I went there to find a new couch and had the best experience with customer service that I have had in any store in quite some time. Cindy Boyd was my sales person and was one of the main reasons that I bought the couch here! Not only was she super professional but very very personable and I really enjoyed talking with her and shopping with her. I would highly recommend if you shop here to ask for her as your sales rep!!!

The worst experience ever. The furniture is nice but I will never buy from them again. Basically everyone that works there is an idiot. My order went to the wrong address after I spent two visits in the store trying to explain where I live. Don’t waste your time

Definitely a store that I would not recommend at first very good attention after the purchase no one answers the whereabouts of my order and I have been waiting for 2 months for what you understand and nobody gives the face I call and they leave me on hold and they justify saying that they They do not take care of shipping because the truth is that I buy, pay and I do not know where my things are, it is not fair for anyone, this situation is better evaluated before buying

My wife and I just moved to the area and were in need of furniture for our new home. Marcus was very helpful and friendly, and got us discounts where we otherwise wouldn't have. He (and the manager) also price-matched our kitchen table with Amazon, which was the one item we found cheaper than at the store. Marcus helped us choose the proper furniture and color schemes for our house, and did not try to get us the buy the most expensive items. He is very honest and trustworthy, so I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy new furniture, but is worried about being taken advantage of. The whole experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent, and with 60 months on no-interest financing (which we didn't know about going in), what's not to love!

Marcus Davis was great. Of all the salesmen we talked to that day at all the other stores, he worked the hardest to get us what we needed in a timely time frame. Everyone else quoted delivery into Sept. We had special needs for my very short legged wife. Marcus delivered for us and though we really need the furniture sooner, we are pleased with the price and the delivery - and especially Marcus and how hard he worked to make it all happen.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is our 3rd purchase! Although the customer service at the store was Phenomenal as always, the delivery was unacceptable! I in no way blame the store. We were given a window time of 2:45-6:45 and as before they never showed up. We got a call at 8:30 stating that they would be there at 9pm which is too late for anyone to bring furniture out. We tried calling the number back that the guy called us from and he wouldn’t even answer. No one showed up or called. Ashley’s need to have their own delivery drivers and maybe these issues wouldn’t happen. Give customers the option to pick up their furniture. I see this company going bankrupt in the future due to the negligence with their delivery. As far as my other purchases, when they did come, the merchandise was damaged and we had to wait for someone to come out to either fix it or to bring a new replacement. Never Again!

I had chosen the end table and coffee table I wanted online prior to my visit. I entered the store with phone and picture in hand. Told the first associate I saw that Id like to see this. He brought me to the furniture. I told him I like it. He said, when would you like to buy it. I said, right now. He said that he cannot do that but could order it fro the warehouse and have it shipped to the store that day. I said, do that but sell me these right now, then replenish your showroom with your warehouse shipment. He refused. I left. He lost a sale. Luckily Amazon will ship it to me tomorrow for less. Im glad Amazon likes my money. Ashley Hates Money.

Trash experience. My elderly mom bought 5 items. Sales lady lied about availability. Super delayed delivery...extra 3 weeks. Only to get 1/5 items and the delivery men refused to set it up. Then three weeks later some of the other items come...damaged! No return phone calls.

I don't ever take the time to write reviews, but this was my first and LAST time I will ever purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. I went and purchased a couch on May 5th. After going through with all of the financing paperwork, they tell me it wouldn't be delivered until June 9th. I told them that's fine and that I would wait for it and to proceed. June 9th comes around and my couch was delivered. The delivery guys were not there at the allotted time and scratched up my walls and just threw the boxes in my living room and left. I opened the boxes up and began assembling the three piece sectional I ordered. They gave me two of the same right chaise pieces and now I cannot sit on the couch I waited over a month for!! I called customer service FOUR times (Which takes 30+minutes of being on hold to even get someone on the phone) to get this resolved and was told I would be getting a call back the next day. 3 days later, still no call back so I took it upon myself to call them again. They proceed to tell me that they have rescheduled deliver for JULY 25!!!!! This is an entire month and a half later!!! This is completely unacceptable since they are at fault for delivering the wrong piece and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it. I will never purchase here again.

I express my sincere discontent with your customer service over the past two weeks. Our family recently moved into a brand new house and purchased a queen bed, a matching night stand, and a leather sofa. The Ashley’s crew that visited our house on May 22nd forgot to bring the bed railings. We made arrangements for them to come by a second time. After attempting to assemble the bed, the crew realized they did not bring the appropriate nails and screws and had to quickly disassemble the bed. Most importantly, the crew members did not use any protective covers in their work and left a series of chips and drill marks in our brand new hardwood. I realized this damage to our hardwood only after I cut my foot on the chipped wood and started bleeding. We need to reschedule a third visit with Ashley’s.
