Is there a 0 star option? I purchased this same bed set in a different state and the experience was completely different. The manager had an extremely rude attitude when negotiating price and they told me the furniture was in stock and it wasn't, I had to wait an addition 3 weeks! When the furniture was delivered, it was heavily used, dirty, had cracks in the headboard, every piece of wood was a different color, the dresser had a huge scratch in the paint and there were dents all over every piece. The movers reported the issues, they had a technician come in a week later to "fix" my apparently new furniture (more time off work) and he said that this was not normal, been on hold with customer service now 23 minutes... Looking forward to finding new furniture elsewhere.

The nightmare that just doesn't end. Save your money and do not shop here. You will not get what you pay for. I purchased a sectional couch and a bed from this Ashley location. The third-party delivery service they use is such a disaster. I spent HOURS on the phone with them attempting to get a certificate of insurance for them to enter my condo building. They couldn't even find my order and didn't even know Ashley Furniture was a customer they served. THEN, after contacting Ashley, and having to do a ton of work on my part to get the certificate of insurance, they delivered a couch with a giant tear in the side! (see picture) They put the couch back on the truck and then brought in my bed. They open the box and THERE ARE NO PARTS TO ASSEMBLE THE BED. No screws, no nails, nothing. I paid for delivery and assembly. The drivers said they couldn't do anything without the screws and that I would have to call customer service to get them sent to me. I then call customer service and wait for twenty minutes for my call just to be answered while listening to their recording about how they deliver furniture using their own freight logistics/delivery drivers (which is a complete lie). Shopping at Ashley Home Furniture will cause you tons of stress, waste a lot of your time, and you likely won't get what you paid for. Avoid them like the plague. They are a NIGHTMARE! Update: They said my delivery would be rescheduled for Saturday. That was good because I have company coming on Sunday. Saturday (today) I wake up and call dispatch to confirm my delivery. They had told me I couldn’t track the delivery and wouldn’t get text updates because it was a special order and they were doing me a huge favor. They tell me the delivery will be between 5-7. Around 7:15pm today I start calling and get a hold of dispatch. They tell me everything is running late and it will be delivered at 9pm. At 9:25 I call dispatch and get no answer. I leave a voicemail and get no call back. At 10:48pm I miss a call and return the call at 10:50pm two minutes later. It’s the delivery guy from Ryder last mile and Ashley home. He says he’s 20minutes away. I can’t believe he is working this late, but I am desperate for my furniture to be delivered so I tell him to come. But then he starts to hesitate and he says “actually I need to check in with dispatch first” and he hangs up on me. I call him back. 30 minutes have gone by and I still don’t know if he is coming. Tomorrow I am hosting my first thanksgiving in my new home and Ashley HomeStore has ruined it.

Fantastic experience. Me and my girlfriend came in and we were absolutely amazed by the customer service we received today from employees Damon Chatman, Erica Weatherspoon, and Stillman Williams. Questions did not need to be asked because every single one of them provided us with every detail of information we needed to know on top of having phenomenal personalities with matching enthusiasm. Damon Chatman, Erica Weatherspoon, and Stillman Williams set the standard for customer service worldwide. Please provide these employees with a stimulus package, promotion, paid leave, PTO, or vacation time because that is what is rewarded when you give THE EXPERIENCE every customer looks for when shopping. The furniture seems to be decent, time will tell. However, the store associates were rude, sneaky and obnoxious. We had Carol Tadros, nice enough gal if you can overlook her sliding the $300 extended warranty neither of us approved onto the ticket. Of course she never bothered to give a line by line review before submitting the credit card. When I got the receipt and started to review it, well guess what I found! If this wasn't bad enough we also asked to have another piece added to the special financing before we left the store. We were told that a manager would have to do that and the manager said they had a staff meeting just starting and couldn't take care of us... THE CUSTOMER!!! (Should have walked away, I know). Now we are on delivery attempt number three. All three times the delivery team (which did do a good job on set up) went to the wrong address and tried to give them our furniture. This was even after we called, verified the address, had them list specific instructions and even added extra phone numbers for local contact. Nope, none of that helped. Just got the call that they were in my driveway and no one was hope. Strangely enough, I looked, and they weren't there! It's amazing that I can type my address into Google and it will give me multiple routes with traffic avoidance and food options to my house yet these people still can't figure it out of the third try! Seriously people. Go spend your money elsewhere, like Rooms ToGo. We bough from them the same day and not a single issue!

Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. I signed up for layaway and the customer service was horrible which resulted in me canceling on October 27. The representative stated I should receive my refund check at the latest November 4th. I was told the checks are cut every Wednesday but TWO Wednesday’s have passed and my check has not been cut. Unfortunately, I paid cash so I can’t dispute it with my bank. No one is able to give me an estimate of when the check will be cut and the customer service helpline isn’t able to give any answers and the store is avoiding me. I keep being told I will receive a call back but no one is calling me back. MY MONEY IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE!!! Save your money and go to the Rooms To Go in the area! You will receive much better customer service and no hassle refunds! The entire staffs need to be evaluated and trained again because I do not think servicing the customer is their main priority. I NEED AN ANSWER AND A CALL BACK FROM THE STORE MANAGER THAT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE!!

Stay FAR away. My couch broke after 8 months. I scheduled a tech to come over today between a 2 hour time slot and they haven’t showed up yet and the time has passed. I have things to do and I can’t be waiting all day at my house waiting for them to show up late. They keep you on hold forever. I’m still on hold right now as I’m waiting for them to show up late to my house for an appointment. Ugh!

This establishment is amazing, the staff just unbelievable, nice as they get, ask for Malik, CeCe or the Demarcus( the manager). The products are fantastic, my uncle furnished his entire townhouse in 2 hrs. They arranged delivery and assembly and everything was expedited within a few days. The made sure we got every single pennies worth. It's also the corporate location so there's deals galore. 5 star experience here, totally worth it!

DONT BUY ASHLEY STORE FURNITURE AS ITS BREAK WITHIN TWO YEARS. THEY MENTION THAT TAKE PROTECTION AND THAT ALSO DOES NOT WORK. THEY HAVE BIG ISSUE WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE. RECOMMENDED DONT NOT TAKE THERE INSURANCE AND FURNITURE

They delivered a broken couch to us, and it took an entire month to get it remedied. There is a system in place where no one takes responsibility for issues. Customer service says it's up to the store and the store says it's up to customer service. Worse customer service than Comcast. Stay away from this business!
