delivered 11/15 11/15: it was finally delivered and honestly I'm shocked that its here.

My experiences with Ashley Furniture have been consistently disappointing across three separate purchases. First Purchase (Leather Sectional - $3K): When I purchased a 4-piece leather sectional in May 2024, I made a $1K down-payment. However, the company failed to apply this payment to my account balance, leaving me with an incorrect balance. Second Purchase (Queen Bed Set - $800): I purchased a queen bed set, but upon delivery, it arrived damaged. This led to me rejecting the delivery, adding to my frustration with their level of service. Third Purchase (Credenza tv stand - $750): I purchased a credenza on Dec. 21st, agreeing to a delivery date of Dec. 28th. However, on Dec. 23rd, I was informed that the delivery was postponed to Jan. 3rd due to the item being out of stock. While unprovable, I strongly suspect the seller knew about the stock issue at the time of sale, possibly misleading me to secure the transaction before year-end figures were tallied. Overall, each of these purchases has left me very dissatisfied with Ashley Furniture's service, from billing errors and damaged goods to questionable sales practices I'm done. I certainly will no longer do any more business with AF ever again. Perhaps American Signature, R2G, The Dump or Havertys offer and deliver better customer satisfaction because it's not happening with AF.

I went to Ashley Furniture knowing basically what I wanted. A very very comfortable armchair. Found the one I wanted. Mr. Stillman Williams was helping another customer, who needed more time, and I asked if he could help me to purchase the one I was sitting in. I told him what I wanted, no delivery charge and a discount. Got what I wanted and I'm very happy with my purchase!

The experience at Ashley furniture store was outstanding. Upon entering we were greeted with a host who asked if we were looking for something in particular or wanted to lounge about. I like that option as some of us are introverted and like to lounge about without a representative hovering over your shoulder. We did, however, know what we were looking for and was assisted by Jay R. We conversed with him about what style we liked and Jay R gave us an excellent tour starting from the ground up. He was very knowledgeable on how to construct the right setup, starting with the firmness of the cushions. Little did we know about certain types of materials good for washing and how to identify which style each cushion was. After a short demonstration, JayR walked with us throughout the store and was very informative of how certain furniture gave a style and appeal to what our place looked like. He was great at sharing his experiences with what he had purchased previously and how he chose certain items. It was great to know that he wasn’t trying to sell us things we did not want. For a short time, JayR left us alone to decide and told us to think about it and suggested we leave and measure our place to make certain we had enough space for the furniture to fit. We love the fact that we didn’t feel like hostages or rushed into a sale at the establishment. We did return and purchased the item without a hiccup. We did find a piece as we left and JayR told us he could help us out even though we already purchased the previous item. We opted that our purchase was great. We wanted to acknowledge that overall, it was a great experience with JayR and Ashley furniture. They helped us with costing and processing this investment. It is hard to find a comfortable buying environment/ambience these days and Ashley furniture provided that along with quality service and items.

Angela greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and made our experience seamless. She quickly understood my style and matched me with the most comfortable and beautiful set of furniture I could’ve asked for. Amazing experience from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier! Find Angela if you’re looking for furniture of any kind!!

Do not order any furniture here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a couch on October 9th!! And still haven’t received it. They have been giving me the runaround’s telling me multiple dates of when it will come in then changing the dates without communicating with me. Save your money and go to Macy’s!! customer service and experience is way better. I’m big on customer service and I’ve told all my clients about what a horrible experience it has been. Do better!!!

My mom and I were furniture shopping for her because she just move to Atlanta and we bumped into Ty. Ty is truly amazing, she was easy to speak with and even though she was doing her job and securing a sale it did not feel that way. We truly felt helped and understood. Furniture was beautiful & the movers that brought it in were great and very considerate.

I order a table about 2-3 months ago. When it arrived, the leg looked like a rat had tried chewing through it in the warehouse. They shipped a replacement leg which was also defective - screw holes not in the right place and unable to attach to the table. They shipped a 3rd leg now, waiting to see if I will finally have a functional piece of furniture. They offered to refurbish the original leg - I paid full price for a new table, not a used or refurbished one. The technicians that keep having to come to the house to deal with this have all been great and understanding. But there is a serious lack of quality inspection where these pieces are being made. Never again will I purchase through Ashley.

