The experience of going to the store was pretty good. The agents really helped out. I got help from a few and all were helpful. In the end when I put the order, some other agent came and beat the agents that helped me with the order. So, just to do service to agents working hard there, I would suggest you ask for the agent you worked with so they would earn their share while putting the order. Technically all agents there should be trained to ask the existing customer who they were working with so it's also an improvement from the store side. But in all, good experience selecting the sofa. The agents really help break down the dimensions of the sofa and what would work with the size of the door and what not. Definitely worth a visit if you are considering to buy a sofa.

I never write reviews but I've had a horrible experience with Ashley furniture overall. My representative, Angela was helpful as she patiently helped my husband and I find the bedroom set that will fit our needs. We just got married and so needed something that will suite our family better. This is the ONLY reason for 2 stars. At the start of delivery everything thing went down hill with service. The techs delivered the furniture but told us the warehouse did not pack the hardware. So they said they had to move on to their next job and for us to call customer service to send someone else out for the set up. Furthermore, when they left we realized they had not added the mirror to the dresser and the drawer to the bed was off track. We made the call and spoke to the person who set us up. My husband called customer service while I called our initial dispatch person who worked with the techs. So my husband got from the customer service line that they would not someone come out until a week later. This was unacceptable seeing that it was an error done by the warehouse or whoever. However, our dispatch lady said she worked it to get us someone the next day. We appreciated her sense of urgency as we had to now go get blow up beds. However, the next day when I didn't get a text with a delivery time I called around 11:30am. I was told again by our dispatch person that someone will call us with a time. Still no call, so by 3:30pm I called again and could not get her even when I gave her name. Someone from the Customer Service line said we were not scheduled for that day, it was the next day. Super frustrated I went back and forth with facts about the situation but accepted that it was now end of day. So today (the delivery date) I called and was told there was nothing on the schedule. I escalated to a manager and was told I would get a call back. The customer service line sounds like it could be with a team in India (and I'm not being funny but didn't think they were local) so I called the store and tried to reach Angela or a manager there. I left message for a manager and texted Angela my frustration. Angela and her manager called me back and said that since my request was made already I had to wait for a call back. I could hear Angela's manager walk away and told her to say to me "someone will call me back". I feel that Angela and the dispatch lady ( I believe her name is Angelica) hands were tied. They tried and I do not blame them for what happened. However, this experience overall has been horrible.Not even management cares about the service delivered to clients. She didn't even take a moment to hear my concern, she simply saw the notes briefly and moved on. Well, in the meantime the customer service supervisor called back and and told me that even today was not on the schedule but has me booked me for Tuesday. She said she can do a $50 credit. I'm sorry but that is nothing compared to everything that has happened and the money we have spent. I told her to please send me the e-mail confirmation b/c both my husband and I are not happy with the service and do not have faith that it has been scheduled. I'm really hoping that something changes internally in the company for all parties to be on one accord. It feels like the dispatchers, retail store, customer service center, and management are all separate and no one really wants to ensure that the client is happy.

Walked in and was genuinely and warmly greeted by Jay R. I knew what I was looking for, we looked, found and had a purchase rather quickly. He saved me some money (more than they offer online) and was very helpful and informative during the whole process.

06/23/2024 Johnny did a great job helping us find the couch for us. For a newer employee he knew the products very well. He was attentive and energetic without being too attentive and or salesy. He even helped a customer locate her lost purse while we were there. The only con was that the restrooms here were some of the worst public restrooms I've ever seen.

Store salesperson was great. Scheduled delivery purposely for three weeks out (because i was out of town) and all items were in stock at time of purchase but found out the day before delivery some items were now on back order. Lots of confusion with add on purchase too.

Bought a sofa from Jay R and had a good experiences. No hard sales tactics. Very easy to work with. They manufacturer their own products. No Rooms to Go model. The purchase process took a few minutes. Would recommend them and do business with them again.

We were able to get everything we needed and wanted with the expert help of Marz. We had a few ideas and Marz took the time to offer great suggestions and really made us feel that we are valued as customers. We didn't feel rushed. Our new couch was delivered with an overwhelming chemical smell. We thought it was just that “new couch” smell and waited too long (aka past their 3 day return window) and called after 2 weeks of being unable to use our couch due to the smell. I was given the roundabout answer by everyone that I spoke to. After a week of talking to managers and customer support, I was able to get a technician out who said there isn’t anything he can do about it and was denied our refund. We lost our money to this horrible piece of furniture and unhelpful customer care; save your time and your money and go somewhere else.

Angela is great! She helped order a couch on 5/30 for delivery on the 6/5. When the couch came it was stained. Angela helped me find another couch quickly and was able to secure fast delivery.

Kendall in the store was beyond helpful. After that everything went down hill. I was called Multiple times before delivery to change the date due to push backs. When i was called they didn’t know how to find my order number. As an homeowner who has had multiple services done to my house this is the worst experience ever. The driver called eleven minutes before they came. When they came in I asked them to put on shoe covers that i provided and received an attitude. They were very verbal on expressing how much they didn’t know what they were doing, how the couch was supposed to go, and how much they wanted to get it over with. When the door was halfway open, and a random man walked into my house and started conversing and greeting both of the delivery drivers. I thought he was another person from the store but he wasn’t. While the delivery drivers and the random man were conversing like he didn’t invade my privacy, i asked the man who are in my house. He said he was one of their brothers and stopped by because he saw their truck. It is such a safety hazard that the driver didn’t dismiss his brother and say i’ll contact you. I didn’t receive a half apology from anyone until i said never to do that again. If my spouse wasn’t home there would’ve been three men in my house, one who was welcomed by your delivery driver in MY house. this experience has traumatized me and i don’t know if that random man might come back to my house.

Fine experience in store and after waiting 2 weeks, found out the day before our delivery only half of our order was ready. Will have to take a second day off work to schedule delivery for other half. Customer service was unhelpful to share any explanation. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with this experience- would not recommend.

I originally went in with my cousin who purchased furniture from her from that experience I went out of my way to come back to her when I was ready to purchase my table and chairs set. Chrissy is fantastic!

We walked in and were greeted by a pleasant young man who introduced himself as Kendall. He asked us how could he help, walked us to exactly what we were looking for. Then, he took time to explain the nuances of the sofa sleeper selection, before leaving us to meander on our own. Unfortunately, we were unable to make a purchase with Kendall because we needed the sofa sleeper for an aging parent, located in Jacksonville, FL. When we asked about price matching, Kendall most politely let us know why it wasn’t possible. His response was so logical and polite, it prompted me to write this review! Upon realizing that he couldn’t help us, he continued on as pleasant as before. I was impressed with Kendall’s service, kindness and authenticity. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort level of the sofas! I had previously sworn off shopping at Ashley, because even though the furniture looked good, it was consistently rigid and uncomfortable..in several different cities! Yesterday though, my friend found the perfect sofa sleeper for Dad while shopping online…at Ashley! Not wanting to deter her and hoping perhaps, Ashley had leveled up in the comfort department, I drove her to Ashley and said let’s at least try them out in person. Much to my delight, every sofa we sat on was very very comfortable, like seriously comfortable. Kudos to Ashley for getting it 5star right, in comfort and service. I walked in with a skeptical but open mind, and walked out with a very different perspective. 5 stars!

I purchased a sofa from this store on Memorial Day sale, I check the same sofa in store was different that was actually good that has more firm and the seats of the sofa is not moved , but i got a low firm sofa and I always adjust the seats before seating on the sofa.. vey hectic to me.. my bad I didn’t check the return policy before purchasing the sofa

Poor service experience with defective coffee tables. Horrible in-store customer service manager who leans only on fine print and bureaucracy of "no return" policies (in spite of their shabby treatment). The manager took no ownership, only knows how to push back and hide behind policies to frustrate customers. Had to call escalations at HQ to get any remediation. Stay away from this pathetic excuse of a business! .... And NO I will not be emailing you anything as a follow-up based on this feedback since you couldn't be bothered being decent to start with.

Johnny Saale was exceptionally patient and helpful during our very lengthy first visit, during follow-up phone calls and text messages, and during our final visit when we finalized and placed our furniture order a month after our initial visit. Each customer has different needs and furniture style preferences. Johnny Saale is friendly, always smiling and has great people instincts. He was able to recommend furniture selections to suit our individual style preferences, and to fit well into our condo’s space limitations. Store Manager Thomas and Store Assistant Manager Kat assisted in the technical details of getting our large furniture order processed / expedited to meet our desired delivery timeline. Amazing experience here! I walked in with a few ideas of what I wanted and Chrissy immediately knew exactly what I would like and was looking for, AND how to fit my budget! She never pushed me to buy something if I was unsure of it, which I really appreciated. But if I had any questions or needed something to match a specific piece of furniture, she always knew exactly what the space needed! I can't even speak to their customer service because no one got off of their phones or came from behind the desk to even speak when I walked in. I found the couch set we wanted. Salesperson was friendly, and we were able to get all the furniture we needed, but did not disclose that we were applying for a credit card in order to secure financing. This is extremely misleading and could have severe financial consequences for someone with low credit, or people affected by regulations surrounding financial partnerships. Ashley needs to be more transparent about their financing practices.

