I will never go here again in my life these people wasted a month and a half of my time and I still never got my furniture. I would not spend my money here. EVER

Terrible experience. Just Terrible. After being told that we would receive the table and chairs about 6 to 8 weeks after we purchase it initially we decided not to buy. Then the salesman told us we would get it on Aug 28th, a wait of only 2 weeks. We bought it with that understanding. Well, I took off work to be there for the delivery. No show. We finally received it Oct 1st. After getting the run around and no return calls. When they delivered it. They merely put it outside saying it was against company policy to take it inside for us. My wife and I are in our mid 60's. Not so great a health. I'll manage to take care of it with some help of a friend. If I could give their business a zero star I would. Don't waste your time going to this store.

The sales staff at the Brunswick, GA location was very helpful. They allowed us to shop and were available when we were ready with questions. 8/28/2025 My family and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture HomeStore with Dustin Perkins, Sales Lead. He let us take our time, explained the really great discounts and combinations of other things and we came out with deep savings but more importantly it was all hassle free and the atmosphere just felt different and much lighter (out of all the visits we have made in the past to the store). The furnishings are really nice in the store. The experience with Dustin was easy and he is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly all genuinely.

What can I say?! After searching (4 days) online for the best “deal” I was tired. Got into Ashley and Moya was there waiting and ready! She escorted me to what I was looking for, got me in and out of there feeling great about my purchase! I always prefer to buy locally but sometimes it don’t work out that way. What I can say is if every company had a Ms. Stephens and a “Marco” (the gentleman that approved the deal)… all of my major purchases would support my local community! It’s not just “what you sell”, it’s also the people that’s doing the selling! Oh I almost forgot… I am looking forward to the delivery of my new Boyington set as well!

(Brunswick Store)John was great 👍 I got the chairs I was looking for. When the delivery truck got here I had everything ready for them. The driver came in to see where they were going. He brought in the back and arm pillows told the other guy to get the bottom that it wasn't heavy 🥺the guy dropped it and chipped the bottom. I rejected it. They got out the second one after having to get stuff off the top of it...No box I rejected it too. I want my stuff in boxes or it will Not come in my house. I payed too much not to have a box. I'll give another update when I get my chairs and I'm happy I got my chairs but take note that if you buy 2 of anything 1 will come in a box the other will be plastic wrapped. I'm happy with my chairs

Be very careful with their warranty, I paid for extended warranty. I have a powered love seat and they will not service it, but will send parts(how do they know which parts are needed if no one comes out to see). I haven't had my love seat but 5-7 months and there is an issue. I called to get a service call on the love seat and was told that I would have to pay $199.99 to get someone out to see what is going on. I am still under my 1 year MANUFACTURER warranty and I paid for 5 year extended warranty! When I went in to purchase the love seat my sales representative and I had a long conversation about the warranty because I work in appliances and deal everyday with warranty concerns. She did not mention anything about how the furniture needed to be delivered or it would VOID my warranty. If I had known, I would have never purchased the extended warranty and I would have made different arrangements. The warranty paperwork on the website and the paperwork that was given to me when the love seat was purchased never mentioned anything about the warranty being voided if I decided to have my furniture dropped shipped?! The service "manager" was terrible, very rude and kept blaming my sales rep, even though my sales representative didn't mention anything about the warranty being voided, the service "manager" didn't even try to assist me. My family and I have always shopped at Ashley's, but this has changed my mind about this company all the way around. I feel like I have been lied to and scammed. UPDATE-6/16/2025- was told to email the email address below..I did and never heard back.

