Working with Jefferson was great. He stepped in when needed, and gave us apace to talked ourselves. I would highly recommend visiting this store and talking with Jefferson if you are looking to furnish your home.

My experience started Sunday evening. I wasn’t feeling well and I didn’t want to be bothered so I went into Ashley’s store to look around. I asked the clerks to respect my wishes that I did not wanna be bothered and they did. There was a young lady by the name of.Olina Which was very respectable to me. I walked The Store for a while, and I looked over and saw.Olina and call her over and was asking questions. She suggested to me that I try one of the beds because she noticed I was hopping and I was having problems with my back. I tried the bed. It was excellent, but at the time I was not able to purchase one of those beds. that was no problem. We continue to look for what I really did need which was the dining room set, she was excellent and explaining everything while being patient and being courteous to me. I did achieve a big goal that I had in mind with the help of the sales person. I recommend Ashley Store because everyone was Respectable and polite. when you respect my wishes, I can respect you. I did purchase quite a bit that day, and I am very proud of the help that I had to help me along the way, explaining what I needed to be explained to me with patient and precision. If you go in with the right attitude And be patient and ask for what you need or if you don’t wanna be bothered at the time, then you need to let them know that and when you need the help call for it because I went in not feeling well, but I left out very proud and happy, my day was made at Ashley with the sales person by the name of Olina, She was my saving Grace and I thank her for being patient and so polite. I will be visiting Ashley again within the week, because if you treat me right, I will definitely return back to you. So give Ashley a chance and show them the respect that you would like to receive and they will deliver. Our representative, Joe, was great. He introduced himself when we came in and then allowed us plenty of time to browse the store. He then checked in periodically and answered our questions. He was not overbearing (which we appreciated), and he still made the sale.

I was FORCED to buy their Diamond Care Plan for a relatively cheap furniture set. The furniture set was on clearance for $747. I don’t need a care plan for it four obvious reasons. I brought up the ”add-on” after looking at my receipt and tried to get them to remove move it, but I was told they could not sell the furniture without the plan. I went ahead and paid for it however I am thinking about channeling my complaint against them with the BBB as well as corporate.

I recommend going in to get a better idea of what you like, but don’t buy in-store. Our rep added everything she could to make the couch as expensive as possible, such as 5 year warranties. Ended up saving almost 2 grand buying it online

From the moment we walked in, Joe gave us a warm welcome and made us feel genuinely taken care of. We originally came in looking for a new couch for our home, but thanks to Joe’s expertise and friendly approach, we ended up with something even more essential—a much-needed mattress! So it takes someone with class and integrity to deal with difficult customers. And today Cliff was just that person. From the moment we walked in the door they acted like they were so happy to see us. They did not over pressure but was around to help if needed or if we had questions. Unlike some other furniture stores we went into and they looked at us and I guess figured we were not worth their time. But that wasn't the case at Ashley's. Very nice place to shop and reasonable prices with good quality merchandise. The buying was easy now the next step is delivery and the the quality and how well the merchandise holds up only time will tell that part. I did buy the extended warrenty the cover 5 years on the mechanism and material and operation. So will be updating the review as time goes on. So far very pleased. I recommend this Ashley outlet in Augusta, Ga . Go by and get you some furniture and talk to the fine people there.

My wife and I recently stopped by to look at dining sets. Erica, who was very helpful and knowledgeable helped us pick a great set that I think we'll be very happy with.

Went looking for a DR set I’d considered for a year. No pressure at all walking in the store. Jacob met us and took us right to it and easily came up with an estimate. We shopped elsewhere after that but couldn’t find anything we liked as well, and Ashley’s price was competitive with anything comparable. Went back to Jacob a few days later, and he was actually able to shave a little off the delivery fee. Easy peasy, and I can’t wait for my set to arrive.

Our sales EXPERT, Jefferson was amazing! I changed my mind so many times and he was always there with something better to offer. Loved the experience!

Be very careful about canceling any order. They won’t show you the fine print that says they will charge you a big fee on your total order if you need to cancel after 3 days. I found this out. The salesman, floor supervisor both said it was a. Corporate policy but corporate said it was the store policy. The store said 15% and corporate said it’s 10%. I will never be back to this store. I had an order at Rooms to Go and they canceled my order with no issues and no fees. I’ll be back to Rooms to Go when I get my new move in date to my new place. Bad policy for Ashley.