Beautiful store nice quality merchandise. My issue is the sales supervisor was not open to a price match of a $200 difference from a cash paying customer. So they missed out on a sale over a $200 difference. So me, I’m just going to the other store and I get to save $200 and get my merchandise same day instead of 2 weeks. Ashley Furniture management team you should always be open to negotiating especially with something as small as $200. A $1800 total compared to a $1600 total

The dedication and professionalism made the entire purchasing process an absolute breeze. Kendall and the in store shopping experience was great. Everything after that was a disaster. The particular items I ordered were not on the sales floor, I only saw it online. Unfortunately once I received the chair and ottoman it was not a true black like pictured. I reached out to customer service to return the chair and they said everything purchased in the store is FINAL SALE. My chair and ottoman were delayed over a month past the original delivery date. They called to reschedule the delivery date 4 times which was a HUGE inconvenience. I asked for compensation for the delay in delivery and they said the date given is an “estimate” and there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service is an understatement. I’ll never shop with this company again and I’ll make sure I tell my friends and family. Spend your money we’re your business is valued.

UPDATE (12/28/23): I'm here to update my review because the horrible experience keeps getting worse. As of now, I've been informed that only the chairs I bought will be delivered on Dec 30th. The table won't arrive until after New Year's Eve. This completely ruins my plans for that night, in addition to everything else that has already been affected. Why on Earth (or should I say, in Hell) did Ashley provide delivery dates they couldn't possibly meet? The warehouse informs me they don't have the item in stock and claim there's nothing they can do. The store blames the warehouse for failing to communicate that the items were out of stock. How disorganized and disconnected can departments within the same company be? Ultimately, both departments pass the problem back and forth, and as a consumer, I bear the brunt of it. I not only feel I'll never set foot in that store again but also strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Ashley. The seemingly attractive prices and smooth talk are not worth the trouble that follows. Darrell and his team delivered my furniture, were prompt, so polite and kept me updated when they were on their way. They set up the furniture and shared instructions that were helpful. They also performed a Christmas miracle, providing same day delivery service when I had to choose a replacement couch for one that was back ordered.

I spent my morning with Elvet in the Buckhead location. I purchased several items. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable! I recommend this store if you are looking for good furniture that is reasonably priced with a high level of service.

This would be 0 stars but I have to choose something. I am having a horrible experience with this company! My delivery was set for Nov.11th. I was notified about a partial delivery with the rest being delivered on Nov. 25th. Irritated but I agreed to the partial delivery but NO ONE responded back so no delivery. After confirming the delivery for Nov.25th still NO DELIVERY. No contact. No updates. Nothing. Had I not called I would have never known. I am so frustrated with this company at this point. The lack of communication and constantly pushing my delivery date back has made this experience a 0/10. My first and last time shopping here! Oh yeah, I still don’t have my furniture after 3 weeks of the 1st delivery date and all I was offered was a $150 gift card smh.

Eric was my salesperson. I am extremely disappointed with the frustration and inconvenience. I have experience with salesperson Eric at store 2535 Piedmont Rd Atlanta, Ga.30324. He told me to expect a delivery for the Sofa and Loveseat I purchased on Thursday 10/27/2023. I only received a Sofa.NO ONE from the Ashley Furniture store informed me that the loveseat was on BACK ORDER. I was extremely unhappy. To make matters worse after calling the store numerous times. I was given another delivery date of 11/02/2023. No SHOW. I called again and again to get another delivery date of 11/18/2023. I crossed my fingers hoping to finally receive my love seat right before Thanksgiving. Welp, No SHOW. I feel humiliated and lost for words. Unbelievable! Finally, a manager reached out to me and apologized and ensured that I would receive my loveseat on Saturday 11/25/2023. I did receive my loveseat on Saturday11/25/2023 after Thanksgiving. No one should have to go through this as a buying customer. NO ONE

everything was great when i was there on 10-23-2023 our sales Eric said we will have our bed and sofa by Saturday 10-28-2023 called them today 10-27-2023 to find out what time i should expect them to delivery it. i was told i will not get my items on time it was just over promise please train your employee to have better customer service.

This was horrible experience at the buck head store.bought furniture. From this store the manager Elvert Mobley.went up on price after I had bought the chairs.and the sales man had agreed %on the price of the chairs.the manager would not him give me Discount. And the price of chairs went up 300.00 extra dollars.

I found a beautiful console and was eager to purchase. The in-store financing representative asked me to go to a website to video record myself ( in proper lighting) to prove my identity. The site requires access to your camera and microphone. When I probed further, I was told it was because my telephone number didn't match. I have had this number for years. Additionally, my credit worthiness isn't an issue. The store seems to be profiling certain customers. A salesperson attempted to explain it away by stating that the screening was random. I can't believe this type of process is even legal. That was my very first and very last time shopping at Ashley Furniture Store

Two months ago I called Ashley for the first time and picked up an ottoman as I walked through the door. It was the right fit for me. It was priced well so I ordered it. A week or so later I got it in with no indication or alert that it was coming in, so I found it in the lobby of my apartment complex, I opened up the box and later discovered that there were no feet for this ottoman. I made a minimum of half a dozen phone calls to them to replace them and the response were sending me one 04 feet. Now it’s going on three months and they still have not remedied it , after calling so many times. I don’t know why anybody would do business with them, and I’m surprised they are in business, particularly when they claim to be one of the best in the country. The problem is still unresolved, and the vast amount of apathy at this place is mind-boggling. When you’re in a service business, I would stay away from these people, unless you’re absolutely desperate to get furniture if everyone else rejects you. Very sad.

Eric was my sales person and I originally thought he was helpful....UNTIL....he told me a delivery date of Wednesday, I was in the store on a Saturday, I get a call from the delivery unit and they say Thursday BUT, only my headboard was coming, sectional was on back order. I was more than unhappy because when Eric asked when did I want the furniture, I said Sunday but he said we can deliver it Wednesday. I also found out that he added a $250 warranty on to my furniture without even asking me. When I purchased the furniture I asked him if everything was going to be put together and he said yes. I get home later that day to find my TV stand outside my door in a heavy box that I couldn't move. Eric never informed me that UPS was delivering that and I had to put it together myself. After speaking with the manager, she set up a date for Tuesday Sept 19, 2023 for my things to be delivered. The only reason I am giving her a chance is because she tried really hard to rectify the situation and I am grateful for that because Eric almost had a foot coming for him. I will update my review after I receive my things on Tuesday...IF I receive my things.

My wife an I went into the store and ordered a sectional. We were assisted by Damon who did a decent job getting everything taken care of. However, he told us a delivery date that would have come about a week after we ordered the couch. He proceeds to call and say it would be 2 weeks from what he originally told us (red flag). He’s telling us one date and we are getting updates from Ashley’s saying it’s an additional week on top of the 2 weeks he already told us. The day before the delivery date they send us emails and text to confirm a time and date. Then proceeds to call us later that day to tell us our couch is not even at the warehouse so they need to push the date back a week(and told us that date is not guarantee if the items don’t arrive at the warehouse). They are horrible an I would like to know what to do to receive a refund and cancel my order immediately. This place over sales there items that they don’t even have in stock and then wants you to be okay with waiting around on the things you paid for, for months! No.

I was greeted by Eric with a smile and asked if I needed assistance. Eric was attentive and knowledgeable about the products. He asked the right questions to see what I wanted. He let me look around with out any pressure and was not pushy. He also answered every question 100%. Once I found my dresser he made check out easy and quick. Ashley furniture is lucky to have him. While I was paying , he asked if I needed a new mattress. That’s a good sells associate. Bravo Eric, When I need a new mattress I will come back. Kudos Ashley Homes 5 stars👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I came to this location on Wednesday for a new mattress. I was immediately greeted and assisted with picking a King size good mattress. I asked about discarding my old mattress and was told the delivery drivers can take it or throw it away. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The delivery occurred today, August 19th a little after 8:30 am which was perfect. The drivers were prompt and professional. When mentioning discarding the old mattress they looked puzzled and said they were not aware of doing that, as they are contractors. They double checked with their manager to make sure but unfortunately couldn’t take my old mattress. So I had to call around to find another 3rd company who could take my mattress and had to pay $140. Ashley’s customer service called to follow up on the delivery and I shared my experience. The rep mentioned if I paid a recycling fee. I told her I was never told about a recycling fee, just that the drivers would take my mattress. She allegedly filed a complaint on my behalf. What I will say is that in-store they wanted to make sure that I left a good review via QR code but I normally wait until an experience is completely over with. Mattresses are not cheap and it’s important for customers to be informed of everything when money is spent, or even wanting the customer to return for more purchases .

The sales rep was excellent!!! The furniture never arrived even after receiving updates prior to scheduled delivery and even talking to the delivery driver! When I tried calling the driver after the window for delivery closed I went to voicemail with a mailbox that was not set up. The customer care center rep had no empathy when I called to find out what happened. I finally called the store to find out what happened to the delivery and the sales manager refused to take my call and had the sales rep ask if he could call back the next day. The poor sales person apologized profusely. He said they use a third party for delivery and they often don't deliver or deliver extremely late.

Always great service at the Piedmont Road location. This is the second sofa we’ve purchased here. Were so happy with the first one we bought 3 years ago, decided to get another here as well.

I had an excellent and attentive sales member help with our perfect couch and helped us customize our couch just for us!! The experience shopping there was flawless. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the delay in delivery. We are still couch-less three weeks later, due to the delivery and build (that we payed an arm and a leg extra for) be delayed now FOUR times. We do not even have a delivery date at this point.. Disappointed to say the least. I would understand it being pushed back a week or a day, but now it is looking like another month with no couch. We have reserved our elevator freight only to waste of neighbors time by cancelling it, day of or day before. I would suggest asking and CONFIRMING a delivery date, and trying to negotiate some type of deal for delays. One day we will get our perfect couch. Folding chairs in the living room for now :(

Update: I’ve had the $2,000 sectional for only 5 months and it’s already ripping and peeling apart. Whatever you do- do not order furniture from this store. It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting on my sectional after receiving 3 different delivery dates, taking off of work, and never being able to get in touch with anyone at the store. This has been a total nightmare and they don’t care about trying to make anything right. All of the warnings on this store are accurate, and I wish I would have checked the reviews first before visiting.

