Excellent experience. No pressure sales. Really. Wonder around, lots of sales people to help if needed. Do your research. Make sure you check the pricing online with Ashley Home Store before you purchase at the brick and mortar store. The brick and mortar store may be able to give you a similar price to what you saw online. Malik and Jasmine were excellent sales associates. Thoughtful, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I would shop here again.

I absolutely love shopping at this location because my salesperson, Anthony Powell, makes the whole process smooth and seamless! He has excellent customer service skills, is patient and was very efficient in meeting all of my furniture needs even when things didn't go as planned. I will always think of this location 1st when shopping for furniture because he has made my experience that memorable.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! I ordered a furniture set and had to push the date back due to the mattress I picked not being in stock. After finally picking a day for both of my orders to come I was not contacted stating that my foundation was no longer in stock. I ended up getting rid of my old bedroom set and having only the frame for my bed delivered and the dresser, which resulted in me not having a bed to sleep in. I went in the store the next day to resolve the issue and was told the foundation was holding up my order and after we changed that I would be able to have my mattress and foundation delivered. I delayed going out of town for the holidays to have only a foundation delivered and NO MATTRESS! Now im being told my mattress will be delivered in a week and was hung up on when I asked to speak to the manager. The only thing good about the experience was that Eric was helpful when I originally picked out my bedroom set.
DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT purchase anything from this retailer! I ordered an item - just one - in August! When I initially contacted the customer service agent in October to check on exactly WHEN my item would arrive, she shared that the item would be delivered Nov. 25th. Though it had already been 3 months since the original purchase was made I decided to continue to wait as I was drawing nearer to my date. When I called to confirm the delivery in November the next agent shared that it wouldn't be delivered until Feb. '22!!! The item was on back-order. No one from the local store or corporate had given me a courtesy call re: the matter. And had I not picked up the phone to check I would've never known that my ONE item wasn't due to be delivered until the FOLLOWING Year. Since then, I've purchased a lot of furniture from different retailers and they've all been able to deliver in a more timely fashion than Ashley HomeStore!!!! WoW, Ashley - your brand and reputation EXCEED what you're actually able to deliver. Signed - NEVER AGAIN. P.S. I just ordered an item from your competitor "Rooms2Go" in ATL last Tuesday and they just confirmed it would be here Thursday...(smh)
The literal worst. Worst service, worst furniture, worst everything. Their furniture is inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Shop elsewhere.
BEWARE FRAUD STORE- They are running a scam and fraud. You pay at store get a receipt and don’t get items delivered. I have been caught in a trap for the last 6 months. With no resolution even with multiple store visits and long calls. Only answer they have is “ we have sent it to corporate” or “ dispatch made error”. Only incorrect info and lies being sold here. Any lawyers/govt officials reading that can help me with the situation ?
It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Ashley. Believe all of the 1 star reviews. Every sales person in the store is a SCAMMER. They will sell items that have been on backorder for over 7 months. We purchased our couch in MAY and it is NOVEMBER and still have not received anything. There have been numerous dates our item would be delivered but have only ONCE received a call from Ashley to inform us of the delivery change. They will double charge you for items, and get frustrated with you when you are trying to rectify it. SAMANTHA and CATHERINE, both "managers" have attitudes and are constantly dismissive. When I call to complain and figure out how to fix issues, they NEVER EVER provide a solution (rather, they make false promises), and then blame it on EVERYONE but themselves. Very unprofessional. DO NOT purchase from here. Or any Ashley Furniture store for that matter. I will definitely be reporting this company to the BBB.
⭐! ONE STAR! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 NEVER AGAIN in my life will I ever deal with Ashley Furniture! I have never dealt with such rude, ghetto and UNPROFESSIONAL individuals in my life! I purchased over $2000.00 worth of merchandise from this company, including three beds, 3 dressers, 2 nightstands, a loveseat, couch, recliner and a coffee and end table set. They delivered the items on August 30th except my son’s dresser which was on the delivery truck at the time, HOWEVER, one of the delivery guys informed me that it was broken and would need to be reordered (It just got delivered on Oct 17th). They also brought me the wrong recliner. It was supposed to be the Darcy recliner in blue, LIKE ALL THE OTHER PIECES BEING DELIVERED, and they brought me a dark brown leather recliner. They didn’t deliver the actual recliner that I ordered until several days later. A few weeks later, my son’s bed along with mine both fell apart. I had to schedule and then wait weeks for a technician to come out to inspect the beds. He concluded that the beds fell apart due to the incompetence of a company Ashley Furniture hired to put their items together. The coffee and end table set weren’t put together correctly either. I had to wait over 2 weeks for a technician to come out to fix those as well. They also had no record that the set had already been delivered to me, so they attempted 4 times to deliver another set to my home that I had told them on SEVERAL occasions that I already had. I had to wait over a month for a technician to come out and fix my son’s bed. The exchange for my bed, which took hell and high water to be approved, won’t be delivered until the end of this year. By the time I get my replacement bed it will be 3 months that I have been without a bed and sleeping on a mattress. I have called customer care SEVERAL times, I MEAN A TON OF TIMES, and begged for someone to allow me to have a bedroom set in stock but all I was told is that I only paid $249 for the bed and that they’re not willing to give me a bed or bedroom set that costs more than the one I paid for, even though it was NOT my fault the bed broke in the first place. I spoke to a Gabrielle and a Joslin in escalations that were so rude and unprofessional I can’t believe they were even hired by Ashley Furniture. I spoke with a James in escalation who acted like money was coming out of his pocket when helping me. I spoke with a Calvatina and a Derica (pronounced as Erica with a “D”) who had both promised me that they would take over my case and be the sole person assisting me through this situation but neither stood by their word nor called me back as promised. I spoke with a Jamil in escalations that was condescending and again acted like money was being taken out of his check to do his best to assist me in this extremely frustrating situation. I spoke to managers Catherine Byars and Samantha Hart at the Piedmont location in Atlanta, GA, and neither tried to help me. All Catherine would do is send me email messages and advise me that she is sending my complaints to escalations without even bothering to call me, even though I had told one of the sales reps by the name of Crystal, that I wanted her to call me. She told me several times that I would be receiving a phone call from escalations, a phone call that never came. During one of my several calls to escalations they told me that they have no record of her sending anything to them. I drove an hour and a half to the Ashley Store in 2535 Piedmont Rd NE and that’s where I spoke with manager Samantha Hart who pretended to assist me while I was physically at the location, HOWEVER, she promised to contact me that following Monday to continue to help me with this issue. SHE NEVER CALLED. I even messaged her a few days later. NO RESPONSE. This company has hired a tremendous number of employees who are unempathetic, are unprofessional, huff and puff all in your ear as if you are stealing money from their paycheck, over-talk you, argue back and forth with you, make broken promises INSTEAD of doing their JOB and the utmost to assist a customer who clearly was not at fault. I am appalled and equally DISGUSTED with ALL aspects of your company ASHLEY FURNITURE! You should be ashamed of yourselves AND the company you keep and hire! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
Horrible experience, only good thing was the salesperson Joel. Outside of that was told one item damaged at dock and someone would call me still no call. I have called several times to cancel this and get a refund. Keep getting the runaround. Was easy to purchase but very frustrating. What does it take to get a refund ?
8 month wait on a bedroom set after I was told 4 to 6 weeks. Worst store ever
I have bought a piece of furniture months ago but I have no sign of delivery which was first scheduled for August 2021 at the store but rescheduled for November 2021 and again rescheduled. It was very easy to buy something that was cheap but amazingly complex to receive what I bought for months. It is very frustrating.
