We loved our experience at this store, Brandon Burks was our guy and was fantastic. We purchased an entire bedroom suite from them and will be coming back to get more in the future! Great staff and management here!

Customer service needs to improve big time.

Horrible experience at this specific location. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of Franz, he was actually trying his best to get us checked out and accommodate us. Meanwhile all the managers and everyone else were very rude and racist. We were the only Latinos there. We were waiting more than 2 hours to checkout. We were trying to pay in cash and no one wanted to do take it and count it. Then something with their system happened and we couldn’t pay with card. Franz was trying his best to get someone to help him out but no one was listening to him. Mind you, we were trying to buy two bed frames with their night stand and two mattresses that were not cheap. So to all my Latino community, please do not shop at this location. The worst experience we’ve had so far.

Stop by the store today and unfortunately it wasn’t the greatest experience. The first salesman checked on me multiple times which was fine but definitely made me feel rushed then when I decided to make a purchase and he put my phone number in the system, he immediately said that my credit card had been canceled. I then challenged that because I didn’t think it was accurate and when I called the Ashley Furniture credit card. It was in fact not canceled. If I would’ve listened to him, I would’ve applied for a new credit card which would’ve Negatively impacted me. Then he wasn’t able to look me up in the system so he gave me to another associate. That associate then told me that I couldn’t finance more then six months so then I again challenged it and it was actually 12 months. Overall, I just didn’t feel like the two that I worked with were extremely educated on Ashley Furniture policy and procedure. The second associate was able to help me, but overall, it wasn’t the greatest experience. It was easier for me to come home and order things off of Wayfair at a better price. I did get two chairs, but unfortunately, they won’t be arriving until November from Ashley. Which I find insane!

Ordered an adjustable base + bed on 8/24/25 for delivery 9/2/25 for $3,796.91 of which $299.99 was specifically for “White Glove Delivery Service.” Delivery men said there was no hardware to put the bed together and someone else would have to come out days later to put my bed together. They also told me Ashley Furniture only gives them 15-minutes to complete “white glove delivery service” including putting the bed together. It is now 9/14/25 and no one has come to bring the hardware and finish putting my bed together. It is a dangerous hazard climbing in and out of the bed, and I have a young child who has been hurt 4 times trying to get in my bed as well. I call the 1-800# but get hung up on by the “virtual assistant Ashley” chatbot. I cannot get ahold of a live human being. The text message is a Jenny chatbot as well. I have asked for a manager to call me. Nothing but crickets! At this point, refund me the $299.99 white glove delivery service fee, and give me the hardware for my bed so I can find someone else to finish putting it together. I purchased this bed 21 days ago and I regret it! I should have read the “lowest ratings” reviews on Google instead of the “newest” Google reviews. They said their truck broke down Fri 9/5 when they were supposed to bring the hardware, then claimed they were coming 9/6 with the hardware and to finish putting my bed together. It is now Sunday 9/14/25 and no response, no hardware, no update, no respect, nothing! They also left trash and random pieces of wood and styrofoam all on my floor, plus a huge box full of something else against my room wall by the door which is another huge eyesore and hazard as well. Their automated chatbots and ai-technology integration are useless trash! I will NEVER EVER order anything from this company ever again! This service is subpar, substandard, deplorable, extremely frustrating and disappointing!

We came in looking for a couch. Quez noticed and helped us find the perfect one, perfect plans. and Kisha, the manager helped us find tables AND, they both did a bed fitting for us. So long story short, these amazing people helped us save, while finding everythingggg we needed and wanted!! For a better price than expected. They are both very well-informed of the policies, merchandise, and alternatives. We are extremely grateful for their above-and-beyond service and WILL be back. Highly recommend this location, and these associates if possible. You won’t regret it!

Quez is great, helped me out with a little science.

I ordered a single ottoman and was given 0 Communication regarding delivery, no updates after 2 weeks, 3 phone calls from me to them with 0 progress. I will not be a returning customer at Ashley Furniture. EDIT: Jeremy was incredibly helpful in helping me receive the furniture after all of the issues, I’m told it is a very uncommon occurrence, but it was still a headache getting just an ottoman!