If you hate a pushy sales person, then you need to come here and see MaryAnn. When we came in we weren’t swarmed, she just came by after a couple minutes and told us her name and she would check back with us in a few. After some time went by and a few mattresses were tried she came back to us. We were trying to figure out the differences in the temperpedic mattresses and she has SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE in this brand and helped us pick the perfect one for us. MaryAnn even helped with pillows and sheets when WE had questions, she didn’t throw any of it onto us, which I respect even more. MaryAnn has the best personality, patience, skills, and knowledge for this job. If we ever buy anything else from this store we’ll probably only go when she’s there.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Ashley Furniture has been nothing short of a waking nightmare from start to finish. Every single department—sales, delivery, and management—operates with a level of incompetence so staggering, it almost feels intentional. The sales team? Deceptive and dismissive. They’ll say anything to close a deal, only for you to later realize they either lied outright or had no idea what they were talking about. The delivery team? A complete disaster. Late, unprofessional, careless—if your furniture arrives damaged (which it likely will), prepare for a grueling battle with their so-called customer service. And management? Completely useless. They don’t solve problems; they ignore them, deflect blame, and make empty promises that they have no intention of keeping. I have never encountered a company so indifferent to their customers. They take your money and leave you with broken furniture, missed deliveries, and endless frustration. Do yourself a favor—do not buy from Ashley Furniture. There are plenty of other companies that actually value their customers, because this one certainly doesn’t.

I found myself in need of replacing a lot of furniture. I made several trips to Ashley, and on the third, found a FANTABULOUS lady to help me. Moya was AMAZEBALLS! She spent several hours going through the store, asking insightful questions, and helping me find the perfect items. She worked with the store manager Johnathan, obtained the best prices and delivery times possible. Everything arrived as promised and the delivery guys were amazing! They walked through where everything was to go, adjusted and moved as requested. They even put together items that had not yet been completed at the warehouse. And my doggo loved them! Thank you Moya, Johnathan, and crew for helping a gal in a tough spot!

They messed up my order by missing 1 chair. The sales person never followed up with me on another sale. They have their numbered forward to their call center and never answer. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps and multiple managers they all have called several times, and the store didn't answer. They have sent multiple emails, including multiple managers, to urgently call me. Still, no one calls me back. They simply do not care at all about customers. We ordered beds beds first and it's been 3 weeks and no delivery. We went in a week later and ordered the rest of the furniture for the house and got all that first. There is no eta on the beds. No, answeres no call back no one answers the phones. Every time I've been in that store, the sales people are the middle of the store watching tv, and they can't pick up the phone or answer an email? This is completely ridiculous. I'm telling everyone I know to just gosomewhere else. ***response to your response. If you read my review and decided that the synopsis of my review is the missing chair and not communication (or lack of) is a prime example as why you and your store deserve a scathing review. In fact, if there was any communication between you and your employees, you would know that the missing chair is being worked out. If you want to actually show that you care about your customers more than when they have their wallets open then the least you could do is actually read their complaints in their entirely and or understand and address their concerns. Because in my opinion you haven't.

The store had exactly what the wife wanted. Dustin was helping with finding everything and steady checking things for the wife. Dustin will be a great asset to the Ashley furniture family. It was his second day on the job but you wouldn't know that unless he told you. Jonathan was the one who finalized everything and he was super helpful and he had a lot of respect for Dustin. What a wonderful experience! The moment we walked in, John greeted us and treated us like long time friends. He made us feel comfortable to actually try the furniture so we could pick the best pieces for what we needed! He answered every question but he didn't hover while we shopped. John also went out of his way to help us find the perfect end table. Scrolling through page after page on the website, when we couldn't find one in the store, till we found the one we liked and would fit in our space. He made the whole buying experience so easy. This store also has a large selection with good prices. If you can't find what you want in the store a sales associate can help you look through the web selection right in the store. They order it for you and they deliver. Add to all this with protection plans for real life and you just don't need to shop anywhere else.

