Purchased a bedroom set in Nov. 2024 and decided to go back Oct. 2025 and purchase the Realyn 5-drawer chest. Nyeasha was very helpful the first go-around, but absolutely no help with the second. The wrong chest was delivered and Nyeasha would not offer any resolution. Have been going back-and-forth, over-and-over, the last several days with Ashley Furniture. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! The drivers even dropped off the wrong item prior to dropping off another wrong item. Do the right thing by turning your wrong into a right ASHLEY FURNITURE!

The delivery guys were great. Arrived on time. Nice men. I would give 5 stars. But I was promised by salesman in store that I would receive my sofas on 12/10 and my table on 12/20. I placed my order mid November in store. The 12/10 date got shifted to 12/12. I had already shifted my schedule to be off on 12/10. I ended up having to get everything delivered on 12/20. Ashley Furniture needs to do a better job of making deliveries when promised.

Wife and I visited here a few days ago to look at a headboard and platform for our king sized mattress. We were pleasantly greeted and helped by Vanessa in our search. Happy to say we found just what we were looking for thanks to the time and very able assistance and friendly service provided by Vanessa. We plan to return again to look for other items and will be asking for Vanessa to help us.

Black Friday no sales. I couldn't believe how expensive they were. Was there less than 10 minutes. Felt this place is sketch. Don't like there system seems really sketchy. $400 for delivery. Omg....They seem like loan sharks taking advantage of people who might not have best credit. Over charges. No interest but pays full overpriced price. Never again will we go to an Ashley furniture

This store provides the worst customer service. Keyanna needs to be removed.She is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She was on a personal phone call the entire time which i'm sure why it took so long to handle my purchase. I'm of the opinion she is miserable and loathe customers. First things first. We went in with the mindset that we were not going to buy anything yet, and then we met Chong who greeted us at the door. My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Chong. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, guiding us step by step through the entire process. Chong was able to assist us with our entire bedroom set! She also took the time to show us every mattress and pillow, encouraging us to try each one so we could find exactly what we needed. Her attention to detail was outstanding and she really listened to our preferences and made amazing recommendations based on what we were looking for. We felt genuinely cared for the whole time, never rushed, and always supported. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Chong is the one to ask for. She made our shopping experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommend! At the end, we rang the bell, everyone cheered and honestly it was a super exciting way to exit the store 🤣

Amanda was amazing!!! She helped us pick out furniture for my entire house. Amanda was honest and didn’t try selling us expensive furniture just for a big sell. She made recommendations based on my family size and considered my toddlers when we showed interests on furniture that was not kid friendly. We will return to purchase accessories and art frames in a couple of months. We already referred a few family and friends to Amanda.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Ashley location. My wife is an authorized user on her mother’s Ashley Furniture credit card. We went in to buy couches, found exactly what we wanted, and when it was time to pay, the store told us we couldn’t use the card because my wife wasn’t the primary account holder. We were confused, so we called back the next day. The store repeated the same thing and said our only options were to apply for a brand-new Ashley credit card (which would require a credit check) or place the order online if we wanted to use the existing account. What made the situation feel even worse was when the rep told us the reason was to “prevent fraud.” That comment felt unnecessary and honestly came across like a micro-aggression. It was hurtful to hear something that made us feel like we were being treated with suspicion for no reason. To get clarity, we called the number on the back of the Ashley credit card and spoke directly to the card issuer. They told us the complete opposite: this is not their policy, and authorized users are allowed to make purchases at any Ashley store. So it seems like this specific location chose not to honor the card. Because of all this, the store literally refused to sell us the couches. We ended up going home and ordering them online with no problem, and we actually saved about $600 by doing it that way. So it worked out for us, but the experience in the store was unnecessary, inconvenient, and honestly insulting. I hope this location reviews its policies and trains staff better so other customers don’t have to deal with this kind of treatment

Terrible experience. SIX WEEKS without a resolution & still refuse to compensate for lost time. Poor communication, broken pieces, delays and the run around. Planned to furnish the entire home but NOPE. Never again!

My stepfather passed away suddenly so I had to find my mother, who cannot live on her own, an apartment in a senior living complex and move her in less than a week. I went to Ashley to buy a sofa and four counter stools for her. As soon as we walked in Eli greeted us at the door and made himself our sales person. He seemed nice enough at first, but it became clear that he was either new or just didn’t know anything about the product or how anything worked. He didn’t even know what material the fabrics were made of. Often times he was on his phone and distracted when we asked him questions… Despite him being more of a hindrance than a help, my mother selected a sofa that she liked and the barstools. Eli checked the stock. He said the sofa was in stock an hour away, but we still couldn’t have it delivered for three weeks. He said the counter stools were not in stock, but we could have them on the same date. The sofa was most important so I asked if I could send a third-party delivery service to pick it up at the warehouse. They gave me the contact for two different ones. I told them I would reach out and if I could arrange the third-party delivery pick up for the following Tuesday then I would call back and buy the furniture. They said fine. We were in the store well over an hour because they were so confused about every detail and everything we asked… We had to get the manager Gerald involved. He knew we were calling back to place the order if I could get the delivery settled and he also said this would be fine. The next day I did manage to arrange delivery with one of the services, so I called the store to pay for the furniture. I was then told when I called that in fact, I could not place the order over the phone and I had to come into the store to pay for it. I explained to them that I was over an hour away and did not have time to come all the way back over there because I had my stepfather‘s memorial service and then was moving my mother the next day. I just needed to pay for the furniture I’d picked out - which they said was possible the day before. Gerald was not in the store so I was put on the phone with another “manager”. She was very rude and basically told me too bad too sad. These people are not at all interested in selling furniture. Luckily I happened to be close by the Athens, Ashley location so I went to that store where they were lovely and I was able to purchase the sofa and stools. And guess what!? Turns out the counter stools were actually in stock so I was given misinformation about that by Eli as well. I was able to get the sofa and stools all picked up and delivered when I needed them. That said, it is impossible to get in touch with the Ashley warehouse when you call. I was told I had to call them to release the furniture, but I couldn’t get through. Again luckily the team at the Athens, Ashley location was able to contact them directly for me and arrange it. So the bottom line is stay away from the mall of Georgia Ashley furniture store. They are incompetent and made an otherwise difficult time even more stressful. If you want Ashley go to Athens and ask for Tammi

