INSANE DELIVERY DELAYS WITH NO COMMUNICATION!! I ordered with them in early September, gave me a delivery date at the end of October. I called to check if it was coming earlier and it had been pushed to December! No communication. I ask the store why I wasn't called. They said its the warehouse job and they aren't good at giving updates. Several complaints and returns due to the extreme delivery delays.

Horrible customer service. Took off work TWICE to have my furniture delivered and both times, they brought incomplete parts. They don't answer the phone. The warehouse delivery team they are working with needs to be changed. I will never purchase furniture from here again.
Do not buy furniture from Ashley's! I've had nothing but issues from the very first delivery or incorrect delivery. I paid the extended warranty; however, for 7 months, that's right, 7 months, I have been waiting for a call back. They refuse to call or honor an agreement and good luck calling. The voicemail does not work and corporate will not even call you back. Ashley's customer service is the worst experience ever and buying a couch at Ashley's may be the biggest regret of my life. I can't stress enough to NOT put yourself through the torture of working with Ashley's!
My couch sort of broke down and it was a sleeper sofa so I had to came back and purchase another one and I was great with the most pleasant sales associates. Their name is cat and Kristen very kind people every Ashley furniture should have customer service members just like this thank you Ashley home store

Hello This is Masuma Begom, I bought over two thousands dollar furniture. I requested to delivery everything together and I need set up everything inside my house so they charge me $120 fee For set up everything. Also sales person told me everything will be delivery together and set up in side my house. But they delivery some even I didn’t receive any notification and left all boxes out side my house , I called customer service refund my amount but they said it’s accessories and only 2 item will be set up.I told them bcz of two small item Why I have to pay $120? But after that no respond or I didn’t get any money back. It’s not fair and I felt that cheating with my money. I’m not satisfy at all.
I came in the store with my fiancé on yesterday.. the agents ignored us at all cost .. we literally saw one almost fall after looking at us trying to get away.. needless to say we are BLACK.. The manager Robert attempted to resolve the matter but it just got worse we decided to go to another Ashley’s and the attentiveness we got was amazing.. we literally waited to see if anyone walking by would offer help..there is no denying in my spirit and my fiancé that we were stereotyped not knowing my income likely soars above anyone in the store. I usually don’t assume that but it was obvious from the looks we were getting.. this should be a lesson to them.. the other store really made me want to keep my account and continue business just never with the piedmont location l.

The service experience was completely horrible. I’ve never work with a sells agent that has no customer service curtesy and lack any interest in wanting to help the customer. I will not shop here again and would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone for their home needs. The floor manager wasn’t any better. But then again attitude reflects leadership. Nice furniture and friendly service
Terrible Customer Service and Terrible 3rd Party delivery. Had a full dining room set to be delivered in a 4 hour window. The driver didn't call myself or the store but said the order was unable to be completed. After sitting in my building lobby for an hour at the end of my delivery window I tried to reach customer service. Customer Service wait times are insane. 30+ minutes on hold to reach an operator that will put you on hold again for 20+ minutes to reach another worker. No way to call store directly. Everything is siloed and I was bounced from department to department (often back to a previous department) without even a heads up I am being transferred. Do not order from this company.
Great furniture buying experience. Anthony and his manager did a great job answering all of our questions and meeting our needs. We will shop at Ashley HomeStore again!