My wife went to the store late February and found a sectional, but wanted to wait until I was able to go to the store in person to check it out. The salesperson was attentive and texted back and forth with my wife regarding configurations and options. The Ashley website said the piece was on backorder, so my wife specifically asked if that was the case and was told no. We went back to the store a few weeks later, same salesperson was very helpful and attentive. She told us again the piece was not on back order, they were averaging 14 days for delivery, and even went so far as to say she thought they were getting a delivery of parts of the sectional on Monday. We made the purchase based on that info. Two weeks go by, no contact from Ashley at all. My wife texts, and she's told they're still on track for delivery. Another week goes by, she follows up, and gets no response, but a few days later gets an automated "we're monitoring your order" text. We are now a month in, and no further communication from the store and still no furniture. The website still shows the piece on backorder. Not total dirty pool, but a sneaky practice to say something isn't on backorder when it clearly is.

Moya was incredibly attentive, personable, and helped us find exactly what we needed. And when my husband said he needed a barstool he could take home today, she made it happen against all odds. Thank you, Moya for your great customer service! We will be back.

Best customer service ever!!!

So helpful ! Amazing salesman . Went over everything, gave us all information.

My son and I came in today ready to buy a sofa and loveseat cash in hand. As we walked in 2 women on cell phones were just standing around. The one woman greeted us asked us could she help us. I showed her the picture on my phone that came from their website. She said oh we don't have that. She then just stared at me. Then she said again we don't have that so you can't sit on it.?? I asked if they had anything similar to it. She said uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..then walked over to the other lady, still on her cell, she said yeah we don't have that. I've never heard of that. The one lady came back said yeah we don't have that. You will have to go to Jacksonville for it. I said ok, well we'll just look around. We walked around 30 min or so. No other customers in store. Both ladies stayed on their cells. We left. They lost 2k today. No wonder people aren't in there. No one in there wants to make money.

I was pleased with the inventory and they had what I wanted in 3 new mattresses. I was VERY disappointed that delivery no longer includes removal of the old mattress. I was given two contacts that the sales person assured me I could arrange disposal. One only accepted twin mattresses and the other did not accept mattresses at all. Not helpful!!

I was very pleased with the professional and courteous service received at the Brunswick Ashley Home Store. I purchased a Bralynn sofa and was offered a high quality product, fabric for a reasonable price. The sofa was delivered in two weeks and the delivery staff were professional and very skilled. All in all, this was a very positive experience and Ashley has gained a customer for life.

Bought a product online and was told the shipping date could be changed after placing my order. Once the order was placed when I called to change the date they said the other agent was not correct and the date could not be changed, but they would take responsibility for the issue because we were leaving in Holiday for a week and we could receive a refund or replacement when we got back. I just called and this was not true either. I won’t shop Ashley again.

Stopped in to look for furniture to furnish an apartment for my mother. There was a bunch of pieces of interest. Jonathan Jones, store manager was very helpful and even gave our son a fidget squishy. Store was nice and clean, well organized and smelled great. We will be back!

Recently bought a bedroom set. When the people came to set it up there were parts missing to set up the bed. After 2 months the store says they still have not received the parts despite repeated calls to the store and having a face to face with the manager. But was the credit bill paused? Oh no. I will never ever go there again.

Went in on a whim to "just look", however we met up with Jonathan Jones and ended up buying putting together almost an entire house full of furniture. Jon was so helpful and offered savings we didn't or would not have even known about, not to mention he did not pressure us or follow us around the store. He seemed to just pop up right when I had a question. Shopping at its finest I'd say and at a great price! Oh and Sommer is a total sweetheart as well! Job well done!

If I could give this rating a negative I would! Spent almost 12k on furniture to be treated like trash. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and communication.First I feel like I was profiled on my race. No passion for their job! Was lied to SEVERAL times by phone reps in store associates and managers about deliveries. From the beginning we opted for partial delivery. Was asked 5 different times after the fact if we wanted partial delete even though we signed up for it when we first purchased the furniture. Purchased Furniture on Wednesday and was told most of the furniture was I. The warehouse and it should be delivered by the need of the week. I talked to 4 other representatives in person and on the phone who all lied about different delivery dates. And waiting on a 48 hour call that never happened. Went in the store the associate acted like it didn’t matter. Now we’re being told it won’t be delivered until the following Saturday because it was a glitch in the system and I cannot get back on the delivery schedule. Will definitely NEVER GO BACK. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND.Unless you want to wait forever on a delivery and be told several different dates.