0/10 I will never spend another penny with Ashely’s. Still dealing with an issues from an order from 12/2022 and it’s almost 08/2023. Never again.

Let me start by saying the transparency of the staff made this a FANTASTIC experience. I came in with the intention to buy a bed, mattress and couch, and was greeted by Craig. He wasn’t overly eager and let me shop around on my own to figure out a few different options I liked. I hate when sales reps follow you around when I’m initially browsing so this was really nice. Then, I went back to find Craig and he talked me through the pros and cons of each bed, couch, and mattress. Not only did he have deep knowledge on the finishes/material of the furniture, but I truly felt like he was actually putting ME as the customer first by going over the warranty and protection plans in great detail. I was there for 2 hours as I’m the type to ask many questions when making a large purchase, and I never felt rushed. If you want transparency and a great experience buying furniture, ask to see Craig. I also worked with his Manager Elvet too during the process and I have all the same great things to say about Elvet. Knowledgeable, transparent, and will help you find a deal! 10/10 recommend.

Short GM definitely pulled a scam, offering "free" protection when it wasn't actually free. Came back next day to cancel the whole thing and he got upset when I called him out on it and the price for items wasn't even correct after crunching the numbers.

My mom and I attended the DIY Bath Bomb Workshop at the Lindbergh Ashley and we had an absolute blast! It was a nice relaxing way for us to share a mother daughter moment and browse for furniture as well. The manager was very personable as well.

The DIY bath bomb workshop is fantastic! It's pretty easy to check in and I was offered crumbl cookies. The instruction of making the bath bomb was easy to follow. They wrapped your bath bomb nicely for you and you got an essential oil roll on as well. This was a fun and interesting event! One suggestion is that they could arrange the tables in v shape so that it's easier to see the demonstration and listen to the instructor.

Update: The mattress has been leaking fiberglass through the cover and contaminated all of my clothes and other items in my bedroom. I contacted them and they said they can't do anything because it its out of warranty. I've had to throw away the mattress, bed frame and a lot of other items. I've also been having respiratory issues which I know now is from breathing in fiber glass. They don't honor their products here I purchased a mattress here a little over a year ago and the sales women told me that as long as I kept a waterproof mattress cover on it that if it started to sag, as most memory foam ones do, I could get a replacement. I called the store for just that and the lady said I'd have to purchase a new one. So either the original sales lady lied or the current worker lied. Either way I'm taking my business elsewhere

When I was trying to buy a product, a guiding staff was very informative and nice, and I bought a recliner. But when I came back with some issues to exchange, the staff at customer service desk is very rude and she did not work her duty. I totally disappointed with the her service and it damaged the Ashley store.

I bought a couch from the store at Lindbergh in Atlanta. Was told "hopefully May 19 but for sure June 17" as a delivery date. I've received no communication other than an email on June 10 confirming my address for my "upcoming delivery." I spoke with an online rep (after substantial time maneuvering their online system) and was advised everything would be available June 15 and I'd be contacted to schedule the delivery. June 17 has come and passed. I stopped in the store bc the online system is a joke and can't locate my order with a human intervention and they're closed on weekends. The customer service person at the store (who was lovely and sympathetic) told me it was now going to be July 13, 2023 "at the earliest" now and did not seem at all surprised that they had not communicated this to me. I would not recommend this company if you expect communication or fast/accurate delivery dates.

Kendall was such a HUGE help today! He got us the couch that we wanted with such a good deal. Plan on coming back to have him help with my future mattress purchase.

Worse customer service ever! I wish I could rate zero stars. I was suppose to receive my order on Tuesday but they rescheduled my delivery to Thursday without speaking with me. Thursday morning comes and I see an email that it was rescheduled for the following day. I’m not even sure I’ll have it tomorrow. We’ll see. I’m so upset!

Horrible customer experience. The sales man, Eric, promised us delivery and setup included in our final cost - turns out he lied and did not include setup in the system. Fast forward to a week later, the table and chairs arrived in the box, not assembled. We have been contacting Ashley home everyday for the past 3 days with no luck. The boxes are still taking up our living room, while we wait for an available setup slot. It’s been 48 hours of waiting to hear back from their support team. Either our ticket is not being updated correctly, or the managers flat out to not care. I will never shop here again and strongly recommend others stay away. Seems like a bunch of people who don’t care about their job, so just fyi that’s who you’re dealing with. Furniture is expensive so treat your customers well.

We were greeted so nicely by Malik Librahim at the Ashley Store in Atlanta, GA. He was so helpful but not pushy. He let us look by ourselves when we wanted and then we would get him if he had any questions. We were thrilled with the furniture selection and when we laid on the Temperpedic Bed we were in heaven.Malik gave us a pillow while we laid on the bed and by some luck we found the best pillow I have ever slept on. I have a lot of neck problems and I am still floored by this pillow It feels like a cloud is holding my head. If you have a bad neck you should check this pillow out. It’s by Bed Gear and is called Align 1.0. Thank you Malik and Ashley Furniture for a great experience. We have been back and found stuff online to order.

This is not a rating for the store as the gentle man at the store was awesome, but Ashley service after purchase is nothing to write home about. The delivery was late, two pieces of the furniture was broken and we had to wait to be contacted about replacement, which never happened. And even the pieces that were installed still ended up falling apart after a day.

I don't need any furniture. I live with someone who takes care of me. I'm 75 and don't buy anything.

Hello I am writing this review for my mother Susie Withers She ordered a couch last year from Ashley Furniture there was something wrong with the couch so someone came out to fix it and said they needed to order two more pieces and she didn’t hear from anyone so she called and was told that they we’re going to replace the couch it’s been several weeks and still no call or new couch if I could give them no stars I would she has always been on time with her payments and this makes no sense when we call the main number they want to tell us because she ordered the couch online she would have to talk to them so if you are looking to purchase something please don’t go to Ashley Furniture they don’t care about you after they get your money!!!!!!!!😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could, I would rate my experience a 0. Margaret, the sales person, was lovely. However, the delivery was another story. The delivery men brought the loveseat part of the sectional in and took off packaging and put the legs on. I was wondering why the chaise hadn’t been brought in yet. The packaging and legs for the chaise was done outside and they brought it in complete. Surprise surprise! When they brought the chaise in, it was a good 2-3 inches taller. They said they were on the phone with Ashley and I would get a call from them soon. I paid for premium delivery service, $200 for them to set up everything, Well, Ashley called. They had not been informed of the mishap but were calling to ask if the sectional had been delivered. I said it had been delivered wrong and the legs were different sizes. They set up an appointment for a technician to come in 3 days. When the technician arrived, I thought he was coming with the legs, but no, he was there to see what the problem was. I already knew what the problem was. He takes one leg off the chaise and it doesn’t even fit right! The leg was for a metal couch with obvious notches that interconnect. They forced the wrong legs on. Now, I have to worry that they have stripped the fittings on the chaise. Aannndd, they are mailing the legs to me. I guess I have to put it together when I paid for someone to do just that. The delivery people deliberately gave me something they knew was wrong because they just couldn’t be bothered. When I went in to speak with a manager about the situation, he didn’t even speak to me. The wonderful gentlemen at the front helped me. I asked for a refund on the delivery. They refused and said they may give me Ashley Cash. Are you serious? Do you think I am ever purchasing anything from you again? Absolutely Not! My first and Last purchase from Ashley furniture.

Horrible experience, takes way too long to ship and they messed up my furniture order

Stillman Williams made my experience wonderful at Ashley furniture even though he is a UNC fan, I still enjoyed his customer service. It felt like I was purchasing my couch with my friend that just so happened to work there.

KUDOS for Margaret,Craig, Derrell,Nae and Jocelyn who leads the team! 2 weeks ago I came to Ashley and was greeted by Ferrell who was very friendly courteous and helpful. I was still looking at different stores. A week later I came back enroute to work and was greeted by Craig who also like Derrell was most professional even telling me what furniture tended to last longer based on his personal experience. Above and beyond! I was pressed for time to go to work so I didn't have time to stay as long as I wished. I arrived back this morning and was warmly greeted by Margaret. There was never a break in the flow of professionalism from all employees. Margaret treated my home as if she was moving in it,listened to my concerns,offering ideas I never considered and was top notch. Her patience and knowledge of product alongside her interior decorating experience were superb. I caught glimpses of the interactions of Jocelyn the manager with her employees and she was just as friendly as everyone else alongside Nae at the customer service desk. I don't know if the staff is praying before they open the doors but whatever y'all got KEEP IT! Very satisfied customer Antonio oneal

Horrible service. I ordered thousands of dollars’ worth of furniture and once they got my money the informed me the order was delayed 3 months. They told me at the time of sale it would be two weeks. Management especially Joselyn is not the sharpest tool in the shed and frankly shouldn’t have this role. Eric was who sold me the furniture and ghosted me but was helpful when he responded. The “premium” delivery a was nightmare. The drivers appeared to be under the influence and damaged my place. They also didn’t clean up after the deliver and failed to bring all the items. I am still waiting on several piece and will update my review accordingly. Tyler was cool.

Failed delivery 5 times. Very unreliable. Will never buy Ashley products again. So sorry I chose Ashley furniture

We enjoyed our experience at Ashley. Margaret our sales consultant was knowledgeable and very attentive.

