My salesman Robert is top notch. He helped me when i called into the store and when I got there. He is super friendly and very helpful. He showed me a sample of the items I was buying and then placed my order. I was very satisfied with the entire process.
Cheap furniture! I made the mistake of buying here , beware cheap over priced junk! You can purchase quality furniture for the same price at a good store. Yes I bought it but would never again. / 10-16-21 fast forward 9 months and here I am again dealing with a totally incapable sales/finance team.. called the bank to pay off the promotional deal and yes they didn’t get that right either, my wife and I work out of town we tried calling for a month to get this taken care of… NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE EVER! So my wife took off work drove 10 hrs and had to walk inside the store and deal with this, but wait it’s not over… the staff here is extremely RUDE! And management is no where to be found. I’m feel like a fool buying from this store/company if this is what they are. DONT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Awful service , Rude staff. Totally incompetent store…..
We went to this location in Jan. 2021 and purchased furnishings for the whole house and proceeded to pay full price for everything in full, completely paying it off. We received everything but our dining room table by early April, the delivery guys said that warehouse said the table was on backorder and we should either get the table or a call within a couple of weeks. No call or table so we drove a hour to the store to be told the table we already paid for was discontinued and we could not get it or a refund, they then offered us the floor model that we were told that we had to pay $200 in cash to a 3rd party delivery company to bring us the table almost a month later. After talking to the manager we agreed to pay on the premise that we would be refunded the delivery fee and a percentage back from getting the floor model and were owed a discount refund that we also never got. We have also been getting bills for the store credit card even though we paid in full. Someone added the shipping charge without our permission--we have been complaining to corporate for several months now over this and it looks like we are going to be footing the bill. Edit (Oct 15 2021): We finally paid off the card as a guest because we haven't been able to login to or register the account. Corporate said it was the bank's problem and couldn't do anything about it so I either pay off the shipping charge to avoid any more damage to my credit. Ashley Furniture shouldn't pass the buck of issues they caused onto the customer like this after promising to take care of it. I will never recommend Ashley Furniture as long as they continue to treat their customers this way...
This has been one of the worse experiences I’ve had with any company considering the amount of time and money spent. I wait months to finally receive the furniture and when it does finally arrive, its broken. It takes me several calls and being on hold forever each time to finally try to explain to someone about what happened and then I’m told I can’t even get my money back?! Absolutely terrible customer service.
PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE....especially the Buford location. The delivery service is horrible (they will bring you damaged items) and calling customer service will take you hours. Here is a picture of my new coffee table and the deliver driver failed to completely put it together. He stated a technician will be out in a few hours to complete the table but nobody came. I called customer service and they did not have a clue. This company should be reported to the BBB.

First and for most THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Just the company in general. I ordered a rocking chair from this company 07/17/2021. I was told it would take about 6-8 weeks. I had gotten several emails asking if I’d like to get my order sooner starting 08/08/2021. I had not seen them as they were sent to my husbands email and he never checks it. When I had finally seen one I got my delivery date set for today (09/11/2021). Well 3 days ago I got a call stating my order still had not arrived to the warehouses for it wouldn’t be there until 09/30/2021. Not only was I told by a supervisor over the phone that it would arrive this week (after calling back that day curious as to why the delivery date changed) but I was told different things by about 4 other people. The date has changed to from September 30th to October 14th in a single day. I’m sure it’s been pushed back yet again. This company is trash. I’ve never heard of anyone dealing with this with any other company. I will go somewhere else next time. Maybe they will actually have people who know how to do their job and not make you wait 3 months or more for a single chair.
We ordered our couch and loveseat in early August and was told it would be delivered in early September. They told us to make sure that the furniture we currently had was out of the way so that they could move the new furniture in, which we did. They showed up on time but that is when the issue started. They brought in the couch and as they were leaving we asked where our loveseat was and they told us that is the only item that was supposed to be delivered to our address. We showed them our receipt and they said they were unsure and to give the store a call. I checked the couch and came to find out that the recliner on one side was not hooked up correctly and I ended having to fix it myself. We called the store and were on hold multiple times for about an hour each time but nobody would answer so we ended up having to drive up there to talk to someone. We were told that the loveseat was in the local warehouse and would be rushed delivered to us in two days. With that being said, we sold our previous furniture as it was taking up the garage. We received an email the next morning saying it would now be delivered in five days. We tried to call the store again but had no luck. We drove up there again today and had to wait 30 minutes to speak with someone. We spoke to the same representative from the previous day and the loveseat somehow went from being in the local warehouse to not coming in until December. The only compensation that they offered us was that they would refund us our delivery fee plus $50 on top of that, which we would not receive until after our loveseat gets delivered. We understand things happen but the lack of communication and misguidance is unacceptable and now we are stuck with only a couch in our house. At this time I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture until they get some training done on communicating information with their customers, very disappointed.