My experiences at the store and with the salesmen were excellent. Likewise, we are very pleased with the sofa. HOWEVER, the delivery service was horrendous. They kept moving the delivery time all day, and then when they finally came, they were surly and rude. They clearly told us they do NOT work for Ashley. I think you should rethink your delivery service contract. I hesitate to buy from Ashley again because of the delivery.

Store staff and customer service was excellent! Delivery was a terrible experience but Ashley uses a third party service, so I don’t blame them … and they did everything they could on their side to make it right.

It took 45 days to deliver and it was not assembled properly when it arrived. All around unpleasant experience

Two months later and still haven't received all my furniture.

They had nice furniture and a desk I wanted with a chair. I purchased them together and comes my first criticism. They do not have official movers for the company. They offered a third party out of pocket mover that was expensive. They also didn't have the chair in stock and told me I would have to go to a warehouse in East Point GA to get it. I went down there and was told they didn't have it and wouldn't for a month. So 1.5 hrs of driving wasted. I will say I brought this up with the onsite manager and she was able to get the chair shipped to my door that week. So good customer service and furniture but some meh quirks.

I recently had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Kaylee. She was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding my husband and I through the various options without any pressure. Avoid at all cost and do not use their financing. Long story short, relocated out here to the Area, purchased $9,000 in furniture and used the no interest financing because why not, free financing. Fast forward a few weeks everything is delivered and looking great but the Coffee Table came with the wrong Glass rendering it unusable. Three Technicians and 2 "parts deliveries" later and they still keep delivering the wrong piece of Glass. I begged Ashley to stop the nonsense, take the table back and give me my money back. At this point they had spent more in service visits than the table was worth. They refused, they won't take items back. Again I repeat, if you buy something and it gets delivered to you, at that point good luck, they absolutely will not refund you even if the item is broken, incomplete or incorrect. So at this point I file a dispute with the CC company showing all the valid info, 3 tech visits, multiple shipments, multiple pictures. Heck Ashley Furniture's records even show the the product is not correct. As expected since the Credit car company is a part of Ashley, after 3 months they denied my dispute to get my money back for this unusable table giving absolutely zero reasons why. So now I'm paying for a stupid unusable coffee table. It's disappointing, you would think there reputation and word of mouth advertising is worth taking back a cheep coffee table that was delivered unusable. I'm confident in the end they lose more money in revenue than simply taking the table back was worth. Attached photos showing the top glass which should be larger and was never delivered and me now having 3 of the bottom (smaller) glass because they keep ordering and sending the wrong part. Showing this to confirm this is a valid 1 star review and not just some unsatisfied customer.

I came here to window shop and was greeted warmly by the sales rep Tye. She showed me around the different sections and provided advice when I asked. I like people who are helpful but not too pushy to make a sale - this is exactly what I got here. The store itself offers both traditional and modern collection so I am sure I will buy something soon. But the reason for the 5 star is the genuine concern the staff has for their customers. I somehow managed to lose my phone in the shop somewhere and reached out to Tye if she could help. She immediately started searching with me and continuously called my cell to see if we could hear it ringing somewhere. She told other employees to look for it and I could see a couple other staff genuinely looking for it. Finally after 5-10 mins, she found my phone on one of the chairs I was trying out earlier. It was a moment of great relief for me. I thank the staff and specially Tye for making time for their customers concern.

Great selection of sectionals to choose from and great prices at the Piedmont Atlanta location! I had the pleasure of working with Sales Rep, Tye. She was awesome and patient while I made my decision. Even when I told her I had one more store to go to before I decide, she didn't ask where I was going but nicely gave me her card and ask that I ask for her if I come back. Also, great discount when getting the Protection Plan. Next time I got to Ashley I will be asking for Tye!

