Extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture – Atlanta, GA. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!! I paid $2,464.97 for a sectional and an additional $289.99 for a 5-year protection plan. What should have been simple turned into repeated delays and broken promises. Delivery was delayed, then I was encouraged to pick up the furniture from the warehouse with the assurance that the delivery fee would be refunded — it never was. When I arrived, only one piece of the sectional was available, and I had to wait another two weeks for the missing section. After complaining in store, the manager (Tammie) promised a discount on the sectional and a refund of the delivery fee, both to be automatically credited back to my card. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither was honored. To make matters worse, a zipper broke under normal use, and the expensive protection plan was denied, claiming the issue wasn’t covered. Poor communication, false promises, and no accountability. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. ⭐ One star — because zero isn’t an option.

Main issues: Delivery delays initially communicated as an additional 2 weeks. I was offered the option to pick up the furniture at the warehouse with the promise that the delivery fee would be refunded — this refund was never issued. Upon arrival at the warehouse, only one section was available; the second piece was missing, requiring an additional 2-week wait. I filed a complaint at the store, where the manager Tammie verbally promised a discount on the sectional price plus a refund of the delivery fee, both to be automatically credited to my card. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither promise was honored. Immediate defect: a broken zipper under normal use. The $289.99 protection plan was denied, claiming this issue was not covered. Ashley Furniture shows a complete lack of accountability: false promises, incomplete and defective products, and a useless “protection plan.” I strongly recommend avoiding this brand altogether. There are far better options with honest service. 1 star, only because I have to.

Quez and Kisha took great care of us. If you’re local to the Cumberland store and are having a hard time picturing the layout you need, go see Quez. He got a plastic model out to show me multiple (LIKE A DOZEN) layouts so we could get the right one for our house. Quez and Kisha stayed late to get the sale right for us. Thank you Quez!!

We loved our experience at this store, Brandon Burks was our guy and was fantastic. We purchased an entire bedroom suite from them and will be coming back to get more in the future! Great staff and management here!

Horrible experience at this specific location. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of Franz, he was actually trying his best to get us checked out and accommodate us. Meanwhile all the managers and everyone else were very rude and racist. We were the only Latinos there. We were waiting more than 2 hours to checkout. We were trying to pay in cash and no one wanted to do take it and count it. Then something with their system happened and we couldn’t pay with card. Franz was trying his best to get someone to help him out but no one was listening to him. Mind you, we were trying to buy two bed frames with their night stand and two mattresses that were not cheap. So to all my Latino community, please do not shop at this location. The worst experience we’ve had so far.