Had a wonderful experience sofa shopping this afternoon at Ashley. Quez was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. Definitely recommend this location!

Terrible experience!!!!! I went to buy a bed, and the saleswoman took hours to finish the purchase in their system. She never checked if the bed was actually available in storage, and she lied saying it was. I spent my entire Saturday waiting for the delivery, but it never arrived. I called multiple times and nobody helped me. I had to go back to the store, where they took a picture of my payment receipt and said they would contact the billing department and get back to me. They never contacted me back. Today I called another number, and they told me they never even had this product in stock and that it will only be available again in a month and a half! This store sells products they don’t have and misleads customers. Stay away from this place!

Terrible experience. Waited 6 weeks for furniture to get delivered after expecting it to come sooner. They bring the bedroom pieces in and tell me that it’s dirty. I saw there were several big black marks, that was odd because it was in plastic and a box. I asked could it be cleaned they said no and that they were taking it back. I said well that’s unfortunate I waited wks and ya’ll had to carry it up here. The guy says no worries it’s his new bed, I asked what he meant and he said furniture that’s returned they get to keep. So instead of him concerned I didn’t get my order he was happy he got a new bed. And kept talking about “his” bed. I spoke back and forth with customer service and they said they could have another bed out in a few days. I was curious how that could happen if the first one took 6 wks. They showed up again 4 days later. The guy came in to make sure it could get up the stairs, I told him it could because they just did a few days ago but took it back because it was dirty. He said well it’s gone be dirty, I said huh? He said it’s out the box and we been putting our hands on it, I said so why would I want dirty furniture and why is it not wrapped up at all. I go to look in the truck and it’s the exact same furniture that was even dirtier because it had been tossed around the truck. They led me to believe I was getting a new set and instead gave me the same one without even having the decent to wrap it in anything. It even had tears in the back, it look used. Keep in mind I spent $3,123. Wasted 7 weeks waiting for furniture to end up with nothing and got played with like I didn’t spend my hard earned money. Never purchasing from Ashley’s again!

After reading several reviews I was initially skeptical to go with Ashley Furniture but I must admit I was pleasantly pleased with our purchase and the delivery. Our Sales Associate Franz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The furniture is very sturdy. And the delivery crew was exceptional. They called ahead of time, they put our table together in record speed and they even offered to place the furniture pads we bought under each furniture piece to avoid scratches to our new floors. I visited a couple of the Ashley locations but the Cumberland store was the most friendly and most professional. The manager was very personable when I initially walked in the store and I will always remember that. I will definitely be revisiting for future purchases.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever endured with a purchase. I used thier online store to purchase a King bed frame, queen bedroom, 2 twin frames and a dresser. The day of delivery, I waited at the home from 3-7pm (the window given), however, no one showed up. I contacted the driver attached to the order and was told he had two more stops ahead of me and would be delayed by 2-3hrs. Why did I have to call to be updated that they commitment was not being met. No way was I waiting to have strange men in my home at 10pm..I called customer service to seek a resolve with ask of next day delivery. The circus of speaking with online customer was horrible. I was told they would create a ticket and get back to me, which they never did. I called again the next morning and was told a ticket was created. 2mins later I get a call saying delivery was 22mins away. The home is a rental. I had to rush to dress and speed to get there. I beat them there. Upon arrive they refused to carry beds upstairs and assemble even though I paid for white glove service. I showed them the receipt but was told to take it up with Ashley and they left. This was on July 12th. I have called Ashley atleast 10 times,.each time being told its been escalated. No one has contacted me and I lost money as my tenant were delayed moving in while I found someone to complete assembly. I plan to reach out to an attorney about breech of contract.