My wife and I bought a bedroom set for my daughter, and when it arrived, every piece had damage and was dusty. After speaking with customer service somewhere in India, they sent a technician to my house without any spare parts, and he said he would just repair it. I'm not looking for someone to repair brand new pieces. If we are buying new furniture I don't expect damaged furniture to arrive. They still have not indicated they will replace the furniture, and are making me submit damage photos for the third time by email. Didn't expect this and can't recommend anyone buy from Ashley.

Purchased furniture in July that was delivered with their "white glove delivery service" and was damaged. Have tried to get it resolved to no avail. Legs broken on bed footboard. Salesperson swapped YOUTH dresser for ADULT dresser unbeknownst to me before delivery, and legs were damaged on it as well. I have offered to pay the difference, but they ignore it. They said all purchases are final. This is brand-new furniture, not clearance. The store will NOT deal with you after the sale and will send you to "customer "service" which is a neverending rabbit hole. BUYER BEWARE.

Had 4 orders with this location and this was the wrose experience. The 1st order split into two different orders and when I got the call to schedule the orders I was shocked. The delivery date went from the 22nd of September to September for only part of one of the orders. This was the 1st issue then the second part of this order would not get to me until November. Then the second order of this one would not get to me until mid October. So we went into the store today to cancel this order and pick something else for our home because we needed our sofas and love seat. Part 2 of the issue that just happened today. We picked out a sofa and love seat that we liked and made sure it would get delivered Wednesday and we were guaranteed that it was in stock at the warehouse. Well thats not the case I went home to find out what the delivery date was I was told the 28th of October almost a full month and the second part of the order not until November. So if you come here automatically I am letting you know that the date they give you for delivery is not the real date expect it 30 to 90 days to be delivered. We canceled both orders and of course we were told that they cant take responsibility for the mistake because its the system fault.

Do not buy from these people, they will say anything to get the sale and let you think items are coming on a agreed date, then customer service calls moves it back a month, on top of that hire English speaking people so crazy to play charades talking

When we initially purchased our couches we were told by our sales person that the delivery would occur in ten days. However, a few days after purchase we were contacted and informed that the delivery would be a month after we purchased. We contacted the store and we were essentially brushed off. We were told that they would look into the issue, however we never got a phone call back. It's very disappointing that you cannot trust someone's word and have to question the overall stores honesty.

I changed the review from one to 3. I was not satisfied with Delivery guy. He was very ill-mannered. He was not responsive and did not follow directions where to put sofa as it was white glove service. My real argument is with that taller delivery guy not the shorter guy. I guess they will read this. Sales person was good and no complaint from him. $ 5k sofa is ok. Ashley customer service doesn't respond and never contacted. Once sold, it's sold, now good buy. I thought Ashley Furniture is a good choice but not really. Check every store not just Ashley.

Terrible logistics. Bought a couch, set a delivery time of @ 10 days. Supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. It wasn't. Called and they apologized and said the following day, Wednesday. Still no delivery, no phone call. Again, after missing a second day of work, I have to call and they inform me it is on backorder with no eta. I canceled the order. A while later, still needing a couch, I tried them again. Informed them of the previous issue and I was assured that they would double check and make sure it didn't happen again. Ordered a couch with a 10 day (Tuesday) delivery time. I got 4 emails withing 4 days leading up to the delivery day, including the day before (Monday) Take a day off and wait. No delivery, no call. I call and they apologize and say its because it is on back order with no eta. Stan Lee, the salesman, was great, but im done with Ashley furniture

Worst furniture delivery experience I have ever had. First, they tried to deliver the wrong items. I was told the error was due to the floor items having the wrong tag code. They rescheduled me for a date that did not meet my availability. I used the scheduler they provided to reschedule. When I reached out determine my delivery time, I was told that delivery date was unavailable ( though confirmed a week earlier). All I can reach is their bots. I’ll never, ever use Ashley again.

Purchase new living room sets, with all the bells and whistles and first couch stopped working. $6500.00 and it's a piece of junk! Made in Vietnam.

