Experience in store was very good...salesman very helpful and no high pressure. Paying $140 for set up is excessive (it took 10 minutes)... especially since they won't remove the old piece.
This company has 0 customer service. They deliver the first time a damage piece of furniture than the second time they deliver the wrong one. When you call customer service, you get transferred to India or Pakistan to someone that doesn't speek english. The store manager Kyle has a very poor attitude and doesn't care about taking care of customers issues. I will highly advice everyone to buy somewhere else. The first picture should be my piece missing in the second picture. Incompetence!!!!

Cristina Urdaneta helped us find our dream bed room set. She was absolutely amazing. Recommend her 100%.
The store is amazing, Mario is awesome, he helped us a lot, offered all the financial options, was very patient, and explained everything clearly to us. We bought a living room and a bed room in the first visit.
Boring and uninspired
If I could give no stars I would. Extremely disappointed in the services. We paid for our furniture up front in cash prior to delivery, called to change delivery status due to closing on a different day. The warehouse made the change, but the furniture was still delivered on the original day that was to be changed. It was taken back and I called to confirm that they had changed my delivery date and they confirmed it was just a mix up in the warehouse and my furniture would be delivered on the date requested. The day before delivery we never received a text or phone call. I called the morning of the scheduled delivery and was told that my furniture would arrive between the hours of 4pm-7pm. At 6 pm on the same day I called to make sure they were still coming and I was told it would not arrive for another week. Then to make it worse, I was told parts of my furniture were not available. After being on hold for over 30 minutes and speaking to a warehouse worker, customer service, and two managers, (all of who said they would call me back at specific times but failed to do so) I still have no furniture. Needless to say, my wife and I are sleeping on the floor of our bedroom in our brand new home and our children don’t have a dinner table to eat at. Then they say they can deliver it but they expect us to take off another day of work to be available for it, but if we aren’t available we would have to wait until the next weekend. This place is a joke. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture EVER again. As soon as I get my refund on the furniture that I paid for in cash, I will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place if you want your furniture on time or if you want quality service on your items. Each of the managers and people I talked to have little to none customer service. If they did, my situation wouldn’t have amounted to this. Thanks for ruining our move in experience. You were the only company that dropped the ball on deliveries and you couldn’t even make up for it.
I would never recommend this store. The customer services lies to you about delivery, products being available and calling you back. Furniture purchased with cash weeks before delivery and still no product even when the warehouse as all in stock.

Great service. I needed to order an individual piece that is part of a set, and an online agent was unable to help me with my request. I stopped by this store and got my order in hassle free. Price is what they said it would be over the phone, and the delivery date and time were accurate.
My furniture was damaged the first time I received it. Not a problem, this happens. I was then told by two different people on two different days that my furniture would be delivered a week later which was not the case. I had to call and ask about it. No one notified me that it would not be delivered. At this point a sales manager told me that it would be an additional week on my furniture and promised that she would call me personally two days before the delivery. I have yet to hear from her. This is the very short version of the story. When I asked to receive my delivery fee or at least half of it back, I was again promised a phone call back by someone at this store.... I am still waiting on that call.
