Mira Saad was amazing. We came in about 6 months ago to look at mattresses and delayed the purchase since we were starting renovations on our home. Came back and she remembered what our preferences were. She made the process smooth. She is super upbeat and knowledgeable. Highly recommend you come by and ask for her.

My wife and I have purchased a sectional as well as a mattress and bed set from this location over the past 2 years. Mira has helped us both times and had provided excellent customer service everytime. The service was great and their furniture is beautiful! I didn't give it a full 5 stars because my elderly mom got hurt when trying to recline one of the chairs. They put a huge table snug into an area where if you try to recline, its nearly impossible. Her leg got stuck under the table and now she has a huge bruise. They need to think about their set up a little more carefully. Other than that everything was good and the workers were very nice and attentive.

First and for most THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Just the company in general. I ordered a rocking chair from this company 07/17/2021. I was told it would take about 6-8 weeks. I had gotten several emails asking if I’d like to get my order sooner starting 08/08/2021. I had not seen them as they were sent to my husbands email and he never checks it. When I had finally seen one I got my delivery date set for today (09/11/2021). Well 3 days ago I got a call stating my order still had not arrived to the warehouses for it wouldn’t be there until 09/30/2021. Not only was I told by a supervisor over the phone that it would arrive this week (after calling back that day curious as to why the delivery date changed) but I was told different things by about 4 other people. The date has changed to from September 30th to October 14th in a single day. I’m sure it’s been pushed back yet again. This company is trash. I’ve never heard of anyone dealing with this with any other company. I will go somewhere else next time. Maybe they will actually have people who know how to do their job and not make you wait 3 months or more for a single chair.

We ordered our couch and loveseat in early August and was told it would be delivered in early September. They told us to make sure that the furniture we currently had was out of the way so that they could move the new furniture in, which we did. They showed up on time but that is when the issue started. They brought in the couch and as they were leaving we asked where our loveseat was and they told us that is the only item that was supposed to be delivered to our address. We showed them our receipt and they said they were unsure and to give the store a call. I checked the couch and came to find out that the recliner on one side was not hooked up correctly and I ended having to fix it myself. We called the store and were on hold multiple times for about an hour each time but nobody would answer so we ended up having to drive up there to talk to someone. We were told that the loveseat was in the local warehouse and would be rushed delivered to us in two days. With that being said, we sold our previous furniture as it was taking up the garage. We received an email the next morning saying it would now be delivered in five days. We tried to call the store again but had no luck. We drove up there again today and had to wait 30 minutes to speak with someone. We spoke to the same representative from the previous day and the loveseat somehow went from being in the local warehouse to not coming in until December. The only compensation that they offered us was that they would refund us our delivery fee plus $50 on top of that, which we would not receive until after our loveseat gets delivered. We understand things happen but the lack of communication and misguidance is unacceptable and now we are stuck with only a couch in our house. At this time I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture until they get some training done on communicating information with their customers, very disappointed.

I bought my bed and a few other things 2months ago(july) which was supposed to be delivered in august, which never arrived. They dont inform you if its going to be delayed or not. They dont inform you of anything unless you reach out to their customer care. So i did the live chat with customer care Said its going to be delivered in OCTOBER. The guy who helped said he would make a case for expidited service and discount. But that also never happened. After a week i decided to cancel my order. So i did the live chat again, just to see if there were any changes in the delivery date before i cancel, they said it will be delivered at the end of November. SO i said nope. I want to cancel And the lady told me to call the store. But the buford location never pick up their phone. So i have to make a trip to the store to cancel my order. Worst customer care Ive ever had in the US. :)

I bought 4 patio chairs 3 weeks ago and 2 of them came heavily damaged. I have been trying to get them replaced but their customer service is of no help at all. They don't return calls, emails. I already spoke to the sales agent and gone in person to the store but they just won't help. This is so unfair for me the purchaser, they just don't care at all. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. I have been a long time customer of Ashley and have spent thousands of dollars buying their furniture but now I will take my business and purchases elsewhere. Terrible, terrible service!!

I am not happy with this company. I ordered furniture, a living room set and a bed set on June 9th, the sales lady told me to expect the furniture around mid July. Came mid July, I had not heard from them, so I called just for them to tell me the furniture would not be coming until the end of July. It was the end of July, and I still did not hear from them so I went to the store to ask about the furniture and they told me that my living room would get here next week but the bed set would not come in until October! I've been without furniture for going on 3 months now. I had to cancel the bed set order! I opened up a credit card and everything and I think it is very unprofessional for the lack of communication and furniture that Ashely Furniture has provided me! Will not be making this the same mistake with them again!!!!

The salesperson lied to me, she said I would get the sofa that I bought 20 days after the purchase but I could call her to see if it was possible to get it earlier. When I called her she said the delivery date moved 10 more days. I called her again and didn't picked up the phone again. I contacted customer service and they told me the sofa is out of stock so it will be shipped almost 3 months later !

We order our furniture june 26th and its august 16th and still no furniture. customer service will not give us a answer on when the furniture will be ready. worst place on earth to buy a full bedroom set from!

Horrible place, The lady at the customer service was giving so bad attitude and we have had so many problems on shipping because we ordered a queen bed frame and they gave us a full mattress like what on earth and we tried fo change it twice already and even had to pay money and haven’t gotten the bed or the money back, don’t ever buy anything from this store.