Sherwood Green was our advisor and was beyond excellent! From the moment of walking into the store until the very end. We had intentions on shopping around but after his expertise and honesty, we had no reason to go to any other store. We are very satisfied with out purchase and the service we received. First, Ashley makes their furniture. I was glad to learn that. My sales person knew soooo much about the structure and how it's made. I didn't mind paying a little extra for furniture I'm not gonna have to replace in a couple years.

A fantastic store with amazing staff that listens to your needs, is kind, flexible and motivated. Franz was an excellent sales associate who helped us look at different options throughout the store. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with him. Both general manager Chris and the mattress manager were equally accommodating and helpful in working through our budget. We know it was many hours of figuring out our best plan and they were all awesome. Highly recommend this store. We will be back.

It was such a pleasure working with Franz at Ashley Furniture! Even though he mentioned he was new, you would never have guessed it. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about all the sectionals we were interested in. He patiently answered all our questions and provided helpful details that made our decision so much easier. Thanks to Franz, we found the perfect sectional for our living room, and the whole experience was so sweet and enjoyable. Brian’s great, whoever schedules the delivery…not so much. I’ve never seen a delivery less than 1 hour late. Shown up with stains on furniture before. Otherwise the actual store and employees are lovely.

ABSOLUTE HELL - incompetence, disrespect and no communication We bought a 4 piece sectional 1/5, a bed frame and a mattress. The wedge piece was supposedly on back order so the first delivery date we were quoted (which was after purchase) was 2/13. Right before this delivery they pushed it back to 2/15, then 2/18, then changed it to 3/13. 3/13 comes and they delivered the mattress and bed frame but the couches pieces were different colors so the delivery drivers took it back. There wasn’t an option for a different color at purchase. It took 3 separate tickets that Ashley never followed up on, people saying we denied the order, waiting 72 hours after a ticket was created for no follow up to make another ticket to finally get a new delivery date of 3/27. 3/27 comes and no one shows up. We get a call at 6pm saying they will be 45 minutes late then nothing else. The delivery is then scheduled for 3/29 and they show up… but the couch pieces are different colors again. They return the incorrect color and leave the correct color. We go to Ashley in person this day, with a detailed breakdown of events and a detailed break down of the money we are requesting off the bill for time lost and loss of use. The sales manager tells us she has submitted everything and we will hear from her 3/31. We also find out we are getting the wrong colors because the original sales rep - Olivia Johnson and her manager Brian Williams ordered the couch incorrectly. WE DIDNT HAVE A COLOR OPTION!! She called me 3/31 saying she submitted it to the wrong department and we will hear something in 24-48 hours. We never heard anything. A new delivery date is set for 4/4, I get a call saying the delivery is pushed to 4/8, then a call an hour later saying it’s pushed to 4/22 because more pieces on back order. We go back into the store 4/4 and speak to the same sales manager. She looks into it and there 3 separate cases on our account, all closes and never worked. She calls Evan Johnson the store manager who is irritated we disturbed him on a Friday even (so sorry to disturb you Mr. Johnson but we haven’t had a couch for a month), he offers 10% off. We say that is not enough she calls Monica Dallie who tells her to make a 4th case. The sales manager clearly incorrectly entered the break down I gave and only entered the top % of what we were requesting off when it was a range. That was denied and they offered us $400 off. That’s less than the 10% the manager offered previously. And that’s where we are at. I don’t know if we will ever get this couch. But I wouldn’t recommend Ashley or a single person that works at this company to anyone. We have been so nice but they are literally forcing us to go above and beyond to get this resolved.

Went into the store today looking to grab a few things for the house: bars stools Stratford chaise sofa, table chairs, and a bed. Well I walk in and walk thru and not a single person from Ashley even greeted me. In fact, I walked by one young lady with her hair in a bun and a black jacket that was so engaged in her personal phone conversation from what I can hear that she looked up and kept talking no hello no nothing. I walked around and I even sat a bit and waited on a salesperson. Nothing. I might as well just purchase online what's the point of coming to a store where you aren't greeted, after all that's the purpose of going to the store is to interact with ppl. I may just find another vendor for my needs this put a bad taste in my mouth

Chris, the store manager, is top tier! Informative, yet patient and understanding. I went in just expecting to look around but he turned "window shopping" into an informative experience. I'm a stickler for great customer service and he certainly raised the bar. I can't wait for my new furniture to arrive.

