Our representative, Joe, was great. He introduced himself when we came in and then allowed us plenty of time to browse the store. He then checked in periodically and answered our questions. He was not overbearing (which we appreciated), and he still made the sale.

I was FORCED to buy their Diamond Care Plan for a relatively cheap furniture set. The furniture set was on clearance for $747. I don’t need a care plan for it four obvious reasons. I brought up the ”add-on” after looking at my receipt and tried to get them to remove move it, but I was told they could not sell the furniture without the plan. I went ahead and paid for it however I am thinking about channeling my complaint against them with the BBB as well as corporate.

I recommend going in to get a better idea of what you like, but don’t buy in-store. Our rep added everything she could to make the couch as expensive as possible, such as 5 year warranties. Ended up saving almost 2 grand buying it online

From the moment we walked in, Joe gave us a warm welcome and made us feel genuinely taken care of. We originally came in looking for a new couch for our home, but thanks to Joe’s expertise and friendly approach, we ended up with something even more essential—a much-needed mattress! This was by far the best furniture shopping experience we’ve ever had. Joe truly understands customer service and puts your needs first.

We were in need of a bedroom set. This was the first store that we went to and we walked out with a purchase. Tyrese was helpful from the start and Joseph sealed the deal. It was like talking to friends and they offered a deal we couldn't refuse. Highly recommend.

This chain does mot return purchased merchandise after you leave the store . Don’t waste your money. Furniture are not the best quality and above everything Javob’s client service is horrible..
