My experience ordering from Ashley has been awful for multiple reasons. I purchased a bedframe in store on 10/9/25. The initial delivery was scheduled for 10/15. The first delivery attempt, the wrong feet were sent with the bed so they could not assemble anything yet, so I just had a headboard, footboard, and the storage drawers sitting on my floor. The second delivery was scheduled for 10/22, the time window for which was something like 11:30-2:30pm. The truck arrived at about 3:30pm. The correct feet were then installed, only to find out there was a whole other portion of parts that were never delivered at all, aka all the fillings and rails that attach the main outer portions together. So again I’m left with a pile of bedframe parts that cannot be put together. I called the store to rectify the situation and have the other parts sent. When I spoke to the salesman who originally made the sale on 10/9 and I informed him that there were parts missing I was told “that’s not possible” and given another number to call. About 3 transfers and holds later I finally got a nice lady named Tonya on the phone. This poor woman took the time to pull up the parts sheet on the phone with me and individually order every peg, screw, slat, and rail that was not initially included in my order. 47 minutes later we had ordered what we thought was everything missing. Shout out to Tonya, at least she put some real effort in to try to help me. Then today on 10/30 the final delivery was scheduled. Most everything was in order, except there are STILL pieces missing. There are feet that support the middle portion of the (very heavy) bedframe that were STILL not delivered. And today I was told they would ship the final feet at an undetermined later date. Which leaves me with a partially assembled bedframe that can’t support any weight. I am a single woman working regular daytime hours during the week with extremely limited time off. I have also been sleeping on the floor in my living room for 3 weeks and still have no final product and no definitive delivery date for (what I hope are) the final parts. Also no efforts were made to refund the hefty “white glove” delivery fee despite this being a fantastically unsatisfactory delivery process. Overall, I am incredibly frustrated and unhappy with my experience. I would not order from Ashley furniture again if they were giving it away for free.

Easy to work with, understood value, and were willing to make a deal. One lamp missing a shade knob up top, they discounted both lamps. Will shop again. Ask for Derrick!

The message I sent the rep who sold the furniture to me in Buckhead… stay clear. The customer service is below sub standard. While I appreciate your professionalism and attempt help with my situation, I’ve never encountered such inefficient customer service than I have with Ashley. I’m so sorry I used Synchrony when I should have used AMEX because I would be disputing payment in a second. I spent almost $7000 in your store and was going to purchase a dining room suite next but I absolutely will not do that after what I’m going thru to be made whole by your company. The protection plan I purchased is worthless. I’m out here begging for a non defective piece of furniture and your company could care less. I thought you should know because believe me.. there will be a review and it will not be flattering. I’m so tired of the ridiculous chat bot feature and no one, and I mean no one helping.