Product is great service was great. However DO NOT use Acima leasing it is a complete and utter scam and they tricked me and my roommate into paying thousands more than what the item actually costs. I just came into the Ashley Furniture store at 2535 Piedmont Road in Atlanta and was immediately harassed by an employee. I regret not getting his name, but he was an older bald, Black man wearing glasses. (edit: I saw from another review his name is Mr. Stillman) When I walked in, he greeted me to which I responded warmly. He asked if I was looking for anything specific and I said no. He then replies "well you're in my home away from home, etc" I kindly reiterated that I was just browsing and I even thanked him for offering his assistance. As I'm walking away thinking this encounter is over, he says "so what's your name?" Which made me feel extremely uncomfortable, but I told him anyhow. I guess he didn't hear me because I was walking away from him so then he says to me, "are you just not a nice person?" Which instantly pissed me off, so I said something along the lines of "excuse me?" And he continued Insulting me so I said why don’t I just leave and he says “go ahead, you walked into my establishment" . But I knew full well he didn't own nor run this store (I’ve worked in sales and managers are seldom ever disrespectful and unprofessional to this extent), I then asked for the manager and he stood there harassing me further, speaking under his breath behind the manager as I explained the situation to him. I was so flustered at this point trying to explain to the manager how weird and bizarre this experience is. The manager then tells me I can browse the store on my own if I want, and I tried to look around after that but I was just too worked up. I have had the longest day of my life today. NOT that it matters because even if I hadn't, I didn't deserve to be harassed. I simply wanted to browse the store to find furniture for my new place. That's it. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this Ashley Furniture location, but ESPECIALLY if you are a woman and you are alone because I believe that is the only reason I was spoken to this way and treated this way. At a certain point, I don’t even think this was about wanting to make commission, I think his inflated ego could not accept the fact I did not want to engage in conversation with him. This man lacks self awareness, cannot read social cues and is flat out obnoxious and disrespectful. I would be terrified of a man like this on the streets because he was so aggressive. I will never return. I did not deserve this.

Everyone at the Piedmont Atlanta, GA store was incredibly helpful, but De’Angelo is in a class of his own. I would definitely recommend going to see him personally. The Ashley store made a good choice when they hired De’Angelo!

I recently visited Ashley looking for a couch after moving to Georgia without any furniture. Kaylee greeted me warmly the moment I walked in and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. As a first-time furniture buyer, I was indecisive, but she patiently guided me, answering all my questions. During our conversation, I mentioned needing a mattress, and she introduced me to the Tempur-Pedic—trying it out was amazing! I needed to measure for the couch before making a final decision, and Kaylee was very understanding. She gave me her contact info and, even though she was off on the day I said I could come back, promised to be there to assist me. True to her word, she greeted me with the same warm smile and helped me secure both the couch and mattress. The customer service at this Ashley location was exceptional, and I’ll definitely return for future furniture needs.

Ashley furniture is trash no quality at all

I can to this location to look for a sofa for my first apartment and Kaylee was super helpful. She made sure I could find something in my price range that I really liked. It took me a couple weeks to make a decision and she was very patient and accommodating.

NEVER EVER SHOP WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE I came back to leave another review because after I had my great experience with Chrissy in store, I had a slew of inconveniences that have caused me stress and calling out of work multiple days. From having my furniture put together only to have to call them back the same day because it was done incorrectly, to having the wrong furniture delivered to me and even them delivering the correct furniture to an address that i had NEVER given them. It’s been issue after issue and countless times of me following up to get these issues resolved when the issues were always their fault. I was supposed to receive a call from customer service multiple times, but have never been contacted and have to had to waste my own time and follow up myself. I would never suggest anyone shop with Ashley because of all the things I had to experience and the lack of concern I’ve gotten from the teams.

I bought bedroom set from Ashly 3 weeks ago. They didn’t deliver everything at the same time. They delivered mirror for three times and it was broken. After they delivered bed. The bed headboard, side rail and bed-frame have dent and they didn’t install the bed-frame properly. I called customer service, they send technician and he saw everything and put the request to re-build the bed, they didn’t approve it because they think it’s not necessary. They don’t care about customer service I spend $3000 and received cheap poor quality product and horrible customer service. I will never buy furniture from Ashley.

