Just a miserable miserable experience. The delivery took months after 2 delays. Calling in put you on hold for 30 minutes until an agent picked up and says their system isn't updating so we can't do anything to help you. The store by me closed so I can't talk to a physical person nor get anything in writing. I will never shop here again nor wish this experience on my worst enemies.

May 15th we were Delivered a bed we had paid 2493.70 ( including mattress) we were so happy when the “Sub Contracted “ put it up . As soon as they left we noticed pieces were still around and a drawer handle was not put on right . I quickly called because we had gave both young men 50 dollars a piece for a tip . I hated bothering them but I wanted it right . They immediately came right back . Saying it was the first time putting a bed up . Well since then its been hell trying to get a hold of somebody since the store was looted . Finally they sent two technicians and the second one said it was put up right but needed more pieces . He said it would be fine but Sunday I laid on ged and fell through it by the base board . Screaming for someone to help me . Im 300 pounds and I told Malik Ibraham ( sales associate) would it be sturdy enough for two heavy people . Well i was the only one to ever sleep on it . My husband said with two back surgery he couldn’t do a foam mattress. At this point we are waiting and its a big inconvenience. I will never shop at Ashley again . Im posting my broken bed that was put up wrong by no fault of ours . Well I dont see a place tp post videos or pictures but posting on twitter now.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service and poor quality. I bought a sectional and ottoman in March in person in this store. Within two days of receiving the ottoman it caved in. The customer service line was helpful and sent a replacement within the next few weeks. Not even a month later, the new ottoman caved in just like the original. I’ve called twice a week for a month now and no one will answer or call me back. The phone line states they are experiencing higher than normal volume (totally understandable) and I will automatically be transferred to voicemail after 15 minutes of holding and they will call me back within 4 days. I’ve called twice a week for a month and have now left 8 voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. I try to chat customer service online and no one joins the chat for so long that it times out and makes me start over. I do not blame this issue on this specific store. Everyone we dealt with when purchasing was very helpful but I will never purchase again due to the terrible customer service I have experienced with the support team and company as a whole.

My scheduled delivery was a NO SHOW. Meanwhile, I was unable to get any customer service support. You stay on hold for over 20 minutes, and then get directed to a voicemail. I remembered the sales associate gave me his personal card, and that was the only way I was able to reschedule a delivery. ASHLEY HOME STORE did NOT reach out to me to reschedule. Not only did I have to personally call the sales rep to schedule another delivery date, but he then told me I had to pay $120 for the delivery. He lied to me and said they would reimburse the cost and told me it would take 4-5 business days for the credit to post to my account. Still haven’t received my refund. Aside from having to come out of pocket an additional $120, I had to personally drive to the warehouse to “release” my item for delivery. Waste of time, and a waste of gas. I have called customer service and store numerous time, left messages, contacted customer support online and on Twitter, and kept being told I would be getting a “call back” — still no call back, and no refund. **Save yourself the stress and money and buy from the millions of other retailers. This company is unreliable, has no integrity, and no customer support what so ever. Should be a negative star.

Bought a sofa and loveseat on 5/01 to be delivered on 5/15 between 3pm and 7pm. I waited around all day and no furniture shows up. I call customer service to inquire and was told I was taken off the route due to not confirming the appt. That was a lie. I reschedule for today 5/23 same time slot. I get a call 39 minutes before the time window and was told the truck delivering my furniture got into an accident and I would have to reschedule again. I am highly upset and annoyed because I'm waiting around for my furniture almost a month and I keep getting jerked around. This is my first and last time buying anything from Ashley Furniture.

Prices and staff are good. However, I used the sofa for 6 months only and the cushions became too soft already. Not recommended for a long term use.

I ordered furniture on April 28. I was told it would be here by May 16. I called to confirm this morning that My furniture would be arriving soon to only be told it was on back order until May 29. Now tell me why no one called me prior to let me know this? I understand delivery is taking a little longer however, you all didn’t think to mention it to me? I’m kinda of thankful it’s living room furniture and I’m not entertaining company now anyways but, if it had of been bedroom furniture. I would have been upset! Anyway do better with communicating what’s going on after ppl have clearly spent there money. I can’t wait for my new furniture to arrive.

Furniture range is good, prices are also decent but need to improve their quality and fittings. Most of the time shelves are wobbling and not stable when open. Services are good and staff is helpful. We bought a sectional and a sleigh bed from Ashley Furniture. The delivery guys were very polite and quick and put our furniture together nicely however, the store staff was a bit rude and seemed preoccupied with each other's lives instead of helping us finalize our bill and delivery date. For this reason we will be taking our business elsewhere.

the worst Experience dealing with people in the store and the delivery team is the worst as well..I ordered something February 2, 2020 and here it as almost April and i only Received one thing as of today...they refuse to give your money back and when i went thru extreme measures they did give partial back but left the remaining balance on my genesis account... now Im disputing with genesis credit.. i will never shop or recommend anyone to Ashley furniture they are rip of for this high overpriced furniture....

I would take my business elsewhere. The store manager (I believe), Ibrahim, was so rude and condescending. We were looking around in the store for a dresser and he came. I asked him questions about where to find information on the measurements of a dresser and material etc. Which went fine. Then I asked which material was this particular one that I am looking for and what is the difference between wood vs. composite vs. particle , in terms of quality and durability. He told me one sentence on technically how composite is made or whatever. Then pointed me to furnitures kept across the store from where we were standing, saying ‘cheaper ones are over there’. My family walked out of the store right after this.

I purchased a lift chair from Ashley in June. The chair started having mechanical issues in September. Four techs have come out and the chair still isn’t fixed. I have called customer service over 15 times. They are rude especially the supervisor Stacey. It’s now February and the chair still isn’t fixed. I need this chair to make it easier transfer my mother whom has a brain injury. She now has to sit in her wheelchair all day instead of her recliner because it’s still broken. All customer service does is give you the run around. Multiple customer service reps said that they would call me back, but they never follow up. After 4 technicians have come out and the length of time that this process is taking I don’t understand why a replacement hasn’t been offered. I will be contacting the BBB about this issue. My best advice to everyone is to not shop with this company. Save yourself the headache.