Stay Away If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I spent thousands of dollars furnishing an entire 5-bedroom home, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into a complete nightmare. First, trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible. I was placed on hold multiple times for 15–30 minutes, only to be hung up on repeatedly. When I finally went back in-store to get answers, I was shocked at the lack of accountability. Our sales rep, Arman, was with us the whole time during our purchase and assured us that everything was on our order. When the delivery came, several items were missing. When we brought this to his attention, his response was unbelievable: “I don’t have time, I’m too busy to do anything.” Then he actually had the nerve to blame my wife, saying: “You should have double checked.” To make matters worse, when we spoke with other sales reps in the store, they admitted we were not the first customers Arman had done this to. Clearly, this is a pattern and management refuses to do anything about it. Speaking of management—good luck getting help. The managers won’t answer your calls, won’t follow up, and simply don’t care. On top of all this, after a month of waiting we finally got our furniture delivered and they STILL got it wrong. Our couch is supposed to come with a battery pack so we don't have cords running everywhere and they were so nice to NOT have it. Anyone you talk to at the store will just send you to the CS line and then the CS line sends you back to the store. This is hands down the worst process that i have ever been a part of. Bottom line: horrible customer service, dishonest sales practices, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. 9/9 EDIT: They respond and tell you to email - but then they never respond to the email. Don' waste your time here. 9/15 EDIT: After seeing this, they finally responded. But they continue to copy and paste the "we're sorry for the inconvenience" email over and over - no real communication. What a waste. 9/16 EDIT: Finally got a real response. If you spend thousands of dollars at this store and have horrific and faulty service, they will offer you a disgustingly irrelevant discount on a $600.00 product (that I need 2 of.) Zero accountability of their own mistakes and will just tell you to go spend more money.

I never expected to have to buy my first furniture in the U.S. like this. Our assigned manager doesn’t answer my calls, the product arrived in this condition, and I can’t understand how such poor handling is possible. If a refund isn’t possible, shouldn’t you at least offer an exchange? Is this really how consumers are treated in the U.S.? You’re not just abandoning responsibility after the purchase, are you? Please arrange an exchange immediately!!!

I was very pleased with my purchase from Ashley. The salesperson, Fatima, was so nice and helped me figure out how to make my purchase work with the furniture I already had. Delivery was prompt and in good condition. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley.

JR was awesome. Let us look around with no pressure but helpful and responsive when needed. We didn't plan to buy today nor did we buy the one I planned, but we couldn't be happier.

I thought it was a 5 start but come actual delivery of my two orders that we were told would be consolidated that's when the wheels fell off. One order arrived but the other is no where to be found. after 6 phone calls to the store all but one gets routed to an offshore call center... Don't bother asking to speak to the store manager, the guy who guaranteed the orders are consolidated, since the person answering the phone will not do that. After all of the phone calls and numerous text messages to their customer service the order is cancelled even though I was not refunded. To top it off I was dumb enough to use their credit card to get 0% interest and I paid it off, so now what ??? A lot of I'm sorries but no one takes accountability. So be aware and stay away.

A shopping center EDIT: The original post was supposed to be for the shopping center Ashley is located inside of, not representative of the single store. The staff was courteous and attentive and generally knowledgeable about what they had to offer and walked my wife and myself through several options. Our only complaint comes in the form of a return. They sold us an open-boxed battery pack, 2 in fact, and both had issues. The deal they gave us on it being open was great, but when we brought it to their attention that one of the packs was a slow charge (24+ hours and registered 1/2 on the indicator) and the other wouldn't charge at all, the response was "Oh well, it's open box, so we can't take them back for exchange or refund them." We're waiting to hear from the store manager now...so the rating may change.

Your customer service and dispatch teams are the worse! We received damaged furniture and it’s been an active Congress to get anybody to do anything about it. Everybody’s pointing the finger at somebody else and meanwhile, we have no sofa and a damaged recliner.If this doesn’t get straightened out this week and we receive our new furniture, I will make sure that I will blast y’all on every review site there is. If this doesn’t get resolved this week, We will never buy from Ashley furniture again! I came into the store after a long day of moving and I was greeted by Nyeasha. She greeted me with a smile told me to look around and she would be right there to help. She was very pleasant and listened to my needs. Going through a divorce is difficult but having a beautiful person with a beautiful disposition made my day better. Found exactly what we were looking for without all the hassle, Very friendly not pushy sales and so far on schedule next week. Revised 7/31 Furniture was delivered on the day promised, however the couch stitching does not match rest of set. Noted by delivery team, they reported and left couch. We were contacted to set up claim to swap out or refund. I have made several phone calls and emails since it’s been more than 2 weeks and still don’t have a match. Just go to rooms to go, No one will communicate and there was A lot spent on this set! I even text the manager who I exchanged #s with. Nothing

You know I tried to give Ashley a third try and they disappointed me again. They brought me a scratched up tv cabinet to my apartment couldn’t find the legs. Told me they would send a tech guy out to patch up the scratches if I wanted to keep it didn’t offer anything off. Said that’s all they can do. This is the third time they’ve sent me busted up furniture. Not only that a salesperson who helping with of the sale had the audacity to say oh you’re putting this nice stuff in apartment. Who does that. The Buford store and Corporate really need to go back to the drawing board on how they handled business, the quality of the furniture and training employees on customer service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture. We ordered several pieces of furniture, but the quality control seems to be non-existent. Today, for the 11th time, they delivered a nightstand, and once again, it did not meet acceptable quality standards. After three failed attempts, we were too worn out to refuse another delivery, so we reluctantly kept it, but I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend Ashley to anyone based on my experience. Save your time and money!

If I could rate zero stars… I would. The Buford location needs to close down. From Sales to the back of the house, they are a bunch of liars. They force you into the deal and an extended warranty, for Extra perks on their end. My daughter's bed was delivered on Saturday evening with missing parts. Now, I have been getting the runaround by phone and in-store. You expect me to pay for something that isn't put together. It was left in my loft area with the lies of the delivery like they were coming back on Tuesday. Online now says the same bed will ship in 2-3 weeks, and these folks are still selling me a LIE….