Do yourself a favor and just order from Amazon or ANYWHERE ELSE, you’ll have a better experience for sure! I ordered a bed and nightstands from the store for a spare room because I didnt want to spend a crazy amount for a bed frame that wasnt in frequent use. Went into the store and worked with Johnny…..he was the only pleasant part of the experience!!! Three weeks later the frame and nightstands get delivered……the delivery people literally couldn't find a clue if it was in front of them. They fumbled to put the bed together, left whole pieces entirely off the bed and started drilling holes in the nightstands that weren't needed. I really started to question the intelligence of this team when they kept drilling holes in the nightstands and telling me “For some reason the legs wont stay on”. It took me about two seconds to walk in and without seeing the directions to know that they weren’t using the provided threading screws on the backend to hold the legs in place. They then go “oh wow, yea we have never put this bed together”…… INSTRUCTIONS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM! I then told them that i would like nightstands that havnt been drilled and would like them to take them back and they said “You can keep these until the new ones come and they will take the old ones once delivered” I said ok and they said they would make a note and left………when I tell this furniture would break if it was moved an Inch in either direction that is not an exaggeration. I filled a complaint with the team and spoke to Emma their store manager who was of literally NO HELP! They sent out a technician to look at the furniture and place a support beam that the previous team just thought the bed could do without and he said they would send another technician for the nightstands. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE DELIVERY AND I STILL HAVE DEFECTIVE FURNITURE. Now the team wont replace the nightstands and wont allow me to return them saying “A Technician needs to be dispatched to see if they can be brought to standard” I don't know about you but when I buy something new I expect NEW, not damaged and not refurbished. Apparently this is an issue they have often with their delivery team so no matter how great your experience in store, be warned they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and an incompetent delivery service. Save yourself the hassle and time and just spend the extra money to get something from a real store that values customer service or order from Amazon who has a generous return policy and way better customer service. This store and Ashley Home Furniture IS A JOKE!!!

Horrible customer service in store and by Ashely's delivery team. I purchased 6 items in store. Of the 6, I never received 2 items and the 3rd item was attempted to be delivered to 2 times and broke both times! Ashely ended up canceling the item without even notifying me about it. In addition, the delivery team made a huge mess when delivering a few of the larger items, I found plastic and bubble wrap all over the street. I've had a bad experience with Ashely and would never shop there again.

Order cancellations 1 day prior to delivery, twice. Damaged goods on receivership of goods, twice. Redelivery 1 week later. In-store promise of call enquiring about sideboard availablity, no call. So many poor customer experience points. Can overlook couple bad experiences, but to have a string of constant poor practices led to this review. Would not recommend this company. We'll be shopping elsewhere in future. Poor show Ashley.

Ashley Home Buckhead had exactly what we were looking for in a comfy couch. JayR, our sales guy, was friendly, patient, easy to work with and asked us questions to make sure our purchase was complete for us.

I purchased a coffee table it arrived damaged they tried to repair it 4 different times and now waiting for the 5 th time to fix it. It has been 7 weeks since I purchased and it is still damaged. Ashley took off only 70 dollars for my inconvenience I WILL NEVER IN LIFE PURCHASE ANYTHIMG FROM ASHLEY AGAIN!!!!!! MY FAMILY WILL NOT EITHER ALSO SENT A LETTER TO BBB

Horrible and I mean horrible experience! Chrissy was wonderful and great at helping my husband and I choose the furniture that complimented my vision. That’s all that was great! I purchased over $6000 worth of various furniture pieces. Most items were pushed back for delivery, some of them several times. I even took a day off work, which I informed them of in hopes of working with their delivery schedule and still did not get everything that was promised. I had to play phone tag back and forth with representatives via the phone number provided and the managers at the physical store location. They even tried to charge me extra for a second delivery when I refused one of my tables because pieces were missing. Why would I take pieces of a table that can not be utilized? Then, I was told that I would receive a military discount and did not receive that either. I tried to contact corporate, but I’ve been getting the runaround there as well. The furniture I chose is nice and appears to be of decent quality, but I will never go back due to the horrific experience.

