Great service. Great selection. Very competitive pricing. I ordered my bedroom suite last year. Delivery was quick and professional. I just ordered a sofa on a Thursday and it will be delivered on Sunday! (Angel was my sales associate and she was very professional, polite, and helpful.
We absolutely loved working with Crystal on purchasing a couch for our new home in East Atlanta Village. We couldn’t be more pleased with the awesome customer service and the easy going nature of working with her.
Robbie was our sales person and she was so helpful and lovely. We found the perfect couch and delivery was scheduled for four days later. Customer service is always great at this store and I always come back for new pieces for our home.
I just wanted to say my mom and I had a great experience here. I purchased her a couch that is absolutely stunning. Not only was the customer service amazing, but most of all I want to give a huge shoutout to Zuberi for over exceeding our experience here. Without him I guarantee we wouldn’t have walked away with a couch. He is absolutely amazing and highly recommend asking for him for any needs in the store.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! I ordered a furniture set and had to push the date back due to the mattress I picked not being in stock. After finally picking a day for both of my orders to come I was not contacted stating that my foundation was no longer in stock. I ended up getting rid of my old bedroom set and having only the frame for my bed delivered and the dresser, which resulted in me not having a bed to sleep in. I went in the store the next day to resolve the issue and was told the foundation was holding up my order and after we changed that I would be able to have my mattress and foundation delivered. I delayed going out of town for the holidays to have only a foundation delivered and NO MATTRESS! Now im being told my mattress will be delivered in a week and was hung up on when I asked to speak to the manager. The only thing good about the experience was that Eric was helpful when I originally picked out my bedroom set. UPDATE: I went back in the store and spoke to a different manager and another one of the sales associates and explained what all occurred. They were able to offer a deal for the inconvenience. I now have all pieces of furniture that I expected to get.
The young lady who attempted to assist us clearly just wanted a sale… these are not the type of people I like to work with. Help me find something I might like. Then don’t walk off saying you will be back and you are running off to chase another sale… I felt like family months ago at American Signature… and I’m not going there because of that store, but because of the service I got!!!
I like the furniture I got from Ashley. But the customer service is VERY poor. I received no communication about the expensive furniture items I ordered, some of them got ordered when they were not supposed to and I did not receive any notification about the delivery. Until the very end, the items kept getting delivered at the wrong address and I lost them. It was very frustrating to have my neighbors bring me my Ashley packages. Never buying from Ashley again! Super disappointed with the customer service.
Customer service is non-existent. My partner and I purchased a table that was supposedly immediately available. We ordered it from the store on November 26th, 2021. It’s January 9th, 2022 and has yet to arrive. The warehouse called to inform us that, it is a back order and it will come January 20 the earliest. That made us both really upset as the reason we picked the specific table, was so we have the new table earlier by Christmas. The store should have informed us prior that it was a back order as we liked another table and the reason we didn’t pick that one up was because it was a back order according to the label. Not only that but when we went home the next day we saw online the same table and it was $150 cheaper! That was infuriating. We called and they made the adjustment but has yet to be reflected in the credit card. We will see what happens from there. Unprofessional and disappointed with the service. Would not recommend.
Such a disappointing place! Highly unprofessional and mismanaged! Never ever got my dinning table. It's been almost a year now since my order. They keep playing ping pong. Just went to the store and canceled my order finally and then they made me call customer care to take back the chairs. Never ever go to this place.They have no clue what's going on.
Called the store to see if they had a table I had seen online; a salesman then texts with me and sends an order form via email for the table I want - telling me the link expires in 15 minutes, and I must accept right away, and doesn’t provide any information about delivery. After barely being able to enter payment info and filling out the order information (30 seconds left to spare on the link), I ask about delivery info. The salesman tells me 3-4 weeks, which is fine. I schedule a delivery early (hooray) and am not told I need to be home at time of delivery. After calling and finding out I need to be home , I cancel the delivery and am told I can set up a new delivery later in the week. Lo and behold, my table is given to someone else and now my delivery cannot be made until April 20. This store uses slimy high pressure sales tactics, and salesmen (and corporate) will lie to your face about delivery time and then say you should have read the fine print in the 15 min before your order link expired. Would not recommend using this company for your furniture needs. Currently in the process of trying to cancel my order, which I am told will take nearly a month.
We ordered a sofa and loveseat and were given a delivery date of January 5th the date came and we had not heard anything from the company so we tried to call and see what time our purchase would be delivered. We were told that the date had been changed to February 7th without any call or message. We had done what was asked of us as far as moving our old sofa and making sure there was room for the new one and now we are stuck for a month without one. I called and spoke to the office manager and was told that there were items in the warehouse that we should be able to get and I was told I would receive a call back which never happened. Trying to reach someone is very difficult and communication is not done well.
If I could leave a zero star review, I most definitely would. October 2021 I ordered a 2 piece sectional via over the phone with a rep located inside of this Piedmont location. Once the furniture was delivered December 3rd, I noticed on 1 of the 2 pieces was wrapped in plastic, leaving part of my sectional with dirt and dust. The delivery guy later showed me a picture of how the furniture was sitting out in the warehouse upon pick up. Very unsanitary given the state we are in with the pandemic. Other issues were them delivering the wrong legs for the sectional and the material underneath the couch displayed at least 2 holes. So after accepting the delivery, I called back the next day to request a full refund. From that day forth I was given the runaround in regards to setting up a pick up for the furniture along with my refund. Every call that I made to this company (at least 7 to 9 called to date) followed by at least 45 minutes of wait time which is typical around the holiday. But the fact that every agent who I spoke with ALL had different information to give me. Majority of these agents were not documenting my accounting with accurate information which lead to there being two cases being made because it was documented that I wanted to return only one of the two pieces of the sectional. Whoever decides to keep one part of a sectional is pretty strange to me. However, that is what the agent assumed even with me informing them repeatedly via over the phone and email that I needed a full refund and this furniture picked up as soon as possible. The Dec 18th they finally picked the furniture up. Since then my refund has been processing in the system and all I had needed was for an agent to tell me at that time that if I decided not to wait the 7 to 10 business days for the refund, all I needed to do was go in store and have them swipe my card. That was not communicated with me until two days ago (December 28th)..So now I am still playing the waiting game to receive my full payment. A $922.19 purchase yet I have an agent telling me that "it looks like we owe you $461.09" ... Like, seriously ! Ashley Furniture systems are in dire need of improvement. Whatever protocols that are to be followed clearly aren't being communicated or trained well enough so that customers such as I myself do not have to endure being told several things that ultimately lead to delays and frustration. Never again will I do business with a company who cannot communicate effectively and accurately nor offer documentation via email for transactions outside of purchase and delivery. Ashley Furniture can no way be the top furniture store that they so graciously promote on these calls and websites. The quality of my furniture was not as I expected and the customer service was just the icing on the cake to a poor experience.
I ordered the rawcliffe sectional and it was delivered the first week of November missing the main cushion from the corner piece of the sectional. At this point I have spent 10 + hours on the phone with customer service and the store I purchased from attempting to get the cushion I am missing. It finally arrived today and was just the foam insert without a cover. I just spent yet another hour with customer service with no resolution insight. I would recommend avoiding this store.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. They will not deliver with the given delivery date, and they won’t pick your call as well. Good luck with getting your stuff because you won’t get any answers unless you physically go to the store.
