The item I wanted wasn't showcased at the Buford Store, however when they delivered it, I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the sleeper sofa. Very impressed. The salesperson was very helpful and gave me additional savings on my purchase. I enjoyed my shopping experience because I knew what I wanted and waited for a good sale.
I had been looking at sectional sofas for months on line but nothing was making me pull the trigger yet. Though there is a Ashley Furniture location in Cumming closer to my house, we made a trip to the Buford location just to look for a particular one I liked the best. We were great by Matt at the door and from that moment on he was exceptionally helpful and friendly without being overly "sales man like". In fact he was the opposite, we couldn't find the piece that I wanted to see in the showroom as it is a special order but he went out of his way to give me all kinds of options to look at and consider. His Sales Manager, Eric was also just exhibited the best customer service and just made my shopping experience amazing... so much so that I bought the sectional... and accessories to complete my new look and got an amazing deal!! Thank you to Matt & Eric... who I would drive 45 miles out of my way any day to do business with!!!
The salesperson at the Buford location, Jan, was awesome. She was able to get us the best price online or in store and took her time in doing so! The furniture is beautiful and very good quality. We ordered a dining room set and a bedroom set. Delivery was on time, didn't take long and the delivery guys were professional and did a great job.
Great deals at the store and great quality furniture. Best customer service. Ask for Michaela, she is the store manager and she is awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the furniture I wanted in a timely fashion and that I was satisfied with my service. Because of her service, I will definitely be shopping at this location again.
Nivein Gobran was fantastic today! She was incredibly helpful and patient as we shopped and asked a lot of questions. She let us look and was only there when we needed her. She gave great recommendations in a friendly manner, not a pushy salesperson way. We will absolutely be repeat buyers!

Phil leconte, if that's how you spell his name was a great guy today. I have very specific requests and I have a lower budget but he worked with me and I can't wait to save up to buy what I was looking for.
I needed affordable and good quality furniture for myself and my sons during a time in our lives where we are starting over. Phil Leconte was our representative and literally opened the store 5 minutes early for us. After greeting us with a smile, he literally spent the entire day making me and my sons feel totally comfortable. He recommended items that were in our budget and style preferences. He was patient, kind, helpful and bent over backwards to make everything happen. Phil definitely gives that store and its brand something to be proud of. Thank you Phil! The boys and I are very excited.
Mario is the guy you need to go see if you plan on shopping at this location and if you shop somewhere else, I suggest you make your way to him. He was very understanding of our vision and budget. He gave us amazing options and even gave us knowledgeable, but impartial advice about those options. Thank you, Mario!
Ashley Furniture in Buford has a great shopping experience in every aspect. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Office is courteous and helpful. Store is clean, inviting, and furniture selection is very good for a small store.

Shopping there is okay. Some of the staffers are too clingy not allowing you to truly browse the store before asking questions.
It's like browsing a used car lot...but with sofas and tables.
Back in the summer (I forgot to post this) we went into Ashley Furniture Mall of Georgia looking for beds for our kids and one person greeted us but went off to help another customer but told us he would be back. About ten minutes later his coworker came up to us and asked if we needed help and before we could respond the first guy (I didn't even get his name) yells at her, "I got them!" 20 minutes later we were still waiting for him and then finally left the store. Nice furniture but because of how bad we were treated we won't be back.
Horrible experience overall. Purchased $2000 furnitures and was told all will be delivered if we waited 5 days or have them delivered in bits. After agreeing to wait 5 days they still ended up delivering half 2 weeks later. Another week later I am yet to receive remaining part. After several phone calls that are never returned, I am yet to have my complete order fulfilled. Ashley has worst customer service imaginable. No manager has bothered to follow up even after numerous calls and messages. Beware of their promises or doing business with them.
Never go to this Store. The Store Manager is very rude, and even though you do not like the furniture, they will say they do not have return policy. Worst Store Ever!!!
Please never shop at Ashley Furniture especially the Mall of Georgia location. Their lack of effective communication and quality customer service is why we will not be a returning customer. Ordered a couch on 10/2/16 and it has yet to be delivered. 3 scheduled deliveries and the couch is now conveniently on back order. Yet we were called and advised the couch was in the warehouse and now we were told it has been misplaced. We attempted to get the store manager and corporate involved with no success. I had to constantly follow up and when the store manager calls with his "resolution" it was what I had already done. When I go to talk to the store manager Edward Camen face to face as I was not satisfied with the fact that you want me to wait another week to get something that should have in your wear house on the 6th he told me to stop making it personal due to my comment about not being a fool. Seriously my money is personal! Their warehouse customer service was extremely rude and short when they called us. There was no effort to go above and beyond to turn an extremely unhappy customer into a happy customer. We ordered five pieces of furntiure and paid about three grand. We were promised that the pieces would be delivered on Nov. 3rd (today). Well upon delivery half of our sectional couch is missing and the delivery guy hands me the clipboard to sign. I look at him confused and am like where is the other half of our couch? He was like oh it's on back order. I was like backorder? Why didn't no one tell me this? He told me he had no other information and to call the number. I call the number and after a couple hours get word back from the manager Nate, he promises the other half of our sectional will be delivered on Monday. Monday? What an inconvience, I ask what the explanation for the other half of our couch? He admitted that the delivery guys forgot the other section at the warehouse. Sooo what your telling me is that if paying customers pay three grand to get their furniture and then get lied to directly to my face? Ashley Furniture has lost our business after such an event, slimly deliver guy who can't own up tp his mistake? I would have appreciated the honesty and been able to work with that instead of having my intelligence insulted. I don't know if he thought I wasn't going to call and inquiry but yes I did. I seirously can't believe that Ashley Furniture hires disrespectful liars as employees and thinks that they will still get business. Not in the long run is all I have to say, and we were planning on coming back soon and purchasing more furniture. However, after today's event that will never happen. I do appreciate that Nate was honest and accomdated us by moving the delivery date to Saturday instead of Monday, however slimy workers need to be reprimanded.