Chrissy made our day and helped make our living room complete. She helped us find deals - there's no one better. Hard to find genuine sales people - she's a gem. Get to Ashley's, find Chrissy and get your life!!!

The experience of going to the store was pretty good. The agents really helped out. I got help from a few and all were helpful. In the end when I put the order, some other agent came and beat the agents that helped me with the order. So, just to do service to agents working hard there, I would suggest you ask for the agent you worked with so they would earn their share while putting the order. Technically all agents there should be trained to ask the existing customer who they were working with so it's also an improvement from the store side. But in all, good experience selecting the sofa. The agents really help break down the dimensions of the sofa and what would work with the size of the door and what not. Definitely worth a visit if you are considering to buy a sofa.

I never write reviews but I've had a horrible experience with Ashley furniture overall. My representative, Angela was helpful as she patiently helped my husband and I find the bedroom set that will fit our needs. We just got married and so needed something that will suite our family better. This is the ONLY reason for 2 stars. At the start of delivery everything thing went down hill with service. The techs delivered the furniture but told us the warehouse did not pack the hardware. So they said they had to move on to their next job and for us to call customer service to send someone else out for the set up. Furthermore, when they left we realized they had not added the mirror to the dresser and the drawer to the bed was off track. We made the call and spoke to the person who set us up. My husband called customer service while I called our initial dispatch person who worked with the techs. So my husband got from the customer service line that they would not someone come out until a week later. This was unacceptable seeing that it was an error done by the warehouse or whoever. However, our dispatch lady said she worked it to get us someone the next day. We appreciated her sense of urgency as we had to now go get blow up beds. However, the next day when I didn't get a text with a delivery time I called around 11:30am. I was told again by our dispatch person that someone will call us with a time. Still no call, so by 3:30pm I called again and could not get her even when I gave her name. Someone from the Customer Service line said we were not scheduled for that day, it was the next day. Super frustrated I went back and forth with facts about the situation but accepted that it was now end of day. So today (the delivery date) I called and was told there was nothing on the schedule. I escalated to a manager and was told I would get a call back. The customer service line sounds like it could be with a team in India (and I'm not being funny but didn't think they were local) so I called the store and tried to reach Angela or a manager there. I left message for a manager and texted Angela my frustration. Angela and her manager called me back and said that since my request was made already I had to wait for a call back. I could hear Angela's manager walk away and told her to say to me "someone will call me back". I feel that Angela and the dispatch lady ( I believe her name is Angelica) hands were tied. They tried and I do not blame them for what happened. However, this experience overall has been horrible.Not even management cares about the service delivered to clients. She didn't even take a moment to hear my concern, she simply saw the notes briefly and moved on. Well, in the meantime the customer service supervisor called back and and told me that even today was not on the schedule but has me booked me for Tuesday. She said she can do a $50 credit. I'm sorry but that is nothing compared to everything that has happened and the money we have spent. I told her to please send me the e-mail confirmation b/c both my husband and I are not happy with the service and do not have faith that it has been scheduled. I'm really hoping that something changes internally in the company for all parties to be on one accord. It feels like the dispatchers, retail store, customer service center, and management are all separate and no one really wants to ensure that the client is happy.

Walked in and was genuinely and warmly greeted by Jay R. I knew what I was looking for, we looked, found and had a purchase rather quickly. He saved me some money (more than they offer online) and was very helpful and informative during the whole process.

06/23/2024 Johnny did a great job helping us find the couch for us. For a newer employee he knew the products very well. He was attentive and energetic without being too attentive and or salesy. He even helped a customer locate her lost purse while we were there. The only con was that the restrooms here were some of the worst public restrooms I've ever seen.

Bought a sofa from Jay R and had a good experiences. No hard sales tactics. Very easy to work with. They manufacturer their own products. No Rooms to Go model. The purchase process took a few minutes. Would recommend them and do business with them again.

