Terrible experience. Waited 6 weeks for furniture to get delivered after expecting it to come sooner. They bring the bedroom pieces in and tell me that it’s dirty. I saw there were several big black marks, that was odd because it was in plastic and a box. I asked could it be cleaned they said no and that they were taking it back. I said well that’s unfortunate I waited wks and ya’ll had to carry it up here. The guy says no worries it’s his new bed, I asked what he meant and he said furniture that’s returned they get to keep. So instead of him concerned I didn’t get my order he was happy he got a new bed. And kept talking about “his” bed. I spoke back and forth with customer service and they said they could have another bed out in a few days. I was curious how that could happen if the first one took 6 wks. They showed up again 4 days later. The guy came in to make sure it could get up the stairs, I told him it could because they just did a few days ago but took it back because it was dirty. He said well it’s gone be dirty, I said huh? He said it’s out the box and we been putting our hands on it, I said so why would I want dirty furniture and why is it not wrapped up at all. I go to look in the truck and it’s the exact same furniture that was even dirtier because it had been tossed around the truck. They led me to believe I was getting a new set and instead gave me the same one without even having the decent to wrap it in anything. It even had tears in the back, it look used. Keep in mind I spent $3,123. Wasted 7 weeks waiting for furniture to end up with nothing and got played with like I didn’t spend my hard earned money. Never purchasing from Ashley’s again!

After reading several reviews I was initially skeptical to go with Ashley Furniture but I must admit I was pleasantly pleased with our purchase and the delivery. Our Sales Associate Franz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The furniture is very sturdy. And the delivery crew was exceptional. They called ahead of time, they put our table together in record speed and they even offered to place the furniture pads we bought under each furniture piece to avoid scratches to our new floors. I visited a couple of the Ashley locations but the Cumberland store was the most friendly and most professional. The manager was very personable when I initially walked in the store and I will always remember that. I will definitely be revisiting for future purchases.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever endured with a purchase. I used thier online store to purchase a King bed frame, queen bedroom, 2 twin frames and a dresser. The day of delivery, I waited at the home from 3-7pm (the window given), however, no one showed up. I contacted the driver attached to the order and was told he had two more stops ahead of me and would be delayed by 2-3hrs. Why did I have to call to be updated that they commitment was not being met. No way was I waiting to have strange men in my home at 10pm..I called customer service to seek a resolve with ask of next day delivery. The circus of speaking with online customer was horrible. I was told they would create a ticket and get back to me, which they never did. I called again the next morning and was told a ticket was created. 2mins later I get a call saying delivery was 22mins away. The home is a rental. I had to rush to dress and speed to get there. I beat them there. Upon arrive they refused to carry beds upstairs and assemble even though I paid for white glove service. I showed them the receipt but was told to take it up with Ashley and they left. This was on July 12th. I have called Ashley atleast 10 times,.each time being told its been escalated. No one has contacted me and I lost money as my tenant were delayed moving in while I found someone to complete assembly. I plan to reach out to an attorney about breech of contract.
