Great selection, service and FAST delivery. I furnished a 4 bedroom house and had the furniture all delivered within the same week. The service staff was attentive but did not crowd you at the store! Great job!

It was our first visit to Ashley furniture but we didn't get impressed with Customer service. Every Sales Representative was looking busy and doesn't wanted to help us. Billing was horrible and it took 45 minutes for few items. Again during pick-up of mattress , it was bad experience. No Sales Representative was ready to help , even front desk. Manager was very active & nice person and it did all help during Billing & pickup. Overall not a good experience.

This company is incompetent, and have no sense of urgency. My delivery has been postponed several times, and all I received was a pathetic "I'm sorry". It seems that a company as established as Ashley's, would have better communication with their distribution centers. I'm totally dissapointed with this company.

They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...ESP THE MEN!!! I called 3 times trying to get a price for a part and they were too busy providing me with unnecessary info about what they couldn't do instead of listening to what I was actually asking. Once he realized I only needed a price he claimed he'd call back with the info. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! In addition...the protection plan is a fluke!

Worst experience EVER! My delivery date changed several times by more than a week because items "all of sudden" became unavailable. Imagine ordering and paying for a complete living room set and receiving just a coffee table and a loveseat. Sofa was delayed 2 weeks, when I rec'd it decorative pillows were missing. I have spoken to/dealt with some of the most incompetent people within the Ashley brand, all of which promised immediate shipping via UPS in 4-7 days. 3 weeks later STILL no pillows. The managers (Randy & Brandy) at this location WILL NOT take a phone call. Ask for them --- you'll hear, "I'm sorry their unavailable." How can managers not have time for customer service?? The salesman (TJ) that rec'd a commission on my purchase, did not keep his word. I've spent many hours over the last few weeks holding for him and waiting for him to return my call. He hasn't called yet! TJ, shame on you. If you must shop Ashley Furniture.... DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT patronize this particular store (2535 Piedmont Rd. NE, in Atlanta). They are in serious need of customer service training! UGH... Signed, I should've shopped at The Dump.

They have horrible customer service and rep Brandi tricked me into their shady protection plan by promising me it covers any accidental damage no matter what including moving. Now when I need it, no one is willing to help me and never even apologized for lying to me about all it covers. All they do is pass the buck. Now I have damaged furniture I just bought, wasted money on this protection plan and there's nothing I can do about it. Manager is not willing to compensate either.

Today was my boyfriend and I first time in this store. We originally went to The Dump right across the parking lot. Although we found a nice couch there we learned when went back the sale they had that was going on was not actually a sale and the price was exactly the same although it was supposedly going to end the night we bought it(which is why we hurried to buy it). Only to return two weeks later and see the same exact price.We were royally pissed and left and went to Ashley Furniture and was met by John Hopkins. I usually don't like salesman following me thru out the store because I can't focus but he was actually good company to us while we strolled. He stayed around but didnt pester and was happy to answer all my questions and inquires about certain pieces. Ultimately we ended up with two table sets (dining and living room). We told him about our experience at another place and he told us they price match! He joked with me and goofy boyfriend and we left super happy. The prices were reasonable, had a good variety of styles, and the payment process was easy (despite his $5 computer he called it lol) Thankyou John! We will definitely be back!

Bought a sectional sofa, was told it would be delivered on Friday. They delivered the incorrect item. The next week, no one would return my phone calls so I had to drive up there to reschedule the delivery. Rescheduled it for the following Monday. Over the weekend, I got a call saying they actually couldn't deliver it for another 2 weeks. I cancelled the order. Horrible customer service. I will never shop at Ashley again. Unfortunate.

Spent 4 hours, manger was to help out, had credit card out to spend $5,000. Store salesperson said 2 day delivery...but deliver could not be made for a month - Saturday - expected to take time off work to accommodate their delivery - manager never met up as promised - employee tired wanted to go home ... NEVER EVER AGAIN ASHLEY !!!!

I went into the store several times before deciding on what sofa and kitchen table set I wanted. I worked with Charles each time and he was very nice, did not hover but was in the general area when I wanted to ask him questions. He did a wonderful job, extremely nice and friendly. I would give him 5 stars. HOWEVER, the delivery men were so rude and incompetent that I wanted to tell them to take the furniture back and give me a refund. For starters as I mentioned above I went back to the store several times.. my living room is small and I kept measuring to ensure that whatever sofa we got would fit into the area. When the delivery men arrived one came upstairs (I live in an apartment) to see the space where the furniture would be going. Upon looking at the space the one said "I have to tell everyone else to come look at this". What does that even mean? The guy walked away and returned 5 minutes later with two other delivery men who insisted that I would need to return the couch or pieces of the couch (it was a sectional) because it would not fit in the living room. Then one guy proceeded to say he had been delivering furniture for 5 years and he knew that the couch was not going to fit so again asked me what piece or pieces I wanted to return. I said NONE because I had measured and knew it was going to fit. He gave me an attitude and the men disappeared to go get the sofa. Very long story short the couch fit into the living room and that guy still had an attitude throughout the delivery process. Not to mention that the sofa I picked out was leather and it was clearly damaged when they cut it out of the box and other plastic packaging it arrived it and the men tried to give it to me anyways. They left behind all the boxes and plastic wrap in the service elevator that my boyfriend had to clean up so that we would not get in trouble by the apartment complex. I will not put the delivery guys names above, I just hope that if you get furniture delivered you have more qualified people doing the job.

My furniture was supposed to be delivered today. Made special arrangements to be home for the holiday weekend to receive it. When no one showed up, I called only tomorrow they had a schedule for delivery in 2049! I was then told it would be close to a month before they could process the order. What left me seething though, is that there was no apology! I was essentially told to get over it!

Often times, we complain about sub par experiences, but I must say Ashley Furniture Associate, Charles delivered exceptional Customer Service. From testing several different mattresses to asking a thousand question and Charles giving invaluable knowledge on the product, I feel like I was equip to make the best decision possible for my purchase. I also wanted a bed and he made sure I got just what I wanted. Overall, my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend my network to shop with Charles at Ashley Furniture.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered my furniture on July 25 to be delivered September 3rd. $1800 worth of furniture, it is now September 17th and I've only received 1 piece of furniture which is my sofa. Miscommunication between sales associate, warehouses, and management. Please do not do business with Ashley's!