Craig was great! He greeted me right when I walked in and asked me questions to find what I was looking for and listened. He didn’t just go straight to the most expensive item but found something that fit what I was looking for. He also arranged for it to be delivered right to my door which is great since I have a car and live on the second floor. The furniture was beautiful and I look forward to it coming and the price was a great value. Craig gave me his card so next time I need something for my bedroom or living room, I will be giving him a call.

Drivers are OK with blocking your drive way not caring who needs to get home dirt bags drive for this company.

I just had the worst experience at this Ashley Home Furniture store on Piedmont Rd. I bought a reclining couch in store. The exact same couch was 41% cheaper on their website. I had to drive back to the store to get them to refund the difference. I paid for assembly, but they refused to assemble my couch, so i refused delivery. They took the couch back and sold it to another customer; told me to wait 1 month for my couch. I told them to cancel my order.

This store has an amazing selection of furniture styles and price points. Sales team is friendly, efficient and personable. Craig helped me find a furniture style to match my needs and I felt comfortable with the purchase process...1st time buyer at Ashley Furniture store

We came in interested in a patio set, he promptly walked us back to the area, gave us space to discuss on our own, and come to a decision. After letting him know about a deal offered through our personal credit card, he was able to match the deal in-store. I had the privilege of shopping with Malik for my new furniture. Malik was professional and went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was looking for. The process was very smooth! 10/10 recommended shopping with him during your next visit.

Please go anywhere but here. Probably one of the worst shopping experiences I have had to date. I ordered a table that was supposed to be picked up and delivered to my home, when the delivery driver showed up they told him that the table could have been damaged so they do not know if they can still give it to me. Did they tell me any of this? Absolutely not. I called and they said they would reschedule the delivery and give me a call back. Never got a call back for that. I call again after a week, same thing. Finally, I call the delivery guy myself and get it scheduled. I call the store to confirm and they told me that they voided my sale - and gave credit back to my account. FIRST off - why would you void the sale without talking to me first. SECONDLY - they said they would handle getting the driver set up and had not yet so why would you void the sale. LASTLY - they did not give me a refund - they gave me credit back WITHOUT even communicating this. I was about to end up with no table, and no refund that is absolutely insane. To top off everything - I expressed how disappointed I was in the service and the lady on the phone said "I will ask my manager to call you back but I can't guarantee anything." HUH you guys did something unacceptable and your manager can't call me back? I still had a guest room to furnish but Ashley will never get another cent out of me.

I recently purchased a couch from Eric Pineiro and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They sent the wrong chair. They have not communicated with me by email. I am having major surgery in two weeks and needed a recliner to use in my recovery. This chair is like a brick. You can feel the wood frame on the arms. The seat is hard. I would never buy this chair Nor will I buy anything from them again. I am going to post all the details. On my blog and Twitter account.

We came in to just look at some options for our new Airbnb start up. Luckily we met Damon who’s in the business as well. He was able to understand our needs and quickly view our floor plans and pictures to come up with tips and tricks for us to fully furnish the place. Damon was also extremely knowledgeable about mattresses! Can’t wait to start our next project!

I just have to say Craig was very helpful throughout the process. I was a bit overwhelmed because I had a new house to furnish. Craig was very knowledgeable of the product and different floor plans throughout the house. If you got a big project your working or in the process go see Craig!

I purchased/ordered a bed frame online on 9/25/22, and when I got it, it had a lot of missing parts. Ashely came and picked up the item, and confirmed the return on 10/17/22, in their system. Somehow, a customer service made a mistake thinking that I would keep the item with 20% discount. How do I KEEP an item that was already returned to the store? I have called Ashley furniture store more than 30 times, and am still waiting the full refund. They would say they would, but never actually do it. I want not only my refund, but also have them somehow pay for all the hours and stress that i had to go through. Also, their customer service use cell phone, and could not clearly hear what they said. They also hang up the call quite often in the middle of the phone calls. Their business practice should never be allowed.

Do you have other place to buy your furniture? If yes, do not buy anything from Ashley.

Whatever you do, do not order from this store. Lies on top of more lies. I ordered a mattress and an adjustable from here and paid over $3K. I was told my items would be delivered on a specific day that I needed them (7 days from when I purchased). 7 days turned into over a month and I wasn’t notified until the day before my items were supposed to be delivered. They then told me I had to come into the store to get a refund which wasn’t true. I paid via email link as the store is too far from me. Eventually after several calls they miraculously were able to refund me without going to the store. It’s not worth the hassle or the lies. I was without a bed for a few days thanks to the last minute notification that my bed wouldn’t be delivered on the day that was promised. Thankfully Mattress firm was able to deliver everything to me within two days from ordering and for a much cheaper price.

I've been buying at this Ashley for years and spent tens of thousands of dollars here. But I had horrible customer service experience this time, I swear I would never shop here ever again. On the first delivery, my bed frame was damaged, so the delivery team delivered and assembled the rest of the order. They did not assemble the foundation box because there was no bed frame. They told me to call the store to schedule delivery of replacement bed frame. Also, the sales rep somehow set up my coffee tables and end tables as direct ship, not home delivery, that means I have to assemble them. I asked delivery team to assemble them for me since I received the items already. They said they can't do that because the items weren't set up for home delivery, which I totally understand because that is the policy. Well, I texted and called my sales rep Eric Pineiro, never got a response from him. So I called the store and got transferred to customer care. They put me on delivery schedule. On delivery day, I had to reschedule all my work and sat at home the whole day until 5pm. Nothing came. I called customer care. Melanie from customer care said I wasn't scheduled for this date, but scheduled for another date. Great, I wasted my whole day waiting. The customer care agent I talked to last time definitely didn't do her job. I made sure to get the name this time. I also asked her that my tables were set up as direct ship as a mistake and see if I could pay extra for assembly fee when the delivery team comes. She said she would just put in the notes for delivery team for me to help me assemble the tables. On second delivery day, the delivery guy at first refused to assemble my foundation box because he said he didn't deliver it. I had to argue with him about it before he assembled it for me. I told him about the coffee tables. He didn't see any notes from customer care. But he nodded and said ok, and he literally just left after assembling the bed. Ridiculous! Now I'm stuck with the coffee tables that I can't assemble because some screws are missing. And I can't get a hold of my sales rep. And whatever customer care told you is just a lie.

I ordered a bed, 2 Saturdays in a row I sat at home waiting only to both days late in the day find out that pieces were missing and broken. It cost over 1200 dollars. I have had to sleep on the floor for almost 3 weeks. Nobody could/would plan a delivery for after 5pm even though the delivery guy assured it could be done while he was packing the bed back up. Your customer service is terrible and essentially useless if they can't do anything after 2 such disasters. A part of my entertainment center was also broken and after 2 weeks, the new piece still hasnt arrived. Find a way to help your customers better.

Don't buy furniture here. They deliver and assemble defective product and will not let you return it. When furniture was delivered and being assembled I pointed out that the furniture was defective. I was ignored and the employees continued to put the furniture together. I called the next day to complain and Ashley will not return. There are several places of discoloration, the pieces are disjointed, and the drawers are bowed. Attached are some pictures. Update: Got tired of fighting with Ashley Customer Care so went to the location to take it up with the Manager in person. Manager resolved the situation by replacing the damaged furniture. Updating my review from one star to 2.

Never in my life have I dealt with a more incompetent company to try to just get one order right. I have had the delivery team at my house 5 times in the last month and a half trying to just get my order right and each time they have the wrong details of product to deliver or take away; or they only take or bring one piece when I need two. I cannot fathom the stupidity and horrendousness of customer service here and wish that everyone take their business elsewhere. I will never step foot in an Ashley Furniture again and will forever do my best to drive business away. I don't wish this frustration on anyone. It's not worth the extra "Ashley Cash" or gift card. Plus they told me I would get $600 in Rewards Gift cards for my order but I only got $328. Every aspect of this experience was a poor one. Trust me and go somewhere else.

Damon was an incredible sales associate to work with who helped me find available products, like styles when items were on back order, scheduled deliveries and was extremely professional through our whole transaction. I’m looking forward to working with him again.

Never Shop at the Ashley Home store on Piedmont. Atlanta, Ga 30324. I was finessed by Jordan Saunders a sales rep. He sold me a clearance/used mattress in the store and never told myself or my husband. He said they were running a promotional sale on adjustable mattresses. When I received my bed, it was damaged and I never received the remote control for the mattress. I called the store several times to make a complaint and it took hours for some to answer. I spoke with Nae, HORRIBLE customer service. Then I spoke with the customer service manager TIERRA the worst manager ever. She didn’t care or follow-up with my complaint. I’m with a damage bed that was delivered to me on 11/29. No one can help until 12/10. Also, my remote control to my bed is at the store and she told me that I have to drive and get it. NO, I paid for a delivery fee and it should be delivered to me. I asked to speak to the store manager Mr. Elvit and he’s never there. He didn’t want to approve my return because of the clearance. I was never told that, because once again I was finesse.

I highly recommend going to Craig. Super patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great experience.

In November 2022, Went into the store to shop for new home furniture. Was instantly greeted by Stillman. His energy is great! Must be a Cancer thing lol. I knew from how he initially greeted I was in great hands. He took care of all my needs, visions, and ideas. He took his time and gave me 110% of his attention. He also gave me some great discounts. Thanks again Stillman! I appreciate you so much! Update: March 2024, we are upgrading our living room so we were in search for a new couch. Of course I had to go back to Ashley’s and see my guy Stillman! Yet again, gave us that great customer service family vibes. Let’s just say we went to look and get his opinion, but we just ended up sealing the deal with my guy. Preciate you!

