Terrible logistics. Bought a couch, set a delivery time of @ 10 days. Supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. It wasn't. Called and they apologized and said the following day, Wednesday. Still no delivery, no phone call. Again, after missing a second day of work, I have to call and they inform me it is on backorder with no eta. I canceled the order. A while later, still needing a couch, I tried them again. Informed them of the previous issue and I was assured that they would double check and make sure it didn't happen again. Ordered a couch with a 10 day (Tuesday) delivery time. I got 4 emails withing 4 days leading up to the delivery day, including the day before (Monday) Take a day off and wait. No delivery, no call. I call and they apologize and say its because it is on back order with no eta. Stan Lee, the salesman, was great, but im done with Ashley furniture

Worst furniture delivery experience I have ever had. First, they tried to deliver the wrong items. I was told the error was due to the floor items having the wrong tag code. They rescheduled me for a date that did not meet my availability. I used the scheduler they provided to reschedule. When I reached out determine my delivery time, I was told that delivery date was unavailable ( though confirmed a week earlier). All I can reach is their bots. I’ll never, ever use Ashley again.

Purchase new living room sets, with all the bells and whistles and first couch stopped working. $6500.00 and it's a piece of junk! Made in Vietnam.

Stay Away If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I spent thousands of dollars furnishing an entire 5-bedroom home, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into a complete nightmare. First, trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible. I was placed on hold multiple times for 15–30 minutes, only to be hung up on repeatedly. When I finally went back in-store to get answers, I was shocked at the lack of accountability. Our sales rep, Arman, was with us the whole time during our purchase and assured us that everything was on our order. When the delivery came, several items were missing. When we brought this to his attention, his response was unbelievable: “I don’t have time, I’m too busy to do anything.” Then he actually had the nerve to blame my wife, saying: “You should have double checked.” To make matters worse, when we spoke with other sales reps in the store, they admitted we were not the first customers Arman had done this to. Clearly, this is a pattern and management refuses to do anything about it. Speaking of management—good luck getting help. The managers won’t answer your calls, won’t follow up, and simply don’t care. On top of all this, after a month of waiting we finally got our furniture delivered and they STILL got it wrong. Our couch is supposed to come with a battery pack so we don't have cords running everywhere and they were so nice to NOT have it. Anyone you talk to at the store will just send you to the CS line and then the CS line sends you back to the store. This is hands down the worst process that i have ever been a part of. Bottom line: horrible customer service, dishonest sales practices, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. 9/9 EDIT: They respond and tell you to email - but then they never respond to the email. Don' waste your time here. 9/15 EDIT: After seeing this, they finally responded. But they continue to copy and paste the "we're sorry for the inconvenience" email over and over - no real communication. What a waste. 9/16 EDIT: Finally got a real response. If you spend thousands of dollars at this store and have horrific and faulty service, they will offer you a disgustingly irrelevant discount on a $600.00 product (that I need 2 of.) Zero accountability of their own mistakes and will just tell you to go spend more money.

messed up order and never answers their call - store you have be in there... they will NEVER answer calls - which i did sent concerning but they keep saying you have to go to the store.. so far aint nobody from store called back.... wosr customer service ever... otherwise furniture store has direct line... I never expected to have to buy my first furniture in the U.S. like this. Our assigned manager doesn’t answer my calls, the product arrived in this condition, and I can’t understand how such poor handling is possible. If a refund isn’t possible, shouldn’t you at least offer an exchange? Is this really how consumers are treated in the U.S.? You’re not just abandoning responsibility after the purchase, are you? Please arrange an exchange immediately!!!
