The sales rep Wanda is excellent. She is knowledgeable about the furniture and has outstanding customer service. All the sales representatives in the store were extremely helpful and welcoming.
Kendall Davis was our sales man. We explained what we were looking for and the specifications required. He knew the stores inventory and the floor plan. He then gave us time alone to discuss all the options we had. We successfully made our purchase which will be delivered within a few days. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend Ashley and Kendall.

I called the store to confirm my delivery for the next day. I was told that my delivery was rescheduled and no one even notified me or called me to confirm if the rescheduled day would work. I am very unhappy with Ashley. No communication from the store at all.
I have ordered from here 3 times total over the years, this exact location. The last time I was in I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I was ready to spend, I knew what I wanted, but the sales rep was a jerk. I was disregarded, and my order ended up being messed up because of his callousness. I called, cancelled the order and delivery, and got my money back. Well, seeing as I've purchased from this Ashley previously, I thought I'd just give them another shot. One, the person who helped me cancel the order, Tiara, and refund my money was a complete pleasure. She was the only person actually able to solve my issue. She told me that if I wanted to give them another try, I should come in and they'd love to take care of me. Tiara is why I gave this location a 2nd chance after the disaster. Two, when I went in again and explained what happened to two sales reps working. They were nice and understanding. Anthony, my new sales rep, was VERY accommodating and used the information from my last order to reorder the furniture items, breaking things up so I could get them in a timely manner. He took his time, he answered questions, he didn't rush me. It wasn't just a sale, it was about fixing the problem and getting me right (even though yes he was getting money). Thanks Tiara and Anthony. You rectified the situation and helped Ashley keep me as a customer because I was definitely about to try somewhere else. I do wish you guys could pick up your phone though.