Angela is great! She helped order a couch on 5/30 for delivery on the 6/5. When the couch came it was stained. Angela helped me find another couch quickly and was able to secure fast delivery.

Kendall in the store was beyond helpful. After that everything went down hill. I was called Multiple times before delivery to change the date due to push backs. When i was called they didn’t know how to find my order number. As an homeowner who has had multiple services done to my house this is the worst experience ever. The driver called eleven minutes before they came. When they came in I asked them to put on shoe covers that i provided and received an attitude. They were very verbal on expressing how much they didn’t know what they were doing, how the couch was supposed to go, and how much they wanted to get it over with. When the door was halfway open, and a random man walked into my house and started conversing and greeting both of the delivery drivers. I thought he was another person from the store but he wasn’t. While the delivery drivers and the random man were conversing like he didn’t invade my privacy, i asked the man who are in my house. He said he was one of their brothers and stopped by because he saw their truck. It is such a safety hazard that the driver didn’t dismiss his brother and say i’ll contact you. I didn’t receive a half apology from anyone until i said never to do that again. If my spouse wasn’t home there would’ve been three men in my house, one who was welcomed by your delivery driver in MY house. this experience has traumatized me and i don’t know if that random man might come back to my house.

Fine experience in store and after waiting 2 weeks, found out the day before our delivery only half of our order was ready. Will have to take a second day off work to schedule delivery for other half. Customer service was unhelpful to share any explanation. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with this experience- would not recommend.

I originally went in with my cousin who purchased furniture from her from that experience I went out of my way to come back to her when I was ready to purchase my table and chairs set. Chrissy is fantastic!

We walked in and were greeted by a pleasant young man who introduced himself as Kendall. He asked us how could he help, walked us to exactly what we were looking for. Then, he took time to explain the nuances of the sofa sleeper selection, before leaving us to meander on our own. Unfortunately, we were unable to make a purchase with Kendall because we needed the sofa sleeper for an aging parent, located in Jacksonville, FL. When we asked about price matching, Kendall most politely let us know why it wasn’t possible. His response was so logical and polite, it prompted me to write this review! Upon realizing that he couldn’t help us, he continued on as pleasant as before. I was impressed with Kendall’s service, kindness and authenticity. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort level of the sofas! I had previously sworn off shopping at Ashley, because even though the furniture looked good, it was consistently rigid and uncomfortable..in several different cities! Yesterday though, my friend found the perfect sofa sleeper for Dad while shopping online…at Ashley! Not wanting to deter her and hoping perhaps, Ashley had leveled up in the comfort department, I drove her to Ashley and said let’s at least try them out in person. Much to my delight, every sofa we sat on was very very comfortable, like seriously comfortable. Kudos to Ashley for getting it 5star right, in comfort and service. I walked in with a skeptical but open mind, and walked out with a very different perspective. 5 stars!

I purchased a sofa from this store on Memorial Day sale, I check the same sofa in store was different that was actually good that has more firm and the seats of the sofa is not moved , but i got a low firm sofa and I always adjust the seats before seating on the sofa.. vey hectic to me.. my bad I didn’t check the return policy before purchasing the sofa

Poor service experience with defective coffee tables. Horrible in-store customer service manager who leans only on fine print and bureaucracy of "no return" policies (in spite of their shabby treatment). The manager took no ownership, only knows how to push back and hide behind policies to frustrate customers. Had to call escalations at HQ to get any remediation. Stay away from this pathetic excuse of a business! .... And NO I will not be emailing you anything as a follow-up based on this feedback since you couldn't be bothered being decent to start with.

