I was greeted by very nice salesman, Zubiri was so patient with me to make up my mind about the bedroom set and he showed me other items I was interested.
The sales associates at Ashley were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to be so personable and help find the fright furniture for you over securing a sale.
Eric Piniero was a very professional Sales Associate. He allowed me to choose the best mattress and box spring for me. Eric was not pushy and when the time came for me to purchase my selections it was a seamless and easy experience. I came to this Ashley store after a very very long, hard & exhausting search for what I wanted.Everyone who helped me listened and did whatever needed to be done. I also met Malik..the most understanding & helpful salesman to come my way. He made sure I received exactly what I came for. Kristen was amazing! I had no intentions on buying anything today, just came to look around. But after she helped me, I ended up buying stuff for my new apartment. She was so nice & patient & helped me pick the perfect sofa for my new place. Great customer service!
I’ve used them before and would like to say Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very Knowledgeable and fun to work with. There was a clearance set that was perfect for us but we had to let it go do to size issues. But we found an awesome alternative set! Also the deals during July 4th times were amazing. Will shop here again!!

We ordered the sofa in May 2021 and the original delivery data was Jun 9. They called and said it was out of stock. We went to the store, and got it rescheduled to July 13. On July 12th, they called again and said it has be pushed until Sept 24. We were waiting and waiting, and now we are so disappointed. Feel like they keep withholding information from us.
Really frustrated with our purchase. We were called a few days before the delivery date that they broke the base of the table so my options were to take delivery of the chairs on the original date and the table in a few weeks, or wait a few weeks for everything IF my chairs were still in stock, but there was no guarantee. Both of those options had issues. I chose to go with option one, being home for TWO delivery days so we could at least get our chairs. They showed up with the table top and thought it was all there even after I told them what happened, so they unwrapped it and discovered I actually was correct, but by then they had to leave it because it was out of the packaging. So....our brand new table top is upside down on our dining room floor now for...the next few weeks in a house with two kids and a puppy....with staples from the packaging sticking out all over the place. I have called and called and keep getting rerouted or told there is no record of anything happening to the base or that the person who told me that was refunding part of the delivery charge.
Horrible experience with constantly changing deliveries. Finally cancelled half the order so we could get delivery. The movers did not set it up which was paid for.
When I tell you NO customer service and sales people all over talking to each other. I had a $ 20,000. For set design left with nothing. Not even a hello..
My furniture that was all in the warehouse and ready to be delivered June 29th is suddenly missing again. My delivery date has gone from the 29th to July 7th to the 17th to the 19th to the 27th to August 5th. Tiffany the chat assistant supervisor accused me of not confirming my deliveries. Y’all have lied to me over and over about things being in stock. Tiffany told me that you probably have just been giving my furniture to other people instead of me. I don’t have a dining room table because I sold mine when you told me my furniture was coming June 29th. I paid thousands of dollars to your company and we have a contract that if I give you money then you provide furniture. I have given you my money. We didn’t finance. You have my cash and I got nothing. Now suddenly it’s gone? Also you won’t let me pick up my furniture either. I tried to schedule a pick up and was told to call the store. The phone number to the store goes to National customer service. Purchasing from Ashley has been nothing but grief, high blood pressure - and you know most of all I just don’t like being lied to. When you tell me different stories and tell me my furniture is in stock, then it’s not, then it is. You like to think that companies are being honest when they take your money in exchange for a product. You like to think people will do the right thing and be honest. Unfortunately honesty is not a quality Ashley Furniture is capable of. I really just want my furniture. Heck, I will pick it up. You just won’t give it to me.
We purchased a bedroom set and a dining table on May 30th. We were told that the delivery would be June 29th. Long time but understandable. We got a call on the 25th stating that the warehouse was moving and they needed to reschedule to July 7th. Ok whatever. On the 3rd they call and say that our items are back ordered and they would be delivered July 17th. On the 12th they called to say that it was not back ordered and everything had arrived but they could not come until the 19th. We insisted that the 17th worked best with our work schedules. The supervisor said that they would make it happen and confirmed that all of our items were in the warehouse. So today July 15th they call and say that some of our items had not arrived and that they could not deliver until July 27th. They insisted that both no one told us all the items arrived and that they did not deliver them to another customer. We asked that they deliver what they have and we would come pick up the remaining items when they arrive. They refused and told us there is not a way to split the order. We planned to be unavailable on the 27th so now we have to wait until mid August. The ordeal has been frustrating and the people we speak to on the phone act as though we are unreasonable for expecting that they deliver $8000 worth of furniture within 2 months. They told us we were lying to them and they were generally indignant.
RUN!!! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE. This is the worst customer experience i have ever had in my life. We purchased a couch on May 15 and told it was going to be around 6 weeks. I am currently at the 8 week mark and I reached out to ask them and they told me it was going to be 9/28 until I get the couch. That is almost 5 MONTHS of waiting to get a couch. The fact I have had to track all of this information down by myself if one thing, but don't sell me a couch if it's going to take 5 months to get here. I am tired of sitting on my floor!!! I haven't been offered a discount or any sort of customer service. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE. Update: I have tried calling the store on multiple occasions. They won't answer, and when they do they hang-up immediately.
Do not order from Ashley furniture. Our furniture came damaged, with missing pieces, not assembled properly, and $200 of damage was done to our home. The delivery people first told me my furniture would not fit through my door so I went downstairs to see what they were talking about and immediately noticed our outdoor light was completely broken and knocked off our wall with deep knicks and scratches all over the wall. To which the delivery person casually said "oh yeah, I broke your light." Seriously? And also, they were able to get the couch through the door but apparently you have to oversee the work to make sure effort is actually made. And the process to get refunded for the damage? A nightmare and still not taken care of. Currently have been on hold for almost 45 min. for a piece of furniture they told me would be delivered Saturday. Waited at home and no one ever came or updated delivery. Nothing. Long story short, yes good prices but an overall horrible experience. In the future will deifnitely pay a little more for furniture to get a more professional customer experience, while not costing me money and time for damages to my home. Additional Edit: In response to the Ashley’s comment to my review. You don’t see the order because I called back and spent another 45 min. at the end of my day yesterday canceling my order because the customer service representative promised your store would call me with a delivery date and as expected—no one ever called. So, I canceled to get my money back, while still waiting on my reimbursement for home damages.
Essentially theft as a business. They (over) sell their merchandise and aren’t able to secure the necessary inventory so you’re left waiting indefinitely. I purchased a modular couch set and as the adjusted delivery date approaches for my remaining pieces, it’s pushed back once again. Policies are skewed and after purchase, customer service isn’t thorough and no follows up as promised.
The in store experience was fine, the store is smaller than other locations but the representatives are really helpful. HOWEVER, the delivery process with Ashley was super frustrating. Don’t give a window of time if you’re going to show up 2 hours after that. I’m a working professional who would actually like to be able to utilize my time not waiting around for furniture all day. It’s happened with EVERY delivery I’ve gotten. Called the store to speak with dispatch and all they could do was just say it’s coming within the hour. Still no delivery until 2 hours later. People have other responsibilities, and to be inconvenienced repeatedly is just not cool. EDITED: To the store’s response my other delivery was NOT within the time window, don’t lie in your response. The delivery team was also very unprofessional in speaking with me about the delays. I understand things happen but if it’s a common occurrence expand the time window.