Was looking for a small couch to replace two recliners. Had a good experience with Ashley a couple of years ago and decided to start there this time. As it worked out meet Chris when I entered the showroom. He was very helpful in helping me find a couch that met my needs and would match my existing furniture. So overall I am pleased with my experience.

We have been shopping here for years but won’t be anymore. The customer service is just not the same. We received damaged items upon delivery, took a week off work to get everything corrected. No call no show one day when the replacement was supposed to show up. I had to go to the store to get someone to fix the situation. Then I was told we would get an email with an offer for compensation for the amount of time and phone calls I had to make to get a freaking sectional. That never happened and they just hope that you forget about it. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Woodstock furniture.

Tammy greeted me at the door and was extremely helpful when I explained to her what I needed zi was so happy to find out that she helped my sister get my two nightstands. We didn’t know it at the time until I called my sister to ask her about the chair that she was looking at for me. I decided to go with another chair because it felt more comfortable for me and for what I needed it for my back, but yes, she was very pleasant. At first, I wasn’t going to take the special warranty. They convinced me to do it. I don’t know if it was a store manager who adjusted it. Nevertheless, she came by and fix it so that it would be affordable for me to get it (Im not big on warranties because they give you what they promise) so I was extremely happy! I moved here from New Jersey and had went to Ashley there and was going to get something there, but they couldn’t deliver it to Atlanta so I was happy to come to Ashley in Atlanta, Buford, Georgia and to be able to get like two really good pieces even though these end tables are expensive really marble, but they look great in my room I can’t wait to get my my chair!I’m gonna love it cause there’s a little bit of a recliner which is a perfectly what I needed it and it is gonna fit perfectly. Thank you Tammy for making this great experience effortless and helping me sit down and just figure out what I needed in my home! I will definitely come back here to shop for moré if I need other things!

We purchased the 'Durapella 5 PC sectional' memorial day weekend. Latasche was great to work with in store. When we were ready to purchase, we did everything via phone, email and text making the entire experience fast and easy. We customized our sectional to give us 3 reclining seats, the corner wedge and a console. It work fantastically. Delivery was early (yay!), the gentlemen were polite and quick. They even explained how best to disconnect and reconnect if we want to change the configuration. It was altogether a great experience.

Years ago, I spent $15k at Ashley Furniture for a house in Montana. Loved Ashley Missoula and their furniture! So naturally, I choose Ashley Buford to get just 4 pieces of furniture ($4.5k) to start on a new place in Atlanta. I will never buy another thing from Ashley-Buford again. Here's why: I ordered and paid for it in Jan 2025. They said they'd deliver late Feb. I bought plane tickets from Montana for the delivery (~$850). After confirming 4 times the week before, they failed to deliver! I had to buy an airbed, folding table and rickety office chair (~$175) just to stay in the house until I could return to Montana. They said my furniture ended up going to someone else that supposed delivery day, and would have to be backordered, with a possible delivery late April. I bought another plane ticket (~$950) from MT to GA for April. They finally delivered as promised! Woohoo! Phenomenal delivery team! Great guys! But.... I'm out so very much money because they screwed up with the first delivery date. I complained to their front desk, who said they'd forward my request for reimbursement to some kind of review team. It has been well over a month now, and I haven't heard a single syllable from them. So, my recommendation is NOT to buy anything from this store EVER. To the Ashley-Buford manager: Thank you. I have emailed the AC team and will update this review (1) as soon as I hear back from them, and (2) as soon as a resolution is reached. If there is no update beyond this one, the AC team never contacted me. Again, thank you A-B manager. Final Update: The AC team contacted me several times, asking for reference numbers, etc, that were not on any of my receipts and sales orders. I phoned the Buford store to ask for a number and was placed on hold for 38 minutes. At this point, I knew I was being stonewalled by the whole group - both the office and the AC team.

I initially left a 5 star rating mainly because of the sales rep Mr. Benjamin out of the Buford location. I purchased the furniture online with the rep. inside the store. Benjamin said, " if you did not like the furniture I cannot get my money back but, I could return and get something else for the same value." After receiving the Luxora Sectional I did not like the furniture. The furniture is super firm and the fabric is horribly rough and uncomfortable. I called immediately to express my feelings I was left on hold for almost over and hour, When Ashley called me to ask me how I felt about the delivery and the item I expressed my disappointment. My husband spoke to the claims office she said wait a couple days for approval to exchange and we never received a call nor an email back concerning this matter. I am very upset I spent over $3,000 and felt like Ashley Furniture did not satisfy me at all. They did not handle this matter with honesty or integrity. I was and am very disappointed and will never purchase from Ashley again. Save your time, heartache, and coins; go somewhere else if you want to purchase furniture.