The delivery person lied about delivering my furniture. They took pictures of the door as if they did. Then proceeded to make me reschedule making me lose money from work because they advised to take the day off. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Ashley’s furniture your dispatch delivery need to do better. How dare you inconvenience people especially after charging $200 delivery fees then not provide proper contact information for the delivery service nor to get compensation for this inconvenience. Do better.

I went to this store in October this year excited to buy a new bed and living room furniture for my new home. I pre-planned early so everything could go smoothly. I worked with Olivia to get a bed and living room couch. I pointed out a specific bed. Fast forward to my Delivery on December 3 and everything went wrong. First evidently Olivia order me the wrong bed so now I have a bed that I did not want at all. Next the couch came damage. Whole back end of the couch was damaged, so they took that back with them. Went into the store to see when I can get the correct bed and the replacement couch since non of this was my fault. They stated I would have to wait until the next day before I could get an answer. Went into the store and they state the soonest day would be December 16th. I will not even be here on that day. The next one after that would be in the new year. I will be canceling the order and getting a refund and shopping somewhere else. Note the first picture is what I ordered the second picture is what was delivered.

I applied for a Ashley card Friday night..I’m moving into my first apartment and wanted the right furniture..fast forward..on a Sunday..I was greeted by Olivia! She came and greeted me! Found everything I was looking for..took her time..and made the experience much more pleasant! Now..she called her manager Chris over to help me pick out different items..mannnn..they are both God-Send..I’m sooooooo happy I drove over 30min to this location!! Thank yall soooooo much!! Let me first start by saying the beginning of the process was great Brian Williams was great. However, it all started to go down hill after they collected my $8,200. I brought a new house and needed a whole lot. Brian sent his son out with another guy to deliver my stuff. I brought some stuff off the floor and was told by Brian Williams that his son would bring the floor stuff with the warehouse stuff together. Needles to say the warehouse stuff arrived without the floor stuff. Brain told his son to tell me that he was sorry. He forgot to have his son bring the floor stuff. I tried many calls and text messages before Brian told me he would bring the floor stuff himself, which he never did. Almost a week went by and I still had about $4,200 worth of stuff not delivered. I asked for a mang. and never received a call back from one. So I got corporate involved. The lady at corporate connected me to the store mang Chris Jacobs who handled my situation with class. He got me the floor stuff pretty much next trip. I asked Brian Williams to put in a service ticket because my $1,800 sofa wasn't working in the head rest. The service guy in my opinion never showed up when he was supposed to. I waited and never heard a door bell ring or a knock on the door or a phone call. I went outside with ny dog and found a sorry we missed you sign hanging on my door. I still have $2,500 worth of stuff to buy and won't go back to Ashley.

Delivery was a nightmare, as we had them cancel repeatedly after we changed our plans (we travel a lot for business) multiple times, costing us hundreds of dollars just to have them cancel again. We finally got an “emergency” delivery, even though they claimed to be out of stock - Their words. I was then told I would get a $300 refund for my troubles, to which I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED, and I have called them and even texted our salesman on many occasions, to which I have written proof I was told all of this would happen. They just simply put me on hold forever and never call back. I am extremely disappointed with what started out as such great service. I still stand by my dude Chris, our salesman as he is stuck in the middle, but this place is a freaking mess Chris is your guy! Great service, really helped us out and kept the mood real light!!! Def a good go to for any of your furniture needs, ask for Chris!