The furniture came with a stain. I texted the guy who sold it to me because he was texting during delivery. Heard nothing. Filed claim with 3rd party warranty. Didn’t hear back. Called. They said it was manufacturing warranty. Called store so many times. Finally got an answer from store. Filed claim. Never heard back.

I’ve shopped in Ashley Furniture a lot even in different states. The service I received today by Stillman was UNMATCHED! He truly went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! He did not pressure me to make a decision and assisted me with measurements and let me run home to be sure the table would fit. Stillman was kind, funny, attentive, and actively listened to what I was looking for! He exceeded my expectations.Thank you Stillman I’ll be back to see you.

Bought 6k furniture with a expectiing delovery as scheduled..they send 2 email to confirm delivery and 2 phone call to confirm the delivery.. I confirmed and took off from work For the delivery and the delivery time was from 8am to 12..around 9 am they called me and telling me we can’t deliver it today because there delivery got over loaded and just hanged up like it’s not there problem.. no value for the customers.. and now I requested refund and I have to wait 14 to 20 days to get my check in mail when paid all in cash .. now I have to wait for there convinence to get a new furniture.. I guess it explain the trust about Ashley ….

I've had the absolute worst ongoing experience with Ashley Furniture! So I take off the ENTIRE DAY to wait for a delivery I've been waiting for since JUNE! And They sent the delivery to my mailing address and NOT the delivery address! It's now 5pm and the customer service ie warehouse has hung up on me 3 times while I'm on hold. A recording comes on asking me to rate my call, then hangs up! The irony! At this point I deserve my sofa and recliner for free! Seeing as I paid cash so I can't dispute and recover the$$ from my credit card company. I've been fighting for all these months to receive the furniture I paid for. 2 technicians and several phone calls and trips to the store, and I finally thought I was going to get my recliner today. Then the delivery guy calls and says he's knocking on my door. Um no you're not. Guess what!? He was given the wrong delivery address! I'm recording my calls and I plan to take legal action at this point! This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had purchasing ANYTHING! My sister was going to use Ashley to furnish her new house. Not anymore!!!

If you're going to shop at Ashley (which is questionable in itself), I recommend NOT shopping at this store. First, they'll STRAIGHT UP lie to you and tell you your furniture is going to be delivered on a certain day just to get you to buy it. They'll tell you the furniture is in stock even when it's not. Basically, they'll do whatever they can to get your money and get out the door. I bought a couch that has been pushed back over 2 months now, and even the new date is not guaranteed. Second, once you finally figure out that they're a bunch of liars, they will NEVER, and I mean NEVER put you on the phone with the manager, no matter how many times you call. They will tell you that their manager will call you back, but it will never happen. Maybe you're thinking, I'll just call Customer Support. HA! You'll never get through because there are a million people also calling with issues about their orders! You might have better luck at Ashely at Stonecrest or Athens, but DO NOT shop at this Ashley. I'll personally never be shopping at any Ashley ever again.

Hands down the worst establishment I’ve dealt with. I was given completely inaccurate information in store relating to delivery. I was told that items would be delivered to my home and assembled and instead they were just dropped off in the package room of another building. Items were also delivered a week from the time I was given. Customer service is also trash and was no help at all in rectifying the situation.

The most unprofessional furniture place I have worked with. Still waiting on my couch one and a half month after paying for it. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. TERRIBLE STORE.

I ORDER AND RECEIVED 4 COUNTER HEIGHT BAR STOOLS, UPON UNBOXING THEM AND ASSEMBLING THEM 3 ARE DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK AND HALF AND NO RESOLUTION. THEY WANTED TO SEND REPLACEMENTS PARTS FOR BROKEN WOOD, LOPSIDED BACKS AND MISSING FOAM, I SAID NO SO NOW THEY SAY WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET AN ANSWER ABOUT HAVING THEM SWAPPED OUT. TO SAY THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE STILL DOESNT DESCRIBE THE TRUE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT AND ACTIONS.

WORST DELIVERY EVER! Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. I bought a new mattress and paid for removal of the old mattress. They took the old mattress out of my house, then left it in my front yard and drove away. Customer services and store management has been unresponsive.

After looking at numerous furniture store we ended up at Ashleys and am really glad we did. Marzett was very helpful. He took time listening to our needs and showed us everything that they had which could fit our needs. It took less than an hour to find something that we liked and complete the purchase. Definitely would go back & recommend to friends and family.

I had the pleasure to visit this location 2x in the last 90 days, with 2 different associates direct assistance with transactions. Each time, I was welcomed and assisted with great communication, care and respect throughout the purchasing process. I was fortunate to find living room and dining furniture and purchased. I wish I remembered both gentlemen’s names that helped during my experiences for acknowledgments, but unfortunately I do not. But, the entire staff seems too notch! My 1st delivery experience was flawless and my most recent transactions’ delivery is expected in a couple of days. Thank you Ashley - Buckhead Atlanta! Great job

Necole at Ashley Furniture and Home Stores in Atlanta, GA was so helpful in getting my roommate and I an amazing deal on the couch we needed to set up our new student apartment. Very grateful for her attention to detail and kindness!

I never signed up for emails and I keep selecting spam but you all somehow manage to still send them. It is sooooo annoying. I ask to be unsubscribed but you never remove me. Maybe you’ll see this and finally understand I do not want emails. Please remove me from the list!

I’ve been to Ashley before and I never experience this service before the guy there at customer service he took me around the store he showed me different furniture in my price range and he was wonderful he got the price go down to my budget he was amazing

The salesman lied to us and said that the sofa would be delivered in pieces. It was not. The delivery team proceed to carry the sofa through our doorways and scrap them up bad. The fact that they lied to us frustrates us the most. That and now we have to redo our trim. Be sure to ask a lot of questions before you buy it. Atrocious customer service. Still haven’t been reimbursed two weeks later for the trim they busted up. I will never buy from Ashley again.

Do not buy from Ashley. They told me my bedroom set, sofa, wall art and coffee table were all in stock and that was a lie. It's more than 2 months since I've made my purchase and after multiple delivery date changes, the 1 item I did not return keeps being scheduled and canceled and no one can give me an honest date for delivery. I've taken off work numerous times and I've attempted to call their escalation line to no avail. They have gone as far as to even call and confirm delivery as many as 3 times, give me a window and never show up! The last time I waited all day, I was called less than 30 minutes before the window expired and told my order was not even in a warehouse in my state. This has been the absolute worse service ever and I feel lied to. If delivery is subject to change, your logistics should allow you to notify customers at least within 24 hours. It should be criminal to sale items under false pretense and not have proper complaint and issue resolution channels. The UCC and BBB needs to investigate this and rate them accordingly.

Had a great in store experience but the furniture is NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT. and the after purchase service is even worse. This dresser was over $500.... I could have spent half the price at Walmart for the same quality, if not better. This is not what I was expecting AT ALL. Now I'm stuck paying for cheap damaged furniture.

I purchased a bedroom suite from this store for my new apartment and had it delivered by Ashley Furniture movers. While they were delivering/assembling my furniture, they shattered a full length floor mirror that was already in my bedroom. The movers didn’t even tell me they broke it while they were in my home, and I don’t think they were planning to. I discovered it as they were leaving and tried to chase them down as they sped off in their delivery truck. That was a month ago....since then, I’ve filed a complaint with their seemingly non existent "customer service" department to be reimbursed for the damage their delivery drivers caused. I’ve sent them all of the documentation they said they needed to process my case multiple times, spent at least 7 hrs of my life on the phone trying to get this resolved, and they have the most unresponsive, useless customer "care" department ever. It's been a month. I will never shop at Ashley furniture ever again. You have the worst customer service I've ever encountered, you clearly care nothing about customer retention.

The delivery team left a mess in the hallway where I live. After setting up all of my furniture, the hallway was a wreck with paper and plastic that the delivery men left. Their energy was bad from the start. It’s not my fault because I was your last delivery of the day. If you don’t like your job, you should find a new one. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. THEY WILL DELAY YOUR DELIVERY MULTIPLE TIMES AND SEND AN EMAIL IT'S ON SCHEDULE AND THE DAY BEFORE THEY WILL CALL TO CANCEL THE DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND PRODUCT. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES ON ONE ORDER. WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY REALLY STUCK

Save the time, frustration, money, and headache. Shop anywhere other than this place.

Terrible experience never ordering from here again 3 weeks late and they show up at 6 am to deliver something terrible experience never will i ever order again from here.

Damon, our sales person helped us out buying a bedroom set. He gave us his number and said "If anything comes up, text him and he'll help us out". We got a call 2 MINUTES before the delivery telling us they weren't bringing the headboard. We texted DAMON MUNTIPLE TIMES EACH to and never got a response. We got the delivery of the headboard rescheduled for 2 weeks later just to have them not show up again to drop off the headboard. They gave us a delivery window between 12-4 PM PLUS A CALL SAYING THEY'LL BE THERE WITHIN 3 MINUTES AND THEY NEVER SHOWED! No communication or consideration for their customers. Be careful shopping here and be careful with working with Damon he'll make the sale then forget about you. Disappointed in the business here.