Hi my name is Shaheen. I visited the Ashley store at 3295 Buford Dr. The sales representative who attend me was Ms Nyeasha I purchased the dinning from her dated 02 /05 /2025 worth $2000, until my purchase everything seem to be very good and amazing. But my frautration started when I received my delivery dated 02/ 14/2025. The delivery men were too amazing but the when they opened the box the 2 legs of the dinning was broken . They had to leave without fixing the table, they charged me $ 170 for the delivery and set up . Anyway I paid and things got worst when I was not contacted or called by them on the up date of my table after a couple of calls the second time the set was organized but to my surprise they had come without the legs for the table. They returned back asking me to contact the store where I purchased it because they were the third party knew nothing about the broken legs . I called the store atleast 10 times in a day no one answers my calls finally I decided to go to the store when I entre and asked for the manager of the store .first thing they lied to me that one on the front desk is the manager. She was very rude and she walked away saying stop barking , this was a abusing language (barking )and left the desk saying she will not talk and help me the sale representative who helped was rude to me saying she cannot help her job is done after the sales . I had speak to a guy who was sitting right there and watching all the conversation I walk up to him to see if he can help me . He harsed me by saying I am not the employee of Ashley I can speak to you the way I want and he gets up from his seat and walks very close to me with his arms open and asks me to live the store . I said why should I. I've the order and I am here to request you to give me a answer fix it or take it or replace it or refund me . No one seem to help me . He was so rude I was scared a had to call 911 . Yes I did call them and they helped to get the corporate number .from which I got the help . Cooperate people are very help and amazing. I received my order today and m happy. We had a really great experience furniture shopping for our new apartment. We went into the store and ordered a couch. Delivery date was set for 5 days out. Item arrived damaged. We were told we would be moved to the top of the delivery schedule. After talking to several people, I was told our delivery would be a month out from now because they only deliver to my area once a month. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Shady company .... employees lie and you get different stories from different people. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase from them.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! If you value your money and time, I strongly advise against doing business with Ashley Furniture. The quality of their products is comparable to IKEA—but honestly, even IKEA offers better quality. I purchased the Hennington dresser and two nightstands for $3,000, expecting the promised high-quality furniture. When the items were delivered, it was scratched, the drawers were wobbly, didn’t soft-close as advertised, and actually required slamming to close properly. I immediately filed a complaint, and Ashley Furniture agreed to exchange the items. For the second delivery, instead of the three men from the first delivery, they sent a man and a woman. The man nearly fell down my 17 steps of stairs while carrying the dresser. This is a 200lb dresser that wound have crushed this man and caused a fatality in my home. Out of concern for their safety, I had to get my father and brother to help carry both the old and new furniture. Unfortunately, the replacement set was just as aweful. The drawers don’t open all the way, the furniture is scratched, it doesn’t soft-close, and it’s still wobbly. After months of back-and-forth with their customer service, I told them I was fed up. It has been four months since my purchase, and I still can’t use my furniture. I’ve been living out of suitcases while waiting for a resolution. Their solution? They told me to keep the defective furniture and offered to refund what would be the taxes I paid ~$600. When I tried to escalate the issue and speak to the manager of this store, the manager refused to speak with me. This company has wasted my time and money. If you want quality furniture, go anywhere else—yes, even Ikea would be a better choice. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs. I'd also like to add that I have NEVER written a bad review, but I am so fed up with their scams and nonsense. I don't wish this poor customer service on anyone. UPDATE! THEY STOLE MY MONEY: I have been dealing with this nightmare for over six months, trying to get a refund for some poor-quality furniture that was absolutely not the “luxury, high-quality” product I was promised. The drawers didn’t close properly, they were scratched and damaged on arrival, and they kept getting stuck. After three exchanges, each one just as bad as the last, I decided enough was enough. I was able to get $2,438 refunded to my Synchrony account, but I paid a total of $2,756—meaning I am still missing $318. I have been calling non-stop for two months trying to get this resolved, and NO ONE picks up. I’ve even gone to the store in person three times, and every time, I’m met with employees who have no idea what they’re doing. All they say is that they’ll “send an email to HR” and that there’s nothing else they can do. It has been over two months, and I have not heard back from anyone. When I asked why the $318 was missing, they told me it was the delivery fee, but the delivery fee was only $250 To make matters worse, the actual delivery experience was a complete disaster. It was so unsafe that one of the delivery men almost fell down my stairs with a 200lb dresser on top of him. It was horrifying to watch, and it just goes to show how little care and professionalism this company has. This entire experience has been a joke. They took my money, wasted my time, and refuse to take responsibility. If you’re thinking about shopping here—DON’T. Save yourself the headache. I will keep being vocal about my experiences until this gets resolved, so I can hopefully spare someone else from this absurd business. UPDATE AS OF 03/31/2024 STILL MISSING MY MONEY!! The email is full so the emails won’t go through. They don’t pick up the phone either. Corporate customer line isn’t of use as they say it’s a store problem and I need to contact the store. Calling the store doesn’t help because they don’t answer and going in person doesn’t help because all they say is “call corporate as it’s a corporate issue”. Again, don’t do business here.

Wow! Very disappointed by Ashley! Ordered a table got a severely damaged product called customer service got a replacement. The replacement was worse than the original! Then customer service wouldn’t do anything about the replacement because it wasn’t in their 30 day window! Ashley do you really think people are going to wait on the phone for over 40 mins to speak during the 2 holidays we just had that is very inconsiderate and very poor customer service. I have proof but they wont even consider it. Not my fault yall use the worst delivery service possible and they throw your stuff and damage it. I’m shocked I should have listened to the guy on the corner telling us not to shop here! You will be smart if you do not shop here either! Go somewhere else where they have better “policies!”

The salesman sold an oversize chair and lied when I asked if it could make it up a narrow stair case by saying it comes apart. Which the delivery team confirmed when they could not successfully deliver the piece to the proper room, due to the size. Never trust a sales person.....