I walked in prepared to a sofa. Mr. Brian met me at the door and I explained what I wanted. Although it wasn’t in store he knew the exact item and pointed me to see one similar that had the same feel. He ensured I knew what I was purchasing to see if I like the softness and depth of the item. In addition I purchased a bed and mattress and base for my teen. He showed me how my purchase was more beneficial long term and I didn’t feel I was just buying items. I was buying quality with great service. I highly recommend this location. Purchased sofa set two weeks. First, did not arrive on the expected date. No call or email with an update. Called the store and spoke with Tam. Her explanation “someone will contact you” no one did! The furniture miraculously appeared May 4th with one of sofas damaged. The driver took pics and we should get a call and a replacement. However, Ashley’s policy is that they a technician out! No Ashley, I want my brand new sofa I paid for!!!! Will not shop again with them!

I learned my lesson in working with Ashley and Synchrony on financing. It was a nightmare process. Ashley and Synchrony even with proof of my receipt of my return for a lower priced sofa could never get the correct amount updated. I just overpaid to Synchrony because I don't have time to keep following up with them and this Ashley store could not get it right! Synchrony was not good on their part to update the dispute right. Just a buyer beware warning to avoid financing because it will make you overpay if you had a return! They could not get it right.

I purchased a sofa last Thursday that was comfortable and looked good in the store. It arrived damaged, with manufacturer residue on one of the cushions. One of the barstools I ordered arrived wobbly and clearly was not put together correctly. I cannot reach the store via phone and get transferred to customer service. The biggest problem, however, is that the couch is not NEARLY as comfortable as it was in the showroom... it's not even close. As customer service just informed me, all purchases are FINAL. So now I'm stuck with a couch that I hate and is damaged. I wouldn't recommend this store with its policies to anyone unless Ashley can correct this.

My wife and I were undertaking a cross country move, and upon initially meeting Necole Huerta at Ashley Furniture, we were blown away by her friendliness and expert sales and customer service skills! We caught an overnight flight to Atlanta, closed on our home that morning, and immediately set out to buy furniture. Ashley is the only furniture store we use - 4 states and counting - due to their high quality, great sales, and outstanding customer service. This visit was no different, as Necole gave us time and space to explore on our own with No Pressure, advised us to let us know when we were ready, and them gave expert help. In literally less than 30 minutes we were out the door with a new Living Room Set - large Sectional, Oversized Ottoman and 2 end tables, as well as a large rug, bar stools, and bedding. There were No Alarms and No Surprises with the bill, which is always a relief, and Delivery and Install of the pieces were even included! Professional, courteous, friendly, and customer satisfaction oriented is how I would describe Necole. My wife and I will  refer her to everyone in need of furnishing their home.

I have called customer service and they stated my refund was applied to an account I have not even started with Ashley furniture. So I had to go up to the store to make another request to get my money back. Just beware before shopping at this location. This store is by far the worst to do business with please do not go here!!!!

Nicole was fantastic! However, I had a disappointing post-sales experience. When picking up the bed, it was missing screws. The front desk person suggested I go to Home Depot, and when I requested a manager, I was told the missing piece would be mailed to me as soon as possible. It took over a week to arrive. Despite this frustrating experience, Nicole's service was still excellent.

Bed frame is bigger than the standard. 81” for the height and 61.5” for the width and they claim that this is how they have the bed and I have to buy mattress from them to fit their bed frames !!! That’s really ridiculous when I buy something standard and it doesn’t come as standard!!

I am NOT satisfied with the service that I received from here. In early August, I placed an order in store. Later that month, they attempted to deliver my items and I was not informed of the date nor time that it would be delivered. The delivery person called me and went off on me when I told him that he could not deliver at that time. They misplaced one of my dressers and stated that it would be resent. On today, they delivered the dresser but dropped it off at the leasing office. When I contacted the store, they told me that it was nothing they could do about it and I had to contact Fedex directly. I spoke with another ashley furniture representative because I did not receive a tracking number. I was placed on hold for over an hour and finally received a tracking number. I got in contact with Fedex and they stated that I had to contact Ashley furniture. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. They are so unprofessional and will give you nothing but the run around.

Was not upfront about return policy, and when I tried to work something out after spending $2400 with them they were not helpful at all. "all sales final" buyer beware. Just buy it online so you have a return policy. in this case its a safety issue and they still don't care. Will never buy from Ashley again.

