They delivered a broken couch to us, and it took an entire month to get it remedied. There is a system in place where no one takes responsibility for issues. Customer service says it's up to the store and the store says it's up to customer service. Worse customer service than Comcast. Stay away from this business!

Absolutely the worst customer service and furniture experience i have ever had. Ordered a set in early August and full delivery not completed until Oct 6th. Ashley delivery came empty handed 6 TIMES before fully delivering my set. Corporate does not care and neither does Manager Tequilla. Buy your furniture ANYWHERE ELSE. I urge you, it's not worth the headache and mistreatment. NO ONE AT THIS STORE OR CORPORATE COMPANY CARES ABOUT YOU!

Beware of shopping at Ashley Homestore! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are stuck with it. Customer service will NOT try to work with you at all! I was willing to pay a restock fee and any additional delivery fees like most furniture stores will allow, but not Ashley. Shop at your own risk!

We have been loyal customers of Ashley Furniture for many years. We purchased all of our furniture from them in the past, master bedroom suite, dining room, office, and recently purchased several pieces from them for our guest bedroom and our master. We have had the worst experience. This is what nightmares are made of when fretting about purchasing new furniture. First off, the delivery team was so rushed that they damaged the bed frame putting it together- they cracked two legs, didn’t install the slats as this is a bed frame you don’t use a box spring with, they didn’t leave the hardware to complete the install ourselves either. They didn’t put the nightstand together- but rather threw the box across our floor and scratched the hardwoods in our living room. They also took the chest of drawers for our room and damaged the walls in the stairwell and split the left side of the furniture. The Starmore dresser drawers do not open or shut properly, are all crooked, etc. then the team just ran out saying they had to go and we couldn’t even address all of this while they were there. We call customer care, are given this whole BS of only exchanging or repairing the damage. The tech comes out an hour past the end of our window, 7pm on Saturday. Didn’t repair anything. The drawers are all still crooked, do not open properly, the top of the nightstand is still gauged and all he did was SPRAY PAINT it in my master bedroom. I am extremely allergic to paint, and now made my room inhabitable for the night. Absolutely terrible quality, and horrible customer service. Buyer beware!! Do not purchase from them unless you want to be continually inconvenienced and have terrible quality furniture for astronomical prices. We paid nearly $4k for furniture that looks like it came from China and about $500 worth in reality. We will never purchase from you all again. Still they haven’t rectified the situation or made us whole on the purchase we made. Worst company!!

0 STARS! We bought our first sectional couch and tried to figure out the layout on our own in the store. The sales lady just stood by as we were clearly confused about the right facing vs left facing. We mentioned to her that we weren't sure about the orientation of the chaise. We got ZERO help. We ended up with the couch the wrong way. We first told the drivers who told us this is common issue and that customer service will take care of us. We called corporate customer service where we had to wait an 1 hour only for them to tell us the store has to handle that and they would send an email to the store about it. So we called the store, waited several hours for someone to become available...never heard back. So now it's Monday, and was finally able to get the store manager Jeffrey on the line. He basically explained how there is no return/exchange policy which we've already heard and that it's not his "responsibility" to help customer get what is right for their home....What? That's literally one of the crucial aspects of your job! We did not receive ANY type of customer service from the moment we walked in. If your reps are not going to help answer questions and clear up confusions then why have them there!?? We could have just ordered online! So now we're stuck with the couch. Other companies are more willing to work with you. I would not recommend them. This was a VERY bad experience.

Read the reviews, this place is garbage. They knowingly sold broken furniture and did not offer refund. No help from the sales associate Tonya or manager. I am reporting this store. I have purchased from Ashley’s before, but never again thanks to this experience.

We got a thousand dollars mattress, they delivered it wrong 3 times... wrong size, wrong model... they have a bad costumer service. Don’t recommend this store at all.

Absolutely awful delivery service. Confirmed by text twice and phone once on delivery window. Delivery day - waited all day, no call, no email, nothing. Called customer service, on hold for 30 minutes, then tells me the driver skipped my delivery because he noticed some damage - which is fine, but why didn't they call to let me know?! Then have to return the furniture back to the warehouse, "log it back in the system", see if they have any more in stock and reschedule delivery - this could all take 2-4 weeks. WHAT?!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m not sure if it’s the location or just Ashley furniture the company in general, but I have had an awful experience so far. I bought a bunch of items for my living room. Twice, floor lamps were mailed to my home with major missing parts (the base both times). The people at this location did nothing to ensure that I get the situation figured out. On top of that, my dresser never got delivered so they had to reorder it. I still haven’t received vases that I ordered a month ago and each time I ask they say “ they can’t track my order”. You are better off just ordering furniture stuff from amazon/wayfair. Very disappointing

I intended to purchase a mattress from Deborah here (great salesperson) but walked out after the manager "Demarcus" wouldn't stop talking to me. And I don't mean that he couldn't take a subtle hint; I mean I literally told him I didn't want to speak with him and he just wasn't able to let me browse and stop talking.

I bought two sofas, I spent almost $2000 and they delivered the wrong color of one of them, of course the most expensive one. My husband didn’t notice by the time of the delivery but they return police says 30days. Well... it’s not true!!! So I tried to change it even me paying for the delivery and they said there is nothing they can do. I know a couple of weeks happened but why the return police says 30 days if it’s not true...? I don’t know! I hate the fact I will have to keep that wrong sofa. Be careful with your deliveries!

Do not purchase anything from this location. Terrible customer service, go to Morrow GA location, the service is much better there and they actually answer the phone when you call. I bought a piece of furniture that showed up broken with missing parts (no biggie, it happens). Called customer service to resolve and it was never handled, they don’t even answer the phone when you call. If they do answer (which they might after you call 5 times), they just transfer you and you sit on hold forever. If you ask for the manager, he’s always “unavailable” I still have the broken piece of furniture at home waiting on my parts that may never come in. Don’t make my mistake by shopping here!

I just left this store and if I could give it no stars, I would. From the minute me and my family walked in, the staff was HORRIBLE. All rude. We were barely greeted, didn’t get any help, they were all on their phones at the rep desk gossiping and as we were leaving because of their rude inappropriate service, we were ignored. We made a comment coming out the store about their service and another customer over heard us and agreed how horrible they are.