WORST STORE IN THE WORLD

The reason for 1star is this. Salesman told me at the beginning they do not help loading furniture if you buy on clearance price. The company does not want them to get hurt, and the warehouse people are only there to do displays on showroom floor. I han to get my own man power was his exact words. This is a furniture store, and I was offended as soon as he told me that.

Geno was amazing! He knew exactly what we were looking for and worked with us for two days while we measured, discussed, and made final decisions! We sent him back and forth with changes to our order and he was patient, kind, and made the process easy! We will definitely be back to this store to see Geno with our future furniture needs :)

My spouse and I just moved here due to military orders so we came to this store to look around and see what kind of things we may want for our new home (if we wanted a coffee table or not , if we wanted just a sofa or a recliner as well, a new mattress etc.) We were greeted immediately after walking in which is normally nice but when the man asked what we were looking for and we said we weren’t sure exactly and just wanted to look around he said “you’re not sure? so you don’t know what you came in here to look for?”. normally i would take that as a probing question to try and see if they can help us better since we aren’t sure but he said it like it was the most dumb thing we could’ve said and with a extremely sarcastic tone and attitude. I did not realize we needed to know exactly what we wanted and looking around was somehow ridiculous to this store. Turned around and drove somewhere else where we didn’t feel silly or dumb for not knowing what we wanted yet. It’s great they have people to assist customers but that worker definitely needs to work on how he talks to others and the way he says things.

My husband and I have been to several furniture stores, but Ashley furniture has the best built furniture and a percentage of their proceeds go to charity! Ask for Kisha when you go in. Her kindness and helpful personality is what helped us make our minds up about purchasing our bedroom suit and mattress at Ashley furniture! She is AWESOME!!

The absolute worst retail experience I have ever had. I was given totally incorrect information about the furniture Delivery canceled the morning of with conflicting stories from associates. Told no ETA on future delivery. Had to discover on my own that salesperson had given me incorrect info on furniture so that even if/ when delivered it would not fit or work in my house. No apologies no escalation....no idea when I will be refunded.

Geno was amazing!!! He took his time showing me every piece that suited my needs for my living room space. Furniture shopping has been a headache and shopping with him was like shopping with family. He allowed me and my friend to brain storm in peace, which is hard to do these days. Beautiful spirit! Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Spectacular service from everyone

The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The manager, Alexis, was extremely rude to my fiancée making condescending remarks like “you’re wasting your time calling corporate” and “we’re just trying to help you,” complete with an eye roll and an attitude. The most unprofessional comment of all? “You can call corporate, but I have a meeting to get to.” That says everything about how little they value their customers. We bought a dresser and chest set after seeing them online and thinking it looked like a good deal. Spoiler: it wasn’t. The quality is terrible, cheap materials that look like they were ordered off Temu. When we tried to return the items, we were told they “don’t do refunds” and that they could only offer replacements. That’s not what we want—we want our money back. We’ve been calling corporate for two days and keep getting the same runaround. No help, no accountability, and certainly no care for their customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. I will fix my review once there is some actually movement on fixing the issue