Johnny Saale was exceptionally patient and helpful during our very lengthy first visit, during follow-up phone calls and text messages, and during our final visit when we finalized and placed our furniture order a month after our initial visit. Each customer has different needs and furniture style preferences. Johnny Saale is friendly, always smiling and has great people instincts. He was able to recommend furniture selections to suit our individual style preferences, and to fit well into our condo’s space limitations. If you’re thinking of shopping here, DON’T!! You’ll have a much better experience buying a used car. Right down to the, “Wait here while I go talk to my manager.”!! Seriously— the guy “helping” me got into an unrelated, verbal argument with another employee right in front of me. He was rude and had no respect whatsoever for my time. If time had not been of the essence for me on this purchase, I would have walked out and spent my money anywhere else. Amazing experience here! I walked in with a few ideas of what I wanted and Chrissy immediately knew exactly what I would like and was looking for, AND how to fit my budget! She never pushed me to buy something if I was unsure of it, which I really appreciated. But if I had any questions or needed something to match a specific piece of furniture, she always knew exactly what the space needed! I can't even speak to their customer service because no one got off of their phones or came from behind the desk to even speak when I walked in. I found the couch set we wanted. I'm prepared to purchase now. But I refuse to spend money at a location where a customer can walk in and not even get a simple hello, or a how may we help you. Your phone cannot be that interesting that you ignore your customers.

Salesperson was friendly, and we were able to get all the furniture we needed, but did not disclose that we were applying for a credit card in order to secure financing. This is extremely misleading and could have severe financial consequences for someone with low credit, or people affected by regulations surrounding financial partnerships. Ashley needs to be more transparent about their financing practices.

Beautiful store nice quality merchandise. My issue is the sales supervisor was not open to a price match of a $200 difference from a cash paying customer. So they missed out on a sale over a $200 difference. So me, I’m just going to the other store and I get to save $200 and get my merchandise same day instead of 2 weeks. Ashley Furniture management team you should always be open to negotiating especially with something as small as $200. A $1800 total compared to a $1600 total

Kendall and the in store shopping experience was great. Everything after that was a disaster. The particular items I ordered were not on the sales floor, I only saw it online. Unfortunately once I received the chair and ottoman it was not a true black like pictured. I reached out to customer service to return the chair and they said everything purchased in the store is FINAL SALE. My chair and ottoman were delayed over a month past the original delivery date. They called to reschedule the delivery date 4 times which was a HUGE inconvenience. I asked for compensation for the delay in delivery and they said the date given is an “estimate” and there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service is an understatement. I’ll never shop with this company again and I’ll make sure I tell my friends and family. Spend your money we’re your business is valued.

UPDATE (12/28/23): I'm here to update my review because the horrible experience keeps getting worse. As of now, I've been informed that only the chairs I bought will be delivered on Dec 30th. The table won't arrive until after New Year's Eve. This completely ruins my plans for that night, in addition to everything else that has already been affected. Why on Earth (or should I say, in Hell) did Ashley provide delivery dates they couldn't possibly meet? The warehouse informs me they don't have the item in stock and claim there's nothing they can do. The store blames the warehouse for failing to communicate that the items were out of stock. How disorganized and disconnected can departments within the same company be? Ultimately, both departments pass the problem back and forth, and as a consumer, I bear the brunt of it. I not only feel I'll never set foot in that store again but also strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Ashley. The seemingly attractive prices and smooth talk are not worth the trouble that follows. Firstly, the discrepancy between the information provided by your sales representative and the actual services offered was disconcerting. Despite initial assurances of inclusive delivery and assembly within the displayed prices, I was dismayed to find an unexpected $199 delivery fee added during the final transaction. Moreover, the assurance of a specified delivery date of December 27th was altered without prior notice, causing considerable inconvenience. The option to expedite receipt by personally collecting items from your warehouse, as suggested by your salesperson, proved to be misleading, with conflicting information emerging later about the actual availability for pick-up. This sequence of misinformation was further exacerbated when the promised delivery on the 27th was later rescheduled to the 30th, substantially affecting my plans, including a special celebration for my child's birthday and upcoming gatherings during the New Year. Darrell and his team delivered my furniture, were prompt, so polite and kept me updated when they were on their way. They set up the furniture and shared instructions that were helpful. They also performed a Christmas miracle, providing same day delivery service when I had to choose a replacement couch for one that was back ordered.