With continued attempts to allow Ashley to provide us service, the service continued to fail. We have worked within Customer Care and Retail, so we understand the different issues that can occur but we have not had continuous bad experiences. We have purchased with them for 3 different homes and every time there were multiple issues such as: - false availability - missed scheduling - lack of communication of all avenues - impatient customer service while attempting to assist Feedback: - need alignment between retail store/customer service front and warehouse on availability and scheduling - better questions/survey of customer home to assure item can be delivered and not a "Do Not Fit" error code while on site - increased customer compensation for errors

I would love to be able to review my actual furniture but unfortunately, 6 months later, I still don’t have it. I’ve had three delivery dates, tons of runarounds, being told many differently things, and was even told my husband had come in and cancelled our order which was not the case. We were originally told delivery would be 1-4 weeks out so we went ahead and got rid of our old furniture. Not we’re heading into month seven with no living room furniture and getting a hold of someone from here is a nightmare.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE AT ASHLEY. Absolutely the worst retail experience. Our delivery date was constantly changed and we went back to the store twice to sort out inconsistencies about the dates, but still kept getting calls regarding the old dates since their systems are not integrated. Even though we paid for delivery and assembly, one of the items was left in our package room with no intimation of delivery of any kind. We saw the package by chance when there to retrieve another package. The pieces were broken when opened. When they did deliver, THE DELIVERY TEAM REFUSED TO ASSEMBLE two of the heavy pieces, even after we called customer care and they asked them to assemble it. The whole experience has just been a complete nightmare.

I ordered a couch from Ashley despite the countless horror stories, YouTube videos, and articles stating "Don't ever order from Ashley under any circumstances!!!". The reason I decided to go with them is because, out of all of the furniture stores I visited and all the couches I sat on, the couch I picked was literally the only one that checked all my boxes- it was comfortable, stylish, the material and color I wanted, and within my budget. On top of that, the couch was on sale and made my purchase + an ottoman cheaper than almost all of the other similar couches I was considering (about $1000 total). I researched a ton of furniture websites before and after visiting Ashley and just wasn't willing to pull the trigger on a couch I didn't sit on. I placed the order online and selected my delivery window and crossed my fingers everything would go to plan. The process was super simple. In the end, I'm not sure if it was a fluke or what, but the delivery came exactly the date and time they said it would, the delivery man was incredibly helpful and nice, and all of the pieces I ordered came exactly like they were supposed to. I'm not saying you should ignore all of the negative reviews on here because I definitely don't want to invalidate anyone's experience. I know what it's like to receive deliveries late, incorrectly, and damaged. I just think it's important to do your research, keep an open mind, and trust your gut. I had absolutely no issues with Ashley and would order from them again based on this experience. The only thing I wish was different was that I wish we had the option of extending our delivery date out even further. We picked the latest available date but it's still about 6 days before we move to our new place, so now we'll have to move it again. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

Tae Lee is an amazing associate... She greeted us upon entry; listened to our esthetic ideas and right away took us on a tour of some unique options. She made our shopping experience easy, and she is full of smiles. Great job Tae

My rating is regarding the delivery team, not our sales associate he was great. We came in on a Saturday purchased a set and confirmed in the store that our items would be delivered on the following Tuesday. We made it home and received confirmation text from Ashley delivery team for Wednesday a completely different date from what was initially discussed. I confirmed Wednesday via text and Wednesday we received a call stating that they needed to change our delivery date again (2nd time) because our chairs were not in Stock. Delivery was rescheduled by the delivery team for Saturday, we were available by phone and at home waiting for delivery and no one showed , then we received a call from your delivery service and stated , we've tried to call you all and were unable to reach you all, this is a LIE. Delivery team rescheduled our delivery for the 4th time . This location delivery service is unprofessional, liars and lazy. I tried calling the store several times only to be hung up on three times. I filed a formal complaint as well. I forgot to mention delivery had the audacity to state we would be charged an additional delivery fee if the delivery date was changed again, I wonder if this is done periodically to collect, even if its the store fault.additional delivery fees from consumers. Hopefully your delivery team isn't intentionally changing delivery dates and blaming customers, so your location can charge extra delivery fees. Future potential customers, Please consider another location. Update our delivery date has been changed again without communicating with us and Ashley sent two emails at 408am to confirm delivery dates thar were never discussed initially, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had

If you are getting something delivered don’t hold your breath. My delivery people never showed up after I spent $2000 on a dining room set. They have notoriously horrible delivery team service . I will be contacting corporate . On top of that when they came THE NEXT DAY 4 hours after the window , they didn’t have all the chairs because some were on back order and nobody ever told me . Two days in a row the delivery team was 4 hours late . I’m done . How is this acceptable?? I’m telling you I won’t be ordering from here and I requested my money be returned to me !!

Craig at the Piedmont location in Atlanta was great. He gave me what information was needed and listened to my concerns and questions. I’ll be back and recommend to others.

The furniture I purchased and the experience in the store was decent. But if anything goes wrong with the delivery, the customer service is the absolute worst. I’m serious. I received a damaged stool and filed a claim immediately upon receipt. It’s been two weeks and all I’ve gotten is the run around from different agents. No response to emails and and conveniently get disconnected from phone calls literally every time. Of course this results in another 45 minute wait to reach someone again just for the same thing to happen. Decent furniture but be aware that if you have to contact customer service, prepare for disappointment.

I didn’t have a problem with purchasing furniture at this location, but I’m 0 for 2 on delivery. I ordered a bed last month. When it came, it was missing hardware which was sent, but I did have to wait to have shipped. This most recent purchase was a couch. After setting up delivery and receiving a slew of phone calls and texts from Ashley to confirm, the couch wasn’t on the truck. Four hours later and no phone call or explanation and still no couch.

This store had to be good, but not anymore. I went to buy dining chairs, nobody helped me. Worst customer service. The sales associate weren’t attentive, they were in another stuff, but not paying attention to the customer. This Ashley Store needs a better customer service.

Beware of this store and its manager - unless you want to screamed at, yelled at, get fingers pointed towards you, Do Not visit this Ashley store. The manager here was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional when asked about any discounts. Malik was the BEST! I loved the time he took with me and my fiancé. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We found the perfect furniture for our little love nest. He took his time with us and spoke to us like family. We are beyond pleased. Can’t wait to receive our pieces!

I have had the absolute worst time with Ashley Furniture and will never be purchasing from them ever again. If you have an issue, don't even call the store directly because they wont answer. I bought a sectional couch from here on 11/6/21 and had it delivered via threshold delivery. Once I assembled the couch, I immediately knew something was wrong - the recliner motor and connecting pieces were broken, I assume from delivery. I initially requested a technician to come out to fix it (the day after delivery), but then after another day of having the couch, I decided I wanted to return it because I was overall not pleased with the quality of it (in addition to the broken part). There was loose fabric and I could feel the frame right through the chaise section. So I went back in the store, which resulted in the technician being cancelled and the return and refund request being filed. I was still within my window to return the couch so this should have been easy. Despite cancelling the technician, they still showed up. I immediately let them know that I requested to return the couch and I cancelled their appointment so I was unsure why they even showed. They put it in their notes and moved along. It took until the end of Jan 2022 to get the couch picked up for a return, but only after numerous phone calls and "give us 2-3 business days". I had to have my case escalated. The notes on my file were inconsistent between all the agents I spoke to, and the return was initially requested (and denied) under a "warranty claim" which was obviously not true. Every time I called to follow up with the pickup/return, I found out new information/new steps that had to be taken. They do NOT track any information regarding your case or returns. I had to go back in the store to tell them that the couch was picked up for return, and to start the refund process. They said it would take up to 30 days to process the refund. That was on 2/11/22. Its now 4/1/22 and still no refund. I had to file a dispute claim with my credit card. Thankfully, since I'm in a dispute, I don't have to continue making payments on it, but I had already made a few payments prior to the dispute because the refund had not been processed. This process is not worth the headache and annoyance. Its absolutely ridiculous. It a piece of furniture, not a house!

Do NOT open a credit card with Ashley Furniture via Synchrony Bank! I was lied to and given misleading information. They told I would have 12 months 0% interest free, until October 2022! However, they charged me interest and I was making payments! They closed the account even though I didn’t go over my credit limit, and continued to charge interest and late fees. I called the Customer Service and they were rude and unhelpful! And, even though I was making payments they were reporting late payments to the credit bureau! I finally paid the card off 6 months earlier than the promotion they told me about! 2 days later they still have not updated their records online showing i paid the full balance. After this experience, I will not be buying a dresser or a new mattress from Ashley’s! I work in retail and I open more 10 or more accounts a week via Citi Bank, and I never seen such fraudulent and misleading information than I have from Ashley Furniture and Synchrony Bank! Never Again.

One word, STILLMAN. He was so very helpful throughout my purchase process and recommended items that were perfect for me. I came to this location first as it was the closest to me and saw a couch that I liked. Because it was the only furniture store that I had been to at the time, I decided to take a look at other Ashley's in the area. I looked around, found another couch option, but realized it was too big for my space. I came BACK to Stillman because of his wonderful customer service. I ordered the couch I originally wanted, and was a happy customer. I then came BACK to Stillman with now, my family who were visiting at the time, and ordered a bed, mattress, and barstools. I am such a happy customer. Stillman is knowledgable, kind, personable, confident and truly cares about his customers. You almost feel like family when speaking to him; and to for me, it was so very needed being a newbie to the area. I'm happy to say I have found my "furniture guy" and will always be a customer of THIS Ashley's because of Stillman. He definitely deserves to manage a FEW stores to embed his customer service skills in Ashley staff across the region. This Ashley's is great!

Malik helped us search for the perfect sectional for my mother's condo. She described exactly the kind of fabric, colors, and cushion firmness she wanted and he pinpointed the perfect item for her. He was attentive and personable and made sure she got the best quality for what she was able to spend. He didn't try to upsell us or throw in any extras or upgrades. He set up the assembly and delivery. Or experience went perfectly. Even the delivery guys were great! Thank you!