Wednesday April 16th we had to dressers delivered to our home. The delivery team dropped them in the home and left and did not wait for us to open them to see if there was any damages. Upon opening them we noticed both dressers have damages and are covered in dirt. We called corporate and I spoke someone who said that “the store dominated the purchase” and we need to take it up with the store. Upon going to the store we spoke to the Manager, Alexis. She came out of her office sighing, had her blouse open to where you could see her cleavage, and her hands down her pants. I then said hi I’m Payton are you the manager and extended my hand to shake her hand. She then said “yeah I’m Alexis” and shook my hand. When we explained to her what happened she kept repeating “I’m Florida” as if that was supposed to be intimidate us. She then refused to talk to me and would only speak to my fiancé. I stepped aside and called corporate again where I spoke to another woman who heard the verbal abuse and disrespect portrayed by the management. Some of the following were comments by the manager (Alexis): 1. You paid $600 for two dressers that’s not bad, i have ikea furniture in my home and it’s not great furniture it’s similar to this furniture what did you expect for $600. 2. I can give you a credit, my fiance then said well you need to talk to her because her parents bought it as a housewarming gift for us, she looked me up and down, i said i don’t want to a credit if this is how I’m going to be treated I’d rather return the items get my money back and be done, she then rolled her eyes and shooed my off as if i was unimportant to her. 3. She told us she didn’t have time to help us because she has to get on a call. 4. She said infront of a store of people, she’s wasting her time talking to corporate I’m just trying to help you and rolled her eyes at my fiancé. 5. We told her we would bring the furniture back to the store in the boxes and we could dispute the charges with Amex and she said, you go head and try that i have Amex too and I’ll make sure you still get charged. Mind you our furniture we received is unusable the drawers for the dresser are broken! We can’t use it but she wants to keep our $600? That may not seem like a lot of money to you but as two military personnel who don’t make a lot of money that is a lot of money. The women on the phone from corporate who heard all this then asked for her name and told us to leave and they would take care of us. So we left. Never got a call back from corporate or a supervisor to handle the issue. Next day Thursday, we are still dealing with this issue I talk to Shamika and she tells me they are going to get this handled and call me back with return info. I get a text three hours later claiming they can’t return the products but they will deliver new products. That is not what we want. After the way we have been treated and disrespected I want the products out of my home and my money returned and we can go separate ways. I call the number back for corporate and try to tell them that an exchange is not what me and Shamika discussed and i don’t want that. Someone named Cameron answers and refuses to patch me Shamika and gives me this email instead to write a complaint. I’m applauded at the fact that this is how Ashely runs their business. There should be no reason why at this point with everything we’ve been put through that I can’t return the damaged items you sent me and get my money back. This seems to be a common thing with this store because over 20+ google reviews of people saying the manage is disrespectful and they send out damaged items all the time and refuse to return them.

Looking for a small entertainment center for my place. KEISHA was great. Didn't rush me and showed me everything in my price range. I didn't find an entertainment center, but I did find some pretty cool end tables. I'll be back.

The worst! My daughter moved to Augusta and we ordered a dresser for her after she went into the store and chose something. It arrived damaged and covered in dirt. We contacted the store, they stated we would need to contact corporate, cooperate said we would have to deal with the store directly. My daughter went back to the store and Alexis treated her so poorly! She belittled my daughter and treated her with the worst customer service, rolling her eyes, refusing to talk to her and would only address my daughter’s fiancé. Right now the end result is, once something is delivered they will not issue refund or exchanges even though my daughter opened the box and saw that the dresser was damaged and immediately reached out! She has the items for less than an hour and as of right now she is stuck with the broken item. If the outcome changes I will update this review however, my daughters was basically assured nothing will be done and she is stuck with this low quality broken furniture. I will never buy anything from an Ashley store again and I will advise everyone I know to not patronize this store or any other Ashley store.

Sales person went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a good deal

This is really an update from 3/2025 (My first visit). I stopped in on 5/5/25 to look for a particular sofa bed. The salesperson, Joseph, met us at the door. We had a very pleasant experience as he listened to what I was looking for. Several items were discussed and there was no pressure. So far all of the salesperson have been pleasant. I've interacted with three. Two on my first visit and Joseph. This location, which also has the outlet, is great. I'd go back again and recommend stopping in to visit. Now I'm waiting for my delivery and hope to give an excellent review for the delivery experience.

I was given the opportunity to try the mattress and given a thorough demonstration. Both employees was very helpful and knowledgeable in the information Concerning my purchase. Very satisfied customer .

We had our 5 month and 2 year old daughters with us, who were acting their ages 🫣🤣 and she was kind and understanding with them and us as we jumped back and forth between parenting and furniture convos. I’m a new homeowner and wanted a new bed set. I came into the store 3 times within 2 days. Each time Jeff greeted us and was working his hardest to get me the bed room set that I wanted. On our 3rd visit I got the bedroom set that I wanted thanks to Jeff. We are so thankful to him and his professionalism. I definitely will come back when it’s time to get some additional furniture.

