This is major scam. Run away as far as you can Paid for 3 pieces of furniture in early January. Delivered only one beginning of April. End of April they told me that they canceled the dinning set I chose. Yesterday (May 22) they called me that bunk bed delivery date shifted to July 17!!!!!! You sell furniture that you can’t deliver for half a year and you cancel models after making customers wait for 4 months on them. SHAME ON YOU. Never back to Ashley again

We always go to Mira. She’s very friendly and helpful and always get us the best deal they have. She went above and beyond to help my mom get the furniture she wanted. She also explained all purchasing options and how their financing works and helped us with that process too. We were in and out of the store in no time. This location is definitely our go to furniture store.

I can’t express in words how angry I am with Ashley and the situation they put us through. We bought a dining table in February, and the delivery was said to come Tuesday (5/10), so we took a day off from work to accept the delivery. However, the table was damaged, so they said they would send us the table by today (5/14). I received a confirmation phone call telling me that the table would come within 5 minutes after 3 pm. I waited for hours after that, and the table never came. So, I called Ashley again, and they suddenly told me that the delivery got cancelled. I don’t know if this happens to any other customers, but they only told me that they would reschedule the delivery for the next Tuesday without an apology. I guess they only saw us as a customer that was trying to buy a mere dining table, but we were one of few people that had only good things to say about Ashley. But now, this experience made us a customer that will never recommend Ashley. If they made the mistake of cancelling our order without our confirmation, then they should’ve at least apologized in the phone call or email. What infuriates me the most is their attitude of not apologizing for their mistake of cancelling our order without prior notice. They don’t respect the time the customers had to wait in order to accept a single delivery.