Jordan is the man you want to see for all your furniture needs! He is so kind and sincere and doesn’t feel pushy like other sales people. He was honest about delivery times and was so helpful!

Awful customer service. I bought furniture in July. It's March. Part of my order was canceled by them, the one piece I most wanted. Communication was was non existent. Their logistical system and supply chain makes getting service impossible.

Great experience from sales to delivery.

This has got to be the WORST experience I've ever had. They deceive and defraud their customers. I consider myself to be rather laid-back, which is why I felt compelled to write a review. Imagine being told something is free and then being charged $600 after canceling your entire order. I'm not sure I can wrap my head around this experience, and I'd give it a zero-star rating if I could. Please get it together.

I found exactly what I was looking for. A cute little dinette set. The salesman was professional and efficient. I was in and out in no time flat.

THEY WILL LIE ABOUT DELIEVERY DATE! I purchased a bed frame from this store on SEPTEMBER 2021. I was moving in to new house on November so I stopped by at a store to see how long the delivery date. My fiancée (at that time) and I found a bed frame that we liked so we asked for the delivery date which was 8- 10 weeks. This time frame was perfect for us since we needed it around November. However, we still have not received the bed frame and the estimated delivery date is April. This date is still just an estimate. When I call them to check for the status, delivery date delays for a month every single time. I tried to call this store 100 times but they never pick up. I have waited for 6 months now but they still don't have date. I should have cancelled this order much earlier if I knew but every time I called in, they said it is coming about a month later so which was not too bad but oh well this happened like 5 times. Do NOT Ever shop with this store unless you want to wait for a year without any update, notice, service what so ever.

Don't ever buy anything here. Do NOT do it. We've been waiting almost 30 days for them to reach out to process a return. They do not accept in store returns and do not allow warehouse returns. For unopened items, you have to wait for them to MAYBE reach out to you and then follow up / sit on the line or chat with customer service for hours being pinballed back and forth between the store and the online customer service team. Next, there is an approval required to see if they will accept your return of your unopened item. Then, if you are successful getting through that mess, you have to wait another 7-10 business days for them to process your full refund of your money.

They don’t deliver !! AVOID ASHLEY FURNITURE!! I bought furniture for bedrooms and dining room in November so far nothing has been delivered. With each visit to the store the estimated delivery increases by two months. DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE!!!!

Great service. Great selection. Very competitive pricing. I ordered my bedroom suite last year. Delivery was quick and professional. I just ordered a sofa on a Thursday and it will be delivered on Sunday! (Angel was my sales associate and she was very professional, polite, and helpful.

Customer service is non-existent. My partner and I purchased a table that was supposedly immediately available. We ordered it from the store on November 26th, 2021. It’s January 9th, 2022 and has yet to arrive. The warehouse called to inform us that, it is a back order and it will come January 20 the earliest. That made us both really upset as the reason we picked the specific table, was so we have the new table earlier by Christmas. The store should have informed us prior that it was a back order as we liked another table and the reason we didn’t pick that one up was because it was a back order according to the label. Not only that but when we went home the next day we saw online the same table and it was $150 cheaper! That was infuriating. We called and they made the adjustment but has yet to be reflected in the credit card. We will see what happens from there. Unprofessional and disappointed with the service. Would not recommend.

We absolutely loved working with Crystal on purchasing a couch for our new home in East Atlanta Village. We couldn’t be more pleased with the awesome customer service and the easy going nature of working with her.

Such a disappointing place! Highly unprofessional and mismanaged! Never ever got my dinning table. It's been almost a year now since my order. They keep playing ping pong. Just went to the store and canceled my order finally and then they made me call customer care to take back the chairs. Never ever go to this place.They have no clue what's going on.

Called the store to see if they had a table I had seen online; a salesman then texts with me and sends an order form via email for the table I want - telling me the link expires in 15 minutes, and I must accept right away, and doesn’t provide any information about delivery. After barely being able to enter payment info and filling out the order information (30 seconds left to spare on the link), I ask about delivery info. The salesman tells me 3-4 weeks, which is fine. I schedule a delivery early (hooray) and am not told I need to be home at time of delivery. After calling and finding out I need to be home , I cancel the delivery and am told I can set up a new delivery later in the week. Lo and behold, my table is given to someone else and now my delivery cannot be made until April 20. This store uses slimy high pressure sales tactics, and salesmen (and corporate) will lie to your face about delivery time and then say you should have read the fine print in the 15 min before your order link expired. Would not recommend using this company for your furniture needs. Currently in the process of trying to cancel my order, which I am told will take nearly a month.

We ordered a sofa and loveseat and were given a delivery date of January 5th the date came and we had not heard anything from the company so we tried to call and see what time our purchase would be delivered. We were told that the date had been changed to February 7th without any call or message. We had done what was asked of us as far as moving our old sofa and making sure there was room for the new one and now we are stuck for a month without one. I called and spoke to the office manager and was told that there were items in the warehouse that we should be able to get and I was told I would receive a call back which never happened. Trying to reach someone is very difficult and communication is not done well.

Robbie was our sales person and she was so helpful and lovely. We found the perfect couch and delivery was scheduled for four days later. Customer service is always great at this store and I always come back for new pieces for our home.

If I could leave a zero star review, I most definitely would. October 2021 I ordered a 2 piece sectional via over the phone with a rep located inside of this Piedmont location. Once the furniture was delivered December 3rd, I noticed on 1 of the 2 pieces was wrapped in plastic, leaving part of my sectional with dirt and dust. The delivery guy later showed me a picture of how the furniture was sitting out in the warehouse upon pick up. Very unsanitary given the state we are in with the pandemic. Other issues were them delivering the wrong legs for the sectional and the material underneath the couch displayed at least 2 holes. So after accepting the delivery, I called back the next day to request a full refund. From that day forth I was given the runaround in regards to setting up a pick up for the furniture along with my refund. Every call that I made to this company (at least 7 to 9 called to date) followed by at least 45 minutes of wait time which is typical around the holiday. But the fact that every agent who I spoke with ALL had different information to give me. Majority of these agents were not documenting my accounting with accurate information which lead to there being two cases being made because it was documented that I wanted to return only one of the two pieces of the sectional. Whoever decides to keep one part of a sectional is pretty strange to me. However, that is what the agent assumed even with me informing them repeatedly via over the phone and email that I needed a full refund and this furniture picked up as soon as possible. The Dec 18th they finally picked the furniture up. Since then my refund has been processing in the system and all I had needed was for an agent to tell me at that time that if I decided not to wait the 7 to 10 business days for the refund, all I needed to do was go in store and have them swipe my card. That was not communicated with me until two days ago (December 28th)..So now I am still playing the waiting game to receive my full payment. A $922.19 purchase yet I have an agent telling me that "it looks like we owe you $461.09" ... Like, seriously ! Ashley Furniture systems are in dire need of improvement. Whatever protocols that are to be followed clearly aren't being communicated or trained well enough so that customers such as I myself do not have to endure being told several things that ultimately lead to delays and frustration. Never again will I do business with a company who cannot communicate effectively and accurately nor offer documentation via email for transactions outside of purchase and delivery. Ashley Furniture can no way be the top furniture store that they so graciously promote on these calls and websites. The quality of my furniture was not as I expected and the customer service was just the icing on the cake to a poor experience.

I just wanted to say my mom and I had a great experience here. I purchased her a couch that is absolutely stunning. Not only was the customer service amazing, but most of all I want to give a huge shoutout to Zuberi for over exceeding our experience here. Without him I guarantee we wouldn’t have walked away with a couch. He is absolutely amazing and highly recommend asking for him for any needs in the store.

The young lady who attempted to assist us clearly just wanted a sale… these are not the type of people I like to work with. Help me find something I might like. Then don’t walk off saying you will be back and you are running off to chase another sale… I felt like family months ago at American Signature… and I’m not going there because of that store, but because of the service I got!!!

I like the furniture I got from Ashley. But the customer service is VERY poor. I received no communication about the expensive furniture items I ordered, some of them got ordered when they were not supposed to and I did not receive any notification about the delivery. Until the very end, the items kept getting delivered at the wrong address and I lost them. It was very frustrating to have my neighbors bring me my Ashley packages. Never buying from Ashley again! Super disappointed with the customer service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. They will not deliver with the given delivery date, and they won’t pick your call as well. Good luck with getting your stuff because you won’t get any answers unless you physically go to the store.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! I ordered a furniture set and had to push the date back due to the mattress I picked not being in stock. After finally picking a day for both of my orders to come I was not contacted stating that my foundation was no longer in stock. I ended up getting rid of my old bedroom set and having only the frame for my bed delivered and the dresser, which resulted in me not having a bed to sleep in. I went in the store the next day to resolve the issue and was told the foundation was holding up my order and after we changed that I would be able to have my mattress and foundation delivered. I delayed going out of town for the holidays to have only a foundation delivered and NO MATTRESS! Now im being told my mattress will be delivered in a week and was hung up on when I asked to speak to the manager. The only thing good about the experience was that Eric was helpful when I originally picked out my bedroom set. UPDATE: I went back in the store and spoke to a different manager and another one of the sales associates and explained what all occurred. They were able to offer a deal for the inconvenience. I now have all pieces of furniture that I expected to get.

Excellent experience. No pressure sales. Really. Wonder around, lots of sales people to help if needed. Do your research. Make sure you check the pricing online with Ashley Home Store before you purchase at the brick and mortar store. The brick and mortar store may be able to give you a similar price to what you saw online. Malik and Jasmine were excellent sales associates. Thoughtful, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I would shop here again.

