Order the table set. Went to pick up from the wear house 45mins away. Came home, open the box and it was damaged. Trying to call the store but it keeps going to general customers service and there's no way to reach the store directly. Waited 30 mins for general customer care support and was told to call the store and there's nothing we can do over the phone.
I purchased a queens size bed from this store. They charged me for and delivered a king sized bed $1121. They left the queen size mattress and delivered the right sized bed 2 weeks later saying I would be given a refund of the difference. When I got the bill from them they increased the price of my purchase to $1458 and gave me a credit of $335... Yep making the price the same $1123. It's been almost two month of calling the salesperson, Synchrony Bank and speaking to the store manager and still no information about this being fixed. I like the furniture but, absolutely hate the customer service. I won't be shopping at this store ever again.

Before arriving to Ashley Home Store, I knew exactly what I was looking for. After visiting, so many other stores including Rooms To Go, American Signature, and Under Priced Furniture, Etc. I was surprised to see such a vast selection. More than the furniture selection, I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship compared to the competition. Not only did I find what I was looking for after month's of searching, the Sales Associate Mr. Marzette McCall was very patient and did his best to work within my budget. I purchased new bedroom furniture/living room set that I'll enjoy for years to come. My overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend stoping by Ashley Home Store first.
TERRIBLE!!!! I will NEVER refer this place or give them another penny of my money. We ordered furniture 3 months ago, waited and got a call that it was going to be delivered to us this past Sunday. We cleared out our room and got rid of our old bed. We waited around all day due to our delivery time being between 3-7pm. I received a call around 4 that the truck broke down and that we would be getting a phone call when they knew an estimated time we would get our delivery. We called multiple times after 5, Sunday and got no answers. We then got a call AFTER 7pm stating that we wouldn't receive our items until first thing the following day. Ashleys HomeStore stated we would receive a call letting us know what time it would be there, but we would be the first stop. NOW, It's Monday and I took off of work. I have received absolutely NO phone call and have called multiple times today starting at 8am, only to get the run around that they have to get in touch with a different department. HA HERE IS KICKER- 30 mins before closing I FINALLY get a call back to be told that our items are "damaged" and is on backorder????? SAY WHAT? They have done nothing to compensate me for this HUGE inconvenience. This is the worst customer service! I would recommend taking my money elsewhere to a store that actually cares about their customers!
I ordered my furniture two months ago. The order is now a month outside of the original delivery date, and all my items are still not in stock, which was never mentioned when I placed the order. Three times, my delivery has been rescheduled without proper notification from the seller. I’ve had to call each time to find out that there is an ongoing problem likely because my items have been given to other customers while I’m still waiting on back orders. I’ve received a 4th delivery date with items still not in the warehouse. I don’t have confidence that it will be delivered as stated. Ordered cancel.
I ordered a bed. Decided I didnt want the storage because I really didnt need them. i was told it would arrive on a Tuesday between such and such a time. I was delighted when I found out I was first delivery of the day. Come to find out the storage boxes are part of the bedframe if you order that way. So when I had the guy start to put it together...i had the wrong pieces. So I called my sales guy, he never called me back. I went to the store after work and one of the sales people wrote down the issue and said she would give it to my sales guy who was not working that day. She didnt give it to him. So when I come to the store AGAIN, he is there and with his manager we work out that the bed needs rails and sideboards. I also decided to buy an electric recliner set. Both the manager and the sales guy are helping me. On the weekend. The sales guy says look, it can all be delivered on Monday!!! I thought Great! I'll get everything at once and it"ll be fine. I hire a friend to wait for the delivery because now my delivery says between 4:40p-5:30p. When they arrive a half hour or more after those hours, they dont have ANY parts of the bed. they did have the recliners, which they failed to attach together. Heavy piece of furniture, that I would have liked the delivery guys to put together. So the guy calls me on FT to show me the chairs and says he will bring the rails in the morning. and i say WITH THE SIDEBOARDS!!!, He says YES! Well the sales guy and the manager screwed up and didnt write in sideboards, so when the guy calls me in the morning and says he has the rails what time can he drop them, I say where are the sideboards and he says there arent any. Because the guys at the store didnt write them on the order. I call the store...no answer but get directed to corporate and after a lengthy conversation, she says they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours. this is the first time I ever set foot in an Ashley's and its been a cluster from the start. I am not happy. I am debating on sending everything back and going to Macy's or ANYWHERE!!!!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. They just play with people’s time!! They rescheduled my deliver 3 times and keep on giving me different answers on why it is pushed back. When I made the purchase an employee was supposed to update my phone and never did! So when it was supposed to be delivered they said I never confirmed the order and then placed me on hold and then said it was because it was back ordered. So the representative said she updated my number and never did!!! I have been waiting for two months on the delivery. Nobody takes responsibility! The worst service ever
INSANE DELIVERY DELAYS WITH NO COMMUNICATION!! I ordered with them in early September, gave me a delivery date at the end of October. I called to check if it was coming earlier and it had been pushed to December! No communication. I ask the store why I wasn't called. They said its the warehouse job and they aren't good at giving updates. Several complaints and returns due to the extreme delivery delays.

Horrible customer service. Took off work TWICE to have my furniture delivered and both times, they brought incomplete parts. They don't answer the phone. The warehouse delivery team they are working with needs to be changed. I will never purchase furniture from here again.
Do not buy furniture from Ashley's! I've had nothing but issues from the very first delivery or incorrect delivery. I paid the extended warranty; however, for 7 months, that's right, 7 months, I have been waiting for a call back. They refuse to call or honor an agreement and good luck calling. The voicemail does not work and corporate will not even call you back. Ashley's customer service is the worst experience ever and buying a couch at Ashley's may be the biggest regret of my life. I can't stress enough to NOT put yourself through the torture of working with Ashley's!
My couch sort of broke down and it was a sleeper sofa so I had to came back and purchase another one and I was great with the most pleasant sales associates. Their name is cat and Kristen very kind people every Ashley furniture should have customer service members just like this thank you Ashley home store