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. First, my furniture delivery was delayed by 9 days without proper communication or updates. I had to chase them for information repeatedly, and even then, the answers were vague and unhelpful. When the furniture finally arrived, things got even worse. The delivery team placed the items on the floor and left, saying they couldn’t assemble the table because they didn’t bring the necessary hardware. This is completely unacceptable. How can you deliver furniture without making sure you have everything needed to assemble it? To make matters worse, they left my furniture unassembled for 8 days with no resolution. I was forced to wait with a pile of unassembled furniture cluttering my space, which caused me significant inconvenience. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company showed no urgency in addressing the issue or providing proper customer support. The lack of professionalism, poor management, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction are shocking. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind

She made sure that my order was exactly what I wanted and that I was happy with my purchase. I don’t know if every sales person at Ashley is like Jade, but they should be. I purchased a dining buffet from Ashley Furniture that was delivered to my home. The furniture had a few nicks on it, so I contacted Ashley Furniture to report the damage. They scheduled a visit to fix the dining buffet about two weeks later. The technician arrived at my house and unfortunately, while trying to repair the piece of furniture, accidentally spray painted both the furniture and my hardwood floors. I contacted Ashley Furniture again, and they arranged for someone to come and assess the damage to my flooring two weeks later. Despite requesting a refund, I have not received any communication from Ashley Furniture in 3 1/2 weeks. I visited the store, and they informed me that upper management needs to approve the refund. It has been a month since the furniture was delivered to my house, and the refund process is still pending. If you are considering purchasing furniture from Ashley Furniture, be aware that obtaining a refund can be a challenging process. I recommend exploring other furniture stores for a smoother experience.

Wow, what a terrible experience! We have been waiting for a piece for over a month. 1st truck had the wrong item, second truck had damaged item, and third truck did have the piece at all. We will never buy from Ashley again! So disappointed. Update: I emailed the contact they provided and they responded asking what the problem is. They have no idea what’s going on. The response is empty words. Buyers beware! We spend over $6k and received terrible service. If they had a return policy we would return everything. This is our first time buying new furniture as we have been saving and using hand-me-downs for 10 years. We were so excited for this experience and it turned into a nightmare.

Stan Lee at the Mall Of Georgia Ashley is the man! We bought some really nice things for my Mom's new house. Stan listened to us and came up with ideas that would work for our spaces. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all, very genuine. We chose bed frames for our guest rooms that rivaled RH for a fraction of the cost. Couch and Mattresses so comfy!! Delivery was seamless, they confirm the days before and the morning of you receive a text with a window and how many stops before your delivery. An automated service called 20 min before the delivery and when they arrived the put all of our furniture together in their respective rooms. Thank you Stan Lee and team, you are MARVEL-OUS :-)

I am writing to formally document my recent interaction with a customer service agent who said she was a manager. This is my experience after I purchased. She reached put to accept a payment by phone. When I was trying to explain that I read over the contract and there are some illegal clauses in Acima language. She was triggered and start speaking nasty and aggressively. During the conversation, I attempted to clarify my position and outline my plan to remit payment. However, the representative’s tone became overtly dismissive, and she exhibited a demeanor of hostility and authority that escalated the situation unnecessarily. Specifically, she stated that she possessed the power to negatively impact my credit standing, a statement I found not only discomforting but also aggressive and uncalled for. This exchange was highly distressing, particularly as I am managing additional financial concerns due to a recent accident. In light of this, I authorized a $25 payment to be applied to my account with the understanding that the remaining balance would be addressed by December 15, 2024. Despite my effort to maintain clear communication and resolve the matter amicably, the representative’s threats to jeopardize my creditworthiness created an adversarial and hostile interaction. Which I did not understand as she is simply a customer service representative, or manager. If she is a manager she lacks professional demeanor and training. I must emphasize that threats of this nature are unprofessional and appear to deviate from both ethical standards and legal principles governing creditor-debtor relations. The behavior exhibited by the representative is not only inconsistent with best practices for customer service but also raises concerns about compliance with fair debt collection laws. The invocation of credit damage as leverage in this context is not only tactless but may also contravene statutes designed to protect consumers from coercive practices. I request that this incident be reviewed thoroughly, and appropriate measures be taken to ensure that future interactions with your representatives adhere to professional standards and legal requirements. Such behavior undermines the integrity of your organization and erodes customer trust. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Please feel free to contact me directly if additional details or clarification are required. The sale took place in the mall of Georgia and the agent said she is a manager for acima. I have the contact information and transcripts for the call. I will be sending this to corporate and I will not stop until there is resolve. This is my first time moving on my own, and I wanted to get all new furniture. I’ve gone to different furniture stores, but Ashley's had the best pricing and customer service. Thank you, Gail, for making this an enjoyable experience.

Shitty customer service. Do not buy from them. We bought a whole bedroom set, minus the nightstands. The salesman INSISTED the we get the delivery plus install because it would have been harder for us to pick it up from their warehouse. The delivery/install guys did NOT put the bed together correctly, took some of the hardware with them, and insisted that the support legs were “optional”. Upon checking the instructions that come with the furniture, they are not optional and we cannot put weight on the end of our bed because of this. I immediately called the customer service team when they left, to have them come back and fix what they did. They said it could not be done. I had to submit a claim. I sent them pictures of the bed and close-ups of EVERYTHING that was missing. They told me that all I needed was another hardware set and they will send someone out to fix this. They said they would ship the hardware to the warehouse because it would be “faster”, then have a technician come out to install and fix any of the missing hardware/parts. Two and a half weeks went by, they finally called to let me know that the hardware arrived and a technician will be out the next day. He came out and said that there’s nothing he could do. They sent him with NO HARDWARE and no explanation of what’s going on. He said we actually needed new slats on top of still needing the hardware. The slats that came with the bed were missing a piece for the legs to screw into. This is now also a manufacturing issue. When I first opened this claim, the warranty team assured me all I needed was new hardware though… I sent them photos of everything. It has now been 4 weeks since I submitted the original claim. The only answer they can give me is now is that they have “put in a request for the slats”. The issue is still not fixed.

