My First and Last Purchase from Ashley. I wish I could issue negative 10 stars. My purchase was at the Peidmont location in Atlanta. - (4/14/22) Purchased sleigh bed, dresser, & sofa w/ottoman. Happy with the sofa, but the bed... - Delivery attempt #1: (4/30/22) They sent the wrong footboard and rails (was for a panel bed). The bed tilted upward at the head and the support rails did not touch the floor. Delivery team took back the bed, all but the headboard. - Delivery attempt #2: 5/7/22: Again sent the same incorrect bed. This time I was told to keep it by the delivery team because it would be counted against them if they took it back. So now I have a crooked bed that I cannot sleep on. - I just went on Amazon, got a cheap fold-a-panel bed for $130 and happy as a clam. - I have a bed that I am about to be charged for through Acima that I cannot sleep on. - If you call customer service, be prepared to wait on hold a long time. They are unresponsive, and still waiting for them to come pick up the bed on 5/20. I am slated to be billed on 5/27. - Called the store 5/15, they could not locate my order. Had to wait a long time for them to find my order, then was told I needed to reply to an email to customer service with photos of the bed before they could schedule pick-up. Then, the lady had the gall to ask if I would like to purchase another bed. I said promptly: ABSOLUTELY NOT! - Today is 5/20 and I am on hold, yet again, with customer service to come pick up this crooked bed immediately. Moral of the story: Shop at Rooms to Go! Run, flee from this place! Even their delivery team said RTG is much better all around. That should tell you all you need to know. You have been warned.
This store had to be good, but not anymore. I went to buy dining chairs, nobody helped me. Worst customer service. The sales associate weren’t attentive, they were in another stuff, but not paying attention to the customer. This Ashley Store needs a better customer service.

I don't know bout funiture or Ashley's but that store manger bout fine as hell Ashley's deserves this rating for hiring such talent as hers.
Beware of this store and its manager - unless you want to screamed at, yelled at, get fingers pointed towards you, Do Not visit this Ashley store. The manager here was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional when asked about any discounts. ASHLEY CREATED THIS RULE, GO AND TALK TO ASHLEY IF YOU WANT TO; WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET; I DON’T CARE; HE WANTS TO CREATE HIS OWN RULES These are some of the comments he hurled towards us. Absolute lack of customer and behavioral skills, zero knowledge of customer interaction, zero skills in customer management. When we told him that we will report and send an email - I DONT CARE was his response. Regret my decision to take my family 30 miles to this store

Corey was a treasure and a delight! Helpful with out being that type of follow you around to make a sale salesmen. Gave us the run down of furniture sales. Directed us where the areas of our interest were. Let us to shop and checked in periodically. Furniture options were fantastic and vast in variety.