On my first scheduled delivery, I could not get my bedroom furniture delivered because the warehouse forgot to include my footboard. Then I had to reschedule only to be told to wait another week for delivery. But to their credit, I was provided a significant credit on my delivery fee/refund, and the next scheduled delivery went smoothly. In a company with so many different layers/agencies, it’s important to ensure communication and quality checks from store to delivery. Overall good experience, just QC your inventory warehouse processes.

Went here for Labor Day sale and was told that the couch that I wanted is new merch and in stock at the warehouse and that it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Purchased and been waiting for 3 weeks, not delivered, called and asked about it just to be told it won’t be delivered until November without any further explanation. WHY WOULD YOU SELL FURNITURES WITHOUT HAVING THEM IN STOCK? Never again.

While I did purchased a couch online, I would never go back into the store to look. Everyone was nice, but the salesperson followed up around the store the entire time, even after telling them we were just looking for ideas. They would stand in the section next to us and constantly glance at us, tell us about furniture we weren't interested in, then follow us to the next section. When we did ask a question, they would answer then begin showing us other things around us that we weren't interested in. The sales tactics were too much for us and made the whole experience stressful.

I was about to go searching on my own but I decided to take advantage of her willingness to help me find the items I needed most. She asked me what my needs were and she immediately began punching in data on her computer pad to locate the items that I saw online. She helped me to find those items I wanted most and confirmed that the price would match what I saw online. She wasn’t overbearing at all, instead she was ready to help me at any moment that I needed her expertise. She answered all of my questions and even honored my request to allow me to walk around the entire store on my own to get an idea of what items I actually wanted to buy. She obliged my request and told me exactly where she would be when I was ready to resume speaking with her. She didn’t hover over me at anytime, allowing me to think alone and talk to myself while I pondered what I wanted to purchase; I loved the courtesy that she gave me by allowing me to venture out on my own without any pressure. Once I was done searching and thinking, I looked in her direction where she said she would be located (which she was), she immediately locked on to me and came over to help me, I felt like I was an important person because of her pristine customer service towards me. I made up my mind and proceeded to finalize the sale. She offered me a Veteran’s discount as well as being accurate of my delivery days for the sofa and loveseat. Finally, during the payment process she was courteous and conversed with me the entire 50 minutes that I was in the store. She addressed all of my questions and even offered solutions to many of my concerns. I must admit, it was refreshing and encouraging to interact with a sharp, intelligent, professional, positive, focused and classy young woman. I stress this because I’ve been on the other end of having someone assist me with a purchase and wasn’t passionate about their job, wearing it on their sleeve, on their phone, uniformed, aggressive in their sales approach and had no genuine smile or body language that was inviting! I am contrasting all of this to highlight what true excellent resembles so that AMINA is praised, appreciated, valued and hopefully will be considered for an advancement within the company due to her pristine customer care of me and all the others before me and after. We bought a great 5 piece sectional sofa, (which I was able to design my perfect couch and have it arrived in great time. ) King size bed, some coffee tables and other furniture. My first furniture purchase in my new home and they walked me through everything from furniture selection, decor, financing and delivery being friendly and informational along the way. Alina helped me knock out a bedroom and a living room and dining chairs all within about 15 minutes. The service was amazing and the bargain was unbelievable. I shopped all over town. It's been about a week looking for furniture. Once I found the Ashley store here on Cobb parkway and Alina, it was a slam dunk.

I came to the store looking for leather reclining furniture and found exactly what I was looking for! Upon searching onlineI I found the furniture at another location and the manager price matched the pieces with no issue. I had a very good experience from the salesperson who helped me to payment. I can wait for delivery of my pieces!!