The Brunswick Store I ordered my bed from, was very helpful in helping me with my purchase. Kept it honest with me about the expected time frame for delivery of my order, and it still was ready for pickup within a couple of days from my purchase date. I cannot remember the names of the two gentleman I interacted with, but I do know if either one is on shift while you are there; they will go above and beyond to help you and make the process that much easier for you.

The way these employees park their vehicles shows an undignified level of privilege and lack of care for customers and others. We have been here more than once and they are parked this way each time… It is not like they are nice nor expensive vehicles (which wouldn’t make a difference), parking spots are lined the way they are for a reason!

All are experiences ar 5 star. She’s my go to for furniture and accessories!

At the Brunswick store, Maryann Hobby was so great to work with. We were unsure which mattress we wanted and she was patient while we laid on all of them 😂. Finally deciding on a great King adjustable with an awesome Zero gravity feature. We returned about a year later to try out all of the sectional sofas they had. Again, Maryann was there and pointed out all of the sectionals, and we lounged around on all of them numerous times. Not once did she rush us, or push us to the most expensive sofa. She gave us time to feel comfortable with our decision. We will be back again for our next furniture need!

My husband and I continue to enjoy our adjustable bed. The young lady who assisted us through the process made it very comfortable and stress free. Ms. Moya was a delight to work with. It had been forever since either of us had purchased new furniture and neither of us knew anything about adjustable beds, mattresses or frames. However, Ms. Moya was quite patient in providing the information we needed to make an intelligent decision. Also, if anyone has bought furniture lately, they would know that shipping takes forever. Ms. Moya recommended that we go ahead and purchase the adjustable bed and mattresses even though the frame would take much longer. Well, we did and we slept well while being able to adjust our bed until the frame got here. Just wanted to say thank you to Ms. Moya! I have been waiting on a piece of furniture now for 7 months! This is ridiculous. I went to a local place and ordered had it within two weeks.

I would give them no stars but it won’t allow it! Worst experience ever buying furniture! Spent 6k in October and still waiting for my cushions! They sent the wrong cushions several times! Several people have tried but can never get it right! Ridiculous! They delivered my furniture and damaged my floor not once but twice! I need more furniture for my new house but will not buy from Ashley! No one cares at this location! Horrible customer service! Paid extra for protection and my dust shield came off my couch and they sent a new I guess I’m supposed to flip my huge sectional over by myself and fix it! I could go on and on but it’s not worth it they don’t care! I’m going to try to go higher up I guess! My next purchase will not be local or at Ashley’s they ruined it for me! Thanks again Ashley’s staff!

They have some nice furniture, however it may take some time to get what you want due to current availability.

Although we haven’t received our furniture yet, I want to give a huge “shout out” to Eric and Jonathan for making today’s process so easy! Our task for Eric wasn’t an easy one—find furniture that is unique, rustic, high quality and available! Not sure how he did it, but Eric was able to satisfy all of our requirements and took the stress out of the process as well. Keep doing it right, Brother!