I don’t recommend Ashley’s Homestore! Get your couches from somewhere else! Worst customer service!! I purchased my couches almost 1 year ago and over time they started to peel. Which I have 1-year warranty!! I’ve been calling customer service for the past month!!!!!!! Calling like twice a week. All they say is wait for 72 hours each time I call. They never listen carefully to what I say. But they’re definitely ready to charge me with my monthly payment…

Do not buy from this store. We bought a piece of furniture and on the receipt after they verified the piece would be in stock they set a delivery date and printed it on the receipt. Then we got email, text and phone calls confirming the delivery was coming. After the second phone call on the day of delivery saying they would be at our residence in 30 minutes we called them. This is when they advised the piece was in fact not available and had to be postponed to the next week. As such of course we went looking to compare prices elsewhere. Gave them a chance to at least do the right thing and match that price. What do they say, “No” they would not match the price. We were told there automated system is what made the phone calls, texts, and emails to us. Whom did not catch that the piece was not on the truck and thus to stop the automated system from contacting us multiple times. In today’s world of technology and for a company such as this it does not make sense for them to be blaming their automated system!!! I do not recommend anyone shop there for the experience was horrible especially as this piece is a Xmas gift!!! Update: 11/21 I sent them the email they have requested and yet they still have not contacted us. Thus their issues go much deeper. Seriously give it second thoughts before shopping at this store!!!

We recently purchased a sectional from this location. We had the pleasure of working with Benjamin. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for new furniture. Updating my review based off my experience with Acima. I would steer clear of using them through Ashley. Acima is pitched as "same as cash" but it is not that at all. Be prepared to pay an early pay off balance of 10%. This was not communicated with us at the time of purchase, nor was is broken out on an invoice for us. Just make sure you do your research before signing the agreement because I can assure you the in store Acima rep will not give you the full information.

Don't have what I was looking for.

Terrible experience. I believe the salesperson (Patricia) lied to me to make a sale. We clearly told her we did not want a bed that came with slats and what did we get a bed that came wirh slats.Three weeks to receive the bed which is crazy. The bed finally arrived and then the first delivery the technician was hesitant to set it up because of the concern that the adjustable base would break the drawers on the footboard and the slats that would be installed. We refused shipment of everything with the exception of the base and we got him to order the right things that would work with an adjustable base. Second shipment was scheduled and they brought the same exact components footboard with storage and slats again. This delivery driver said the same thing as the other that frame would not work with base. After that, we got a third driver to come out and finally got the correct everything for the adjustable base.

Very pleasant experience. Nyeasha was very helpful and considerate. I had been in previously and she took us right to the love seat I asked about. She offered to show us others at let us wonder and look on our own and where we could find her if needed. As it turned out with my friends and her help I was also able to find an upholstered rocker to go with the love seat.

I did not have my purchase delivered yet but the customer service in the sale department was great . Fatima is a really great sales person.

I needed a Dinette set ASAP. Walked in Friday morning and spoke with Stan. Showed him what i wanted and he had me wrapped up and out the door in 15 minutes. I picked it up at their facility near the airport on Saturday morning and had a dinner party on it Sunday. Ashley helped me execute the plan flawlessly. Thanks again Stan and the nice lady at the warehouse.

Great shopping experience!

The shopping part was easy! Friendly staff and smooth transaction. Delivery was not so good. The first issue is no flexibility on time. It’s take it or leave it. The second issue was the mattress was torn. It should never have been delivered. Then trying to get a replacement was difficult even though the delivery staff documented the tear. Again no quick resolution, no quick response and no flexibility on delivery even though it was Ashley’s error. Need better delivery options and better problem resolution.

Nyesha goes above and beyond. I came here after ordering furniture from another company that wouldn’t fit into my new home. The other company was not helpful in finding something to fit, so I got a refund and came here. I shared my situation with Nyesha, and she walked around and showed me some options. I looked a little more and found something I liked. My experience with Nyesha didn’t stop there. When it came time for delivery, I was concerned about the timing and reached out to her. She made some calls and got back to me with some answers and reassurance. The next day, my items were delivered and assembled professionally and smoothly. I’d order from this store again, and I’ve already recommended it to my friends. Go see Nyesha!