Worst service experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I bought a bed and a mattress on July 2nd and both items were supposed to be delivered on august 15th, on our move in day, and just the day before, august 14th, they texted us the mattress couldn’t be delivered. Now, we are sleeping in an air mattress and still waiting for the mattress. It’s not fair we bought the mattress in advance and they don’t even have the inventory. When buying in Ashley just be prepared for delays

Came into this Ashley’s to look at some furniture I saw online in person and was greeted by Amina. She was awesome!! We had shopped around at so many other furniture stores looking for a couch, we didn't find what we were looking for and the sales people on the floor were very pushy. Necole at Ashley welcomed us immediately, provided extremely helpful tips and guidance, as well as let us have our space and shop around. She set up the delivery date and walked us through everything we would need to know. This is the BEST furniture shopping experience I have ever had, Necole is the BEST. Everyone at this location is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt like I was being “sold” on anything. Ms. Sharon and Ms. Cat were INCREDIBLE. From the amazing customer service, to making sure they got us the absolute best deal at the best possible price. I’ve never had a better experience at a furniture store!!! Our King size Tempur Pedic mattress, adjustable base, cooling mattress cover, and pillows were all delivered together and on time. The assembly was performed quickly and smoothly! My fiancé and I ordered a couch. Not only did the delivery occur at the wrong address and at the wrong time, but the wrong piece was also delivered. We have been looking to close out this issue for weeks now. They finally agreed to give us a small credit after much arguing, but now they will only give it to us to use at a location that is not convenient for us. I’m fed up with Ashley.

I had to drop into this store. Seeing it brought back so many good memories. My first bedroom set that I got from them lasted foreverrr! The lady that approached me was very helpful.

I came in one afternoon looking for a few pieces of furniture. Brian Williams met me at the door and instead of hounding me about what I was looking for, he pointed me in a few different directions to take a look at some things and gathered any questions I might have. He let me browse unbothered for 20 min and as soon as I was ready he was right there for me. He walked me through the buying process of my new couch, new bed frame and new mattress. He took his time explaining all the different mattresses and was never pushy about anything whatsoever. He let me lead the way in all my decisions and made the purchasing process super easy. Great experience with Brian!

I haven’t shopped at any furniture store. Me and my fiancé have been looking to get a new bed set and we went to Ashley for our final decisions. We had Jontae helping us with our shopping. He was amazing and helped answer any and every question. We had started to do some price matching and we had spoken with Chris the store manager and he was amazing as well! He spoke with us and gave us all 100% honest answers on what can happen and what can’t! He helped so much that with the issues we had with our furniture not all being delivered like it was supposed to, they all took floated of us and helped us get the rest of our furniture asap! I totally recommend anyone to go to this Ashley! They will help you and will have the best customer service!

I was on a mission to try out hybrid mattresses and find the Best mattress at a fair price. Necole met me upfront and said she could help me find the best fit for me. She was right. She was SO knowledgeable. As a first stop, I wanted to search and comparison shop...which I did. I came back to Necole at Ashley because she was the most informative salesperson, most cordial and helpful. I ended up with the best offer from her, too. It was a pleasant buying experience. My first trip to the new store the staff was very friendly. Jontae was helpful and allowed me to browse the store in peace. My second trip I came back to seal the deal. I worked with Necole this time and she was equally helpful. She assisted me with measuring the furniture and everything. The process was quick but thorough. Now I’m waiting on delivery. I have still been in contact with Necole and she is committed to ensuring I have a successful and stress free delivery. I love this new store. It is in the perfect location and their inventory is the best I’ve seen post-pandemic.

If I could give this store negative stars I would, the unprofessional people at the store is beyond me. We purchased a couch in December which would no fit in our apartment so a refund was required here we are in February and still have not gotten our deposit back. They keep giving my husband the same story over and over again when he has done what they asked numerous times. You can’t get ahold of corporate cause it’s only a customer service number and they only want to transfer you to the same store you made the purchase from. Then when you get mad they hang up on you. The left hand doesn’t know what the right one is doing and honestly for this to be a new store it needs to be shut down already. I will NEVER purchase from Ashley furniture again and I have told my mother who has spent several thousand dollars with Ashley and she will no longer be doing business with you. If you can’t hire professional people you need to close the store down completely
