I went into the Ashley Furniture Store to purchase a new bed and mattress set. Leroy Jones made it a very pleasant experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would certainly recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone and tell them Leroy Jones will do right by you.

I normally have a great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture (and I've actually purchased a lot of my furniture from Ashley's). The service (or lack there of) that I received on Saturday 20 JULY from an employee named Chris wasn't that great. It seemed as if he didn't want to help me whatsoever. Unfortunately, this bad customer service/experience deterred me away and I ended up getting a similar piece from Wayfair instead. employees use to be eager to sell and on this particular day it seemed like no one really cared.

Me and my fiancé came to look at mattresses and a sectional for our new home. I was weary of the typical salesman experience but Mr. George greeted my fiancé and I as we walked in and asked what we were looking for and proceeded to show us and demonstrate to us many different options and price points. He was very understanding of our budget and had no issues letting us try out different things over and over to make our decision. He then worked with us to build a modular sectional that would work perfectly for our living room space. This man was diligent and extremely friendly and we would work with him again any day of the week for more purchases. Our interactions with some of his coworkers were also great as well. By the end I felt like a friend being looked out for and not just a customer being force fed to spend as much money as possible. They made genuine suggestions towards what we should purchase along with which accessories. In the end we purchased a new cooling memory foam mattress along with a mattress protector and cooling pillow, and a modular sectional as well. Thank you George for your friendliness and helpfulness and thank you to the other staff as well!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon … about an hour before closing just to look. Met George and what an awesome gentleman. He walked around with me and I decided on a living room set I wanted but didn’t like tables with it. George brought any I liked over to the set until I decided on the perfect one. I live five hours from my permanent home. I just moved here for a new position. My husband stated I needed a sofa. Had been looking for on for about 2 weeks, but didn't want to spend a lot for a second home furnishing. I decided to go to Ashley. I had never shopped there before. I was pleasantly surprised. I was met by the store manager, who asked me what I was looking for. He showed me several sofas. I finally found something inexpensive that would match my other furniture. A half hour from entrance to exit

Jazzy had great customer service and she really helped me find the best deal on my new couch! She is awesome 🤩

We went to purchase my disabled mother a power lift chair. We were specifically told by Gene/Gino our sales person, that if the chair did not work out we could return it for a $100 restock fee. We didn’t have a problem with the fee. My mom tried the chair for 48 hours and was not comfortable in it. I called customer care to arrange pick up. They said they didn’t allow returns or refunds. I told them Ashleys had written exception on the back of our receipt. I have being going back and forth with customer care Rep Mary, the sales person that guaranteed we could return. I have left messages for the store manager -won’t even talk to me. Still haven’t gotten a call back from customer care. Would not recommend this store. Next complaint is to BBB. Update 4/7/24 still no call from the local store manager. Yet someone responded to my review. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a complaint with the Association of Disabled Persons. I want the chair picked up and a full refund.

NEVER again will we purchase anything from Ashley furniture! It was the worst. You thought buying a car was bad! They were pushy, and not very forthcoming whatsoever. I was bombarded with confirmation messages… Eight of them after I had already confirmed with the first one. They pressured us to do the replacement coverage for $500, we were adamant we did not need it… So the manager tried to persuade us to do it for $200. What part of NO did they not understand?! And then Leroy tried to sell us a bed and mattress for over 10 grand. It’s like we were targeted thinking we had all kinds of money. On top of a $250 delivery fee. At first glance, the sectional looked really good set up… But once we got looking at it, a little harder, very shoddy work. My husband had to fix what they didn’t do or what they did wrong. I do NOT recommend. Very shady! NEVER again!!!

Went in the store and the staff was very nice. Alisha is who helped us and she was a great person to work with. Bought a bed ,rug,chairs and a desk and they threw in a vanity and some other stuff. Grabbed a desk from there and everything else shipped. Got home and the desk was busted. I called and was told they don’t take it back but Alisha helped us out and said just bring it back over and we will swap it. Had a delivery date and it got pushed out another week and then another week and a month later got a few items and then had to wait to get the other items a few more weeks later. Delivery crew was very nice. Was told in the store the tempurpedic bed would fit inside my existing bed frame. But that didn’t work. Vanity came in and was broke. Had to send in for a new one. Cheap furniture. The matress we had got was a cooling matress that was a medium. It was to hard for my liking but they said you had to keep it 30 days. Called in for the swap to a soft matress set up the date they show up with the same medium queen size matress.Call back again to re set up the date they they have me setup for medium king size. I bought a queen from them with a queen frame. 2 weeks later they finally get the order right. I get a email sent to me that I’m getting a queen soft matress and with a price difference of -1,189.08. The new mattress shows it’s cheaper and doesn’t have the cooling features so I’m ok with it. Call to see when that would come off the charge and was told they don’t give back but if I had went for the more expensive mattress I would have had to pay them. I don’t recommend buying from here and will not be doing business with this company in the future.