So I bought 2 night stands and a dresser in Nov 2021. I was told it was about a month before they could deliver the furniture as they didn't have any in thier warehouse. I was fine with this, especially in light of the 'supply chain shortages' of the time. Come Decemeber the two night stands were delivered and I was told the dresser was still back ordered. I was told I would receive a call when the dresser came in. I called in January, because I hadn't heard anything. I was told they will be here in March. March comes and I hear nothing. So I call again and I'm told now it will be here in May. Mind you I was charged and am currently paying on all 3 items which I began payments in January. It is now May 5, 2021 the exact day I was told that the dresser would be in the warehouse (7 months from original order). No call, so I call up Ashley and much to my surprise they have no information at all. When I called the store I am re-routed to a call center and I can't even talk to the store. The customer service representative was very kind, empathetic, and patient with me but unfortunately since she has nothing to do with this store her kindness has no affect on the review but should be mentioned. The fact that orders can go this long and it takes the customer to reach out is 100% outrageous. I will never purchase furniture from this or any other Ashley ever. I am now waiting on store management to contact me to see how they are going to get me my furniture... EDIT: I will up by 1 star only... because 9 months and 26 days... or 299 days later did I finally receive the dresser I ordered in good condition. Additionally I did speak with store manager but... I don't feel like he had any impact whatsoever on the outcome. He was friendly and courteous. So the staff get the stars, the company loses them. Still will never buy from another Ashley again.

The store manager is always there and very helpful. He remembered me from months ago and recalled where I worked and inquired how it was going. I don't have a memory anything like that. Impressed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE! You may not see your furniture or refund for some time. Ordered 2 end tables in November of last year. I was told it might be 8 weeks before it arrived. No problem there, however it has now been 10 weeks and they cannot tell me when I will see the items for sure but may be late April. Good luck getting your money back, the store makes it impossible to speak to anyone who has the authority to cancel your order. I've tried 8 times in the last 2 days and still no luck. Multiple times the call disconnected. Pretty suspicious.

We made a purchase on October 9th, and we were told the furniture should be delivered around November 6th. By mid November we had not heard any updates so we stopped by the store for an update. We were then told it would be delivered by mid December. On December 17th I called for an update and was told two pieces had arrived but they still didn't have the 3rd piece. I was told the 3rd piece would be there the first week of January. I won't buy from Ashley again if it takes 3 months to get your furniture.

5/24/24 Update: Jonathan has done it again! We wanted to update our personal couch, we bought a sectional with different pieces that were shown in the store. Jonathan helped us with understanding how the pieces could fit together for us to customize to fit the layout of our living room. We are very pleased, couldn't be happier! We needed a new couch for my disabled aunt, Jonathan Jones helped pick out the style, material, and color and we couldn't have been happier!

My experience at Ashley’s was great. I went in looking for a bedroom suite and a kitchen table. The sales associate Moya was very helpful and provided me excellent service. Made it very easy to find what would be suitable for me and my family. I’m pleased with my selections and will definitely continue to shop at the Brunswick location.

Furniture is a little pricey, went shopping for a bedroom set for daughter, walked in no one said hi until we we 1/3 around the store an employee whom she waa helping another customer spoke. No one came to asked if we needed help, we walked up to 2 guy employee who were talking to ask for help, we said never mind because his vibes was given us the i really dont want to help, left and went to farmers Furniture and was treated amazing.

We ordered furniture with ashley almost 3 months ago and still have not received all the items We are being told all kinds of different things when we call and talk to customer service or whoever. It is ridiculous. Items keep getting pushed back month after month. We didn't know this would be the case when we purchased the furniture. I would highly recommend not buying from this store.

DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR MERCHANDISE, IT'LL NEVER ARRIVE! Dad ordered a recliner in October. For moms xmas gift! Was guarenteed by 12/2 never arrived, after making calls was told there was a delay and it would be here xmas eve. Was then told 2/22, here we are people missing school and work still no recliner. No phone calls apologizes or appeasements offered. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible communication skills!

We went into the store to specifically purchase items that were in stock. We had guests coming on short notice. We wound up purchasing our third choices just because we were guaranteed they were in stock and could be delivered on a certain day. That day came around and we received no phone call with delivery time as was told would happen. After making calls ourselves, we were told that no delivery was coming because the items were back ordered. Not only were we lied to when we bought the furniture, no one even bothered to call us and let us know to not expect delivery, and to give us time to find other furniture.