Everyone was pleasant when I was at the store and I spent a lot of money. I bought an expensive bedroom set, coffee tables and two benches. After that I never heard from the salesman. My bedroom set came in a month after I purchased it that was just the bed. One of the dressers came in a month after that and they didn’t tell me that only one of them were coming. I found out when they got there. The second one came shortly after, but it didn’t have any hardware to put the legs on. I was furious. Thank God that the driver who delivered it had extra Hardware and saved the day as far as the store goes, I will never buy anything from there again

The actual selection and purchase experience was very good. But, we had the couch home less than one week when I called to see what there return/replace policy is. I explained that my 82 year old husband has had several surgeries on his hip/leg and realized after sitting on the couch that it was too firm and irritated his hip and leg. The woman I spoke to said that Ashley’s policy is no return, no replacement, no refund. But said she would send an email to someone (I did not understand who) and someone would get back to me. I haven’t heard back from anyone. We are furnishing a new home and I will not be purchasing any more furniture from Ashley’s

Would never shop there again. My table started peeling and the manager we had been conversing with (Jamie, I believe) said he would honor a return. Then, Covid happened, Jamie left and the new manager decided we wouldn’t be able to return our table, regardless of what our email and agreement said. We ended up going through the BBB to have a store credit and junked the table and chairs set. We bought something not manufactured by Ashely and have not had any problems. Zero out of 10 stars, would not recommend.

Great products affordable prices but not good on delivery time

Bought a sofa from Ashley Furniture to be delivered a week later. The day of the delivery, they called to say the sofa was back ordered Tried to call the store in Buford and couldn’t get through to anyone. Had to drive to store & cancelled the order. Found a beautiful sofa, better quality, at Haverty’s Mall of Georgia on sale and they actually have the sofa in stock for delivery on 10/31. Imagine that ! I wouldn’t recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone! Haverty’s is the way to go !

I purchased an electric recliner from Ashley store in Buford. It was delivered and put together. It was so uncomfortable when I sat in it. It had no support at all for my lower back at all. I called the store and she told me that they could not do anything about it. The sales person should have told me final sale. Well he did not tell me that. I have never shopped at a store that does not guarantee their product for even the first day out. Very disappointing!!

Mr. Jr. assisted us. We ended up buying a bedroom set from him. He got us a good discount on delivery and I'm very pleased.

I had previously left a review raving about the friendly staff but recently working with Ashely Furniture store has turned into a nightmare. I would advise people to shop ANYWHERE but here. I truly regret even stepping a foot in this store. I recently went to shop for a bed with my mom. It was delivered to us and we were not happy. There was a miscommunication on their end at first but we resolved it. My frustration began not being able to contact the store directly they have a 3rd party company that answers and will try to call the store but of course they do not answer. I ask the sales associate when I went up the store to sort things out and he said the store does not take calls. They also don't mention many things to you that you should be made aware of. They have horrible communication and do no take responsibility for any concerns you bring up. I received the rest of my furniture and it is horribly beat up and scratched. The sale person told me they are not responsible and I have to call the manufactured for them to fix this. Well I don't have time to go up to the store and ask for this information. I can't call because the store can't answer the phone. Who is the manufacture? How can I contact them?To make matters worse we cannot get this item refunded. More than anything I just wish we could return everything and not have to ever deal with this company again. Finally, the quality of there furniture is not good. You are better off ordering off a wayfair or amazon and for a cheaper price. They have much better quality. I will NEVER shop here again. Haverty's is right around the corner from this location and they are WAY better then Ashely's. Starting with their staff, furniture, delivery, everything! I have used them for years and never have experienced any issues. So now I continue to try and resolve an issue without absolutely no help from the people that sold us this furniture. Not to mention the reason we went to the store was to buy a bed is for my mother who had knee surgery and her furniture hasn't even come out of the wrapping. Once again one of the worst decision I have ever made. This was the nicest and briefest description I could give.

Been a customer for 14 years, even have a credit card for Ashley. We have a beautiful sofa with a chaise. 2 months ago the puppy ate a hole in the chaise cushion. I called the store. They told me a replacement is $70. I still don't have it. The store says to talk to parts department. We call parts department and they say go to the store to order it. I go to the store and the manager writes the parts email on a piece of paper, says, "we don't do that in store" and walks away. Tried to say we talked to them and they didn't care. 2 months and I still can't get a replacement cushion .

From my photo of new kitchen, she pointed out a middle leg in our counter, which could impact my plan for four stools. So we will wait until the closing, measure, and then return! *****UPDATE***** DO NOT SHOP HERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! We were pleased with the purchasing portion of our furniture, however, it was delivered on 9/24 and this is when the "you know what" show began! We received SOME of the items we were supposed to - other items were backordered, and after looking at the couch that was delivered and sitting on it for 5 seconds, we determined that the quality was TERRIBLE and not at all what we expected to receive (not to mention it arrived damaged). So, I went to the Mall of GA store the very next morning to discuss and try to switch out the couch for something else. This is when they informed me that since the product was delivered, all sales were final! What??!!! I informed them that the couch was damaged and more importantly, the quality was terrible, and they said that I would need to open a case with customer service to see what can be done. This has been the longest week of my life - after multiple phone calls with the automated agents, the result is they are sending the same piece of crap couch and picking up the damaged one. No care that the customer is happy with the purchase, or even received what they paid for! They informed me that I had been emailed with updates through the whole process - GREAT! The only problem with that is not one of the 14 different people I have given my CORRECT email address actually changed it. I spoke to the sales manager this morning and he is trying to help, but really can't do anything for me either. This experience has definitely turned me off of Ashley Furniture forever! Sad b/c I have several other rooms that need furniture and will NEVER give my business to Ashley again. Rooms To Go may be slightly higher priced, but the quality and customer service they offer is WELL WORTH the extra money!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING WITH ASHLEY!!!!! Oh....and since they wont take this horrible couch back, I will just have to eat the $1000 and donate it. Thanks for nothing Ashley Furniture!!!!!!!