My initial review stated Mike and Chris were awesome! I won’t take that back. However, I was delivered the wrong items. My bed and dresser were not at all what I ordered and I am having the most difficult time with getting a return/refund. I was told they don’t approve returns due to “buyer’s remorse” which is obviously not the case!

We came in looking for a glider and/or sofa sectional. Chris Harod went above and beyond helping us find the perfect loveseat sofa combo. We tried about every sofa they had and he was patient with us taking forever. We ended up choosing from Biscoe Collection.

Originally shopping for furniture, I was working with a very professional member of their sales team, Mike, who noticed my 40 yr old aches from sitting and standing and asked me how I was sleeping? Once my living room needs were determined, he provided me with a sleeping solution that blew me away. He was very throughly in detail and made suggestions, not driving by the sale but based on my needs. Between being undecided and need to review financing, I did not complete the sale on my first visit, but Mike stayed in contact with me, answered critical questions, and the overall presentation by him made me return a week later and completed my purchase. I have found a new home/office furnishing expert that I know is looking out for me and can feel confident that he is selling something that someone needs more than they may want. It's been a while since I've had to buy furniture, but was looking to get a new mattress. Joe was great in helping me get a new mattress, and I appreciate his patience as I tried many out and debated on how to pay for said expensive mattress. He was even available by text after I left because the receipt never made it to my email inbox despite having the right address? Weird; but Joe sent it to another and all was good. When the delivery people came a few days later, their manifest said NOT to take my mattress, when my receipt DID say to take the mattress, so they took a picture of my receipt and took the mattress (thank goodness because I would have no idea what to do), and after a quick text to Joe about what happened, he told me that sometimes happens, but was right there for me! Great customer service, and so far, great mattress!

I went through a divorce and needed some furniture to help me rebuild and start a new home. I was on a limited budget and worried Ashley might not have been in my price range . But I decided to look and at least get ideas of what style I wanted. I was immediately greeted by an employee, Chris Scarborough and explained my situation. He showed me all the areas I was looking for (bedroom and dining room) then gave me some space and let me try things out. This is important to me because nobody likes gettin buying furniture or a car!happy to answer them. He made me feel comfortable and at ease . I did find some pieces that I really liked. We sat down and Chris explained their current finance options to me. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed or ashamed that I needed to finance and assured me that everyone deserves quality furniture and Ashley can make that happen. 60 months no interest made my dream a reality! He scheduled my delivery and made the whole process enjoyable! I will be coming back to this store in the future !

The staff is really friendly and helpful here. However, the furniture styles are old and outdated. Corporate buyers/designers need to keep up with furniture trends. It looks like I'll be ordering my furniture online to get on trend designs.

Salesperson Eddy Duroseau did a great job! When I told him what I was looking for, he took me straight to the side of the store where it was on display. I was surprised when I got the final tally to see the bed rails were not included in the “bundle” but were an added expense! The bundle consisted only of the headboard, footboard and mattress. My total came to about $300 more than I had planned on. The only disappointment of the sale.

It was absolutely awesome. Great, friendly staff and very engaging. When i walked away the salesman found me and stayed with me. I came to get one thing and ended up getting 3. Beautiful furniture and so much more.

Do not buy from Ashley's furniture! We were loyal customers until we spent over $4,500 on a 5 piece sectional with an ottoman in 2021 that tore up within a year. They refused to do anything but exchange it even when we pleaded with them for instore credit because we were told this was a manufacturer defect. Needless to say three months after they insisted on an even exchange the second couch is now trash as well.

Janice was great to work with. Made the whole experience easy. She really makes you feel comfortable and answers all of your questions.

You can get better pricing from the Ashley website for one, so check the online listing while you are in the store. Also, the bedroom set I ordered had a strong lingering chemical smell. All customer support says is they recommend you air the furniture outside.

Leroy Jones is 1 of the most personable easy going sales representatives around. He’ll take good care of you & make sure you get the most out of your shopping experience. I highly recommend this facility.