BEWARE FRAUD STORE- They are running a scam and fraud. You pay at store get a receipt and don’t get items delivered. I have been caught in a trap for the last 6 months. With no resolution even with multiple store visits and long calls. Only answer they have is “ we have sent it to corporate” or “ dispatch made error”. Only incorrect info and lies being sold here. Any lawyers/govt officials reading that can help me with the situation ?

It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Ashley. Believe all of the 1 star reviews. Every sales person in the store is a SCAMMER. They will sell items that have been on backorder for over 7 months. We purchased our couch in MAY and it is NOVEMBER and still have not received anything. There have been numerous dates our item would be delivered but have only ONCE received a call from Ashley to inform us of the delivery change. They will double charge you for items, and get frustrated with you when you are trying to rectify it. SAMANTHA and CATHERINE, both "managers" have attitudes and are constantly dismissive. When I call to complain and figure out how to fix issues, they NEVER EVER provide a solution (rather, they make false promises), and then blame it on EVERYONE but themselves. Very unprofessional. DO NOT purchase from here. Or any Ashley Furniture store for that matter. I will definitely be reporting this company to the BBB.

Robbi was amazing! I needed help selecting a bed over the phone and she landed me on the perfect bed that I had in mind in exactly 3 mins. Customer service was amazing and everyone in the store was kind.

Horrible experience, only good thing was the salesperson Joel. Outside of that was told one item damaged at dock and someone would call me still no call. I have called several times to cancel this and get a refund. Keep getting the runaround. Was easy to purchase but very frustrating. What does it take to get a refund ?

I have bought a piece of furniture months ago but I have no sign of delivery which was first scheduled for August 2021 at the store but rescheduled for November 2021 and again rescheduled. It was very easy to buy something that was cheap but amazingly complex to receive what I bought for months. It is very frustrating.

My sectional delivery was delayed 5x. Sometimes without any notice (waisted time waiting for it and making service elevator reservations). Cannot get a hold of the store on the phone and they cannot guarantee delivery dates. It took 2 months to get my sectional delivered.

I bought a piece of furniture and paid extra to have the option if i wanted to return it right away when the delivery was made. The driver refused to take it back and left. Finally ashley resolved the return but i have had to wait on the phone 30+ minutes and 5 + phone calls just to get refunded. It has been 2 months and still no refund. This is a terrible store that i will never visit again.

The sales representative in the store was very nice and knowledgeable, she made my purchase memorable. However, when I called the customer service number they were horrible with rescheduling my furniture delivery. They were supposed to call & text confirming my order but they didn’t. They canceled my order. I was very upset and did not understand why.

I've purchased multiple items from this location. Staff is always helpful in finding just the right thing for your room. I also get home delivery and assembly for most larger items and the delivery guys have always been professional and take good care not to damage anything.

Let me tell you about Stillman‼️‼️I’ve been coming to Ashley in Buckhead for 6 years and I live in Stockbridge .. that should say ALOT , Stillman has been excellent! He was attentive, but not pushy. Helped us understand the process and delivery times. Even moved furniture around the store so we could visualize the mix and match that we wanted to do. This was not the closest store to me but I'm glad we went there!

Such a disappointing experience. I bought a couch that was confirmed to be in stock because I just moved and needed one ASAP. After confirming it would be delivered 9/10, I had to call to find out it was postponed to 10/10, and then call again to find out it was postponed to 12/26. No one has contacted me (as the contract said they should) and my sales agent ignored my phone call/text - why give out your contact if you’re just ignoring the customers when they need something? I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to find someone that can help me. I went into the store to pick out a different couch in stock (and hoping they would be honest this time) but they wouldn’t help match my price. When I told them I didn’t want to pay more for their error, the person said “Why don’t you ask your husband.” I don’t know why she thought I was married, or why I would ever need permission, but this misogyny is completely unacceptable. Is this why they wouldn’t help me? Should I bring in a fake husband? I will give my business to another company, Ashley Furniture needs to provide training to their staff. Ladies - don’t come here without a man!

Beautiful items. Very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Provided just the right amount of presence for the desired of help. Not too overbearing, but not completely absent either. Some items have a long wait but others ship relatively quickly.

We were very impressed by the way the furniture in each area was set up. The chairs and the couches we sat on were very comfortable. Kristin was very helpful and accommodating. She was so nice and answered any questions we had and was very thorough with everything.

Had a great experience with Kristin! Called ahead about the exact couch we were interested in, she took us right to it when we got there. We weren’t 100% sure about that one, so she was able to recommend another similar couch that we actually ended up liking better & purchasing. Easy and enjoyable experience. The absolute worst customer service! I wish I never walked in here. I ordered furniture almost a month ago and the same day of ordering and before anything shipped I wanted to change a chest to a dresser and it has been next to impossible to get any help. Everyone I talk to is telling me I have to go in person for help, I don’t live in state yet and no one answers or calls back. I was also sold discontinued furniture and I can’t confirm if that piece will actually delivered or not. I am so frustrated. Please go anywhere else because you won’t be able to get any help here. Edit 8/27- the one shining light at this location has been associate Zuberi. He has gone above and beyond to try to rectify this drama filled situation.

Buying furniture from Ashley’s has been a nightmare!!! Our furniture was supposed to be delivered on August 1st and it is the end of August and only 2/3 pieces are even in stock! They don’t even bother to contact you to let you know the delivery is behind. Instead YOU have to call the store and wait on hold between 30-50 mins to ask about the delivery. I even requested to be kept up to date on delivery changes and nothing. Mind you they’ve changed our delivery date 3 times now and I’ve been updated 0 times about this. I called recently to see if Sept 3rd was still our expected delivery and they said yes but then proceeded to tell me that a piece of my couch was not going to be in stock until Sept 4th. Like huh?!!! So how are you going to deliver an entire couch to my house the day before it is in stock. Reaching out to other friends and family who've recently bought homes and they’ve expressed the same complaints about Ashley. Please save yourself the time and headache and order from somewhere else.

I purchased a few items at the end of May. Upon delivery I requested one item be returned due to spacing in my home. Today is August 19th and I still haven't received a refund. The Ashley Home Store picked up the item back in June, but has been giving me the run around for the past few months. The corporate office tells me to speak with the store and the store tells me to speak with the corporate office. The manager (Robert) of this location is never available and doesn't return calls. They don't care about customer service....they only care about a sale! Before you purchase one item from this store please look at the reviews!!!!

We came back today, finally ready to buy new living room furniture….and totally wound up changing our minds (of the style.) Kristin was awesome, answered all our questions, helped with visualization of the pieces, everything. There was never a hard sell, more a steady hand, and the experience was great. We’ve purchased from Ashley (Buckhead/Atlanta) before, and as new needs arise, I’m sure we will in the future. Thank you, Kristin!!!

You sold us on a delivery fee of 129.99 - because this would include assembly. Your delivery driver laughed as he laid the box down and said "do you have someone to put this together-they didn't tell you that at the store, did they". The coffee table has 56 pieces crammed in small box. Mars the salesperson told me 3 times that the price was delivery and assembly. Seriously, misled!! My husband who is a disabled vet - spent 2.5 hours on the floor putting this item together. Way to take advantage of a disabled vet - that has no business sitting on the floor for any length of time. Here we are on 9/7 and still experiencing horrible customer service. We have been in the store 3 additional times trying to get our items delivered. We have been told 3 different times that our items were in the warehouse available for delivery. Mr. Freeman just called again to say that our couch is not in the warehouse. It would appear that you read these reviews - but fail to reach out to the customers to rectify the situations created by empty promises.

Please rethink buying here if you own a condo. Delivery with this store is terrible. I notified them of my condo rules and regulations about their specific time frame for the reserved elevator and to provide a COI. I called them weeks in advance to get a COI and no one knew what a COI was in the store. They said the drivers always have one in advance. That is a complete lie. My first delivery was a month ago and the team that delivered was very unprofessional and came after the desired time frame with no COI and I had to pay a $250 fine. My second delivery was scheduled for today and I was told the COI paperwork will be sent to my condo, but I was not notified of the policy that it takes 3 days to fill-out. I only have one day off and all of my time I was on the phone with customer service holding for hours. I am a very disappointed customer and I will not be spending any money at Ashley anymore.

Mrs Dez was the absolute best. We came in right before closing and she didn’t rush us at all. We came in with a certain idea and she helped make our order compete. She let us know upfront about shipping delays and white glove delivery services. 10/10 would recommend her.

I have ordered from here 3 times total over the years, this exact location. The last time I was in I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I was ready to spend, I knew what I wanted, but the sales rep was a jerk. I was disregarded, and my order ended up being messed up because of his callousness. I called, cancelled the order and delivery, and got my money back. Well, seeing as I've purchased from this Ashley previously, I thought I'd just give them another shot. One, the person who helped me cancel the order, Tiara, and refund my money was a complete pleasure. She was the only person actually able to solve my issue. She told me that if I wanted to give them another try, I should come in and they'd love to take care of me. Tiara is why I gave this location a 2nd chance after the disaster. Two, when I went in again and explained what happened to two sales reps working. They were nice and understanding. Anthony, my new sales rep, was VERY accommodating and used the information from my last order to reorder the furniture items, breaking things up so I could get them in a timely manner. He took his time, he answered questions, he didn't rush me. It wasn't just a sale, it was about fixing the problem and getting me right (even though yes he was getting money). Thanks Tiara and Anthony. You rectified the situation and helped Ashley keep me as a customer because I was definitely about to try somewhere else. I do wish you guys could pick up your phone though.
