Furniture looks great but is overpriced for the experience. Salesman was great and knowledgeable but overall Service was difficult, they tried delivering to the old address and wouldn’t update it unless we went in person to update the address. Delivery was a nightmare. Avoid the “white glove” service if you can. We paid $14k for the furniture, about $800 for the delivery and they damaged our newly painted home, costing us another $1,000 to fix. Worst part was the lack of accountability. The store and Synchrony offered no real solution—just an apology. Idk maybe we just had bad luck but definitely not an enjoyable experience. Very frustrating

Quez was fantastic , patient, and professional. I saw a sectional that I liked, and after he told me the wait time I was about to walk out, but he was convincing and sold me on the sofa and the wait time. It was a good experience.😀

Sales associate, Mercedes, made offers for discounts that she couldn’t back up once we got to payment. That’s shady business practice to offer discounts that aren’t really available, just to get you on the “sales hook”. I’ll take my business to a store that is honest.
