Great selection of furniture, mattresses and accessories, and the prices REALLY can't be beat... I highly recommend stopping here first to save big $$$, and the sales staff was awezome
Outrageously cheap material. I had my furnitures delivered on 4/6/2019 and found one side of dresser broken already without any physical impact on it in less than a month. Called the store and have been transferred over to different people for over an hour and could not speak to anyone who could resolve the issue this afternoon. My sales rep does not respond to my text request. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I am speechless and will try my best to return the product. My first experience with Ashley furniture is a nightmare and will tell all my friends and customers not to purchase anything from this store. Oh! Btw, I encounter many customers looking for good furniture store due to nature of my job- loan officer assisting people to get a new house. Unbelievably disappointing experience.
All of my furniture in my house came from Ashley, but there management team sucks ,and they all have bad attitudes! You just lost a loyal customer of 15 years ,after the service we received tonight!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE from this place. I JUST had my furniture delivered. The delivery guys took pictures and said goodbye, never giving me a chance to examine furniture before they left. I immediately noticed a gash in a large counter table I bought and the trim is hanging off. There was also a loose piece of laminate on the top and as soon as I lightly wiped my hand over it, it flaked off. I called customer service and they said they will send a technician out to fix it. Fix it? I just had it delivered brand new! I want a new table that hasn't been damaged that doesn't need to be repaired! The customer service representative said in their terms and conditions it states that I can refuse to take it when the delivery guys are still here, but that I would have had to have noticed that and examined it before they left. After they leave, it is my problem. They did not give me time to examine. They brought it in and placed the damage edge up against my couch that I couldn't see it. They also did not completely put my TV stand together and shelves within it are still covered in protective covering, so there was no way for me to even examine that while they were here. This whole experience with them has me deciding never to do business with them again and we will not be going back to them for my bedroom suits, office furniture, and patio furniture. What a sick feeling I have spending this amount of money, being excited for my new furniture, and having it delivered to me damaged. Just real sad. And the delivery guys left our house a mess. So, buyer beware: do not do business with this company because you are not getting a good deal, but rather you are getting what you pay for! UPDATE: it only gets worse. Table had a defect smack in the middle that I didn’t notice before and tv stand that they didn’t put shelves in has two dings in one of the shelves. Just run from this place. I’m not even hopeful for an exchange. We will never go back.
If i could give zero stars, I would. Scheduled for delivery on Monday(guaranteed) the 22nd, never received my confirmation call so I ended up calling the customer service. Found out the salesperson put in the wrong phone number and also misspelled my name, so nobody was able to reach me for the confirmation therefore I never had the chance to confirm for my delivery date/time frame. upon speaking to one of the customer service representative, I got told that they updated my phone number to the right one, and that I should be able to get delivery by 7pm. I waited and waited at home all day, no phone call whatsoever so I call the truck driver(listed on the delivery tracker) and find out that my phone number was NEVER updated, so my delivery got cancelled and they left to go back to the warehouse. Angry and upset, I call ashley furniture store and the lady on the phone sounds as annoyed as I am (i don't know why), tells me to talk to my salesperson instead because it's solely HIS fault, not theirs. I understand that it's not HER fault, but when a customer is angry because she wasted her whole day at home waiting for her guaranteed delivery which never came due to the mistake the company has made, apology should come first. Now I have to schedule another delivery date and waste another whole day at home waiting.
It was my first time purchasing something as big as a new living room set as well as a bedroom set, so I was very nervous going into a store with salesmen! Immediately when my boyfriend and I walked in the door, a man greeted us with a big smile and said asked if we needed assistance. NV Thomas (our sales associate) knew we needed a sectional sofa so we started there. Starting off by asking what we wanted- style, color, fabric- we found a few options and debated on what me and my boyfriend liked. That was big for me. He didn't pressure us into liking something! It was our decision and he helped a lot with the decision-making process by asking on a scale of 1-10 how much we liked things. We settled on a wonderful sofa and next we needed a bed and mattress. Same process, took us to different things that fit our criteria, asked how we felt and we ended up finding the perfect bedroom suite. And if it weren't for NV showing us just one more- we wouldn't have found the one we bought! All in all, this experience was so painless, easy and fun! NV has such a great personality, is easy to talk to and very knowledgable about the products. He also saved us a LOT of money and made sure we didn't miss out on any deals or special offers. I never felt like I was being forced or pressured into anything. After about 2 hours of shopping, we left the store glowing with excitement because we now are owners of gorgeous furniture and it was all made possible by NV Thomas at Buford Ashley Furniture! Thanks so much and to anyone going to this location- you better ask for NV!!! :)

Al was so helpful with recommendations when choosing our family room furniture.
My husband & I visited this store today. We were greeted at the front door.I asked them where Tv stands were at & their reply was scattered through out the store. I must have seen 10 employees doing absolutely nothing, nor willing to help us.I will NEVER go to this store again.POOR customer service!!!!
Me and my family went to the Buford location and a salesman by the name of Al. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store and the rest of the reps were nice as well.
Found just what we needed at great prices and quality also found Sharon Henry a truly amazing sales person who helped st every step. I would’ve given this review 5 stars but I couldn’t get all the discounts I wanted 😂 Maybe I was in to much of a rush with the initial review, but Sharon was great....Update...3.13.19 Dining room set (1) delivered with serious flaw in tabletop finish. Unacceptable to keep, technician showed up to try and fix, couldn't do so. Ashley to replace entire set. Waited until 3.26.19 for replacement delivery. Second set was in worse quality/shape than original, declined delivery, and asked Ashley for a complete refund under warranty. Will keep posted as to progress/success........
I wish I could give this horrible store zero stars. They have signs all over stating next day delivery - they don't actually have next day delivery. Was told my sofa would be delivered the next day...come to find out it was scheduled for delivery a week later. The Manager did not offer to help in any way...they took my money out immediately, but say it will take 5 days for them to refund. Called the 800# for customer service twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time - no one ever picked up the line. Every time I have been in this store I am the only customer. It is obvious why. The sofa was $100 more in store than their website. How can a business have so many false advertisements? Run as fast as you can!
How is this store still open? False advertisement all over the store - next day delivery. Not true. Even when they say it is scheduled for next day and then you find out it is actually scheduled for a week later. The Manager does not care at all and does not even try to do anything to assist customers. Don't even try calling the 800# for Customer Service - you are on hold for hours and no one picks up. This store is always empty and it is obvious why. spend the extra money and go to a store that actually cares.
Sharon was absolutely fabulous to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and we were in and out in no time. If you go to the Ashley HomeStore at the Mall of Georgia make sure you ask for Sharon to get the best assistance.