It's a super nice and big store with a lot of options, but the quality of the products with that high of a price? A lot of products are "fake wood" and you can clearly tell and they are still hundreds of dollars expensive. Also I feel like you are not welcome if you ask for cheaper options because you can't afford something they showed you. I mean isn't any sale better than no sale? I got to give it to you that you have some comfortable couches tho!

I will leave you with this. Their business model is over promise and under deliver. The furniture is good so that is why I gave them 2 stars versus 1. Also I would not recommend buying the warranty. It is through a third party and they do not back it.

Bought a side table online and after waiting 2 months (backordered) it finally arrived. When putting it together, one of the legs was missing a threaded screw inside the leg. Rather than call Customer Service, I went to this store and asked if they could put one in the leg for me. The lady at the front was happy to help, until she asked if I bought it from that store. I said I bought it online as this store did not have it in stock. She then stated that they could not help as they are all franchises and I didn't buy it from this specific store. I spoke to the store manager and she reiterated they wouldn't be able to help. All I needed was a screw, not a replacement of the full item or the leg. Just a screw that probably costs 10 cents. Well now its costs them more than that as I will never purchase anything from this store in the future.

The store itself is fine. The warehouse is a joke. Delivered items unassembled even though we paid extra for delivery and setup. They had to take the tv stand back to the warehouse to be assembled and redelivered on a later date. Both delivery and warehouse were some of the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. Just know you will get pieces of what you order on different dates and that's if they even deliver it properly.

Yesterday i bought a new living room and bedroom set. Miss Alex in the Brunswick location was awesome! She not only got what i fell in love with, but went above and beyond to make sure it was in my price range! Thank you so much for everything Miss Alex! I sure will be coming back to her for my next house hold item set! Y'all Rock!!!

What a great experience shopping for a mattress at Ashley today. A team of gentlemen, Lance Applegate and Shaun Smith, took perfect care of me and treated me like a princess. I can’t wait to sleep in my new hybrid king mattress. I will definitely come back when I need new furniture.

Absolute integrity. We went this past Sunday to purchase a bed and mattress. The service was very good as always. Later that day I found the mattress cheaper at another online retailer. I called first thing Monday morning and left a message with customer service. Shortly after the store opened Shaun, the sales manager, called me to assist. I explained what I had found. Shaun quickly refunded the difference and took an extra $100 off the delivery . This was exceptional customer service. Thank you again to the Ashley Brunswick team!!!

Purchased a bedroom suit, and they delivered just my bed 2 weeks later. The delivery was done at 10 pm. Still waiting on my dresser and chest. They claim everything is back ordered. I will never buy from this company again.

We bought a bedroom set from the Brunswick store several months ago. The set was delivered and every piece of furniture had issues. The furniture had unfinished spots in various parts that look like Ashley didn't do any quality control. When we complained to the Brunswick store, they said it wasn't there problem. We have tried over and over to get the furniture fixed, but all we get is static from Ashley Furniture consumer services. Don't buy from these people. Take the time to drive to Jacksonville for better service.

We went in on June 3rd and ordered tons of furniture which was scheduled to be delivered July 5th. Only half of my furniture was delivered and with the purchase I had a Kitchen island with two stools and a dining room table with SIX chairs. They delivered the two stools with no island and only two of the six chairs with no table. I was told on two different occasions that my date has been moved back which put me in a mess because I already had planned a housewarming party so I go to the office in Brunswick after already talking to customer service to get my money back but they tell me they could not refund my money (I paid CASH) until I bring back the chairs and stools that THEY DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. I visited another local furniture store after leaving Ashley’s and I told them my story and they also told me that I was the 4th customer to come in that day to complain. I WILL NOT EVER go back to Ashley furniture. But on the bright side I went to the other store and ordered almost identical furniture for almost half the price. So I’m guessing it was a blessing in disguise.