Customer service was awful. We waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to assist us. There were 4 salesman there and I just felt I was ignored the entire time. The manager came to assist me after I acted outrageous. When he came , he stated he was going to get a price for me and never returned. After 15 minutes, he sent another salesman over to assist me and heal acting very confused. Ten minutes after that, a different salesman comes over takes my information and he disappears for 15 minutes claiming he’s getting the price together. I thought it would be a stress free experience due to me paying cash !!!Just an awful experience. I will never return!

Was in and out in less than 30 mins. Also my order is being delivered by the end of this week which is nice but would like if they had a warehouse or some items in stock at there location that way you don’t have to paying shipping fees on absolutely everything.

So much for my glowing review of Ashley Furniture. I was told my loveseat would be delivered on November 18 and my chairs on December 11. Nov 18 rolled around with no communication and when I called several days later I was told that everything was scheduled for December 11. Bot confirmed dec 11 delivery but then sent a text saying it was delayed. New confirmation was made for December 14 and then a delivery time frame was confirmed. Delivery people showed up today with ONE CHAIR. Ashley told us no partial deliveries could be made yet they deliver one chair and absolutely no estimate as to when we will receive our furniture that we ordered on Nov 9. I am NOT HAPPY

Came on 11/3 for a table for my kitchen. I was not greeted by anyone and the person who did assist (was wearing tinted glasses) only answered the question I asked him as he was walking off; he never engaged with me or attempted to make a sale. I was ready to purchase but was never approached by anyone else as I walked through the store. On the way OUT the door, I was finally asked if anyone helped me but I’d decided I’d no longer needed a table from this particular establishment. Good customer service is key, and hopefully, this feedback helps Ashley sales associates improve the experience for future customers.

We came in to Ashley’s looking for a new bed and Jefferson was extremely helpful. He was accommodating, helped us find the perfect furniture at a great affordable cost. I highly recommend asking for Jefferson next time you come to Ashley’s on Wrightsboro rd. Edit to my original review:. Our bed frame, mattress and painting have still not arrived. It was supposed to be delivered on the 26th. Due to some warehouse issue, They called a few days before delivery and said that the frame would not be ready at that time because they did not have it in stock only to call a week after and say that now they have the frame but not the mattress, and that it would be longer and they can not give a definite date. As of December 9th (today) still no delivery date. I can’t access my account online to check on a date. Although Ashley’s said they would send a reset code for my password and that as well has not been sent to my email. Highly disappointed. I’m still not sure when we will get our 3000$ purchase of this furniture. My husband has called every week to check up with no definite dates. Please Ashleys furniture do not sell what you do not have in stock. Or at least let us know. It’s almost been a month since our purchase. No Bed in sight, no painting. No reassurance, no anything. Make sure they have what they are selling you.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased something from. I ordered a bedroom suite and it was delivered. It was put together and it broke 11 months later. A technician came to fix it and they didn’t send the right pieces. A month and a half later the same technician comes and they did send the right pieces. They didn’t out my bed on the list to be fixed after they confirmed it was. The technician said that Ashley’s furniture took advantage of me because I am young. Tony still trying to fix my bed even though it wasn’t on the list for him to fix. Ashley’s gave me random pieces to put the bed together in the beginning. I do not recommend this company.

My husband and I were in the market for new living room furniture. I had no clue what I wanted and went to multiple stores. I have a few years of sales experience and knew we were going to have a sales associate assisting in the process. But let me tell you. Geno was awesome! He asked questions I never would have thought about. And was showing us options that seemed to match our concerns. Even if the price was lower than the one we were looking at. I went in thinking I wanted a dark color living room set and left with a light colored stain resistant easy clean sectional! This experience was beyond easy. He had a great personality. He was there when we needed him and just watched from afar when we were just browsing. He would pop up when he saw us sitting longer than a few moments. We will shop with him again. And again. I have been in sales. He is a top tier salesman.

we went to the outlet store by the Gusta mall looking for a bargain. person was awesome and we found a clearance item that was great price. However, we bought a buffet that was listed for 1299 and they reduced the price to 950 for a cash purchase. I was super happy until I came home and search the picture of it to see who the maker was and found out that it was selling for 949 at the regular store.!! I really ticked me off and I felt like they were dishonest with us so I canceled the purchase. I would say do your homework before you go.

