Marcus was very helpful. He greeted me when I came in, offered suggestions when I described what I was looking for, and gave me space to look around without hovering. But he checked on me and I eventually selected a few items for purchase. His courtesy and knowledgeable assistance resulted in a sale for him, which I may not have completed had he not been so helpful. Thanks Marcus!
Terrible experience in the Atlanta Buckhead store. Ordered a Cali king size bed in mid April for a delivery date in late May, the salesperson assured me the bed would be in on time. My husband is Active duty Army and has been deployed for awhile, we just bought a home and this bed would be the first real bed he’s slept on in years. Needless to say the store called me saying it would be mid June for the delivery. I explained to them that my husband is coming home June 1 and we needed the bed before then. I didn’t get far with the store so I called Corporate, and explained the store associates were rude, very rude and they didn’t want to help. The store seemed not to care at all when I told them my husband was away fighting for this country. Go anywhere but Ansley, I wish I did.
We purchased a sofa two weeks ago and received it last sunday. However, the product was faulty and came without any pre-drilled holes.When we called the store to send someone for help, they just denied outright to help us stating that we didn't choose delivery option with them. They were not in a position to listen to us that this is a fault with product rather than with installation. Even the associate who was showing us furniture was really unhelpful and rude all the time.
Marcus was very knowledgeable about the items we needed, and patiently spent time walking us through the store to make sure we got everything we needed. Great experience! Thank you Marcus.
Great staff and clean store
Exceptional help from Amy S. and her manager Colton. My daughter is starting out as a young professional and Amy helped us find nice sale options. Amy S. and Colton then when out of their way after the sale to help coordinate a follow-up purchase. The guys in the warehouse also were very helpful in coordinating the pick-ups. Just great service from the whole team. Thanks!!! Ask for Amy!
Correction: Consultant Beverly helped & assisted me in finding the Willowton B/S since Sunday, April 7th and she provided the most professional customer service that I’m coming back within 6 months to purchase more furniture...😉

Couldn't find what I was looking for. No one asked if they could be of assistance. Did find bedroom furniture that I liked, but quickly noticed it was cheaply made. It looked great, but I don't think it would last long.

I bought a living room set about two weeks ago and it has been down hill since ! First off when the delivery men arrived they were doin at least 50 trying to pull into a loading deck in downtown Atlanta hit the wall and lights that now the building is asking me to pay for . The two drivers must of had a bad because they were fighting arguing and throwing stuff around the whole time ! Once we get up stairs as they were trying to push the chairs inside the unit they ripped the back of one and and uncover another and it was dirty . In my unit they are still fighting and trying to hind the rip and back of the chair that was dirty and had me hurry up and sign I took a look and saw the tip and dirt I was told they could only take the ripped one back and someone will come out for the one that is dirty someone comes out for the dirty one two weeks later and tells me I’m going to have to hand clean it but don’t think it’s going to work let me order the fabric to redo the back . So I ask for a new chair keep in mind it’s only been two weeks and this is how it was delivered I was told no we have a no refund policy and we will just rebuild the back of the chair that is messed up in your living room ! And yes I bought the insurance and was still told they will just rebuild the back with new fabric in my living room condo DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE I should of listen to the other bad reviews !!! Total SCAM !!! I wish I could upload all the pics and videos to show all the bs

I walked in to Ashley’s Homestore today and had no idea on what I wanted and my salesman Mr.Marcus was phenomenal he took me right to my Dream Bed and a bed for my kids his Customer Service was amazing very professional,Friendly and had the answer to every question I had thank you Marcus for your help..
Our rep Amber was not very professional at all, we already knew the furniture to purchase just needed a rep to complete the sale. She is did not honor the service she voiced and we in the end are paying for her breach of contract. Ashely Corp is currently investigating the matter, hopefully they see the liability/tort she could have caused the company.
Marcus and Marzett were amazing! We got some great deals with them! When you go ask for either of them and you won’t be disappointed!!!