Went to buy a dining room table. Found the perfect one for $699. By the time we went to pay for it, they added $129 for assembly, $80 for delivery, the table's final cost ended up with a price over $900. I sure feel like they were running a scam on me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Good furniture you can't leave here without buying something

Nice selection, decent prices. But it felt like a visit to a used car lot. Salesperson would say anything to make the sell, including lying about delivery dates and times. We spent $7,000 while we were there, yet they are unwilling to deliver the furniture when they said they would. I'm having to take time off from work to meet the delivery people. Ashley Homestore just lost two good customers. Update: after taking the time off work to meet the delivery people, they delivered the wrong furniture. Not only that, we were charged $400 extra for the wrong furniture. When I spoke with customer service, they informed me that they would do nothing to resolve the problem, other than switch the correct pieces out, which requires me to miss more time at work. So, I spoke to a very polite manager named Jennifer who offered an apology, and assured me that they would call me the next day and make things right. Well, she politely lied. Still haven't received a phone call, and still on the hook for $400 extra for furniture we did not want. Update #2: Just got a call from Josh at the corporate office in Jacksonville. It was a very good conversation, and he assured me that the matter will be resolved in a satisfactory manner. I'll reevaluate my rating after the problem is corrected, but I am very optimistic at this point. Correct table was delivered today, Saturday May 19th. Josh Grieves was the person who spearheaded the effort to make the situation right. Changing my review from 1 star to 2 stars, although Josh did a 5 star job.

This is the bed set we got from here. THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A Furniture store IN MY LIFE!!!!! We walked in there about 35mins before they were going to close. The women was so beyond helpful. They ended up staying 2 hours late. We did not feel rushed at all either. We tried 4 different beds out multiple times and they just gave us our time and even told us to lay on it a little longer to make sure it's the one. Then they tried there absolute hardest to get us the best deals to on the bed and bed set. We will not go anywhere else. Absolutely mind blowing how nice, considerate, helpful, and understanding they were.

Please fix your computer system! When I ordered my furniture the system was down and had to be "manually" entered. 3 days later when I call to check on it, the system is down again!!! Plus now they gave me a different delivery date.

Very friendly staff. I have bought furniture from here from years. But, when my realtor told me they price gouged, I started doing some research of my own. They do offer 60 month financing interest free, which is a nice thing, except you have to agree to pay a higher price for things. So, basically, they are putting your interest into the higher price. When you can get at least 48 mths financing somewhere else, where you dont have to pay extra. They got us on that one. But then, they will really get you on the 5 yr protection plans. My husband and I are paying $750 for a sectional and a area rug. We were guaranteed the same coverage plan elsewhere for $399. And to top it all off, they use a 3rd party delivery company. So, instead of your standard $99 delivery fee we are paying $314 for delivery. We were told that we could choose our delivery date which is not true at all. Once the delivery company called to set up our delivery, we were told they only come to our areas on Fridays. Which means my husband or I have miss work in order to get our furniture. On Fridays, we both work over an hour away from home. Very inconvenient for either one of us. It also means that we can't carpool to work as well. Just please, do your research before signing a contract with them. You could get a much better deal somewhere else.

for years hv bought furniture here but wont buy any type of cushioned furniture again as padding is cheap & not does support body very good-bought 2 sofas & within a month both had same problem w/feeling braces & springs in seats