They had some couches that we were really interested in, went back to buy one only to be told they don't keep anything in stock except a couple mattresses, so the $499 couch turned into almost $800 after the delivery fee. We went to Big Lots and bought an Ashley couch, took it with us the same day and paid less than what Ashley was asking to begin with.

Geno was absolutely fantastic. He was on it RIGHT when we walked in the door !! He’s very passionate about what he does and he not only tells you about the all the bells and whistles, he goes out of his way to show you. this was probably one of the best customers service experiences i’ve even gotten. trust, if you get the pleasure of having Geno as your salesman, one you’re in for a laugh and two, you’re definitely finding the right furniture !

We went into Ashley's 9-1 at about 2pm. Our intention was a new leather sectional, dinning room table and chairs, 2 bar stools and possibly some end tables. Closing on a home this month and our existing stuff won't work. We were greeted at the door by "Geno". We've shopped at several stores and know it's customary to have a salesperson greet you, etc. We exchanged pleasantries and told him we had a list and wanted to look around and that we'd find him when we were ready or had any questions. Well Geno didn't take the hint and continued to ask questions, like where we live , none of which was relevant and it was obvious he was trying to "butter us up". We walked away from him, saw something that we liked and IMMEDIATELY he was on us....asking us questions and pushing to close the sale. We walked away AGAIN.... Found another piece ,and in less than a minute Geno was all over us pushing for a sale. I literally told him to "go away you're so pushy we can't even discuss this without you interrupting". He didn't take the hint so we left. Geno continued to follow us out, asking if we'd seen something that we would have loved to have seen had he the slightest,amount of social intelligence. He followed behind us all the way to the door until I told him "dude, leave us the f&$# alone". It was the most insane and surreal experience either of us have ever had. We ended up at another store , finding parts of our shopping list, and spending 14k. Whoever trains the salespeople at Ashley's, this guy needs some remedial work. You guys lost a 14k sale and any future purchases. The irony was at the other place, we were greeted the same way, said the same things, the salesperson made sure we knew his name and told us which areas to check and he'd circle back. He gave us the space to breath and look. He knew when to stop and see how we were and when to keep trucking. It was a good ending to what started as a miserable experience at Ashley's !

We went back 3 times to try to make the best decision for what we needed. Mark Brown was great at being patient with us and worked at helping us find what we needed. Never felt pressured and came away with exactly what we needed. Couldn't speak more highly about Mark. He was great!

Do not buy Ashley Furniture and if you do don’t buy their overpriced useless warranty. They find reasons not to repair or replace your furniture. This was supposed to be real leather. The Augusta store was nice but the warranty could not care less. I will never spend over $5000 again or anything at Ashley. Terrible warranty and service!

I normally have a great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture (and I've actually purchased a lot of my furniture from Ashley's). The service (or lack there of) that I received on Saturday 20 JULY from an employee named Chris wasn't that great. It seemed as if he didn't want to help me whatsoever. Unfortunately, this bad customer service/experience deterred me away and I ended up getting a similar piece from Wayfair instead. employees use to be eager to sell and on this particular day it seemed like no one really cared.

Me and my fiancé came to look at mattresses and a sectional for our new home. I was weary of the typical salesman experience but Mr. George greeted my fiancé and I as we walked in and asked what we were looking for and proceeded to show us and demonstrate to us many different options and price points. He was very understanding of our budget and had no issues letting us try out different things over and over to make our decision. He then worked with us to build a modular sectional that would work perfectly for our living room space. This man was diligent and extremely friendly and we would work with him again any day of the week for more purchases. Our interactions with some of his coworkers were also great as well. By the end I felt like a friend being looked out for and not just a customer being force fed to spend as much money as possible. They made genuine suggestions towards what we should purchase along with which accessories. In the end we purchased a new cooling memory foam mattress along with a mattress protector and cooling pillow, and a modular sectional as well. Thank you George for your friendliness and helpfulness and thank you to the other staff as well!