I went to Ashley to buy a mattress because the one I had was so uncomfortable that I was not sleeping well and would wake up with back pain and sometimes numbness in my hand or shoulder. I would give a five star rating to Cory B., who is a manager that is no longer there. He would do anything to make the customer happy. Cory left right after I bought my new mattress from Ashley, which was the Hybrid Tempurpedic Prima - (turned out to be much worse than the mattress I was replacing. It is without exaggeration the worst mattress I have ever owned in my entire life. Literally). I was originally told that I could exchange the mattress if I didn't like it, but when I tried to do that was blocked and I am now stuck paying for an extremely expensive mattress I absolutely detest and loathe. So I had to pay more $$$ out (to another store) on a latex topper and a wool topper in an attempt to try to make this horrible bed more comfortable. Its a little better now than it was, but it's still uncomfortable. I still wake up all night tossing and turning. I might be forced to order an online mattress like "Purple" or "Lucid" or "Saatva" and sell this expensive, awful Hybrid Tempurpedic Prima to someone that would enjoy it. You know, like someone who likes to sleep on the ground or some other extremely hard surface. Like maybe an Indian who sleeps in a teepee, or a cowboy that sleeps on the trail, or a homeless person that sleeps in a cardboard box, or someone like Tom Hanks in the movie "Cast Away" when he first comes back to the States from being stranded on a deserted island for many years. You know, that type of person. I think they would really love this mattress. There is no way though that they would pay what I paid,...I mean...am still paying, for this slab of metal coils with a thin piece of foam on top. Oh, and also, you can find the exact same stuff online for half the price they are selling it for in the Ashley store in Brunswick. They had a fur blanket/throw in the store for $99 and I found the exact same identical throw online for $50. I should add that most of the sales people are nice, but then again generally sales people tend to be nice to you,... before you buy, since rudeness is counterproductive to their sell/commission.

Levi was absolutely fabulous. This couch is so comfortable and it looks amazing. He was kind the entire time and helped guide me until I found the perfect couch for me. Ashley's never disappoints with their amazingly vast selection and their sales associates who give their all to make sure you're satisfied. Thank you so much Levi!!! Came here back in March in desperate need of new bed sets for my daughters. I spent maybe 5 or more hours in the process Because Of my financial hardship and just switching jobs. To make a long story short I was able to pay out of pocket for their mattresses. An everything else would Be leased. Little did I know that progressive leasing company were a bunch of crooks, I pay 174.23 every two weeks. They only approved me for 2,000 in which I have to pay back more then I bargained for. In a 12 month leasing agreement i have to pay back 4,181.52. I will never return to Ashley’s furniture.

Automatically added extras. Outrageous deliver charge so we decided to pickup but that was an hour away so we still will to avoid delivery charges. Said everything was 20% off but then only if you get the furniture protection and delivery. We were going to walk out but they said they would override that. Took a long time to get to payment and waivers to sign because we declined things.

Everytime I've gone to the Brunswick, GA store I've always been treated with respect. They also acknowledge me after the first time I went in with familiarity. The young lady named Jasmine who helped me, when I bought my new bed and mattress, was very knowledgeable about everything. She also helped me when I had a problem with the cover for my new mattress. Which the cover did exactly what it was supposed to do!

I have been to numerous different furniture in the last two years searching for that one piece I just couldn't live without. I walked into Ashley's today (unknowningly crept into a staff door ....not knowing they hadn't opened for the morning yet.. :/) And I was welcomed by the entire staff (attempting to have their meeting that I so rudely interrupted ) They eagerly invited me to look around while they started their meeting. I explained I was just killing time and wasn't interested in purchasing anything today... Not too long after I started looking the floor manager touched base with me... not to sell anything! But genuinely just to make sure I was ok :) I walked around the store chatting her ear off and plopping down on each piece of furniture we passed. During my two hour venture of "not buying furniture" Not once did I feel like she or the sales associate...grew impatient or like I was waisting their time! I have an Ashlie's in my area but after my interactions with the staff I couldn't imagine searching anywhere else! The entire staff was truly genuine and could care less if I were buying today tomorrow or never! Their customer service is beyond any expectations or any other company I've purchased from before. I've already picked out my next purchase! And as long as that same crew is there, I won't purchase from anywhere else!

Ashley was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about the items I looked at and was very personable.

Though there is still some question about whether or not I will be getting the coffee table and end tables I want I am pleased so far with the way I was treated. If everything goes as smoothly at the final product I would more than likely recommend this store to others. My sale lady Sheri was very helpful.

Great experience and our sales person was not pushy and gave us space to discuss our purchase. And actually did paperwork like three different times because we couldn't decide. Will be back.
